================== ARTICLE START ==================
The London Borough of Camden has been one of the more affluent
boroughs in London and therefore has come with a price.
Comparing house prices in the London borough of Camden with
other areas of London, there is generally quite a noticeable
difference. However, there are other boroughs in London that
have the same affluence such as the Chelsea and Kensington
areas.

Boroughs such as Camden, Chelsea and Kensington have over the
passed few decades have attracted a vast array of interest.
Walking the streets in these boroughs, you may bump into some
famous celebrities such as Kate Winslet, Hugh Grant and Chris
Evans. There is also a great deal of wealthy people walking the
streets donned with designer labels, driving nice cars and
enjoying a lifestyle that many can't.

With all this attraction from the wealthier end of the spectrum
clearly has an affect on the house prices. For the past few
decades, the house prices in these areas have only been
increasing. This is far to say for most of the boroughs in
London as the economy has been booming for most of that time,
however, the increase in the London Borough of Camden has been
phenomenally more than some of the various other areas of
London.

Ten years ago in the London Borough of Camden, the average
price of a two bed flat was £100,000; now the average price of a
property of this type is in the £300,000 bracket. There are
specific areas in the London Borough of Camden that fetch higher
prices than other areas. For example, a two bed flat in
Hampstead will be more around the £350,000 mark while a similar
property in Kilburn would be coming up to the £300,000 mark.

In boroughs where the housing prices continuously soar also
attracts foreign investment. Many wealthy folk in countries such
as Russia, China and the Arabian countries see the London
housing market as a very sensible investment. This further
increases house prices are many international owners buy houses
or flats for the longer term investment therefore reducing the
supply of property while demand is continuing to increase.

London boroughs such as Camden have become a popular area for
young professionals to begin their life after university due to
the many bars, restaurants, amenities and the close proximity to
central London. This is another reason for the house prices
increasing as the demand is increasing.

Recent changes in the financial market have meant that the
economy has taken a slight downturn. Usually in times like
these, house prices are the first to decrease as buyers are more
reluctant to buy thus demand is decreasing but sellers still
want to sell so supply is the same.

Britain's house prices as a whole has been affected by the
economic change, with house prices in the north of England
significantly decreasing. London felt this downturn also with
many London boroughs seeing decreases in their house prices.
However, the London borough of Camden is one of the few areas
that hasn't been affected greatly by the economic change.

Of course, the house prices haven't increased the way they have
in the past but they haven't really decreased either. This is
because demand for living in this area is still high and the
additional foreign interest means that demand will be higher
than supply resulting in higher house prices than most of
London.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In the world of online marketing there are a number of
strategies that have been developed over the years that are
strategies that are tried, tested and true when it comes to
making money online from home. The only caveat that should be
added to that statement is that some business marketing
strategies will only work for certain niches, whereas others are
good strategies to pursue in general. There are a couple of
strategies that people use when they want to get their business
off to a roaring start and these strategies can certainly have a
much better chance of doing that than anything else currently
being used as a marketing strategy so long as you do it right.
These two strategies are known as affiliate marketing and
network marketing. Both these strategies when implemented
properly can give you the best chance of making money online
from home. Take a look below to see what they can do for you!

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is one of the best way to get your business
off to a profitable start and this is primarily because you are
leveraging the work of others and the time that they will spend
to promote your business for you. In affiliate marketing, people
that have nothing to do with your company, your business or your
product will sell your product on your behalf in exchange for
getting a cut of the profits. This is a technique used by
thousands of people world wide to help sell their products and
also to help the affiliate to also make money online from home.
It is a win-win situation for the vendor and the affiliate. For
example, on a major affiliate marketing website like Clickbank a
typical product that is sold for $50 might give anywhere between
$20 and $40 of that money to the affiliate that inspired the
sale. This allows you to market on your own (for the full $50
per product) as well as enlist the help of others on the terms
that you only pay them when they make a sale.

Some affiliate marketing programs will also allow your
affiliates who have decided to run their own business and making
money online from home to recruit other affiliates to help out
and this means that in addition to giving the affiliate that
makes the sale a cut of the profits, a much smaller cut of the
profits would also go to the affiliate that brought them into
the product sale. This is also known as multi-level marketing
and if you are someone that wants no part of multi-level
marketing, it is important that you register your product either
with an affiliate service that does not use it (like Clickbank
for example) or that you simply do your own affiliate program on
your own terms without help from any of the major affiliate
services. However, making money online from home is fast
becoming a popular avenue for vendors and affiliates alike. This
is a great way to get your product to market.

Network Marketing

Network marketing is very similar to affiliate marketing in the
sense that network marketing allows you to recruit people, who
are making money from home to sell your products for you. The
difference between network marketing and affiliate marketing is
that network marketing usually has multiple products and
multiple levels, whereas affiliate marketing usually refers to
one product and one level. Network marketing is much more
appropriate if you are planning to create a line of products
that you would like people to sell and therefore building up
your network of salesmen at the same time that you are creating
the product lines is a good idea. The bottom line is, it is a
good idea to leverage people if you want to make money online
from home.

An essential beauty destination to add to your travel tool kit,
luxury holidays in Mauritius are a real must. A trip to
Mauritius will inspire, enchant and uplift your soul. If it is
your first time visiting Mauritius therein lies the promise of a
unique holiday and for those that are seasoned travelers the
beauty of the island will compel you to return to Mauritius
shores time and time again.

Situated 2400 kilometers off the South East coast of Africa in
the Indian Ocean, the island covers an area of 720 square miles.
Coral reefs surround the majority of the island except for the
South. The temperature varies between 22˚C and 34˚C
typically enjoying a tropical climate all year round. Mauritius
has a blend of diverse cultures and religions consisting of
Hindus, Chinese, Muslims, Creole and Europeans. Though close to
Africa, the island retains a strong British and French
influence.

Mauritius is the most accessible island in the Indian Ocean and
more traveler friendly than other tropical paradises such as
Maui or Martinique. With top class spas, acclaimed championship
golf courses and a plenitude of activities available coupled
with luxury world class hotels, renowned gastronomy and sandy
beaches, Mauritius offers much more than the average tropical
island holiday.

Every visitor can enjoy personal attention and experience the
best service in the Indian Ocean. When you are not lapping up
the luxury indoors you will be appreciating the beauty of the
island. Set amongst turquoise waters, the island is a haven of
peace and tranquility. With the world's third largest coral
reef, stretches of sandy beaches and exotic flowers and foliage
you will want to go on walks, trips and expeditions to really
explore the island.

If a slow paced relaxing holiday is not your style Mauritius
still manages to come up trumps. There are masses of activities
to keep you and the family busy from water sports, shopping,
fishing, golf, diving and mountain biking. Covering 3.5% of the
island's surface Mauritius national park (Black River Gorges) is
a particularly spectacular place to visit. A wild expanse of
thick forest the park homes over 300 species of flowering plants
and 9 species of bird unique to the island. Keep an eye out for
the famous pink pigeon!

