Genital warts symptoms usually refers to various symptoms known
to a patient, but the phrase Genital warts signs may refer to
those signs only noticeable by a doctor. One thing is certainly
true; if you ignore early genital warts signs you could be doing
an injustice to yourself and your partner. Some signs of genital
warts actually manifest themselves in a peculiar way and you may
not recognize them in time, but if there are early genital warts
signs these should not go unheeded.

If you have HPV after that there's a great chance that you
could go on to display genital wart signs. Whilst it's true that
a few people won't display genital wart signs and symptoms, most
people will.

There's also a chance that genital wart signs will only
manifest itself in hard to see places such as the vagina or the
cervix. This means that even if a person is in distress from
genital HPV they might not know it.

And for the better part people will use over the counter
medications to cure themselves using self diagnosis and thinking
their genital warts to be something else completely. As you may
guess this isn't a good idea.

What becomes worse is if you believe yourself to have genital
wart symptoms and still try to cure yourself using some of the
countless over the counter cures which are used for other types
of wart problems. These are much too strong to utilize in the
treatment of genital wart problems.

In many instances you will cause yourself greater harm than
good in trying to treat yourself without first getting a
professional medical diagnosis. There's also the risk factor
that genital wart problems such as scarring resulting from the
warts themselves or from the treatment.

Scarring isn't a hundred percent guarantee if you get genital
wart signs, but you must be aware of the probability of it.
Another consideration which you will encounter if you have
genital wart signs is that of recurrence.

Since the HPV viral infection which makes the appearance of
genital warts isn't in itself curable, genital warts once
removed, can re-appear. This is in part attributable to the fact
that the HPV virus itself doesn't quit your body until your
immune system fights it off.

There is currently no medication to help your immune system do
this, so unless you live a very healthy lifestyle, and sometimes
not even if you do, it can take up two or more years for that
particular strain of the virus to be eradicated from your body.

This also means that if you contract another, diverse strain of
the HPV infection that you may display genital wart signs all
over again.

Owing to this reason the fact that you can get to be infected
with an entirely new strain of HPV altogether it becomes
difficult to say whether you have a new infection or whether
your body is still fighting off an old infection.

This is also a fine reason to have a healthy change in
lifestyle, one which is conducive to maintaining optimum health
and one where your natural immune system can fight off genital
wart invaders without too much of a issue. Be sure to seek
medical advice if you show any genital wart signs.

What was the last email that you forwarded? Viral marketing has
become an unstoppable marketing force for businesses. It is a
technique that uses pre-existing networks as a way to promote
brand awareness, an idea, a product or a service. The term viral
was coined as this marketing technique is something that spreads
rapidly among people by passing something along. It can also be
described as the latest "buzz". When implemented effectively,
viral marketing can rapidly expand a business online.

These are the Top 5 viral marketing characteristics and
techniques:

1. Give away something of value away for free

"Free" is one of the most powerful marketing terms. When
utilizing this concept for you business, consider what you would
be able to give away for "Free". Some of the most common ideas
are free research reports, e-books, e-zines, pages of a book,
free samples, or an email autoresponder course. Each of these
items can be offered for "free" through a variety of means.
Place opt in tools on every page of your website for one or all
of the above. Placement is key- make sure that the opt in
opportunities are easy to locate and easy to fill in. If
possible, use an autoresponder to deliver the "free" material so
that the consumer has it in their hands immediately. If they
like it, the viral potential is that they may forward it through
email to someone else.

Opt in functions should also be placed in your current e-zines,
in your article or blog signature file, in your email signature
file and cross referenced with each marketing tool. For example,
you may offer a "Free" research report within the e-zine that a
customer opted in for on your website. The more links that you
can create between marketing tools and your potential customer
means more opportunities to convert those leads into paying
customers.

2. Provide a way to easily transfer an idea, image or concept
to others

Viruses only spread when they are easy to transmit; otherwise
they stay within their host subject. It is crucial to create a
marketing technique that is easy to forward. HTML emails,
attachments, website links and podcasts are several strategies
that are easy to forward from recipient to recipient. Internet
users will also forward website links of forum posts, articles
and blogs that they find interesting to others.

3. Make it scalable

Your business and website need to have the capability of
handling a large influx of interest if you plan to utilize viral
marketing. For example, if your receive a large interest in a
"free" piece of material that you are advertising, do you have
the technology currently installed to quickly deliver on the
requests? If not, do you know where to search or of a provider
that you could quickly install to fulfill the requests?
Understand this marketing technique before you launch a
campaign, and become familiar with the supportive technology
that you will need to implement the plan as you receive
increased site flow.

4. Exploit the natural instinct and motivation of others

Permission email lists and opt ins are examples of marketing
techniques that exploit people's natural instinct of wanting
things for free. Affiliate programs exploit businesses by
creating a high volume of links from people looking to place
high quality ads on their websites.

5. Utilize current and existing communication methods

When you launch a viral marketing campaign, be sure to leverage
the most up to date internet marketing tools and trends.
Currently instant messenger, blogs, article writing, nanocasts,
podcasts and email autoresponders are the most commonly used
marketing and communication tools on the internet. As a business
owner you will need to become familiar with each of these
techniques and any new techniques that emerge in order to create
the potential for viral marketing.

While viral marketing was launched among traditional
businesses, the launch of the internet created a new medium for
viral marketers and an easier method of material transmission.
By leveraging the above tips, your business will be in a prime
position to create mini and even large scale viral effects when
you produce quality materials for your business.

Personal Pension Plans - Does The 'Best' One Exist?
Like many of our clients, we are constantly updating our
Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

One of the many pieces of reading material we were looking
through had the title of 'Advisers Have Vital Role As
Persuaders'.

This was based on the results of a survey which asked both
individual investors and advisers 5 questions about
retirement planning success. Fidelity, an investment group,
asked these 2 groups to rank 1-5 the factors below:

The survey aimed to identify how well educated a typical
investor is, and to stress how important an advisers job
was to ensure that the message they want to get across does
indeed communicate itself to individuals. The context for
this was that there is a lot of talk about the coming
'pension crisis', and how vital it is that investors get
the right advice.

Priority / Advisers / Individuals

Amount saved over a lifetime / 1 / 2

Date at which saving started / 2 / 4

Getting the right asset allocation / 3 / 5

Picking the right funds / 4 / 3

Finding the best pension plan / 5 / 1

If we simply concentrate on the first and last factors, we
see that the priorities here are reversed. Whilst
individuals did understand that the amount saved over a
lifetime, identified by advisers as the most important
factor, was indeed important, they still rated 'finding the
best pension plan' as number 1.

Now, we have written many articles on this subject, and are
certain that no regular reader will have made this mistake!
However, this survey has once again shown that the idea
that there is a 'best pension plan' out there is still
prevalent with individual investors.

We do not have space to reiterate our investment process
here, but the long and short of it is that, whilst the
pension wrapper is important (as it is tax efficient), the
investments within the pension are what really matters.

When we first looked at the results of this survey, it
reminded us of a recent experience we had when a new client
contacted us after finding our website via Google. He
explained that he was concerned about the advice he had
been given by his Independant Financial Adviser (IFA), and
could we give our view on his situation. When Graeme met
him, it became clear that with very little evidence as to
why, the IFA was advising the client to invest over
£2,600 per month into a Personal Pension. When asked
why, the IFA said that it would allow the client to retire
earlier, and that this was the 'best' pension that he could
recommend.

When Graeme asked:

- Were your goals in life discussed properly?

- what risk questionnaire/assessment was used?

- what was the result of the cash flow forecast?

- Have the NHS Pension and State pensions been taken into
account?

- where is the expenditure template showing what you need
at 60?

- Has the sale of the practice been taken into account?

- Have any possible inheritances been factored in?

- Have the existing investments been built in?

The answers were that none of these had been discussed in
detail or at all!

Many things concern us here, including the probability
(based on many clients' case work) that if such planning
were implimented, the client would possibly have 'too much'
for their needs age 60 plus, and in a wrapper which
restricts what you can do with it (75% of the proceeds have
to be used to provide an income - 25% is available as tax
free cash as a lump sum).

This can of course also be at the cost of the client's life
now - what's wrong with enjoying life and spending money
now if more money does not need to be invested?

The key word is measurement - or the lack of it in this
case.

To cap it all, the dentist had a copy of the quotation that
had been left with him for the Personal Pension. For the
few hours work that had been carried out for the client,
the last page showed a very interesting remuneration figure
for the IFA. This money would be taken from the clients
pension account in the first year.

£19,432 to be paid as a lump sum when the client
signed up!

The Financial Tips Bottom Line

Be aware that there is no 'best pension', and if anyone
says there is it's probably time to take a step back and
ask the adviser what form of measurement they have used to
arrive at the decision they have.

