Can a person with limited funds; say a couple of thousand
dollars, trade commodities? In a word, yes.

You don't need $20,000, or even $5,000, to be a successful
commodity trader. The mini-futures contracts were designed to
fill the gap that exist between the high roller large accounts
and those that only have a couple of thousand dollars to invest.

New traders are told to stay away from mini-futures because
there is not enough contracts traded and you can lose all your
money. That statement is true, and applies to trading standard
commodity contract as well, if you plunge right in without first
learning your craft.

Mini futures provide excellent trading opportunities for the
small trading accounts.

It does not take a trading genius to make money trading mini
commodities, just a little common sense and patience. There is
nothing mystical about trading commodities nor are there any
great secrets to trading.

Standard and mini futures contract charts look all most
identical.

The major difference is the volume of contracts traded is much
less that that of a standard futures contract. It should be
noted that standard size contract charts can be used to find
trades for the Mini Futures market simply because the
mini-futures, for all practical purposes, mirror the standard
size contracts.

Currently there are four groups of futures contracts that trade
the mini contracts.

AAgriculture. Long term trading

1. Wheat
2. Corn
3. Soybeans

BCurrencies. Extremely risky

1. Euro FX mini
2. Japanese Yen mini

CPrecious metals. Extremely risky

1. NY Gold mini
2. NY Silver mini

DIndexes. Extremely risky

1. Nasdaq 100
2. Russell 2000 emini
3. S&P 500 emini

A new trader should stick to the first category to learn the
proper way to trade commodities. There is still a risk in the
corn, wheat, and soybean markets but it is reduced a great deal
with the mini contracts. The other three categories do have mini
contracts. However, they can be extremely volatile and wipe out
a trading account in a heart beat.

Trading mini futures contracts can give new traders a chance to
gain experience while building confidence and cash in on the
fabulous profits being made in the futures markets. It does not
take a small fortune to learn how to trade commodities.

Current margin (performance bond) required for a mini wheat
contract is $400. One point (Cent) on a mini soybean contract =
$10. With proper money management a new trader can slowly build
their trading account and at the same time learn the craft of
futures trading.

There are fortunes being made by commodity traders
(speculators) every year. The best part about being a commodity
trader is it does not matter if the markets are going up or
down. You can make money even if the economy is in a recession.

Over night fortunes are very rare to non-existent in commodity
trading.

However, you must understand perfect trades do not happen every
day and it will take some experience to spot them. Mr. Larry
Williams, a recognized trading professionals, made the statement
"You don't have to take every trade; just the winning ones."
Patience is one of the key ingredients of successful trading.

It's tough sitting on your hands and not jumping on every trade
but it pays off in the long run.

Always remember. Commodity trading is an extremely risky
business. The first rule of a successful commodity trader is
Plan Your Trade! Trade Your Plan!

The United Kingdom has the corner on training and hiring energy
assessor professionals that can help homeowners and other
community members build and maintain residences and other
facilities improve the environment for all. While there are many
other countries focusing on green energy, none has legislated as
extensively as the UK.

Each energy assessor must inspect dwellings according to the UK
legislation that regulates the use of green energy and
environmentally efficient building and maintenance practices.

Each energy assessor must be familiar with each of the various
laws passed relating to standards of construction or current
premises, and to any construction work being carried out. With
some buildings and under some circumstances, more than one
energy assessment regulation could apply. Each energy assessor
must learn to recognize the legislations that are applicable and
determine any violations accordingly

If building work is in the process of being completed, UK
Building Regulations 2000 Act will probably apply, requiring
that specific energy and safety standards be met. The Building
Regulations are in accordance with the UK federal Building Act.
Such construction might as well require a separate permission
document for planning, which an energy assessor would need to
verify has been obtained.

Besides the energy assessor, other legislative building code
agencies might need to approve construction as well. These could
include the Local Authority Building Control LABC. Each local
Wales and England Local Authority – boroughs and districts in
England and counties in Wales – has its own section for building
control. This Local Authority has as its duty, along with the
energy assessor, to verify that the work in the building is in
accordance with legislated building regulations. The only
exception would be if the property has come under the formal
control of an inspector approved by the LABC. Each local
authority coordinates its services with regional and national
authorities via LABC.

There are some buildings that not only must be seen by an
energy assessor but also must comply with the UK Party Wall Act
of 1996. The buildings that fall into this category have at
least one shared wall and take part in a commercial venture.

New premises or those newly altered, besides securing the
approval of an energy assessor must be approved in accordance
with the new Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act, which
oversees historic buildings, crown buildings and their security
and sustainability.

Some premises, while they are not residential and dont fall
into the category of those requiring the services of an energy
assessor, must still comply with various local acts. These are
so many and varied that each agency, designer, or building
contractor should familiarize her or himself with the
construction and facility regulations for each locale in which
he or she does business.

Any existing residential homes, especially those being put up
for sale, will need the evaluation of an energy assessor for
major upgrades or resale. While non residential property would
not generally require the services of an energy assessor, they
would need to comply with fire safety and building code safety
regulations.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Television technology for the past 75 years has been based on
the technology of CRT or cathode-ray-tube. In it there are guns
that fire beams of electrons, which are particles that are
negatively charged inside a tube, made of glass. These electrons
cause excitement in phosphor atoms located at the screen end or
the end of the tube that is wide. As a result the phosphor atoms
gets lighted up. The phosphor coating being lighted up on
different areas with various colours with dissimilar intensities
produces the image on the screen.

The images are sharp and vibrant but the sets are bulky. Thus a
big screen will result in a television set that will take up a
good size of the room! With necessity being the mother of
invention, this difficulty has led to the popping up of a new
technology leading to plasma flat panels for display. These sets
have wide screen but are only a few inches thick.

A video signal lights up thousands of dots inside the monitor
or television. These dots are known as pixels having highly
energized electron beams. Usually pixels have three colours -
blue, red and green. These are evenly spread out across the
screen. Combining these basic colours in different proportions
produces the entire colour show. The fundamental idea of the
plasma unit is to light up minute coloured lights that are
fluorescent to create the image. Each pixel comprises of three
of these lights - red, green and blue. Similar to the CRT, the
plasma television alters the intensity of the various lights to
bring about the effect of the full spectrum of colours.

The first generation of plasma displays did not have tuners
that receive the television signal and interprets that to make a
video image. But today digital tuners have been assembled to the
main unit.

Plasma is the central element in the fluorescent light. It is a
gas that has free flowing ions and electrons. Ions are atoms
that have been electrically charged and electrons are particles
that have been negatively charged. Normally a gas is made of
uncharged particles. Thus a gas atom usually has equal number of
protons and electrons atom resulting in zero total charge. But
the scene rapidly changes with the introduction of free
electrons in the gas. This leads to the setting up across it of
electrical voltage.

Free electrons clash with the atoms dislodging other electrons.
When an electron goes missing the atom loses its balances. It
becomes and ion. In the case of plasma there is electric current
passing through. This causes particles that are negatively
charged to rush to that region of the plasma that is positively
charged; on the reverse the particles, which are positively,
charged hurry towards the area that is negatively charged.

There is a mad rush and one collides into another constantly.
The gas atoms in the plasma get excited. Photons of energy are
now released. The atoms used in plasma displays are neon and
xenon atoms. The gases of these are contained in thousands of
tiny cells sandwiched between two glass plates.