For culture and history take a trip to L'Aventure du Sucre
museum. Set in the former Beau Plan sugar factory most of the
machinery is still in place and there is an opportunity to pose
any questions you have to the former workers. The museum tells
the story of Mauritius, slavery, the rum trade and much more.
Great for those with a sweet tooth at the end of the visit you
can taste 4 of the 15 varieties of unrefined sugar. Finally if
you are willing to venture further afield, Tamarin falls is well
worth the effort. It is best to enlist the help of a local guide
to access the falls via a challenging trail to reach the series
of seven magnificent waterfalls.

However you choose to spend your luxury holidays in Mauritius,
the experience will remain engraved in your memory for all time.

Looking to take a vacation and have it count as a
tax-deductible occasion? You are not alone. Those with
increasingly tight budgets are finding there are ways to mix
business with pleasure and take vacations that allow them to
declare them on their year-end taxes, saving them money.

Some non-profit organizations arrange volunteers to head to
foreign countries where they can volunteer in some measure while
spending leisure time touring the area. These trips might
involve helping to rebuild homes after storm or earthquake
damage or helping to feed or educate the poverty-stricken
locals. If this appeals to you, make sure you become involved
with a program that is non-profit, others may claim to be but if
they lack the paperwork, you will end up paying for your entire
trip and none of it will qualify for tax-deductible status. When
you embark on your volunteer experience, you are required to pay
for your airfare, food, and lodging and then claim all or a
portion of it on your year-end taxes.

Are you taking a business trip? Many companies allow you to
bring your family with you, providing you pay their
transportation, food, and any difference in the room charge if
applicable. If your company pays for a business suite, odds are
high that you will have plenty of space for yourself and your
spouse and/or children. While you attend business meetings, your
family can go sightseeing without you. In the evenings, you are
free to tour the city with your family. If you arrange your
business trip so that you spend a few extra days, you will have
extra time to spend with your family while your employer covers
the bulk of your trip.

Self-employed individuals can attend lectures or meetings that
are applicable to their line of business and claim those as a
tax-deductible business expense at the end of the year. This is
a great way to tour the country while aiding your business and
getting to see different regions at the same time. The days you
are away on business are tax deductible, and then you can add on
days for leisure that you must pay for yourself. Another option
is to arrange business meetings or lectures on a Friday and a
Monday. You will attend the meetings or lectures as scheduled,
but the weekend is free for you to do whatever you want.
Meanwhile, your business expenses will cover the necessity for
the lodging over the two-day weekend span.

Some investors even buy homes in other countries and states. By
doing this they can claim some money back using their trip as a
business expense for visiting and inspecting their property. The
great thing about this is that the property is permanently
situated their so you can go back and forth for as many holidays
as you want. No need to wait for business trips or volunteer
work.

Be careful not to claim every trip on tax unless it's a
legitimate business holiday. Your government will track these
down and if there are too many tax deductible trips, they could
get suspicious and audit you. Just a word of warning.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Letting your country cottage in The New Forest or anywhere
couldn't be easier these days but there are some guidelines and
helpful hints that you need to take into account and action
along the way.

Ancient history:

Times were, auntie bequeathed a sweet little country cottage
(last modernized 1975) to distant nephew. A few bits of original
furniture and fittings were salvaged and the rest sourced from
the local auction house. Advert duly went in either "The Lady
parish magazine", or "post office window" `Holiday cottage to
rent' and hey presto, job done.

How times change, UK holiday cottages are no longer the poor
relation of the hospitality industry. Candlewick bedspreads and
shag pile have long given way to the `boutique cottage'. Shabby
chic is one thing, a collection of un-coordinated clutter is
quite another.

Location choice:

The profitability of your holiday cottage business is down to
several factors, for pure investment and income purposes, choose
a location that enjoys a long letting season. A New Forest
holiday cottage can achieve up to 45 occupied weeks per annum.
The downside is, a cottage here costs considerably more than an
equivalent in say Norfolk or Devon. Research the market before
you buy.

Two up - two down?

There is a customer base for most sizes of accommodation.
Better to renovate and furnish a two bedroom holiday cottage to
a high standard then undertake a larger project. To capture
those off season bookings, retired couples, parents with
preschool aged children are a likely market. Returns are similar
for a five star cottage that sleeps 4 and a two/three star
cottage that sleeps 6.

It's looking great, what now?

First, call in a professional photographer. The most cost
effective way to promote your holiday home is through the
internet. A good web site is essential, but it needs to be seen
on the search engine results. Steer clear of gimmicky site
design, keep it sleek and simple. Your web designer should be
thoroughly clued up on SEO (Search engine optimisation) and
build in the essential features from the start. If search
engines can `read' your site, up you go in the rankings.

DIY or Agency:

Will you be available 24 /7 to answer phone calls and emails?
Fact, internet customers sourcing a holiday cottage will just
carry on surfing if they can't get a fairly prompt response. A
cottage agency will charge between 15 -25% in commission. It is
worth itemizing your real costs of DIY. Advertising, web site,
telephone calls, time for paperwork, stationary, postage, look
at your bottom line figure and compare with the agency
percentage. The best plan initially might be to find a holiday
cottage agency that does not restrict owner bookings. As your
cottage achieves repeat bookings, you may well reach a point
where it is viable to go it alone.

Key under the mat, not anymore:

An important element to holiday cottage success is a personal
welcome for your guests, difficult if you live 200 miles away.
Engage a really good housekeeper for turnarounds (and as your
representative) and never try to economize on this aspect. As
the seasons rotate, watch the return bookings flow in.

Las Vegas may be the most preferable city for many people.
Apart from being a desire city of gamblers and casino lovers all
over the world, Vegas is also attractive for people who love all
kinds of entertainment. Even though this city has great
reputation of its civilization and casino but there are some
other aspect that you have to come to discover for yourself.

According to this reason, Las Vegas is the city that gains
massive number of tourist each year. Millions of tourists came
to this civilized city to enjoy playing and relaxing.
Definitely, there will be very strong competition between hotel
accommodation industries in Las Vegas. Many of marketing
strategy and tactics have been used to gain more guest and
quality of the service.

However, it seems that one of the most common marketing
strategies that has been used among all industry is to give
discount, and for hotel industry is no exception. In the
perspective of traveler, finding good quality hotel which can
give excellent accommodation and impressive service in certain
location is very easy, they can find loads of them by jest few
mouse click. But the most difficult thing is to find fine hotel
with great discount, especially in the city like Las Vegas,
which everything seem to be very expensive and seems to be no
hope to save money if they want to go to this city. Even though
there seem to be just little hope on this, I would say that in
fact, there are chances to get great discount for hotel if you
wish to stay in Las Vegas and if you are lucky enough, you may
find yourself get as great discount as 50% off!!

Firstly, I recommend that you won't have to stick with just two
or three options, there are too many hotels accommodations
available in the city. The tip to find possibility to get great
discount is that you should plan to go during low season. In
most case, hotels will offer great amount of discount up to 50%
for specific room type or at least you can book in full rate but
you will be offered to upgrade to more luxurious accommodation.

