Top 10 Reasons Beginners Like Forex Trading
Trading forex, while initially confusing to grasp, is
nonetheless one of the easiest to trade. With the correct
forex trading method it is possible to consistently
maintain a high winning percentage. This is not only
rewarding psychologically but keeps morale and enthusiasm
high - essential for the beginner.

There is nothing like a string of profits to build your
confidence.

If you are looking for a risk free system with no losing
trades, forget it. There is no such thing. What is
possible, however, is to keep losses small and to ride out
the winning trades as long as you can. Over time the wins
will out pace the losses, leaving you with more than you
started with.

The relatively minimal time commitment and online
convenience of forex trading are also what make this an
attractive investment financial vehicle for many investors.
You can work as much or as little as you want - even just
a few hours per day - and still have the plenty of
opportunity for financial gain. (With wise trading
strategies in place a trader can turn a profit when the
market is going up or down.)

Here are the Top 10 Reasons Beginners Like to Trade Forex

1 - Beat the returns you get from mutual funds, hedge
funds, etc.

2 - Start-up costs are quite low when compared with day
trading futures or stocks.

3 - Position yourself correctly and you can make money when
the market is going up or down.

4 - The Forex markets are open to trade 24 hours a day.

5 - The forex market is the most liquid in the world. A
trader can open or close a position at a fair price almost
any time

6 - You can make money working just a few hours a day or
week from your computer.

7 - You can make trades from anywhere in the world with a
simple internet connection.

8 - Technical analysis works well and finding market trends
is fairly straightforward.

9 - You can take control of your finances and run with it.

10 - A beginner can get up to speed quickly without risking
a cent by opening up a free demo account.

A word of caution - when trading in forex a trader can
leverage 100:1 of his/her money, but it is wise not to do
so - at least initially. With proper knowledge and wise
risk taking even a beginner can see some quick gains in
their portfolio.

"It is the brain, the little grey cells on which one must
rely."

As the great Belgian detective himself declared, "Try and vary
your methods as you will, your tastes, your habits, your
attitude of mind, and your soul is revealed by your actions."

Handily, his words don't just apply to fictitious murder
suspects. Great detectives (even the fictional ones) are by
their very nature great researchers. And they know it's the
human aspect, the little grey cells, which really matter.

After all, what is research? It is the process of gathering
appropriate evidence - evidence about human beings and their
behaviour. Evidence that is hidden or hard to find and evidence
that is right there in plain view.

Research is also the process of organizing that evidence in
order to see the gaps, themes and contradictions.

And of course, research is the process of analyzing that
evidence appropriately and accurately, in order to drive correct
assumptions from it.

Sounds a lot like detective work to me - though thankfully less
fraught with danger.

The DIY Research route

I'm fully aware that it is not always affordable or desirable
to have an external agency conducting your business research.
And of course, most great detectives tend to be fictional or
unavailable.

That's why Highland Business Research is currently developing
the Data Detective Kit - a practical DIY research kit with tips,
tools and Excel templates to help you get better business
results from your research. We'll highlight the things to think
about and look out for that can make the difference between
useful research and wasted effort.

This means better business decisions from the research you
conduct yourself - so more revenue earned and fewer costly
mistakes.

So the most important DIY research tools are those little grey
cells - but evidence doesn't collect itself. There are many
other tools that will help and they don't have to break the
bank.
Four free tools that can help

As a quick Data Detective Kit taster, here are three free tools
that can help you track down the evidence you need to answer key
business questions:

1. Google alerts - http://www.google.com/alerts

Want to know what is being said about you online? Want to know
what your competitors or clients are up to? Google Alerts lets
you set up automatic email notifications based on key phrases of
your choice (these could include names, phrases or companies).
The search engine does the hard work and you get a daily summary
of the pages and blog posts on which the phrases have appeared.
Leaving you prepped to respond as appropriate.

2. Google analytics - http://www.google.com/analytics

Do you need to understand how people use your web site? Do you
know where your traffic arrives from, which pages cause people
to leave in droves and how cost effective your web advertising
activities really are? Do you know what language your web
visitors speak or the search terms they used to find you? Google
Analytics (and other similar tools) can help. It's a powerful
tool, so it takes some work on your part to really get the full
benefits. But if your business is online, understanding how to
make your website work harder is a research must.

3. Surveymonkey - http://www.surveymonkey.com

Need to find out more about your customers or website visitors?
Want to find out how satisfied customers are with your service?
Surveymonkey is a handy tool that lets you produce online
questionnaires and surveys. A good survey involves asking the
right questions, in the right format, to the right people at an
appropriate time - and no tool can do that kind of thinking for
you. But Surveymonkey can help you easily build, circulate and
collate responses to your research questions and if used well,
it's a great tool for DIY research.

Think like a detective

As Hercule Poirot and his little grey cells demonstrate, taking
a detective like approach in your gathering and analysis of
evidence improves the likelihood of reaching a correct outcome.
And in business terms, if you can directly improve the quality
and usefulness of your DIY research, you can make better
decisions and directly improve your profits.

Buying a house can be complicated enough, but trying to sort
out which mortgage is best, what the different rates are, etc,
can be like trying to pick your way through a minefield. That's
why using a mortgage broker is such a good idea, and one that
more and more homebuyers are starting to do.

Whereas previous generations of home buyers were content to
simply arrange the mortgage through their banks, today's buyers
are different. With the Internet offering new ways for people to
look for deals on everything from home insurance to car loans,
mortgage lenders are no longer the ones in control. However,
using a mortgage broker is still more advisable than looking for
offers by yourself.

Why a Mortgage Broker?

A mortgage broker is a certified professional and someone who
has spent years training to become an expert in mortgages.
Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), they have a
strict set of guidelines that they must adhere to. This includes
the information they give you, and the ethical decisions they
make regarding any financial advice they provide to you.

Because of this, they are usually independent, which offers the
potential home buyer the benefit of unbiased advice. Even if a
mortgage broker belongs to a company, you should still be
offered a greater choice when it comes to the type of mortgage
you take out, as well as whom you take it out with. Compare this
to banks and building societies, which usually try and arrange
your mortgage solely with them, and the extra cost in using a
broker are more than worth it.

What does a Mortgage Broker do?

Because they are such experts in their field, a mortgage broker
can offer a host of services that you may not have received
otherwise. As well as their advice, you can also expect a broker
to:

• Find the mortgage that's right for you
• Access to thousands of different lenders nationwide
• Provide a "mortgage calculator" that will help you decide how
much you can borrow
• Explaining the different mortgages – fixed rate or variable,
self-certification or ad credit mortgage, etc

These are just some of the basic services that a broker can
offer you. They can also help you arrange the best survey
companies to use, close your paperwork, arrange legal fees and
advice – pretty much anything connected with a mortgage, a
broker can help you with. Additionally, a mortgage broker can
also advise you on what additional costs you should include –
for example, mortgage protection insurance and why you need it.

One of the biggest reasons many home buyers are put off using a
mortgage broker is because of the extra cost involved – after
all, they're already spending thousands on the property itself.
However, the extra cost can often be included within the
mortgage itself, and even if it's not, the few hundred pounds
you spend on a mortgage broker's expertise could save you
thousands in the long run.

If you're looking to buy a house soon, or even re-mortgage an
existing property, speaking to a mortgage broker could save you
more than you think, and is well worth the time and cost
involved.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It's been another tumultuous year in the music industry, a
business that's seeing significant challenges to virtually every
aspect of its business model, and that needs the pressure of
such change as much as a polar bear needs a heat lamp. With
peer-to-peer downloading of music that seems unstoppable no
matter how many companies get shut down, bad press generated by
poorly conceived punitive lawsuits against said file sharers,
declining CD sales, increasing failure among traditional music
retail stores, and well-known artists like Radiohead and Nine
Inch Nails striking out on their own and offering new releases
online for free; it seems these days the music industry can't
catch a break.

But with all of this doom and gloom, the one positive for the
industry in 2007 has been a relatively strong live concert
market. Nostalgia has been the order of the day, with classic
rock acts continuing to hit the road, their numbers bolstered by
reuniting 80's acts who've either got the itch as part of a
midlife crisis, or who want to pad out their retirement income.
Just look at the acts currently (week of November 20, 2007)
holding the top fifteen spots on Pollstar's Top 50 list of
concert tours:

1. Bon Jovi
2. Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band
3. Van Halen
4. Celine Dion
5. Foo Fighters
6. Neil Young
7. Ozzy Osbourne
8. Tool
9. Billy Joel
10. The Police
11. John Mellencamp
12. Elton John
13. Stevie Wonder
14. The Spice Girls
15. Rage Against The Machine

I count four reunions (five if you include Springsteen touring
with the E Street Band), one lounge act trying to escape Las
Vegas, and a couple of relatively current bands. The rest will
definitely fit nicely under the "nostalgia" umbrella - not that
Billy Joel or Elton John aren't good or relevant, it's just that
their music isn't what you'd typically expect a twenty year old
to be rocking out to, as their first choice.

The numbers aren't all in yet, but the grosses are looking
pretty good. While their tour actually began in 2005, The
Rolling Stones' A Bigger Bang Tour wrapped up in the autumn of
2007 and made it into the Guinness Book of World Records as the
highest-grossing concert tour in history. Just how big is that,
you ask? They raked in $560,000,000 (US dollars) for the 144
dates they played. That's right, over half a billion dollars;
almost four million dollars per night. Not bad pocket money.

