Shoppers compare prices and look for discounts before
finalizing any purchase. It is always a matter of getting the
best deal, the best fit, and, of course, the best price.
Software shoppers should take this cue and compare CRM software
systems before anything else. If you are in the market for CRM
software, take a look before making that dive.

Different Business Needs

Software that keeps track of business transactions can make the
job easier. However, you have to compare CRM software systems to
make sure you are getting the right one tailor-fitted to your
needs. If you own a shoe store, you need to keep tabs of the
following: number of shoes sold for different categories and
styles, peak and slow periods, number of staff, bills due and
payables collected, and total amounts due to your business.

CRM software that is applicable to your specifications is
available, but you have to compare CRM software systems before
making a final choice. The software does not come cheap, and
that's enough reason to take that extra precaution. Be reminded
that software that does well for a bookstore or shoe store will
not be suitable for a big processing plant.

Getting Automated

The variety and the bulk of information required will vary from
one business to another. Work done manually and managing sales
process and sales data, can be cut in half with the appropriate
software. Buyers must compare software systems to check if they
are better off with sophisticated or simple application.

To avoid the hassle and post purchase problems, get the
assistance of an e-clearing house to eliminate all the attendant
worries. The e-clearing house can match your needs with the
qualified supplier. All you have to do is fill up a
questionnaire stating your requirements. You can also request
for affordable software considering your medium-sized
enterprise. Your requirements will be matched with suppliers
offering the right CRM software.

The suppliers will submit quotes, and you can make your
informed decision with the help of the e-clearing house equipped
with the experience on different software systems. Coursing your
purchase through an e-clearing house hastens your search for the
CRM software, reducing cost, stress, time, and effort.

You don't have to compare software systems every now and then
when your company needs the technology at the soonest possible
time and within budget. The e-clearing house will take care of
this problem. It will provide information, tips, and advice in
selecting the software for different business categories.

What Do You Expect From A CRM Software?

There are varied CRM software solutions and if budget is no
consequence, you can get an entire package. But if this is not
the case, you have to settle for top priority needs like live
chat options with customers and online customer assistance, or
tracking and updating information on customer spending behavior
to be able to tap opportunities to offer new services/products.

You don't need software that has several programs. This will be
costly and another waste of company funds if not all programs
can be used for the business. Be very specific when you look for
the correct software.

Re-entering all that data to suit the software is expensive and
a waste of time. Compare CRM software systems to find which one
can assure the smooth transition of your current programs to the
software function.

Expect the seller to provide the training for all key users of
the system in your company. You might also want the provider to
give you an in-house consultant until all of you have fully
grasped how the system works. But all of this begins with the
responsibility of making good when you compare CRM software
systems.

Lebanon is extra special because her four grand ladies continue
to bewitch and entrance people from all over the world with
their ancient secrets and their ageless beauty. The five grand
ladies referred to are her eternal cities - Beirut, Tyre,
Byblos, Sidon, and Tripoli. The country may be in turmoil, but
the world continues to hope that these graceful ladies will not
be harmed.

The Capital

Beirut is the geographic and economic hub of the country. It
strongly retains influences from the French. Foch Allenby, the
Central District area is the favorite of crowds. Here you find a
mix of different architecture with walls molded from yellow
stone that echoes the art influenced by bygone eras of the
Ottoman, French, and Italian style.

The young and old shop for trinkets at the Souk al Barghout, a
flea market that draw crowds of thousands – both local shoppers
and curious tourists. Here you can find jewelry, antiques,
handicrafts, and paintings. The flea market is like a wonderful
box that holds colorful and assorted treasures.

In the evening, people take long walks along Foch Allenby's
cobbled streets, ride their bikes, and drink cups of coffee in
quaint cafes. Famous Lebanese wines overflow in the local pubs.
The outdoor restaurants are teeming with diners and people revel
into the night.

In the infamous Rue Minet El Hosn, people promenade in the lazy
afternoons. They take the sights of interesting and fabulous
facades of hotels and old buildings bearing influences of
western and eastern cultures. The Rue Minet El Hosn was the
stomping ground for the civil war that ravaged Beirut in 1975.

Minet El Hosn is swamped with big name hotels like Normandie,
Alcazar, Phoenicia, Holiday Inn, Palm Beach, and St. George. If
you go to Beirut, check out these hotels and get the best
service to be found in this part of the globe.

Where East Meets West

In Tyre, marvel at the white sugar sand beach, sparkling
waters, and the breathtaking sceneries, adding up to any
visitors' enjoyment of Lebanon's beaches. Tourists and locals
alike enjoy scuba diving and fishing. Swimmers love the warm,
pristine waters. Nearby, the woodlands provide a good hunting
ground. Relaxing in this ancient but bustling seaside city gives
you that feeling that you're looking at the same sea famous
biblical characters crossed in their ancient vessels.

