"Get on the conference calls", they say.

"Everyone who's successful in our business is on the calls",
they proclaim.

Question: Do you really have to participate in web conferences,
and tele-seminars to be successful in Internet marketing?

Answer: Probably so. You always have to educate yourself.

Question: Does it have to be boring and an ongoing sales pitch
for the company or it's products?
After all, that's how it's been done forever,
right?

Answer: Not if these two have anything to do with it!

Two self-proclaimed "Crazy Chics" from different parts of the
country are changing all that and the word is catching on.

Enter Steph Perez of Florida and Staten Sobers of Ohio. They
started the increasingly popular Internet marketing tele-seminar

"Money Chat with Steph & Stat".

The two Internet marketers first paired up with Online Business
Alliance (OBA) and then again with 1Up Cash System.

With regard to "Money Chat", Monday and Wednesday nights were
dedicated to OBA, Tuesday and Thursdays for 1Up Cash System, and
Saturday mornings were training calls.

While the two business models are somewhat similar in design,
they offer different price points with 1Up Cash System offering
an opportunity for higher payouts earlier on.

The two businesswomen began to realize that "Money Chat" needed
to be less about the businesses and more about how they could
help community members succeed, regardless of which business
they were pursuing. This lead to fun-filled, pressure free
calls, where members get information in many areas of Internet
marketing. You can ask questions in a light-hearted atmosphere
and get solid and informative answers.

Steph and Stat first found marketing success utilizing Web 2.0
techniques, namely videos and social networking. They
emphatically stress doing videos as a way of self promotion in
an effort to brand oneself.

In their view, thousands of marketers take the easy way out and
promote "cookie cutter' sites or splash pages that everyone else
uses, puts them on traffic exchanges, and expects great results.
Those results rarely come using these outdated, "old school"
methods.

While they recently developed a members only resource site,
they started off following the advice of noted Web 2.0 expert
Michelle MacPhearson in her downloadable ebook entitled, "Social
Media Daily". In addition to their resource site, they also
offer a PDF "Getting Started Guide" to members available upon
request.

When "Money Chat with Steph & Stat" was conceived in the latter
quarter of 2007, there were roughly 30 or so people listening
in. With the new generic format, a fun-filled atmosphere, and
real educational value, Money Chat has blossomed to well over
200 listeners and the community continues to grow weekly. As
more and more people come in, they bring in their success
stories following these strategies which is a win-win situation
for everyone.

Branding yourself using the Web 2.0 and social networking
techniques discussed on "Money Chat with Steph & Stat" is a
viable alternative to older advertising and marketing methods.
With Steph and Stat, it's all about the community - not about
the business.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The following scenario happens to millions every year. You have
built up years worth of good credit history and you are shocked
when you receive a call from a credit card company demanding
that you pay past due accounts for purchases you didn't make.

You argue that it wasn't you but to no avail, your credit
rating is damaged and it can take you years to get it back into
good standing. This is the reality of the victims of identity
theft.

Identity theft is a growing problem for both financial
institutions and consumers alike. There are two types of
identity theft; the first type occurs when a thief manages to
acquire your SSN number and other pertinent information and
actually opens up new accounts registered in your name. This
type of theft is the more difficult one to detect as statements
from the fraudulent accounts are mailed to the impostor and not
you.

The second type of theft occurs when a thief gets a hold of you
account information and empties as much of your money from your
bank accounts as they can and rack up your credit cards as fast
as they can before you find out. This type of theft is usually
detected by the victim when they receive and review their
monthly bank and credit card statements.

Although there is no way to prevent identity theft there are
steps that you can take to make yourself less vulnerable to such
attacks.

Protect access to personal Information

1. Do not carry your SSN card in your wallet unless you need it
that day.

2. Do not carry any ID such as your birth certificate or
passport unless it is required to do so that day.

3. Do not carry extra credit cards that you rarely use.

4. Contact credit-reporting bureaus and remove your name from
their marking call lists. This will reduce the number of pre
approved credit offerings that you will receive. Thieves
intercept these cards in the mail, and activate them.

Restrict The Use of Your Social Security Number

Your Social Security number (SSN) should be guarded at all
times. If a thief obtains this number they would gain access to
all of your banking and credit card information.

1. Be wary of application forms that require your SSN. Ask if
you can provide alternate information such as your driver's
licence number. Find out what their policy is on guarding the
information that they are requesting. If possible ask to speak
with someone in charge and discuss your concerns with releasing
your SSN. If they don't answer your questions to your
satisfaction then avoid doing business with them.

