China has, in recent years, gained prominence as a
manufacturing center to the world. Their ability to produce a
wide scope of goods at competitive price points has made them a
global go-to source for importers. Even small, home-based online
sellers are profitably sourcing from China suppliers. Several
recent developments, working in conjunction, have made China
sourcing a simpler, more straightforward process than it's ever
been before:

• Many trade barriers have been removed, and China has joined
the World Trade Organization.

• Both travel to and shipping from China are now faster,
cheaper, and more dependable than ever.

• Simple, safe payment methods are increasingly in place. The
number of China manufacturers who are implementing merchant
accounts and online payment solutions, like PayPal, is growing
rapidly.

• Rising competition among China manufacturers is forcing
factories to bring products up to western standards.

• Many Chinese businesspeople speak and understand English,
making the language barrier less of an issue.According to George
Bailey, Sales Manager for http://Chinavasion.com, these combined
circumstances create an enormous opportunity for Internet
retailers. Advises Bailey, "The key is finding reliable
suppliers for your own e-business. It's critical that you're
dealing with legitimate companies, so you don't get burned."

Finding REAL Manufacturers

Multiple resources are available to help you locate genuine
China suppliers: trade magazines, international trade fairs, and
Business-to-Business (B2B) websites. Because many B2B sites
allow anyone to advertise there, you need to ensure you're only
sourcing from companies that have been validated by the portal
service. These vetted suppliers usually have an identifying mark
or seal of authentication.

While there are many excellent China vendors that will deliver
quality goods, there are also many scammers, advertising popular
branded merchandise (Sony products, Apple iPods, etc). Even
though these goods may be manufactured in China, their
distribution is tightly controlled by their parent companies in
the U.S. Any overseas supplier claiming they can provide you
with these brand-name products is either selling defective or
gray-market goods. The former, you can't resell; the latter
won't make it past Customs – and may cause you legal troubles,
as well.

The Wholesale Alternative

Another option for newcomers is to start with an import
wholesaler, like http://Chinavasion.com or
http://GlobalSourcesDirect.com, which allows you to purchase
goods in small, affordable quantities. In some cases, you may
even have products drop shipped directly to your customers, just
as you would with a domestic wholesaler.

Although your wholesale prices will be higher than your
factory-direct prices, that additional expense is off-set by a
number of factors:

• You're not responsible for import taxes.

• You're not the party legally responsible for guaranteeing
your goods meet Customs regulations, so you're taking
considerably less risk.

• The wholesaler is handling quality control, so you don't have
to worry about products not being up-to-par. And in the unlikely
event that you're unhappy with a product's quality, you have a
much better chance of working out a return agreement than you
would working directly with a foreign manufacturer.

To determine the best source of imports for your eBiz, you need
to evaluate what level your business is at, and what kind of
responsibility you're prepared to take on.

Room for More

The opportunities in China are massive: whether you're a new or
experienced importer, it's a good time to take advantage of the
great benefits sourcing from China offers. Encourages Bailey,
"Online sellers have barely begun to tap into the products that
are available. There's room for a huge explosion of start-ups
and one-man businesses to make a major dent in their markets –
just because they've found the sources to make it work."

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The key to success in almost anything is leverage. The
definition of leverage is the ability to control a large amount
of an underlying variable with a small initial investment. In
other words, leverage refers to any situation where you're
getting a tremendous bang for your buck. Given limited time and
resources, we are all well advised to find areas where we can
leverage our efforts for greater returns. There are a number of
ways we can apply this theory in business and this article will
discuss a few of them.

Speaking in front of groups offers tremendous leverage for the
speaker. You prepare your comments once. You deliver your
comments once. But multiple people hear your comments at the
same time. It's like sharing your comments with all those
people but only having to communicate the actual words once.
And best of all, nobody interrupts you while you're delivering
your thoughts. You get to deliver everything you prepare
without being challenged on anything.

Writing a book is another great example. While the effort of
writing a book is a big one and while the time investment may be
significant, the leverage thereafter is hard to beat. You wrote
the book once. And now, it can be read time and again by
unknown people all across the globe. Indeed, these strangers
are witnessing your intellect at its very best, all without any
additional effort by you. Every book sold augments that
leverage further.