Before we get all star-eyed about the dough that's being made
hand over fist on touring though, there are a few reality checks
to consider.

First of all, the record labels themselves seldom see any money
from touring, so it's not like the concert revenue is helping to
make up for declining CD sales. The artists themselves can find
touring a very lucrative business, although even they don't
typically see the bulk of the cash that's collected at the
gates. According to industry averages, an artist can expect to
net as much as thirty-five percent of ticket prices and fifty
percent of merchandise sales for a show. The bulk of the take
goes to paying promoters, road crews, venues, ticket sellers,
and anyone else who has any involvement in the planning,
marketing, running, setting up or cleaning up after a show.

Complicating the equation is the fact that ticket sales
themselves have actually been relatively flat; as a matter of
fact, they have shown a slight decline in some recent years.
But, ticket prices have continued to increase significantly,
especially among bands whose audience demographic skews toward
the older, wealthier listener. According to Rolling Stone, the
average concert ticket cost under £18 in 1999, and in 2003 that
had increased to over £24. An LA Times investigation determined
that the average price had climbed to £30 for 2006, so clearly
there is something more than simple inflationary pressure at
work.

This key issue becomes the critical factor behind the ranking
of top-grossing touring acts. Promoters charge what the market
will bear, and a group with a history (like the Rolling Stones)
or a significant pent-up demand due to a break-up (The Police)
or tendency to have somewhat older fans (both The Rolling Stones
and The Police) will allow the promoters to charge considerably
higher ticket prices. So it's no surprise that the mega acts
like The Stones, U2 and The Police can manage to tour,
consistently pulling off premium ticket prices at multiple dates
and ending up topping the concert charts, even though they may
not have released a new CD in over twenty years.

Looking at numbers supplied by Pollstar (note: these have been
rounded), you can easily see that relationship. In the 2005
concert year, the top concert gross list displayed what has
become a familiar pattern: domination by nostalgia and classic
rock acts, with the top five spots being held by The Rolling
Stones, U2, Celine Dion, Paul McCartney, and The Eagles. Okay,
Celine Dion is an odd one, but you can attribute that to
gamblers in Las Vegas with more money than they know what to do
with and a healthy bar tab.

The Rolling Stones captured the top spot by earning £80 million
with an average ticket price of £65. U2 came in second, grossing
£68 million with an average ticket price of £49. Look for a
contemporary act on the top twenty list and you can find
Coldplay in seventeenth spot, grossing £11 million with an
average ticket price of a much more modest £19; Green Day hit
number 12 with £17 million on £18 tickets. See the pattern? Even
if Green Day or their promoters tried for the big payday at this
point, would there be enough "kids" willing to shell out £49 for
tickets? Would they attract enough baby boomers to make up for
the shortfall? I doubt it.

The relatively lower grosses don't mean other acts aren't doing
well touring, it simply means they aren't playing as many gigs
to as many fans, or they're not charging nearly as much for
tickets. They can do quite well, just not well enough to make
the big early retirement pay cheque.

So now we've established that 2007 has been a pretty good year
to be a touring rock band and gotten the financial nonsense out
of the way, which shows have actually been getting the buzz?

The Police rank up there pretty highly. At first people watched
with morbid curiosity, half expecting the old tensions to
resurface and end with Sting and Stewart Copeland beating the
hell out of each other on stage - come on, admit it, you were
hoping it would all go down at the show you saw. Despite a
slightly rough start, showing the band was clearly out of
practice after all these years; they quickly found their groove
and played to sold out shows and excellent reviews. The critics
were happy, and the fans couldn't buy tickets fast enough.

Rage Against The Machine was another of the most anticipated
reunion acts, especially among the younger alternative rock set.
The comic soap opera that has been Van Halen and David Lee Roth
settled down enough to actually hit the road in 2007. Genesis
reformed – at least the Phil Collins-led version of Genesis.
Canadian progressive rockers Rush toured in support of their
Snakes & Arrows CD. The Rock the Mic tour brought Jay-Z, 50
Cent, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliott together for a series of
over 30 shows. According to Forbes magazine, the Dixie Chicks
took less than a week to sell over £22 million in ticket sales
for 57 shows.

For the pre-teen and (possibly early teen) set, Disney's Hannah
Montana has been "rocking" sold out venues everywhere. Another
reunion of sorts, The Smashing Pumpkins, were also back in 2007,
along with veterans Gordon Lightfoot, Van Morrison, John
Fogerty, Rod Stewart, Roger Waters, Bob Dylan and Neil Young who
all toured. Even occasionally befuddled rocker Ozzy Osborne has
started out with Rob Zombie. Bon Jovi is selling tickets in a
big way with favourable reviews, and old new wavers (is that a
contradiction in terms?) Duran Duran and The Cure were on the
road. Justin Timberlake got his groove on and Dane Cook proved
that stand-up comics could sell out arenas too. Not to be left
out in the cold by classic rockers and reunion acts, Incubus,
Tool, Foo Fighters, Avril Lavigne, Mr. Avril Lavigne's band (Sum
41), Korn, Modest Mouse, Jimmy Eat World, Fallout Boy, Cake,
Avenged Sevenfold, Band of Horses and Arcade Fire, all made
representations for the alternative rock crowd.

So how is 2008 shaping up in terms of concerts? Obviously we
can't predict too much at this stage, but I will be willing to
throw this one out: tickets are going to continue to rise in
price at a rate greater than inflation and the biggest grossing
acts will once again be ageing rockers, with the ultimate
combination of rocker and reunion topping the list. If the
chemistry was right for their reunion concert in December, and
if Robert Plant and Jimmy Page don't end up in fisticuffs, it
just might be that Led Zeppelin may commit to a tour, and if
that happens look for them to be at the top of the list by this
time next year. But coming back full circle to the problem
record labels are having with declining CD sales, mega group and
thorn-in-the-labels-side, artists' rights champions Radiohead
are also planning a 2008 world tour. Don't count them out
either.

It's bound to be an interesting year.

Article Title: Why Selling Digital Products Online Can Make
Your Rich.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When thinking about starting an online business, the first
thing you need to consider is what type of products you will
offer through your online store.

Your options are many because online you can offer just about
anything you want: physical products, informational products,
digital products, wholesale retail products, and other products
and even services are all possibilities.

Deciding what and which type of products to sell on your
website often sidelines most entrepreneurs before they ever get
started. But it really doesn't have to be so hard because the
choice is easy if you really think about it. The best types of
products to sell on your website are digital products.

There are a number of reasons for this: They offer the highest
margin of any product, you'll have no inventory to carry, and
they are inexpensive and easy to produce.

They also enable you to solve a customer's number one desire -
instant gratification.

`We want it, and we want it now' is the mantra of today's
consumer. And by choosing to sell digital products, you
immediately set yourself apart in the consumer's eyes because
they know that when they need the type of product you sell, they
can get it immediately.

So let's look at the three different types of digital products
that should consider. The first is software.

Plain and simple, software delivered to the customer via
download is the future. Companies like Microsoft are spending
billions to condition the consumer so buying software and
receiving it digitally is the new paradigm, as opposed to
installing it from a CD.

The other advantage of selling software online as a digital
product is that typically people are buying software to solve
immediate need and/or problem. Antivirus software or other PC
utilities software is a good example of this.

By offering software that can automate a task, fix a problem or
make someone's life easier, it is better to offer it via
download because the consumer can click, pay, download, and
start to use the software immediately rather than having to
drive computer or office supply store.

Another type of digital product to consider, and one that is
hugely popular is music downloads.

Music downloads are very popular because they are cheaper than
buying the CD at the store, and the buyer can sample various
music much more quickly than wearing a pair of demo headphones
the music store.
But the biggest reason for the popularity of downloading music
online is that the consumer has the ability to purchase only one
song, rather than buying an entire album to get that one song
that they like. Of course the MP3 player and the iPod fueled his
popularity and portable digital music has become a important
part of consumers daily life.

The third type of digital product you can offer, and the best
in terms of profitability are informational products like
e-books and reports.

The cost to produce of most e-books and reports is zero if you
write the information product yourself and as little as the few
hundred dollars if you outsourced to a third party.

The reason the digital information products are often
considered the best product to consider when selling online is
that they fulfill the most important needs of both the business
owner and the consumer.

Digital Products are:

•Easy and inexpensive to create inexpensive to create –
Advantage business owner.

• Offers a much higher margin of profit – Advantage is its
owner.

• Buyer pays less for the idem than they would in a physical
store – Advantage consumer.

• Cost nothing to ship and deliver – Advantage business owner
and consumer.

• Instantly gives the customer what they want – Advantage
consumer.

Also selling digital products online typically involves less
customer service and therefore lower operating costs for the
merchant.

Additionally, offering digital products online also means that
the business can automate its operations to a much higher degree
thereby giving the business owner more free time to develop
other products or interests.

At the number one advantage to selling digital products online
is that almost every dime made from the e-books for example, is
pure profit for the online business owner.

By now you can see that digital products are by far more
logical and profitable choice than selling physical products.

In short, with the absence of printing, publishing, producing,
packaging, and shipping costs, online business owners enjoy
lower overhead and higher profits while consumers enjoy lower
costs and instant gratification.

This win-win situation will provide you with a multitude of
profits for your online business.

