These can be the perfect solution for storage, display and
dividing a space in a home, office or public area. Like any
large piece of furniture, you need to be sure that it will fit
the space it will be going in. It is always good idea to know
the height you have available for any shelving units you're
thinking of installing. If the unit you get is too high, it
obviously won't fit, and if it is too short, then available
height for storage is not going to be utilized. Width too is
important, for similar reasons. You want to make sure that other
items next to shelving units have enough clearance, for example
in a kitchen or garage, there may be a door to a freezer or
tumble drier that needs to be opened.

Also, how deep can the shelves be? If you have limited space in
front, make sure you have enough clearance for your shelving
units, particularly if they are going to be in a corridor or
near a door. So if you're ordering online, make sure you know
the measurements of what you're ordering. And if you're buying
in a store, make sure you take a tape measure and you know the
size of the space you have available when you've decided what to
get. An important consideration is how the shelving units are
delivered.

Many come as flat-packs, but some come ready assembled,
particularly the more expensive, designer models. So it is
important to know their dimensions and whether your units will
fit through the door. Shelving with adjustable heights between
the shelves allow you to have deeper shelves lower down and
narrower shelves higher up. This gives you flexibility when
displaying or storing items of different size and weight. Some
shelving units have cupboards and drawers built in which gives
more flexibility for storing a wide range of items. These
cupboards may be lockable which gives you somewhere to keep
things safe. Modular shelving units are expandable. This makes
them useful in a wide range of situations, from the home to
offices and industrial settings. As your space grows, you can
add modules to your storage system. Shelving units can make
excellent room dividers, providing a visual break between two
areas.

This is applicable at home and in the largest spaces like
office lobbies and warehouses. As the unit it free-standing, it
will not be anchored against a wall. So care must be taken to
make sure it is sufficiently stable and won't fall over. Some
shelving units are easy to assemble and take down again. This
can be an important consideration if you're likely to be moving
premises. Some shelving units are only made to be put together
once and are difficult to re-assemble. This type should be
avoided if you're likely to want to move house or office in the
future. There is a breed of shelving units that really give an
artistic flourish to a room, an office or a public space like an
office reception area or an art gallery. These have odd-shaped
shelves at jaunty angles and are really works of art in their
own right. They are designed for displaying items that need to
be eye-catching and visually interesting, like unusual vases,
pots, stones, crystals and pictures.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
"What is necessary to change a person is to change his
awareness of himself." - Abraham Maslow

Before my disability I used to sell a unique kind of training
which I call TL Facilitation. It embodies the major attributes
of Jack Mezirow's Transformative Learning Theory plus more. For
those of you that know me you know I have been a Trainer for 17
years since 1991. It's only in the last 7 years of the 17 that I
have developed my own philosophy of training. Training as it
existed around me was just not hitting it as far as I was
concerned. I saw far too many bad trainers and teachers in my
life. I swore I would not become the dull guy standing up there
in front of a classroom full of half-asleep students, just
reading information off a page. I instinctively knew that was
wrong, but what I did not know for years was what was right. The
longer I was a trainer the more inadequacies I saw in the
system. The more I knew; the more I knew I didn't know. One
phrase being muttered by trainers all around me that I knew was
wrong was "a Good trainer motivates people." That was gibberish
and I knew it.

My website explains "The truth is we can't motivate anybody.
People motivate themselves! This is not merely a matter of
semantics. For a trainer or teacher it is a critical hinge point
that determines the approach we should use in teaching. The way
one believes on this will govern without question the result of
their training!"www.cyreousquotes.com/motivation.htm That was
pretty bold stuff even for me to say but I am not alone in this
quest to have people understand this point. The gathering voices
of others fueled me and gave me hope time and again that this
journey to teach this correctly was a journey worth pursuing.

For the student (and we are al students) it means we must
motivate ourselves. No great trainer/guru is going to do that
for us. "Oh if I could just hear the great Zig Ziglar speak I a
sure I would get motivated." No it doesn't matter who you listen
to. Those great trainers are nothing more than a catalyst, a
source of inspiration. If they are good their words feel good
momentarily, but after you hear them their words will wear away
like water washes over the seashore rocks and disappear back
into the sea. I am not discouraging you from saving up your
money to go hear a great one speak. It can be very expensive to
see Anthony Robins, or Stephen Covey, or Wayne Dyer or any
number of so called great ones. They will tell you the same, in
the end they can't motivate you only you can do that yourself.
You must do the change that is required, you must motivate
yourself to make those changes.

So that brings me to the word "Change" and our famous person
quote for this day. Abraham Maslow, considered the father of
humanistic psychology wrote these words; nplease read it several
times before you move on. "What is necessary to change a person
is to change his awareness of himself."

Maslow, aware that people still believed you can change other
people or motivate them says well if you are going to try to
change people than you have got to turn it away from yourself
and turn it on to the person who is making the change. They must
change themselves. So get them to become self-aware. That is the
first step. Once they become self aware, they listen with a view
to change, they take notes with a view to change, they read with
a view to change; and then what? They take the action to change!
They are the ones that must initiate that action. This is why
Maslow is telling all of you who would want to change someone,
"What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness
of himself." You can't do that yourself. You can't change a
person's awareness of themselves, but you can get them to change
his awareness oh himself. Now you ladies are included also,
don't think that Maslow has forgotten about you, its just the
way we spoke back in the day, we would say him or himself and
poor women were left out of the picture it seemed, but no that
is not true you are included too, just substitute her for him
and herself for himself.

This action step that Maslow gave us here inside this quote, is
no little matter. It takes a lot to turn your awareness to
yourself. Some find it shocking and are literally in therapy to
handle such matters. This is a paradigm shift I am talking
about. When a person opens his eyes and realizes for the first
time he has the power to change himself that is pretty radical
even in our time and age. This is the kind of change I work
towards. I strive not to change the person, but to get a person
to awaken their self which will in turn make decisions to better
their life through resources they find on their own. Once a
person has started down that line of self actualization, the
next steps for them will be the others outlined by the Maslow's
Hierarchy of needs. Granted, many need some coaching through
this, after all it can get pretty scary living inside the newly
acquired self. A coach is useful in guiding a person through the
steps and getting a person to act in harmony with his own
desires and yet be responsible. such coaches are around us and
are available should we want their help. You can reach me and I
will get a name of one out to you if you are in need of one.

So always remember, only you can make the change in you that is
required. Find teachers who believe in that kind of philosophy
and you will be well on your way to the change you seek!

There are many great benefits to working from home, and by now
you have probably identified a number of them as the reason that
you are thinking about doing so. Getting started at a work from
home job can be the hardest part because off all the confusion
about what to do and how to do it. Will you be able to find a
work from home job, or will you be able to be paid for what you
are already doing for someone else? In order to ensure that you
can easily find a work from home job that suits your needs
exactly there is several steps that you can take.

The first thing you should do is make a list of all the good
and bad points of your job right now. Do you love what you are
doing or hate it? Is your job something that you really enjoy
but you would prefer to be doing it from home or is it just
something that you do to pay the bills? This is the first and
most important question that you have to ask yourself in order
to make the transition to working from home as easily as
possible.

If you have found that you enjoy your job and you like what you
are doing then you should first sit down with your employer and
negotiate for you to be able to do your job from home. Depending
on the type of employment, a number of employers are quite
receptive to this idea because it has been proven that people
who work from home are generally far more efficient and
generally complete their tasks at a quicker rate.

It is therefore possible that your employer may allow you to do
what you are currently doing from the comfort of your own home.
There will still probably be the occasional visits to the office
for meetings and other tasks, but if you are willing to
negotiate it is possible that you will be able to do what you
are doing in a much easier and pleasing way.

If you find that your employer is not happy with the idea of
you working from home, you could always find another employer
that will allow you to. Work from home jobs are in abundance so
finding one is not as hard or as daunting as it may seem at
first.

If, on the other hand you do not like your job or are unable to
do it from home anyway, you should start to research work from
home jobs. The research and implementation may take a while so
it is important that you do not quit what you are doing in the
meantime. The trick is to begin with something that you love and
expand from there. Conduct careful research into any potential
jobs, and be sure that you know what you are getting into before
you sign on the dotted line. With a bit of patience and careful
research you'll find the perfect job for you.

When you're looking to buy your first house, or possibly
re-finance your existing mortgage, there are a whole host of
mortgage advice options open to you. Some are better than
others, however, so you need to know what type of advice you
need for your individual requirements. As a guide, the basic
information you should be looking for include:

Which One is Right for You?

With so many different types of mortgage available, it can get
pretty mind-boggling when all you want to do is pick a mortgage
and buy your home. This is where specialist mortgage brokers and
advisors can be so useful, as they will be able to help you
siphon through all the jargon used by the various mortgage
companies.