In fact, any form of written literature can have a similar
effect. You could create a short consumer report or a tips
sheet. You could create an information sheet. Such resources
are all created once but then available to multiple people once
completed. And as long as the resource demonstrates your
expertise, the resulting leverage will benefit your business.

Your website is an obvious extension of this same objective.
Creating a website with massive amounts of valuable information
is an extremely high-leverage activity – IF you get traffic to
it. And that's really the most important part. In all of these
examples, we're identifying something you can do once and then
have it generate results with multiple people. But the trick is
to maximize the audience.

In marketing, almost everything boils down to two steps:
exposure and conversion. The quality of your content will
determine the conversion but that is actually the easier of the
two. Exposure is always the hard part. Finding your audience
is the hard part. Getting more people to buy your book or visit
your website is the hard part. If you discover a strategy for
gaining exposure, it's a license to print money.

Leverage is available any time you can prepare something once
and deliver it to multiple people. And the leverage is greater
when the number of people is increased. So the primary
requirement of leverage is exposure and that's precisely what
Tactical Execution can help you with. Getting your expertise
out there is our specialty and you can find a lot of free
resources to help you get started on the website. Then, for
more advanced projects, give us a call and we can help you push
it to the next level.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Ajman is one of the seven emirates (sovereign states) that make
up the United Arab Emirates (the UAE). Ajman is the smallest of
the emirates with an area of only 260 square kilometres. The
main city of the emirate of Ajman is also called Ajman or Ajman
City to distinguish it from the emirate, and to avoid confusion.
The emirate of Ajman is geographically located on the coast of
the Persian Gulf between the emirates of Sharjah and Umm
al–Quwain.

Ajman was the third of the emirates of the UAE to allow foreign
freehold ownership of property which has resulted in huge
numbers of investors, both foreign and local, expressing
interest in the emirate. This interest has, in turn seen the
initiation of several property developments in the emirate to
cater for this interest. Primary among them is an area known as
New Ajman, an area of land along the Emirates Road. This area
will contain many new developments and projects which have been
envisioned by the ruler of the emirate Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi,
with the chief development being The Emirates City. The New
Ajman area and Ajman city in general is centrally located in the
heart of the UAE, it is only a 30 minute drive to Dubai and a 20
minute drive to the Sharjah International Airport.

The Emirates city development is a residential and commercial
development consisting of 72 commercial and residential towers
ranging from 20 to 50 floors. The development will be surrounded
by two lakes and beautiful green parks as well as containing
educational and medical facilities, mosques, five star hotels
and a shopping district. Interest in the Emirates city
development is huge, with several of the towers having already
been fully sold.

Al Ameera Village (which is also known as the Princess
Village), is another of the freehold commercial and residential
developments being constructed along the Emirates Road in Ajman.
This development will consist of a shopping mall, commercial
areas, a commercial tower, hotel apartments, as well as 41
residential buildings. The development will be fully landscaped
with fountains, gardens, parks and a 500 metre long boardwalk.
Al Ameera Village will house all of the amenities you would
expect from a development of this standard including mosques,
swimming pools, gymnasiums, just to name a few. The development
also features ample parking and wide roads to make traveling and
commuting around the village a pleasure. Al Ameera Village is
expected to be fully completed by mid 2008.

The National Centre for Real Investment Development Company has
also built, and is constructing several residential towers for
freehold ownership in various areas of Ajman City. The Al
Naeyiyah towers project which consists of thirteen towers built
in two stages was the first freehold residential development in
Ajman City. The developers followed with the Al Khor towers that
are built close to the Ajman Khor Creek, which are identical to
the Al Naeyiyah towers. The next offering from this developer
was the Al Rashidiya Towers constructed in the Rashidiya area of
Ajman, these towers look similar externally to their other
offerings but have a different internal layout.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The scene is almost cliché by now: husband forgets anniversary,
wife loses it, husband buys dozen roses, wife forgives. The
average repentant spouse doesn't realize the history behind
their gift however. Roses have held a significant place as a
symbol since the apex of Greek civilization, thousands of years
ago. Indeed, the rose is so important that in some languages
such as Spanish and French it is synonymous with the color red
or pink.

The various colors of different roses widely range in
significance. Red, the most common, is often used as a symbol of
love, while white is said to represent innocence and purity. The
black rose, impossible to produce, is used to signify death.