Booking hotel during low season is really benefits in terms of
opportunity to get discounts. However, it is also depends on the
type of the room and hotel themselves. In most case, many of
hotels prefer to offer discount for its deluxe up to suite
rooms. This is because studio or economy room may not worth to
get the discount and they still get full occupancy.

The other of finding discount for hotels in the large city like
Las Vegas is to contact travel agent or booking through website.
The fact is that most of travel agents usually get very cheap
rate to book the hotel depends on the volume of customer that
they send to the hotel. If travel agent has high customer the
greater discounts they will get from the contract rate, which
sometimes that can get almost 50% off. Therefore, if you contact
these travel agents and perform effective negotiation with them,
then the discount will be offered to you definitely.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Introduction

SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) is a rapidly growing way of
delivering business applications in companies. Today, there are
over 120 vendors providing solutions across more than 40
business areas, everything from sales force automation to
accounting, web development to dispatch management.

Initially, SaaS appealed to small and medium-sized businesses
that were constrained by people resources and the level of
investment required by large software vendors. However, a recent
Forrester research showed that SaaS is no longer just an SMB
play; large enterprises show significant interest in SaaS.
Around 15% of SMB and Enterprise companies across North America
and Europe are already using one or several SaaS solutions. The
era of the ship it on a CD, load it on a server enterprise
software is over

Its popularity is growing because companies can be up and
running in a matter of weeks not years, running costs are
predictable and business units can eliminate dependence on I.T.

However, the first wave of SaaS adoption was driven by
end-users, not IT. Next wave will need an end-user and IT
message.

Why is I.T Uneasy About SaaS?

For many reasons is the short answer. Perhaps the biggest of
all is the perceived loss of authority, control or importance
because the rest of the business can potentially by-pass I.T
altogether.

I.T would also have other concerns; security, compliance,
integration with other systems and the rest.

I.T leaders want to ensure their teams are seen to add value to
the businesses they support, rather than be the hurdle that
their colleagues have to jump over to get things done. They have
aligned their work to business strategy and do everything to
prevent being associated with another failed or late IT project.

Understandably they feel threatened that they will be blamed
yet again if others make a mess of a SaaS implementation. Quite
rightly so, because there have been many cases where business
went ahead and started using a SaaS solution without even
involving I.T only to demand integration or support services 6
months down the line.

Why I.T Needs To Fully Embrace SaaS

The role of I.T is changing rapidly. Long gone the days when
"keeping the lights on" justified existence. Business wants more
and they want it faster. Outsourcing and off-shoring have had
mixed results in keeping up with business demands.

A conventional CRM or ERP implementation requires significant
resources to define business requirements, design, develop,
test, acquire hardware and network infrastructure, operate,
support and of course project manage the whole thing. Costs
invariably exceed budget. Deadlines become missed milestones.
Users struggle to adopt new ways of working. More than 50% of
projects fail to deliver benefits on time or the planned ROI.
This cycle starts again during major upgrades and releases.
Often minor but important changes have to wait until they can be
consolidated into the next release

On the other hand, SaaS implementation places a dramatically
reduced demand on the most valuable IT resources who can focus
their efforts on ensuring rapid configuration and deployment
actually enables their businesses to win more business faster
and at less cost.

No need to buy or lease hardware. Security is taken care of. Do
you have enough system and database administrators with right
skills? Well, who cares? It's all done for you. Reliability?
Most well-established SaaS solutions offer 99% uptime or above.
There is no need for additional backup storage. Someone else
worries about designing and developing enhancements and upgrades
or retaining expensive programmers or expert support staff.

Software-as-a-Service lets companies use their valuable
resources on simplifying business processes, building interfaces
to other systems and most importantly on proper change
management. Investment can be channelled to improve user
experience and adoption and eliminating inefficient workarounds.

With careful planning and execution, implementing a SaaS
business application across the company is much faster.
Partnering with business will help IT to shake off its labels
like 'bottleneck', 'slow' or 'unsupportive'.

A SaaS deployment for around 100 users takes 2-3 months to set
up and costs £250,000 over 4 years including upgrades. ROI
greater than 100% are commonplace. This is compelling when
compared with the convention of £1 million internal custom
application development or packaged software deployment which
delivers an order of magnitude savings and benefits don't start
appearing under 12 months.

Act Now - Recommendations

I.T must treat SaaS like on-premise deployments -
collaboratively working with the business to define
requirements, redesign business processes, selecting vendors to
make sure integration and customisation capabilities can meet
the needs, and doing business justifications for new projects.

But I.T must also adjust to the unique aspects of SaaS when
thinking about:

- Re-skilling. This is a clear win-win for both I.T team
members and the company. Moving away from traditional
infrastructure skills and support model to business analysis and
project management significantly increases the value-add of I.T
and gets staff closer to the people who drive the business.

- Contracts. IT departments experienced with ISV and
outsourcing contracts will be in a better position than most
business users to negotiate with SaaS vendors, but additional
considerations apply. Because SaaS solutions are usually down
for maintenance and upgrades, firms must specify whether the SLA
covers total downtime or only downtime outside the vendor's
planned downtime windows. Firms must also consider data
ownership issues. Make sure you get your data back for free at
the end of the relationship, and make sure that you can get data
dumps as needed for backup or analytics.

- Integration. Don't reinvent the wheel. Many vendors offer
prepackaged integrations to systems like Oracle, SAP, and
Siebel, including some integration-as-a-service offerings. Ask
the vendor to provide customer references for integration and
learn from their mistakes and successes. Also take advantage of
online developer communities when you have questions. Most
importantly, find out whether the solution can support the type
of integration you need before you make a buying decision. Most
customers that we've spoken with are not doing integration in
real time but are doing nightly or weekly updates instead.

- Customisations. Unlike on-premise or outsourced software
where you own the code and have full liberty to modify it. But
design and testing can take a long time, needs high skills and
carries some risk. With SaaS you are limited to the
customization tools exposed by the vendor, add-on solutions, and
custom scripts that the vendor supports. SaaS applications are
less configurable than the packaged applications most
enterprises run in-house, but changes can be implemented and
tested very quickly. That's often a blessing in disguise because
it forces the business to use standard processes rather than
invest resources in customizations that have no real value.

Summary

SaaS will account for an increasing proportion of IT
implementations. It will change the profile of skills that IT
has to deliver and reduce operational overhead. A strategy to
adopt SaaS will require an internal programme to change IT
organisations.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Many people would love to give up smoking, what they don't
realise is that it could be easier than they first realised.
More and more people are now turning to hypnotherapy as a form
of treatment to help them kick the habit. With many therapists
now offering one-off sessions to help you quit complete with
free follow-up sessions, hypnotherapy is rapidly becoming the
first stop people are making in their quest to stop smoking. A
usual hypnosis consultation will generally involve gathering
information to unearth your personal reasons for wishing to quit
smoking.