How much will it Cost?

The biggest mistake many people make when thinking about a
mortgage is not taking into account all the ins and outs of the
whole process. Most people forget about the additional costs on
top of the mortgage itself – things like closing costs,
solicitor fees, how the type of mortgage you take out affects
your repayments, insurance and mortgage protection, etc.

These are just some of the additional costs you need to factor
in when you sit down to plan how much buying your home will
cost. On top of that, you need to worry about repair costs that
you never had to when renting, as well as council tax and other
similar charges.

What Insurance you need for your Home

Although you know that you'll need home insurance for your new
home, there are other types of insurance that you should
consider. For example, taking out mortgage protection will help
should you lose your job or are unable to meet payments, and can
make a huge difference should you ever find yourself in a
financial tight spot. Again, this is fairly basic information
yet you'd be surprised how many people ignore it when planning
for a mortgage.

So now that you know the basics of what type of mortgage advice
you should be asking for, the next step is knowing where to find
this type of advice. There are a few different ways that you can
find out the information needed. One of the most obvious is to
speak to a mortgage specialist, such as a broker or advisor.

However, there are also other ways, and can even be from the
comfort of your own home. For example, you can use online
mortgage advisory services, where you can get advice on
everything from how much you can borrow and different rates of
interest to poor credit mortgage lenders and some of the most
commonly asked questions when applying for a mortgage.
Alternatively, you could speak to an independent financial
advisor, who has no affiliation to any lenders and can therefore
give you completely unbiased advice.

Although it's the most expensive thing you'll ever do, with the
right mortgage advice you can guarantee that you won't be going
in blind, and buying a home will be much easier than you might
have thought beforehand.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Finding online programs that induct you to the fast track for
seemingly unlimited earning capacities is simple, but increasing
your online residual income opportunities takes a bit of doing
and just a smidgen of know-how. Imagine the possibilities
associated with not only growing your steady cash flow
potential, but also cultivating a vibrant residual system that
will pay you long after your direct involvement in a deal or
transaction has been paid!

From the onset it is imperative to realize that any website
which promises you to make money while you sleep, get rich quick
overnight, and become a millionaire doing this line of work is
lying to you and most likely is trying to do little more than
get you to pay $19.99 or some such amount in an effort to sell
you a secret that allegedly will make all of your dreams come
true. Think about it! If there truly was such a secret, the
person in possession of it would not be hawking it on a badly
designed website using stock graphics.

The only way to increase your online residual income
opportunities is through dedication and hard work and just a bit
of business savvy you can get yourself without paying one red
cent. Begin by building a website that is user-friendly as well
as search engine friendly. You may then use it to sell the
product you may have decided to sell. Conversely, you also have
the option of signing up with a multi level marketing (MLM)
company which will not only build you a website already
populated with all the links you need and commerce tools you
will require, but the company will even hold the product for you
in their warehouse pending the sales!

Maximize your income potential and begin your road to residual
income by recruiting other individuals to do the same thing.
Invest your time in training them, helping them to build an
online presence, and also coach and encourage them as needed.
You will be rewarded with a small percentage of their overall
profits, which will continue to trickle in long after your
training and grooming of this individual will cease. What is
more, if you sign up with a MLM company that has a generous
remuneration plan, you will find that the people they recruit
will also pay a small percentage of their profits to you, and
thus if you are a successful recruiter who finds, grooms, and
then turns out other successful recruiters, you are in the fast
lane to making some serious residual income!

Self promotion and the utmost care in choosing a product and
company are key components to increasing your online residual
income opportunities, as faddish products, companies with bad
reputations or a less than generous reward and remuneration
structure will rarely attract others either as customers or
potential recruits. In the same vein, ensure that the market is
not overly saturated with the product you are selling for
otherwise even the best developed plan is doomed to fail.

How To Safe Guard Yourself Against Financial Trouble
If you suffer from bad credit, it is most likely that
you've had or you still have unpaid debts in your account.
When was the last time you checked your credit report? Are
you 100% sure that your credit report is accurate and that
there are no unauthorized charges in it?

Your Credit Report and Bad Credit

Why should you take an interest in what your credit report
says about you? Most people do not realize that their low
credit score is actually a result of inaccurate information
on their account. By obtaining a copy of your credit
report, you can examine and file a dispute with the three
big credit bureaus and the creditors themselves. This is a
very important to do BEFORE you apply for any new credit
cards or loans.

What if all the charges in your credit report are correct?
Then examining your report will help you see exactly how
much you owe each of your creditors. You can also review
all the payments you already submitted as well as your
existing balances and unpaid dues. Being aware of these
details will help you create your repayment plan more
effectively.

Working on Your Repayment Plan

If your present repayment terms are too difficult for you,
it's best to talk with your creditors and try to negotiate
with them for a lower interest payment or a settlement
amount. Don't be afraid to explain your present financial
situation so your creditor can see why you're having
difficulty in repaying your debts. Ask for a new repayment
plan that will better suit your current financial capacity.

If you're having a hard time creating a budget, consulting
a legitimate credit counseling agency is advisable. A
government accredited credit counseling organization should
be able to help you create a budget plan and a repayment
plan that works.

Guaranteed Approval Credit Cards and Loans

What about guaranteed approval credit cards and loans?
Should you apply for them? If you're in need of a credit
card or loan now, and can not wait to improve your credit,
then there are still options available for you. A bad
credit credit card can be a tool to help you rebuild your
credit. The key is to find a credit card with a reasonable
interest rate. Find one that reports to the three major
credit bureaus so that your credit report can be updated as
you submit your payments.

Finally, be vigilant in keeping up with your payments ,
avoid charging more than you can afford, and always pay on
time.

Say Goodbye to Debt on 2008
The past holidays may have tipped you off your budget- with
all the parties to prepare and all the gifts to give. Are
you ready to face the new year with an excellent credit
standing? Or are you one of those consumers who are having
trouble paying off their credit card charges from their
account?

A telephone survey conducted on December 6-9, 2007 by the
Consumer Reports National Research Center revealed that
only 65% of credit card holders intend to pay off their
balances on the first month of 2008. The rest plan to carry
over balances on their account on to the next two or three
months. This could mean paying for additional interest rate
unless your credit card has a 0% interest offer.

If you've spent a lot during the holidays, what can you do
to take control of your debts and avoid further problems?
Here are some tips to consider:

Transfer your high-rate balances. If you're credit card
doesn't have a 0% interest rate offer, then transfer your
balances to a credit card that does. Usually, the zero
interest rate is an introductory promo that lasts from 6
months to a year depending on the issuer. By transferring
your balances over, you can afford to pay off your dues in
installments without incurring interest.

Don't be content with submitting only the minimum payment.
As you prolong your credit card debts, you increase your
risk of getting stuck to more debts.

Freeze the use of your credit cards. Since you're still
paying for the charges you made over the holidays, fight
the temptation to charge anything new on those cards until
the holiday debt is paid off. Concentrate on bringing your
credit card debt down to $0.

Cut back on your costs. In order to pay off your credit
card balances in full, it may be necessary to cut back on
your spending. Examine your monthly expenses and see
whether it's possible for you to minimize your costs. You
may need to make some sacrifices but if it can help you
bounce back from your debts, then those sacrifices are
definitely worth it.

Check your credit report. It's good to start the year
right. Order a copy of your credit report and make sure
that there were no unauthorized charges made in your
account. Cases of credit card fraud and ID theft are at a
high especially during the holiday seasons so you want to
make sure that you're not one of the unlucky ones who has
been victimized. In case there are incorrect accounts call
your creditors immediately and the three major credit
bureaus to dispute these accounts.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
So you have got the bug and have fallen in love with listening
to audio books. Aren't they just brilliant as you can listen to
them absolutely anywhere, at home, while doing your gym workout
and on the way to and from work. Anyway now that you have become
an audio book disciple the main problem you have to address is
what type and style of player suits your particular lifestyle
and budget.

If you intend to spend most of your listening time in the
comfort of your own home then you could quite easily use the CD
player in your sound system. If you want to listen to audio
books while you are driving in your car then you would be best
off using the in-car CD player.

Some audio book devotees still hold on to old technology and
prefer to listen to their chosen books on the old fashioned
cassette player although these days getting quality audio book
recordings on this medium is becoming much harder.

There is much debate about which is the "best" medium for
listening to your audio books, however, I believe the practical
approach is to look for a player that suits your own individual
requirements and budgets.