Nowhere is the rose more prevalent than in art. Perhaps the
most well known examples of the portrayal of roses in art come
from the French painter Pierre-Joseph Redouté. Classically
trained in both botany and painting, Redouté combined these two
disciplines to produce exquisite masterpieces. He looked to the
rose for both its unique form and vibrant color, bringing these
characteristics to life on canvas. Many of his paintings of
roses are encompassed in Les Roses, a three volume collection.
His art is prominently displayed in the Jardin des Plantes of
the Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris. Claude Monet also used
roses in some of his painting. One of his finest paintings is
Sea-Roses, an impressionist take on the rose. This work,
completed in 1920, is housed in the National Gallery in London.

Roses aren't just utilized as motivation for art, however. They
have value in beautifying the home, turning boring walls into
gardens. Serving a double purpose, rose shrubs with their sharp
barbs are often used to protect against intruders. The most
prolific of rose plants can reach as high as 20 meters, a sure
deterrent to any trespasser.

Roses are also known for their beautiful fragrance. Rose
perfumes are made from the flower's oil, obtained from crushed
petals. Incredibly, between 70 and 80 percent of rose oil comes
from the "Rose Valley" near Kazanluk, Bulgaria. About two
thousand roses are required to produce just one gram of oil.
This results in the high prices consumers pay at department
store shelves.

Growing a rose garden is a form of art in itself. A delicate
green thumb is required to raise these temperamental flowers.
Roses grow best in temperate climates. In recent years, a modern
classification of landscape roses has become popular. These
roses are genetically selected to serve the gardener as a
mass-produced, hardy strain that won't require as much attention
as traditional breeds. These have solid disease resistance, and
offer the same color, form and fragrance, making them a great
option for the novice rose gardener.

The rose is a staple of our culture. Without it, men would be
relegated to sleeping on the couch even more frequently than at
present. While perfume and art are important, perhaps, then, its
use as a salve for relationships is the rose's most important
function.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It is said: "There is no such thing as a free lunch!" Such
saying is relevant when talking about so-called 'free' web
hosting sites. These sites are not really free at all, they just
seem like they are. They are not saints who would give long
hours of free service just to keep your website above water. No,
of course not! There is always someone else who pays for the
upkeep of 'free' Web Hosting sites. Below are some things that
you should consider before choosing a free web host over a
commercial one.

Ads

The most common income generating methods of free web hosts are
ads. Ad companies pay these free web hosts to post their ads on
the web pages of their members. If you go for a free web host,
there will be a big probability that you will have so much ads
on your web pages.

Ads may even pop up during the initial registration phase. The
terms and conditions page of the registration form usually
contains specifications about the ad content for your free web
site. Some free web hosts insert a lot of ads that most browsers
gets annoyed and will later on avoid the site. Some web hosts
even attach pop up ads to your web pages. This doesn't only
irritate visitors, but it can also interfere with the upload of
your web site.

Space and Restrictions

When you sign up with a free web host, you can expect that you
will have a limited space on the server hard disk. This means
that you cannot post all that you want to because it is
regulated. Another issue is the restrictions for the types of
the files you can upload.

Most free web hosts only accommodate the basic files like, JPEG
and MP3 files. This can prove troublesome if you need to upload
files of a different nature. It results in you spending time
converting them. Another thing, most free web hosts do not offer
copyright protection for the files on your site and you will not
be able to control the download and the duplication of your
posts.

Up and Down Time plus Limited Customer Support

The great thing about paid commercial Web Hosts is that they
have a degree of commitment towards their clients. They promise
lesser down times (number of hours the site is unavailable) and
great customer support. You won't be able to get that with a
free web host. They cannot guarantee a 99.99% Up Time like most
paid web hosts do.

Down Time can really affect your website and your business.
Your customers won't be able to access your site and that
translates into 'zero' revenue for you. Frankly, there is
nothing worse than an inaccessible website. Also, if you run
into problems while you are using a free web host, you will not
be able to expect a timely response. You may have to wait for
some time before your queries are answered and when they are, it
might not be the answer you are looking for.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
One of the quickest ways to drive traffic to your site is to
key in on a hot topic. If you have a site dedicated to why
butter melts on summer days and then you place a series of
supporting articles on your site you may not wind up with as
much traffic as you'd like. This may be due to the fact that
this is an issue most people don't really think about much – or
perhaps they've already learned the secret.

However key in on a controversial topic like the death penalty
or hate crimes you will likely find improved traffic. You can
also look for emotionally connected issues such as weight loss
or an improved health.