Paper Guillotines - A Helpful Guide
There are very few office environments that do not need to
make use of a paper guillotine during their day-to-day
work. A guillotine can be used for everything, from cutting
down a large piece of paper to the required size, to
creating custom-sized paper for presentations, invitations,
flyers and other promotional and display materials.

Some companies need to invest in a high-volume guillotine
for frequent usage, while smaller businesses may be looking
for a simple, reliable desktop guillotine for occasional
use. Those in the printing, paper-handling, or advertising
areas of business may, for example, be looking for a paper
guillotine that will be in more or less constant use.

Whatever, your particular requirements, you can be sure
there will be a guillotine available on the market to suit
your needs. An established and reputable supplier will be
able to offer you a selection of guillotines to choose
from, so you can find the one that will offer the most to
your business. Purchasing the most suitable paper
guillotine will save you time and money, as well as helping
to create a professional image for your company's printed
products.

There are three basic ways to narrow down your choice of
paper guillotine ' by type, by manufacturer or by cutting
size. Desktop guillotines are the ideal choice for those
looking for a guillotine for occasional use that can be
easily stored in any office. There is a massive range of
desktop paper guillotines available from manufacturers,
including Dahle, Ideal, Intimus, GBC and HSM.

A4 desktop guillotines can be extremely good value for
money and even top-of-the-range models, designed to cut up
to paper sizes A2 and A1, still only cost just a few
hundred pounds. The most basic, entry-level guillotines are
compact and easy to use and very competitively priced,
while still being efficiently designed and meeting all
safety standards.

Heavy duty guillotines require more storage space and are a
safe manual option for a business looking to accurately and
quickly cut large piles of print-outs or to aid in the
precision sizing of a large stack of paper. Heavy duty
guillotines can cut large numbers of sheets simultaneously
and accurately and are generally easy to operate. Despite
their higher costs in comparison to desktop guillotines,
heavy duty guillotines still represent a great return on
your investment, enabling you to accurately cut large
quantities of paper on a machine that is built to last.

Electronic guillotines are an impressive high-tech, high
volume solution for all your paper-cutting needs and are
particularly useful to those in the printing and paper
handling business, or perhaps design and media companies,
who need to produce large quantities of professionally-cut
paper for a range of business purposes.

Ideal and EBA are leading manufacturers in the field of
electronic guillotines. The Ideal 3915-95 electronic
guillotine would make a great value-for-money addition to
any printing company or busy reprographics department. It
has a 390mm cutting length, a 40mm cutting height and can
be purchased as a stand-alone guillotine, on a stand or as
cabinet, depending on your individual requirements and
storage space. The Ideal 7228-06 LT electronic guillotine
is the ultimate electronic guillotine and comes with an
according array of features that include a 720mm cutting
length, an 80mm cutting height, a hydraulic clamp drive, 40
different electronic programmes and an HSS steel blade.

Protecting your health in the wintertime isn't as hard as it
sounds, here are some tips for preventing typical problems
during the coldest time of the year.

Immune System

Prevention is really the key to not getting sick. Older folks,
children and those with depressed immune systems may want to
consider getting a flu shot, which can protect you from getting
the flu. You can also improve your immune system by eating right
and taking the proper vitamins and minerals for your age and
body type. Even a multivitamin is better than nothing, but
consider supplementing with Vitamin C and Zinc, both proven to
boost the immune system.

Skin

Your skin can often take a beating during the winter months.
Inside your home or workplace, you'll be subjected to dry heat
from electric, gas, oil or wood fire heating elements. Also, you
may take longer and certainly hotter baths or showers. Outside
your home you'll be subjected to dry, windy, wet or cold
weather. Moving inside and outside from dry heat to dry cold can
wreak havoc on your skin, making it dry, itchy, red, flaky and
irritated. The skin on your face is especially susceptible to
this problem. Use moisturizers and moisturizing lotions daily to
keep your skin healthy and hydrated. You can also use a
humidifier to add some much needed moisture back to the air in
your home or workplace. Don't forget to protect your skin from
the glare of the sun or ravages of the wind by covering up all
parts of your body by wearing gloves, a scarf, ear muffs and a
hat when you go out. Remember to cleanse your face everyday with
a gentle soap and lukewarm water. You may also wish to add a
bath oil product to your baths to moisturize the skin on your
entire body. The skin on your hands will also be very
susceptible to drying and irritation, remedy this by applying a
hand cream after each time you wash your hands.

Lips

Your lips are one of the hardest hit areas of your body during
cold weather, especially during very dry and cold weather. Your
lips may be chapped, dry and peel much more easily. Keep a
moisturizing, protecting lip balm with you and apply it daily or
as needed to keep your lips moist and supple and to avoid
painful cracking.

Eyes

While in some areas of the country, the sun may not shine
nearly as much as during the rest of the year, it's still
important to take care of your eyes during cold weather. Use
sunglasses when needed, as the sun during the wintertime can
shine UV rays that are even stronger than during the summer.
Also, use eye drops as needed to prevent and relieve dry eyes
due to the dry heat that may be present indoors. When snow is on
the ground and/or the sun is shining, this is the most important
time to protect your eyes from the sun's wintertime UV rays with
a good pair of sunglasses or goggles.

Fitness

When exercising, shoveling snow or working outside in cold
weather, take extra care to avoid overexertion. Overexertion
during cold weather can put an extra strain on your heart. When
you need to exercise, consider instead working out in your home
or at a gym. It's very important to keep up your fitness routine
throughout the year, including winter.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The BMW M3 was a well thought out car, as development of the
car begun as far back as 1981, and continued for almost six
years prior to its total production in 1986. The original
concept of the BMW M3 was grounded in foundations from the E30
3Series car, a famous performance car with rich background. The
E30 M3 later would spawn and encourage numerous other models
within the 3 Series. BMW Motorsport, previously produced the E12
M535i Saloons, M635Csi, and the M1 supercar, and those cars were
designed for superior racing performance, but those cars could
only garner limited appeal. The main idea about the E30 M3 was
to snag a wider audience both on and off the racetrack. When the
decision was made by "FISA's Group A" confirmed homologation,
which stated that "5000 road cars should be produced within 12
months, with minimal changes but allowed changes to be made to
the engine, drive train, and body". The actual production of the
M3 took place at BMW, Munich, and BMW easily marketed and sold
their 5000 M3's in order to enter "Deutsche Tourenwagen
Meisterschaft"(DTM).

BMW created many different versions of the M3 in order to keep
the car absolutely competitive under the stated rules, resulting
in quite a number of enhanced models being delivered to the
general public over a timeframe. The E30 M3 was very different
from the remainder of the E30 family all round, especially
regarding to appearance and performance. The E30 M3 was equipped
with an altered, solid, increased aerodynamics precisely on body
with "box flared" fenders so it can hold a broader track with
broader, taller wheels and tires. The cabin silhouette was
modified with a bigger and a sheerer raked back screen in order
to refine high-speed airflow. The features that were unique to
the M3 were a prominent wing and an elevated back deck. The M3
and the original E30 models shared only the hood and the roof,
plus it also contained 3 times the "caster angle" than any other
model. The M3 also shared its single piston calipers, larger
wheel bearings, stub axles with the "E28 5 Series" model, and
the car was only constructed as a left-hand drive car. The one
factor that gave the M3 its true genius was its faultless
balance, outstanding handling and a pure realistic driving
experience that none could match.

The basis of the E30 M3's engine was evolved from the "BMW M88
inline, 6 block", the fundamental architecture and the valve
train from "BMW's M1", and the later science from the "M6
inline, 6 cylinder". The E30 M3 was first introduced with a "2.3
litre 16 valve, 4 cylinder" engine, with a max power of 192bhp
(143kW) and immediate acceleration from 0-60mph in 6.7 seconds,
along with a top speed of 143 mph (230km/h). The M3's suspension
was the essential design concept of the traditional E30 along
with "gas pressurized dual Boge dampers", improved springs,
along with powerful anti-roll bars positioned at the front and
the back. The braking system embodied "Bosch ABS system" working
simultaneously with 280mm ventilated discs at the front, and
282mm solid discs at the rear. The E30 M3 had a couple
fascinating attributes, which included "Siamese-like pistons",
an additional oil cooler positioned behind the spoiler, "a cast
alloy sump", a unusually long "stroke camshaft" with the stroke
(84mm) and the bore (93.4mm), resulting in 2302cc, and unique
steering help with "quick ratio steering rack".

The E30 M3 unfolded as and rebuttal to the "1983 2.3 litres, 16
valve Mercedes Benz W201", out of which the M3 was more
successful despite its big price tag. The M3 kept its heritage
on the track radically triumphant as it obtained 12 various
touring car championships titles between 1986-1991, and 13
various racing titles between 1987-1993. Over 18,000 various M3s
were produced up until when the last cabriolet was turned out in
1991. BMW has no other car within their roster that has ever
achieved and done so much for their namesake, as the M3 is still
regarded as the number one racetrack performance car of all
time.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are various ways that you can contract genital warts just
as there are many diverse genital warts medicine treatments
available. Really, it's possibly a tossup as to which one comes
out the clear winner in sheer numbers.

For one thing, genital warts medicine doesn't have to be
restricted only to medicinal and surgical treatments. They can
also include such treatments as natural remedies, herbal
remedies, holistic approaches as well as alternative genital
warts medicine treatment methods.