Byblos is the oldest inhabited area in Lebanon, dating back
7000 years. Once a mighty province ruled by kings, it is now a
busy metropolis with a flourishing trade. Byblos is an
archeologist's heaven. The old buildings and Egyptian
architecture are still around to fascinate tourists with their
link to a proud and ancient past.

Another must-see place is Sidon. This is the place where Noah
and his family landed after the Great Flood. The romantic ruins
from the Crusader Period are the Castle of Sea constructed by
the Knights of St. John, while the Castle of St. Louis or Land
Castle sits atop the acropolis of what was once a Phoenician
stronghold.

Tripoli in Northern Lebanon draws tourists to its ancient
castles and the Fortress of Saint Gilles. The fortress was built
in 12 BC but was later remodeled by the Mamluks and the
Ottomans. There are 45 registered historical buildings that
history buffs shouldn't miss. Tripoli was also once a
ship-building center and later the hub for learning.

Lebanon still beckons the outside world. Go and experience the
converging cultures of east and west in its famous cities. The
grand ladies of await you.

A convection microwave is a combination of a standard oven, and
a convection oven. It allows food cooked in the convection
microwave to be cooked quickly, yet come out browned or crisped,
as in a convection oven. Convection microwaves were initially
considered to be high-end kitchen appliances. They were
considered to be more expensive than a conventional microwave.
As the time was passing away the convection microwaves has lost
their value that is why they can be bought in the same price as
the conventional microwave around the world, making it easier
for the average family to be able to enjoy a meal that is
nutritious and that can be made some times in just a mater of
minutes.

Almost all the microwave carry the manufacturers guarantee,
this includes a full three parts and labour warrantee and most
of the combination ovens have twelve months full guarantee They
are not considered cost-effective if primarily used just to heat
drinks or frozen food. They are usually used for cooking a
prepared dish. In recent times, certain manufacturers have added
a high power quartz halogen bulb to their convection microwave
models while marketing them. To save the time now days many
people prefer buying this type of cooking appliance, they are
easy to use and very helpful to finish the work faster. Food
cooked in these is healthier than cooked traditionally in home.
. For the people who are health conscious there is great news,
the vitamins & the nutrients of the food cooked in the microwave
are the same they do not reduce. In fact, recent laboratory
studies suggest that vegetables cooked in the microwave actually
retain more nutritious vitamins and minerals. When you boil the
food and make the contents of nutrients in them are not left
over, whereas the food prepared in this type of the microwave
has all the nutrients intact.

Owning the basic cooking appliances have become a necessity and
not considered a luxury any more. If you are in the process of
trying to decide where to purchase this appliance, you likely
are trying to figure out where you can obtain these products for
the most reasonable price, well, I have good news, you are at
the right place, the one stop for all your needs; less than one
roof is the Canada appliances, the best brand under this is
Maytag. Gone are the days when the person has to spend a lot of
time in cooking food. This not only saves time but also keeps
the food tasty. They are also available at a affordable rate.
They have become the basic need and within the budget of one and
all. Now a day's cooking appliances are considered to be a long
time investment, so they have to be durable for the long run.
Once you start shopping from this site, I assure u will not be
disappointed; your choice of appliance will be the best and

================== ARTICLE START ==================
If you have a wedding to attend in the near future and need to
prepare a toast to the bride, then you need to know what it
takes to do a good job. Successful toasts seem so easy to do,
but you won't realize what it takes to make a public performance
until you put the toast together.

You'll have to prepare, practice, and overcome nerves to do a
great job. In the end, it's all about being sincere, relaxed and
having fun. A wedding is something to celebrate – and this is
your chance to add to the party.

You might be a friend or you might be a family member – as long
as you're close to the bride, you'll most likely have a lot to
share with others in your toast. A toast might be an
intimidating task if you're not a great writer or speaker, but
preparation will easily allow you to accomplish the job well.

A toast can last anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes. If you
are very close to the bride, then you might want to take a bit
more time to reflect on the past before transitioning to the
future. On the other hand, sometimes the best toasts are short
and sweet.

For a long toast, all you need to do is follow these steps:

1. Choose Your Tone: Before you start writing your toast out,
figure on whether you want the toast to be serious, humorous, or
sentimental. How do you choose which is right? You'll have to
consider your personality as well as what kind of relationship
you have with the bride. If you're a funny person but don't have
a close relationship with the bride then humour might not be
fully understood by guests. If you're going to do an extremely
sentimental toast, then make sure that it is something the bride
and perhaps a few others will understand as a touching speech.

2. Choose Your Topic: Think about your relationship with the
bride and pick something to talk about that is important to you.
When people try to cover too many emotions or events in a toast,
it can cause the minds of guests to drift. By focusing on one
attribute or another, your toast will be easier to understand
and much more effective.

3. Include Stories: If there is a story that works with what
you're saying, then you should include it in your toast. Stories
add a depth that is difficult to match in any other way. By
recalling a favourite story of the bride, it will help others
see how special of a relationship you had with her and show a
side of the woman that others might not have known before.