Once you've optimized your site with appropriate keywords or
phrases your site will likely find its way into a better place
in search engine rankings and it may show up in Google's email
program.

When visitors make it to your site you should attempt to ensure
that you can welcome them back again at an appropriate time.
Many sites do this with the offer of a free report when the
individual decides to leave the site. The offer will usually say
something like, "Don't leave yet. As a way of saying thank you…"
and then will explain the report, tip or ecourse that is being
offered with a simple and absolutely free sign up.

If the visitor is interested and the information you have on
your site has been valued then that guest may find it in their
interest to sign up for your free newsletter. This is especially
true when they know they can opt out at any time.

Most sites manage this with time-released autoresponders, but
the intent remains improved traffic.

I have been to some health related sites that were infused with
health information, testimonials, quotes from doctors and
article archives that provided a comprehensive look at the
health issue being discussed. The exit strategy left me with a
choice about receiving reports on additional ways to combat this
potential health issue as well as recipes that will help aid in
a healthy lifestyle.

At that point, if a site visitor has any interest at all, it
becomes a fairly easy decision – perhaps as easy as bookmarking
the site. All they need to do is provide an email address and a
first name. The reports are sent and the visitor has regular
links back to the primary site if they need more information or
want to make a purchase of an ancillary product or service.

Traffic that is built from individuals who have a motivation
for visiting the site is much more beneficial than using email
marketing that can be little more than a shot in the dark if the
list is leased. You might hit something, but they may not be
happy about it.

Work to optimize your site at the beginning of your online
journey and then develop a desirable means of encouraging first
time guests to come back. If you've done your job right many of
them will take you up on your offer.

With the way that things are going in the corporate world, job
security is not what it used to be. Now companies are
downsizing, going to temporary employees, hiring outsources and
on tighter employee budgets. It is more important than ever to
begin building your retirement yourself. One of the best ways
to do this is through starting a small home business.

What is one of the quickest ways for starting a small home
business? Info products are in high demand. People are
constantly seeking information on all sorts of products,
services, and a wide variety of topics. You can easily start an
info business distributing wellness and health informational
products.

Stop and think for a moment about home remedies that you use
for colds, flu, head aches and even stomach aches. Perhaps, you
have learned some tricks for younger skin or reducing acne.
These are types of topics that people crave information about.
You can create an online library of eBooks for people to
purchase and download for starting a small home business.

What if you don't write? You can hire ghost writers to write
your information eBooks and products for you. You can even have
audio books recorded for people to download from your new
wellness and health informational store. People enjoy short
information audio, videos and books that are their fingertips.
The good news is that the Internet never shuts down. You can
connect with people from all around the world no matter what
your other schedule is like.

Another option for obtaining information products on health and
wellness is to become an affiliate for a company that already
has DVDs, CDs, books, tapes and other informational products.
The products are already packaged and ready to go. All you do is
set up an account and get a free web store with the parent
company. Because the wellness industry is growing so rapidly and
there is a huge range of topics to select from, this type of
industry is one of the strongest for new small home business
owners to venture into.

If you can write, you can sell eBooks online through publishing
online houses. You can do a short eBook of approximately 15 to
20 pages on specific health and wellness topics. You can even
create a series of books for consumers. There are many
self-publishing houses on the Internet. They even offer a store
front for you to sell your completed books. You can download
templates, covers and even register your work to receive an ISBN
so that it can be listed with major bookstores such as Amazon,
Walden Books and more. Did you know that if you get an ISBN for
your wellness and health books that you can have hard copies
printed for your local library, schools and community centers?

There are many ways to obtain health and wellness informational
products. Likewise, there are many ways to promote selling these
products. It is a perfect small home business to begin in your
spare time that has very little to virtually no start-up costs
for you. This enables you to begin building your retirement
while you are still working a traditional job. The Internet
never closes, so you can make money even when you're at your
regular job or asleep.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
You can find lots of misinformation about money and credit and
especially credit cards. Misinformation is misfortune, so arm
yourself with The truth before you tackle the credit card
demons!

Myth #1: "It's all my fault I got into this credit card mess!"

The truth: It may not be your fault at all. Credit card
companies really are out to get us. You probably just got caught
in the trap.

Myth #2: "Credit Cards are what got me into debt."