2. Avoid carrying your SSN card with you in your wallet. Take
it out of safe keeping only when you know that you are going to
need it that day.

3. When using checks to make a purchase or when cashing a check
do let the merchant write your SSN on the check. Once the check
is out of your site anyone can copy it.

4. If possible it is best that you commit your SSN to memory.

5. Do not have your driver licence number or SSN printed on
your checks.

Creating and Protecting Pins and Passwords

1. Most people use their mother's maiden name a pet's name
their birth date or consecutive numbers when creating personal
identification numbers (PINS). This is a common mistake as
thieves are schooled in the art of finding out such information
about their victims.

2. Use the first letters of the names of your favorite songs or
the first initials of your favorite high school teachers,
something that is easy to remember but difficult for someone to
anticipate.

3. Commit your PIN number to memory. If your purse or wallet is
stolen thieves are sure to find it if you have it written down
inside somewhere.

4. Be sure to cover the ATM keypad with your hand to prevent
someone from looking over your shoulder and prevent video
cameras from being able to record your PIN.

Protecting your Credit Card Numbers

1. Never leave your credit card receipts at a business, always
take them with you. Be sure to place them in your pocket or in
your purse or wallet. Don't leave them in the bag and make sure
they don't go into a public garbage container.

2. Keep a watchful eye on how a teller swipes your credit card.
Be sure that it isn't swipe on two separate processing machines.
Thieves pay dishonest store clerks to record customer credit
card information on skimming machines.

3. Don't carry more credit cards than you require for that
day's worth of transactions.

4. Make photocopies of you credit cards in a safe place in your
home. If your credit cards are stolen you can quickly and report
the numbers to the credit card companies.

5. If you are expecting a new credit card in the mail be sure
to notify the credit card company if it is late arriving to you.

6. Monitor your monthly statements for any unrecognized
purchases.

7. At least once year obtain a copy of your credit report.

8. Shred all credit card statements before disposing of them in
your household garbage. Thieves can gain access to your garbage
at the curb or at the dump.

Internet Safety

1. Only use websites that provide secure transaction
protection.

2. Beware of phoney websites also known as "phishing sites"
they will look as if they are from your bank or other legitimate
sites such as ebay. They will send you an email requesting that
you respond to them.

3. Make sure that you install a firewall to prevent intruders
from entering your hard drive and stealing your credit
information.

4. Make sure that you have virus protection and keep it updated
to keep your information safe from be sent out in a corrupt
email program.

5. When disposing of an old computer use a program specifically
designed to remove all of your old files. Deleting them will not
be good enough to remove them from your hard drive.

I knew I was in trouble. She ripped the oxygen sensor off her
finger and refused to put it back on.

Recovering from surgery isn't easy for anyone but it's
especially challenging when the patient is only seven. My
daughter was grumpy and uncooperative. That was understandable
but not helping the situation. Coming out of surgery, she needed
to be monitored; the medical sensors weren't optional. Kasey was
not responding well to the doses of loving kindness and patience
shown by those around her. There was nothing anyone could do to
satisfy her. She was simply cranky.

"I need a blanket!" I pull up the blanket. She kicks it off
with a scowl: "I'm too hot." Then, "I'm thirsty!" The nurse
says, "You'll throw up. You need to wait awhile." "No, I want
water now!" she cries pitifully. Heart aching, I ask for some
water. They give her a red popsicle. That should make her happy
if anything will. One little nibble and she resumes her wails
for water. "Can't we give her a little water?" I ask. "What's
the worst that can happen?" So we gave her some water and she
was satisfied. Then, she promptly threw up.

I start running through all of my good Love and Logic tools
that might help to insure the oxygen sensor stays on her finger.
What might work? Enforceable statements? Nah, not the right
thing at this moment. Empathy? Yeah but I'm already giving her
lots of that. Choices? Ah ha! Let's try that one. "Would you
like the sensor on your finger or your toe?" No response except
the stubbornly set chin and a turn of the head.