Thus to sum up we find that the Plasma TV forms a picture from
plasma or gas that is filled with atoms of xenon and neon as
well as innumerable electrically charged electrons and atoms
that bump and collide to release energy or power. The net result
is that without extra bulk, the viewing area gets enlarged.
Rather than being fat the Plasma TV is slim and thin. The
quality of picture is par excellence but the draw back is that
the cost is beyond the reach of many people.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I am friends with many business owners and one thing I have
noticed is that the men are generally more ambitious than their
female counterparts. The driving forces behind starting their
business tend to be different as well.

Many business women that I know place a higher value on their
business relationships then men, and often place a greater
emphasis on family, security and work life balance. They tend to
reach their comfort zone a lot quicker once the business is
generating a decent income and then subconsciously apply the
brakes to future growth.

Males on the other hand tend to a lot more ambitious and place
a greater emphasis on power. Some of them would do anything to
get ahead including hurting their business colleagues and
friends. They also tend to take more risks once their existing
business is generating a decent income.

In analysing my business friends, I have also come to the
conclusion that males are much more likely to choose a business
model purely based on potential return than their female
counterparts. The business women that I know have tended to
mainly look at business niches that they find appealing first,
and then think carefully about how they could make money in that
niche.

Now before you accuse me of sexism, let me make it clear that
the above points are generally true of the business people that
I know. I also know a few business men and women that do not fit
into the pigeon holes described above.

Another interesting fact that I have observed is that woman are
much more likely to seek advice from their peers and take more
time before making big business decisions. Men are much more
likely to be impulsive when taking risks, often making large
decisions on the spot.

Could the reason for this be due to the fact that women are
generally the nurturers of children in our society and therefore
are forced to take fewer risks and place greater emphasis on
security?

I remember reading an article in a newspaper that claimed that
women with higher testosterone levels than average were much
more likely to enter the business world and place less emphasis
on family life.

Summary

Women that I know tend to have different reasons for starting
their business then men. They place greater emphasis on family
life, security and also tend to enter fields that are appealing
to them.

Men tend to place greater emphasis on profit potential and
their desire for profits often goes hand in hand with their
desire to be powerful. Men are much more likely to sacrifice
their family life to achieve more in the business world.

Women tend to apply the brakes earlier then men once they have
reached their comfort zone, whilst men are much more likely to
take risks so that they can drive their business forward to
greater heights.

I believe that this is the main reason why some of my male
business friends have achieved so much more and could also
explain why I know more male bankrupts then female!

Acid Reflux and Looking Younger!

REFLUX GONE FOREVER, Natural Acid Reflux Remedies
http://www.refluxgoneforever.com

Many people suffer daily from the effects of acid reflux, to one
degree or another. Unfortunately, the constant strain of this
condition on the body can lead to premature aging.

The reflux of stomach gas and fluids during the night, even on a
modest level, inhibit proper sleep patterns. It is a known fact
that sleep is the most important factor affecting the aging
process. If you do not get enough quality sleep at the r.e.m.
level, you face each day with low energy, which can be described
as a form of chronic fatigue. This syndrome will eventually drag
you down and make you feel and look older than you should. It
may even shorten your life. Many people are not even aware that
they suffer from this condition.

Acid reflux or gerd (gastroesophageal reflux disease) occurs when
the LES (lower esophageal sphincter) relaxes and allows gas and
fluids from the stomach to move upward into the esophagus. The
LES is a ringed muscle at the bottom of the esophagus. It opens
in order to allow food to enter the stomach, and then closes in
order to keep the digestive fluids where they belong. It is when
this muscle is too relaxed or damaged, that the contents of the
stomach can escape up into the esophagus thereby causing acid
reflux.

The medical community would have us to believe that drugs are the
only answer to the problem of gerd. Of course this is not true.
Antacids are, at best, a temporary fix and are loaded with
harmful ingredients such as sodium and aluminum. PPI drugs
(proton pump inhibitors) like Nexium and Prilosec should only be
used for eight weeks, at most. It says so right on the label.
Furthermore, these drugs only mask and hide the symptoms and they
have hundreds of harmful side effects.

The acid reflux condition can be the result of poor eating habits
or even the aging process itself. We all know that certain foods
can trigger indigestion; tomato sauce, raw garlic and onions,
chocolate, coffee and alcohol. The ingestion of these foods can
make you acidic in nature, resulting in acid reflux. Yet most of
us can't resist one or more of these items on a daily basis.
Besides eliminating "trigger" foods from our diets, there are
many natural herbs and supplements that can be helpful in staving
off this malady.

Chronic indigestion can also be caused by a lack of hydrochloric
acid. Some people produce insufficient amounts of stomach acid
as they grow older. Besides the proper digestion of food,
hydrochloric acid is necessary to keep harmful bacteria, which
are found in the digestive track, in check. Without this
defense, infections can develop which make the acid reflux
condition even worse. This particular condition can be improved
with hydrochloric acid supplements, or even ingesting small
amounts of apple cider vinegar. Although these conditions are
different in nature, they both cause acid reflux and can result
in premature aging.

Other things that should be considered in dealing with this
condition are:

* Smoking cessation (Smoking creates an acidic body)
* Loosing weight
* Eating small portions of food throughout the day
* Chewing food well and eating slowly
* Eating at least three hours before retiring

There are many subtle changes in lifestyle which can remove the
threat of the acid reflux condition. By eliminating this

Reverse Diabetes by Understanding the Causes of Insulin Resistance

UltraMetabolism

Think diabetes is irreversible?

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Despite what the medical establishment tells you, you can reverse
diabetes -- without insulin or medication.

Today, I'd like to tell you about a new way of viewing -- and
treating -- diabetes.

First, though, you need to understand why diabetes is such a
problem.

A Growing Epidemic

The disease has reached epidemic proportions: Type 2 diabetes
(formerly called adult onset diabetes) now affects nearly 100
million people worldwide, 20 million of which are Americans.

And it's on the rise -- especially in kids. One in three
children born today will have diabetes in their lifetime.

That's because the path to diabetes starts very early.

The culprit is insulin.

When you eat a lot of sugar and other refined carbohydrates like
bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes, your body eventually becomes
resistant to the effects of insulin. It requires more and more
insulin to keep your blood sugar balanced. High insulin levels
increase your appetite -- and your belly fat.

High levels of insulin can occur decades before you're diagnosed
with diabetes. They are warning signs of this condition.

So are the other symptoms of insulin resistance, like belly fat,
sugar cravings, feeling tired after meals, high blood pressure
and triglycerides, and inflammation.

A family history of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even
dementia can increase your chances of developing insulin
resistance and pre-diabetes.

And pre-diabetes is just as bad as full-blown diabetes. It, too,
can cause heart attacks, strokes, dementia, cancer, and
impotence.

So why is diabetes on the rise?

The answer is as close as the food on your plate.

Our bodies were meant to consume a diet that's high in
nutrients, fiber, and omega-3 fats and low in sugar. So when we
eat unhealthy foods -- like sugar, trans fats, white flour, and
processed foods -- we activate genes that promote diabetes.

Yet type 2 diabetes is almost totally preventable. In fact, in
one major study, Harvard researchers found that lifestyle and
diet changes could prevent more than 90 percent of all type 2
diabetes cases.

Early Diagnosis is Key

Diagnosing type 2 diabetes early is crucial to its management and
reversal.

Because damage to the body can occur with even small changes in
insulin and blood sugar, doctors should diagnose pre-diabetes as
soon as possible.

The proof is in the research. One recent study found that people
whose fasting blood sugar was higher than 87 were at increased
risk of diabetes.

Yet most doctors don't worry until the blood sugar is over 110
-- or worse, over 126, which is diabetes.