4. Add Some Memories: Memories in point form can also be an
effective way of building the bond between you and the bride,
shining a light on her personality. When you bring memories up,
keep it short and sweet so that you don't make others feel out
of the loop.

5. Describe Your Hopes for Her: This is a very important part
of the toast. It is here that you'll transition from the past to
the future. By telling the bride your hopes for her future, you
will show that you really care about her well being.

6. List Special Attributes: By listing a few attributes that
make the bride a good wife, you'll make her feel special,
flatter the groom and convey a sense of confidence in her
abilities.

7. Wish the Bride and Groom Good Luck: No toast is complete
without wishing the couple the best of luck for their future.

If you're planning a shorter toast, you might want to focus
more on the future alone. Try not to be too cliché or general.
If you can make your toast specific, it will be much more
meaningful to all. Some topics that work well include love,
happiness, growing up, marriage, and laughter.

When giving your toast, it's important to speak clearly and use
notes if needed. If you want to get your message across
effectively, then be confident about the words that you are
saying. Some people are natural public speakers and others get
nervous – just make sure that you practice your speech often so
that it flows comfortably during your performance without any
nervous pauses (ex. ummm, ahhh, etc).

Things to Avoid:

• Stories about Old Relationships: By telling stories about
past relationships, all you're going to do is make people
uncomfortable or upset. Don't mention old relationships at all.
Focus on the relationship that matters.

• Humiliating Stories: There's a difference between funny
stories and humiliating ones. Always make sure that your story
won't embarrass anybody or draw any unwanted reactions.

• Drinking Too Much: Drinking might loosen you up a bit, but
drinking too much will make you slur your words - and make a
fool of yourself.

• Don't Read The Whole Thing: While you might to look down to
refer to your notes, don't read everything word for word.
Instead, try focusing on the bride to make the message more
personal.

• Don't Panic: If you get lost for words and don't know what to
do, don't panic. Just finish off with a simple and honest
"congratulations." There's nothing wrong with ending simply.

If you're not sure how your toast sounds to others, be open to
getting a friend's opinion and perspective. Read your toast over
with somebody else present or have them read it and offer a
critique. It's always tough to know how your toast might be
received by others; it's good to get a second opinion.

The toast to the bride is a very special moment. Make sure to
keep the bride as the focus of your story and always highlight
her in your toast before congratulating her and wishing her
well. If you are sincere about what you have to say, then it's
impossible to go wrong.

Lastly, make sure that you have fun giving your toast. Your
expressions will always impact the way your speech is received
by others. Good luck!

Now days to save time microwave ovens are used in both
industrial areas like restaurants and at home. It is not only
used for cooking purpose but serves with many more facilities.
Some people now a days prefer fast cooking times, then they can
prefer using a microwave applications such as oven, as it cooks
the food in few minutes. This can also be used to pre-cook the
frozen dishes and to reheat the stored food. One example which
is very popular with microwave ovens is the popcorn. This makes
the cooking very easy & fast, which saves a lot of time. But one
has to keep in mind certain things when you go to buy a
microwave oven, such as its capacity, watts & its reliability.
With the help of microwave the food is cooked fast, energy is
used efficiently. Arguably the food is healthier than the food
cooked in traditional means of cooking.

One of the most frequently debated topics about microwaves and
health is whether cooking food in a microwave destroys all the
nutrients and vitamins which are there in the food we eat or
leaves them intact. For the people who are health conscious
there is great news, the vitamins & the nutrients of the food
cooked in the microwave are the same they do not reduce. In
fact, recent laboratory studies suggest that vegetables cooked
in the microwave actually retain more nutritious vitamins and
minerals than vegetables cooked in other, more traditional ways.
Food cooked in the microwave heats very quickly. Microwave comes
under kitchen appliances, these appliances make our life easy to
live. The speed with which a microwave oven cooks can help food
relating to diet more fully intact than other methods, like
boiling, that provide lower levels of heat for longer periods of
time, during which the nutritional content is more likely to
break down. Today, the magic of microwave cooking has radiated
around the globe, becoming an international phenomenon.

One of the best known kitchen appliances is the dishwasher;
this is designed to clean utensils and dishes. They are found in
restaurants and kitchens of much private residence. Basically
these dishwashers act like a robot, which cleans and removes all
the dirt. The inside of a dishwasher is called the tub, which can
be found in two variants, plastic or stainless steel. Stainless
steel tubs are more preferred than their plastic counterparts as
they have the capacity to maintain heat thereby drying the
dishes faster. Another good feature is that it has an in built
removal unit. This feature is very essential in any dishwasher
as it enables to remove the chunks of food from our dishes and
from the wash water; more or like having your very own garbage
can inside to catch all the dirt. Many new models today boast of
sensor-assisted cycles. This is a great advantage as this
feature enables you to adjust the washing process according to
the number of dishes you put in the wash.