The truth: Spending is what got you into debt. The credit cards
just made it easier.

Myth #3: "My credit rating is destroyed forever and there is
nothing I can do about it."

The truth: If you have a job and are willing to work at it, you
can get your credit under control and your credit rating
restored. Rebuilding your credit requires that you do three
things; pay your bills on time, look for better options and
learn about money and credit.

Myth #4: "It's fine to give my credit card number for
identification as long as I don't authorize a charge."

The truth: NEVER give your credit card number for
identification purposes. For that matter, you need to guard all
of your personal information like a ferocious tiger.

Unless you initiate the phone call, do not give your name,
address, phone number, social security number, credit card
number or driver's license number to anybody. All of this
information can cause your identity to be stolen or worse.

Myth #5: "If I pay off a debt or cut up a credit card, this
information is removed from my credit report."

The truth: When you pay off a past due debt it actually
restarts the time period that it can be reported in your credit
history. Cutting up a credit card does not close the account.
You must call the credit card bank to close an account under all
circumstances.

Then There's the Urban Credit Legend

Urban legends are just a fact of computer life. There are the
old ones that have been around for years and new ones that pop
up everyday. It's the modern version of gossiping over the back
yard fence and most of them are false but harmless. When it
comes to the urban legends about credit they really, however,
they are harmful.

"You can pick a lock with a credit card" may be true but it's a
bad idea…you could mess up the card. Use a butter knife or a
piece from a plastic milk bottle. But what were you trying to
pick a lock for anyway?

These are a few urban legends that can hurt you.

Legend: Cutting up a credit card closes the account.

Wrong! You must call the lenders phone number on the back of
the card to cancel the account…so piece that card back together
and get the phone number, make the call and cancel the account.

Legend: Closing an account removes it from your record.

Wrong! Credit reporting agencies are a rather unforgiving lot
and they have memories like proverbial elephants. Accounts
remain on your credit report for seven years even the ones you
have closed.

Legend: Even good credit information drops off your report
after seven years.

Wrong! Unlike humans, credit reporting agencies remember the
good stuff forever (even if the accounts are closed) and forget
the bad stuff after seven years. Unless, of course, you believe
this

Legend: Paying off an old delinquent account improves your
credit.

Wrong! Paying off an old delinquent debt actually starts that
seven year clock ticking again.

Legend: Car dealers need to run your credit before you take a
test drive.

Wrong! This is a fast one pulled by those super duper 60-day
wonder salesmen. Don't believe a word of it. You have not yet
applied to buy anything and there is no reason for to check your
credit until or IF that time comes.

Credit Card Banks Really are Out to Get You

Their objective is to make as much money off you as they
possibly can legally. It isn't your imagination and you aren't
being cynical. They are out to get you and it's getting worse by
the day.

In 1978 there were fifty credit card issuing companies that
accounted for 50% of the credit card market. Today there are
only four companies that control 65% of the same market. Those
four are American Express, Bank of America, Citigroup, and JP
Morgan Chase. MBNA was the fifth but it has just been gobbled up
by Bank of America. Less competition is never good news for
consumers. Already these giants sign you up for card with a 0%
introductory offer and then that rate goes up quickly and
steeply. In that itty-bitty fine print you didn't read it says
that the credit card company can do that with only a 15day
notice. The period between a purchase and the time your interest
starts is no longer 30 days either.

It's been shrinking at an alarming rate. The fees you are
charged for paying the bill late or going over your credit limit
have exploded. The average penalty rate is around 24% but some
are as high as 35%. Yes, the lack of any serious competition
between credit card companies is hurting all of us.

What is a consumer to do? We are a nation addicted to plastic
spending. When we make a purchase we just automatically reach
for a credit card to pay for it. We use them to buy groceries,
pick up our laundry and buy a hamburger. We need to break this
bad habit, over-come this addiction and start using our credit
cards wisely.

Suggestion: cash a check at the bank and pay cash for everyday
purchases. Use your credit cards only when necessary and avoid
paying high interest and fees.

An important part of planning your business is to know who will use your
products/services. The vast majority of small businesses will rely on
their communities for sales. It is in your best interest to get to know
everything you can about your community, or the people who will use your
business.

