Take Charge!
Do you talk to yourself? We all do. Some call it
self-talk. Others refer to it as just thinking things
through. Still others see it as making a decision.
Certainly at times when that self talk gets a little more
dramatic, the intensity in the brain rises. I think you
know what I mean.

Now for some people, it is a startling concept that the
brain is supposed to serve us, not the other way around.
In other words, we can and should choose what we want to
think, and when we want to think about it. This may sound
a bit foreign to some people, since today fantasizing and
daydreaming are almost national pastimes.

But, by your free will, you can choose what you want to
think about and what you don't want to think about. This
means that when a thought pops up in your head you can
choose to let it stay, or determine to kick it out.

The reason that God gave us the free will to choose is
because not every thought we think is going to be
profitable or healthy for us. There are numerous things
that we could think about that would absolutely not serve
us well at all, and would in fact be very detrimental to us
if we allowed those thoughts to harbor and incubate in our
minds.

We live in houses that have windows and doors. The reason
for the windows and doors is not to keep us in, but to keep
things that we don't want outside the house from coming in!
In utilizing our doors and windows properly, we can
control what comes in our home. Plenty of things out there
might even be damaging and even dangerous!

Likewise, we need to take charge and control what we allow
to our brains to dwell on.

Taking charge over your own mind is a lot like training a
puppy. You tell the dog, "Sit." And then you work with
the dog until he learns to "sit." If you don't train the
dog, he just runs around and does whatever he wants!

Sadly, a lot of people either don't know, or just refuse to
control their own minds. Many have what I call a
"Chihuahua mind!" It's like a little dog running all over
the place all the time. Others have a "tired old dog"
mind. They just sit there, almost oblivious to every thing
going on around them.

Take charge of your own mind! Speak up! Tell your mind
what you're going to think about, and what you are not
going to think about. "No, mind, I am not going to think
about those negatives, instead I have decided to think
about how exciting life is and how God has promised to
bless and provide."

"Hold it right there, brain, I don't want to think about
all the lack in my life. I want to think about God's
promises of prosperity."

And just like a little puppy, you need to persist when your
mind starts to wander off. "Hey, mind! Get back here.
Stop thinking about that, and start thinking about this."

Now I am aware of many methods and techniques for staying
in control of your own mind. I love the dog training
analogy because I think most people can readily relate.

Whatever method and style you use is your business; the
point is, you really can take charge and control your own
mind. It is so critical for your life's failure or
success. People succeed or fail because of the thoughts
that they choose to plant and nurture.

What you choose to focus on is the direction that you will
point your life toward. The reason so many people go
around in circles in life, is because their thoughts are
going around in circles in their minds! Their minds are
engaged in wandering, daydreaming and fanaticizing; they
never stay focused long enough to allow what they truly
desire to come into their lives.

What you consciously set your mind on is what you will
manifest - good or bad, successful or unsuccessful. The
Bible says, "As he thinks in his heart so is he."

So, why not take charge? Decide what you want in life and
where you want to go, and take charge of your mind! Tell
your mind that this is where you are going and this is what
you are going to think about. Then make your mind "sit."

Once you get that mind of yours to "sit" where you want it
to sit, don't let it wander off! If you have decided to
think and focus on God's promises, then that is where you
want your mind to "sit." When it starts to wander off,
thinking about the lack in your life, consistently bring it
back and tell it, "stay".

Again, it is just like training a puppy. It's easy most of
the time to get the dog to sit. But it takes a little more
effort to get him to stay there. So too it is with our
minds. We can easily shift and think about something, but
to stay focused on it, takes a little more persistence.
But, the results are well worth the effort.

Take charge of your life by taking charge of your thinking.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Parents learn quickly that telephones are like magnets to
children. With multiple cell phones and land lines ringing,
children have greater access to phone communication than ever
before, and are more fascinated than ever with their use.

Per Spiderman's creed, "With great power comes great
responsibility," children need to be taught early that the
telephone is not a toy and that proper behavior is a must for
anyone who uses the phone. Parents should always model courteous
phone etiquette.

The check list below is a good parenting tool to ensure that
children use the phone properly.

Ask to use the phone

To maintain boundaries, it is a good idea to require children
to ask before using the phone. Very small children can be
tempted to hit the redial button over and over, annoying the
person on the receiving end. Older children can while away hours
chatting, before parents become aware.

Answer the phone properly

Parents should equip children with a polite greeting for
answering the phone. "Hello, may I help you?" or "Hello, who is
this speaking please?" are polite salutations and not abrupt
like, "Yeah? Who's this?" Unless the child knows who is calling,
he should refrain from identifying himself. If the child knows
the caller, (the phone is handed to him, or he recognizes the
number displayed on the caller I.D. feature) he should say
politely, "Hello, this is "Dan"."

When a child answers the phone and it is for someone else, he
should politely say, for example, "Yes my mom is here, one
moment please while I get her," and always hand the phone to the
requested person. Yelling, "MOM, PHONE!" is disrespectful to
caller and call recipient and should be curbed immediately.
Suspending phone privileges is an effective method of
reinforcing ground rules; time out from phone use gives kids an
appreciation for the privilege.

Responding to a wrong number appropriately is crucial. Kids
should never give personal information of any kind to unknown
callers, including their own names or the names of others in the
household. A respectful and smart response to a wrong number is,
"I am sorry you have the wrong number," and hang up.

Conversing with a stranger over the phone is dangerous. People
who prey on children know how to manipulate them into giving
personal information. Parents should teach kids to hang up
immediately and without saying, "goodbye," if the caller makes
them feel even remotely uncomfortable. After hanging up, the
child should alert a parent immediately.

Older children, home alone, should never let a strange caller
know. Parents can train children to have an excuse ready, "I am
sorry but my father is busy and can't come to the phone right
now. Goodbye." The child should hang up immediately without
further discussion. Screening calls is an even safer idea, kids
can pick up only those calls where they recognize the caller's
I.D.

Use a polite salutation when placing a call

A child placing a call should identify himself using his full
name, "Hello, this is John Jones, is Miranda at home?" is a
polite greeting.

Speak so the listener can understand

Kids should be told to use an "indoor voice," and encouraged to
speak into the receiver clearly, without mumbling or yelling.
Very young children sometimes go silent or trail off when on the
phone, so parents should be ready to encourage the conversation
or take over. Parents should make sure that the caller is
amenable to speaking to a small child, as adorable as kids are,
not everyone responds positively to teaching kids to use the
phone.

Establish time limits

Phone use is a privilege and parents need to set clear
boundaries. Most families don't allow calls to go out or come in
between 8:00 or 9:00 in the morning and 9:00 at night.

Set a reasonable amount of time for children to be on the
phone. Preschoolers up through elementary age children are easy
to limit, but parents need to be very clear and consistent with
time limits for preteens and teens. It is appropriate to take a
time out from the phone during the homework block, while eating
dinner, or during family time. Cell phone use and text messaging
should be monitored to ensure activity doesn't get out of hand.

Finish the call politely

Little children should be taught to say, "goodbye," at the end
of the call, not to just toss the phone down or hang up. As
children mature they should finish all phone calls with a polite
remark such as, "It was great speaking with you, Grandma." The
phone should always be returned to its designated home by the
person who used the phone last.