Instead, I recommend early testing with anyone who has a family
history of type 2 diabetes, belly fat, or abnormal cholesterol --
regardless of your blood sugar level.

Ask your doctor for these tests:

1. Insulin glucose challenge test with 2-hour glucose challenge,
75 grams measuring fasting, 1 and 2 hour blood sugar AND
insulin.

Your blood sugar should be less than 80 fasting and never rise
above 110 or 120 after one to two hours. Your insulin should be
less than 5 fasting and should never rise above 30 after one to
two hours.

I recommend this test for everyone over 50, and for anyone with
any risk of insulin resistance, even children.

2. The hemoglobin A1C is an important measure of glycated
hemoglobin, which can be an early indicator of sugar problems. It
should ideally be less than 5.5. Anything over 6 is considered
diabetes.

3. Lipid profiles are important. An HDL under 40 and a
triglyceride level over 150 usually means diabetes.

4. An NMR lipid profile identifies the size of your cholesterol
particles.

5. High sensitivity C-reactive protein is a measure of
inflammation, which is both a cause and result of insulin
resistance and diabetes. It should be less than 1.

6. Homocysteine is often abnormal in people with diabetes. It
should be between 6 and 8.

7. Fibrinogen measures your risk of clotting and is associated
with insulin resistance and diabetes. It should be less than
300.

8. Ferritin is a nonspecific marker of inflammation associated
with diabetes. It should be less than 150.

9. Uric acid should be less than 6. Higher levels indicate
problems with insulin resistance.

10. Elevated liver function tests result from insulin
resistance.

These are tests any doctor can perform and are covered by
insurance. If you're at risk for diabetes, I urge you to get
tested.

You see them all over TV and the internet. "The only way to
detox is the new blah blah blah." They claim to be the latest
and greatest in your body detox program, but are they actually
worth it? Learn about some of the greatest fads in natural body
detox today and if they are worth looking at.

So let's talk about your feet for a minute. Your feet? Yes.
Many people involved in a whole body detox like to do a detox
foot bath. This is not the same as the plastic massaging foot
bath you got for Christmas that you never use. A detox foot bath
uses a metal container that puts an electric charge in the water.
This charge doesn't hurt you, but binds to the toxins in your
body and carries them out through the pores in the feet. Many
people say this foot bath works well. But in any natural body
detox, removing toxins is pointless if you are just going to put
them back in your body. So yes, you may remove toxins through the
hundreds of pores in your feet but if you put them back in you
are kind of defeating the purpose.

Now what about the whole juice diet craze. It's similar to a
fast, except that you are allowing your body the nutrients from
the juice. This is a great way to cleanse the system. However,
you don't want to do it for longer than a couple of days. You
would be depriving yourself of other needed vitamins and minerals
if this is all your natural body detox consists of.

Speaking of fasting, what about purging? This is where you bulk
up on fiber, laxatives, or supplements to keep you in the
bathroom for the better part of your natural body detox. This is
one body detox tip you want to avoid. Yes, it is important to
stay regular. But besides putting yourself at risk for bulimia
and possibly harming your colon, purging doesn't do much at all.
When you purge, your body isn't going to get rid of only the
toxins and keep all the healthy stuff. It's going to get rid of
everything and leave you feeling sick and weak. While these can
be normal side effects of a healthy body detox program, don't
fool yourself into thinking that purging is the way to go.

So now we have reviewed some of the most popular body detox tips
in the fad arena. Make sure when looking at a fad that you check
credible research to find out if this is something that is here
to stay. Don't jeopardize your whole body detox by engaging in
risky behavior that will leave you worse off than when you
started. The goal is to improve your health, not sabotage it.

While supplements, superfoods and vitamins get all the attention,
minerals play an important part in your body detox program. So
what are some of the important minerals involved with a whole
body detox?

Calcium: Everyone knows that calcium is important to strong bones
and teeth, but what many don't know is calcium does a whole lot
more. The contraction of your muscles, blood clot formations,
and nerve activity all benefit from this mineral. Calcium is
also behind the absorption of vitamin B12, enzyme activity, and
the structure and function of cell membranes. It protects your
from cancer, helps all those nutrients make it down to the
cellular level, and regulates blood pressure and heart rate. It
really does do a body good.

Magnesium: Calcium isn't the only one involved in strong bones
or muscle contraction. In addition, it functions as a partner to
vitamins B, C, and E to make them work. It is important in a lot
of different biological processes. Helps with absorption of
other minerals, effective in reducing blood cholesterol and
regulating body temperature.

Phosphorus: This is part of RNA and DNA. Like calcium and
magnesium, it plays an integral role in bones and muscle
contraction. It's important for a variety of things, such as
nerve impulses, secretion of hormones, and membrane structure.
You can't utilize fats, proteins or carbohydrates without it and
it is a helper to the B-complex vitamins. The use of this mineral
is dependent on Vitamin D.

Manganese: As with the other minerals, an important part of bone
health. It also supports your body's natural ability to produce
insulin, and therefore plays in an important role in regulating
blood sugar. This mineral activates enzymes to use vitamin C.
It is also a catalyst regarding the synthesis of fatty acids and
cholesterol. Fats, proteins, and carbohydrates can't metabolize
without it.

Boron: Keeps away osteoporosis.

Zinc: If blueberries are a superfood, zinc could be called a
super mineral. Over 200 enzymes require it to function. It is
important in the production of RNA and DNA. In addition to this,
it is important to the structure and function of cell membranes.
It helps your cells regenerate, and is good all around for
growth. Your body needs zinc for your immune system, skin,
vision, taste and smell. Don't leave home without it!

Chromium: Pass the sugar, sugar! Chromium plays an important
part in using glucose. It assists in binding insulin to cells
which allows cellular glucose uptake. It decreases the insulin
requirement in diabetics. It does some work with carbs too.

Iodine: This mineral is essential to your thyroid, which in turn
affects your basal metabolic rate. It helps burn fat, turn
beta-carotene to vitamin A, and helps with the absorption of
carbs from the small intestine.

Potassium: Helps transmit nerve impulses. It also helps the
release of insulin and makes those digestive enzymes work right.
Important in balancing fluids, and stimulates kidneys to remove
toxins. An important part of any whole body detox.

There are many myths and misconceptions floating around. People
unknowingly spread false information because they've heard
others saying the same thing. It does get confusing because
sometimes the so called experts are the ones spreading these
untruths.Fat is bad.Carbs are the enemy. Be afraid. Be very
afraid! Oh shut up! Here are some myths that science has cleared
up.

Fats aren't good for you Says who? We all need fat. Fat is
needed to absorb nutrients and maintain cell quality. It is when
you eat excessive amounts that you get in trouble. Excessive
eating of fatty foods can lead to heart disease and weight gain.
The key is to eat less foods that contain "bad fats" (trans
fats and saturated) like cheeseburgers and butter. And start
eating more "good fats" (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated)
like fish, nuts and olive oil.

Sugar causes diabetes Ask the average person and they'll say
that sugar causes diabetes. Nope! Sorry. Thanks for playing
though. We have some nice parting gifts for you... If you have
the disease you need to watch your sugar and carbohydrates
intake. But if you don't have diabetes, you won't get it from
eating sugar. The main risk factors for diabetes are a high
caloric diet, being over weight and not being physically active.
That's how you can get it.

Brown eggs are better for you than white eggs The color of the
egg has nothing to do with it's nutritional quality. Some breeds
of hen lay white eggs while others lay brown. Case closed!