An old friend of mine who is one of the earliest devotees to
audio books has a very extensive collection of "vintage" audio
book cassettes and plays them on an equally old cassette audio
book player. Even though there has been many technical
advancements like digital playing devices as well as the newer
audio book formats that can be downloaded online, this friend
much prefers to listen to his audio book recordings in a
cassette format. I suppose that for him its just like people who
still cling to their LP records and resist buying cassettes and
now CD's - as the saying goes 'each to their own' as everyone
has their own preferences.

If you are just starting out on your audio book experiences (or
if it is an important part of your education) then working with
just any player is not going to give you the level of listening
pleasure you are looking for.

Since the introduction of such devices as MP3 players, these
have become the preferred option for the vast majority of audio
book listeners. There is a wide selection of MP3 players to suit
every level of budget. You can choose many different brands,
sizes and styles to fit with your individual requirements. It is
important to note, however, that not all MP3 players can play
audio books to the required optimal specifications of that book.

Some important facts to consider when determining if your MP3
player is suitable to take on the role as your audio book player
include the following:

The MP3's conversion rate: The ideal rate for your MP3 player
should be above 16KB so as to deliver the right clarity of
sound.

The MP3's memory capacity: Here it is crucial that your chosen
player has an adequate amount of Gigabytes. As many audio books
can run for quite a long time, often up to 10 hours, the
complete recording will not fit onto a player with a capacity of
less than 1 Gigabyte.

The MP3's maximum volume: Whilst the level of loudness you
intend to play your audio books at is generally a matter of
preference or tolerance, most MP3 players are unable to play an
audio book at a sound level that is able to compete with outside
noise. MP3 players are great for playing with music where the
nuances are not as delicate as the spoken word. If this is a
problem with your Mp3 audio book player then you should opt to
wearing a covered headphone rather than the ear-plug style.

The MP3's software: When choosing a suitable player you should
consider whether the player's software allows you to go back to
a particular chapter if you suddenly run out of batteries and
the player stops. Also does your player have an organized system
of sorting through an audio book's different chapters.

These are all very important features that your audio book
player should have. A word of warning - ask for a 'test listen'
before buying an audio player and don't forget take an example
audio book with you to test it with rather than a music disk.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Talking about weight loss, many of us thinking about many types
of complicated methods that should be used. Somebody have to
take a lot of ways in order to get slim, for example, use diet
pills, exercise, or even food control. Meanwhile some other
people is doing just one or two method in order to achieve
weight loss success.

However, if you are the one who are thinking about losing
weight, then you have to browse over the internet to see which
type of weight loss that would be perfect and effective. Looking
for some reviews of products you interested in. This is a common
activity that people who want to lose weight will do.

Lose weight by using natural way have become obvious and people
realize about this since not long time ago. After we stick with
the science ways for quite long time (using diet pills,
supplementary nutrition, etc), then we have realised that
natural weight loss has more than benefits, not only helping you
to become slimmer, but also to improve your health to work and
function properly.

This is because when you take natural method, for example if
you can find weight loss pills that made from herbs, ginger for
example, the herbs that you take will also help to improve other
function of the body as one kind of herb generally benefit to
many parts of human organs. Like ginger that helps to improve
blood circulation system, apart from reducing fat from beneath
the skin.

Therefore, this could demonstrate that natural weight loss
should work and effective. This is quite obvious that now this
trend is significantly increasing. Many types of herbs,
especially tropical herbs were test by advanced medical
technology and approved that they are actually work for weight
loss. Then there are many of medical companies and
pharmaceutical companies trying to perform medical research to
get the best solution for herbs or other kind of natural weight
loss.

However, losing weight in natural ways still have disadvantage.
One of the most distinct disadvantage of this method is timing.
As you can see that natural stuff, such as herbs have to get
into body system and perform natural mechanism in natural ways
to cure or get rid of the excessive fat. Then you just can not
expect a kind of "over-night" result.

This could take weeks, months or years to see the complete
efficiency so you have to be patient on this. However, no matter
how long you have to wait for the result, it does not make any
harm to the body at all, because natural stuff will always
benefit to your body, even though it does not make significant
success in terms of weight loss.

Apart from that, natural material to make weight loss
supplement or medicine generally cheaper than other type of
medicine. However, you have to make sure that when consider
using natural ways, you buy or used the products that have been
tested and certified by the authority to ensure that the
supplement or pills that you take are free from negative side
effect.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I am pretty sure that there will be no one argues that the eye
is one of the most important parts of human body. Even though we
still alive if we are lose both of them but it would be really
difficult life. Eyes are not the organ that make human to be
able to see, but also they can be used for other purpose such as
express our feelings, to eyelid are protecting dust or other
material to harm your eyes etc. Therefore, it is become the fact
that we have to protect and maintain condition of the eyes very
seriously.

In general, for many people could have the perception that if
there is no serious condition or accident happened to the eye,
you do not have to do anything with them, and you can live
normally without problem. For the perception line this, I have
to admit that should be a little bit wrong. No matter there is
accident or not, your eyes have to be maintained and we have to
make sure that the entire of visual system is working properly.

Particularly for someone who really need eye extra care such as
the person who has done eye Lasik surgery, which doctor will
normally suggest that during the stage of recovery (after the
operation) patient should not use eye extensively and avoid to
be in the area that has a lot of dust or do not stay in the area
that has strong sunlight. However, this is just the
recommendation from doctor to the patient, but for us, as an
person who do not require any extra treatment, there are also
some guideline that you have to take care of the eyes to make
sure that they are always healthy.

Particularly for the ladies who have to work with cosmetics all
day long, which this group have greater risk and they have to
clean the eye and other facial area everyday. Therefore, the
part of facial area that they have to pay little extra attention
is eyelids. It is basically involve the process of cleaning and
applying moisturizer on to the eyelids, which will make your
eyelids always fresh and you will also feel comfortable. So the
important aspect that you have to focus on is to find the
cleansing and moisturizing cream. The eye-cleansing cream is
very important. This is because of you choose very poor quality
of those, the cosmetics that you have used during the day will
not be 100% removed and when those cosmetics start to accumulate
on your skin, it may cause other disease, or cancer sometimes in
worst case.

However, as we have to admit that medical technology today can
produce many kind of treatment that has mixture of eye cleansing
and moisturizing in the same product. You will be comfortable to
choose this kind of product without worry to look for each type
separately. There are also natural eye treatment methods, which
will use only natural material to produce cleansing cream. If
you are the women who have to work in extensively use of
cosmetics, you must now think about using this kind of products.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Psychic reading may not be the new thing, you may have hears
about it quite long time ago, but definitely I am sure that many
people still have no idea about what is it and how it could
benefit to our life. I would like to introduce first about
psychic reading about that these words actually means. Psychic
reading is a kind of superstitious ability or skills that unable
someone to be able to know what is going to happened in the
future. The term "psychic reading" then includes many types of
fortune telling for example Tarot reading or Palm Reading. These
are the most psychic reading that people usually do and a lot of
psychic reading masters are also focus of these types.

The following article gibes you some general ideas on how to
find an ideal reader to predict fortune for you. In most case,
even though there are Tarot and Palm reading that are the most
popular type, but there are some other types that can be used
occasionally such as distant reading, which means you don't
actually have to meet the reader but just do it by telephone
call or internet conference. What you have to give to the reader
is about your birth date, age, astrological year and/or other
personal information. This method generally be used for
horoscope which is the reader will predicts for everyone who has
the same information. We can see this type of psychic reading on
daily or weekly publication or on the internet horoscope.

Now let me take you back to the issue on how to choose grate
psychic reading. This could apply to the method that you have to
actually meet the reader such as tarot reading and palm reading.
The first step of finding psychic reader is not quite an easy
job. This is because you may find him or her but how to ensure
that the reader has skill or psychic reading ability to ensure
that you will get accurate prediction.

You may find the name list of reputable readers but it is not
just randomly pick one of them from the name list. The most
important thing you have to do is to find feedback and review
from any body who used the service of particular reader. This
may sound a bit strange to you that you might find difficult to
find reference, but if you are interested to get the service
from master who are very well-known, it should be much easier to
find because he/she already has a lot of customer.

However, as you can see that now many of psychic readers are
also providing service on the website. Therefore, it means that
all types of psychic reading can be performed online, you can
have palm reading or tarot reading by video or webcam
conference, just sitting at home and fortune teller will connect

Find out the truth about Home Based Business Network Marketing
and see if it's right for you at this time. Please read our
unbiased review of Home Based Business Network Marketing.

Today, due to the fact that more and more business are seeing
their employees as highly expendable, renewable commodities,
many people are opting to leave big business entirely and strike
out on their own, and one of the things that is helping do this
is the emergence of home based business network marketing.