Be respectful when others are using the phone

Eavesdropping, creating background noise, and speaking to or
distracting a person who is on the phone, are all impolite
behaviors that should not be tolerated. In addition, pushing
phone buttons, playing with the cord, picking up an extension
and grabbing at the phone are off limits behaviors that should
be "nipped in the bud."

It is difficult for very small children to understand that they
must be quiet when a parent is taking a call. Cutting calls
short or planning important calls when children are napping,
occupied by the other parent, or engaged in an activity, helps
ensure less stressful phone calls. Parents can let older
children know beforehand that they need quiet while they are on
the phone.

Take a message please

Children of about age eight and up can take a basic message.
Paper and pens should be placed near phones and kids can be
coached to ask for whom the call is for, who is calling, and the
telephone number where the person can be reached. The child
should read the information back to the caller to ensure
accurate content.

Leave a clear message

Even small children can be taught to leave a clear and concise
message with their name and telephone number.

The increase in telephone usage over the past decade has
magnified the need for good telephone skills. Most people have a
telephone on their person at all times. In addition, predators
have gotten very adept at infiltrating homes and communicating
with children. Completing the above checklist will assure
parents that their children are politely and safely using the
phone.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I've got nothing against Philadelphia, let me make that clear.
I've also never lived there, but did spend a few years there on
several weekends, to paraphrase W.C. Fields. And even though
cold, grey, rainy days could remind me of New York or Baltimore,
where I actually have lived, they always make me think of
Philadelphia in wintertime. Like today, when Southern California
is anything but sunny, where intimidated drivers creep through
rivers of standing water while daredevils swerve around them,
wheels deep in the muck, throwing up rooster tails like offshore
power boats, just before they lose control and start sliding
sideways down Ventura Boulevard. Thank God it doesn't snow here.
I'm eager to get back to Miami.

My nine-year-old is with me in the truck, on our way back from
his friend's house. He's chanting a rap lyric about an ultimate
showdown of cartoon heroes and tough guys. Over and over again.
He's been chanting it since last weekend, when he learned it
from his teammates at a soccer tournament in Corona (not the one
in Queens where the best Italian ices come from). No, this
Corona's out near Riverside, on the edge of a huge valley
between mountains that really do turn purple with the sunset.
When you get up on the Westbound I-91 ramp in the dark, the
scale of it all just smacks you in the face, especially if
you're an East Coast boy like me. There's a vast valley floor,
covered with a bed of lights, all at the same height, spreading
like Georgia kudzu to the bases of mountains all around. No
high-rises out here. Don't need 'em. This is big country, with
plenty of floor space.

Until last weekend, the only data point in my head about this
Corona was a Phil Hendrie character who lived there, the
oft-humiliated and always litigious Steve Bosell. I now know
that Corona's also home to the best bagels I've had in years,
from N.Y.P.D. (for pizza department). The owners used to own the
Bagel Oasis on the Horace Harding Expressway (fancy name for a
service road if you ask me), in – you guessed it – Queens, where
I used to stop and stock up on my way back to Manhattan from
band rehearsals, long about thirty years ago. It's a small
world, by cracky, even under the big sky.

Meanwhile, my son's still chanting his latest favorite "novelty
tune," as we used to call them. I was mystified when he and his
mates became Weird Al fans a year ago, and rewarded them with a
seminar on Roger Miller, Jim Lehrer and Ray Stevens that made
their eyes glaze over. These days, folks don't seem to work so
hard on satire, delivering the large-type edition, dumbed down
to make sure the audience gets it. Doesn't mean it's not funny,
just not so original. I mean, where's Ian Dury when you need
him?

It's still raining, but we're almost home, and my son's almost
done (timing is everything). He's reached the climax of his
ultimate showdown song, where Mr. Rogers slays everyone who
isn't already dead, then, for reasons I'll never understand,
commits hara-kiri. Maybe we are Devo, after all. I remain
hopeful, though, whenever I see my son cracking up over a smart
Monty Python sketch, like the soccer match between the
Bournemouth Gynecologists and the Watford Long John Silver
Impersonators. Then again, those guys also did the fish-slapping
dance.

Don't trust your money with just anyone. Here is everything you
need to know before consolidating your credit cards.

Watch Your Back

So, you've finally made the decision to step into debt
consolidation and you're finally ready to make the right move
and eliminate your debt. Congratulations. This is a big step for
you. But it's also a step that you should make carefully.

Today, on the Internet, there are literally thousands of
"firms" that will allow you to consolidate your debt quickly and
easily. Problem is, many of these companies are not legit and
are only out for your money. You need to be careful of these
companies and only work with one that has been accredited to
handle your specific situation.

How can you find these companies? Do your homework before you
start. Decide what you are looking for in a debt consolidation
and be ready to know the types of questions that you need to ask
a firm looking to handle your business. What sorts of plans do
they offer? How are they looking to help you with your specific
situation? Will they walk you through the process or do they
seem rushed to start you up and collect fees from you?

Know what you're talking about and set out to get all the right
answers from any company accepting your business.

Avoid Potential Pitfalls

As useful as debt consolidation can and should be, it can also
be extremely taxing and painful if it is not used properly. In
most cases, debt consolidation will allow you to lower your
monthly payments and pay off your credit card in less time than
it normally would.

While this is very helpful to your situation, you also need to
take steps towards financial freedom elsewhere. Do NOT think
that credit card consolidation is the end all and the be all.
You shouldn't be using credit cards elsewhere while you try to
consolidate as this will simply make it harder for you to pay
off your debt. Rather, commit to the program you select and do
your best to pay off your debt. You'll be glad you did.

Get References!

A credit card consolidation program is ideal for anyone who has
suffered under the weight of debt. Debt can be physically and
emotionally hard to deal with for many people. But you don't
have to be one of those individuals. Often times, debt
consolidation helps people cope with debt while providing
options for paying it off.

Before you even consider signing on with a debt consolidation
firm, do your research and find a company that works best for
you. Ask around. Do you have a family friend or a trusted friend
who has gone through the consolidation process? Can they
recommend a company to you that they think works best for your
situation? Do you currently have a financial advisor who could
recommend someone to you?

Ask around and see what you can dig up. Chances are, you'll
find someone reliable and trustworthy to help you out with your
consolidation and you may gain a better understanding of the
whole process as you do your background checks.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are plenty of reasons you might have to sell your house
fast. Whether you are selling for some quick cash, due to ill
health, relocation, inheritance, divorce or separation or you're
just having a little financial difficulty. There are many quick/
express house sale companies in Scotland that specialize in
buying homes quickly. You can even rent it back to you at a
reasonable price so you can stay in your house or you can sell
it with a buyback option.

Financial difficulties

We all dread it happening, but falling ill happens to most of
us at some point or another. Being ill can take its toll on the
whole family emotionally as well as financially. The bills can
start to pile up when you're unable to work and without the
right help it can be really difficult to deal with the rough
times that come with that. http://www.saleexpress.co.uk/ is just
one of the companies with its HQ in Glasgow, Scotland. They and
other buy and rent back businesses can help you release some of
the equity that's locked in your property.