Action Point

If your adviser has not taken into account the above
factors as a minimum to your overall retirement planning,
then we recommend you do so now. Retirement planning is not
just about pensions - building in all factors and having a
life now is quite important!

Also, even if you intend to simply buy policies instead of
comprehensive planning, be aware of advisers who charge
large amounts of commission and talk about the 'best
pension'.

Where Are You Today? Where Will You Be Tomorrow?
In the springtime of 1975, I heard a statement that just
flabbergasted me! It really blew me away! It was indeed
one of the moments in life that just stops you dead in your
tracks.

The statement I heard had two parts to it. The first part
was, "You are today where you are because of your
believing."

It was bold and confronting. Initially, I didn't like it.
Was it really saying that I am today in life where I am
because of my believing? If it was true, it would simply
eliminate any excuses that I had for my life. That would
put all the responsibility for my life on me.

That would mean that "where I was" in my life was because
of me!

That challenged me to be logical for a change instead of
emotional. When you think about it honestly, if that
statement is not true, then we are today where we are
because of what? Is it because of everybody else? Is it
because of the economy? Is it because of limited education?

Are any of us responsible for our own actions anymore?
Sadly, in the last thirty-two years since I first heard
that statement, our culture continues to evolve into a
victim mentality. Nothing is anyone's fault anymore.
Something else or some one else is to blame.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Although the first part of that statement was very
confronting to me, the second part of it was very
encouraging. "You will be tomorrow where your believing
takes you." Now that gave me some hope! I could take
charge of my own life, regardless of the surroundings or
the situations that currently existed. I could be in
control of my own life and future.

It really was my choice, and still is.

Over the years, I have gained an understanding and an
appreciation of what the word, "believing," in that
statement meant. Our belief system, what we accept as
absolutely true, what we believe, comes from the heart.
Those "beliefs" get into our heart through our mind.

Some call it, the, "heart and mind." Others call it,
"subconscious and conscious." Whatever you want to call
it, just make sure you understand how it works.

Thoughts hit our mind all the time. Thinking something one
time does not transfer the thought from your mind into your
heart to form a belief system. Rather, it is those
consistent thoughts, running over and over that will end up
in your heart.

Once something is in the heart, it becomes a belief system.
It is now what you believe. It is what you accept as
right or true. And, most importantly, it is what you will
attract into your life. That's the way the Creator
designed our minds to function.

No wonder the Bible says to "guard your heart with all
diligence, for out of it are the issues of life!" And, as
I've quoted so many times, "As he thinks in his heart, so
is he."

You are today in your life where you are because of your
believing; your belief system in your heart will act like a
magnet.

You will be tomorrow where your believing takes you.

Here's the good news! If there are areas in your life that
you want to change, you can! Just discard the thoughts of
your life that you don't want, and keep your focus and
attention on the thoughts of how you do want your life to
be. Remain consistent until these thoughts become beliefs
in your heart.

Some things may take a little longer than others. That's
okay, because now you're in charge of your life. Refuse to
settle!

"You are today where you are because of your believing.
You will be tomorrow where your believing takes you."

What a statement!

Have you noticed that it seems that every second person these
days is proudly showing their tattoos. You have the traditional
older guys who have been wearing tattoos for ages as well as
young women and men who have just started on their `tattoo
collection'. The trend seems to be growing so rapidly that new
Tattoo Parlours are opening up almost on a daily basis. It would
be fair to say that today tattoos are more popular than during
the Second World War years when tattoos became the fashion
amongst the armed services.

While it is just great seeing so many people wearing tattoos,
particularly the young tattoo devotees, it is important that the
potential wearer gives the subject some serious thought. It is
imperative that if you are considering getting a tattoo that you
take your time and put some serious thought into which tattoo
design you are going to choose and, importantly, where you
intend to put the tattoo.

A tattoo will become a permanent feature on your body so you
must make absolutely sure that you choose tattoo designs that
are going to look good and suit your own particular lifestyle
and beliefs. You are going to have to be satisfied with your
design and not get bored with it in the future.

Where Do You Source Tattoo Ideas?

There are simply so many different tattoo design options
available that it would be impossible to catalog every one. You
can either choose to go with one that has already been created,
or you can literally start from scratch and design your very own
tattoo. The majority of tattoo studios even allow you to work
one-on-one with the tattoo artist so that together you can
create the perfect design for you.

In my opinion creating your own individual design is the best
option because what you end up having etched on your body will
be personalized with a particular significance and meaning to
you. You will also be less likely to tire of it in the future
compared to a tattoo that has no particular significance other
than you thought it was `cool' when you had the tattoo done.

If, however, you are more interested in finding a design that
has already been created, then you have unlimited options as
there are literally tens of thousands of fantastic websites that
you can visit and browse through their galleries until you find
a tattoo design that you fall in love with.

One top website devoted to creative tattoo designs is Tattoo
Johnny. Their gallery feature some of the world's most popular
and inspiring designs. One of the best features of Tattoo
Johnny's website is it allows you to pay for your chosen designs
and print them off in full size. You can then head off to your
local tattoo studio where they can use that exact print to
produce your tattoo. This means that you will be getting exactly
what you want and know what it is going to look like before you
even venture into the tattoo studio.

Another brilliant online tattoo shop is the Bullseye Tattoo
Company. They are universally regarded as having an incredibly
large and varied selection of tattoo designs available for
purchase and download. Again you can visit their website where
you can browse through literally thousands of original tattoo
designs from a compilation of different well known and creative
artists and then buy and print off the ones that you like best.

So if you are looking to get a tattoo please think long and
hard about the tattoo design you want and a word of warning,
never get a tattoo unless you are one hundred percent sure that
you will love your chosen one forever.

Article Title: Grammar Made Easy And The 80/20 Principle: Less
Stressful And Much More Effective Than The Traditional Approach

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Easy grammar and the 80/20 principle? Is there really a
connection? Not only is it for real, but it's pretty amazing
that it hasn't caught on yet. It's high time that it does
because it can save many people a lot of headaches.

Just in case you don't already know the 80/20 principle from
sales, here's a quick explanation: 20% of most salespeople's
clients account for 80% of their sales. Which means, of course,
that the other 80% percent of their clients aren't paying their
way. The logical consequence: It pays to focus mostly on taking
very good care of the 20% that do. Maybe those customers will
buy even more. And if not, at least the salespeople will have a
bit more free time...

The 80/20 principle doesn't just work for sales, though. When I
learned English (which is my second language), for example, my
favorite word-building book was based on the very same
principle. It had three sections:

1) About 150 words made up at least 10% of all the words in any
average document. They included the basics, such as articles,
conjunctions, most prepositions, and numbers.

2) Another 1,000 or so words, together with the really basic
150 words, covered well over 90% of the words in any average
text.

3) Several thousand more words were divided into subject areas,
so I could study just what I needed. When I wanted to talk about
the weather, I'd look up weather words. When my hypochondria got
the better of me, I studied the medical section. I've been
getting by very nicely ever since.

English has tens of thousands of additional words, of course,
but that's what big dictionaries are for. And how often do you
ever need those?

The same is true for grammar, where the 80/20 principle works
much the same way. With just 20% of the "rules," you can cover
almost all of the territory you'd ever need, at least if you
pick the right 20%.

That seems hard to believe if you look at those grammar books
filled with thousands of obscure little rules, all of them
designed to intimidate. Many of you probably met all those rules
in high school. How many do you remember? Not many, probably.

The traditional approach to grammar is really a factoid-based
trivial pursuit-type approach. It's not very efficient. Compare
how the 80/20 approach covers that territory:

1) There are the basic ingredients and a system to put them
together into sentences.

2) There are a few rules that help you avoid the major
problems, such as agreement errors, weird tense sequences, and
dangling modifiers.

3) There are some nifty techniques to make your sentences more
effective and your prose flow better. Those three make up the
20%.

Beyond that, for the other 80%, you have two options: You could
look up what you need in some big grammar book. Or, and here's
your secret weapon, you could rewrite the sentence. It's your
sentence, after all, and you get to write it any way you want
to. Just pick a way you know how to handle.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
With its incredible diversity, India is a feast for the senses
for people around the world, with its colour, character,
philosophy and organised chaos. All my life I have revelled in
this and considered myself very fortunate to be a part of it.
However, it has made my search for such diversity and vibrancy
elsewhere much harder.

Having planned some time off to travel last year, my wife,
Sophia, and I narrowed the list of places we wanted to visit to
South America or Indonesia; and when a good friend related
fascinating stories from Indonesia, it seemed like a sleeping
giant that the world knew little about so we decided to go and
see it for ourselves.

Consider some of these facts: The largest archipelago in the
world with about 18,000 islands, Indonesia stretches along the
equator for more than 5,000 km. Almost 60% of Indonesia's land
is forested and it has more than 500 volcanoes – 12% of which
are still active! The fourth most heavily populated country in
the world after China, India and the United States with close to
250 million people, comprising some 300 ethnic groups who speak
an estimated 600 languages and dialects.