With a heavy sigh, it struck me again how hard it is to set
limits around misbehavior when our child is sick and in pain.
When our children are hurting, it is so natural for everyone
around them to acquiesce to every demand. We feel so badly for
them and just want to make it all better - make it all go away.
For a short period of time, that might be tolerable and not
harmful. Sometimes we all need a little extra leeway and grace.
But when giving leeway impedes good health care or giving
understanding enables poor health decisions then thoughtful
parenting choices become critical. And correct parenting
responses are even more critical when pain and sickness are a
part of everyday life.

These circumstances lead many children to understandably become
more demanding and entitled. However, continually bowing down to
the constant, and at times unreasonable, demands of a spoiled
tyrant can be wearing on everyone in the house. And sadly, it
doesn't even help the demanding child that parents may be
attempting to pacify. Illness and pain make it hard to know
where to draw the line. At what point does a parent say, "I am
happy to bring you a popsicle when you ask me nicely?" And how
many parents are really strong enough to withstand the tantrum
that is likely to ensue?

When a child is chronically ill, guilt often kicks in along
with close cousins: sympathy and fear. Guilt, sympathy and fear
can control our parental responses before we are really even
aware of them. As we trot off to retrieve the demanded item for
an ill child, the thought might not even occur to us to accept
only polite requests. And if the thought "I don't like how she
is treating me" does occur, it gets drowned out by the other
thoughts like "Give her a break, she doesn't feel well" or "She
might get even sicker if I don't do as she asks" or "I want all
of her moments to be happy ones so I won't say no" or "I have no
energy to handle the fighting that is sure to happen if I say
no."

The problem is that the more we give in to a tyrant, the more
he demands. Hitler is the extreme example that appeasement
simply doesn't work; not for dictators and not for children. We
are all part of the same human race with the same only too human
nature that says: "I want more." All who have spent time around
a strong willed two- or three-year-old know the truth of
Lawrence Kutner's statement, "The fundamental job of a toddler
is to rule the universe." Left unchecked, demanding toddlers
grow up to become controlling and demanding adults.

So, what is a parent to do? How do we best insure that our
children cope with their health challenges in productive ways?
How do we help them grow up into adults who are respectful,
responsible, and hopeful?

Effectively responding to an ill and demanding child starts
with an awareness of the dangers of an entitled mentality.
Although parents may put up with a child who is demanding, rude,
or lacking self control, the real world of adulthood is much
less accepting. The best gift a parent can give a child is the
opportunity to learn how to treat others with respect and to
guide them in taking responsibility for getting their own needs
met instead of demanding that others meet those needs.

Parents must effectively deal with arguments when setting
limits. One-liners can be very effective. A calmly delivered
response such as "I love you too much to argue" can turn down
the heat when tempers start to flare - on both sides.

Share control as much as possible. Children who are chronically
ill have less control over their bodies, time and circumstances
than other kids. Allowing children to make as many decisions as
possible helps them feel like they at least have some control in
their own lives.

Parents must take good care of themselves by setting loving
limits around how they are treated. Gently delivered phrases
such as "I will listen to you as soon as your voice is calm like
mine" or "I am happy to do nice things for you when I feel
treated with respect" or "I'll get you the remote control when
you ask nicely" will help your child learn to treat you, and
others, with respect.

When children make mistakes, including treating others badly,
wise parents respond with empathy and sadness rather than anger
and frustration before delivering consequences. "Oh sweetheart,
this is so sad. All of this arguing (or disrespect) has really
worn me out today so I won't be taking you on your play date.
Maybe we can try again tomorrow."

As I gazed at my daughter's firmly set chin and pursed lips, I
pondered how to handle this oxygen sensor issue. I knew telling
her to "just do it" wasn't going to cut it. That would only make
her dig in and be more resistant. Of course in the extreme, the
doctors could make her keep it on but that's not what I wanted
to do. Forcing a child to comply might win the battle but loses
the war of building character and internal ability to make good
decisions.

In the end, it was simply allowing her to the freedom to make
her own decisions that did it and trusting that she was a good
decision-maker if given information in a matter-of-fact manner
without showing my frustration. "Sweetheart, I understand you
don't like it but I don't think it's a wise decision to keep the
sensor off. If your body starts to get sick then the doctors
won't know it and it could be a problem for you. So what do you
think you'll do here?" I could see the wheels turning….

And without a word, she picked up the sensor and popped it back
onto her finger. Oh wise child!

"Dear Darlin' How much do I love thee? I'll tell you no lie –
I love you from the earth to the sky. You're my sun and moon –
my night and my day. Without you, dear, I'm just astray."