Quick House Sale Do to Relocation

Everyone relocates once or twice in their life, usually for a
job or to move in with a partner and usually it's important that
you sell your house fast, especially when moving abroad and you
have to have things all wrapped up before you leave the country.
The process goes by as quick and stress-free as possible when
choosing the right firm for you. Moving house can be a stressful
time at the best of times, but moving abroad can bring more even
more nightmares, and with Sale Express Glasgow UK dealing with
selling your home quickly, it's one less thing to burden you.

Divorce with a Quick Sale

It's an unfortunate fact that in the UK 1 in 3 marriages ends
in divorce. This is a hard and very trying time in both your
lives. There are many decisions to be made and none of them are
easy. Achieve a speedy valuation to your house and make a quick
sale. The money can then be used to pay off debts and you can
both move on and try to get on with your new lives.
If you are the executor of an estate you will want to sell it
quickly, that way it's not lying empty and has the possibility
of succumbing to vandalism. An empty house also deteriorates
quickly without someone there to look after it, so it's in your
best interest to sell the property fast. Regardless of the
condition of the property, So if you are looking for a quick
sale company to help with your problems and challenges in life,
there are many companies that can help.

Remember…You don't even have to move out of your house, just do
the research needed to find the right company for you, find one
that you feel comfortable dealing with a track record. So to
recap you can sell your home and move or sell and rent it back.
Sometimes a buyback service is available, so you can sell your
house and have the opportunity to buy it back at a later date.
Usually you can give you an offer the same day they view the
property and there are absolutely no fees what so ever.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Yesterday (30/1/08) the U.S. Federal Reserve cut interest rates
by another 0.5%. This was the second cut in 9 days making a
1.25% reduction in just over a week. In the UK the Chancellor of
the Exchequer has proposed giving the government powers to
secretly bail out failing banks. As for the housing market on
both side of the pond, the less said the better. It looks like
we could be in for a rough ride.

So how can you prosper in the recession. I'm no expert in
stocks and shares so I'm not going to suggest a winning strategy
on how to invest when things are tough. Instead, let me just
point out that there are certain things that people will
continue to spend money on. Whilst we may not have spent as much
at Christmas last year we are still going to buy our groceries
and fill our cars with petrol. As the recession bites people are
going to look for ways of improving their lives.

For those of us involved in Internet marketing I think we will
see a significant slump in the purchase of high ticket price
products. How many people are going to speng $500 on an
information product when things are tight? On the other hand
affordable subscription products that are capable of generating
a good income - now there is a different story.

Two businesses I have worked in may serve to illustrate my
point.

When I first realized the potential of the Internet I couldn't
see beyond the dollar signs, so when I found a business with a
product at $995 and a commission of $495 I was in like a shot.
BIG MISTAKE! The product wasn't worth $995 and I couldn't market
it with conviction. Even if I had made sales the only way to
make $9950 was to find 10 customers who had been as blind as I
had. In a recession will people jump in like this? Even if the
product is worth the money how many people are going to spend
$995 on an information product they haven't seen. My view may be
colored by the fact that having once been bitten I am definitely
twice shy but I think a business like this is going to struggle
in the coming years.

On the other hand there is Success University. I spent $2
taking a 14 day look at the product and business from the
inside. I then had a choice I could get going for $49.95 a month
or pay a one off $149.95 (includes first month) to be a premium
member and get higher commissions. For less than $2 a day I get
24/7 access to personal development courses, monthly Cd's and
DVDs delivered to my door and become part of an incredibly
supportive team.

Now ask yourself this: when things are tight and people are
looking for extra income will they spend $995 in one go or
$49.95 a month? Even in a recession $2 a day is affordable and
when that $2 investment is capable of multiplying itself into a
full-time income then in my books this is a no-brainier.

This recession is going to decimate big bonuses for players on
the financial markets. It is going to bite hard on mortgages and
wages. Whilst the markets tumble this could be the day of the
ambitious little guy. Imagine the satisfaction of realizing your
financial dreams during a recession!

Quit Complaining!
Awhile back, I watched an amazing short news video on You
Tube. It was about a fourteen-year old boy who lives in
Sacramento, California named Ben Underwood. Ben lost the
vision of both of his eyes when he was two years old. He is
totally blind.

In the video, there is a reporter, walking down the street
with Ben. As they walk together, Ben uses a method called
echolocation to tell the reporter what is along the street.
Ben, who is totally blind, points out a fire hydrant, a
car, and a trash can. But that's just the beginning.

Next, you see Ben on Roller Blades, in the middle of the
street! As you watch, you are almost in disbelief. How
can this blind boy actually rollerblade in the street? But
wait, there's more!

You also see Ben playing video games! That in and of
itself is ironic, don't you think? Of course, by the time
you see Ben playing Foosball with the reporter, you are
pretty much flabbergasted. The reporter admitted, a bit
sheepishly, that Ben beat him 5 to 2.

Back when the tragedy happened to Ben, it was his mom who
began to tell him that he still had his nose, his ears, and
his mouth. She consistently and effectively taught Ben
that life is all about using what you have.

On the video, Ben's mom was very confident when she said
that no one is going to tell Ben about any impossibilities
for him, because there aren't any. She goes on to say that
it is all about attitude; be proud of who you are no matter
what.

I've watched that video several times. It's very inspiring
to say the least. It made me think of how many people
there are who have all their senses and yet still complain
about so many things in their lives.

One of the biggest complaints that you hear time and time
again is just how "unfair" life is. Well, who ever said
that life was supposed to be fair in the first place? As
our children were growing up, I reminded them on many
occasions that life was not fair. I told them that they
had to decide what they were going to do with their own
lives regardless of the circumstances.

Lots of people complain about all the bad breaks that they
have in their lives. What they are really saying, is that
other people are "lucky" and they are not. But "luck" has
nothing to do with it. So called "bad breaks" are not the
issue. Instead of using all the resources that they have,
which in most cases is a lot more than Ben has, they choose
to make excuses and blame everyone else.

Watching a video like Ben's inspires you. First of all, you
get so happy to see this young man utilizing what he has,
rather than focusing on what he doesn't have. To see him
happy and enjoying life and doing so many things warms your
heart.

But watching something as dramatic as that also causes you
to look at your own life. It becomes a little easier to
identify complaining versus gratitude. It's pretty obvious
that Ben is grateful to be alive and has decided to utilize
all that he has. Instead of complaining and feeling sorry
for himself or focusing on his limitations, he is grateful,
excited, and looking for opportunities!

That is a very good recipe for success. In fact, talk to
someone who is successful and see if you can detect any
self-pity; see if they spell out all their limitations or
if they have a vocabulary of complaining.

Successful people don't feel sorry for themselves because
they know it is a waste of time. Successful people don't
focus on their limitations because it is so
counterproductive. Successful people focus on
possibilities and opportunities.

Ben's mom was very impressive. She said, "Be proud of who
you are no matter what. It is all about attitude and using
what you do have. No one is going to tell him that there's
an impossibility; there is none."

That's not only great encouragement, it's solid direction
for anyone who decides to adhere to it. Regardless of any
limitations that you may have, the Creator never designed
you to be a failure. With His help, nothing can stop you
from living your dreams and having the desires of your
heart.

Fun with Foamies Valentine's Day Cards
by Rachel Paxton

Foamies have become very popular during the past couple of years.
You can find them in all shapes and sizes and for almost every
holiday. They are great for children's craft projects, but
anyone can use them to make easy, creative greeting cards. I
found a big tub of Valentine's Day foamies at Walmart for just a
couple of dollars, so I decided to try my hand at making homemade
Valentine's Day cards with them.