Home based business network marketing is a way for people to
work on their own, independent of most conventional types of
management, and despite the risks, more and more people are
taking the plunge every year. Take a look at what makes this
opportunity so popular.

One of the big things that makes home based business network
marketing so attractive is the ability to set a schedule.
Although the majority of the world around us is set to a 9-5,
Monday through Friday schedule, there are many people, who, for
various reasons, work better on other schedules. Maybe you are a
night owl, or maybe you want to be there when your children come
home from school. Many at home networking opportunities let you
work on your own timetable, something that is quite attractive.

Another reason that home based business network marketing has
become so popular is because a lot of the grunt wok of starting
up a business has already been done for you. You don't need to
work on and develop a product or spend time testing it and
getting together a target audience.

All of this has already been done, and for the most part, all
you need to do is to create a network and start selling. This is
work where there is not much call for innovation, and it is a
great way to build up momentum and experience for your own
projects.

You'll also find that home based business network marketing are
popular among people who have not abandoned the world of big
business just yet. While still working their day jobs, they
often add network marketing to the side, something that allows
them to save money while still staying at home. Because this
opportunity works according to their schedules, this makes
working a great deal more simple and convenient.

This is also perfect for moms and dads who have small
children, becuase they can stay at home and raise there kids and
still make a really good living. This is one of the perks of the
business that alot of mom's are so excited about. For this to
work out right you will need a private room that you can go into
to make your phone calls and conduct your business duties.

If you are in a position to see what home based business
network marketing has to offer, there's plenty of good
information out there to get you started. Take a look around and
see why so many people have decided to see what this field has
to offer!

Securely Loved

If you have a biological child, that child is your literal blood
lineage. They may become your pride and joy, or even your worst
nightmare. But, they are still your child.

You can given them up for adoption, disinherit them, otherwise
disown them, and never see or speak to them again. But, nothing
can erase that blood lineage; not even a transfusion. Your child
could be of a saintly sort, a mass murderer, or anywhere
in-between. But, no matter what might separate you from them (no
matter the type of hell they choose to live in, no matter how
they disgrace you) that blood lineage can not be erased.

You can choose 'not to be' a party to their waywardness. You can
let them make their own choices, and either suffer or be blessed
as a result. You can chastise them. You can cry and scream in
your wrath. You can thunder down on them and even let them die in
their sins. But, you cannot erase that blood lineage.

God created man ... and all of you are children of the most High.
Psalm 82:6 Do we really believe God could stop loving us, that He
created man more righteous than He?

Art thou not from everlasting, O Lord my God, mine Holy One? We
shall not die. O Lord, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and,
O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction. Habakkuk
1:12

Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also
shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge
the people righteously. Psalm 96:10 And this is life eternal,
that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ,
whom thou hast sent. John 17:3

All of you are children of the most High.

The Greatest Bottleneck in Your MLM Business (and How to Avoid It)
Let's face it. In the traditional prospecting equation
there's always one major bottle neck...YOU.

No matter how good you are at prospecting and recruiting
for your business or how bad you are at it (and I've been
there before), your personal results are always tied to how
many prospects you speak with and how many people you sign
up and how many times you made an exposure that day.

Unfortunately, most companies only teach you the
"traditional" way which relies on still, to some degree,
trading time for results.

True, you have duplication in your team — and that's
always something to be put in place — but you should
not be relying on your team to provide all of your profits.
It's always dangerous to put your income 100% in the hands
of someone else, regardless of what industry or business
you're in.

That's why for years, I've been teaching direct
response-based prospecting strategies that put you in the
driver's seat. Strategies that allow you to truly leverage
and profit from the work that you do just one time (read:
autopilot).

With solid marketing techniques like sales letters and good
copywriting, you remove yourself from the equation. You can
ratchet up your leads, prospects, recruits and sales
practically anytime you want.

Copywriting is hands-down the most critical marketing skill
you'll ever learn. It's a powerful, powerful skill.

And once you master it, you can literally write your own
ticket. (Personally, I've sold well over a million dollars
in just the last few years alone with sales copy.)

Another reason copy is important for you and your business
is because 99% of the companies out there provide crappy
copy and marketing pieces. All of their tools focus on
pretty, flashy presentations. Their websites have 17
different things on it that aren't focused and confuse your
prospects. And the tools are just all over the place
because they're not focused on *good* copywriting, which is
essentially good salesmanship.

So what's the most important thing copywriting gives you?

In a word, leverage.

Now let's think about it. A sales letter is the most
powerful master prospector you could ever hire. For about
the price of a cup of coffee (or really just the cost of
turning on your computer if you're using email and doing it
online), it will relentlessly go out and deliver your
message perfectly every time.

It's never going to call in sick. It's never going to
complain. It will never quit on you or go into the witness
protection program like a lot of people in downlines like
to do.

Simply put, a powerful sales letter is like having a little
automatic money-making robot working for you tirelessly,
day and night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Plus, there's no rejection. You don't ever have to feel
silly or dumb because sales letters will go out and
recruit, sell and do all the talking for you 24 hours a day.

And a good piece of copy is specifically designed to
uncover the exact people that are interested in your
prospects, your services, your opportunity. You're never
going to have to talk to anyone who's not interested again.

In fact, when someone says "no" to your copywriting, you
don't have to ever know that; they didn't say "no" to your
face. You weren't even talking to them because the sales
copy was doing the work! (Wouldn't you rather talk to hot
interested prospects who all called you and raised their
hands, instead of dealing with time-wasters?)

Plus, using copy puts you back in the driver's seat.

It's important for everybody to know that you don't own
anything in network marketing. You're basically still
working for another company, just on your own terms and
schedule...

You don't own the company, you don't own the downline, you
don't own the marketing materials, you don't own the
products, you don't own the services, you don't own the
websites, you don't have any assets at the end of the day,
so if something happens, you don't have any wealth building
assets under your control.

So it's important that you have marketing pieces and
marketing systems to deliver prospects to you that are
under your control (like copywriting does) because that's
when your wealth and your income become stable.

If your company disappears tomorrow or the FCC doesn't like
their marketing or God forbid some Jack Bauer 24-style
moment happens to you and you can't go out and prospect
anymore...if you have systems like this in place, then
you're going to be in a position that's much more powerful
and much more stable.

Now if you're skeptical about this working in your
business, here's your answer: You would not be here right
now reading this if sales copy did not work. Truth be told,
everything that you saw to get you to this point right now
was all good copywriting online.

And when you start using this tool in your network
marketing business, prospects will literally start raising
their hands, wanting what you have...without you even being
there!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Talking about intimacy in the relationship is a rather touchy
subject since you have to know when the time is right to bring
up the topic of safe sex in a relationship. The time to talk
about safe sex in the relationship could be in the first week,
it could be after the first 3 months of dating; it all depends
on when you get through the "still getting to know you" phase.

Some people think you should consider talking about safe sex
before two people have had a chance to get to know each other
too well. That way, you can discuss the issue before it can pose
a problem or change the whole course of the relationship. Many
relationships have fallen apart if the intimacy was rushed too
soon. Slow down and discuss safe sex options with your partner;
in this day and age you can't afford to have that "So, what kind
of birth control do you use?" kind of discussion after sexual
activity has already started.

Using birth control is the difference between playing it safe
and being sorry later; and possibly catching something you can't
get rid of. Not enough of these chats about safe sex and birth
control happen in relationships since many people don't feel
comfortable with the person they're intimate with in a dating
relationship.

The ideal way to approach the subject of safe sex and birth
control is to do it after you've gotten to know each other's
comfort zones and approach the topic of discussion when you feel
that you've reached a point in the area of the relationship to
talk about intimate topics. Perhaps, just before you start
fooling around. Discussing things like sexually transmitted
diseases can be an uncomfortable topic to talk about especially
for some who don't feel comfortable disclosing to their
potential partner about their checkered past sexually.

There are topics in a relationship that are not easy to talk
about and part of that falls in line with effective
communication because this is where you begin to build the
honesty and trust in a relationship; when you're able to talk
about sensitive subject details like sexually transmitted
diseases, safe sex options and birth control.

Some couples don't really know how to effectively discuss the
details of intimacy in their relationship because sometimes
they're afraid to ask the other if they've had diseases or one
too many multiple partners. When you can't discuss your feelings
about intimacy in a relationship you don't have a relationship
to begin with. With most consenting adults they should be able
to sit down and have a rational conversation with each other
about intimacy and safe sex in their relationships.

Oftentimes age is also a factor. The younger teenage crowd may
not be mature enough to discuss safe sex and birth control in
their relationship especially when they're young and
inexperienced in understanding sex in a mature adult
relationship.