If your mind is set that you feel you are missing out on
something or that you feel like you are being deprived of
something, then the truth of the matter is you will possibly end
up going back to the cigarettes, right back where you started.
This is where hypnotherapy comes into its own. Hypnosis can help
you deal with aspects that are fundamental to helping you give
up, be it psychological or even emotional.

But does it really work?

Tom Reed MSN news Editor stopped smoking after 1 hour session
with Quitmasters in London. Arriving not holding hypnotherapy in
very high regards after stumbling across one before on holiday
in Tenerife who tried to convince me I was riding a horse when I
knew full well that I was sitting in a chair on stage in front
of 100 other tourists. Needless to say I was not impressed and
consequently I have never held hypnotists in very high regards.

When the opportunity arouse to visit Quitmasters Diana
Pedersson, who claimed 95% success rate in stopping people
smoking, I was extremely dubious but having smoked half my life
and reach a point where I was desperately waiting to quit I
thought this hypnotherapy lark might be worth a whirl after all.

Having packed a day's worth of cigarettes into one morning I
arrived at their headquarters. After some questions about my
smoking habits and having assured her I was committed to
quitting I was asked to go into the adjoining room and lie down
on the treatment table. The hypnotherapy session began and
despite initial sceptical I remind myself that this was a great
opportunity to give up.

The deep breathing exercise made me feel relaxed everything
that was said seemed to make a lot of sense I was told I wanted
to stop a smoking and that when I woke up not only would I be a
non-smoker but a happy non-smoker and that it would be easy.

When I opened my eyes at the end of the session I felt excited
by my new found confidence' For the rest of the day I did not
have any cravings for cigarettes I made it into work the next
day without my normal two cigarettes and without thinking about
them. There where points during the day I thought something was
missing but the whole idea of smoking was completely alien and
unappealing.

When I tried to quit in the past the future has seemed daunting
since the hypnotherapy I can't even if I try envisage myself
smoking again.

Article Title: Star Jewelry To Soar In Summer 2008

================== ARTICLE START ==================
By definition, a star is an astronomical point of light that is
visible on a clear night in the sky. For those who follow the
jewelry trends, it's also a very 'bright' trend for the upcoming
summer months.

In addition to being worn by those who simply like to follow
the hottest tips in fashion, the symbol of a star can have
different meanings to different people. For instance, a piece
of star jewelry could be given from a parent to their child as a
way of saying, "you are my star." For the individual who has a
specific dream in life and is working toward their goal, the
image may symbolize their untiring reach for the stars.
Whatever the reason, this popular design in jewelry has earned
the title of a classic trend.

When it comes to choosing which type of star jewelry to wear,
the choice is often greatly determined by the wearer's trademark
style. For instance, a pair of star earrings that dangle
slightly below the lobe are perfect for anyone who has longer
hair that may otherwise hide a smaller stud-style earring. For
the woman who enjoys a charm bracelet, a fun look may include
that of a rolo bracelet accented with a single star charm near
the clasp. If you're wearing a v-neck blouse or a simple
button-up cardigan, a star pendant may be the perfect accessory
to fill in the bare neckline.

If a polished star design simply isn't what you're after,
perhaps the addition of sparkling cubic zirconia will be just
the right touch to make you 'shine.' Created to visually
imitate a flawless gemstone, cubic zirconia jewelry offers a
very expensive look at an affordable price. When the popular
star motif is combined with the classic look of a clear stone,
such as cubic zirconia, the options are limitless. Regardless
of your wardrobe color, hair color or other jewelry, the
colorless cubic zirconia will match perfectly.

As a jewelry lover, you will be glad to know that the addition
of star jewelry to your collection doesn't have to come at an
astronomical cost. When done in sterling silver, jewelry
featuring the star motif will provide a reasonable price and a
beautiful look. During the summer months especially, sterling
silver is an extremely popular metal as it looks terrific when
paired with the perfect tan. When combined with the design of a
star, sterling silver is sure to be a wonderful addition to any
collection.

When shopping for star jewelry, don't hesitate to create your
own style by incorporating half-moon designs and a combination
of highly polished and cubic zirconia accented pieces to your
collection. Whether you're an astronomy expert or simply one
who admires the beauty of these distant objects that have a way
of lighting up the night sky in a magical image, you will enjoy
wearing star jewelry. If for no other reason, this motif is
perfect for any woman who wants to 'shine' every day and in
every way. After all, jewelry is a reflection of the wearer
and, as they say, the stars have it.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Golf is one of the most popular pastimes in this country, for
both young and old. Golfers contentedly while away their days on
the sunny green talking politics and weather, enjoying the
recreation as if it were a fine aged whiskey before a roaring
fireplace. Like any sport, however, you must start with the
basics before you enjoy the true benefits of playing with this
sort of graceful ease. For beginners, one of the most important
pieces to begin with is the right equipment, and quite arguably
the most important device is the club. The standard beginning
golf set generally includes the following clubs-which as your
skill increases, will alter once you get a feel for what works
best with your grip, swing and control, but for starters-: 3
woods (1-driver, 3, and 5), 8 irons (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and a
pitching wedge), and a putter. This useful arsenal of 12 clubs
will help you make different plays possible, depending on
distance and loft (the angle of the club's face inversely
related to the distance needed). To fully understand the
dynamics of each club, let's take a look at each one below in
detail.

Woods

The three woods included in your standard beginning golf set
should be the 1 wood or driver, the 3, and the 5 (commonly
referred to as Fairway Woods). This classification of golf clubs
is used for maximum distance. Typically, the distance to the
green should be a minimum of 175 yards or more away from you,
when you use a golf wood. The 1 wood or driver as it is most
commonly referred to, has the lowest loft of the woods. The loft
or angle of the club's face in relation to the ball is between 7
and 12 degrees (depending on skill). Having a low loft will help
you send the ball further (or drive the ball) rather than
higher. The 3 wood has a loft between 15 and 18 degrees, and the
5 wood a loft between 20 and 22 degrees; and so you can see that
with each successive type of wood, the loft is higher and the
capacity for distance less. Moreover, it is worthwhile
mentioning that the higher the golf club number (woods and
otherwise), the shorter the golf club. This is to minimize the
arc of the swing, thereby slowing its momentum and lessening the
distance of the play.

Irons

The eight irons included in your standard beginning golf set
should be the 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and pitching wedge. As noted
earlier, the higher the club number, the shorter the club and
the higher the loft. The higher the loft, the lower the distance
incurred with a swing. The 3-9 irons offer varying distances for
your varying short distance tees. The pitching wedge typically
has a loft of 48 degrees for a very close tee. The purpose of
irons is generally for distances of less than 200 yards away. It
is useful to add that there are a variety of wedges, besides the
standard pitching wedge, that seasoned golfers employ. As a
beginner, a pitching wedge will do just fine; but in time,
you'll need the rest: approach wedge, sand wedge, lob wedge,
high lob wedge, and last wedge (with a varying loft of 52-68
degrees).