In traditional homes, we can imagine the usual house wife
toiling over the sink and freeloading down dishes, knives,
spoons, forks, cups and saucers keeping cleanliness and hygiene
in check after a good day's meal. But a different story is seen
in our modern time, as most of our moms & wives have opted to
become business minded and are now busy working hard to not only
provide support for the family but also to make their own career
path for themselves. This is an advantage for most especially
with increasing prices on product costs and luxuries. Kitchen
duty may seem like a pull and sometimes the moms, who feel
tired, wish that there should be someone who can save them from
cleaning the dishes.

One should consider certain things in mind when you are
planning to buy a dish washer, that is the quality and the
attributes of the kitchen appliance that best suit to his or her
needs. First up on the list is the capacity. It is important
that you check the sizes and shapes of your dishes as these may
not fit into your purchased unit. The size of the dishwasher is
also very important to be kept in mind as it connects to your
kitchen. This can create a lot of inconvenience, as you take it
in or out of the cabinet. So its must for any working or a non
working lady to make their life easy and use the best things in
life. If you are planning to buy a dishwasher then online
purchase is the best way to purchase, as this provides to you
with reasonable price and you can also select from the wide
range of choices given. One such site is Toronto appliances
which has various brands under which u have loads of variety.
One of the popular brands is Maytag, where all your desires of a
dishwasher will be fulfilled. They have different models with
different sizes to suit everyone's needs. With the conventional
shopping experience you have to have time which is of essence in
the busy life that we humans have. With an online purchase one
can have a close view on the prices and can make the perfect
choice of his own

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Choosing a Caribbean Island Vacation is difficult because to
the outsider the Caribbean is just the Caribbean, with each
island being much like the other. The insider will however tell
you that each island has its own identity, none more so than
Antigua.

The island of Antigua is always associated with Barbuda, but
this article isn't about Antigua and Barbuda, but about what it
is that should make you want to choose Antigua for your
Caribbean Island Vacation.

Antigua is the largest of the Leeward Islands in the Eastern
Caribbean, north of Montserrat and Guadeloupe, and to the south
and east of Nevis, St Kitts, St Barts, and St Martin. It is some
fourteen miles long and eleven miles wide, totalling 108 square
miles. This means with its 365 beaches, one for every day of the
year, there is plenty Antigua to explore, and furthermore there
is lots to see thanks to the close links with Britain and the
British Navy in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth
century.

Visitors who have chosen Antigua for their Caribbean Island
Vacation, also inevitably visit English Harbour which is
Antigua's evocative historical district, around Nelson's
Dockyard National Park. The whole harbour area was the
headquarters of the fleet in Nelson's time. There are historical
buildings and fortifications to be seen around the park.

Antigua's beaches are of course a huge reason for taking a
Caribbean Island Vacation here. The majority of the beaches are
on the west coast , which is the more sheltered calm and
protected part.

All of the beaches are open to the public and each has
different characteristics, so the main difficulty you will have
is finding the perfect Antigua beach for you. One piece of
advice is to never go to isolated beaches on your own, and
another is to make sure you get good directions before you go.

On the northwest coast you will find Dickenson Bay and Runaway
Bay, both highly developed and great resort beaches. Closest to
St Johns are Fort James, and Deep Bay. In the winter surfers go
to Galley Bay and the four beaches at Hawksbill are impressive,
just beware that one is a nudist beach.

On the southwest and south coast of Antigua are where you will
find the less visited and developed beaches because the area is
quite hilly. A road winds along the coast here and you will find
beaches like Fryes Bay, Darkwood Beach, and the beaches around
Johnsons Point.

Rendezvous Bay, and Doigs Beach are especially very quiet
beaches but not easy to get to. If you are looking for an
Antigua Beach to relax on after visiting English Harbour then
try Pigeon Point.

On the east coast, the south east corner is Half Moon Bay, is a
national park, and if you want a family beach, then this and
Long Bay which is as far to the east as you can go are both
outstanding. The beaches facing east are quite rough but great
for beachcombing.

Whether it is history and sightseeing or beaches, Antigua has
something for everyone as a Caribbean Island Vacation

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Car insurance seems to keep on going up and up in price, and it
seems like it is two or three times a year that you get a letter
from the insurance agency that says something like: "starting on
the first day of your next billing cycle, your car insurance
premium is going to increase by 15%." You've probably not gotten
a letter from them thanking you for not getting into an accident
in seven years and not getting a speeding ticket since you were
19. In fact, they've probably never lowered your car insurance
premiums.

Car insurance doesn't always have to go up, in fact, there are
still ways to get a cheap car insurance that is going to make
you feel safe when you are on the road. The first step to
getting a new agent is to go out there and get several car
insurance quotes. These quotes should be based on the same
amount of insurance that you currently have, so that you will be
able to compare the prices. While you are at it, ask your
current car insurance company to give you some current quotes as
well, because you may find out that their prices have gone down
for new customers, and you are just paying too much.