This Valentine's Day project is a great activity to do with your
kids. Children as young as toddlers can stick the foamies on the
cards after you have done the initial cutting and gluing.
Preschoolers can even help with that part. While I was getting
the cards ready to put together, I gave my toddlers some blank
paper and a handful of heart-shaped foamies, and they had a great
time sticking them all over their pieces of paper.

I came up with four different designs for my Valentine's Day
cards. The materials listed below will make one of each of the
four cards.

Materials:

- Four pieces of red card stock
- One piece of white card stock
- Valentine's Day foamies
- Paper cutter, scissors
- Glue stick
- Decorative scissors

First use the paper cutter to cut the red card stock into the
desired sizes for your cards. I usually determine the sizes of
my cards by the envelopes I have to put them in. I have a stack
of envelopes of all different sizes, so each card can end up
being a different size.

Card #1:

Turn the first card to open horizontally. I cut out four small
squares of white card stock to glue in the center of the card to
form one large square, with just a little space in between
squares. I then placed a large red foamie heart in the center of
each white square.

Card #2:

This card will also open horizontally. For this one I cut out
eight small white squares and glued them in two rows of four
squares across the face of the card. In the center of each
square I placed a small heart foamie, alternating pink and red
hearts. I trimmed the bottom edge of the front of the card with
decorative scissors.

Card #3:

Turn this card to open vertically. I cut a large square out of
white card stock and trimmed around all the edges of the square
with decorative scissors. I glued the white square in the center
of the card and placed a large red foamie heart in the center of
the square.

Card #4:

This card will also open vertically. First I cut a piece of
white card stock into the shape of a rectangle, to be slightly
smaller than the face of the card. I next trimmed around the
edges of the rectangle with decorative scissors. I then cut two
red pieces of cardstock into the shapes of squares and glued them
one above the other inside the white rectangle. Next I cut out
two white squares to fit inside the red squares. Lastly, I
placed a medium-sized red foamie in the center of each white
square.

That's it! These Valentine's Day cards are fun for anyone to
make. You can make them in less than half an hour and people
will think you slaved over them for hours!

How Much Money Is Out There?
I heard recently that a man purchased a mansion in North
London for seventy million dollars. One of the "features"
was a one-ton bathroom sink carved from a single piece of
onyx!

When you hear the figure, "Seventy million dollars," what
do you think?

When I was twelve years old, I had a paper route and made a
whopping thirty dollars a month. Candy bars were a nickel.
At that time, one hundred dollars seemed like a whole lot
of money to me.

Later, at age seventeen, I worked part time at a grocery
store for a dollar and sixty-five cents an hour. I now made
around thirty dollars a week. At that time, one hundred
dollars didn't seem as big as it did to me a few years
back, but a thousand dollars sure did.

A couple of years later, I worked at O'Hare International
Airport in Chicago loading airplanes and I made around one
hundred dollars a week. At this point in my life, a
thousand dollars didn't seem quite as big as it did just a
couple of years before. Meanwhile, I heard that there were
people who were actually making fifty thousand dollars a
year. That was ten times what I was making.

The point that I am trying to make is that all of this is
just numbers. Whether it is 30, or 100, or 50,000, they
are all just numbers. I can remember when the richest
people in the world were millionaires. That seemed like
something so far and distant and only available for a small
few.

In the summer of 2006 when Forbes did a piece on the
richest people in America, they noted that there were
plenty of billionaires. Plenty of billionaires.
Meanwhile, the national debt at that time was in the
trillions! What is a trillion dollars? How much is that?

We've all heard our parents or grandparents talk about the
old days and how much a nickel would buy back then. Maybe
when I mentioned my paper route, it brought back some of
those memories. And of course, the price and value for
things continues to go up year after year. But again, it's
all just numbers.

My parents bought their house for fourteen thousand
dollars. My first house cost one hundred and twenty
thousand dollars. Again, those are just numbers. However,
it is how we perceive those numbers that will greatly
affect what we will acquire and attain.

It is what we think when we hear certain numbers that is
very important. People who think that to have a six figure
income is just way out of reach will never have a six
figure income because of the way that they perceive one
hundred thousand dollars.

Well then, just how much money is out there? There is
plenty. Have you heard how much professional athletes make
every year? Does that bother you? It shouldn't. It
should indicate to you very clearly that there is a lot of
money out there.

In addition, have we uncovered all the treasures on this
planet? Has every invention already been invented? Are
there no new avenues to pursue?

When the Creator put this world together, He knew that
there were going to be a lot of people living here! He
planned very well for great growth and expansion. He
planned it with a supply far beyond what any of us could
imagine.

So, here's the bottom line. We live on a planet filled
with an abundance of resources as well as many things not
yet discovered. There is enough money floating around all
over the world that some people can spend seventy million
dollars on a house!

Maybe we need to check our brains to see if we think
something is out of range for us. If we truly believe a
six-figure income is not attainable, we will not attain it.
But just remember that the supply is not lacking. And,
God promised to supply all that we need.

So in pursuing your dreams and your goals, keep in mind
that when it comes to amounts of money it's all just
numbers. Don't let an extra zero shake you up. And don't
forget that there is plenty to go around and plenty for all
you need!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Pay per play advertisements are net audio advertisements which
are demonstrated for barely about five seconds. Major brands
purchase pay per play and direct it on a pay per play basis. It
is analogous to pay per click, and is now recognized as one of
the ways to please the audience more than a radio or television.
The advertisement performance is preferably measured by the
demographics, psychographics, and geographic locations. It is
one of the important methods to improve residual income without
clicks. This program claims to work on bid management, and is
said to be rocking the internet in the near future.

Advertisers can forward their advertisements on a particular
website. The ads of the winners start its demonstration at the
very first opening web page. Website owners will be paid on each
visit made by the customer. The income will be generated as the
traffic improves and it depends largely on the increased
traffic. Advertisers can bid for placement on to plenty of
websites, even though a single popular website or a blog is
sufficient to generate a successful pay per play program. There
are no charges for opening an account. Pasting code to any web
page enables a person to hear the advertisements. Such ads do
not occupy visual space on the web page either, and are thus a
good form of promotional advertising.

In order to host a pay per play advertisement on a website, it
is necessary to consider pay per click as well. There are no
agreement issues on opening two types of advertisements. The
only issue is with the sanctioning procedure, which is to be
made for audio advertisement on the website. There are no visual
advertisements or corresponding links for the visitor to enter
another site. Twenty five percent of the advertisers' pay is
benefited. The payment is done even if the visitor has put his
sound off and is not actually listening to the advertisement.

Pay per play is an innovative advertising method of exhibiting
advertisements to the social boom on internet. These ads are
created professionally as great hands play the game. Pay per
play advertisements are heard as the visitor enters a page in
which the code in inserted. It is considered to be a combination
of both mass-market advertising and trackable internet
marketing, and are a good way to earn some passive residual
income.