Accordingly not everyone feels comfortable about going down
this particular route and will instead stick to the more usual
practices of scientific genital warts medicine. For other people
nonetheless, for whom these standard methods of treatment could
have waned over the years, the alternative approaches to genital
warts medicine treatments are just what they need.

The issue which arises here isn't that any of these alternative
approaches being wrong or unduly dangerous. It lies instead in
the truth that most people will try and treat themselves without
having first obtained a correct diagnosis. This might be stating
the obvious, but not having gone throughout the rigors of
medical school yourself, the average lay person is in no way
qualified to diagnose or treat themselves.

Besides which, if you resort to taking over-the-counter
medications to treat your genital warts you aren't using
customary genital warts medicine. The over-the-counter
medications which can be readily found are not really suitable
because of their strong nature and shouldn't be used as a
genital warts medicine.

Correct genital warts medicine can only be obtained with a
prescription, and even after that you will find that the
medication usually needs to be applied by trained medical
personnel. Also, these types of genital warts medicine can not,
in just about all of the cases, be used by pregnant women as the
medicine can have a harmful effect on the unborn fetus. The same
applies for individuals who have other underlying medical
conditions which will stop them from taking the prescription
genital warts medicine.

On the other hand, if people are looking for a readily
available genital warts medicine which is also all natural, they
need to look no further than their own kitchen. Garlic, and
Vinegar is the order of the day, in conjunction with such items
as Onions, Shitake mushrooms, Apple juice, Pineapple and even
Green tea. All of these ordinary items can be safely used to
help you fight off the HPV infection. They are all great natural
genital wart medicine treatments and can be used without fear of
side effects. That is if you're not allergic to any of these
ingredients!

Condylox is often used for the treatment of anogenital warts
(external genital warts and perianal warts) and is the first FDA
approved gel. Condylox works by destroying infected cells by
stopping the cell growth process. The active ingredients in
Condylox get straight to the problem and begin treating your
genital warts immediately.

There are also other generic names for Condylox such as
Podofilox. Outside of the USA Condylox is known as Condyline.
There are a number of gels and creams used as genital warts
medicine and your doctor is best placed to inform you of the
various treatments.

Oakland California is one of the best places to live and work
in the Bay Area. It has fantastic weather that is ranked in the
top five in the world for a moderate Mediterranean climate.
Oakland is located just east of San Francisco and Emeryville and
north of San Leandro and Hayward. Oakland is home to just over
400,000 residents and is the third largest city in the Bay Area.
Many people overlook Oakland because it may not be as popular as
some other cities but like much of the Bay Area it is a great
place. There is a wide range of cultural diversity and influence
from around the world here and a reflection in food, restaurants
and retail shops. The quality of life in Oakland is very good
and it is easy to find pretty much anything one could want.

There are many things to do in Oakland including any of the
fifty parks that make up the East Bay Regional Park District.
Oakland is also home to the Oakland Raiders pro football team,
the Oakland A's pro baseball team and the Golden State Warriors
pro basket ball team. Oakland is also a major stop for many
concerts and events that are on tour. Oakland has a great
central location to the rest of the bay area. It is easy to get
around using public transportation or driving. With great
weather most of the year, this makes it easy to get out and
enjoy outdoor activities and events. Oakland is home to the very
trendy College Avenue that is lined with upscale restaurants and
shops. This is a really fun area to walk around and pay tribute
to some fine eateries and bar hop. There are also many coffee
shops, cafes and Market Hall. Market hall has several very
upscale markets combined together to provide great food. There
is a delicatessen, a fine cheese shop with cheeses from around
the globe, a butcher shop, a fresh seafood shop, a fine wine
shop, and an organic produce shop. If you like to cook and enjoy
fresh ingredients, Market Hall is a must visit.

The Oakland hills contain many of the Bay Area's fine homes and
estates many of which possess panoramic views of the bay and San
Francisco. There is nothing like looking out over the bay area
on a clear day. The Montclair district makes up a very popular
and trendy part of the Oakland hills scenery. There are many
shops, restaurants and conveniences that the locals enjoy
spending time in. Every Sunday morning, the streets are blocked
off and there is a farmers market that takes place offering a
vast array of fresh produce and consumer goods. There are
usually bands that play and many vendors offering beer and wine
along with different types of food for sale. Montclair is a
great place to enjoy a very fine lifestyle.

Oakland is more affordable than many other Bay Area cities that
are close to San Francisco. There are many great deals on
property here that will go up in value during the years to come.
It is evident that the population in the state of California
will continue to rise and the demand for housing will go with
it. Those who take advantage of the housing prices in this down
market will benefit and prosper. Contact us if you would like
more information about Oakland Real Estate. I have been a
resident of Oakland for the past twenty years and enjoy the
lifestyle that it provides. There is no doubt that Oakland
California is a fine place to live.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are smart businesses and stupid businesses. Smart
businesses grow profitably, generate cash flow, increase in
value over time, and operate without significant input from the
founders. Stupid businesses aren't set up to do any of these
things, and are destined to eventually fail.

Following are fifteen signs that you might have a stupid
business:

1.Marketing is not a priority. It is a sad but true fact that
the most successful businesses do not always provide the best
products or services. Often, less deserving businesses do better
because they make marketing a top priority. If your business
isn't using at least seven different channels to get visible,
then it is at risk.

2.You do not have a detailed cash flow budget and projections.
Cash flow and profits are not the same thing, and the number one
reason businesses fail – even those with strong potential – is
because they run out of cash. It is essential to know how much
cash you have, and how much you will need in the near and
mid-term. Use a variety of different scenarios to assure enough
cash in case of unanticipated problems or delays.

3.You aren't developing sources of leverage. Businesses that
last learn to operate without depending on the founders or
owners. Smart businesses have standards, systems, and documented
processes in place to provide leverage for owners and grow
without depending on one or more key people.

4.You don't have an "edge" in your marketplace. If you are a
me-too business offering the same service, pricing, and products
as everyone else, you won't last long. You need some sort of
edge that matters to your prospects and customers and keeps them
coming back. Your advantage can include proprietary technology,
product leadership, operational excellence, unique distribution
channels, protected sources of labor or supplies, and more.

5.You provide lousy customer service. No business owner ever
admits to providing lousy customer service, and yet too many
businesses do just that. It is crucial to understand your
customer's expectations, know the "magic moments" when you can
make or break the customer's experience, measure results, train
employees to delight customers, and put in place standards and
processes to assure consistent service.

6.Your business lacks focus. Entrepreneurs love to start new
things up, and this can be deadly for cash flow and customer
perceptions. Know what you do well, and for whom, and be the
best in that niche. Don't have visions of grandeur. Don't try to
own the whole world. It is expensive to launch new products and
enter new markets. For instance, a local boxing gym decided to
get into kickboxing and mixed martial arts. They quickly lost
their loyal base of boxing clients, without attracting enough
new martial arts clients. Fortunately, the owner saw his mistake
and regained his focus on boxing.

7.You don't have the right people to succeed. Businesses need
talent – "the right people in the right seats on the bus" as Jim
Collins writes. If you don't have systems in place to recruit,
train, reward, and retain top talent, your business won't last
as long as it otherwise could.

8.You spend too much money on things that are unrelated to
getting more customers and meeting their needs. Larry Ellison of
Oracle used to say, "If you aren't making it or selling it, what
are you doing here?" Prune your business expenses to focus on
those activities that add direct value to the customer. For
instance, I worked with one business that had huge legal
expenses related to contracts, trademarks, and patents. The
business ran out of cash because of these costs. It would have
been smarter to first test its products, use do-it-yourself
legal services, and then spend money protecting its assets after
proving market demand.

9.You don't set a clear direction that every employee
understands and embraces. Many business owners keep their
strategy and goals in their head, without communicating clearly
to employees. It is much more powerful to have a dialogue with
employees about where you want to take the company, what it can
do best, how it can make more money, and resources required to
get it there.

10.Your fixed costs are too high. Constantly find ways to
reduce fixed costs. Otherwise, your business will have trouble
surviving during recessions and other times when revenues are
likely to dip. Thanks to technology and the increased acceptance
of contract labor, you can have a lean, mean, virtual
organization and avoid huge overhead.

11.Your attitude is wrong. One of the biggest reasons
businesses don't last beyond the life of the original owner is
because the owner cared more about ego, status, and maintaining
control than on having a successful business. Strong business
leaders surrender control to top talent, and place greater
emphasis on bottom-line results than on their status or ego.

12.You don't live by metrics. The best businesses pick a few
key things to measure and constantly improve on those metrics.
Examples include: number of leads, conversion rate, dollars
spent per transaction, repeat business, and gross profit margin.

13. Your business fails the five forces test. Michael
Porter devised the five forces model of competitive advantage.
If you don't have lots of control over your vendors or
customers, face significant government regulation, work in a
highly fragmented industry with lots of competition, and anyone
can easily enter your industry then your business could be set
for lots of trouble.

14. Lots of cash goes out before cash comes in. If your
revenue cycle requires large outflows to generate cash inflows,
then you are perpetually at risk of losses. For instance,
imagine an event promotion company that needs to put down huge
deposits in the hopes that lots of people will come to the
event; that is a highly risky business and it is no wonder that
so many promotion companies come and go.

15. You can't easily predict future revenues. The best
businesses know that $X in marketing will generate $Y in sales,
every time. The worst businesses face highly unpredictable
revenue streams. To bring back the example of the promotions
company, it is extremely difficult to know on a given date
whether lots of people will come to an event or not, especially
events with large ticket sales the day of a show. Poor weather,
competing events, local traffic jams, and shocking news can all
ruin an event.