Putters

The putter included in your standard beginning golf set is used
simply as the last maneuver, to play the ball to the hole. You
are almost on top of the hole at this point, and the putter is
used to sink the ball. Though a standard putter will work for
beginner golfers, it is again necessary to point out that
seasoned golfers carry a variety of golf putters in their bags
to deal with varying needs in those final seconds of sinking the
putt. Other types of putters to learn about in the future
include: short, belly, long, bent, center-hosel, heel-toe,
mallet, etc.

So there it is: an introduction to what to include in your golf
set on those first sunny days on the green. More importantly,
having discussed how and when to use the different woods, irons,
and putters you should be up to trying your hand at the sport so
many call their favorite pastime: the age old game of golf.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
No other search engine keyword has as many scams associated
with it as the phrase `make money.' This is because such a term
offers a large amount of prey for scammers. Being able to make
money is the goal of every person, because without money you
cannot have a good quality of life. It is even better if one can
make money at home, so they can spend more time with their
families. Yet, hope is not lost. With E-Bay it is possible to
legitimately make money without worrying about getting scammed.
This article will explain how.

First, you will need to decide the way in which you will make
money with E-Bay. Are you going to make money selling a service?
Some of the most popular services auctioned off on E-Bay include
web hosting, website design and even ghostwriting. You can add
to this list if you offer a more unique service, but keep in
mind the E-Bay audience. Many of them are trying to find ways to
make money at home just like you, so they're going to be
interested in services that can assist them in this venture.

Of course, if selling a service is not the way you want to make
money, you can always consider selling actual merchandise. To do
this you will need to deal with a wholesaler or dropshipper.
With a wholesaler you have to buy a large amount of inventory up
front, while dropshippers will ship out inventory as it is
ordered. Both types of these enterprises will usually require
you to have a business license before you can officially work
with them. However, there are `middlemen' dropshippers and
wholesalers that will allow you to work with them without a
business license, but you will have to pay a subscription fee.
Additionally, the profit margins available through them tend to
be significantly lower since they charge you more for their
inventory. In fact, sometimes you may only make a few cents in
profit working with these companies. Yet, don't overlook them.
Middlemen dropshippers or wholesalers that offer a large amount
of inventory can still be profitable if you properly research
which items are in high demand yet low supply on E-Bay. An
example is http://Doba.com, a dropshipper that allows everyone
the opportunity to make money on E-Bay.

Once you have decided what you are going to sell, you need to
decide whether you are going to list your items one-by-one or
get an E-Bay store. If you are selling a service, it is best
that you send one listing at a time. However, if you are selling
merchandise, you may want to consider using an E-Bay store. The
cheapest E-Bay store costs $15.95 a month and will allow you to
make money through 10 listings. The most expensive E-Bay store
costs $299.95 a month. With this store you will make money
through 500 listings.

In conclusion, it is possible to truly make money at home if
you're open to using E-Bay. Through E-Bay you can make money
selling a service or merchandise. Granted, both ways may be a
bit challenging at first, since you have to get bidders and
feedback, but once you have established yourself, you'll be able
to make money in no time.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When you have some heavy duty metal that needs cutting, and a
regular power saw is not up to the job, then the first place to
turn is an air shear. This powerful air tool is designed to be
used when you need a precision cut through the thickest metal
without having to use sophisticated milling equipment.

An air shear works by using the compressed air feed in your
workshop to power a motor within the hand held tool. In turn,
this forces a blade to move thousands of times per minute in
order to cut through whatever is pushed into it. Air shears work
like incredibly powerful scissors, only they cut through things
a lot tougher than sheets of paper.

Provided you have used a power cutter before, actually using an
air shear is quite a straightforward task. As with all metal
work, you do need to take some sensible precautions before you
start. It is absolutely essential to wear safety glasses,
because it is entirely possible that the fast moving blade can
shoot sharp splinters of steel and debris out of the cutting
area, and these can cause a lot of pain and damage if they get
into your eyes.

Safety should always be paramount when cutting with a powerful
tool like an air shear, and it is absolutely essential to make
sure that your work area is completely tidy before you start.
This prevents you from accidentally cutting through something
such as a power cable when you are doing the work.

You should always mark out the area of metal that you are
planning to cut before you start, leaving enough excess to allow
you to file off any sharp edges and unevenness that you leave
when you cut.

When cutting with an air shear, it is important to move at a
steady pace through the metal. It can sometimes feel as though
the blade is getting away from you and that you need to cut
faster, but by keeping steady you will end up with a much better
finish, and avoid getting into trouble.

Because most of the time you will be preparing panels for body
work when using air shears, getting an excellent finish is
essential, and this means being well practiced in getting the
right result, so spend time learning how to cut effectively and
efficiently with an air shear before you start on the real
thing. Every different tool will have slightly different
characteristics when you use it, so try cutting a few lines and
curves on some scrap metal before you begin to use the tool on
an actual job.

Typically, you will pay around $175 for a professional standard
air shear. The kit will normally include everything you need to
connect the tool straight into your existing compressed air feed
and start work. A good example to consider when purchasing your
air shears is the CPT785S from Chicago Pneumatic. These shears
feature a powerful ½ horsepower motor that has enough torque to
avoid any stalls midway through a job, and will reliably cut
through anything up to 18 gauge steel with a minimum of fuss.
Despite weighing only two and a half pounds, which makes it easy
to use and hold for long periods, this air shear has a blade
that moves at up to 2,400 strokes per minute, which means that
cutting through even the toughest material is easy.

When using your air shear, you still find that getting the
right shape will often mean making multiple cuts, as the tool is
generally unable to cut curves until the scrap has been removed,
although with practice and forethought, excellent results are
possible every time you use it.

Imagine that you desire to purchase a new car or take a
mortgage. You're sure that your credit application will be
successful because your credit is good but the credit report
returns but your application was rejected. Or perhaps your
application was approved but the finance rate is extremely
soaring that you can ill afford. Then you realize that you need
to raise your credit ASAP.

The individual or company that's assisting you get the loan
will usually tell you how to do this. Many of them don't, so you
ought to be familiar with how to do it yourself. Relax because
anyone can do it. First, read everything you can find on credit
repair. Check the laws that apply to credit repair and discover
your rights. Don't get your expectations too high about the
process. Be realistic.

Remember it takes time, endurance and work. If you're diligent
a creditor will notice the effort you're making and consider it
when deciding whether or not they will advance you credit.

Obtain a copy of your credit report from Experian, Equifax, and
TransUnion. They may have varying information on your record to
some extent so it's essential to obtain and study all of them.

Look for any erroneous data in your credit report and file a
dispute letter for information you disagree with. Sample dispute
letters can be found online. The credit bureau has 30 days to
look into the claim. If they fail to substantiate the charge,
they have no option but to erase it from your credit report.

Subsequently, search for debt that is out of date. There is a
statute of limitation on debt. Redundant debt can show on your
credit report only for a specific period. If old debt exists,
inquire from the credit bureau whether it's time for it to be
erased.

Oftentimes people have old debt on their credit report and are
ignorant to the fact that they can easily get it eliminated from
their credit reports.

Too many credit accounts open can negatively affect your credit
score. Examine the accounts you have and establish the ones that
are most essential and the ones you have had the longest.