Ok, so it's not a Hallmark Valentine rhyme, but it got your
attention. Imagine writing this little ditty - not to someone
else - but to yourself! On this Valentines Day, a day of sharing
loving thoughts with others, have you ever thought of giving
loving thoughts to yourself? Darlin', do you ever give yourself
a big mushy, gooey, lovey Valentine gift just for being the
wonderful creature you are?

I.M. Heart can help you to do that. The most wonderful
Valentine you can give to yourself is to love – you! When you
really love, accept and approve of yourself, exactly as you are
now, everything in life changes. You are accepting of the person
you were yesterday, the person you are today and the person you
will be tomorrow. You forgive yourself for a past you cannot
change, edit out the criticism or judgment, and believe in the
future with a heart full of hope and faith. There is a saying I
have had on my mirror in the bathroom for years. It says, "I
love myself – just as I am – right now!" That's what this is all
about, loving you with warts, wrinkles, bulges, hiccups and
hysterics – in all your magnificent humanity.

Loving yourself means not having to prove your own worth. You
are worthy and deserving of love just because you are a living,
breathing human being. You are not lovable for what you have
accomplished, what you do, or who you are – you are lovable just
because YOU are YOU. We continuously and unconditionally have
the love of spirit – yet we fail to give to ourselves that grace
and respect.

There are many steps you can take to love yourself. One is to
create a space around you that is supporting and nurturing. You
can do this by having a home, work, hobbies, pets, and friends
or family that nurture you or provide a sanctuary from the
windstorms of life. What do you do for yourself when the
razzle-dazzle of everyday life has you feeling like a left-over
from last week? Sometimes it is necessary to stop, relax, do
something for yourself and regroup.

Loving yourself also requires action. Ask yourself what would
make you happy? What do you love to do most? What attitudes and
behaviors can you change to be more loving with yourself? Try
these ideas:

Learn to say "no"
Forgive yourself
Turn loose of what you cannot change
Ask for what you want
Stop when you are tired
Play more
Spend more time in nature
Listen to your favorite music
Make time for family and friends
Eat chocolate and ice cream
Make time for a favorite hobby
Take a nap

These twelve ideas are only the beginning. There are many more
ways you can become loving to yourself. Only you know what those
might be. Take the time to consider what would be meaningful for
you and then make those things a part of your life. I.M. Heart
has many ideas for building a richer and more fulfilling life.

Loving yourself is knowing and believing that you deserve the
whole world – not just a tiny fragment of it. We often think
that we can't have anything better, so we don't put any effort
into creating what we really want. Underneath our lack of
action is the belief that we don't deserve anything more. Our
focus is on muddling through the current situation, not on
action we can take to make it better.

The bottom line: You deserve your heart's desires. You are
deserving, worthy, valuable, and lovable "just as you are –
right now." So, send a Valentine to yourself – a love letter –
the title is: The Top 10 Reasons I Love Myself – and sign it
with a hug and a kiss.

Dear Darlin' --
Happy Valentine's Day - Much Love and Many Blessings!

Article Title: Getting Over Fear With An Abundance Mentality

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Fear is a common culprit for most if not all of the problems we
as men face with dealing with women. I know you and I both have
fears over all the different aspects of pickup, from just
walking up and saying those first few words, to getting a girls
phone number, kissing a girl, having sex or even keeping a
relationship alive and dealing with jealousy and attachment. At
the root of most of these fears is what is known as a scarcity
mentality, yet on the surface it doesn't appear to be so.

I often hear guys say they can't walk up and talk to a girl
because they don't know what to say. This is not true, for just
walking up and simply saying hi to a girl and going from there
is a great way to start a conversation. It's the mindset that if
they screw up with this girl there are very few others left to
seduce which causes feelings of anxiety and a feeling of "I have
to get this girl". The simply truth is you really don't need all
these fancy opening lines and "pickup lines" in order to meet
and attract women, you just have to realize a few simple truths
about reality.

A Scarcity mentality is where you feel there are very women in
the world for you, and it generally comes in two forms. The
first is "the one" girl, that girl you pine over day and night
and can't get her out of your head, the girl you believe is the
only woman for you, that she is the best woman in the world and
no other girls can even compare to her. I've heard it many times
before from many many guys, telling me "oh but this girls soo
special, I don't want to be seeing other girls in case she gets
upset" or "I just don't think there are any women as good as her
out there", before they have even kissed her. If you've ever
thought this way I've got bad news for you: this is a self
destructive mindset that will only end up pushing the girl you
desire further and further away.