Please don't spend advertising dollars on people who don't want
or need your products/services. First, find out who are your potential
consumers. Find out by answering the following questions:

* Are most of them female?
* Are most of them male?
* Are they an even mix of male & female?
* What is their average income bracket?
* Where would these consumers generally congregate?
* What are their interests?
* What is the average size and age?
* What type of work do they do?
* Do they live in apartments, houses or rural areas?
* What is the average family size?

Answering these questions will enable you to define the physical
limitations of your business and build a profile of your average
consumer. Some of the most successful businesses know exactly who they
are catering to. With the answers to the above questions, you can
formulate marketing strategies aimed specifically at those consumers.

Break it down into the types of people who live there, you will be able
to make informed marketing decisions. Finding out the income levels of
your average consumer is vital. Don't waste your time trying to sell
expensive items to low-income consumers. Study your consumers
habits.Once you have a better idea of who you are targeting, you can
then research the best way to advertise and promote your business.

Shredders - Which Brands To Consider.
Shredders are a very useful tool for protecting highly
confidential business information and encouraging the use
of a shredder among your staff, when disposing of sensitive
business information, is an essential activity for any
company. Employers can encourage good and consistent
housekeeping procedures within their companies by outlining
a clear policy for shredding documents and providing your
employees with a high-quality shredder from the wide range
available through ABT that can cater for all shredding
requirements.

Shredders are available at all specification levels and to
suit all possible customer requirements - whether a
shredder is required for low-level personal use in the home
or the continuous shredding of high security documents
within a large business environment.

Shredding machine manufacturers include Dahle, EBA,
Fellowes, GBC, HSM, IDEAL, Intimus, Kobra, Martin Yale and
Schleicher.

There are many different types of shredder, including desk
side paper shredders, small office paper shredders, large
office paper shredders, heavy duty paper shredders,
commercial paper shredders, automatic paper shredders, high
security paper shredders, cardboard shredders, CD, DVD, and
multimedia shredders, A3 paper shredders and large paper
size paper shredders.

With identity theft currently rising on a global scale, no
one can afford to be without a shredder within their home
or office environment.

Personal users should consider that a potential criminal
only needs to gather details of their credit card; address
or bank account just once to commit fraud in their name and
the importance of investing in a quality and reliable paper
shredder at a discount price becomes self-evident.
Investing in a reasonably-priced, small-scale shredder for
personal use will enable everyone in your household to
dispose of confidential documents with ease and ensure that
you and your family are well on the way to being protected
from identity theft or fraud.

So when looking for a brand of shredder, who should you
consider, and what models are available?

Well, IDEAL paper shredders are the perfect option for the
office or company requiring an industrial shredder. There
are around 50 models. IDEAL paper shredders come as either
cross-cut or strip-cut, and are offered throughout the
price spectrum to suit the customer's individual
requirements, on however large or small a scale. Models
available include deskside shredders that shred small
quantities of paper to large, industrial shredders capable
of shredding up to 700 sheets simultaneously.

The range of Fellowes shredders available on the market is
extensive and there is a Fellowes shredder available to
suit every level of requirement. Fellowes home shredders
are designed to shred an infrequent number of paper
documents, such as bank statements and other personal
documentation. Fellowes home shredders are easy to use,
reliable and very reasonably priced.

Moving slightly higher up the range, Fellowes offer a range
of shredders for the home office user - for those who need
to shred a moderate number of documents several times a
day. A home office shredder will enable those working from
home to protect their business and personal information.

Fellowes small office shredders are designed to service
around 100 shredding sessions a day and are ideal for the
small to medium sized company or department. Fellowes offer
a number of shredders at the small office level, with the
SB80 being an excellent example.

Fellowes large office shredders are designed to be used
throughout the working day and Fellowes offer a range of
models that can shred up to 3600 documents per day.

Dahle paper shredders, are available in both strip cut and
cross cut machines, from security level 3 home office or
personal use shredders to large industrial shredders that
can shred anything from a range of stationery to the entire
contents of a waste bin.

EBA shredders are designed for heavy duty and industrial
use and they are known for their hard-to-beat prices.

HSM manufacture an enormous range of shredding machines,
and are the experts in everything from deskside shredders
costing less than £100 to large commercial shredders
currently available on the market for several thousand
pounds.

Another well known brand to consider is Intimus. They make
all types of machines from desk side shredders available
for around £100 to commercial shredders priced at
almost £20,000. Intimus offer both strip and cross
cut shredders and have a machine available to suit every
possible requirement.