Credit cards that you have been in possession of for a long
time will do much in raising your score than those that are
newer. This is because old credit cards bestow a longer history
of credit. If you make your mind up to shut some accounts, shut
newer ones first.

You can also trim down the balance on an older credit card and
hold on to it to bestow you that long history. Get up to date
with late payments on your credit report by calling the creditor
and propose or ask for a payment plan to get you current.

A number of credit companies may propose a lower or no interest
time within which to repay. A few steady payments on those debts
will appear on your credit report and your potential creditor
will notice and take into consideration your endeavor.

If you are in a situation in where you must lift up your credit
score pronto, follow the steps above. If you are dedicated and
stick to the task then you will certainly notice the difference.
Success in your efforts to clean up.

Children enjoy playing make believe games because it allows
them to think of worlds other than what they are used to and
expand them as they wish.

Make believe activities are a good way of exercising their
creative faculties and allowing them to maximize their
capacities for creation, discovery and foresight. It is,
therefore, for this reason that themed birthday parties are a
hit among children.

It doesn't matter what kind of party you're intending to throw.
Any children's party may be celebrated with a theme. In fact,
you don't really need to have a particular occasion to be able
to host a themed party, or any party, for that matter. If it's
your child's enjoyment that's on your mind, you can have a
themed party every day for the rest of month, if your budget and
energies permit it.

Themes are not exactly gender exclusive. However, there are
certain children's birthday party themes that fit girls only or
boys only. For example, fairy themes, luaus, Disney princess
themes and sweet sixteens are exclusively for girls. On the
other hand, sports themes, pirates, cars, medieval knights and
aliens are usually for boys.

Other interesting children's birthday party themes include
slumber sleepover, tropical outdoors, under the sea, indian
themes, cowboys, character-centric themes (Spongebob
Squarepants, Blues Clues, Kim Possible, etc), outer space, farm
animal themes, Star Wars, and others. You can mix and match
popular themes of you want.

For a themed party to be successful, the kinds of food you
serve, the games you play and the favors you give out should be
consistent with your theme.

Hence, if you've decided on a fairy princess party, your food
should include things like dainty-looking cupcakes and shimmery
food coloring in pastel colors, and your giveaway bags should
have princess prints on them. The same goes for cowboy themes.

You can ask your guests to wear costumes that coincide with
your chosen theme to make the event more interesting. If you're
not really into costumes and find preparing for this a little
tedious, you can ask your guests to bring something or wear
something that would reflect the theme.

As the host of the party, of course, your child should be in
costume. It's his day, after all, and you want to make the
pictures stand out and be memorable. Your baby celebates his or
her birthday only once a year, so why not go all out and make
this extra special?

Emma Watson Is A Real Sweet Pea

Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson, who plays super-smart Hermione
Granger, turned sweet sixteen on April 15, 2006. From all
accounts, she's as sweet as any sixteen-year-old can be. So
sweet, in fact, that her birth flower is the sweet pea!

The sweet pea's botanical name is lathyrus odoratus, which
provides a pretty good clue as to one of its major
attributes-it's lovely fragrance. Lathyrus is Greek for "pea"
or "pulse" and odoratus is Latin for "fragrant." The name is
apt, since anyone who has ever had the pleasure of walking past a
sweet pea plant in full bloom has experienced a pulse of a
lovely, soft, and slightly sweet fragrance.

It is widely believed that the term "sweet pea" was first used
by the poet John Keats who wrote:

Here are sweat peas, on tip-toe for flight
With wings of gentle flusho'er delicate white,
And taper fingers catching at all things
To bind them all about with tiny rings.

The sweet pea is an annual flower variety that is a climbing
plant, which may grow to heights reaching up to three feet. They
are available in a great many colors, including pink, purple,
blue, red, yellow, and white. (The sweet pea is also available in
a perennial variety, but this variety does not produce fragrant
flowers.) Sweet peas make an excellent decorative flower that
will climb fences, trellises where the sun is bright and water
drainage is good.

The sweet pea first gained popularity in the early 1700s when it
was grown for its fragrance. Their fragrance was important since
bathing wasn't a frequent occurrence at this time in history, so
ladies carried small bouquets of flowers called nosegays, which
they sniffed to avoid unpleasant odors-the sweet pea's beautiful
scent made an excellent choice for inclusion in these nosegays.

Today, the common floral meaning for the sweat pea is "blissful
pleasure" and it is largely grown for its beauty and scent. It
is, in fact, often referred to as the "Queen of Annuals." It
has had other meanings throughout history as well. The sweet pea
was the emblem for Edwardian England where it was often used in
wedding and party arrangements. It has also been featured in old
wives tales. For example, it was once believe that sweet pea
seeds planted before St. Patrick's Day would have bigger,
better-scented blooms.

Born in the month of the sweet pea, Emma Watson's sweet
personality can only help her to rise in popularity as an actress
just as the sweet pea has grown in popularity over the years.

Looking Through the Wrong End of a Telescope

__________

LOOKING THROUGH THE WRONG END OF A TELESCOPE

On the way to preschool, the doctor had left her stethoscope on
the car seat, and her little girl picked it up and began playing
with it.

"Be still, my heart," thought the doctor, "my daughter wants to
follow in my footsteps!"

Then the child spoke into the instrument, "Welcome to McDonald's.
May I take your order?"

Among the many lessons we can learn from children is the lesson
about how to have fun. And for most children, fun is spelled
F-A-N-T-A-S-Y. Their worlds of make believe are places of
excitement and joy.

Writer Dr. Seuss said this about fantasy: "I like nonsense; it
wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in
living; it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a
telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at
life's realities."

One man spoke for too many of us when he said, "The prospect of a
long day at the beach makes me panic. There is no harder work I
can think of than taking myself off to somewhere pleasant, where
I am forced to stay for hours and 'have fun.'" Are fun and
fantasy part of your life, or is having fun just another fantasy?

What might happen if you decided to look at life through the
wrong end of a telescope? What if you asked yourself "What if?"
instead of "What now?" And how can you put more "fun" into your
daily "functions"?

Wake up those brain cells! They'll thank you years from now.

Skin care is an important aspect of men's grooming. It's
important to take care of your skin. There are various ways you
can pamper your skin. Here are some basic tips you can follow
for that smooth and clear skin. Some of the basic things you can
do with your skin are cleansing, exfoliating, toning and
nourishing.

The first and foremost thing is cleaning your face by daily
washing your face with a soap free moisturizing face wash, which
is gentle on your skin. Cleansing product should be natural and
chemical free. To get that extra freshness refresh your skin
with cold water in which tealeaves have been boiled. It gives a
rejuvenating effect to your skin. This cleansing will protected
your skin from dust. You can also wipe your face clean with a
cleansing lotion.

Exfoliating is another important thing to protect your skin.
For that you need a good scrub, which will remove dead cells and
smooth the surface of your skin. A scrub with a moisturizing
effect won't tear the skin and also gives immediate results.