Experience does help when discussing safe sex in a relationship
because that gives your potential partner some idea that you
have been intimate before to relate to what is being discussed.
That's why it's more plausible for adults to be discussing safe
sex and birth control in a relationship more than someone who's
younger, because as you grow up, you have some idea of what
being in an adult relationship is like.

Relationship experts explain that safe sex and birth control
can be difficult subjects for some people to talk about, yet it
gets easier to open up once you've become comfortable at your
own pace to discuss these sort of topics in your relationship.

If you know what you believe and have it in you to communicate
your words of wisdom then you will be one of the few that are
able to share this with the rest of the world. Your ideas may
serve others by motivating them to improve their lives. It's a
true statement that motivation quotes are what drive others to
excel and improve. Furthermore, since they can be shared by
everyone who reads them they have almost a universal appeal. To
read more about this . . .

Many of the great thinkers in human history have sprouted many
words of wisdom that have become great quotes. There have also
been well known personalities from different walks of life that
have also contributed their thoughts in this regard. Its usually
just a matter of finding something positive about your present
place in life.

Needed Inspiration Provided

These sayings can be of many kinds. These proverbs can be in
the form of witticisms, humor, statements of friendship and
love. Whatever the means be, these are just employed to motivate
others and will always end up providing the encouragement for
those who are seeking self-improvement. This is especially true
when and individual finds themselves in situations where things
just don't ever seem to go right. Without a doubt these phrases
help to not only motivate other people but to excite and inspire
them. They generally are very powerful because they diminish
negativity and lead to situational improvement.

When it comes to using these quotations you can be sure they
will provide you with encouragement and help you be more focused
towards your objectives. They are also a great way to remain
committed to achieving your goals. A lot of these quotes will
drive you and compel you to taking positive action inside and
outside of your self. In fact a daily dose of such could be said
to strengthen your mental processes, positive beliefs, and have
a positive impact in your daily living. Of course this is simply
saying that such a change of habit will lead to desirable
changes in your attitude and also in your daily routine.

In fact if you are able to give yourself a daily "dose" of
reading or listening to motivational quotes you will find it a
lot easier to maintain a positive bias and be able to perform at
a heightened level of achievement. These quotes have been found
to help in improving employee productivity and well-being. Other
benefits including improving one's financial position and
improving self-esteem.

Conclusion

Make no mistake about the generally accepted fact that it it
has been accepted as fact that people who habitually use
motivational quotes have improved almost every area of their
state of affairs. Of course not as some silver bullet but by
changing their habitual ways of thinking they have changed their
habitual ways of acting. Give yourself a consistent 21 day diet
of such statements and see if you have the same outcomes. If it
has worked for so many others then using motivational sayings
will in all probability work for you!

The 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster was developed from
the beginning alongside the "V8 Vantage Coupe" which was first
launched back in 2005, whereas the roadster was later presented
on the 29th, November 2006 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The
Roadster was praised by the critics as an exciting driving
experience, which would entice your senses by just the slightest
maneuver or touch. The V8 Vantage Roadster gives something
formidable and exciting to the sportscar, as the car possess the
right blending of technological innovation, engineering
prestige, and physical magnificence.

The V8 Vantage's bodywork is exquisitely balanced with a low
efficient carriage, embodying Aston Martin's styling cues. The 2
seater Roadster has a soft-top convertible roof, and a "heated
back screen". The body consists of a particular combination of
elements such as the unrivaled Aston Martin, "bonded aluminum
Vertical Horizontal (VH) architecture", composite, magnesium
alloy body, aluminum alloy, and steel. The "bonded aluminum VH"
physics is the utmost backbone to all neoteric Aston Martin
designs, concepts, and creations. The car maintains a high level
of stiffness and a lower weight, being one of the leanest cars
in its bracket at 1710kgs.

The dimensions of the car are a width of 1865mm; a length of
4380mm; a wheel-base of 2600mm; and a height of 1265mm. The
engine is an "Aston Martin all alloy", "quad overhead cam
shaft", "32 valve, 4.3 litre V8" with a "fully catalyzed,
stainless steel exhaust with active bypass valves", and "dry
sump lubrication system". The resultant maximum power of the
engine is "380bhp (283kW) at 7000rpm" with a maximum torque of

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It's really not hard to see why lower back tattoos have become
so very well-liked over the years. On a woman's body there are a
few places that can be thought of as sensual. Though this varies
from culture to culture, most consider the sensitive areas to be
the nape of the neck and the infamous lower back.

Although women have numerous areas for tattoos, the lower back
is one of the most erotic and sensual areas they can get
tattooed. Lower back tattoos are easy to cover up as well, which
is great for those who aren't allowed to wear tattoos at their
workplace. Unlike other areas of the body, the lower back is
utterly covered up by a shirt. With the lower back you only show
the tattoo off when you want to.

The ease to show or hide lower back tattoos has helped to
intensify it's popularity, also as the desire, or sensuality. As
long as a woman tells someone, especially a man, that she has a
lower back tattoo the mind commonly wanders. Lower back tattoos
bring forth a sensual and tantalizing appeal.

As a rule, these tattoos are done around the waist line. Whilst
part of it may be hidden by a women's swimming suit there may
very well be a component of it showing too. For lovers, a lower
back tattoo can be very sensual and sexual, a secret that is
shared just between the two.

The assorted designs and shape of the tattoo will very often
enhance both the look and the appeal of the complete lower back
area. The set up of the tattoo is conventionally a small and
shallow curvature that enables it to fit perfectly to the curves
of the female back and natural curves of her hips. The lower
back tattoo helps to accentuate a breathtaking component of the
female anatomy and enhance an area that is well known for its
sensuality.

Well-liked designs for lower back tattoos embody flowers,
vines, and stars. Winged creature designs work really well as
the wings of the monster can stretch his wings across the whole
lower back region. Angels, dragonflies, and birds also appear to
enhance the lower back area really well. You can add natural
designs to the creatures too, including plants and flowers. The
lower back is a great area for tattoos giving you an unlimited
possibility to use your imagination.

Though there are a lot of options and designs accessible, you
should usually choose one that you can appreciate for the rest
of your life. You ought to always give thought to a design, and
not pick something because it's appealing at the time. Instead,
you had better look into the thought and meaning of the tattoo
and decide if it's something you can see yourself with for life.
The meaning behind a tattoo is significant, both recently and
later on in life. While you check out designs, you should always
pick the one that literally calls out to you.

Before you decide to get a lower back tattoo, you should always
check out numerous designs first and foremost, and then choose
the best one for you. If you can't find an outline that you
like, you can always have an expert tattoo artist create one for
you. This way, you can carry a tattoo detail created for what
you desire. Although a custom outline may cost a bit more
initially it's truly worth it if you want a distinctive and
creative design detail that enhances the look of your lower back
tattoos.

tattoo designs plastered around the walls. Now I have my own

Bad Credit Credit Cards: How to Use Them
If you've had trouble with credit in the past, it can be
difficult to find lenders who will issue you more credit.
This is not the case with bad credit credit cards. These
cards are specifically designed for those who need to
rebuild their credit rating. If you make the right moves, a
bad credit credit card can be your ticket out of credit
problems. Here's how.

Select a Bad Credit Credit Card

Many credit card websites dedicate a specific section to
bad credit credit cards. While all of these cards are made
for those with a low credit score, their features and fees
vary greatly. Before applying, look carefully through your
options. Note the start-up and annual fees that come with
the card. Also check the interest rate. Credit limits
differ from card to card. Some cards, called secured cards,
require you to set up an account and make a deposit before
using the card. Others are unsecured, meaning you do not
have to put money in an account before swiping the card.
Weigh your different options, and choose the card that will
help you get your credit back.

Spend Wisely

Once you have the bad credit credit card in your wallet,
don't use it for every purchase. Plan out how you will use
the card. Consider making a small purchase, such as filling
up for gas or grabbing lunch. After you use the card once,
pay off the balance. Then use it for another item. Make
smart purchases that you can pay off in just a month. Then
make sure that your payments are made on time. Do not max
out the credit card.

Establish Good Credit

Many bad credit credit cards report to major credit bureaus
each month. This means that if you are paying your bills on
time, others will notice. As the months go by, your wise
use of credit will be reflected in your credit report.

In addition to paying bills on time, keep just one credit
card account if possible. It will be easier to maintain,
and will help your credit score increase quickly. To check
your progress, you can request a free credit report once a
year.

Think Long-Term Some items on your credit report will be
there for a long time. If you have filed for bankruptcy,
for example, it can stay on your report for ten years.
Don't let the timeframes get you down. By consistently
making on-time payments and staying within your credit
limits, you will see a change in your credit score.