Now the second type of scarcity mentality is the one
experienced when talking to random girls in a club/bar/on a
train etc. It's the thought that with each failure your running
out of options. Or that other people may see you talking to her
and talk about you behind your back, then that rumour will
spread from girl to girl until eventually they all know about
your antics. In all truths this is never going to happen and you
are never going to run out of girls to talk to (unless you live
in a town in the middle of nowhere with 100 people, if you do,
get out of there quickly and get into a city), you probably
already realize this logically, however just "getting it"
emotionally will take a fair bit more work.

Now an abundance mentality is the complete opposite of a
scarcity mentality. It is where you realize that there are many
many women out there for you and you will never run dry. Thus
you never think there is this one girl that you must have, nor
do you get overly attached in a relationship, and it is exactly
what girls are looking for in a guy. Now not being attached does
not mean your not loving, I love my girlfriend to bits and do
show it, but I still have that mentality that if she ever cheats
on me or does something equally bad I will dump her and can
easily find another girl without a problem.

Having an abundance mentality also means most if not all of
your fear of things such as talking to women you've never met,
or asking them out on a date completely evaporate. Generally the
main fear a guy has is that he will screw things up by asking
her out, kissing her too early etc. If you have a true abundance
mentality you will realize that if you screw up with her there
are a million more girls standing right behind her waiting for
you. You start to feel at ease and gain a feeling of self worth
when you realize that you will never run out of women. Even if
you screw up your chances with a different girl every single day
for the next 10 years, you will still not have screwed up with
99.997% of your local city population, there are seriously more
woman than you or I can handle out there.

So how do you go about gaining an abundance mindset? It seems
many guys go about this the wrong way. Most guys simply work on
the logical part of their brain, meditating, reading over notes
and more, attempting to get it into their head that there are
many women out there. This is the wrong way to go about it, just
as reading about picking up women but not actually going out
there and doing it is the wrong way to go about learning how to
attract women. To get into an abundance mindset you first need
to acquire abundance.

This poses a problem for the majority of guys that have had
very little female experience. I've seen the same problem occur
time and time again, and I've even done it myself. The problem
is when you start getting good with women and finally attract a
girl you like, you decide to settle down with her, before
exploring your options. This is by far the worst way to go about
dating, for you will learn as I did that when you only have one
girl, you still aren't sure if you are really good with women or
if you just fluked it. This eats into your mentality and you
start to realize that maybe if this girl leaves you you will
never find love again. It creates all kinds of problems, from
jealousy to being too attached in the relationship, and in the
end, it often drives the girl away.

To get this abundance mindset and be free from fear for the
rest of your life, you need to do the following: You NEED to see
at least 3 or more girls at the same time. Now you also need to
tell them you are seeing other girls, if they don't like it and
break up, so what? go out and find more. Once you have 3 or more
girls that you are constantly seeing (not just every now and
again but sleeping with and having as constant girls), you will
notice a shift in yourself. You will notice that you start to
become less attached to these girls and you realize that if one
breaks up, you've still got 2 more and can get more girls
anytime. You realize that it doesn't really matter if you have a
quarrel with any of them for if any of the girls start turning
into the bitch from hell you can dump them. This is the true way
to achieve an abundance mentality, by having an abundance of
women around you, and this mentality will constantly stick for
the rest of your life.

Of course dating 3 girls at once isn't an easy task, but if you
promise me you won't get into a full on relationship until you
have achieved the constant 3 girls I guarantee you will
eliminate your fears with dealing with women and you will feel
more at ease and free than ever. If a girl tries to tie you down
early, who cares, tell her no and keep working on getting those
3 girls. For if you jump into a relationship early without
having the experience of abundance in your life, you will still
have a scarcity mindset and you will still have fear and
jealousy working against you constantly in any relationship you
are in.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
An enhanced CRM process provides companies a better way to
understand the changing needs of their customers and to respond
to these quickly. Because CRM managers have the information
ready at hand, they are able to analyze the data and come up
with quick responses. This is only one of the benefits of
customer relationship management.

The Possibilities and Benefits of CRM

Customer Relationship Management or CRM is a procedure by which
companies get to know what customers require from their
service/products. The process also enables organizations to
track complaints and act on them immediately before situations
spill over from bad to worse. Indeed, the possibilities and
benefits of customer relationship management are endless.