If your skin is dry don't use scrub regularly it makes your
skin more dry. To give your eyes a refreshing effects cut
cucumber in round slices and place them over your eyes or
alternatively dip used tea bags in salt water and put them in
the fridge and put a pair over your eyes after a tiring day. It
rejuvenates your eyes.

Toning up is another important step to maintain your skin
because you spend most of the time outside so pollution affects
your skin so toning keeps your face clear and firm.

Astringents and toners with glycolic or alpha hydroxyl acids
work best for your skin. These acids actually reduce the pore
size and help avoid ingrown hairs. So these are some of the tips
you can try out to main your skin.

Other than this you can go for a facial once in a month after
the age of 25 to maintain your skin and to have a glowing
effect. You can also try a home facial, which includes giving
yourself a light facial massage with a soothing moisturizing
cream and ice cubes, followed by steaming your face. Then remove
white heads around the nose and chin with a remover and use a
good scrub. Use scrub depending on your skin type and wash off
with warm water.

Finally apply a soothing fruit mask and follow up with a
moisturizing lotion. A simple face pack can make your skin glow.

To have good skin it is important to drink 10 to 12 glasses of
water daily to flush toxins out of the system and keep your skin
hydrated. If you have skin related problems like acne and other
pimple problem than you can go for treatment.

And lastly it is important to have a proper balanced diet to
have a good and glowing skin. Your diet should include lots of
fruits and vegetables and you should also have multi vitamin
capsules. For any skin related problem you can consult a skin
specialist.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
For those patients who suffer with the chronic condition of
Crohn's disease is vital to consider all treatment options when
trying to manage this often life-altering disease.

An often asked question is can diet control Crohn's disease?
When you have a condition that can so negatively impact your
daily life, believe me, you will look at all the options,
including diet that might possibly help to control your
condition and give you your life back.

So it really is a great question. Can diet control Crohn's
disease? It seems the jury is still out on that question.

While there are some great dietary guidelines for a Crohn's
disease diet such as avoiding raw or fried foods, adding a lean
proteins and eliminating any foods to which you seem to have a
sensitivity, there seems to be absolutely no hard and fast rules
when it comes to trying to determine if a diet can actually
control or at least reduce the symptoms of Crohn's disease.

At this time there has been no particular diet that has shown
itself to be effective for the prevention of or treatment of
Crohn's disease. A frustrating situation indeed.

While it is important to eat a healthy diet as instructed by
your health care provider, you must also determine for yourself
which foods are triggers for you and seem to worsen your
symptoms.

There are many patients who seem to have an increase in
symptoms when taking in too much fiber, the ingestion of milk
and milk products, the consumption of alcohol, and even the
intake of spicy foods.

So eating a healthy diet, one free from symptom producing
triggers, and one that can help to address any nutritional
deficiencies and symptoms of dehydration that you may be
experiencing is really the most important dietary tale of all.

It seems it would be much easier if there were a definitive
diet for Crohn's disease that patients could follow; however,
unfortunately, at this time it does not seem on the near
horizon.

Can a diet control Crohn's disease? It is definitely the wish
of many and something we can only hope that researchers are
studying even at this present time.

Each years tens of millions of people set off for fun on the
slopes. The allure of racing down the slopes, or relaxing next
to a fire in the lodge, has made the ski vacation an ever
popular destination for winter getaways. A ski vacation can be
both exhilarating and relaxing, and with proper planning a ski
vacation can be a time you will never forget.

Before setting off on your ski vacation be sure to thoroughly
inspect your equipment. Make sure your boots are snug and
comfortable and your bindings are sound and functioning. Be sure
to pack clothes that can be worn in layers that will keep you
warm and dry. Nothing will ruin a ski vacation like
malfunctioning equipment or improper clothing and outerwear.

Planning can also let you find a ski vacation that will fit
both your schedule and your budget. Booking a ski vacation early
can often give you the best discounts. Make sure to purchase
your lift tickets early so you have more time to ski on your ski
vacation, and be sure to purchase multiple day tickets in order
to get the best discounts.

It is also important to remember that there is more to a great
ski vacation than skiing alone. Many resorts have fabulous
restaurants and other activities to enjoy when you aren't on the
slopes. Dining, ice skating, swimming, hiking, or simply
relaxing in the hot tub; a great ski vacation is when you enjoy
all the amenities that the resort has to offer. Take the time
before your ski vacation to investigate all the available
activities so you will be prepared to take advantage of all the
fun to be had.

Once you arrive on your ski vacation it is time to put your
plans into action. If you are renting skis or snowboards make
sure to pick them up the night before you start skiing. The
lines are much shorter in the evenings and having your equipment
ready will let you be among the first to enjoy the fresh snow!

Are you someone who is so scared of going to the dentist that
you will absolutely avoid going, even to the detriment of your
own dental hygiene?

If the answer is yes, the chances are you have a dental phobia.
A phobia is more severe and intense than a fear which happens
when the body senses danger and activates the fight or flight
responses caused by a surge in adrenalin.

The fear or phobia may occur as a reaction to the dentist, the
treatments or in more serious cases, anything dental related
(such as toothpaste adverts). Fears and phobias usually occur
because they have been learned from someone significant in our
lives, or because there has been a significant negative usually
directly related to a dentist experience.

If hypnosis has not already been explored, it could prove to be
a useful skill in both managing the phobic response and
alleviating any pain or discomfort. Unfortunately no one can
really say how hypnosis works; however, research seems to
suggest that it is based upon a disassociation model, as seen in
patients with MPD.

Dissociation can eliminate pain by placing it in a sort of
psychological storage area, away from the consciousness of the
patient. There are many accounts in history of hypnosis being
used in place of anaesthetics.

Hypnosis is also a deeply relaxing state. This can be
beneficial during the dental treatment, to keep the patient calm
and relaxed and to have them focus in their minds, on a more
pleasant experience whilst the dental work takes place.
Remaining calm has other benefits as well as helping the patient
to feel better. For instance, there may be less bleeding (if the
dental work lends itself to the possibility of this occurring)
and healing may occur more readily.

Hypnosis can also be used as a way of making unconscious
changes. The unconscious is the greater part of our minds which
is responsible for maintaining habits and behaviours, and using
will power alone is not usually the easiest way of creating
changes to this part of the mind. However, during hypnosis, it
has been found that habits and behaviours can be changed easily.
This means that suggestions for feeling calm and at ease or
generally reacting in a more positive way to the dental
experience can be given. Therefore, hypnosis can be used prior
to the dental work and during the dental work.

The benefits of overcoming a dental phobia expand beyond better
dental care and hygiene. It is thought that around 20% of those
in the western world who have dental fears and phobias, also
suffer from fears and anxieties in other areas of their lives.
When success has been achieved in one area, it is likely to have
a positive impact on other areas of life where the patient once
had challenges, and even of this does not occur, it will
demonstrate that it is likely that the patient can achieve
success using this method of therapeutic intervention. For those
who are parents and suffering from a dental phobia, there is
also an increased likelihood that your children will also
develop some level of fear of going to the dentist, particularly
if they have witnessed you becoming anxious about going to the
dentist.