After you have collected all of your car insurance quotes, you
are on your way to finding cheap car insurance. The next step is
to go back to your current car insurance company and show them
the rates that you have collected. If they know anything about
loyalty, they will want to keep such a good driver as their
customer. A lot of agents are going to match the prices of the
cheap car insurance company and are going to give you the same
price (or a lower one). If they don't, you have the choice to
either stay or go.

A lot of times, you can get your car insurance adjusted just by
letting time pass. If you haven't been in an accident in a
while, or have a clean driving record with no points on your
license and no unpaid parking tickets, you should be able to
bargain and get a better deal. Also, if you have an older car
that is worth less money, you may want to consider adjusting
your insurance amounts, so that you aren't paying to insure a
brand new car anymore.

Getting cheap car insurance is going to take a couple hours of
your time, but in the long run it is going to be worth it. Just
think, if it takes you one hour to get each of the 10 car
insurance quotes that you get, and you normally make $8 an hour,
it cost you around $80 to get those quotes. If you save $25 a
month on your new car insurance, by the end of the third month
you have nearly paid off all of that money, and by the end of
the forth month, you have already saved $20. With car insurance,
a little hard work will pay off, especially if you are a good
driver who is looking for a deal.

When it comes to outdoor activities, one of the most important
things that you must pack along with your food and clothes are
your Bushnell binoculars. These binoculars are the greatest
companions when it comes to outdoor activities. You can use it
for hunting, birding, and more. Choose from the wide variety of
binoculars available that would certainly suit your outdoor
needs. The perfect combination of high-quality performance as
well as stylish façade, are just some of the many reasons why
this particular line of binocular is so popular in nature and
outdoor lovers all over the world.

Before these Bushnell binoculars are created, the company is
considering a lot of factors that would affect the performance
and the image of the product. The prime reason why these
binoculars are the best-selling binoculars in the whole world is
because of the superior optics that it has. No other binocular
in the market can be compared to the resolution, brightness, and
the clarity that these Bushnell binoculars can give. Moreover,
even if there are other companies trying to imitate the
excellent quality of these world-class binoculars, they can
never outshine it since it has at least ninety percent light
transmission which can be seen by users through the whole
optical system of the binocular.

These Bushnell binoculars are definitely second to none. Aside
from the superb performance, many people also love using this
and bringing it along anywhere because of its flawless
appearance. The weight and the shape are tailored to perfection
as well. Thanks to the chassis which is said to be made out of
ultra-light magnesium. Although most binocular units only comes
either in black or silver, women who love outdoor sports will
also find class and sophistication while using these outstanding
binoculars. Moreover, the casing of these binoculars from
Bushnell is protected by a special coating. This special coating
is specially made only for their products. Not only is it
waterproof, but it's also fogproof and dustproof at the same
time.

If you are worrying about the scratches that any object could
bring to the lens or to the casing of the binocular, you can
store it on a case which is custom-molded to perfectly fit the
shape of your binocular model. Store your binocular in this case
when not in use to prevent damages caused by other objects in
your bag such as pens, clips, hard plastics, and more. Of
course, there is also a strap attached, that you can connect
anytime, so that you may be able to easily get hold of your
binocular after taking a break from hiking or trail-walking.

Aside from these mentioned features, another great thing about
these binoculars is that it was not left behind by the
fast-paced technology. Although the first models and ideas were
made more than fifty years ago, Bushnell binoculars were
innovated so that it could catch-up with the rapidly improving
technology. There are also some binoculars that can take still
pictures that can store many files, depending on the size of the
memory card.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Many people dream of having that perfect body like the bodies
they usually see on television, magazine, and more. These are
the ideal physique portrayed by the media and envied by many.
Aside from going to the gym, steam bath can be a great way to
achieve the body that you have always wanted. If your main goal
for going to the gym is to take the excess fat by sweating, why
not bathe in a steam instead? You will perspire ten times faster
without even lifting a single arm or doing any vigorous activity
that will sooner or later cause pain in your body muscles.

Because of the very hectic schedule and busy life that people
are now living in, they usually do not have much time to do
activities for their well-being. They can no longer give some
time for working out, dance class, and other activities that
would promote a healthy lifestyle and an excellent body as well.
However, with steam bath, they only need to spend at least
thirty to forty minutes, two times a week for them to get a
better physique. Moreover, they need not to lift heavy weights
that could only strain their back. All they have to do is sit
down, lie down, recline, or any position they are at their most
comfortable and wait until they perspire. Once they started to
perspire, not only that they are releasing fats from their body.
Toxins will also be taken out from their system as well.