The information coming CRM should not be static. It should be
updated regularly to help companies track their customers'
spending habits and changing tastes. Thus, they can respond
quickly to the shifting trends before they lose their loyal
customers. The benefits of customer relationship management's
updated facts and statistics are driving companies to look for
software solutions to ease the management and acquisition of
data.

The old-fashioned data banking or storing of information, such
as customers names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers are no
longer sufficient. Companies and organizations need to track
what their customers are buying, where they are buying, and how
frequently do they purchase items from their stores and from
competition. Acquisition of the information follows national and
international guidelines, so there should not be any problem
about this.

More Benefits of CRM

You get to enjoy the several add-on enhancements from CRM
software. Imagine what your CRM people can do using the
software. They will be able to collect customer information
anytime when needed, share the information and collaborate with
customer-related in-house staff, and come up with quick analysis
on the consolidated data gathered from various sources. All
these features increase your workers' productivity.

Because you are able to catch on with the changes, you can
immediately strategize to keep your faithful customers and
attract new ones. One is redesigning your CRM program to retain
your customers and get new clientele. Increased revenue is
another of the many benefits of customer relationship management
and software.

Work within the company becomes well-organized, systematic, and
coordinated, thereby eliminating waste of funds on unnecessary
projects - when CRM information is used to analyze trends and
shared with the people who directly or indirectly have to do
with CRM.

The Bare Facts

Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. The benefits
of customer relationship management are as diverse as the
businesses using the process and the software. Depending on the
type of business, you will need software or CRM that can handle
massive data and sort this according to how you want it.

Or if your business handles less information than an insurance
or lending company does, you'll need a different CRM software.
Don't get software with add-ons that your company can't use.
Before hastily getting CRM software, weigh the facts. A hasty
purchase may end up in waste of money and frustration.

Wading through a lot of information about software solutions
can be bewildering. An e-clearing house can help you sort out
the different CRM software, so detail your needs in a
questionnaire that will be provided for you. The e-clearing
house will match your needs with the right supplier and you'll
enjoy the benefits of customer relationship management.

Opportunities come your way via several routes. It could be a
tip from a friend, something said in discussions, a look at the
shops around you, or something you stumbled on online.
Newspapers are also prolific sources of business ideas. But if
your interest is investing overseas, specifically in the Middle
East, find that chance in the daily Lebanon news.

Real Estate Finds

Investing overseas is not unusualm but for first-time investors
who want value for their hard-earned dollars, this kind of
investment is novel. However, scouting for breaks can be
frustrating, especially if you don't know where to look.
Interestingly, Lebanon news classifieds have it all detailed and
the best bet is real estate.

For your real estate investment, choose from chalets,
apartments, industrial offices, land, offices, studio rooms,
clinics, showrooms, retail, and villas. You also have the option
to go for a share certificate. You can also advertise your real
properties for sale in the online classifieds for a minimal fee.

If you're deciding on a career move, the drop-down menu has an
interesting list of available jobs from accounting to
travel/tourism. Like the real estate and auto markets, you can
choose your desired region and city for a new job. That's how
you get the break.

Jobs

Whether you are in Egypt or in another part of the globe, you
can always get a job to match your expertise in Lebanon. If no
match is found, click the "Notify Me" tab. Those new to the site
are required to register. Don't fret, though, because
registration is free on Lebanon news sites.

For the adventurous, landing a job in Lebanon, whether in the
picturesque valleys or commercial districts, gives you the
chance to take in the scenic vistas, experience new culture,
gain new friends, and learn new things that can benefit your
career.

It is true that the political situation is unstable as posted
in Lebanon news online. However, the presence of multinational
corporations and the building of new infrastructure mitigate the
situation. You could always choose a place farthest away from
areas of conflict. Yet it is always best to consult with the
embassy for your safety.

Import and Export

Lebanon offers top notch homegrown products. Wine, precious
stones, pearls, electronic, and electric equipments. At present,
the top importers are Switzerland, Syria, and Iraq. Also worth
your investment are exotic food, fabrics, rugs, and jewelry. In
the chat forums, you can find like-minded business persons who
can supply your needs.

A thorough study is in order before you strike up a business
partnership, though. Some background research on companies can
assure of you of legitimate deals and a review of the country's
existing policies on the import business and taxes should give
you the information before you make a deal.