If your business meets even a few of the above criteria, I wish
you the best of luck. You are going to need it.

Document Scanners - A short guide
If your business has a backlog of paper documents that you
need to archive, or if you are looking to create a modern
digital archive that is easy for yourself and your staff to
access, then document scanning is the answer.

If you have been in business for any number of years, you
are bound to have a significant paper-trail of documents
within your organisation that you need to keep and often
need speedy access to. Document scanning enables you to
transfer your paper files into a digital format, which you
can then store on a server for use by yourself and your
employees.

Searching for documents also becomes much less time
consuming, as digital archives can be quickly worked
through and searches for specific documents, by using
keywords, and can also be run by even the most
digitally-inexperienced of your employees.

Scanning your paper documents to create an online archive
will enable you to back up important files, create multiple
copies of files, distribute documents quickly and easily
among employees, clients and other interested parties and
also offers an environmentally-friendly solution to storing
masses of paper on-site.

If you are getting squeezed out of your office and need to
find new storage solutions, then document scanning can open
up whole sections of your floor space by removing the need
to store all your documents on-site and encouraging good
digital housekeeping skills among your workforce.

Once you have successfully implemented and completed the
project of scanning your paper archive into a digital
format, you then simply have to ensure that all new paper
documents are regularly scanned into the archive to ensure
an efficient and clutter-free working environment for you
and your staff.

So, how do you go about sourcing a good scanner that will
fit your company's needs perfectly? The good news is that
there are a wide variety of document scanners on the market
today. The latest models are highly efficient, very
reliable and extremely fast. There are currently scanners
available for every possible level of your document
scanning needs that are robust, compact and excellent value
for money.

Document scanners for the office come designed to a range
of specifications and ' whether you need a scanner to
digitally convert a few paper documents per day, or whether
you have a paper archive that requires thousands of
documents per day to be digitally scanned ' there will be
an ideal product available on the market for you.

If you are looking for a high-quality, compact, budget
scanner, the Canon DR 2050 C Scanner is an ideal desktop
solution for your needs. The machine has one of the most
reliable feeding systems in its price range and can scan up
to 20 pages per minute at a high optical resolution.

Moving up the document scanning specification range, the
Panasonic KVS2046C Scanner offers an excellent standard of
scanning quality and paper handling. It can handle up to 43
pages per minute and has a 120-page automatic document
feeder, while still being compact enough to be stored on a
desktop and comes in at a great mid-range, value-for-money
price.

Finally, the Canon DR9080 Scanner is a high-volume scanner
with a specification to match. This scanner is capable of
processing thousands of documents in a day and is a major
asset to any company looking to convert a large paper
archive into a digital format. It can scan up to A3-sized
documents at a rate of 90 pages per minute and can accept a
range of paper types. It produces digital documents of
excellent quality and is the ultimate asset to a busy,
thriving business looking to embrace the digital age

A Time to Hate

A Time to Hate

These six things doth the Lord hate:
yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

- The Desolation of Abominations -

And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies,
then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Luke 21:20

A Proud Look ...

Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he
doeth? An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the
wicked, is sin.

He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and
strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil
surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and
destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from
such withdraw thyself. For by grace are ye saved through faith;
and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works,
lest any man should boast.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness
of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

A Lying Tongue ...

I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but
because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

The anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and
ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing
teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even
as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the
world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to
ordinances, (Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to
perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of
men?

Ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body,
and in your spirit, which are God's; and be not ye the servants
of men.

Hands that Shed Innocent Blood ...

Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do
we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning
the covenant of our fathers?

Thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, thou hast established
them for correction: for wherein thou judgest another, thou
condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity
consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to
the end that man should find nothing after him. He causeth it to
come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy. For
thou, O Lord, hast done as it pleased thee. For thou hast
created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were
created.

Have hope toward God that there shall be a resurrection of the
dead, both of the just and unjust. For we are his workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before
ordained that we should walk in them. And to make all men see
what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning
of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by
Jesus Christ. And that ye put on the new man, which after God is
created in righteousness and true holiness. For by him were all
things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth,
visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or
principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and
for him.

Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man
with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in
knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is
neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision,
Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in
all.

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels
of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness,
longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another,
if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave
you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity,
which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule
in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and
be ye thankful.

A Heart that Deviseth Wicked Imaginations ...

Do ye imagine to reprove words, and the speeches of one that is
desperate, which are as wind? Which imagine mischiefs in their
heart; continually are they gathered together for war. Deceit is
in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of
peace is joy.

Let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

Feet that be Swift in Running to Mischief ...

The spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the
Lord's house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of
the gate five and twenty men ... Then said he unto me, Son of
man, these are the men that devise mischief, and give wicked
counsel in this city: Which say, It is not near; let us build
houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh.

But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that
both they that have wives be as though they had none; And they
that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as
though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they
possessed not; And they that use this world, as not abusing it:
for the fashion of this world passeth away.

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I
say?

A False Witness that Speaketh Lies ...

The things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. As the
natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for
they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because
they are spiritually discerned.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put
darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for
sweet, and sweet for bitter! When their judges are overthrown in
stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare
unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your
bed, and be still. Selah. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

When wisdom entereth into thine heart, knowledge is pleasant unto
thy soul. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about
thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart.

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that
is, the word of faith, which we preach.

And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward,
whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them
their portion of meat in due season?

Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour, and every one to
his brother, What hath the Lord answered? and, What hath the Lord
spoken? And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more
presumptuously.

He that Soweth Discord Among Brethren ...

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,
that shall he also reap. For the kingdom of God is not in word,
but in power.

Hate the evil within yourself,
love the good in others
and, thereby, establish true
judgment in the gate.
Amos 5:15a (par.)

The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and
the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. For I the Lord
love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will
direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting
covenant with them.

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any
wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination
to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for
even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire
to their gods.

Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which the Lord thy God
hateth.

Shall even he that hateth right govern? and wilt thou condemn him
that is most just? The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked
and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising
early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing
that I hate. But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to
turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.
They hate him that rebuketh in the gate, and they abhor him that
speaketh uprightly.

He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth
a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an
oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth
incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their
own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. Isaiah
66:3

I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without
a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall
say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but
whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that
receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

He that hateth me hateth my Father also. If I had not done among
them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin:
but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. But
this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is
written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Online backup has become the logical choice for people at the
forefront of technology when they want the best data backup
option available.

Do you ever think about what would happen if disaster strikes?
In the blink of an eye all your important computerized
documents, pictures and client data would be gone. It can
happen. Lightning strikes, floods, theft, hard drive failure,
computer viruses and more can result in a loss of information
that can be difficult and expensive or even impossible to
recover.

Maybe you already backup your data, documents, and photos. But
where do you keep the backups? Are they at your home or
business, in the same building as the computers you use? The
same disaster that might destroy your computers could also
destroy the backups. If a large-scale natural disaster such as a
hurricanes, large flood, wild fire, etc. occurs, even storing
your backups in the same city could lead to losing both.

There is a solution, it's called online backup and it comes
highly recommended by professionals from all fields, even from
IT support people, the same people you would pay thousands of
dollars to should you need data recovery. Even when you take
great care in backing up your systems on a daily basis, there is
always the factor of human error to consider. Someone forgets to
do the backup, does it wrong, or stores the disks or tapes
incorrectly. Online backup automates your data backup so those
concerns are no longer relevant.

As more and more of us try to eliminate the need for paper
files in our homes and offices, it is becoming even more
important to have good backup systems for our important
information. Online backup eliminates the problems that can be
encountered due to human error, natural and grand scale
disasters, theft and technological failures. With online backup,
your information will be securely stored off-site and the
systems can be easily set to automatically back up as often as
you need.

Online backup is typically a very cost-effective solution for
small and large businesses. They do not need to devote a portion
of an employee's workday to backing up documents. They do not
need to purchase CDs and other storage medium, and no portion of
the company's physical premises is lost to storage space. Online
backup also protects companies against the future cost of IT
services for data recovery. For many businesses, the loss of
personal client or patient data could mean the end of the
business. This is one reason it is so important to make your
online backup choice wisely. The use of online backup will also
help healthcare providers in following the guidelines of HIPAA
(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and the
strictest of privacy practices in any industry.

On a personal level, any number of things could also happen to
your personal documents and it would be devastating. More and
more of us are taking digital photos and storing them on our
computer. If something happens to your computer and the data
cannot be recovered, there go possibly years of family photos.
These and other important files should be backed up outside your
home to ensure your peace of mind.

Don't be one of those people who frets and cries over lost
computer data or who spends too much money on data recovery,
which may or may not work. Make the best choice now and protect
the files and photos that you can't do without. Put online
backup to work for you today.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I have found (like many others) that simple success is best!

Albert Einstein described the balance of this type of execution
when he said, "Everything should be made as simple a possible,
but not simpler." This is a great secret of happy living:
realizing goals, projects, and purposes (including the missions
of our lives) in an uncomplicated, yet effective and prevailing
fashion--eliminating the unnecessary while holding on to the
essential details.

American writer Richard Bach is quoted as saying, "The simplest
things are often the truest." Making it simple may come down to
living a few basic, true principles.