Part 1 Bali – the island of the Gods!

As a first time visitor to Indonesia, I was excited as well as
a little nervous. It's a massive country, spread over thousands
of kilometres. So like India, yet so unlike India, with its
endless islands forming a chain along the equator.

Indonesia to me was a slightly incomprehensible mix of a
remarkably beautiful tropical paradise and danger; with communal
troubles and civil disturbances, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis,
and earthquakes. During our trip we hoped to find a fascinating
reality that lay between those two opposing themes.

The excitement stemmed also from the fact that we had a month
to spend there exploring these marvellous islands; home to
active volcanoes, spectacular beaches and unique wildlife, like
the Komodo dragon.

We started our trip in the relative comfort of the well
developed tourism infrastructure on the island of Bali. In fact
only thing that was difficult was trying to get a reasonably
priced flight from New Delhi, as we had left it so late!
Everything worked out finally and an uneventful Malaysian
airlines flight later through Kuala Lumpur, we landed in Bali at
Denpasar airport. The landing was spectacular as the plane comes
down close to the white sandy Jimbaran beach; as you fly in, all
you can see is the sea coming closer and closer until a few
seconds before touch down the runway is suddenly visible.

As Indonesia has recently relaxed its visa regime for Indians,
it was possible to get a visa on arrival – as an Indian passport
holder, it is still a novel experience to travel to countries
and get a visa on arrival! Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong
(interestingly enough one needs a visa for China though),
Cambodia and Maldives are a few of the others.

It was a hassle free experience and one can straight away see
the advantages it brings to tourism and business travel. This is
even more important in light of the Indian Tourism Board's
efforts to push a similar proposal through for visitors to
India.

Having pre-arranged some budget accommodation in the nearby
beach town of Sanur, we hired a taxi to get us there. Bali's
excellent tourism infrastructure made it an easy and painless
process, we didn't even need the Indonesian we had been
learning, a language much easier to learn than many.

Bali, appropriately called `the island of the gods' is an
excellent example of the religious and cultural diversity which
exists in Indonesia, and consists predominantly of Hindu
communities. By contrast the island of Java, where the capital
Jakarta is located, is predominantly Muslim and the island of
Flores (where we headed to later in our trip) is mostly
Christian.

The widely spread islands with their mix of peoples, cultures
and religions means that Indonesia has faced a similar problem
to India in terms of language. Bahasa Indonesia is the national
language but interestingly has faced similar challenges in many
parts of the country to that with the adoption of Hindi as the
national language in India. Indeed in Bali, Balinese is widely
spoken.

The Balinese worship the various gods of Hindu mythology and
are all as familiar with the Mahabharatha and the Ramayana as
many Indians are. Each house is in fact considered a minor
temple, adding further to the astounding statistic of some
20,000 temples on this small island of no more than two million
people.

Offerings are made twice daily to the gods of the house and to
the gods honoured in small shrines everywhere. As you drive
around Bali, the sight of women carrying rice-and-flower
offerings on banana leaves is common. Indeed, the word Bali,
dating from the 9th century, means "offering."

Sanur – rather unfairly nicknamed `snore' by us - was a very
sleepy town, that had begun to lose its charm through its
efforts to pander to all kinds of tourists. Our sense of
discovery, lead us to search for the real Bali and we headed to
a small island, Nusa Lembongan, about two hours away by boat.

Nusa Lembongan is one of 3 islands that sit across the Badung
Strait on the Southeast coast of Bali along with Nusa Ceningan &
Nusa Penida. These 3 islands are somewhat impoverished, relying
on seaweed farming, cattle and other low-return activities, with
tourism the brightest light on the horizon. The boat ride across
the Badung Strait was smooth to begin with, but as we had been
warned, the straits are extremely deep and there is always a
large swell in the middle –finely illustrated by the teenage
girl sitting behind us unable to keep her breakfast away from
the fish!

Although we had to get off at the main jetty, we had made up
our minds to make our way to Mushroom Bay, an amazing white sand
beach which we had spotted from the boat. Getting there meant
either taking a small, but expensive, motor boat taxi, or hiking
with our heavy back packs up and downhill for a couple of hours.

Of course, having decided on the water taxi option, we couldn't
find one until a booming Australian drawl asked if he could
help. Indeed he was the owner of the water taxi company who had
been living on Nusa Lembongan for years. Mushroom Bay was every
bit as pretty close up and we booked ourselves into some
Balinese style lodging for a few nights.

Breakfast by the beach is a luxury for anyone and we certainly
indulged at the rather aptly named but predictable Bali Café.
There was a sense of exclusivity to Mushroom Bay which was only
disturbed at about mid-day for a few hours by day trippers from
mainland Bali. We spent that time exploring the island and the
first time around decided to do a walking tour. Incredibly
greenery, and some stunning beaches, were our reward although
after a while the humidity made the walk more of an effort than
we would have liked. And, of course, temples and offerings were
everywhere.

The next day we decided to explore a bit further by hiring a
motor cycle, with my wife bravely (according to her!) agreeing
to ride pillion. The roads were not great and extremely steep in
places, but off we set off. It is hard to lose one's way around
the island and we made it to the other side of the island,
stopping off to admire the views and when stopped by friendly
inquisitive children.

Our plan was to visit the other two neighbouring islands, if
possible, and were told we could drive our bike across a narrow
bridge. The bridge was indeed narrow but what worried us even
more was the approach ramp – a small miscalculation of a few
inches and the probability was that we would miss the bridge and
land in the sea. As not-so-brave adventurers, we decided that I
try it alone without my passenger. Success!

Driving through Nusa Ceningan, it was apparent that the island
was much poorer than Nusa Lembongnan; the difference was
tourism. Residents of Nusa Ceningan survived mostly through sea
weed farming and when the trade wasn't going well they had a
difficult life.

We stopped at a site where there were clearly plans to build a
resort. Most of the structure and layout were in place, but now
had been left to rot. As we were enjoying the views and
thinking, how wonderful it would be to resurrect the resort, and
would it ever be feasible, a man appeared from behind the
buildings and came over. Suddenly worried that we were
trespassing and that there was no other soul in sight, we tried
to apologise and move away. But he was very friendly and told us
about the plans for this place and how it had all gone wrong
when his foreign business partner decided to pull out when
tourism in Bali went into a tailspin after the bomb attacks
several years ago. At last our few phrases of Bahasa Indonesia
had come in useful! That, with English and body language had
helped us communicate.

Having had a relatively quiet and relaxed introduction to
Indonesia we were ready to make our way back to mainland Bali
and get intrepid in pursuit of the Komodo dragon and to see
whales in the remote village of Lamalera, in one of the eastern
most parts of the archipelago.

To be continued…..

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Accountability means being held to account, scrutinized, and
being required to give an account or explanation of your actions
and decisions.

Somewhere in the last half century or so, society as a whole
seemed to forget that there was such a thing as personal
responsibility or personal accountability. Whether
accountability and responsibility disappeared in the rush to
claim the almighty dollar as the most important thing in life or
whether they disappeared along with morality in favour of "the
right of an individual to do whatever they want" is unknown.
What is known, however, is that when individuals no longer felt
that they were responsible for their own actions, society began
to crumble.

Today, when someone does something that they should not do,
instead of being made to face the consequences blame is shifted
to their parents, the environment or the location where they
were raised, their schooling or lack thereof, alcohol, drugs,
the government or some other thing. The individual is never held
accountable. That is pure crap. If the person is not mentally
deficient, then they know the difference between right and
wrong. If they know the difference then they also know if they
do something that they will have to pay the consequences.

It is time that parents, teachers, religious leaders and the
courts start teaching children from an early age that they must
take responsibility for their actions and that they are
accountable for everything that they do. It may be too late to
get adults to realize this, but we can turn things around by
ensuring that future generations understand this basic
requirement for members of a civilized society.

As a former police officer, I find it strangely ironic that
members of the public want to make politicians, public servants
and corporate leaders accountable, but they do not want to have
to be accountable themselves. They want everything these people
do made reportable and examined in every aspect while at the
same time they do not want any of their own actions or
information to be released to anyone under any circumstances.

Well, that just will not work. The only way that accountability
works is when everyone is accountable. And, when everyone is
accountable, then accountability becomes very powerful. People
working for a company will be accountable to ensure that they do
the best job that they can and the company will be accountable
to the government for the taxes and licences they must have, to
their employees to ensure that they provide a good working
environment and good wages and to their share holders for the
money that was invested to create the company in the first
place.