Advancements in the field of web technology has completely
changed the world of advertising. Today people are more inclined
to surf the internet than watch television. Though television
provides a variety of programs, it has certain limitations.
Internet is a world of knowledge, entertainment, business and
lot more, and often events are broadcast live on the net,
defeating the very basic advantage of television. Social
networks and even news media are catering the internet audience.
These networks boom much faster by satisfying the visitors'
interests. People can check out their favorite programs on the
internet. They are not being forced to watch anything, as
sometimes happens on television.

The Internet is being orientated towards further findings and
innovations. There are more significant events coming up in the
field of internet business. People are approaching to what comes
next rather than inclining to the older forms of business. Pay
per play is regarded to be more profitable than pay per click
even though both processes are almost the same. The only
difference is that except for pay per play, there are no charges
for each click. This makes them more aware and conscious about
the better options they can afford to make money through
internet. Pay per play advertising is now considered to be a
boon to the world of business.

Even as it is hard to believe that there might be an
identifiable downside of being a home business entrepreneur, the
facts bear out to the overwhelming majority the dream of working
from home and running a home business will turn into a nightmare
at some point. This is less often the case for those who run a
home based business as a sideline or an expansion of a hobby,
but very frequently happens when the entrepreneur sees the home
business as the sole source of fiscal wellbeing.

While the upside is undeniable – no boss to report to and no
long commute – the downside is rather tangible: fail to find the
customers or clients and the odds are good that you will not be
able to afford food, shelter, and the other basics of life.
Doing things your way without having to justify yourself to a
third party or being accountable to an employer comes at a steep
cost for those who have failed to adequately plan ahead for the
lean times.

It is interesting to note that in addition to not having the
financial success to sustain your lifestyle and get ahead, you
will find other downsides in being the boss. For example, if
your basic personality is not one suited for customer service
and ambitious getting ahead, you will find that being an
entrepreneur is hard work – harder at times than working in an
office for a boss you may have disrespected or even despised. As
a home business entrepreneur it is solely up to you to find
customers, fill their orders, and keep them happy.

Dealing with unreasonable customers requires finesse, and
dealing with slow suppliers or manufacturers who let some
substandard items get out their doors and to your customers will
require not only insistence but calm assertiveness. If you fly
off the handle easily and have not mastered the art of
negotiation, empathy, and a willingness to hold your tongue no
matter what the customer or manufacturer might say, running a
home business might suddenly feel like a walk on egg shells.

In some cases – especially when you receive criticisms of items
you yourself made – it may make your workday little more than
drudgery. Yet getting ahead in business relies heavily on your
ability to deal with difficult customers and even those who are
downright impossible. At the same time, getting out and finding
more clients and customers requires you to put your best foot
forward and treat each new prospect as though it were your first
call of the day – even if it is the setup for the potentially
40th rejection!

Therefore the general advice is to think long and carefully
about the implications of being an entrepreneur. Do you really
have what it takes personality wise in addition to the financial
resources to sustain yourself and your family for a while until
the business conceivably takes off? Are you able to be ambitious
yet demure when called upon to swallow your pride and humble
when criticizes – perhaps wrongly so?

Creating a home based business requires a variety of
objectives. A product, a marketing plan and a business design
are just the beginning. The concept of accounting needs to be
factored into your formula for finding internet success. The
foundation for making money online requires a firm grasp of
where your revenue is derived and where your costs are
allocated. This includes balancing the books, maintaining
accounts receivable and calculating accounts payable. A
certification in accounting may not be needed to start an online
venture but it is a good idea to have an awareness of income and
expenses.

Understanding the ideas behind accounting is like studying
science for the first time. The terms can be intimidating. Cash
Flow. Balance Sheets. Profit And Loss Comparison. Many potential
home business entrepreneurs may think that a degree in
accounting is needed for applying these foreign concepts to
achieving their online success. The reality is that
comprehending the theories of accounting is not that difficult.
If you exhibit the skills and aptitude that are needed for
starting and developing your home business, you have the ability
to understand and apply accounting concepts.

If you find that it is too difficult to comprehend the
principles behind accounting, don't lose heart. You can hire
someone to crunch and balance the financial numbers for your
home business, but be cautious! Make sure that you employ an
individual who is trustworthy and reputable. The best course of
action is to ask friends and relatives if they can recommend
someone. If this is not feasible, research the reputations of
accountants or CPAs in your community. It should not be too
difficult to find someone with an honest and reliable track
record. Remember, you are giving financial information to a
stranger so be sure you are comfortable with your decision.

Accounting is more than facts, figures, and cash flow. It
spreads into every aspect of your home based business. After you
analyze the bookkeeping information, you can study the trends of
your customer's buying activities. You will discover which
customer buys what product at what time of year. These numbers
will give you a deeper understanding of what is working and what
is not performing for your online venture. Not only will you
comprehend what was successful and what was disappointing in the
past, but you can develop a business and marketing plan for the
present and future. Quality accounting is the compass that
directs your home business along the road you travel for finding
success.

As you are developing your home based venture it is important
to utilize every tool that is available. Marketing techniques,
search engine optimization, business plans and online
advertising are important components for the creating your home
business. Accounting must be included in your formula for making
money online. Accounting is the roadmap for discovering your
internet success. You will know where your profits come from.
You will detect the best products to sell. You will recognize
your overhead. You will understand the present and plan for the
future. Reliable accounting is a valuable tool for finding home
business success and it is vital that you use it perceptively.

he has done his best, is a success, even though the world may

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There is pharmaceutical relief for teenage obesity. Though the
medical community is firm in its message that lifestyle changes
have to be implemented to effectively deal with childhood
obesity, there are medications which can be prescribed for
overweight teenagers.

As with other lifestyle-related illnesses, obesity is a chronic
condition that can require long-term treatment. Once beginning
such a program, there is a slight possibility that an obese
person might need to take medications for the duration of his or
her life to realize and maintain weight loss. At the very least,
treatment could be necessary for several years.

The mediations most commonly prescribed for obese teenagers are
categorized as appetite suppressants and lipase-inhibitors. The
activity of appetite suppressants on the human body is to
increase the feeling of fullness in the stomach while
suppressing appetite - a person will simply have a decreased
craving for food.

These drugs suppress the appetite by interacting with certain
chemicals in the brain involved with both mood and appetite.
They include serotonin and catecholamine. Lipase-inhibitors, on
the other hand, prevent the absorption of fat by not allowing it
to be broken down to a chemical form and then consequently
absorbed by the body.

Taking appetite suppressants has been known to reduce weight by
several pounds more than that lost through only physical
exercise and other non-drug therapies. The greatest impact in
obese teenagers is typically observed after six months of taking
the medication. So patience is a must.

Though medication usage should always be considered with a
sober mindset, taking the appropriate ones for teenage obesity,
however, does eradicate some of the need for diet control and
physical activity. Despite this, studies support that the right
medications actually help improve eating and exercising habits.

On another note of caution, these obesity-reducing medications
for teens are needed only for those in a position of pending
medical danger due to their excessive weight. Such prescriptions
cannot, and should not, be made available casually to teens
merely entertaining a short cut for weight loss. The
consultation of a trusted family physician is critical in the
decision-making. Doctors will usually consider the distribution
of fat in the patient's body and how many pounds overweight or
obese the individual is as a basis for prescribing medications.

The main goal for taking obesity reduction medications is to
move away from alarming health dangers brought about by an undue
increase in weight. Obtaining and maintaining an ideal weight
based on height and body structure for most obese persons is
normally not a realistic goal, though it certainly can be
accomplished.