Other Opportunities

Business people who have a keen eye for spotting business
opportunities can find these in Lebanon news. They can analyze
situations and events and evaluate the global market trends.
Being updated with World News can give you more ideas to start a
business anywhere in the world.

But aside from money-making ventures, there are opportunities
to be had in the Middle East. There's the chance to find
affordable hotels, beach, and skiing resorts if you're inclined
to see this part of the world. It's just a matter of time before
you find the opportunity you're looking for.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Before you start planning your wedding, you should sit down
with everyone involved with the financial aspects. Set a budget
rich enough to give you what you want but affordable enough to
not break the bank.

If you don't have a budget set from the start, you'll have a
difficult time holding on to your money. It's easy to spend an
extra hundred here and an extra hundred there. If you limit your
spending, you'll be less tempted to spend and more able to focus
on what you want and need more wisely.

Here are some pointers for creating an affordable wedding
budget.

Who's Paying?

Traditionally, the bride's parents were in charge of paying for
the wedding. Times have changed quite a bit, though. While the
bride's parents sometimes still pay for the wedding, it is just
as likely to see the couple pay for their own ceremony or have
financial help from parents on both sides.

If you aren't able to pay for the wedding yourself, then sit
down to have a serious discussion about what is going to work.
Depending on your financial situation, you might assume family
will help pay for the wedding, but even if you're positive of
that, show your family the courtesy of asking if they'll pitch
in.

The average wedding costs over $20,000 these days, and it might
be intimidating to ask for such a large amount of money. You
might want to prepare a plan that details how much you'd be
willing to chip in, what your budget is, and what type of help
you'll need or the specific expenses you'd like your family to
pitch in for.

Sometimes parents contribute a certain amount of money or offer
to pay for certain items such as the wedding dress, the
catering, or the entertainment. Look into splitting the budget
up as much as possible to have everyone willing to contribute
put in an equal amount towards the event.

Setting Your Budget

The budget always depends on the amount of guests that you're
inviting to the wedding. A general rule of thumb is that you
should prepare to pay $100 for every guest on the invitation
list. If you're having a large amount of guests, you may receive
a discount per head as opposed to paying full price per person
for smaller weddings.

Taking Care of the Basics

You shouldn't just make a wild guess at how much you're willing
to spend on your wedding. Instead, set the approximate amount of
budgeted dollars per guest and then put together a list of
everything you'll need to buy with that money.

By creating a detailed financial plan, you'll know how much you
can spend on every aspect of the wedding: catering, decorations,
transportation, dresses, photography, etc.

You might want to splurge in one area and you may find that
with a detailed plan, you can easily save some money in another
area of your wedding. By finding out what's important to you and
planning things carefully, you'll give yourself a better chance
of staying within your financial means.

Look around or ask friends that have been married before what
expenses they had and what costs their wedding day incurred.
Sometimes you'll realize that your numbers aren't very realistic
compared to what people who have gone before you have spent.
It's better to find out in the planning stages than when you're
actually heading off to make your purchases.

Prioritize

When you make detailed plans, prioritize what's most important
to you. Make sure to communicate with your partner so that you
both end up getting what you want instead of feeling ripped off
or resentful. Rate every item's priority on a scale of 1-5, with
"1" being your top priority and "5" being one of the least
important items. This helps prioritize wants versus needs and
helps you stay on track with your budget.

Ways to Save Money

There are always tricks to saving money on your wedding
package. Sometimes you can find places that offer catering,
decorations, and a reception room for a low price when bundled
together. Other times you'll find a photographer that also
offers videography for a discounted rate. By finding bulk deals
or making connections, you'll be able to minimize excess costs.

You'll also want to find out if you have any friends or family
members willing to help out for free. Sometimes you might know a
person capable of doing all your photography as a wedding gift
or you might know somebody willing to volunteer as a decorator.

There are many ways that you can save money, but most of the
trick in cutting costs is thinking creatively and resourcefully.
By finding out what is most important for your wedding, you'll
be able to spend money on what matters and save on things that
are less important.

Stick to It

Once you've set a budget, stick to it no matter what. Don't
plan to be frugal from the start – be realistic. Instead of
trying to spend too little and create problems when you
overspend because of true cost, you should plan for costs as
truthfully as possible. It's no fun having financial pressures
because you didn't spend enough time planning properly.
Overshooting the budget not only causes arguments in the couple,
but it is also a sign of poor choices.