Brown sugar is better than white sugar If your sugar is refined -
my suggestion is don't eat it. "Refined" is a manufacturing
process where they strip it of all it's nutrients. Brown/white
doesn't matter. They're both bad for you. Replace refined sugar
with raw cane or beet sugar, pure honey or molasses.

You need a low-carb diet to lose weight Ok I'll make this as
simple as possible. To gain weight you must eat more calories than
what is needed to maintain your weight. The excess calories will
be stored as fat. So if weight is maintained with 2000 calories,
if you ate 2500 calories, you will gain weight. If you want to
lose weight you must eat less calories than what is needed to
maintain your weight. So if weight is maintained with 2000
calories, then eating 1500 will reduce your weight.

People on those diets lose weight because it has less calories.
Losing or gaining weight is about calories (food and physical
activity) not carbs. Next! Red meat is bad for you Really? Ya
think so? Like most things, too much is a bad thing. But I would
never suggest cutting it out of your diet altogether( unless your
doctor says so).

Choose lean cuts of meat like top sirloin or eye of round. Switch
it up with some fish sometimes. Cut the skin off of poultry,
because that is high in fat. Other nutrition myths are:

Skipping meals can help you lose weight: nope Eating before you
sleep causes weight gain: nope Preservatives are bad for you: Not
all. But some can be Canned/frozen fruits and vegetables aren't
as nutritious: Depends. But not always

Fitness myths

No pain No gain

Wow, is your trainer a masochist or something? That seems kinda
harsh. You shouldn't be feeling serious pain when you work out.
If so, slow it down and relax. In order to build muscles you need
to push yourself harder than normal. But discomfort is different
from mind-numbing pain. If you're working/exercising too hard
-stop immediately. Get treatment if pains persist.

Drinking water when you exercise gives you cramps. You need water
when you work out. If you sweat, you need to replace what you
lost. Drinking water when exercising is what you should be doing.
If you don't you can experience dizziness, headaches or cramps.
So drink up. Exercising requires a lot of time Just walking 30
minutes a day would greatly reduce your risk for heart disease
and obesity. That is not a lot.

If you're too busy to take an active approach about your health,
then don't complain when you feel the results. Your body
doesn't fail you until you fail your body. There are many many
more myths out there. Some people make their money off of false
and misleading information. And some just believe what they've
been told without questioning it. Don't believe everything you
read or hear. Check the facts out for yourself.

European travelers know that the best hostels are found
throughout this amazing continent. Many tourism organizations
and magazines will list eighteen hostels as being the best in
Europe. The criteria used to judge these hostels include:

• Cleanliness
• European Charm
• Guest Satisfaction
• Price
• Safety

Bernard Shaw went to school in the building that now houses the
Avalon House in Dublin, Ireland. The hostel offers internet
access, safety deposit box rentals, a currency exchange desk,
cell phone charging stations, and a tour desk for purchasing
tickets to area attractions. A security guard is always on site
for added protection. Please be aware that this is a "green"
hostel, so recycling is mandatory.

Balmer's Herberge in Interlacken, Switzerland is the oldest
hostel in the country. Room prices include bed linens and
breakfast. A tour desk is located in the main lobby, and there
is a game room and restaurant. Movie rentals are available.

Bruges' Bauhaus International is located in Belgium. Unlike
other hostels, linen is free and beds are already made by the
hotel staff. Breakfasts are free. Bauhaus offers bike rentals,
an on-site laundromat, safety deposit box rentals, and an
on-site bar and restaurant. There is also a cyber-café for those
who need internet access.

Cardiff Backpacker Hostel in Cardiff, Ireland is located a
short walk from the city center. Guests must be at least
eighteen years of age. Bed linens are included in your room
rate, but towels must be rented. A continental breakfast is
included. The hostel also offers internet access, luggage
storage, and a kitchen for guests to use.

Located in Mitte, the historic center of Berlin, Germany, the
Circus Hostel offers comfortable accommodations in a historic
building. The on-site bar and café provide guests with meals and
beverages. A shared luggage room is free for guests to use, and
a travel desk within the hostel offers ticket sales to area
attractions and bicycle rentals. There is no curfew at the
Circus Hostel and all guests receive a discount card accepted at
many area restaurants and bars.

Euro Youth Hostel in Bad Gastein, Austria is close to the
ski-lifts in the Austrian Alps. All guest rooms have private
baths and mountain views. There is also an on-site bar and
restaurant. Breakfasts are included in the room price. The
hostel also offers bike rentals, ski rentals, storage lockers,
free internet, and a fully-equipped game room. Another location
in Munich, Germany offers the same amenities and friendly staff.

Riga, Friendly Fun Frank's Hostel is tucked into a historic
Latvian castle. There are no curfews and the on-site bar is open
24/7. Free coffee and tea is offered throughout the day.
Internet access, storage lockers, safe deposit boxes, bed
linens, and towels are all free.

Amsterdam's The Flying Pig is in the heart of Amsterdam. With
free internet, free breakfasts, no curfews, and free linens,
there are many reasons why travelers love this establishment.
The Flying Pig does have a set age limit, however. Guests must
be at least 18 and under 40.

Home Youth Hostel in Valencia, Spain is one of the only hostels
around that does not use bunk beds. Steps from the city market,
guests will find many area bars and restaurants within a few
feet of the hostel. Towels and bed linens are included in the
price. A television room is open to all guests. There is also a
small library for those who enjoy reading.

Kabul Youth Hostel in Barcelona, Spain is newly renovated. In
the center of the hostel is a large room where guests can chat,
surf the internet for free, or enjoy the bar in the evening
hours. Kabul Youth Hostel is in Plaza Real making it within easy
reach of Barcelona's biggest attractions. Breakfasts are free.
There is a charge for your linens and phone calls.

Minutes from the shores of Loch Ness, Morag's Lodge Hostel is a
modern building surrounded by woods for hiking. Live music is
played in the on-site bar. Breakfast and dinner is available for
an additional price.

Pink Palace Hostel in Corfu is a gorgeous pink palace with
amazing island views. A private beach is available to all guests
and there are lounge chairs that you can borrow. Pink Palace
Hostel offers free transportation to and from the ferry. The
hostel price includes a breakfast and three-course dinner.

Saint Christopher's Inn in Edinburgh, Scotland or London,
England offer locations central to the heart of these popular
cities. Breakfasts are free, as are bed linens. The hostels also
offer luggage storage, 24/7 reception desks, fax machines
(surcharge), no curfews, and internet.

Villa Saint Exupery in Nice, France is in the heart of the
French Riviera. The hostel arranges SCUBA tours, surfing, and
skiing. Guests receive free breakfasts, free internet access,
free bed linens, free towels, free parking, and airport
shuttles. There are no age restrictions. Laundry service and a
bar are within the hostel.

Yoho International in Salzburg, Austria does not have curfews.
Because it caters more to the young adult crowd, there is an
on-site bar and restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are
offered throughout the day (surcharge).

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Many a small home based business entrepreneur will have spent a
lot of time and effort into the creation of a website. Quite
obviously it must meet all the requirements that make the search
engines give it tops billing, yet at the same time it needs to
be user friendly and permit visitors to search for the
information they are seeking in a manner that is logical to them
– even if this might differ from the way that search engines
would evaluate your site.

Consider the multi level marketing (MLM) associate who is
selling washing machines and dryers as part of the appliance
package she or he is listing and it becomes clear very early on
that consumers want to start out with color choices and size as
well as pricing information and then will backtrack from there
to get into the natty gritty that speaks of water volume,
electrical usage, and so forth; in short, all of the data that
the manufacturer will send along in the somewhat misguided
attempt to help you sell the product more efficiently.