A modest reduction of five to ten percent of one's previous -
or benchmark - weight is a worthwhile short-term objective that
will lead to an improved state of health. Beyond the shorter
duration, one's prior success can serve as a launching pad for
even greater weight loss where deemed still beneficial.

If a teen is very heavy and ill on an abnormally frequent
basis, a visit to a doctor to discuss the prospect of
controlling obesity through medications would be time well
invested.

Once prescribed, the need for remaining on the medications will
likely last for years, if not for a lifetime. However, the
benefit of the appetite suppression or prevention of fats being
absorbed into the body may well be worth the trade off for
greater health through the teen years and into adulthood.

In our traditional homes, we can see the housewife cleaning all
the dishes, knives, spoons, cups, and saucers keeping
cleanliness and hygiene in mind after every meal.

Most of the people now a day opt to become corporate and are
now busy going to office and then coming back to home. That is
why the kitchen duty feels like a burden to everyone after
completing the rest of the work. But then again we can give up
all this by just being practical enough in buying a good handy
appliance which can be called a dish washer. In the recent years
the only way that the household dishes would be cleaned would be
by actually washing them with soap and water. Modern times
however show a different story with wide-ranging given to their
aid. There have been a lot of research on home appliances and
lots of new appliances have been made to make our life
comfortable.

Most people equate dishwashers with the 24" size models fixed
under the counter. But dishwasher selection is far greater than
that! What do you think cleans the dishes in RVs and Boats? If
you're looking at the selection of compact dishwashers, you will
find slim 18" models available as well as countertop models. In
addition, portable dishwashers in 24" size and 18" size are also
available. The18" dishwasher machines can be very useful when
kitchen space is fixed. These dishwashers are portable and
generally include either casters or a set of wheels. To operate
you need to stop it, and faster up to the tap. For
functionality, portable dishwashers can be extremely useful when
there's no room for a built-in machine. When not in use, you can
store the unit in a separate location; a cabinet or beneath the
stairs. The portable one that is purchased has added flexibility
and operability, it is so light weight and easy to carry. It is
very easy to operate, as it only has to be plugged in and the
cleaning up job is just done in action

One of my friends Samantha stays alone, so she hardly ever has
a meal at home as she is so tired after work so she was tired of
washing her dishes herself. In view of the fact that her home
had a space problem she could not get a larger dish washer to do
all the cleaning. After having a hearty meal all the time that
went into cleaning would strain and add up to the load of her
cooking up a meal. Many people think of dishwashers and
relatively compare it to the 24"size models and they are built
in beneath counter tops. But things have changed with the
development in technology. The need for space restricted homes
you have the slim 18" and even portable ones can be obtained at
Toronto appliance under this Bosch is the brand where you can
find them all. Every household have their own basic needs if you
are a family person or also the people working in industrial
areas these appliances will make your work very easy and finish
them quickly.

How Tall Are You?
It is my understanding that as of this writing the tallest
players in the NBA, Shawn Bradley and Yao Ming, are both
seven feet six inches tall. That is really, really tall!
It is almost as tall as an eight-foot ceiling. You've no
doubt heard many times that to play in the NBA, you have to
be tall, right?

What about the shortest player? That would be Earl Boykins
of the Milwaukee Bucks who stands five feet five inches.
He is the second shortest player in NBA history.

So, I can honestly and truthfully say that I am indeed
taller than an NBA player. Seven inches taller in fact!
But would I dare to play a little one on one with Earl
Boykins? Not hardly.

But have you ever thought about what it is like for Earl
when he plays against Shawn and Yao? They are a little
over two feet taller than he is! Now that's not to say it
would be any easier when Earl plays against the average NBA
height of 6'7"! But what would it be like playing a very
competitive game against someone two feet taller than you
are?

It could be reasonably assumed that if you were 5 feet 5
inches tall many people would tell you that you could never
play in the NBA. If by some wild circumstance you did make
it into the NBA, being so short and playing against players
so much bigger than yourself, it would be most difficult to
perform, right?

Earl doesn't let that stop him. He is the shortest player
in NBA history to score thirty points in a game! He has
done it on a number of occasions! If you know anything
about the NBA then you know that if any player scores
thirty points in a game it has been a terrific night. But
for someone who is 5'5" to score thirty points in a game on
a number of occasions is remarkable!

I'm sure there were plenty of people who told him, "Earl,
basketball is for big people, and the NBA, well, that's for
professional giants, certainly not you."

And, of course being five feet five inches tall Earl has
heard all the derogatory "short people" remarks his whole
life.

But there he stands, five feet five inches tall, playing
successfully in the NBA. It's not how much talent and
natural ability you have, but rather what you do with what
you have. It's what you choose to do with your life.

You will never, ever get everyone's "okay" and approval for
the things you desire to do in your life. In fact, those
who have not succeeded are the first ones to tell you that
you can't succeed either.

Have you noticed that the world lacks people who constantly
encourage others? The sad reality is that people are quick
to point out all your shortcomings and slow to give you any
praise for your accomplishments.

But regardless of what any one else says, it is still up to
you to decide to do with your life. Do you think Earl had
to work hard? I would say that perhaps he had to work even
harder than the taller players did.

And yet, so many times in life, those with lots of talent
don't need to push as hard. It makes you wonder sometimes
where they would be if they did. But, many people with
less natural ability and talent push and work harder, and
as a result, develop their full potential.

Don't let anyone talk you out of your dreams, goals and
desires. Don't talk yourself out of them either. Live
life with excitement and push toward your full potential.

By the way, Earl Boykins is not the shortest person to ever
play in the NBA. That honor goes to Muggsy Bogues, who is
five feet three inches tall. And Muggsy is also the
shortest player in the NBA to dunk the basketball!

So, how tall are you?

Fire That Commentator!
There is a commentator that you know very well that should
be fired, immediately! Now I hate to see someone loose his
job, but in this case, it is critically necessary, because
that commentator is ruining your life.

Let me explain.

A commentator is one who discusses news or events. He or
she will interpret and analyze events. In other words, a
commentator does more than just report the facts. The
dictionary definition of a commentator is, "an expert who
observes and comments on something."

How would it make you feel to turn on the television some
night and watch a very famous commentator discuss and
interpret your personal life in a negative way? Would you
just sit, watch or listen to all those detrimental
comments? You would probably be outraged.

Yet, that is exactly what millions of people do every day
of their lives. And not just at night! They listen to a
commentator from the time they get up until the time they
fall asleep. And sadly, most of the time they have no
objections to what the commentator is saying.

The commentator that I am talking about, who needs to be
fired immediately, is the commentator inside of your head.
I'm talking about the one who gives you all the negative
interpretations about your life; the one who is so quick to
analyze your every mistake.

And, this commentator is so slick that those short, but
defeating comments, come out in the first person. Comments
like, "I just can't seem to figure this out." "This never
works out right for me." "I am so stupid." "That was a
dumb thing to say." "I'm always doing something wrong!"
And on and on it goes.

This commentator is so brilliant that he can even predict
your future! "I'm never going to get ahead." "I'll never
get married." "I probably won't get that job." "This is
just the way it's going to be for me."

In the words of Donald Trump, tell the commentator, "You're
fired!"