1. Maintain focus--keep your eye on the ball! Indecision breeds
procrastination and the two create huge distractions. We only
hit what we aim at. My outdoor-loving husband always "sights in"
his gun before hunting. Our goals are no different. They require
regular focus to hit them.

2. Be honest--always! Nothing will make your life more
complicated than lying-to yourself or others. Facing
circumstances squarely may seem challenging, but truly--it's the
simplest way to succeed.

3. Prepare. Everything you need or want has a way of showing up
as soon as you are ready for it. The sooner you're prepared, the
faster you'll realize results.

4. Have faith. Hopeful wishing is an excellent starter, but a
not-so-good finisher. Faith and perserverance lead you over the
finish line. Faith comes after hope. It is believing without
doubt!

5. Keep it positive. Negative energy, feedback, and focus
complicates everything! The one thing you have full power over
is your thoughts, words, and actions. Use them for good.

6. Stay educated. Knowledge is like a key that unlocks the door
to dreams. Our individual success depends upon increasing
intelligence. Remember, all education is self- acquired--no one
can really teach us without our permission. We must choose it!

7. Be courageous. Breaking out of old, complicated patterns
takes guts. If your purpose is worthy and your pursuit is
sincere, with bravery you can establish behavior patterns,
thoughts, and choices that feed simple, happy, and successful
lives.

8. Go the extra mile. When you are spiritually compelled to
reach out and serve (which we all are at one time or another) do
it with high definition! It's a universal truth that leads to
victory--what you put out comes back to you a hundred fold.
Serve--and go the extra mile.

9. Drop the ego. You can't become the master of anything until
you become the master of your own ego. While believing in
yourself is important and healthy, inflating your sense of self
by competing, or acting and believing you're better than others,
will complicate your life in ways you cannot image. If your
success is ego-based, you're failure is immanent. Love others
instead and aspire to race only against yourself.

10. Be willing to work. My grandfather was a psychologist and
he used to repeat a popular saying, "With all thy get--get
going!" Healthy self- esteem grows with good old-fashioned hard
work and anyone who's truly hit his mark will tell you that
dreams aren't made without it.

We create complex lives and inherit difficult problems when we
defy these straightforward truths that make for simple success.

As you work to improve your life, evaluate your ability to live
these truths. Pick at least one and spend the week focusing on
simplifying your path to success by making that one principle a
part of your everyday life.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In recent time poker in its many forms has gained immense
popularity. In fact the online world offer a variety of poker
versions and as such more and more people are learning the
basics so as to be able to display the winning hand. There are
yet others who simply turn to the game because they are so well
versed in other forms of poker. Whatever your reason may be,
learning razz poker and 7 card strategy can prove to be
beneficial for you, because these little hands can help you earn
a fair bit.

The rules are fairly simple. You have to remember that the
lowest hand, in other words, the worst hand wins. The game can
be played by a minimum of 2 players and maximum of eight players
and the dealer begins to deal from his left. There are certain
rules you need to adhere to when playing razz poker. Prior to
the start of any razz poker game, all players are required to
ante a nominal amount. You will need to refer to poker limits
for an exact ante amount but in general terms what this implies
is that all player s are dealt 2 hidden hole cards, i.e., face
down and the third card is the exposed card. Whoever has the
highest exposed card is the "bring-in". The bring in is a forced
bet and is usually half the small bet as such, in a $2-4 game it
will be $1. The bring-in is required to make a wager of either a
half of a small bet or a full small bet. The game moves on in a
clockwise pattern till betting for the round is concluded.

In case of a tie, the bring-in is determined by breaking suit.
The order is spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs. After this,
players receive another exposed card referred to as "Fourth
Street". The player who gets the first go is the one with the
lowest poker value stud card exposed. In Razz poker or 7 card
strategy straights and flushes are not taken into count. This
player is empowered to either check or bet. In case of a bet,
it'll be a small bet, i.e., $2 in a $2/$4 game.

Next step, players receive another exposed card, called "Fifth
Street". As per rules, the 1st player to make a move will be the
one whose exposed poker hand displays the lowest poker value.
You obviously ignore the straights and flushes and from now on
till the remainder of the game all bets to be placed are a big
bet, i.e., $4 in a $2/$4 game.

Next you receive the next exposed card termed as "Sixth Street"
and the rules remain the same with the player with the lowest
valuation card acting first. After this the final card, i.e.,
the 7th card is dealt. This is why the game is also called 7
Card Stud. This card is dealt face-down and each player only
knows what his/her card is. The first person who plays is the
person whose 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th cards have the least poker
value. In case there's more than one player still in the game at
the time of final betting, the last bettor displays their cards.
In case of a no bet in the final round, the player with the
lowest poker value of exposed cards shows their hand first.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Sleep is very important to our body. Next to the air we
breathe, sleep is the next thing we cannot do without for a long
time. Sleep does many important things to our body, we regain
strength after sleeping, and our bodies repair itself during
sleep. Lack of sleep weakens our mental ability, we become more
stressed, and it hinders our ability to recover from injury. The
Memory Foam Mattress Pads advertisement claims that what
revitalizes us after sleeping is what we call REM sleep. It is
part of the sleep cycle that is reached after 90 min in your
sleep. We cannot reach this stage in sleep if we keep on tossing
and turning during the night, even if you do not wake up. To get
a comfortable position during sleep, our body will tend to toss
and turn.

Memory Foam Mattress Pads support our bodies by following the
contours of our body, like a mold. It fully relaxes our muscles
and we stop tossing and turning, we then reach REM sleep and we
wake up feeling invigorated.

Many of us experience aches and pains after waking up. This is
due primarily to lack of proper support our mattress gives us.
It forces the spine to take a position it is not meant to take.
It is the other way around with the use of Memory Foam Mattress
Pads. Instead of our spine following the mattress, the mattress
follows the spines normal position during sleep. Thus, our spine
will get the needed position it requires. Aches and pains are
eliminated.

Memory Foam Mattress Pads are made of visco elastic material.
It is generally firmer than traditional mattresses. This
material behaves differently from the traditional mattress
materials. The cells of this material can fully compress. It is
possible because the cells have holes in it, which spreads the
air pressure to the cells surrounding it. This explains why if
you remove pressure on it, the material will not rise
immediately but will retain its shape much like a mold to your
body. Then it will rise very gradually. The ability to conform
to our bodys natural curves enables the mattress to support our
body in its natural position. Another unique quality it has is
that the material is temperature sensitive, firm at lower
temperatures and more elastic at higher temperatures. Hence, the
melting feeling when you lie down on it.

There are many kinds of Memory Foam Mattress Pads available in
the market today. Make sure you get to buy quality foam
mattresses. There are certain mattresses that do not have equal
densities throughout the whole foam. You will feel that for the
same density, let us say 4lb, there are those supple and soft
while other 4 lb foam pads are firm and it is not the same
throughout the whole pad. Some companies encourage consumers to
weigh their foam pads. If it comes out weighing less, then it is
possible that it is shorter than the required length or it is
low quality foam.

What do you give the woman in your life?

Unless she specifically requests for one, a vacuum cleaner or a
new set of pot and pans, no matter how much they cost, might
well disappoint her. Practical though they may be, household
gifts lack that special touch. You know the look on her face
when she opens a gift she really loves. One that gives her that
unexpected thrill?

You are more likely to get a genuinely thrilled response from
her if you give her jewelry than if you were to give her a new
apron or a new cupboard.

What if she already has everything?

All women love shiny things. Precious jewelry that catches her
eye would certainly get her vote. It could be an absolutely
gorgeous necklace that sets off her favorite dress beautifully.
Or it could be a pair of stunning shoulder duster earrings that
highlight her slender neck. Or it could be a cuff bracelet that
makes a simple sheath dress look amazing.

When it comes to a birthday gift, nothing beats birthstone
jewelry for her.

Birthstone jewelry is any kind of jewelry that is set with the
gemstone of her birth month.

Who invented birthstone jewelry in the first place?

There are lots of theories as to the origins of birthstones.

One common belief is that these 12 birthstones originated from
the breastplate worn by the high priest of the Jews. Each
gemstone representing one tribe of Israel and later,
representing one month of the year.

These 12 gemstones are beryl, topaz, ruby, turquoise, lapis
lazuli, emerald, jacinth, agate, amethyst, crysolite, onyx and
jasper.

Astrologers associated the gemstones with each zodiac sign. As
each zodiac month overlaps largely with the calendar month, the
monthly birthstone list can be derived from the zodiac
birthstone.

The Tibetans, in ancient Tibet, had their own birthstone list.
That list of mystical birthstones is more than a thousand years
old.

Even the Indians have their Ayurverdic birthstone list, based
on that branch of medicine originating from India.

Eventually, in 1912, a modern birthstone list was compiled by
the National Association of Jewelers in Kansas with a specific
gemstone associated with each month of the year. This is the
list accepted in U.S.

According to this modern birthstone list, the birthstone for

calls for aquamarine, April's gemstone is the diamond. May's

Throughout history, mankind has been fascinated with gemstones.
Their color, beauty and rarity cause men to prize them. So much
so that many stories and superstitions surround the various
gemstones.

Lore or not. Gemstones are beautiful and that alone makes them
wonderful gifts for women. The way they enhance the wearer's
looks, like the icing on the cake make birthstone jewelry
wonderful jewelry gifts for women.

The great thing about birthstones is that they make great
personalized gifts for women. After all, that gemstone is chosen
based on her birth month. When you want to get a woman jewelry
and aren't too sure which gemstone to get, you could use any of
these lists as a guide.