There is more to steam bath than just making you lose weight.
This is also a form of a luxurious relaxation at a cheaper
price. Instead of going for a spa or booking a one week vacation
to Alaska or any cold area in the globe, bathing in steam can be
your inexpensive way to unwind. Moreover, you need not to ask
for permission from your boss since most establishment having
steam baths are only a few blocks away from you work or home.

If you wish to experience steam shower on a daily basis then
why not try installing one in your own home. Just allocate a
certain area in your own home where you can put all the
accessories of steam bathing such as the steam generator, the
steam shower unit, and more. However, make sure that there will
be enough ventilation where you will place your own steam
shower.

Nevertheless, losing weight and keeping your body would not
only rely on having daily or weekly sessions of steam baths. You
must also watch your food intake as well as your vices such as
smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages, if your have one. These
factors would directly affect your physical appearance and the
toning of your body. Steam bath would only support your goal of
achieving the body that you have always wanted. Use steam bath
not only to keep your body healthy and in shape but to be
relaxed at the same time. No other technique can do both at the
same time than a thirty-minute session of a steam bath at least
twice every week.

Astral Projection is the common name for the process by which
your consciousness (or awareness, soul, psyche) can temporarily
leave its physical body and function independently, while your
physical body remains passive. During this experience, we
observe the world (or other worlds) from a non-physical point of
view and with non-physical senses. The 'projector' finds
themselves outside their physical body and released from any
physical constraints.

The name 'Astral' is given to describing anything associated
with these energetically-focussed, rather than matter-focussed,
phenomena. It comes from the root aster, meaning 'relating to a
star' or 'starry'. For example, we perceive astral light in the
Astral Plane via the astral senses of our astral body, etc. So
'Astral Projection' is simply the term used to describe how to
consciously 'arrive' and 'be' in the Astral Plane. Regardless of
the seemingly occult term, it is as entirely natural a process
as breathing is.

For what is not commonly known is that we all experience Astral
Projection when we are asleep. Most of these projections are
called 'unconscious' simply because we aren't trained to
remember them. Others we may later interpret as dreams (but we
should note, not all dreams are projections.) At times we have
complete waking consciousness during the experience, and
remember the event in great detail when we return to our
physical body.

This can happen to anyone, as a total surprise, and entirely
spontaneously (though it is less frequently spoken of.) It can
occur to anyone at any time – while relaxing, while sleeping,
during sickness, under medication, during an accident, during
meditation, etc. At least one in four people remember some kind
of experience like this in their life, so this kind of
spontaneous projection experience is not uncommon.

The main idea behind learning Astral Projection is training the
ability to induce this experience with full consciousness, and
repeat the process whenever desired, maintaining awareness
throughout all stages of the experience: from waking, to
relaxation, to separation from the physical body, to all through
the experience itself, to the return to the physical body and
normal waking state, to remembering it in detail.

We may note that this experience is not a dream of any kind
(though again, it can be arrived at from the dream state.) The
projector is fully aware and awake and can decide, analyze, and
interact freely in this non-physical dimension or Astral Plane,
all while the physical body rests. In this way, you can be in
two places at once, and you are every single night! (...or day
if you are a nightshift worker! :-)

Again, Astral Projection itself is not an uncommon phenomenon
(though conscious projectors aren't that common.) Nor is it
something unique to mystics, occultists, or magicians (though I
dare say those so inclined have often made a point of getting
pretty good at it.) It is a skill attainable, and indeed
practiced, by ordinary human beings from all walks of life. It
cannot be confused with hallucinations (projectors soon learn to
recognize and dismiss self-created hallucinations while
projecting.) Such is the reality of the experience that no other
sensible interpretation for it can be given by the one
experiencing it than that of Astral Projection, i.e. projection
away from the physical body in an astral body.

There are of course many many things one can do from this
state, including (in short) being able to travel to any location
in space and time, interact with other conscious projectors and
other entities, access vast fields of knowledge and learning,
explore strange new worlds and civilizations (much more
interesting than those on Star Trek!) and lots lots more...
we'll get to a longer list soon!

Astral Projection is often called an Out-of-Body Experience (or
OOBE, or even just OBE), and generally these terms can be
considered synonymous. However, for a few reasons, the latter
term is not entirely satisfactory. First, though we are 'out' of
our physical body, we usually find ourselves 'in' our astral
body, which is often (though not always) experienced as an exact
replica of the physical. Second, the term OOBE doesn't allow us
to distinguish between Astral Projection and Etheric Projection,
though admittedly the difference is quite subtle (pun intended.)

Etheric Projection is when you leave your body but are still in
a vibrational state close to the Physical. You could say you are
in the energetic physical world replica. It is similar to as if
you were a 'ghost', nobody can see or touch you, but otherwise
the world seems almost exactly the same. (Because of this, you
can see other spirits on this plane, if you come across them.)