As your credit rating inches up, you'll be able to apply
for a regular credit card. These usually include more
benefits than bad credit credit cards, and sometimes have a
lower interest rate. Continue to use the new card like the
bad credit credit card. Do not spend more than you can pay
off quickly. Eventually, you will be ready to apply for
more forms of credit.

Your bad credit credit card may seem more expensive than
others. And it some ways, it is. But it is also your first
step toward better credit. As you make on-time payments and
stay within the credit limits, you'll learn to manage
credit better. This will help you make smart financial
choices in the future.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Never mistake vintage costume jewelry with the cheap
reproduction jewelry you see in most malls and department
stores. In fact, vintage costume necklaces, bracelets, and other
pieces were originally purchased by American soldiers in French
boutiques, and brought home after the First World War. Trifari,
Coro, and dozens of American manufacturers soon began producing
the designs and pieces that have turned into some of the most
prized collectibles on the vintage market today.

Unlike the fashion jewelry produced and sold today, vintage
pieces have dramatically appreciated in value over the years and
are expected to continue doing so in the future. Buying low and
selling high is very possible in the world of vintage jewelry
collecting, but identifying the most profitable pieces is an art
all of its own. Investors need to look at five main areas to
assess value of a vintage piece of costume jewelry:

Demand
Market Supply
Craftsmanship
Design
Condition

From basic economics we know that higher demand will lead to
greater price points, and ultimately raise profits for the
investor. Signed vintage necklaces, brooches, and earrings by
Miriam Haskell are currently the hot items in the costume
jewelry market, but being able to identify the valuable items
from the pretty imitators is what separates the successful
collectors from the mere hobbyist. Remember, the most popular
designs are not necessarily the prettiest or most unique but
they will tend to be more profitable to collect.

So why do people like some pieces but not others? Novice
collectors tend to focus exclusively on signed pieces, but often
the unsigned, well-designed pieces prove to be the most
profitable to collect. In truth, the vast majority of vintage
costume pieces are actually unsigned. Simply knowing what makes
a stunning design unique can help you identify the unsigned
pieces and optimize profits. The exceptional quality of jewelry
designs from companies like Hollycraft and Bergere make unsigned
pieces from these companies both easy to recognize and very
profitable to collect.

The type and quality of gemstones used is typically the most
relevant factor to the price of a vintage piece of costume
jewelry. The majority of vintage costume pieces are indeed made
with relatively inexpensive semi-precious materials, but
seasoned collectors know that a few companies went all out and
only used exceptionally high quality gemstones in their jewelry.
Try locating pieces from companies like Eisenberg or Bogoff as
they almost always used the best stones possible. Other
designers who have excellent craftsmanship and design with great
potential to buy low and sell high include Kramer, Danecraft,
and Trifari.

Last but certainly not least, the condition of the jewelry
plays a critical role in its value. With some pieces nearing 100
years old, it is quite common to find vintage jewelry showing
significant signs of wear including scratches, peeling,
discoloration, and even missing stones. But while some degree of
wear is expected, it is not the only factor that determines
price. Collecting vintage costume pieces is still a very
profitable venture for anyone knowing how to identify the truly
profitable pieces.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It seems like every day, there is another news story about
someone who made millions on the Internet. Whether they started
their own business, invested wisely in Internet businesses, or
simply capitalized on someone else's ideas, there are more
Internet millionaires popping up all over the world.

However, as often as you hear success stories, you hear about
someone who was taken in by the unscrupulous practices of
Internet businesses which claim to offer independent wealth, but
more often just lead to financial hardship. These false business
opportunities prey on parents who want to work at home to be
with their children, disabled people who can't leave the house,
and all kinds of other workers who are just looking for a
genuine opportunity to make some extra money.

If you have ever wanted to dive into the world of Internet
business but are afraid of falling victim to a scam, you're wise
to be wary. However, you will be pleased to know that there are
still plenty of valid and lucrative Internet businesses
available; you just have to know how to weed out the bad and
find the good.

Start Simple

When you begin looking for legitimate Internet businesses to
make extra money, it may be helpful to start off by working for
an already-established company. There are many industries that
support telecommuting for some employees as a way to cut down on
their overhead costs. You can find work as a Transcriptionist,
Hotel Reservations Agent, or Customer Service Agent all from the
comfort of your own home. Another way to find a well-established
Internet business is through Affiliate programs that are members
of the Better Business Bureau. Programs like SFI (Strong Future
International) which has been a member of the Better Business
Bureau, with a good standing since 1985 is one example.

Do What You Do Best

If you are ready to strike out on your own and open your own
business, deciding on what type of business can be the hardest
part. The best way to make money with Internet businesses is to
do what comes naturally to you. If you aren't a natural
salesperson, having a business that requires you to do a lot of
talking and convincing probably won't work out well for you.
When you are looking for an Internet business that you can run
from home, look for those that tie in with your natural
abilities.

If you are a natural artist with a background in graphic
design, you can market your talent to other Internet businesses
who need logos or websites designed. If you are a talented
writer, there are many opportunities for Internet businesses
that provide marketing material and website content for other
companies. Remember: if you can't find an opportunity that
already exists, make one. Be a pioneer.

Rule of Thumb

If you would prefer to be an independent contractor or
franchisee for an established Internet business, opportunities
abound on the Internet. You should be wary of quite a few of
them, however.

You have undoubtedly heard this one before: if you have to pay
for a business opportunity, it's a scam. You should never have
to pay a company for the privilege of working for them. While
this is true about 99% of the time, there are exceptions to
every rule. The most notable exceptions are sites where you list
your resume or bid on jobs that other Internet businesses need
done on a freelance basis. You may be required to pay a monthly
fee in order for the site to host your contact information.

Follow Your Gut Feeling

If you are looking at a website that promises you can start
running an Internet business and begin making six figures within
a month, you can be reasonably sure that it's a scam. Look out
for any outrageous claims or vague explanations. You should be
allowed to ask questions and get legitimate, believable answers
from these Internet businesses. If you don't, you know it's time
to walk away.

There are many legitimate Internet businesses out there, but
you have to learn how to spot a scam and be tough enough to walk
away when something just doesn't feel right. If you are patient
and know what you want to achieve, you'll be able to find an
Internet business that fits with your life and allows you to do
what you love.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I was introduced to a real stress-reliever while in Thailand; a
most amazing practice, and one that all new expats come to love.
It was the wonderful Thai massage. It is usually performed by
strong young girls, however I did notice a few males in the
trade. One hour of this relaxing massage and most women would be
able to negotiate with a terrorist. What a warm and
muscle-stimulating practice it is — for most people. I have a
problem with pain. I admit it. I have no tolerance for pain and
don't try to hide it.

After a few trips to the massage parlors around town, I'd
earned a reputation as Madame Ow-Ow. The tiny massage girls all
seemed to be amazed that I could be so sensitive. As soon as I
appeared in the waiting room, I'd hear the giggles start. Fine,
giggle all you want — just don't hurt my body. Like it or not,
they had to use a little less muscle with me. One of the little
power-houses literally left her fingerprints on my arms and legs
in the form of purple circles. I warned her about my condition
before she started on me; in fact, I showed her some old bruises
that the last girl had left on my rump. She obviously had no
clue why I was pointing to four round dots on my butt, but as
was the norm in this land of smiles, she giggled and began
leaving her own marks. Giggling I later learned, can also be the
Thai way of hiding embarrassment. Bruises or no, I kept going
back — possibly because it felt so good when they stopped. Okay,
I admit it, I'm a masochist.

Seeing all the massage parlors in town brought back memories of
an earlier visit to Thailand. I had to laugh as I remembered
being introduced to the words: "Physical Massage." It was in the
70s and we were expats living in Iran. My husband, feeling we
had earned this treat just by living in that hotbed, had
surprised us with a week of R&R at Pattaya Beach. On our first
day there we decided to let the kids enjoy the pool while we
read and soaked up the sun. We were half asleep when my youngest
son, about ten years old at the time, came running up to us.
"Dad! Can I have ten bucks?"

"Whaa for?" my half-asleep husband asked.

"That lady over there said to bring ten bucks and she'd give me
a good massage."

At these not so soft-spoken words, we both sat up — as well as
most of the people around the pool — and looked in the direction
my son pointed. And there she was, a beautiful Thai girl who
looked to be no more than sixteen, standing in her shimmering
red gown, leaning seductively against the massage parlor door,
smiling the sweet Thai smile and motioning for my son to come to
her.

"Uh, I think not, son," I said.

"But, why?" he whined in his usual "you love her more than me"
voice while pointing to his sister. "You give her money all the
time. Can't I just have ten bucks?"