While it's true that this is your only wedding, it's not true
that you have an unlimited amount of money available to blow on
the event. It's easy to upgrade items for a couple of hundred
dollars, and some vendors will push you to do so. But if you
take every vendor's advice and don't follow your budget, you'll
never find your available money to be enough.

Don't stress over your purchases. Instead, spend what feels
comfortable and that is within your means. Have fun finding the
pleasure in the ceremony and not in the extra (and expensive)
trimmings.

Maybe this is your third speeding ticket this month, and your
driver's license is about two points away from being revoked or
you have been in your fifth accident in five years (only two of
those were actually judged to be your fault). Whatever your
driving history is, you may need to evaluate your car insurance
again, and find out whether or not there are other options for
you.

The problem with being a bad driver (or just an unlucky driver)
is that if you lose your driver's license, your car insurance
company is probably going to drop your coverage. If you get
dropped, and then get your license back after a while, you are
going to find out that it is difficult to find cheap car
insurance. You can get as many car insurance quotes as you want;
you are going to end up paying a lot of money for insurance.

So how do you find a good car insurance if you aren't too
reliable of a driver? The best bet is to talk to several agents
in person, and see what they can do for you. Sometimes, you may
be able to take defensive driving courses or even the entire
driver's education course again in order to get a discount or
reduce the number of points on your license. Any little bit
helps, and you may find out that the money that you save monthly
by taking a weekend course on driving from your car insurance
company is going to save you money in just a couple of months
(and maybe even make you a better driver).

No one wants to admit that they are a bad driver, or that they
were at fault, but the key to getting cheap car insurance is to
sometimes admit that you are not the world's best driver. A lot
of times, you can plead "guilty" to an offense and get reduced
fines and penalties rather than pleading "innocent", going
through the whole legal procedures and then getting the full
fines.

When filling out the paperwork to get a cheap car insurance
quote, make sure that you tell the truth. Before the policy is
issued, they are going to take a look at your driving record,
and lying about how many accidents you have been in is going to
just cause you trouble with the car insurance company.

The final tip to finding the best car insurance if you are a
not-so-great driver is to get quotes from all sorts of car
insurance agencies. You may think that you are stuck with car
insurance from those who deal with high-risk drivers, but you
may just be able to get a normal company to cover you. If you
can get regular car insurance, you may be limited in options
initially, but after awhile you should be able to find a cheap
car insurance option.

Car insurance is one of those evils that we have to buy. Those
who can't get any car insurance at all are either a menace on
the road or doomed to taking the bus. Driving safely and keeping
your eyes on the road will eventually pay off by having cheaper
car insurance.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Many people find that working from home is something that they
can do in order to make themselves even more successful.
However, if you are working from home you probably know that it
is easy to slack off or to sleep in, and it might be easy to not
get as much done as you should, simply because you have the
freedom to work whenever you want to work. While some find that
working at home makes them more productive, some find that the
opposite is true and that without the schedule that forces them
to be at work, they are unable to get things done easily. There
are a few things that you can do to make sure that you are able
to be productive and still be able to have the freedom of
working from home.

First of all, you should set a work schedule. Because you work
from home, this can be any type of schedule that you need. You
can work mornings or afternoons or even nights. However, you
should be sure that you set a schedule and keep to it. This will
mean that your clients will know when to reach you, your family
will know when you are working and when you are not, and you
will be able to fit everything into your schedule .The best part
about working from home is that you are going to be able to
decide when you want to work and when you do not want to work.
Therefore, be sure that you set the schedule for times that you
do want to work.

Next, even though you are working from home you should be going
somewhere while you are work. Don't set up your laptop in front
of your TV and think that you will get anything done while you
are working from home. Set up a desk or even a tray table
somewhere that can be your home office. Remember that you don't'
always need an actual office for your home office – you can
simply use an area that is only for your work. If you have a
place to go that is the place you only go when you are working,
you'll find that you are able to get much more done.

If you are able to have set work hours and to actually go
somewhere else for your work, you will find that you are much
more productive. There are other things that you can do as well.
Get dressed for work, even if you aren't going to work. Spend
some time making sure that you feel like you are getting ready
for work, so that while you are working you will feel as if you
are doing more than just hanging out at home. If you are trying
to run a household or take care of children as well, be sure
that you schedule things in such a way so that your work time
does not overlap with this time, either. You will be much more
productive.