I for one, would be thrilled to know that when I buy stock in a
company that every individual in that company from the CEO down
to the janitor is accountable for doing everything in their
power to make sure that the company performs at peak efficiency.
And, if I was running a business, I would expect that anyone I
hired as an employee would be accountable to me to put all of
their skills, talents, education and effort into the duties they
performed for me every day they were at work. In return, I would
be accountable to my employees to be certain that I provided a
safe workplace, adequate pay and benefits, proper training and
that I would run the company responsibly and in a way that would
ensure that it would be sustainable. That is the power of
accountability, everyone being answerable to everyone else.

Politicians passing laws making business people accountable
while they themselves refuse to be accountable to anyone will
not let the power of accountability work like it should. For
accountability to work, everyone has to be accountable to
someone else.

When I was a child, children were accountable to their parents.
Parents were accountable to their children to ensure that they
had a place to live, clothes to wear and food to eat, The
parents were also accountable to their employer to make sure
that they gave 100 percent or more effort to their duties in
exchange for a pay cheque. Not only did the power of
accountability work well, but it resulted in respect. Employees
respected their employers and the employers respected the
workers. Children respected their parents, their teachers and
authority figures. Most people
respected the law and everyone knew that if they broke the law
that they would be punished for it.

Recently there have been some high profile cases where company
executives have been held accountable for their actions with
respect to illegal things they did in relation to running their
companies. Some have been jailed and others are awaiting their
"day in court." Unfortunately these attempts to make people
accountable have been sporadic at best.

Accountability is powerful because those who acknowledge the
reality of living in a civilized society are able to find
solutions, suitable to everyone, that shape their destiny and
the destiny of society as a whole. Accountability means more
than just doing your job. Accountability must become a component
of the basic skill set of everyone involved in the competitive
enterprise of the future. Accountability cannot and will not
become a part of the skill set of future businesses and their
employees unless and until they are using records management
systems that enable them to conduct their business efficiently
and effectively while at the same time fully and accurately
documenting each and everything they do.

Also, young people we bring into our organizations must be
taught about accountability because most of the time they have
not developed that level of maturity when they first enter the
workforce. To develop accountability in personnel, you must
foster accountability by believing in its power and through your
own actions demonstrate that you yourself are accountable. As
even the greenest of project managers know, without individual
accountability and responsibility, projects will tend to
flounder. And, when projects flounder, the company is in
trouble.

The crisis in accountability becomes particularly acute when it
comes to disclosure of information that is not financial. At a
time when many companies crank out reams of quality data,
customer satisfaction data, employee satisfaction data,
turnaround time data, environmental management data, equal
employment data, charitable giving data, employee treatment data
and other miscellaneous data, they spend too little time
examining how they can use the data for gaining advantages
through both internal and external reporting and public
accountability. All this information sits in storage somewhere
and only comes to light when the company is trying to deflect
criticism. The rest of the time it just sits there gathering
dust. If you have this information, use it. If you do not have
it, why not? People need to see that you are accountable and
proud of it.

One of the root causes of the accountability crisis is that
many company boards of directors do the bidding of the chief
executive, as opposed to having a chief executive who does the
bidding of the board of directors. If the CEO is not
accountable, and the board of directors has abrogated its
responsibility by failing to hold the CEO accountable, then the
company is, for all intents and purposes, out of control.

As members of a civilized society, each of us has a
responsibility to ensure that companies that we work for or hold
shares in do not get out of control. The way we can do this is
by ensuring that we are accountable for everything that we do
and that we hold others accountable for what they should do. In
this way, we can get the power of accountability working for all
of us and the world will be a much better place because of it.

Are you one of those that is still frantically searching to buy
your Wii? The phenomenal growth of Nintendo's Wii has seen a
surge in gamer interaction play like at no other time. But, many
people have found how difficult it was to find one for sale,
especially around Christmas time. There are still reports that
the Wii is still in very short supply.

So the question is,"Where can I find Wii Sales that are in
stock?"

First, let me give you a little insight about the Wii that not
many people are aware of. Where did the name "Wii" come from?
Well, Nintendo decided to market the home game console outside
of Japan without the company name featured in its trademark. The
name Nintendo does not appear on the console. The "W" in Wii
stands for Worldwide and the "ii" characters is meant to
resemble two people standing side by side, representing players
gathering together as well as to represent the console's
controllers. So, Nintendo chose the name Wii because it sounds
like "We" which emphasizes that the game console is for everyone
and is easy to remember.

Okay, now where to find the best Wii Sales?

As we have talked about in the above, the Wii is still in short
supply. Finding one in stock at any brick and mortar store is
still a pretty difficult challenge. There are many places online
that you can find Wii's on sale. Many of these however are used
and when people realized how much in demand they are and the
short supply, they have taken their Wii, played with it awhile
and then put them up for sale because Wii still demands a
premium on the market. In other words, they can use it for a
while and then sell it for a much higher price that they payed
for it and make a profit.

We have found source where one can find Wii sales that offer
brand new, bundled with many extras and full manufacturer
warranties. Some of these Wii systems are bundled with up to 15
extra games, controllers, safety jackets and more. And they are
selling through a very well respected source on the net. So
finding Wii sales is not that difficult. You just have to do
some research and I am sure you can find what you need. We have
searched on the net for our Wii game console. Viewing the Wii
sales at Walmart, Amazon, Yahoo stores, Google and such.

We have found that most stores have Wii consoles on back order.
People are still waiting to purchase their Wii Gaming Systems.
That is how short the supply is and the demand is still huge!
There are other sources where there are literally hundreds of
Wii sales. They are going for very competitive prices and some
can be had for a slight discount. But, keep in mind. Due to the
demand, the Wii Gaming Systems are still commanding a premium
price at almost every location. So good luck in your hunt for
that ever elusive Wii on sale.

The Ham Rut

The Ham Rut
I heard a story quite a while ago about a deliciously
cooked ham. The dinner guests just raved about how good
that ham tasted. Finally, one of the guests asked her host
what her secret was to preparing such a succulent tasting
ham!

She replied that her special secret was that just before
cooking, she trimmed off both ends of the ham. "And why do
you do that," the inquisitive guest asked?

The proud host then explained, "Well, that's how my mother
taught me to cook it. That's the way I have been doing it
for years, and it always comes out delicious."

Not satisfied, the curious one pressed on. "But why did
she trim off both ends of the ham? How in the world does
that make it taste so good?"

"I really don't know," her guest replied. "I've never
thought about it. But I'll ask her, and I will get back
with you."

The next day she called her mom and asked why she trimmed
the ends off the ham before cooking, hoping to get some
secret cooking answer. But her mom was no help at all.
"Why, honey, that's just how your grandmother taught me.
She always did it that way, and her ham was always
delicious," she answered. "Why don't you ask her?"

Feeling like she was now on a quest for something very
important, she indeed called her grandmother and asked the
same question. Much to her dismay, she got the same
answer. Grandma simply said, "Oh my dear, that's just way
my mother taught me."

Now desperate for an answer, she called her
great-grandmother and asked, "Why did you trim both ends
off of a ham before cooking it? Does it cook better that
way? Does it have something to do with the juices?"

The wise old lady replied, "Oh sweetie, cutting the ends
off of a ham has absolutely nothing to do with any of those
things."

"But then why did you cut the ends off?" the young lady
asked, now very puzzled.

She answered, "I trimmed the ends off so it would fit into
my pan!"

Now there's quite a lesson!

Are you into a "ham rut?" Lots of people are. It is so
easy to get into a rut or routine and not even know why we
are doing things.

Many times, it is because we have been taught or have
observed things. After doing them a certain way for
awhile, we find it hard to change. Even though we have
never even asked ourselves why we are doing things the way
we are doing them, we just continue on in the same old way.

This is especially true with our thinking patterns. We
think we are thinking the right way, because we learned it
somewhere, and we just continue thinking that way without
ever stopping and asking, "Why?"

In the world that we live in today, change is happening
almost everyday. The days of staying at one job for 40
years and then retiring with a pension are pretty much
gone. The need to continue to self-educate and improve our
skills is becoming a vital necessity rather than an edge.

It's always a good idea to take a look at the things we
think and do and ask, "Why?" in order to find out where it
all started. We can then determine if we need to change
our thinking or course of action.

I'm certainly not saying that we ought to change something
just for the sake of change. But it can be very beneficial
to examine and evaluate.

And, in doing so, if you find you are in a "ham rut," then
why not put the whole ham in the pan and see how it cooks?

What You See Is What You Get
I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "What you see is what you
get." It has been used for a long time, in a variety of
ways including song lyrics. It is popular today with
computer tools. The letters of the phrase form the
acronym, "WYSIWYG." In referring to computers, " WYSIWYG,"
or "what you see is what you get," is used to describe a
system in which content during editing appears very similar
to the final product.

So, how about when you look into the mirror? Who do you
see? Just who is that person? Have you ever just stopped
for a few minutes and stared into the mirror? I'm not
talking about fixing your hair or adjusting your clothing.