Honey," I whispered, "she's not a nice lady. She'll take your
money and God knows what she'll do to you. Besides, massages are
for grown-ups. Wait until you're older, then you can pay for
it."

"Paaaleeez," he cried plaintively.

By now the male population around the pool was sitting upright,
awaiting our decision.

"No! And that's final," said my husband in a not-so-final
voice. This was not the answer my son wanted to hear. He was the
kind of kid who never would accept the word "No" and could argue
you to the ground until you cried "Uncle!"

"She said it was good for me," he yelled in his outdoor voice.
"How could she hurt me, Mom? Dad could go along with me to make
sure I got my ten bucks' worth."

"No." I said, this time in my outdoor voice. "No more talk of
massages." I turned to my husband for reinforcement, but he was
busy putting a bookmark in his novel. "Go back to sleep," I
said, "you're not going anywhere either."

One of the best massages I found was in an old run-down home
outside of town. The Hilton Hotel Spa it was not, but you soon
overlooked the lack of fluff for the wonderful treatment you
received. The house was over 100 years old, with cracked
windows, torn curtains, sagging sills, patches of linoleum
missing here and there, and a musty smell that permeated the
whole environment. The interior walls in the center of the house
had been removed and the space had been converted to a large
dormitory-type room, with mats laid out side-by-side on the
floor. Much to my discomfort, air conditioning (or air-con as
the Thais say) was sadly absent in this old house. The AC
phenomenon was introduced to Thailand with the advent of the
farangs invading their land. The Thais don't seem to feel the
heat as the farangs do. When the temperature drops to
eighty-five degrees, it might move them to put on a sweater.

Now, I could handle everything else in this place, but when the
weather was at its worst, the massage room became one huge sauna
and bordered on feral. I tried to get there early before it
became too warm. Warm, as in 100 degrees F. The place lacked the
niceties of Muzak and ambiance, but it was home to some
wonderful girls.

The Blind Student Massage School, appropriately named, was home
to young girls who were clinically blind, but who gave wonderful
massages. The girls were mainly from poor villages where their
parents were unable to get help for them. They were brought to
Bangkok by Good Samaritans and schooled in the art of Thai
massage. Once trained, they were sent to Pattaya and other towns
to live with their benefactors, working to earn their keep. The
Thai couple who owned this establishment gave the girls a home
to live in, in exchange for their massage work and a small
salary. They did very well on their tips and always thanked us
profusely. We did wonder how they knew how much we tipped.

The routine went something like this: After check-in, you were
given a towel and a pair of cotton PJs — designed to fit a
ten-year-old — then escorted to individual vapor steam rooms the
size of a small shower, with a bench seat for snoozing. After
disrobing, you'd be saturated in wonderful mystical aromas of
incense, eucalyptus steam and various other herbal delights. It
took me five minutes of this heaven before I would doze off and
dream I was Eve, lolling about the Garden in my birthday suit.
When you'd yell "Uncle" they'd scoop you out of the shower, help
you on with your PJs, and lead you to the massage room and the
assigned mat on the floor. What joy! You were clean, warm,
snugly, and then the fun began.

The girls would first try to identify you — a game they all
played with giggles and excitement. They'd begin by running
their sensitive little fingers over your face and downward. By
the time they reached your legs they could identify you. Of
course, with me, as soon as I uttered "Ow-Ow" I was caught, and
had to listen to a chorus of giggles wafting through the room. I
still think it was unfair; when they couldn't immediately
identify me, they'd give a pinch to hear my Ow-Ow.

After one hour of this heaven you were escorted to the co-ed
shower room where you'd find the usual male opportunists —
showering, changing clothes, urinating, or sitting and watching
you do the same. At first it was difficult, but over time I
would envision myself as Raquel Welsh — loin cloth and all — and
didn't feel quite as modest.

At this same establishment they offered haircuts, facials,
manicures and pedicures — I asked for the sighted girls for
these jobs —'all for less than ten dollars. If you came in for a
wash, you were put on what looked like a hospital gurney and
rolled to the shampoo bowl. The first time I experienced this I
was a tad apprehensive. Okay, where's the operating room? But it
turned out to be another treat for the pampered farang. They had
a very inventive way of preparing you for the shampoo by
slipping one end of a rubber tray under your neck, while the
other end drained into the shampoo bowl. Why don't we have this
technique stateside? What a simple concept: the water doesn't
drain down your neck, leaving a soggy blouse; no wet towels to
deal with, and no concrete slab for your arthritic neck to
balance on. You're in a lying position and soon you're fast
asleep.

Along with these wonderful shampoos would come a head massage,
neck and scalp massage, and anything else you wanted massaged.
The shampoo was something all the expat ladies looked forward
to; three washes, three rinses, and a twenty-minute head and
neck massage.

Other pleasures to the senses were the trips that many of the
ladies took to Bangkok for beauty treatments. The salon offered
massages, hair and nail services, and pedicures. It was heaven
to spend the day being pampered. If you were in a hurry it was
the best place to go. To gain entrance you had to ring a buzzer,
wherein the manager would greet you at the door and ask you
three questions: (1) Are you in a hurry? (2) What services do
you want? And (3) Whom would you like to have work on you? If
the answer to number one was in the affirmative, the manager
would assign as many girls to you as you had appendages; one
girl for each hand for manicures, one girl for each foot for
pedicures, one girl for cutting, curling and blow drying your
hair. Watching all these girls working on me, I felt I was being
prepared for a Thai barbecue.

It was marvelous if you needed to be in and out quickly, but
made it quite difficult to read a book.

Bone Basics:

• At least 25 million Americans have osteoporosis.
• Another 34 million have bone density low enough to increase
their risk of fractures.
• One third of all menopausal women have osteoporosis.
• One half of the women over the age of 65 have osteoporosis.
• By age 75, 89% of women have osteoporosis.
• Eighteen percent of women age 25-34 already have low bone
density.
• One in two postmenopausal women will break a bone as a result
of low bone density.
• One in five men over the age of 65 will break a bone as a
result of low bone density.
• Almost all cases of Osteoporosis could have been prevented!

Osteoporosis – weak, porous, fragile bones – affects millions
of people worldwide. Though the effects of osteoporosis are seen
in mostly older people, the condition develops over a lifetime.
Most people think of bones as strong, permanent structures but
the truth is bone tissues are constantly being removed and
added. Until a person is about twenty five, new bone cells are
added faster than old bone cells are removed, so the bones can
become larger and denser. After thirty-five, bone is lost faster
than it's added. The good new is decades of research have shown
that there is lots you can do not only to slow bone loss, but
actually increase bone density well into your 70's, 80's and
even 90's. It is never too late.

The damaging affects of osteoporosis are seen in a person's
posture. And a person's lifelong posture very much affects and
accelerates the damage done to bones by osteoporosis. A chicken
and egg scenario is set. Ever caught your own reflection in a
window or mirror to see that your head hangs too far forward off
your shoulders or that your upper back is curving forward? This
means your spinal curves are too exaggerated and that your
posture is not what it could be. Now add to that the possibility
that your bones are becoming thinner and weaker whether from
poor nutritional habits and/or lack of weight bearing and
strengthening exercises. Your posture will get worse because
your upper body will slump forward even more.

Some of the first bones to thin out are the spinal bones, the
vertebrae – especially the ones your ribs connect to. As the
upper body slumps forward, abnormal pressure is put on the front
part of the vertebrae. If they are thinning out, they begin to
crumble and fracture under the weight. This causes even greater
slumping and more pressure, etc. and the vicious cycle continues
and worsens. You can stop this from happening by becoming aware
of your posture and by doing counteractive strengthening
exercises. All of the tips, techniques, and exercises in the
book and companion DVD titled Posture, Get It Straight! will
help you stop the rounding over that occurs as you age, and will
help take pressure off spinal bones You will also need to stop
the bone loss and regain bone mass by doing all the proactive
things that will stop the loss and instead make your bones
stronger.

There are three ways to keep your bones strong: diet, weight
bearing exercise, and strengthening exercise.

At every age, calcium is essential for strong bones, because it
increases the density of the bones. We need at least 1,000
milligrams of calcium each day. Every day that you do not
consume enough calcium in your diet, your body has no choice but
to take calcium from your bones, making your bones weaker and
weaker year after year. Government statistics say 75% of
American get less than half the amount of calcium they need from
their diet. This means 75% of us should be taking a calcium
supplement. The forms of calcium shown to be better absorbed by
the human body are calcium glycinate, citrate or malate. Make
sure you split your dose. Do not take more than 500 mgs. at one
time as the body can only absorb so much at one time and then
will excrete the rest.