Stickiness rounds out the website design and it is the smart
web based entrepreneur who knows that games, fun facts, trivia,
and newsletters are all part of the experience that will keep a
consumer who might not (yet) be in a buying mood nonetheless
coming back to the site time after time. Yet did you know that
affiliate marketing offers attractive revenue enhancements to
your main lines of income?

For example, as you might be marketing the washers and dryers,
why not become affiliated with a company that services them or
one that sells product protection products? In the same vein,
you might find that affiliating yourself with a big box home
improvement store will make you quite a bit of income, since
many a consumer does not want to place a brand new washer and
dryer into the same old tired laundry room, but perhaps might do
some painting, wallpapering, or other remodeling.

The nuts and bolts of affiliate marketing are surprisingly
simple: find vendors which are directly related – but not in
obvious competition with – the products you are selling. Learn
about their programs and find those that appeal to you and
promise a fair remuneration structure. Next, you will sign up
with the vendor and within a short period of time have access to
text links, banner ads, and sometimes even search boxes that
will make it easy for consumers to pick and choose from
affiliated products.

Whenever a consumer visits one of the vendors with whom you
have affiliated yourself and makes a purchase, you will be paid
a percentage of the sale. The more traffic you drive to these
vendors, the more money you will make. The more different
vendors you sign up with, the more opportunities for affiliate
marketing income you are setting yourself up for.

All the way around, affiliate marketing offers attractive
revenue enhancements while at the same time making your site
more useful to the consumer.

Shakespeare Boats

Shakespeare boats manage to combine the best of both worlds.
British build quality meets Italian styling to create a very
seductive, small and fast craft. Whether buying new or used
boats not everyone desires or indeed can afford a boat the size
of a large house and it you are looking for something light and
frivolous, guaranteed to turn heads this is the craft for you.

The Italian styling created by the Victory Design team looks
well-built and expensive. Although they are not cheap they are
gorgeous and unlike nothing else around. Resembling the Pershing
or new Manhattans with its sleek lines, below decks the layout
is fairly average, whilst the cockpit is what really stands out.
The Shakespeare 830 towards the top end of the sports cuddy
range is able to combine the benefits of a bigger boats
comfortable accommodation with the sporting capabilities into a
small package.

Princess Yachts

Instantly recognizable and world renowned, Princess yachts are
synonymous with high performance luxury yachts. Built without
compromise the sophistication of the Princess yacht range with
its graceful lines and elegance is dedicated to the enjoyment of

Getting hurt is something that we all worry about, what is
worse is the injury leaving behind a nasty scar. Sometimes, it
was a heroic act that we are proud off, so we show off the scar,
other times we are plain ashamed and embarrassed. Scars often
happen because we pick on the wound or try to intervene and make
it heal faster. In case of acne, the scars develop when we touch
or poke the pimple. Sometimes, such acts will lead to marks that
might fade with time, and at other times remain for life. If you
are one of those, who is very particular about how you look, and
you don't mind spending hundreds or thousands of dollars in
getting corrective surgery to remove the scars. People feel
stressed out and get into a mode of self pity combined with low
self- esteem when they see these scars everyday, it overrides
every other good feature on their face or body. All they are
focused on is scar reduction or removal to regain their life.

Normally, these scars will fade away without any treatment, as
long as the person does not touch or try to peel off the dried
layer of skin on top. Some cases of severe acne could result in
permanent scars that can be removed through cosmetic surgery or
other procedures only. Reducing of the acne related scars is
similar to removal of the wrinkles and warts on our face. The
one treatment which has gained popularity in recent years is
laser resurfacing, which works best for wrinkles and of course
there is the BOTOX, where in your skin is stretched and looks
like it froze.

If you are opting for laser treatment, here are some important
points to keep in mind before and after the laser treatment
procedure.

Point 1. Laser resurfacing is used to remove scars by
projecting light beam on the affected area. It works is similar
to the dermabrasion. The laser basically removes the layer of
infected skin, making way for new tissue that promotes collagen,
formation and covering up the scars.

Point 2. Treating only the affected area will require local
anesthesia. This intricate procedure might take anywhere from 15
-60 minutes, but the acne scar will take several months to
completely recover.

Point 3. After the surgery, the patient might see redness on
their face, and they are advised not to touch the area. This is
caused due to exposure to high intensity light, and will take a
while before the skin returns to its normal complexion.

Point 4. If you were to consult your dermatologists, he would
recommend this procedure as it is more precise and helps remove
scars completely without any risk of bleeding.

Point 5. No matter which method you choose, you can be assured
they are expensive, since they are cosmetic surgeries.

Using any methodology to remove scars means you will need to
spend time and money on doing some research and coming to a
conclusion about which is more suitable for you.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
We have all got bad habits that we would like to quit. Some
might be more noticeable than others and some, like overeating,
might be life threatening. Whichever way you look at it, bad
habits, no matter how big or small are darned hard to quit.

Bad habits are a multi-million dollar industry. Just think
about how much money is spent on quit smoking or weight loss
programs. Next time you go shopping take a look at the products
available to help you quit biting your nails, and you will see
what I mean. If breaking bad habits was easy the industry
wouldn't exist.

Well-meaning friends are always quick to offer advice; I mean
how hard can it be? You are overweight, just eat less. Problem
solved.

The truth is, you don't need to be told why the habit is bad
for you. You know all the reasons why you should give up your
bad habit, so all the well-meaning advice goes straight over
your head. It would be much more helpful if people were more
positive about the advice they gave. It is more important to
know about the positive, up side of stopping the bad habit.
Thinking about good results is more likely to trigger an
incentive to quit.

If knowing the reasons why a habit is bad for you, or the
advantages of giving it up were all that was needed, you would
have given up the habit long ago. What is needed is the will
power to make it happen, but how do you get that?

Incentive is what you need and I don't mean that you could save
money if you gave up smoking, that is just another up side to
giving up the habit. What I mead is something new, some angle
that has not occurred to you before, a moment when the light
goes on.

It is often surprising what triggers the incentive to quit.
Here is an interesting example. I have just read a story about a
young woman who put on so much weight she was virtually a
recluse. At a size 26 she was clinically obese ,and age 20
unable to enjoy life. The incentive came when her boyfriend told
her that he was sick of leading half a life. He didn't worry
about her weight, he just wanted them to get out and enjoy life.
That was the trigger. She loved him and wanted him to be happy,
so she started a serious weight loss program. Of course she
wanted to lose weight for herself, but the incentive was never
there. Her boyfriends wish for them to enjoy themselves provided
that incentive.

Bad habits that are well entrenched are always going to be
difficult to quit, but it's amazing what results people can
achieve when something triggers the incentive. Years ago I knew
a woman aged thirty who had bitten her nails all her life. One
day she saw me apply cuticle cream to my nails. I had just got
engaged and was wearing a diamond ring, so was giving my nails
extra care. She had also become engaged but was embarrassed
about her nails which were bitten to the quick. She purchased
some cream, applied it every day and set a goal to have long
nails by her wedding day. She could have stopped biting her
nails at any time, but it was the wedding that became the
incentive.

Reason's are not incentives; reasons why a habit is bad for you
is not going to make you quit. Find an incentive and you will
stand a chance. Of course this doesn't mean you should carry on
with a bad habit until an incentive presents itself. You should
always be trying to give up, especially if the habit is damaging
your health or well-being.