I'm talking about staring right into the mirror.

Who do you see? What do you think of that person? Do you
like who you see? Is that person headed for success, or
failure in life? Is that person just getting by day after
day?

What has that person accomplished that is impressive to
you? Do you admire that person?

Now I am sure that there are a number of people that you
admire. Have you ever considered just why you admire them?
What is it about them that you find appealing enough to
admire them? There must be reasons why you hold them in
such high esteem that you admire them. Just what is it
about them?

Do you know all the faults, weaknesses and shortcomings of
the people that you admire? Is that what you admire about
them?

Okay, so now back to the mirror. Do you admire the person
you see in the mirror? Well, why not? Is it because they
have not achieved a level that would warrant your
admiration? Or, is it that you know all too well all their
failings and shortcomings? Is that what you see when you
look into the mirror, failures and shortcomings?

If that's true, then stay at the mirror for just a bit
longer. Do you have any compliments for the person in the
mirror? You must have a least one! You've known that person
for a really long time. Surely, there must something you
can bring to mind about them that is positive and
complimentary.

How about another compliment? And another? Yes, there are
indeed things that the person in the mirror has done that
are worthy of your praise! In fact, there are a lot of
things. So, why not give them a compliment? Say it!

What? Yes, say it: "I'm proud of you for doing that."
I'm really impressed at the way you handled that
situation." "You know, you really are good at that."
Why do we think that it is just fine and normal to beat
ourselves up for our failures and shortcomings, but somehow
think that it is egotistical to recognize and acknowledge
our successes? I think we've got it all backwards!

Often, when people look into the mirror they see failures,
shortcomings, and weaknesses. That's what they see because
that's the picture of themselves that they carry around day
after day after day.

The picture that we carry of ourselves is the one that we
have painted by our own self-talk. The things that we
think and say about ourselves are the paint that we have
chosen to put on the canvas. And, what you see is what you
get. The picture that you carry of yourself is what you
will manifest and evidence in your life. "As a man thinks
in his heart, so is he!" Our consistent thoughts about
ourselves and the emotions they evoke will eventually move
into our belief system. Our lives today are a product of
our own belief system.

The good news is that if we want to, we can change our
belief system, and thus change our lives.

A great starting point, or, a simple method to help in that
process, is to compliment the person looking back at you
whenever you look into the mirror. Remind them of past
successes, not past failures. Remind them of the good
things that they have done, not the bad. Remind them that
with God's help there is no stopping them, for He has
promised to give us the desires of our hearts.

This simple method, along with guarding the things that you
think and say about yourself, will help you greatly in
changing your belief system so that you can truly be the
person you desire to be.

What you see is what you get!

Social security and its future are one of the most
controversial issues discussed in politics today, with many
different views and outlooks taking center stage. The law that
was designed by Franklin D. Roosevelt to protect the elderly and
provide services and compensation to them in retirement finds
itself in a completely different context today than it was
seventy years ago.

Yet, change is nothing new—it is a daily occurrence that has
affected social security before, and that will continue to
affect social security in the future. Understanding both sides
of the issue of social security is vital to ensuring a positive
future for this country.

Briefings On The Beginning

The beginnings of social security can be traced back to the
tragedy of the nineteen thirties—the Great Depression. It was
passed as part of the New Deal, and was very controversial at
the time because it was believed that it would lead to a loss of
jobs. Yet, the program prevailed. Payroll taxes were first
collected in 1937, and retirement benefits were paid that same
year.

Changes Throughout The Years

The Social Security Act has proven to be a very flexible
program, as it has been altered and changed several times over
the years. This is not surprising when taking into consideration
the dramatic changes that have occurred in the workforce since
its original implementation. The act was expanded in 1939 to
encompass farmers and to provide benefits to spouses. Medicare
was added in the 1960s. More changes were made in the seventies
and eighties. If it was changed in the past, what is stopping it
from being changed to meet the needs of the future?

The Problem Of People

Currently, 163 million workers are earning Social Security
protection, and Social Security provides benefits to about 50
million people. The future problems associated with Social
Security revolve around changing demographics. While the average
remaining life span of a 65 year old in 1935 was about 12 years,
it is currently 18 years. This increase in average life span is
one of the major factors contributing to the uncertainty of the
future of Social Security.

Another factor is the retirement of the baby boomer's. The
fifties and early sixties saw a huge increase in reproduction,
and it is these offspring who will be retiring beginning in the
next several years. At the same time that Social Security will
need to accommodate more retirees, the amount of people paying
taxes on Social Security will decrease from 3.3 people per
retiree today to 2.1 people per retiree in 2032. It is the
combination of these problems that is causing the panic
regarding Social Security's future.

Solving The Problem

There are many solutions being discussed regarding the Social
Security program, and each of them would mean a trade off for
Americans. Two of the solutions are somewhat obvious: increase
the payroll tax, and decrease the amount of services provided to
beneficiaries. These solutions would have obvious ramifications,
and might only cause more problems for the future of Social
Security than they would solve.

Another possible solution is to allow for early investment in
Social Security in the form of a "pre funding" voluntary Social
Security savings account. Although workers are currently unable
to contribute to their Social Security funds before they retire,
this proposal would allow them to do so. Critics say this plan
would be expensive to manage, and it would be risky for
beneficiaries as well.

A Middle Ground

Just as with any important issue, it would be nearly impossible
to find a solution that would please everyone. Yet, the past of
Social Security gives some hope for its future. If Social
Security was fluid enough to be changed in the past, then we can
have faith that it will be strong enough to handle any future
changes.

The royal kingdom of Nepal (though Nepal recently became a
democratic nation), is the only Hindu country in the world.
Nestled in the lap of the majestic Himalayas, Nepal shares
borders with two of the fastest growing economies in the world –
India and China. A natural wonder, this tiny nation is very
diverse both in geographical as well as cultural sense, and
offers many amazing and wonderful natural sights. With colorful
festivals, incomparable natural bounty, warmth, hospitality, and
plenty of fresh mountain air, Nepal is a land of volunteering
opportunities. Not only does volunteering in Nepal promise a
rewarding and enriching experience, it also offers you the rare
chance to explore the beautiful Himalayan kingdom while serving
the poor, the women, and giving the people of this country hope
for a better tomorrow.

Why Volunteer In Nepal

Volunteering in Nepal is a once in a lifetime opportunity for
all of you who wish to undertake a meaningful journey and do
their bit towards making this world a better place for all. With
numerous volunteer work opportunities such as serving poor
children and women, teaching languages, working on health
projects, conservation work, etc., you will get to spend time in
three of the bustling cities of Nepal – Kathmandu (capital),
Pokhara, and Chitwan. Of course, volunteering in Nepal requires
you to be patient, open-minded, and humble when interacting and
working with the locals.

Types Of Projects Available

Though there are several volunteer programs available in Nepal,
some of the most common ones (which have a higher demand for
volunteers) are supporting local orphanages, local schools,
teaching English, and working with health centers. Almost all
volunteering in Nepal projects are available in Chitwan,
Pokhara, and Kathmandu.

As a part of volunteering in Nepal, you have the opportunity to
choose the kind of project you are interested to volunteer in.
The different types of volunteer projects available in Nepal
include:

Teaching English: This volunteering in Nepal program requires,
volunteers to be placed in various local schools to teach
conversation and reading level English to Nepali children. Just
as English is an important skill for a good job placement in the
world, Nepal is no different. The requirement of English
speaking work force is on the rise in the country. To teach
Nepali children English, you don't require any formal teaching
qualification. However, you do need a good command of spoken as
well as written English, lot of patience, and unquenchable
enthusiasm.

Children's Homes: In Nepal, volunteers will get the opportunity
to act as a big brother or sister to many of the Nepali orphans
who live in orphanages across the country. You will also be
required to help with cleaning, gardening, doing repairs,
planning activities etc.

Health Education: Health education volunteering in Nepal means
working closely with children's homes. The key focus area is on
preventative measures by educating Nepali children about regular
basic health check-ups, administering necessary childhood
immunizations, personal hygiene, and sanitation as a disease
prevention method. For this program, you need to be either a
medical student or an advanced degree holder in medicine.

Community Maintenance Program: This involves practical
application in village settings. Some of the community
maintenance projects include painting or plastering, however,
those of you with additional skill sets can help in more
advanced work. You'll get to work alongside villagers, learning
about traditional methods of building and working.

Home Stay/Cultural Exchange: A short volunteering program, this
is also a wonderful way to get the best value out of your time
in Nepal. You will be staying with a Nepali family in a small
rural village or even within a city. During the duration of your
stay you will learn about all aspects of Nepali culture,
lifestyle, food, as well as attend couple of hours of language
sessions twice in the day.