Yes, diamonds are a girls best friend and no woman would
protest if you give her diamonds. But if you want to get her
something more affordable, you could go for one of the more
affordable gemstones for her month.

Why Folding Machines May Just Be A Very Worthwhile Investment
Does your business regularly send out bulk or complex
mailings to existing clients and potential customers? If
you frequently distribute bulk and complex mailings, a
folder inserter machine could prove to be a very worthwhile
investment.

At present, the valuable time of your staff may be taken up
with folding and stuffing envelopes. A folder inserter
machine can carry out a range of complex folding and
inserting tasks, thereby giving your staff more time to
increase productivity in other areas and helping your
business to grow.

You may also find a folder inserter to be a profitable
investment when you consider what an increase in mailings
to existing and potential clients can add to your business.
Using a folder inserter will give your mailings a
professional look and enable you to communicate regularly
with your customers, without taking up valuable staff time.

It will not take long before the cost of a folder inserter
machine has been returned to your business when you
consider the financial benefits to be enjoyed - providing
more time for your employees to concentrate on other tasks;
creating a more professional image for your mail-outs; and
increasing the number of your mail-outs to customers.

PHL folder inserter machines are features in many mailing
rooms and are a hugely popular choice. The PHL 2042, 2043
and 2044 machines are all designed to sit on a desktop and
can therefore be situated unobtrusively in an office, where
the machine can be accessible to all members of your team,
if required. Their design is compact and all three machines
are designed to fold your mailings, insert them into
envelopes and seal the envelopes.

The PHL 2042, 2043 and 2044 can all deal with stapled
documents and offer users a variety of folding styles. The
machines can handle a range of envelope sizes and paper
weights and can also be easily programmed to link to a
postage meter for franking purposes. A variety of add-on
options are available to users, including Optional Mark
Recognition (OMR) and all PHL machines are designed to be
user-friendly.

The Plockmatic 45 is a total mailing solution that can fill
C5 or C4 envelopes with A5 or A4 documents of up to 10
sheets per envelope, or eight millimetres in thickness. It
can fill your envelopes in a wallet or pocket style, is
easy to operate and offers automatic envelope sealing. The
machine can operate at a speed of up to 3600 inserts per
hour and is designed on a modular basis, enabling you to
customise and extend the machine as your business needs
change and develop.

The Plockmatic 46 is a high capacity feeder and can handle
documents up to eight millimetres in thickness. It can
handle a variety of documents, including single sheets,
stapled sheets, booklets, cards and glossy paper. It can
detect misfeeds and run a continuous multi-feed and is a
great addition when you need to extend the capabilities of
your folder inserter machine.

The Plockmatic 49 and the Plockmatic 51 are two easy-to-use
additions to your Plockmatic folder inserter machine. The
Plockmatic 49 is a sheet-feeder that enables you to collate
a pre-selected sequence of sheets for input into your
folder inserter. The Plockmatic 51 is a compact and
user-friendly folding unit, which will help to increase the
capacity of your folder inserter. It also features low
noise-level design and requires minimal adjustment when
configuring sheet requirements.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Weight Training is one of the best ways to beef up and get fit.
All the benefits of weight training are way too numerous to list
now, you may know a lot of them or you may not, but what you
should know is that it's one of the best things you can do to
get that body you want. The whole purpose of this article is to
help you come to terms with the wide array of terminology used
in the weight training world. Whether you are speaking to a
personal trainer, reading from a book, or listening to a
salesperson it's always good to know what they're talking about.

Maybe you have thought about joining a gym or thought about
buying a piece of gym equipment. Either way you're probably
going to get bombarded with some terminology that you don't
understand. The gym and people within in it tend to use terms
that would baffle most, and this article is about trying to
understand these terms so that you know and feel comfortable
with conversations regarding weight lifting in the future.

Some of the basic terms used are:

Routine : The range of exercises you carry out make up a
routine. Whether it be a whole body routine or a half body
routine (upper or lower body) it is more popular that a routine
is split up over 3 days a week, so that you have time for your
muscles to recover in time for your next workout. Always
remember and take into consideration the time it takes for your
muscles to recover when designing a routine. The best way to
design your routine around this is to separate the 3 training
days with a day off in between. So you would train Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday.

Repetitions (Reps) - Let's say your doing push ups shall we.
Taking into consideration the normal technique of a push up is
lying down with 2 hands placed shoulder width apart flat on the
floor. You then push up keeping your back straight, and at the
top of the movement you lower yourself back down again and
repeat. Doing this once counts as one repetition (rep). The
amount of reps that are recommended is very important as any
more or less could bring upon the results that you didn't
desire. For instance - If you did more reps than recommended
then you could decrease muscle growth and just increase your
stamina. Whatever your goal is the amount of reps reflect it.

Sets - If you do 10 push ups then rest a minute and do another
10 thats 2 sets all together. A set is defined by the exercise
then rest affiliation. Sometimes personal trainers will
recommend doing less reps in each set. Say, 1 set for 10 reps,
then 1 set for 8 reps, and so on.

Spot - If anyone asks you while you're in the gym do you need
spotting, don't take it as an insult, because they're not saying
you have spots, they're simply asking you if you want them to
assist you if you're lifting a heavy weight. This is
particularly useful if you want to lift to failure.

Free weights - These are simply weights that free of machinery,
they include dumbbells and barbells. You have to physically load
the weights onto the bar.

Rack - The rack which is sometimes known as the pwer rack is
used for many exercises. It's the big metal contraption with
holes drill dup both sides so that you can slide a safety bar
in. A rack can be used for squats, chin ups, and a wide variety
of other exercises.

Circuit routine - A circuit routine combines a number of cardio
exercises with weight training. This is where you perform a
variety of weight training exercises back to back without having
a rest period in between. A circuit routine like this is
generally used as a form of toning up and cutting to get rid of
those few extra calories.

Negative - You may here someone in the gym saying something
like "Why don't you add some negatives". What they mean by
negatives is the lowering of a weight. Say in a bicep curl, you
lift the weight up and then you let the bar down. The negative
is the part were you let the weight down. This is know as the
negative porion of a rep and it can be very effective at
stimulating muscles. Some people increase the amount of time on
a negative rep than they do on the positive rep, which in turn
increases more muscle tension and allows for more muscle growth.

Some less than obvious muscle terms :

Pecs - Pectorals (Chest)

Lats - Lattisimus Dorsi (Muscles in your back that flare out)

Hams - Hamstrings

Glutes - Gluteus Maximus (Butt Muscles)

Traps - Trapezuis (The muscle that goes from your neck to your
shoulders)

Bi's - Biceps

Tri's - Triceps

Quads - Quadriceps (Your thigh muscles)

Delts - Deltoids (Your shoulder muscles)

Abs - Andominals (Your stomach muscles)
Right, go to the gym right now and ask a personal trainer for a
3 on 1 off mass building routine with reps containing an
increased negative motion at a tempo of 1-3-1 with special
emphasis on your glutes and delts....Only kidding.

If you're a beginner I do hope you have learned something from
this article. If you are experienced at weight training then
you've just wasted your time because you should already know
this LOL.

Get straight to enjoying the many benefits of weight training,
be stronger, leaner, and more confident within yourself starting
tomorrow.

All the best in health.

The top news of the day reaches millions of people daily via
the Internet. You can catch up with the geo-political and
environmental issues, as well as the latest Lebanese news
sprinkled with interesting blogs and videos chronicling the
lighter side of life about the people, culture, and events in
Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon, Greece, Israel and more.

The Advantage of Getting News Online

Reading the morning's newspaper over a cup of coffee is a
time-honored ritual. But the Internet has changed all that. The
newspaper is contested by online news that include riveting
videos and virtual tours. The "close encounter" experience
heightens your satisfaction of reading Lebanese news and
international summits for global concerns. On top of all this,
you are alerted to breaking headlines minute by minute.

Online sites provide access to the different headlines from
several top Middle East newspapers churning out the day's events
from all over the globe. You can also have your choice of
different Middle East newspapers and your daily dose of: World
News, Lebanese News, Middle East News, Our Planet, and World
Sports.

The different broadsheets - Nahamet News, Daily Star-News
Briefs, Ya Liban News, Daily Star Local, and Google News Lebanon
provide more than news. You can gloss over the editorials,
interviews, technology, business, health, culture, classifieds,
and entertainment. These always give the latest and most
intriguing pieces on World News.

Unlike the newspaper that's tossed to your proverbial lawn,
your online news won't be chewed up by the dog. Rain or sun and
day or night, you have your news in your computer. A good
Internet connection provides non-stop news feeds.

Getting the Best from Online News

The online sites are easy to navigate. The items are
categorized according to blogs, newspapers, politics, business,
Lebanese sports, and videos. All but the video and blog sections
have drop-down menus to provide you a selection of newspapers.
In the blogs section, the drop-down menu lists the bloggers of
the different newspapers. For videos, you will be immediately
directed to Yahoo! Videos.

If you are into Middle East news and want to say your piece
about the events, you can post your comments about the press
releases. The available chat feature and discussion forum
instantly connects you to other Lebanese news aficionados.

If you're looking to expand your business, or eyeing an
opportunity in the import and export business, or simply looking
for financially rewarding breaks, you can always go over the
classifieds.