Once you've decided to quit your bad habit avoid telling
friends and family. Especially if you've tried giving up before
and failed. If you do feel the need to share, make sure it is
someone supportive, you don't need others to gloat if you slip
up.

Take a good look at your situation and work out a strategy for
dealing with it. Smokers for instance say smoking gives them
something to do with their hands; by keeping their hands busy
they can lessen the need to light up so often.

Everyone deals with bad habits differently; as far as solutions
go one size does not fit all. Finding an incentive that will
work for you is the key to correcting bad habits

Remember, you're always too young to start a bad habit and
never too old to give it up.

Expired Domain Secret
http://www.expireddomainsecret.com

Once you find out a good expired domain name after searching
through a big catalogue of expired domains, the next obvious step
is to register expired domain as per the existing rules and
regulations stipulated by registering authorities. Following are
few steps that registrars suggest you follow to register expired
domain name:

People who wish to register expired domain should know all the
legal and regulatory clauses and laws. When you know the
nitty-gritty of working with an expired domain, you will be on a
safer side, with a clean expired domain name in your hand.
Several laws and legislations govern all aspects of expired
domain name registration; most of these legal strictures are very
rigid and one needs to follow them letter by letter.

To register expired domain name:

* Firstly, you will need to develop a list of potential
expired domain names by surfing through the catalogue of
names offered by the expired domain sellers. * Once you
search through the list, you will need to segregate the
available names based on their extension. There are a number of
domains to choose from, ranging from .com, .biz to .org and
.info. * By chance, when you find an immediately available
domain name, you may need to rush and register immediately.
If you have enough funds, you can even buy and register the
closest possible substitutes. If you find a name that is
similar to yours or if there is a hyphened version, then you
may consider register them as well, just to protect your
rights and virtual presence. * If there is a domain name owned
by a previous owner, you may wish to know the history and
track record of that expired domain name. If the site is
surrounded with a considerable amount of inbound traffic,
there will be a huge rush for the domain due to its
commercial importance. Such domains will have some tell-tale
symbols prominently displayed on the home page of the site. A
good expired domain will be listed on top of the list and it
may carry a steep price tag.

Once you feel that you have a good expired domain name in your
kitty, you can start initiating the process of registering the
expired domain in question. Register expired domain as early as
possible to prevent someone registering for it; right now, there
is a fierce competition for available expired domain names and a
good name may fetch considerable fortune.

Register expired domain to create an invaluable asset and a
future goldmine. Registration of an expired domain will have to
carry out in a stipulated period mentioned by the registrar. Once
you become successful in registering your expired domain with the
registrar who sold it to you, the next important thing is to
protect all trademarks and logos associated with the domain.
People register expire domain for a period of two years or more
and keep it for their own use. On the other hand, others may
register for a period of just one year and sell it off for a big
profit within one year.

Shredders - A Great Buyer's Guide
Shredding confidential and sensitive documents is an
important activity for businesses of all sizes and all
households.

The rise of identity theft and fraud means that it is more
important than ever to shred your confidential waste
effectively and to invest in a shredder that you can rely
on to shred your sensitive waste to a secure level.

Shredders are also available to dispose securely of your
multimedia and CD waste. The purchase of a multimedia
shredder could prove invaluable to your business, if your
workforce regularly need to download sensitive and
confidential information to disc and then find a way to
dispose of it safely and securely.

Shredders are graded according to how securely they shred
your confidential paper and multimedia waste. Consumers
should seek to purchase a shredder from a reputable
supplier who lists the shredding security level of their
machines to ensure they are purchasing the most suitable
shredding for their requirements.

A shredder's DIN level indicates the level of shredding
security the machine provides. There are currently six
levels within the DIN scale, which begins with Level 1, as
being suitable for documents of low level security and the
disposal of general waste.

Level 2 works at a slightly more secure level, with both
Levels 1 and 2 shredding waste into long strips through
machines known as strip cut shredders. Level 3 shredders
can be either strip cut or cross cut shredders and are
ideal for shredding a range of confidential documents.

Levels 4 to 6 of shredding security are only available via
cross cut shredders and are for the specialised disposal of
commercially sensitive, classified and top secret
documents. DIN Level 6 is currently the highest available
level of shredding machine grade and is backed by the U.S
government for the disposal of the most sensitive and
confidential documents.

The DIN shredder grading levels are not currently
established as an industry standard in the UK, so consumers
are strongly advised to approach shredding machine dealers
who already operate the DIN grading system to be assured of
purchasing a suitably secure shredder for their needs. The
DIN standard originated in Germany, where DIN stands for
Deutsches Institut fűr Normung (German Institute for
Standardisation), which is the equivalent of the British
Standards Institute (BSI).

Cross cut shredders are ideal for the office environment,
as they shred to a more secure level than strip cut
shredders and also reduce the shredded bulk of paper your
documents create to roughly a quarter of the volume of
shredded waste generated by a strip cut shredder.

Leading brands of shredder include Acco Rexel, Dahle, EBA,
Fellowes, GBC, HSM, IDEAL, Intimus, Kobra, Martin Yale and
Schleicher. All leading shredding machine manufacturers
offer a range of machines to suit differing requirements,
including the shredding of multimedia waste. Shredders can
come in a variety of sizes to suit different environments
and needs, including deskside shredders, small office
shredders, large office shredders, heavy duty paper
shredders, commercial shredders, automatic shredders, and
high security shredders.

The variety of materials that can be shredded securely by
differing levels of machine include paper, cardboard, CDs,
DVDs, multimedia items, A3 and large size paper. When
purchasing a shredder it makes good sense to evaluate your
secure waste disposal needs and then approach a quality
supplier, who can guide you towards the right shredder for
your requirements.

Well-designed shredders are highly safe machines and some
of the leading manufacturers offer a range of security
features as standard on many of their shredding machines,
including Fellowes - who feature a heat-sensing device on
some shredders designed to sense when a body part is too
near the shredder's throat and cease operation of the
shredder immediately.

The Mercury range of shredders from Acco Rexel are fitted
with patented Anti-Jam Technology, whereby a machine's
paper entry area is illuminated with a green light when the
shredder is operating correctly and a red light when too
much paper has been inserted into the shredder for it to
operate safely or effectively.

When researching the purchase of a shredder for your office
or home, it is important to determine the level of
shredding security and capacity you require to suit your
needs. Questions to ask during this process include: What
documents will you need to shred? How often will you need
to use your shredder? How many users will access your
shredder regularly? How securely do you need to shred your
documents? Do you regularly need to securely dispose of
sensitive multimedia waste, such as CDs? How fast do you
need your shredder to be? How frequently will you use your
shredder on a daily basis? How much room do you have to
house your new shredding machine?

With identity theft and fraud rising year-on-year, it is
essential to make the right choice when investing in a
piece of shredding equipment. If you consider the sensitive
waste your workplace produces to be highly confidential,
then investment in a suitable high level shredder will be
an investment you will never regret.

Providing a well-designed and easy to operate shredder for
your colleagues and staff, alongside outlining a clear
company policy for shredding documents, will enable
everyone to participate in consistent housekeeping
procedures within your company and keep sensitive company
information safe and secure.

*
THE WRITER AS BRIDGE-BUILDER

Just sharing a few thoughts on the role of the writer, which forms part of the story from my new novel, "A New Dawn".

I believe that the writer's obligations to readers is to instruct, entertain, or somehow extend one's perceptions of life. Perhaps to encourage the reader to se the world "through new eyes". And I write to try to make some difference, a better world. Because the world is malleable. I truly believe that the world can change. We can help shape it for the better... but only if we really put our minds to it with passion and commitment. Life is not changed by movements, but by passionate individuals. Say to yourself: "I impart important things to my generation." Or "I am a passionate humanitarian, who can make a difference in the world." Or perhaps even: "I am an inspiring writer who attempts to build global bridges - one person's commitment to a noble cause.