"Smoking is injurious to health" a warning which is written in
bold letters on every pack of cigarettes. Still billions of
people around globe smoke freely and carelessly. Though they are
being notified regarding health problems, smokers just do not
care about it. God alone can help them. Most of the smokers quit
smoking for several days, regardless of the cravings. One drag
of cigarette and all the efforts go in vain. All the plans
decided about keeping cigarettes away are crushed.

Addiction is a very sharp and a clever enemy to us. Addiction
even works at an unconscious level however hard you try to avoid
the addiction. At a certain point addiction strikes you and you
make excuses for having just one last cigarette even though you
had all the intentions to stop smoking. There is a difference
between a person who has stopped smoking and a non-smoker. A
smoker just stops smoking due to his own courage. A non-smoker
cannot think of anything worse for themselves rather than
smoking. You must have heard people saying that they have
stopped smoking, but they want to smoke when they have a drink.
That is not quitting smoking rather it is a denial that they
refuse to accept. When people have this attitude it means they
have decided to stop smoking at a conscious level, but
unconsciously they want to smoke. Smoking still attracts.

If you have decided to stop smoking, then you have a very
effective tool that is hypnosis. Hypnosis will help you to stop
smoking and remove the addiction from the root. Stopping smoking
is very unpleasant and difficult but achievable with the help of
hypnosis. The days you will be spending in quitting smoking will
be worst days of your life. The more you suffer and control
yourself the closer you are to your freedom from smoking. It is
just a matter of time but after getting healed you will stop
smoking yourself.

Hypnosis will even help you in dealing with emotions and
psychological aspects that affect you when you stop smoking.
Hypnosis has the highest rate of success in helping people stop
smoking. Hypnosis is the mind control tool. No one can make
people from stop something unless the person himself wants to do
it. The only case were hypnosis would not help you is when you
are not ready for it. If you still feel like smoking then it is
useless for you to go under hypnosis. If you are not ready and
you under go hypnosis your attempt at quitting will not be a
complete effort. Be ready for it and let hypnosis guide you or
else once the session is over you may again reach out for a pack
of cigarettes. To stop smoking you need go to a therapist as the
cure is available on the Internet now. You can be free from the
addiction by just buying CD's, downloading mp3's from the
Internet and help yourself. Imagine, after you stop smoking and
someone offers you a cigarette, you are in a position to just
say "no thanks".

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Why did you become a hypnotherapist?

It's great being a hypnotherapist as I have a great passion for
what I do. Even though I work around about the same hours as the
average worker, I never see myself as `in the rat race' and I
always have a spring in my step as I go off to work each
morning. The job pays well, however I don't see myself
financially secure either – more like financially free as I do
my job not for the money, but as my vocation in life. This is
great as money is then just a symptom of what I really love to
do – rather than being something that controls what I do. Being
a hypnotherapist is great and I really believe that wild horses
would find it difficult to drag me away from it.

What do you do day to day?

My day to day schedule can be very different from week to week,
which is great as it means that I get loads of variety in what I
do. Most days I will head into the office and write any articles
that I have to do for a website or maybe a magazine that I am
working with. I then get onto my mail and do the day to day
stuff that is needed for running a hypnotherapy business. This
could be anything from marketing to accounts. Then I usually
have a clinic where I could see between three to eight clients.
This is really the time that I love as it is a privileged
position that I have in helping my clients with life changing
issues that they may have. Seeing them get success is my reason
for doing the job that I do.

What types of things do hypnotherapists help with?

Hypnotherapists can help with a whole range of issues, however
most tend to gravitate around solutions for smoking, slimming
and stress or the three S's as I refer to them. I personally
help people with relationship and sexual issues, including
getting over relationship break-ups, jealousy, anger management,
impotence, premature ejaculation and many other issues around
this area. I also see my fair share of the three S's too!

If I wanted to know more about becoming a hypnotherapist, where
could I get some information?

You can get information on becoming a hypnotherapist from the
many hypnotherapy organisations worldwide. You can also start to
read books on self hypnosis as this is a great place to start as
it will give you a great taste for what the topic has to offer.

About The Author: Richard deals many issues including helping
to stop premature ejaculation. He also has a very successful
download for premature ejaculation on his site

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Coin collecting goes back over many centuries. It is man's
inborn nature to collect something. And coins are one of the
most popular collectable objects. The collection of coins,
whether by professionals or amateurs, is called Numismatics.
This article is a list with the most popular coins made from
precious metals. People always collect coins, especially ones
which are minted from precious metals like gold, silver and in
later years from platinum. The early technology of coin-making
was very primitive for many centuries. And many sorts of coins
had very varied shapes.

It is well known that the first coins were minted in Lydia
(this kingdom was placed in the south western part of modern day
Turkey) in about 560 BC. And those coins were made of gold. The
first silver coins were coined in Greece, in the state city of
Argos in about 700 BC.

The first platinum coins were coined in Russia in 1828. There
were 3, 6, and 12 ruble coins. The minting of Russian platinum
coins was stopped in 1844. Platinum coins were never used as
widely as gold coins and silver ones. Some other countries
minted coins made from platinum, but they were commemorative
coins for collectors, not intended for daily use.

Every country has minted gold and/or silver coins. There was a
long period when people used gold and silver coins as an
instrument of payment in their daily lives. But from 1933 year
making gold coins was almost stopped for daily use in all
countries of the world. Many countries still mint coins from
precious metals, but their minting is for commemorative coins
that are not made for daily shopping, such as in supermarkets.
This is because the precious metals scrap price of the precious
metal present in most of these coins now is higher than their
face value as legal tender coins. Precious metal refiners such
as http://www.goldscrap.co.uk/ will accept all types of Gold,
Silver and Platinum bullion coins and scrap metals, paying the
highest rates for your investment bullion and coins.

There are almost as many reasons for collecting coins as there
are people collecting them. First of all, gold, platinum, silver
and other precious metals has always been one of the best ways
for keeping and increasing your savings. This means gold,
platinum and silver coin collections are a good idea for your
investments. Really, sometimes your coin investments can
increase in value from 25% to 100% per year. What Bank can offer
you so large a yearly income? Of course, you are unable to get
any cash until you sell your coins. Investment in gold coins,
platinum coins and silver coins is not generally subject to
reducing prices. Make sure, you chose a coin dealer that has a
good reputation before you start to invest your money in any
coins. Conduct research on how long a dealer has been in this
business. Never purchase coins from an unknown dealer, if you
cannot check his/her business reputation. Because there are a
lot of swindlers trying to sell fake coins these days. So, be
careful every time when you buy coins from new sellers.

Three main factors determine the value of coins - condition,
rarity and age. The value of commemorative gold, silver and
platinum coins is always more than their face value. And prices
are growing quickly on many commemorative coins and coins
bearing certain dates. In some cases, the price can increase by
up to 200% in just one year! Also it is a very interesting hobby
to collect coins. Every coin is a piece of the human history,
and you can touch this history your own hand.