This is the Etheric Plane, and you can think of it as an
overlap (or 'buffer zone') between the Physical and the Astral.
If you had a coin with the Physical on one side and the Astral
on the other, the edge would be the Etheric. It is more like a
higher vibration version of the physical, similar to how
ultraviolet light in invisible to physical eyesight. But the
Etheric and Astral dimensions also blend one into the other,
since all dimensions interpenetrate, and you can 'tune in' and
'tune out' of them by concentrating on doing so.

You won't find this distinction that often, but both the term
OOBE and most OOBE accounts actually describe Etheric Projection
rather than Astral Projection. By this I mean they often
describe 'real-time' events in locations away from the physical
body (often in the projector's bedroom), and are aware of
perceiving the physical world as a spectator who can walk among
physical events but not physically participate.

Thus you can most easily tell an Etheric Projection from
whether it looks totally like the physical or not. You may also
find it a little harder to move in the Etheric, but then again
maybe not. In such a case you could say it is like swimming in
mud compared to the Astral which is more like swimming in water.
But this may actually depend on how much etheric matter, ie.
vital energy, that you have at the time. Other times you may be
too close to your physical body and 'feel' slow or
semi-paralyzed because you are partially sensing its condition.

Other than that, once you've experienced both the Etheric and
the Astral Planes you will be able to tell instantly from the
difference in feeling. The Astral has another feeling to it, one
that more resembles the feeling you have while dreaming.
Certainly the landscape of the Astral is far more fluid and
changeable, and the scenario may bear little resemblance to the
physical world (contextually if not completely.)

The duration of an Etheric Projection may also be shorter as it
is said to depend on the amount of etheric matter channelled to
the Astral Body by the chakras. A person with naturally active
chakra development will have little trouble; otherwise they may
need to be developed by energetic training to achieve the same
results.

But whether Astral or Etheric Projection, they are both
something you can learn to 'do'. Typically, after deep
relaxation and some form of concentration, your consciousness
'shifts' and all of a sudden you can get out of your body. You
may notice that everything is 'not as it's supposed to be'. For
example, doors may be in the seemingly 'wrong place', things may
have different proportions, your house may look different in
some way, animals may talk to you, you can fly... and so much
more...

If you were wondering why anyone would want to learn to
consciously project, (though the sheer novelty would be enough)
my first answer would be the amazing effect of having your mind
'opened' for the first time. There is a definite sense of wonder
and excitement at being able to do and experience things that
were previously impossible! We'll talk more about the reasons to
learn projection soon, but for now imagine: no limits...

A vehicle used to be something that you could do without.
Nowadays, with the emergence of soccer moms and baseball dads,
you need something reliable that can take you from Point A to
Point B in a jiffy. In this case, using public transportation
just won't cut it, especially if it doesn't extend to where you
need to go.

Looking for a vehicle is like looking for employment. It can
take hours, days or even weeks before you find the right fit for
you. Here are some suggestions to make your experience
stress-free:

1.Do your homework and look for new vehicle prices online. You
can also find incentives and rebates. It's a good idea to bring
in price quotes from another place. This way, you have a heads
up on what price range you're looking for.
You may be able to get a better deal this way.

2.If you have to get a car loan from a dealership, take a copy
of your credit score with you. If your score is good or above,
you have a chance of getting a good interest rate for you loan.
This way, the dealership won't be able to pull the wool over
your eyes.

3.If you can wait, some of the best times to get a good deal on
a vehicle are between July and October. Also, during the
Christmas season is another good time to get a vehicle. During
these times, the dealerships are trying to get rid of their
excess inventory to make room for next year's models. At
Christmas time, not many people are out shopping for a car
because they're too busy getting presents. These are the times
that dealerships are more generous in negotiating a deal.

4.If the salesperson advises you that your financing didn't go
through and you need to add more money to the loan, think twice
before doing that. A lot of times, they just want an excuse to
get your credit score.

5.In a case where the additional features for the vehicle have
to be ordered, you may be asked to fork over $500 - $1000 as a
deposit on the vehicle. If you have to do that, try to stick
with $500 and if you can, pay with a credit card. You're better
covered this way than you would be if you paid by check. The
dealership may try to get more money out of you by telling you
that there was a price increase on the vehicle. With a credit
card, there is room for dispute; if you write a check, you may
have a hard time getting the excess money back.

If you need a new vehicle, don't wait until your other one
doesn't run any longer. You should give yourself ample time to
shop around for one that you like and is economically feasible
for you. It's also a good idea to not purchase a vehicle when
you needed one yesterday. The salesman can see right through
that and will take advantage of the opportunity to suck whatever
they can out of you.

Following these suggestions will give you a clear understanding
and also relieve you of unnecessary frustrations.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
A Romantic Wedding Destination could be The Four Seasons Tented
Camp in the Golden Triangle on the borders of Thailand. It is
perfectly legal to get married in Thailand, so it should be
perfectly possible to do the deed at the Four Seasons Tented
Camp, which after all is an hotel anyway.

Even if the Romantic wedding destination were to be in a hotel
in Bangkok, then the Golden Triangle would make such a fabulous
romantic destination for a honeymoon.