Really BELIEVE you can make a difference... and live a life of significance. Then, as Gandhi said: "Be the change yourself, that you wish to see in the world."

We build tomorrow on plans we make today.

Elie Wiesel, Buchenwald survivor and Nobel Peace prize winner once said: "To remain indifferent to suffering is the greatest sin of all."

I have a passion for peace, mutual tolerance, interaction and respect for other traditions, cultures and religions. So the main themes of my writings are those of tolerance and acceptance, care for others, compassion, forgiveness for past injustices, honour and respect in the fabric of life..
All these values are founded on a faith in a common thread of humanity, which as writers enables communication across all kinds of divides. I believe, to effect real change in the world, we need to capture, then ignite the public consciousness.

This is my "mission statement" for my writings, which though rather personal, I'll share with you...
I will try to simplify religion and in my 'own little way' attempt to break down religious ("spiritual"), cultural, social and economic barriers. Define our unity; yet celebrate the differences between peoples. Because what we have in common as citizens of planet earth is far greater than what divides us. I shall attempt to be a bridge to all peoples in an ever widening cultural global divide - I'll do my very best to be a 'bringer of hope' to people around the globe. And write with passion to try to make some difference, however small and impossible it may seem...for a better world of more tolerance, peace and love.
When I started out on my writing quest, a long, long time ago....these are the precise words that I wrote in my diary and put up on the wall of my bedroom... all those long long years ago...

"I want to, no I WILL write 'uplifting and inspiring' books that will impact people around the world.
I want to make my writings a noble tribute to humanity.
My mission is embracing the wounds of my country...and the world.
I will write the very best I can in pure faith and have great fun along the journey.
I don't believe in setting goals, but in going after your dreams."

Impossible!

"Turn a chasm of doubt into a window of opportunity."

How's that for a metaphor?

"You are not what you think you are...
but what you THINK, you ARE!"
- Brian Tracy

"Some people se things as they are and say, 'why?'.
I see dreams that never were and say 'why not?'."
- Bobby Kennedy

"Faith sees the invisible,
follows the unfathomable...
and achieves the impossible."

If you have faith, God has the power.
I CAN
We WILL

In little ways each one of us can help lead people from darkness into the light through radiating hope to those we meet..Be the bright light you can be to the world.

"Lord make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith.
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where is sadness, joy.

I shall pass through this world but once.
Any good therefore that I can do,
or any kindness that I can show to any human being,
let me do it now.
Let me not defer nor neglect it,
for I shall not pass this way again."

"For me life is about loving a lot,
laughing a lot and having good friends.
To feel good about your uniqueness
and all the special qualities
that are yours to share with the rest of the world.
It's your time to shine...
to celebrate all that best and brightest in your life.
So be the bright light you can be to the world."

With spring just around the corner, the season for saying 'I
Do' is well within sight. There are many ways to make your
wedding day special, and one such way is to engrave your wedding
bands with a special sentiment, word or expression that will
stay with your spouse every day. Below are 5 creative ways to
engrave your sterling silver wedding bands:

Religious Verse. If you choose to engrave your wedding bands
with a religious verse, you are choosing to honor your belief
with an inscription that will guide you through each day.
Whether it is one that relates to love, marriage or just a
thought to guide you through the good and bad days, choosing to
inscribe your wedding bands with a religious verse is a
cherished option for many.

Names. When it comes to inscriptions, many newlyweds choose to
inscribe their names either on the inside or outside of the
wedding band. It could be both you and your spouse's first
name, or it may be a combination of first names with the last
name that you both now share. Whatever your preference, you
will be celebrating your special day with a tradition that many
enjoy by personalizing your wedding bands.

Wedding Date. Not that you would or could ever forget the date
that you promised to love one another forever, but many couples
enjoy engraving their wedding date into their wedding bands.
This growing tradition can be done as a standalone inscription,
or can also be combined with the inscription of your names.

One Single Word. If you believe that a picture is worth a
thousand words, then you may also believe that a single word can
create a thousand images. One word can be very meaningful,
especially if it were to be engraved into your wedding band.
Some examples include forever, always, eternity, cherish, etc.

Special Messages. If you want to choose a phrase that will be
especially meaningful to your spouse, think of something that's
special to both of you. Perhaps it's a memory, the name of a
song or a phrase that reminds you of a special date or time.
Whatever special moment that you would love to think of every
day is the perfect one to engrave into your wedding band. If
you still aren't sure what to say, try something traditional
such as, "I love you" or "today, tomorrow & forever."

In conclusion, your wedding day is one of the most special days
of your lives. From the cake to the invitations and even the
song selection, there is no such thing as a little detail.
Although an inscription written into your wedding band may be
one of the smallest visual details to consider, it will prove to
be one of the most significant. When all of the invitations are
sent, the cake is eaten and the songs have been played, the
inscription in your wedding band, just like your love, will
remain with both you and your spouse.

When you just cannot do everything yourself it is important to
consider hiring a marketing company. A marketing company can
help you develop a solid and strategic marketing plan to benefit
your business and boost your sales. There are many different
things that you must consider before you choose a marketing
company. What should you be looking for?

First, you need to make sure that you find a marketing company
that can offer you many different services that may be
beneficial to your company. This is crucial, but what could be
more important than the actual services they offer is their
experience and expertise. You want to make sure that you choose
a marketing company that is knowledgeable, experienced, and well
versed in marketing and perhaps in your specific niche as well.

What services might you want to look for?

You might want to look for a marketing company that offers
search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and
internet marketing. If you are doing business on the internet,
having a company that understands the workings of internet
marketing and business is essential to your success with any
marketing company.

Another consideration you might want to make, is what the
company offers you to help you choose the right company. For
instance, does the company offer you an initial analysis and
provides you with recommendations as to which services you and
your business might benefit from? This would be a good place to
start and can assure you that the marketing company does indeed
know what they are doing. This is especially helpful to new
business owners who are not quite sure what direction they need
to take. With the analysis, you can do your research and
determine which concepts are most important to your business.

It is important to avoid certain things. For instance, do not
hire any marketing company that offers you unrealistic or
unproven guarantees and offers. This may be in the form of
helping you achieve a specific ranking within search engines.
This would be considered unrealistic because nothing is
guaranteed when it comes to ranking. Furthermore, you want to
make sure that the company uses legal and honest methods of
achieving their success. Ask the company what type of methods
they use to gain their results. If they refuse to tell you a
general overview of their techniques, this it is generally a
good idea to avoid that company.

At the same time, make sure that you avoid any company that
does not offer you access to any accounts created under your
name or the name of your business. Something that always bears
repeating is to make sure that you read and understand any type
of contracts or agreements before you sign on the dotted line.
This can help you avoid troubles or misunderstandings. If you
have any questions about the contract or agreement, be sure to
ask them, if the marketing company avoids answering your
questions or does not fully answer them, find a new company to
work with.

For the people who are in financial market, I am pretty sure
that no one never hard about Forex trading. It is one of the
most financial investments that gain market share to total
investment in the world. Many people are interested in this
business because it requires almost nothing to do. Forex
investment is basically about trading money between currencies.
For example, if you plan to trade between USD and EUR, you will
have to learn about exchange rate in order to get accurate
different rate that could give you profit. However, the most
difficult part seem to be the situation that you have to
consider about the period that exchange rate can give you profit
and many investors are also struggling with this.