Volunteer Requirements

The two most important requirements for volunteering in Nepal
are:

• Age - 18 years or older
• Health - no major health problems

Volunteering in Brazil programs is open to participants from
all over the world and to individuals, families, and couples.

Fee and Other details

There are fees attached for every volunteering project you opt
for. The fee is charged in advance and is applied for
accommodation, food/meals, travel insurance, etc. The project
coordinator takes care of most of your needs as a volunteer in
Nepal throughout the duration of the project that varies from 7
days to 4 weeks.

Conclusion

Volunteering in Nepal is your chance to learn a new culture as
well as contribute toward the society.

The BMW M3 has an illustrious, rich, and long lineage since its
inception back in 1986 to presently, it has included many
distinct concepts and design of cars, and many distinct names
from the original E30 M3 to the current M3 2008. This is the
forth generation of the M3 cars, it is designed and manufactured
by BMW M GmbH aiming to breathe futuristic life into a new
addition to a long family tree, with general high performance,
comfort and safety. The car was launched in 2007 with
exceptional special features, supreme design concepts, and a lot
of technological gadgets. Its foundations are based strongly on
the 3 series Coupe, and is set to carry on the legacy of both
motorsport racing and on the road driving. The M3 2008 has a
very unique, superior character with excellent driving
advancements that will make it a contender in the market and on
the racetrack.

The new BMW M3 first priority is the issue of sophistication,
and high quality everything and the interior is definitely no
different as the perfectly mannered insides are available with a
wide range of accents to fully customize it to the drivers
individual tastes. The choice of interior range from high
quality colours, various materials, BMW individualized high-end
audio system that tailored to the car, design eccentric paints,
and latest drive enhancing gadgets. It's another car to utilize
BMW lightweight construction technology to maximize movement,
and aerodynamics. The M3 2008 is the very first of the M3s
models to have very innovative carbon fibre attributes, like
that fact that carbon fibre used as a light weight component to
decrease weight and lower the car's centre of gravity, and a
carbon fibre strengthened roof. The car itself weighs in at
3649lbs, as the suspension and chassis are made out of aluminum,
reflecting the further innovation of "intelligent lightweight
construction".

BMW has decided the new M3 be something reflecting the future,
and therefore did something that they have never done before
regarding a M3, and that is placing an 8 cylinder engine into
the car. The new engine has been design to displacing 3,999cc as
a 4 litre V8, 8 cylinder attains a max power output of 420hp
(309kW) with a torque of 400Nm (295lb-ft) at 3,900rpm. But
shockingly still, 85% of the V8's climax torque is accessible to
the driver all through the extraordinary speed sweep of
6,500rpm. This remarkable development permits the driver to an
euphoric driving experience, as the engine revs up to planes of
8,400rpm, giving faultless performances continually. The
transmission consists of a six speed manual gearbox with
combined, temperature-connected oil cooling, mass inertia
enhanced double-coated clutch, also featuring and interacting
with "final drive". The M3 2008 accelerates from 0-62mph in just
4.8 seconds, and has realized a top speed of 155mph. And the
achieved a weight per horsepower of 8.7lbs per hp, along with a
power to weight ratio of 3.8kg/ hp.

The BMW M3 2008 power is suggestive to that of a thoroughbred
racing car on the tracks. The car is a complete athlete all
around, both in looks and in driving ability and potential. The
M3 2008 is a real life powerhouse, that will live up to the
trendsetting already done by its predecessors, and blaze a trail
all its own.

will recognize it by its distinctive logo. It is one of the most
highly regarded of all perfumes.

Watch out for Chanel Dummies

Due to Chanel perfume's quality and brand name, unfortunately
there are also many imitations that are doing the rounds,
especially in the third world countries where trademarks are not
as rigidly protected as in the West.

What it is about Chanel perfume that sets it apart from the
rest and why women cannot do without it?

To answer the above questions you have to consider the vision
of its founder Coco Chanel who wished for women to wear perfumes
that gave them a sense of freedom and of belonging to an
important part of society. Though she may not have realized just
how well her vision would become reality, today there is no
denying the fact that Chanel perfumes are the very epitome of
perfumes.

Chanel and Celebrities

Today almost all the famous personalities in the world
including of course the Hollywood beauties wear Chanel perfume.
This contributes to the popularity and glamor associated with
such a brand of which Chanel Number 5 is a good example. Such
free advertising and also the effect of celebrities endorsing
Chanel perfume has made millions of women want to own a bottle
of such perfume for them, thus contributing to the success of
this brand even more.

Hundred years of experience

With hundred years of experience in selling its brand, it is no
accident that today everyone wants to own Chanel perfume and all
that a woman needs today is to walk into a department store
where there are sure to be shelves filled with Chanel perfume
bottles of different sizes, fragrances and shapes.

There are many varieties of Chanel perfumes and body lotions.
Following are few of them

Chanel Cristalle 3.4 oz EDT
Chanel Chanel No. 19
Chanel ALLURE 6.7 oz body lotion
Chanel COCO MADEMOISELLE 6.8 oz body lotion

Chanel No. 5 is a very popular brand. It was the brainchild of
Ernest Beaux. It contains ylang-ylang and also neroli and blends
of jasmine as well as rose makes for a very alluring perfume
indeed.

Though no one except insiders really know the exact blend,
there is no doubting its popularity and it is believed that a
bottle of Chanel No. 5 is sold once every thirty seconds. Chanel
boasts this perfume as "a woman's fragrance that smells like
Woman."

Chanel No. 5 is certainly filling the coffers of its maker
while proving it a huge success with the public as well. Now you
have this brand as a purse spray also. Check with your local
store or online. If you want to know more No.5's history, check

Guess What Happened Today?
Have you ever asked someone, "How was your day?" Did you
ever get the response, "Oh, just another day, nothing
really happened today." Hmmm...Nothing happened today?

Let's back up for just a moment. Are we under the
impression that it would be very unusual if something
really wonderful happens today? By that I mean, are 99.9%
of all our days just normal, ordinary days, with nothing
happening, and then once in a blue moon we have a
spectacular day?

If that is how we think, then our expectation for having a
spectacular day is pretty low, isn't it? We are not
expecting our days to be spectacular; we don't anticipate
wonderful things, because we rarely see them.

With that kind of thinking, we would call most days
"ordinary," or just regular old days. We're grateful to be
alive; we're endeavoring to enjoy the day and live it to
the fullest. But, when all is said and done, nothing
really happened.

Nothing really happened?

How do you know that nothing happened today? Do you have
some sort of special "behind all the scenes" vision? Can
you see and determine everything that might have been set
in motion for your life today? How do you know nothing
happened today?

Do you have a computer program that tracks your impact on
people's lives? More than likely you came into contact
with someone today, either in person, on the phone, or
email. Do you know what kind of an impact you had on their
life? Do you know if there was something that you might
have said or done that will change their life forever?

Nothing happened today?

Did you pray for someone today? Do you have a special
monitor somewhere that can show you the total effects of
that prayer?

Was your brain active at all today? Were you mentally
working on something; were you evaluating and learning?

Did you eat something healthy for your body? Did you do
any exercise? Did you get to relax a little?

Nothing happened today?

On the contrary, plenty of things happened today, as they
do every day! That's why we ought to enjoy living life to
it's fullest each and every day.

Yesterday is gone. If we get to live another day tomorrow,
it's not here yet. We only have today, right now to live.

Today is our day to live life to the fullest! We can
rejoice and be glad because we are alive! There are
infinite possibilities available to us today, just because
we are alive!

How many people wake up every morning and are far from
rejoicing about another day? Too many people see each day
as just another day to try and exist in this hard and
difficult life. It's another day in the rat race. Their
whole goal is to just try and make it through. That's not
living, that's existing!

Each morning when you wake up, the promises of God for you
are brand new. They are all intact. You are a child of
the Creator of the heavens and the earth! You are loved by
God unconditionally! He never made a failure and He
designed you for success! And even if you make a boatload
of mistakes all day long, you are still loved and you still
have endless possibilities!"

It is true! Each morning when you wake up there are endless
possibilities. This could be the greatest day of your life
so far! Well, why not? Would you regret it or object if it
was?

When you see what appears to be just a regular old day
passing by, remind yourself that a lot is happening
everyday!

You never know how much of a difference in someone's life a
kind word or caring gesture might make! You never know how
much of an impact what you do has on the bigger picture of
your life, your family, your workplace and your community.

So, go through each day with the anticipation and
expectation that this will be a spectacular day!

Are You Too Old Now?
Birthday celebrations are interesting aren't they? When
you're a child, you look forward to them and they are so
much fun. But the older we get, the less we look forward
to celebrating another birthday. Why is that?

Have you been to a 30th birthday party recently? "Oh no,
I'm not young anymore! I'm getting old! I've hit 30!"
Those are some of the things you might expect to hear.