Thinking about someplace that offers a new experience? The
Middle East should top your list. Hunt for the best place to
stay by region, restaurants to dine in, and stores to scour for
interesting trinkets, rugs, jewelry, and excellent wines in the
newspapers' directories. The transport and travel guide with a
list of interesting places can help you map out your visit to
the Middle East, where a fascinating mix of the cosmopolitan and
eastern mystic continue to enthrall tourists.

Reading up on Lebanese news provides you another window to look
at the picture of the Middle East. It is not all about political
issues; it is also about learning how the other half survives in
a time of turmoil, prosperity, and recovery. For the country's
expats, keeping up with the news is the best way to keep in
touch with the homeland.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Those that have a hard time gaining muscle most of the time
think that it has something to do with their workout routine or
their supplementation. After they've been lifting weights for a
while without seeing any muscle building results, they
immediately think that they must be on the wrong bodybuilding
program.

They start to add in all kinds of techniques that they read in
some bodybuilding magazine or website. They start to add in
supersets, forced reps, negatives, giant sets, heavier weights,
static contractions, stretch overload, so on and so forth. Or
they'll begin to add more exercises, sets, frequency, etc.

Or, they'll run to the nearest supplement store or internet
site and begin to pour their hard-earned money on testosterone
boosters, prohormones, weight gainers, protein bars / shakes,
pre-workout / post-workout drinks, creatine, NO2, glutamine,
branch chain amino acids, etc., etc.

Yet, after all of that extra effort, time, and money spent,
they still are getting the same muscle gaining
results..........nothing!

Wanna know why?

Because they fail to look at the number one factor on how to
gain muscle .........eating more calories. That is 99% of the
time the problem, not their training or supplementation.

And I love it when I hear someone complain that "no matter what
they do they can't gain any muscle mass". But when asked how
many calories or food their eating, it is always, and I mean
always, not enough, even though they swear up and down that they
do.

Sure, they think their eating a lot of food, and they may be
doing so a day here and a day there. But when you look at how
they eat over the course of several months, you'll see that they
are eating like a bird, and that's why they look like one.

Trust me, I know what it feels like. A lack of an appetite is
what kept me from gaining muscle mass naturally for years on
end.

Well, here are a few tips and tricks to increase your natural
appetite so that you can actually start to eat enough to grow,
even though you may be fooling yourself into thinking you
already are (but hey, regardless of what your stomach may be
telling you, if you haven't gained any significant amount of
muscle in a while, it's time to look in the mirror).

First, avoid eating foods that are very acidic, like carrots,
orange juice, tomatoes, lemons, limes, and other citrus
fruits......since a high level of acid tells the brain to slow
digestion down, which will result in a lot of food just sitting
in your stomach, killing your appetite.

Second, don't eat too much protein, since this releases certain
hormones that also tell your brain to slow digestion down.

Third, don't eat a lot of foods that contain a lot of sodium,
like frozen foods and canned soup. Again, sodium also tells the
body to slow digestion down, and, again, taking away your
appetite.

And, avoid a lot of fiber, since fiber stretches the
intestines, bloats you, and fools the brain into thinking you're
"full".

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are some people out there who refuse to admit that they
have a drinking problem. How many times have you heard someone,
or even yourself say "I only drink every now and then. I do not
have a problem". There is no one who can diagnose if you are an
alcoholic especially since the medical community can't really
agree on a definition. . Other people may have a idea that you
might have a drinking problem, but only you know how much you
drink and if you are able to stop drinking. If you think you
might have a problem, a alcoholism self test might be something
for you to try.

The internet is a great resource of tools for you to use to try
and see if you might have a drinking problem or habits that
might lead to bigger problems down the road. These tests are
not to be used in place of medical advice. You will find that
most of these tests are self scoring.

First these tests will tell show you what a standard drink
consist of such as a 12 ounce can or bottle of beer. You might
then be asked how many standard drinks you drink in a week.
Usually the next section will ask you about your pattern of
drinking. You will have to answer questions such as how many
days in a month did you drink NO alcohol, and on how many days
did you drink only 1-2 drinks. This is usually where you might
find if your drinking is truly a social thing. Most social
drinkers do not drink daily, and usually have no more than 3
drinks a day. If you find that you are out of these guidelines
for the worse, you might want to think about cutting down.

A self test will also ask you about what causes you to drink.
You will be given a situation and then asked how heavily you
drank due to that situation. For example when you are
experiencing physical pain do you not drink heavily, sometimes
drink heavily or usually drink heavily. This will show you
where you are at the greatest risk for drinking heavily. You
might find that it is your pattern to drink heavily whenever you
have a bad or stressful day. Or you may find that going out
with friend's leads you to drink heavily. Now you know what
triggers you to drink heavily, and you can take steps to change
it.

You might also find self tests that include a section called a
short form alcohol dependence data. In this section you will
have to look at how alcohol affects your life. You might find
questions asking if you plan your day around when and where you
can drink. Once you answer the questions, you will be scored
and the higher your score, the more dependent on alcohol you
are.

These tests will never be able to diagnose you as being an
alcoholic but rather what your dependency on alcohol is.
Alcoholics tend to have a high dependency on alcohol and if your
results show that you have a high dependence, then it might be
time to talk to your doctor.

The cuddly little Bichon Frise is friendly, affectionate and
fun to be with, ideal if you want some undemanding
companionship.

Bichon Frise are an American Kennel Club registered breed - a
'pedigree' dog - but these cute little bundles of silky
long-haired fur certainly don't act like aristocrats. They're
just the ideal 'fur baby' cute, easy to care for, and devoted to
their owners.

These lovely little dogs usually weigh about 10 lbs or so,
maybe a little more or less, and don't often come much higher
that a foot - usually a bit smaller. They often have shiny
black-button eyes and are famous for their thick fluffy white
coats. The tail is a magnificent plume which floats proudly
above the back.

Perfect Dogs as Family Pets

Bichons are a great choice for families with young kiddies,
because they love children and have very placid temperaments.
Your new-schooler will be safe with this breed, in normal
circumstances.

But it's not a good idea to leave a Bichon Frise - or in fact
any dog - alone with an infant, because although the Bichon are
very gentle and won't usually bit, rough handling by a little
one too young to know better can be injure this cute little dog,
who is too small and fragile to stand up to much rough-housing.

This breed is friendly; not a problem around other dogs - and
unusually, they even get on well with cats, especially kittens!

But it's alwys a good idea to start socialising your dog early.
You can pick up some great free tips on training your Bichon at
http://www.DogFav.com

Bichon Frise Pine If Left Alone at Home All Day

These affectionate littel pooches love people and will pine if
left alone all day. Not the dog for two-career families! Your
Bichon Frise needs lots of love and attention and is, in many
ways, more like a small child than a self-sufficient animal.

Are Bichon Frise Happy With Apartment Living?

Bichons are a lot more contented than most dogs when kept in
small spaces. Your Bichon Frise loves you, wants to be with you,
and if you are there, won't mind much where "there" is!

Just take your fur baby for a gentle daily stroll and that will
be "outdoorsy" enough for him...

How Easy Is It To Housebreak The Bichon Frise?

The sooner you begin to teach any pup simple commands the
better, but the Bichon Frise is easy to train, being
affectionate, eager to please, too lazy to be 'naughty', highly
intelligent, and small enough that when he does get something
wrong you can simply pick him up and set him right.

Your Bichon Frise and Other Dogs

Puppy obedience classes are a good idea for any breed,
perfoming the twin functions of teching your puppy to obey and
socialising him to other dogs. This is particulary true for
Bichon Frise, who are eaxtremely sociable animals who will learn
more easily and happily when surrounded by other dogs.

How Much Grooming Does a Bichon Frise Need?

This breed simply adores all the fussing, grooming, training,
pampering, and ATTENTION that a show dog gets! Of course,
there's no need to show your Bichon, but the breed takes very
happily to the show ring.

Your lively little pet's aptitude for learning and ready
obedience may just convince you to take to the show circuit,
even if right now that's not something you plan on. Bichons are
easy to groom because of this characteristic.

What Do Bichon Frise Eat?

Bichon Frises are easy to feed. They like all kinds of
different diets and are not expensive to satisfy, not fussy
eaters at all.

It's always best to feed your puppy soft foods and lots of
milk, and to get him accustomed to having you brush his teeth.

Do Bichon Frise Have Delicate Health?

Bichon Frises are an ultra healthy breed. The breed has no
associated health problems, unlike some pedigree dogs with
inherited illnesses which are costly to treat.

With a Bichon Frise, your vet bills are likely to be small. But
little dogs like this are always fairly likely to have some
dental problems, so you may want to pick up our Free Vet's Guide
to dog care at http://www.DogFav.com to help you keep the vet
bills low and your dog free from toothache!

Caring Well For Bichon Frise

These dogs do need lots of grooming. You will need to brush out
your Bichon's fluffy coat frequently or he will soon stop being
a beautiful, elegant little dog. You will also need to have his
coat cut and shaped at least once a month. For full grooming
info, just take a look at our dog care articles on
http://www.DogFav.com

So, Is This Puppy The Right Dog For You?

If you want a pet who glories in long hikes through the woods,
definitely not! Try a spaniel. If you want a fluffy bundle who
will be happy alone at home, no way! Try a Yorkie. But if you're
looking for a sweet and affectionate little dog who will love
you and give you no cause for anxiety, then the cuddly Bichon
Frise may be the right dog for you.