Just getting to the Four Seasons Tented Camp in the Golden
Triangle is a journey of which dreams are made of.

Even if it isn't to be a romantic wedding destination you will
be treated like royalty from the moment you arrive at Chiang Rai
Airport, and escorted to your Land Rover for the one hour
fifteen minute journey on dirt roads through jungle, bags
carried refreshments and cold towels as well.

Arrival at a hut on the other side of the river from the Four
Seasons Tented Camp, your luggage will vanish and reappear in
your tent, life jackets will be donned, and you will board a
traditional Thai Boat. You will see the Elephant Camp, where you
will spend time with the elephants, and the Burma Bar where you
will spend time with the cocktails watching the sunset over
Burma!! You will be staggered that one end to the other the Four
Seasons Tented Camp is half a mile.

This whole journey and arrival is about as exotic as it can
get. A journey by riverboat through exotic bamboo jungles to a
corner of the world known as the Golden Triangle on the border
of Thailand where it meets two other countries, you will reach
the Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle. An arrival where
you bang a gong three times before ascending the stairs.

Here you will find a luxurious camp of fifteen well spaced
tents high up on the banks of the Ruak River, but these aren't
tents like boy scout tents. Firstly they are suspended over the
jungle like a treehouse on stilts.

These are splendid affairs with everything a lovely shade of
cream, and not the green of canvas.

Huge soft beds, either Kingsize or two Queensize with feather
pillows, how luxurious and a perfect romantic travel
destination!!

The bath is hammered copper, and is big enough to fit two, but
typically if you are in the Silver tent which is at the edge of
the property then your bath will be silver!! In addition there
is an outdoor shower, with amazing views, and a verandah which
is almost as big as your room.

If your final romantic destination is to be the Silver tent,
then you are in for a hike, which is up hill and down dale
including steps, and crossing a suspended bridge. Incidentally
each time you cross it, you will hear the Indiana Jones music
playing, how over the top is that!!

When you want to go anywhere you will be accompanied with or
without lanterns but always a guide if you want although you
will be equipped with flashlights. The attention to detail from
the staff is quite outstanding, they are always there when
needed, but totally unobtrusive when not

The meals, and this is an all inclusive hotel, and this means
drinks as well, are a Thai/Burmese/Laotian variety, and you will
find there is something for everyone, and the quality is quite
magnificent.

Whatever you do at this romantic travel destination you must
take the tour, firstly escorted to the Golden Triangle by boat
and sit on the Mekong River in Thailand, Burma and Laos all at
the same time.

Don't miss the elephants either, for you will spend a day
Elephant Mahout Training and the Jungle Trek after you have
learned what to do.

This day is unforgettable as will be your stay at The Four
Seasons Tented Camp at the Golden Triangle. No children, no
Televisions, an ideal romantic wedding destination or a very
romantic destination. It's expensive but amazing, and in this
life you tend to get what you are prepared to pay for.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Did your neighbor just update his or her home and when you
asked how they could afford it they stated that they did it all
with a home equity loan? If so, you may be wondering exactly
what a home equity loan is. Do not worry, many people are like
you, they have heard the term and they think they have a general
understanding but they just are not quite sure. A home equity
loan is essentially a loan where the borrower uses the equity in
their home as collateral.

More About Home Equity Loans

Home equity loans are not for everyone, but if you need cash
for major home repairs, to update your home, to pay medical
bills, or even pay for a college education this is a great
option. A home equity loan will effectively create a lien again
the home, which means that you cannot sell the home without
paying off the loan first. When you have this type of loan
again your home you are reducing the actual equity in the home
because you have borrowed against it.

Home equity loans are often referred to as HEL and they are
quite common today. Many homeowners use them to pay unexpected
bills or simply to make their home a more comfortable one to
live in. If you have a home and you have a decent credit
history chances are that you will receive a lot of offers to
take one of these loans out. While this type of loan should
never be used for play money it is a great option to have when
you do need funds on short notice.

To be approved for a home equity loan you will need to have a
good to outstanding credit history. You will also be required
by most lenders to home a reasonable income to debt ratio, which
means that you can afford to pay your bills based on the amount
of money that you make and the amount of debt that you are
already paying on. When you do apply for a home equity loan you
will find that there are two different varieties, which are
closed end and open-end home equity loans.

Both the open ended and closed end home equity loans are often
referred to as second mortgages. The reason that they are
called second mortgages is because the loans are secured with
the property just like your typical mortgage is. While they are
called second mortgages home equity loans do not usually have as
long a term as the traditional mortgage, though there are
exception.

The nice thing about these loans is that you may be able to
deduct the interest on the income tax, offsetting what you are
spending on interest. Home equity loans really do come in
useful in a lot of situations, though they need to be carefully
considered because they are not without risk since they are
secured against your home and if you do not pay than action can
be taken against your home.