When was the last time you were at a birthday party for
someone turning 40? You know they have special balloons
for that occasion. They are black balloons. When you hit
40, life is just about over, so they say.

And then there's the big 50th birthday party. Yes, you hit
the big "Five-0." Welcome to old age. So they say.

But on the other hand, there are people who don't subscribe
to that way of thinking. I don't. Why would I want to
focus on and dwell on how "old" I am getting?

A lot of what most people associate being old with is
pretty negative. Why think that way? Why not be excited
to be alive? Life has so many possibilities! You can live
life to the fullest each day by enjoying every moment!

Who is the oldest man to climb Mt Everest? As of this
article, it was Yuichiro Miura. On May 22, 2003 Miura, a
professional skier and a high school headmaster from
Sapporo in Japan, became the oldest man to reach the summit
of Mount Everest at the age of 70. He was among 31 people
who reached the summit as part of the Miura Everest 2003
Expedition.

On October 29, 1998, John Glenn, at age 77, became the
oldest person in space when he and six other astronauts
orbited the Earth for nine days aboard shuttle Discovery.
His mission was to test the effects of space on the elderly.

James Van Allen was the physicist who discovered the Van
Allen belts. He was asked and accepted to take part in the
Galileo Mission to Jupiter, when he was 83 years old.

In July of 1999, Fred Whipple, the noted Harvard astronomer
who fathered the phrase "dirty snowball" to describe
comets, was named to serve on a NASA space mission team.
He became the oldest researcher ever to accept an active
role in a NASA space science mission, at the age of 92.

In March of 2006, Arthur "Deke" Winston, at the age of 100,
retired after 75 years of cleaning and then supervising the
maintenance of both the Los Angeles trolleys, and then
their buses. But don't think "Deke" is taking a break!

The 100-year-old surprised nobody at his retirement party
by announcing that during his retirement, he'll stay busy
— volunteering, he says, helping old people. He now
goes to senior citizens homes and facilities to talk to
them about enjoying life.

Then there's George Dawson who had his book published when
he was 101. The book is titled, "Life is So Good." Why
did he wait so long to write a book? George had never
learned to read until he decided to take an adult literacy
class when he was 98 years old! He went on to get his GED
at the age of 103.

So the next time you feel like you're getting too old,
don't believe it. Yes, of course we are a day older today
than we were yesterday. But, life is so good. Life is
full of so much to see, do and learn!

I do not like to think of myself as getting older. I like
to think of myself as getting wiser. And with those few
examples that I just gave you, compared to them, I am still
a youngster!

Life is truly a gift from God, and He desires that we enjoy
the life He has given us to live.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are types of hardwood floors that look good in virtually
every type of room. Before choosing a type of hardwood floor to
install in a room, you need to learn about the advantages and
disadvantages of the various types. There are currently five
popular hardwood flooring types. When you know the hardwood
flooring types that are popular today, you will be able to make
a choice you will be happy with for years to come.

- Types of Hardwood floors: Prefinished

Prefinished hardwood floors have quickly become the most
popular type of hardwood flooring. They are easy to buy and
completely ready for installation. Purchasing is just a matter
of finding a wood grain and finish that matches your home. In
most cases, for installation, all you have to do is lay the
floor panels down and make a few cuts to fit them as you reach
the wall with each row of paneling. This is by far the easiest
among the types of hardwood floors to install.

- Types of Hardwood Floors: Unfinished

When you put your floor together with unfinished hardwood, it
is left to you to manually handle the finishing process. This
means you will need to sand, buffer, stain, and coat the
hardwood floor after you install it. This is a big time and
labor disadvantage from the prefinished floor.

But there are reasons why you may prefer an unfinished hardwood
floor installation. One of the best reasons for installing this
type of floor is if you are planning on selling the building
soon. You can then have the new tenants choose the color that
matches their needs or desires before finishing the wood. If you
install prefinished wood in such a scenario, you would face a
choice of losing a customer or reinstalling the wood floor.

- Types of Hardwood Floors: Solid Wood

This was a popular hardwood floor type until recently. It is
very hard to install and to remove. You can find the lumber for
solid wood floors in the form of either parquet, plank, or
strip. Strip is the easiest to install by far, but those looking
for ease would do better with one of the other types of hardwood
floors.

- Types of Hardwood Floors: Engineered Wood

Engineered wood is made out of multiple layers of veneer. These
layers of wood are glued together with high quality glue. This
design makes them very sturdy, as they benefit from the grains
and features of each layer of veneer. Also, this allows you to
use one wood at the surface to match your house, and higher
quality woods make up the lower veneer layers.

For example, if you want a house full of birch furniture, you
can have the surface layer of the floor made of birch, with
sturdy oak layers supporting the floor. This combination would
give you the durability of oak with the beauty of birch.

Engineered wood flooring can also handle a wider variety of
climates. They are much more immune than the previously
mentioned hardwood floor types to humidity, spills, and
temperature extremes. This is why engineered wood floors are
often recommended for basements where water is often prevalent.

- Types of Hardwood Floors: Acrylic Impregnated Wood

Acrylic impregnated wood floors are similar to prefinished
floors, except that they are built with a special new process.
The coloring and acrylic are put into the wood planks' pores
under high pressure. The floor planks that result are very
durable. These floors do not get as easily scratched as the
other hardwood floors. They do really well in busy places and
with frequent furniture moves. They are also much more resistant
to climate extremes than the other types of hardwood floors.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Shocking Truth: 95% of the Resellers don't make a dime with
resell rights!!! Can you believe it! 95%! This must be horrible
news for anyone trying to use resell rights to make some money
online! Not quite!

Actually this is great news for You because even if it seems
you have a lot of competition, actually only 5% of those
resellers are really making any money! The rest of them are just
coming and going with no actual results! I'm guessing you want
to use resell rights products to get some fast cash or you
wouldn't be reading this article, right?

In this article you'll find out the most important secrets to
making money with resell rights. Let's get going then.

Secret No.1

You have to have a great resell rights product to resell! It
has to be of high quality and people have to want it, need it!
Just think of it this way: have you ever wanted something so
badly that you would have given anything right there on the spot
to have it? If someone would have just popped up and said: "Hey,
here is what you're looking for!" I can bet you wouldn't even
ask how much it costs. You would have grabbed it instantly!

Well, there are thousands of people looking for things they
need and want right now on the internet. And they would also
give a lot of money just to have that thing as fast as possible.
What if you were the one who would give them exactly what they
wanted? Imagine the surprise on people's faces when you just
hand them over the solution to their problem! You would get
sales, a lot of sales! Yeah, that would be great, wouldn't it?
But let's stop day dreaming and start working so this beautiful
dream can become reality for you!

So, the first thing you have to do is to find a resell rights
product that people want badly. You will have to do a keyword
research on overture or anywhere you usually do that. Just type
in "resell rights" for example and you'll get a lot of related
words which will give you an idea of what you should be selling.

Secret No.2

Very Important! The resell rights products must be very
limited! This is important because the more limited the product
is the valuable it is for the costumer and for you!

It's more valuable for the customer because if he only finds
the resell rights product at your site and maybe on a couple of
other sites then he will automatically assume that it's more
valuable. It's just human nature in action! The more limited
something is the more people want it!

And, it's valuable to you because it's a whole lot easier to
sell a resell rights product that only 120 people have the right
to resell then if you were competing against 500 or 700
reselling the same product! It's a whole lot easier, believe me!
If you play your cards right you could even make yourself unique
by changing the sales letter a bit!

Less competition = More Profits For You!

Now that you learned the 2 most important secrets related to
resell rights, you must act now and start using the knowledge
you know! Be a part of the 5% of resellers that are living a
great life thanks to resell rights products!

About The Author: If you'd like to have less competition and
more profits then run (don't walk) to
http://www.ResellRightsLimitedOffers.com and see what people are
searching for and give it to them! It's time for you to really
make money with resell rights and it's gotten a whole lot easier
for you!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Fastforward; today is November 5, the popular vote has been
registered, the people have spoken. They have cast their ballot
and voted for the 44th President of the United States of
America.

However, that Office is not yet secured. There is a second
election. It is the real election. It is the one that counts
from the office of the electoral college.

Yes "we the people" really don't have a say in who get's
elected to this high office. But we do get to elect the people
who will speak in our behalf.

It is amazing how many in the US are in the dark about our
indirect voting procedure. And so it is with constitutional law
that we engage in this charade, that starts off with,
ironically, "We the people...

So remember when you vote it is your state electorate that will
speak for you so make sure you select the ones who will support
your vote... else it does become a waste.

So let's examine America's possible future, will you?

There are many possibilities with some representing profound
changes in the way we see ourselves and some with, shall I say,
"business as usual" outcomes.

These profound possibilities are crossroads for America. For
two centuries this country, consisting as a melting pot, an
amalgamation of all the people in the world, has consistently
selected leaders that represent only one group, one type of
leader.