We need about 500 milligrams of magnesium every day to help
promote strong bones. Calcium is the mineral that fill in bones
and makes them dense. Magnesium is the mineral that strengthens
the underlying structure of bone, the bone matrix. We need
calcium for dense bones but magnesium for strong bones. The
foods that contain magnesium are beans, very dark greens, whole
grains, nuts and seeds. If you need to buy a magnesium
supplement, look for glycinate, citrate, or malate. Don't take
more than 250 mgs. at one time.

Vitamin D is needed to absorb both calcium and magnesium. It
causes your body to produce the protein carriers that come and
pick up those minerals from your gut to bring to your cells. The
current Recommended Daily Requirement is 400 I.U.'s. There is
lots of research underway that is suggesting that the dose
should be higher, more like 800 I.U.'s each day. If you have
enough vitamin A present in your system, fifteen minutes of
sunlight a day on your skin causes you to produce your own
vitamin D.

Studies done at the University of Minnesota have shown that 3
hours of weight bearing exercise each week can decrease bone
loss by as much as 75%. Weight bearing exercise is any exercise
where gravity is loading your spine. You need to be on your feet
and moving: walking, dancing, aerobics, stair climbing, etc.

Strengthening exercises also can help increase bone density.
All muscles have tendons that insert into bone. Anytime you
contract a muscle, the tendon pulls on the bone and that sends
signals to your brain, telling your brains to send minerals to
that bone. When you keep your muscles strong, you keep your
bones strong as well.

How To Make Decisions Without Fear
Lately, when I talk to people, many of them express a sense
that they are facing major, life-defining crossroads. I am
feeling it myself. For one person it may involve taking
their business to another level, for another it may mean
leaving a job that no longer works. For others, that
life-defining moment is on a personal level: finding the
courage to break free from addiction, leave a relationship
or reclaim their health.

Something deeper in you is being called forth at the
crossroads of life's journey and once you answer the call,
you know that life will not be the same.

At the initial stage of a life-defining crossroads, you may
be unsure about how to proceed. Inspired guidance has not
yet come forth and you may feel as if you are lost between
the past and the future. This stage offers you the
opportunity to embrace the unknown rather than feeling
afraid or stuck. How can you do this without going into
panic or fear?

It is very helpful to know that the experience of
nothingness - the void of the unknown - is really the
experience of pure potential. The place of non-material
nothingness embodies pure, undifferentiated potential for a
new reality to emerge in response to your intention, focus
and faith. Instead of emptiness, this space contains the
fullness of all possibilities. It offers you the
opportunity create a new level of being for your soul to
experience.

The experience of this non-material space offers you a
profound opportunity for conscious creation. It is
important to recognize that you are not at the whim of
outside circumstances and random events here. You can
consciously guide and create events through your focused
intention, which forms the core of any creative process.
When you set your intention clearly and specifically, you
signal to the energies out there to create a reality that
resonates with what you hold in mind.

Next, you need to take responsibility for your feelings so
that you are in emotional alignment with your intention,
banishing any sense of fear, worry, concern or doubt.
Wherever our focus goes, energy flows. It is therefore
essential to recognize any thoughts, feelings and emotions
of fear, and to release these with compassion so your mind
can be at peace - the true resting place of faith.

Finally, you have to let go of trying to control outcomes.
Instead, present your need to the Divine and then detach
from it. Simply let go of all attachment and aversion
related to the situation: both your attachment to the
desired outcome and your fear of the alternative. Allow
Divinity to respond to your situation at the appropriate
time and in the appropriate way.

Then, allow gratitude to fill your being: give thanks for
Divine guidance, provision and support to flow into you
with each breath you take. Let the Divine Presence surround
and fill you with a deep sense of gratitude. The attitude
of gratitude expands your perspective to recognize
guidance, synchronicities and confirmation on your path.

From the perspective of gratitude and trust, you will take
inspired action rather than pushing to make things happen
from a place of fear or control. You are indeed part of a
dynamic feedback loop with Divinity; a co-creative
relationship where you are holding space for answers to
emerge through your intention, faith, and gratitude.

Once you grasp the enormous potential inherent in this
process, you will see the crossroads of life as an
opportunity to create optimal new outcomes with the raw
materials of life.

Here are a few principles to keep in mind as you learn to
become fearless in the field of all possibilities:

1. Remain detached from expectations and fears. Attachment
breeds expectation and fear. Instead, focus on the Eternal
Source of your supply and keep your focus on that Source
rather than on circumstances.

2. Keep your perspective on the present moment. When we
focus on the future, we feed fear and anxiety; when we
focus on the past, we feed guilt, blame and regret. There
is always enough grace in the present moment to meet your
need, no matter how overwhelming the circumstances. By
staying focused on the present, you stay open to all the
possibilities.

3. Adapt quickly to mistakes. Rather than turning a setback
into some judgment about yourself, the situation or others,
simply acknowledge your feelings of disappointment and take
note of what you have learned from it. Then reaffirm your
detachment, surrender and trust so you can return to the
ultimate resting place of peace.

4. Be alert to tiny signals - major turning points of life
often arrive as small signals at first. Learn to see and
interpret the metaphors through which life speaks to you.

5. Cultivate a healthy, balanced connection between your
soul and body. Decision-making is easier when you remain
aware of your spiritual core guiding you through the
physical challenges of life, rather than trying to
disassociate from either aspect.

6. Stay flexible in your thinking and embrace ambiguity.
Transformation is sometimes a messy process. Flexibility
makes it easier to release unrealistic expectations when
they prove untenable.

7. Be patient. You are a spiritual being that exists in
eternity; don't let human expectations and time frames rob
you of peace. Surrender every fear, doubt, anxiety or worry
as it surfaces, so you can hold a space of clear intention
and trust the perfect unfolding of Divine order.

8. Take fabulously good care of yourself. Nurture yourself
with healthy food, exercise and rest so you can have the
physical resilience and stamina to realize optimal outcomes.

9. Allow your core values to guide your decisions. When
your choices, actions and behaviors are aligned with your
values, you won't need to second-guess yourself.

10. Honor healthy boundaries. Learn that "no" can be a
complete sentence. It's a healthy and necessary way to
address external demands at a time when you are figuring
out major life decisions.

11. Be discerning about the company you keep. During times
of change, it is important to receive validation from
people whose views of reality match your own. Such
validation grounds and supports you in trusting your own
inner guidance, whereas negative people deplete your energy.

12. Take time for meditation or contemplation. This
practice will help you stay centered and at peace. It is
also a powerful way to re-connect to Divine inspiration and
fuel for your soul.

Together, these principles can help you fearlessly face the
unknown and embrace new possibilities. I suggest that you
pick even just one of these principles and make it a part
of your life during the next month. Then watch what happens!

The Truth About Panama City Real Estate
The talk of the town is Panama City, international real
estate investors are now buzzing with excitement as the
potential of Panama outshines the woes of home. Panama is
seeing a real estate boom that is drawing the interest of
new and experienced international property investors.

Panama, officially the Republic of Panama is the
southernmost country of Central America. Located on the
Pacific Coast of this Central American country, it is now
seen as one of the hottest places for property in all of
Latin America. There are currently more than 35 high rise
buildings under construction and more than 300 additional
projects in the planning stages. If all the buildings are
completed, more than 40,000 units will come on line in the
next 5-10 years. Last year, foreign investment in this
tropical city grew nearly 20% in the first half of the year
alone. The Panama Canal, which has its western terminus
here, is being expanded to handle larger ships and
increased traffic. This project will also lead to more
people moving here over the next few years. According to a
recent article in the International Herald Tribune, many
people are referring to Panama City as the next Miami.

The city is home to many international companies' regional
headquarters, and has become popular with retirees and
second home buyers. The tropical climate makes it nice
place to visit, particularly in the winter. The location on
the southwestern edge of the Caribbean makes the country
virtually hurricane free, an attraction for some who might
otherwise buy in Florida or a Caribbean island. Plus, the
prices tend to be much less than many other locations.

One new project that was recently financed is the 69-floor
Trump Ocean Club. This new building is scheduled for
completion in 2010 and will include more than 600 luxury
residential condominiums priced from $500,000 to $12
million. This project has helped to increase the average
property price in the city. Over the past two years, the
average high rise apartment price has risen to $3,000 a
square meter, or $280 a square foot. With so much going
on, a great climate and stable government, Panama City has
drawn the world's interest.

Tourism now stands as the country's top source of income,
receiving more than 700,000 visitors annually to its
pristine beaches, vibrant rainforests and cosmopolitan
capital city. The influx of visitors has also brought with
it a boom in construction--- hotels, condominiums, resort
complexes and peripheral services such as restaurants and
shops, are springing up along the country's famous coasts
and in Panama City.