According to this reason, some investors have realized that
they should hire some one who come to manage their account. This
is the fact that many of investors sometimes have money to
invest but very lack of knowledge of this business. Therefore,
it is likely for them to hire professional to take care and
manage of their account. The most distinct benefit of having
professional to manage your account is that the client do not
have to worry about market situation and what to do with them,
the whole process will be proposed by account manager and the
client only make decision and they will take care the rest.
Therefore, Forex money manager seems to be suitable for
investors who do not have much time to keep an eye on every
single moment financial market situation.

However, even though there are a lot of distinct benefits of
having someone to take care of your money account, but to find
an ideal one is much more difficult. You can find this kind of
professionals from both offline and online resource. But today,
it seems that there are millions of classified, freelance, or
company's website who are offering account manager and financial
report service, but may be still hard for the investor because
they just lack of criteria how to choose professional to help
them on this matter. As financial market condition is always
changing, especially for Forex trading, it is obvious that no
matter you are going to invest in short term or long term
project, the profit that you will get from Forex trading will be
not much different, because of the market situation which has
direct impact to currency exchange rate.

So what to consider if you want someone to effectively manage
your account?

According to the fact that, in point of view of investor, they
just want to do what ever that can give them profits. Therefore,
they may find that it does not necessary to hire professional
from the company that has great reputation. Instead, you can
find individual freelance who has great portfolio and ensure
that he has experience to work and effectively advise according
to the market situation. However, hire professional from the
famous company may be another option but you may have to spend
much more money if you want to hire professional from these
companies.

Another great option to consider if you're seeking to buy a
table tennis table, is not the table at all; it's a conversion
top. It could very well be that you just don't have the room or
money to buy a ping pong table just yet, but already have a
playing surface, such as a pool table in your family room or on
the patio; and want to play. This is where a conversion top can
make life a lot more easy, affordable, and convenient for you.
We recommend looking for either Detroiter or Stiga conversion
tops as they are constructed with the utmost of quality table
top materials, are between ½ inch to ¾ inch in width, and offer
protective features such as: rubber safety pads, sponge rubber
stripping, and wood railings for the playing surface you already
have in place. These conversion tops are typically in the $300
range, and can be a quality consolation when a table just won't
work.

Fellowes Shredders - A Guide To What's Available
Fellowes are an internationally established manufacturer of
office machinery, storage solutions and technology
accessories for the office.

The company has been established for 90 years and provides
an increasing number of well-designed solutions for the
small or large office environment.

The range of Fellowes shredders available on the market is
extensive and there is a Fellowes shredder available to
suit every level of requirement.

Questions to ask when choosing a Fellowes shredder include:
What documents will you need to shred? How often will you
need to use your shredder? How many users will access your
shredder regularly?

Fellowes home shredders are designed to shred an infrequent
number of paper documents, such as bank statements and
other personal documentation. Fellowes home shredders are
easy to use, reliable and very reasonably priced.

The Fellowes P-35C has a five-sheet capacity and is ideal
for the home environment, with in-built safety features to
prevent accidents. It is a cross-cut shredder and also
shreds credit cards, paper clips and staples. The Fellowes
DS13C features Fellowes' patented SafeSense technology to
prevent accidents, has a large waste bin, a 13-sheet
capacity and is ideal for personal use in the home.

Moving slightly higher up the range, Fellowes offer a range

The change in the way people communicate and transact different
things in one day has developed to something different, easily
different. Almost anything can be done with several clicks and
push of a button but these simple things which makes life even
more convenient for all leaves out the good old way of learning
and acquiring things usually done the hard way.

Learning a language, a French language to be specific, can be
done best when we push ourselves to finding what suits us
better. This could be difficult for some learners, but ever
notice what happens to those who pursue learning no matter how
it is done? They perform better and are able to apply the
language properly in practical ways. This is just to say that if
you can't find a learning material that suits you straight from
the internet, there are many other ways how you can still learn
French.

Just like in learning a language, nowadays, we tend to fully
take for granted the important ways of being able to learn a
desired language from just about everywhere. Just because
everybody can use the internet these days, it doesn't
necessarily mean that it's the only way of being able how to
speak and study languages. Let's not stay glued on one source.
Instead, exploring what you have right in your own living room
is already a way of being able to develop good language
learning.

What does it really take to learn a language that has existed
for so long? The type of language that is written in almost
every write up you could come across and even included
accordingly on English articles and other reading materials. It
takes a lot of passion, dedication and interest.

This is not to say though that you can and will learn by just
using the sources you have lying around. The television, radio,
newspapers, books and magazines are just some of the few easily
accessed tools you can use for learning French, but these
materials too have their limitations.

Go to your local library and see what you can find in there. It
doesn't have to be a perfect French lesson but learning how it
is used to be done will give you a sense of accomplishment and
that is why, each lesson you go through, are going to be
memorable for you.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Many are struggling to make money with a home based business.
This is nothing new. Studies show only ten percent of people are
making money with their biz. Why is it so difficult to make
money with a home based business? Well I will go into detail on
what it takes to make money with a home based business.

First off I want to clear up some myths you may or may not be
aware of. So let's separate fact from fiction. First it does
take work to build a home business. There is no such thing as a
free ride or an automated system. You will have to apply
yourself daily in order to build a successful business. Anyone
who tells you otherwise is lying to you, to put it bluntly.

Next MLM's are the toughest businesses to build. I am very good
at what I do and it takes a lot of effort to build a MLM
company. The pay structures are setup so the company profits and
so only a few reps will make the big bucks. Sorry this is just
the truth. It really doesn't matter what lotion or potion you
are selling, the person making the major bucks is the CEO of
your MLM company. Now I am not saying it's impossible but the
cards are heavily stacked against you.

Ok so with that in mind what makes a person successful when
building a home business? The answer is pretty simple and
straightforward. First they have a ton of prospects going to
look at their biz. This is a numbers game, you must understand
this.

If you are only talking to a couple people a week you will get
left in the dust. You must be able to talk to hundreds of
prospects a week. This is the only efficient way to build a
successful downline. It is alot easier said than done. Many
people are not willing to put in the daily effort it requires to
get hundreds of people looking at their biz.

And it is not something that happens overnight, it takes time
and money. You see all of the top earners in your company are
not anything special, regardless of what they would want you to
believe. They know this is a numbers game and they make sure
they have the numbers coming in every week.

Many of them spend thousands upon thousands each month on
advertising. I know one heavy hitter who spends about $100,000 a
month on advertising alone. Needless to say he is making a ton
of money. This is what many of the top guru's are doing,
spending huge amounts of money on advertising.

This why they are heavy hitters and this is why many people
will never make the money they dream about. Many people do not
have an extra $100,000 a month to spend, most people don't even
have an extra $10,000 a month to spend on advertising. If you do
have deep pockets your money should go into heavy advertising
and promotion if you are looking to explode your home business.

Now for those of you without deep pockets, you are going to
have to come out of your comfort zone a little bit. The next
best thing to heavy advertising is getting on the phone and
making sales calls. Yes you will have to make sales calls and
not one or two sales calls a day. To really get your business
off right you should be making 100 to 300 sales calls a day.
Monday through Friday and the weekends if you want.

This is what all of the top earners are doing to make their
huge incomes. That's it. It sounds simple but it is a daily
grind, day in and day out.

Most people are not willing to do either of the two which is
why they will never make the big bucks and build a huge
organization. This is what it takes to make money with a home
based business.