This year for the first time in the history of this country,
there is an opportunity to change that. This opportunity is seen
in two politicians who have rose to prominence amongst the
people.

These two politicians are representatives of different groups
in the population of America. There is a Women and a Black.

Both of these groups were legally restricted in the course of
our nation from voting and from having property.

Yes, it took a great deal of effort and growth from this nation
to break with the old and ring in the new way when it came to
both women and blacks.

So here on November 4 and 11, we have made our decision at this
crossroad and selected representatives of both groups.

Is this progress for America or is this a set back?

Now let's revisit this moment in history. Again, it is November
4 and 11 and we have made our decision as a people.

This time, we have decided to continue with business as usual.
We have elected our leader from the same group that we have for
the last two centuries. Is this progress or a set back?

In both cases, we sit at the crossroads of the destiny of a
nation. This is the crossroad that all great nations must pass
through. So what will this tell us about this nation? Will we
have come to that stage that makes a nation truly great in spite
of itself or will we fall back in fear of what might be and
abandon the chance to grow as a nation.

Though these are real possible outcomes, it really boils down
to this. It is the force of the people and not the vote that
will determine if we are really ready for progress.

Are we truly ready for progress?

Your Hundred-Fold-life is progressing well then you realize,
that one of the biggest fears shared by most home business
owners is the dreaded letter from the Internal Revenue Service
saying they doubt the information contained in your personal or
business income tax return. This can be made even more difficult
if you combine trips to the store to pick up things for your
home office and your home at the same time. It will become
nearly impossible to keep every receipt you have separated for
home and business and can lead to unintended inclusion of
household products on your list of business expenses.

One of the most effective ways to separate them is to have a
business account separate from your personal account and treat
it as off limits to personal expenses. Whenever you run to the
store and buy something for the business, pay for it from the
business account even if it means having the clerk ring up
separate transactions. This way, if a receipt is lost you can
show the bank account transactions to IRS auditor and hope they
understand about lost receipts.

You will also need to become fully educated on what business
related expenses can be charged as a cost of doing business and
which ones do not qualify for a deduction. Too many times have
people believed that something they took home and used in their
home office could qualify as a business expense, only to learn
too late that it is not considered a business expense for the
type of business they operate. Sales tax is one of the most
misunderstood items on the IRS list.

With most businesses, the only items that can be purchased free
of sales tax are those that are intended for resale or those
that become part of another product during the manufacturing
process before being resold. Paper towels, toilet paper and hand
soap, even if used in the business, cannot be purchased
tax-free. When the auditor looks through the books and finds
these types of receipts not only will you be responsible for the
unpaid taxes, but there will probably be interest charges and
penalties tacked on to the total.

Another often misunderstood taxing problem is forgetting to pay
local sales tax, in addition to state and federal taxes. While
some communities do not have a local sales or income tax, there
are many that do and failing to file and pay any due taxes is
punishable by law. You may also need a business license before
operating a business in many communities, which is there way of
knowing who is making money in town and who to look for when it
comes time to collect taxes.

If you cannot afford a tax consultant, and plan to do your own
taxes, it may behoove you to buy business tax software to
prevent overlooking anything that could get you in trouble with
the taxman later in the year. Staying out of hot water with the
IRS is important to the success of your Hundred-fold-Life.

Keeping track of all expenses can save you money on taxes, but
making sure you pay all the appropriate taxes due can keep you
out of trouble.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The question is always asked by people starting on the
Internet… Is Residual Income Possible From Home?

The answer is yes.

However, lets look at what it takes to obtain residual Income
from home, and what are some of the things you need to achieve
residual income?

Program/Product
Website
Auto-responder
Traffic

The first thing you need is a program or product. The program
or product should be something that you believe in and are proud
to be a part of. If you do not believe in it then it will be
hard to convince other to buy. If you are not proud to be part
of it, then it will be hard to stay motivated with it. So when
picking a product or program, pick something that you would buy
and a program that you would be proud to be a part of.

Website, this is the one that so many people miss when starting
their online endeavor. If you are joining a program or selling
someone else's product they might offer an affiliate website,
this is great but it could hurt you in the long run. Lets say
you promote their site for six months and drive traffic to that
site, that's great, but what did you gain? Sales… This is true
but all your efforts went for not for your future. Now lets say
you have your own site http://yoursite.com and you promote their
program or product and drive traffic to your site. Now you are
being indexed by the search engine, with your marketing efforts
you could start to get traffic from search engines. With your
own website you could change or add new programs and or
products, while still being noticed by the search engines.

Auto-responder is another product that you will need to make
achieving residual income possible. When you drive people to
your website you will want to put an opt-in form to your
newsletter, e-zine or give them something of value (ex. free
e-book or report) so they will opt-in to your mailing list.
People have a hard time believing this but it takes on average
about 7 times for someone to see your offer before they buy. So
if you drive people to your website and they do not join your
program or buy your product but they opt-in to your offer, now
you have a better chance of turning that visitor into a sell or
a member of your team.

Traffic is the #1 reason that stops people from getting their
dream of residual income. You could have the greatest product or
program in the world but without traffic, it is all but a dream.
There are many ways to get traffic to your website but the best
traffic is targeted traffic. Lets say you have a website and you
are selling a product on sewing tips, Would you rather have ten
thousand people visit your site looking for business tips or
would you rather have five hundred people looking for ways how
to double stitch? Of course, you would take the five hundred
looking for sewing tips. So here are some ways that you could
advertise to drive targeted traffic to your website.

PPC (pay-per-click)
Article Marketing (articles about your program or product)
Forum Posts (have signature with link to your website)
SEO (search engine optimization)
JV (joint ventures)
E-zine advertisement

In conclusion, I would like to tell you that yes it's very
possible to obtain residual income from home. I must tell you
though it takes work and dedication but with the right tools and
know how it can be done. The great thing about the Internet is
that you can also obtain residual income from all the things
mentioned above.

The Story Of My Life
The other day I overheard someone say, "Well, that's the
story of my life." It wasn't the first time I've heard
someone say that. Perhaps there have been times when you
have heard someone say it. It's a pretty common phrase
that people use when something unpleasant happens to them.

What a defeating phrase it really is!

What just happened is the "story of my life?" Does that
unpleasant event sum up your entire life? If that is what
you are expecting and what you believe, then that is what
is going to continue to happen in your life. But is that
really the "story of your life" that you truly desire?

I wanted to talk to the person that I overheard, but there
was no opportunity. As I thought about the situation for a
moment or two, I realized that there are a lot of phrases,
similar to, "the story of my life," that people use all the
time. In fact I can think of some phrases of defeat that I
used to use in the past.

"Opportunity knocks only once." "Well, you missed your
chance." "It's too late now." "That was a once in a
lifetime deal." I could list plenty more, but I think you
are getting the point. Phrases like that defeat you in your
mind. They reveal someone focused on defeat. In addition,
if those phrases are true, then there are some very serious
ramifications!

Think about it. If opportunity really "knocks only once,"
for each person, then what good would it do to pray and ask
God for some help? Is there no help available because
"opportunity only knocks once?" No! That is simply absurd!

Suppose something really great and advantageous came along
for you but then, for whatever reason, you missed it. Does
that mean that there will never ever be another opportunity
for you like that again for the rest of your life? Is God
so limited that He can only provide one really great "deal"
per person and if you miss it, it's too bad, because you
had your chance?

It sounds silly doesn't it? But, if it is silly, then why
do people say, "Opportunity only knocks once?" Perhaps
they do not realize what they are saying and how it is
affecting their lives.

When you really stop and think about it, God is unlimited
in His resources! He is unlimited in His abilities. His
love never changes and never ends! And, He has promised to
supply all that you need. He has promised to give you the
desires of your heart.

Part of the problem is that people have just convinced
themselves that they should just settle for the way things
are right now. Their negative mind set is revealed and
expressed in their verbal communication by saying, "that's
the story of my life." That's what they say, that's what
they think, and that's what they believe. And guess what?
That's what they receive.

It's a good idea to consistently be aware of what you are
saying in different situations. When something unpleasant
comes up, what comes out of your mouth? It's a good
indication of what's inside. And if you need to change
what's on the inside, then you can begin that process.
Changing what you think and what you say will have a
dynamic effect on your life.

So the next time you think that you've missed out on
something really great, just remind yourself that it is not
the last one. Remind yourself that God has an unlimited
supply. Remind yourself that He will supply all that you
need, and that He promised to give you the desires of your
heart.

And by the way, the next time something really good happens
in your life, why not stop for a second or two and tell
yourself, "Well, that's the story of my life!" Get in the
habit of thinking and saying that as a reaction to
positives instead of negatives. As you believe it, you
will receive it, and it will be the story of your life.