This kind of self-talk from the commentator in your head is
very defeating. It can ruin your life! You just cannot sit
and listen to comments like, "I'm stupid," and at the same
time move forward toward being successful.

By the way, you are not stupid! Even if you have done some
stupid things in your life, you're still not stupid.
Everyone has done some stupid things in their lives, so is
everyone in the world stupid?

If you continue to allow comments like, "I'll never get
ahead," to come into your mind unchecked, you will begin to
believe it. Once it reaches your belief system, or your
core beliefs, then it will continue to influence your
thoughts and decisions from a subconscious level.

So, the first thing that you want to do is to fire the
commentator. And by that, I simply mean that any time you
hear any negative thoughts in your head about yourself, you
dismiss them, immediately!

So if, "I'm so stupid," pops up in your head, immediately
counter with, "No, I am not stupid. I may not have made
the best choice, but I am not stupid. I am very
intelligent."

Far too many people do not realize just how defeating these
negative comments in their minds can be. In fact, there
are a lot of people who not only listen to those kinds of
comments in their head, but then they turn around and voice
them out loud to others! That's a double reinforcement of
defeat. Have you ever heard someone say, "Sorry I'm so
stupid"?

So first, stay on guard in your mind. Do not accept any
negative comments about yourself, or let them settle in.
Instead, kick them out and replace them with positive
thoughts. "I am a great person." "I am headed for
success; in fact the Creator designed me for success."

And secondly, if there is an issue with your core beliefs,
then deal with it directly. In other words, if you really
believe that you will never get ahead in life, then you
need to address that core belief directly.

You will recognize the core beliefs because they always
have emotions tied to them. When you say the thought tied
to your core belief, you will feel that way too. Be glad
that it came up, because now that you know it's there, you
can get rid of it.

Recognize it. Allow yourself to feel that way without
judging yourself. Then, say, "I might have felt this way in
the past, for reasons that I thought were valid at the
time, but I don't want to feel that way anymore. I choose
to let go of this, now! I am putting off this negative
feeling about myself, and its place I am putting on who I
really want to be."

As you work this process in your mind, you can replace your
current core belief with a new core belief that will serve
you well. Most people are waiting for their circumstances
to change. The reality is that the circumstances will
never change until the thoughts in the heart change. The
statement from Proverbs is still true: "As he thinks in his
heart, so is he."

So, fire that commentator today!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Are you feeling on top of the world right now? Feeling
incredibly successful and enjoying life to the max? If the
answer is no, I've got something quite shocking to tell you,
success isn't going to change that.

Its funny that often people equate success to being happy "oh
if I had a threesome, then I'd be happy", "If I could have 5
girls on the go, dating them all at once, then I'd be really
happy". It's seen even more in the world of finance "all I need
is another $5k a year, then I can afford anything I really
want...", once they get that pay rise, they want another, and
another, it just never seems to fulfill them.

The truth is, these images of a grand future are only holding
you back from being happy now. You will realize as so many
others have done, once you actually make it to that point in
your life that you've always wanted to be at, it really doesn't
fulfil you. Sure you may get a temporary high after your first
threesome, just like you do after getting an unexpected cheque
or a pay-rise at work, however after a while it really just
doesn't feel all that special anymore. It starts to become the
daily routine and that happiness you thought would stay around
forever begins to disappear. So you start looking at foursomes
and a nice new Porsche believing that they are the way to
extreme happiness for the rest of your life, and so the brutal
cycle continues, true happiness only being that mirage, just a
few steps away.

Once you arrive at a location, even if its a location you've
always wanted to be at your entire life, it often doesn't feel
quite like you imagined. In fact, usually it just feels normal
to be there and you start to see a new location that you really
want to be at. This happens in every area of life, from
relationships, to health, to wealth. In fact health is actually
one of the biggest yet no one really notices. Often you ask
people how they are on a scale of 1-10 with their health and it
barely ever comes out to above an 8. Why is this? It's because
when you stop having problems, you generate them yourself, it
add's a bit more excitement in your life per-se and you have a
new goal to work on. Most people always seem to have something
wrong with them because of a placebo effect, their brain can't
tolerate being perfectly healthy and as such they start to feel
a mild headache, pains in some random joints, itches over their
body etc. Problems just seem to appear unexpectedly just when
they think they are 2 steps away from being healthy.

Now you may think I'm being a bit depressing here, but there is
a reason for this. You see, we can use this knowledge to our
advantage, it can be used in a sort of reverse psychology kind
of way to pull us towards the things we want. Not only this,
once you realize that external events aren't going to make you
happy, you can begin to work on yourself, becoming happier and
more positive in the present, rather than always thinking of
your future or past.

Have you ever wondered why you go through extreme emotions
(often incredibly happiness) when drunk? It's because when you
are drinking, you are no longer thinking about the past, or the
future, you are simply living in the moment. When you live in
that moment you forget about all the bad things in life and
simply enjoy whats going on around you, you feel euphoric that
the club/party is so amazing and when you wake up the next
morning you think "damn that was a good night, now back to the
daily grind...". Little do many realize, if you stick in the
moment just like when your drunk, every day can be exciting and
wonderful, without the use of alcohol! Just live in the moment,
and enjoy whats happening right now, appreciate what you have
and be grateful that you have the freedom to choose.

You may also notice that when you have a bit to drink you seem
to have a much better time with women. It's working on the same
theory, you're not thinking about all your past failures with
women, and your not worrying about whats going to happen in the
future with these girls you are talking to. Your simply stuck in
the moment having fun with them and enjoying your time together.
You have no regrets, you have no fantasies about what you may
get up to later which make you nervous (actually you may still
have these ;)), you just have a good time out and enjoy
yourself. The girls see you are genuinely having fun with them
in the moment without external motives and they love you for
that.

As you realize that its not the alcohol that is causing you to
do better with women or have a more fun time, but merely your
mindset, you can start to use this to your advantage. Next time
your out with friends or talking to women just stick in the
moment, try as hard as you can to not think about the past or
the future, but simply sit there and say what you feel. Enjoy
the time with her without worrying about will she give you her
phone number/kiss/sex or not and just have fun. At the start
this will be very very hard to do, turning off that little voice
of the past that has been around forever is difficult, but the
more you do this, the better you will get. Eventually you will
discover as I have myself that you no longer need alcohol to
have a fun night out and because you're no longer drinking you
can think clearer and no longer act like "just another drunk guy
coming to chat up the girls". It's sad when I go out and see so
many guys feeling they need to spend over $100 on drinks just to
be able to talk to a girl and have a fun time with her, because
they can't find a way to be in the moment any other way.

Overall just enjoy your life as it is, look at goals as things
to strive for, but don't tie your happiness to them. They feel
great as accomplishments it is satisfying to work towards them,
but if you are not feeling amazing right now, it's not going to
come from another pay rise. Stop looking at that greener grass
on the other side of the fence and start enjoying what's on your
side, for there is someone out there who would consider your
life simply brilliant.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Thousands of organizations have shifted gears and are
scrambling to take the biggest slice of the e-marketing pie.
Tons of sales must be generated and businesses are changing the
way they look at the formulaic Customer Relationship Management.
It's business as usual, but with a big boost from CRM software.

Basic Services

Small businesses with sales representatives devoting more of
their time doing sums and entering customers' names and phone
numbers into a data bank are headed for bankruptcy. Your
salespeople could be attending to customers' needs and wrapping
up sales online and offline, if you only had CRM software. The
software minimizes the time salespeople spend at the desk.

The newer CRM software has gone beyond managing customer
information. You can use data effectively after collecting and
organizing them. The ease of accessing all the necessary data
about customer buying cycles provides the resources to formulate
important sales forecasts and strategies.

The Contact Manager enables mail, fax, and e-mail merge,
provides customized fields for entering customer notes, sales
tools, and calendar, and access to the Internet. With a
customized field, uniformity in reporting is achieved. This
feature assures real-time interaction with clients wherever they
are and whenever they are available.

Sales force Automation enables all sales reps to have immediate
access to information online and via their mobile phones. In
marketing and selling to customers, snap decisions have to be
made. Should you give a discount? Will you be able to ship the
order the next day? Has the customer paid for supplies on time?
These are just some of the mundane questions sales reps ask
themselves.

On a grander scale, sales reps dealing with international
markets must have an index of rival corporations and their
current prices to help them figure out how to win over the
customer. Hence, immediate access to facts and figures is
critical. This feature maximizes the performance of the field
team because they can provide the information when needed and
make decisions based on the information. This is also beneficial
to both management and sales reps.

Sales reps and key personnel assigned should be able to respond
immediately to queries and take orders online via the
specialized chat feature. This enhances online communication
between seller and customer.

Sales Boosters

But there are newer features in the CRM software, like the
marketing index that provides baseline information of different
industries, products, and business rivals. This program can
always update you with the trends outside your sphere anytime
you have to make a quick evaluation on some of the customers'
requests. A forecasting module is available to help businessmen
decide about their advertising campaigns and strategies to boost
sales.

In fact, CRM software has made the world smaller everyday. As
an entrepreneur, you can make deals and release advertising
campaigns in any part of the world. A cash converter is provided
to facilitate your transactions in any currency.

But how useful is the CRM software for your business? Because
you can track the buying trends of your customers and become
aware of their buying habits or cycles, you can come up with
better customer service. So grab the software that's sure to
boost customer loyalty and increase revenues. But shop wise for
the right software that will fit your business to a T.

Dubai's geographical proximity to India has to a large extent
been responsible for making it a port of call for foreign
tradesman. The `Jabel Ali Port `is supposedly one of the largest
man made ports of the world. Dubai is said to hold some of the
most amazing architectural structures of the world. This has
been reason enough to provide Dubai with the opportunity to
cater to a large number of tourists every year. The Western
section forms the locality of `Bur Dubai'. Much of Dubai's real
estate boom has been concentrated to the west of this region
i.e. along `Sheikh Zayed Road'.

Though the whole of Dubai has a lot to offer to it's visitors,
the Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the main arteries of Dubai, is
considered to be the most happening place of Dubai. If one
aspires to get the real taste of Dubai, then this is the place
for them. Some of the famous landmarks like `Port Rashid',
'Jabel Ali', 'Burj Al Arab', 'Palm Jumeirah' and theme based
free zone clusters such as `Business Bay' are all located in
this section. To add a star to this ever so charming city,
although Arabic is the official language of Dubai, Persian,
Malyalam, Bengali, English, Urdu, Tamil and even Hindi are
widely spoken by the people here. The official currency of Dubai
is `Dirham'.

Dubai is known to have quite a number of shopping malls like
`Marcato Mall', 'Ibn Battuta Mall' and `Mall of Emirates' to
name a few. However, one of the star attractions of Dubai which
is the chief reason why the city get's to see million's of
tourists teeming into the city every year is the `Dubai Shopping
festival'. This month long event is usually scheduled during the
first quarter of the year. Tourists from all across the world
are lured not only for Dubai's tax free shopping, but also for
all the events that take place during the festival. The event is
marked by heavy discounts on merchandise and fireworks which
make the skyline sparkle like gold making it literally seem like
a `city of gold'.

Well, for all those who prefer to sit back and experience the
luxury of this city, Dubai has some of the best hotels to offer.
The `Burj Al Arab' is a luxury hotel , used exclusively as a
hotel. It is the tallest building and stands on an artificial
island out from Jumeirah beach, connected to the mainland by a
private curving bridge. It's an iconic structure designed to
mimic the sail of a boat. Some of the other sought after hotels
of Dubai are `Grand Hyatt Hotel', 'Jumeirah Emirates Tower
Hotel' and a few more.

Dubai also has a lot to offer to it's young visitors. The
`Falconcity of Wonders' is one of the star attractions for the
children. It's a project to build a city in Dubai with replicas
of the Seven Wonders of the World added to the modern wonders
such as Eiffel Tower. It is believed that when viewed from the
space the city will form the shape of a falcon.

There is also something for the music lovers in Dubai. Dubai is
known for it's `Bedouin' folk music. A famous band of Dubai is
the `Sandwash Band', known for it's groove core music, which
typically features themes about lustful relationships.

Though Dubai is believed to be a land of deserts, one step on
this land is enough to wash out this premonition. All these
attractions only add more hue to this already colorful city. The
city has to offer something to every body who comes onto this
land.

A steam room and a steam bath experience can never be complete
without a steam generator. This is the main apparatus that would
let you have that luxurious and comforting experience that you
thought you can only have at special hotels or spas. Few years
ago, these steam generators can be seen in very bulk sizes since
only big establishments are the common users and buyers of this
apparatus. However, because of the popularity that it gains as
years pass by, there are now smaller sizes that can be stored
and be used at residential properties as well. This is to allow
home owners who are fond of steam bath to experience all the
benefits that a steam bath can give right in comfort of their
own home.

Unlike the old steam generator models, the latest units can be
easily installed even without the help of a professional. Most
of these units are usually mounted within twenty-five feet of
the shower or the steaming area. It has a durable casing that
does not rust easily. However, it is not recommended that these
generators will be installed or mounted in your home's outdoor
area. It should not be stored in humid areas or places where it
would easily get moist.

Of course, home owners would prefer an appliance that is
functional yet it will be able to save energy as well as money.
An effective steam generator typically has an automatic
temperature control. Moreover, the thermostat should also be
energy-efficient. It also must have an indicator if the
generator still has a sufficient amount of water in it to create
steam or not. In case the owner forgot to fill in new water, it
would automatically shuts off to avoid further damage not only
to the whole apparatus but to the whole area where it is placed
as well.

Since you wanted to have an instant steam bath spa-like
experience once you come home, a steam generator used for small
areas like a residential property commonly heats up easily even
if it has not been used for long. This is because it has small
water reservoirs compared to the steam generators used in hotels
or other big areas. You may also ask the manufacturer if they
provide electric control panels so that you may be able to
access your steam generator even if you are far from the main
steam room.

Choose the size of the steam generator which is only right for
your steam room. If your steam room is not that big enough, then
pick also a smaller steam generator. The bigger the generator
is, the more steam it will emit. In case your steam area is
smaller, and you still insist on installing and using a big
generator, it may cause problems to the steam room and to your
health at the same time. An excellent steam generator is your
perfect companion for your relaxation and luxury even without
setting your foot on hotels and spas charging you for an
expensive price for their thirty-minute service.