Although their range is smaller than some of the previous
manufacturers discussed Kobra shredders are designed for
desk side use right through to commercial and high security
specifications.

Martin Yale specialise in deskside shredders which are
available in both strip cut and cross cut types.

Schleicher manufacture heavy duty and commercial shredders
and all their shredders are suitable for heavy use in an
industrial environment, with a variety of specifications
available at this level. The Schleicher Pacmate is a
cardboard shredder that has been designed to be easily
transported round your work environment

When starting an online business one of the most important
things we need to do just like any other business is to sell
products... One sure way to increase sales is to offer potential
customers a special offer; it could be samples, discounts, trial
offers, purchase awards etc. I have listed a couple of scorching
offers that could be used to sell products like wildfire.

Offer free samples of your product to visitors on your website.
Once the samples prove to be all that you say it is, it is very
likely and easy for them to buy and refer others to you're site.
If you decide not to give away free sample you can offer a trial
offer of the service or product simply to show the customer just
how great it is, you can maybe have a free 30 day trial, this
done by allot of business owners and is a time proven strategy
to increase sales.

Offering a rebate to the customer after they buy the product or
service is also a great idea. It will make the customer feel
like they getting a great deal for purchasing your product. You
can also have a payment option or payment plan; this makes the
product more affordable to customers who might not be able to
pay one flat price, this will defiantly increase your sales just
do like all these infomercials you see on TV you can offer 3
easy monthly payments.

The time old buy one get one free offer is always a winner,
this always work; simply reward your customers with a freebie if
they buy one, two or maybe three items. This works like a charm
and will defiantly increase your sales. Of course offering a
discount will also increase sales, so go ahead and offer your
customer an attractive discount on there purchases, this will
make a huge impact on your profits.

The biggest money maker is having seasonal sales, Christmas,
Labor Day Valentines day etc, When people are a in a festive
mood they are ready to spend money so if you offer a holiday
sale they will be ready and eager to buy, this will really
improve the bottom line. Have a $1. Sale on your website for new
customers, this will encourage them to visit your site to
purchase your $1. Items plus they might buy other items as they
are there. You can also offer coupons on items that are bought
that can be redeemed to get discounts on some of your other
products on future purchases.

Using testimonials on banner advertisements will make customers
feel more secure to part with there money because you would have
supplied them with proof that you are for real. It gives a
potential customer a save feeling that real people have tried
the product a liked it. For this to work the banner ad must have
enough information that the customer can understand and relate
to. This gives your site a personal touch that people would
trust and once people trust you they would buy from you. If you

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are literally thousands of online programs that promise
seemingly unlimited earning potential, but the real process of
increasing your online residual income opportunities takes a bit
of doing and just a smidgen of know-how. Imagine the
possibilities associated with not only growing your steady cash
flow potential, but also cultivating a residual income system
that will pay you long after your direct involvement in a deal
or transaction has been paid!

You are probably smart enough to have figured this out already,
but it is imperative to realize that any website that promises
you will make money while you sleep, get rich quick overnight,
and become a millionaire doing this line of work is lying to you
and most likely is trying to do little more than get you to pay
$19.99 or some such amount in an effort to sell you a secret
that allegedly will make all of your dreams come true. Think
about it! If there truly was such a secret, the person in
possession of it would not be hawking it on a badly designed
website using stock graphics.

The only way to increase your online residual income
opportunities is through dedication and hard work. With just a
bit of business savvy you can get accomplish this with a
relatively small cash investment. Begin by building a website
that is user-friendly as well as search engine friendly. You may
then use it to sell the product you may have decided to sell.
You also have the option of signing up with a multi level
marketing (MLM) company which will not only build you a website
already populated with all the links you need and commerce tools
you will require, but the company will even hold the product for
you in their warehouse pending the sales!

Maximize your income potential and begin your road to residual
income by recruiting other individuals to do the same thing.
Invest your time in training them, helping them to build an
online presence, and also coach and encourage them as needed.
You will be rewarded with a small percentage of their overall
profits, which will continue to trickle in long after your
training and grooming has ceased. And, if you sign up with a MLM
company that has a generous remuneration plan, you will find
that the people they recruit will also pay a small percentage of
their profits to you, and thus if you are a successful recruiter
who finds, grooms, and then turns out other successful
recruiters, you are in the fast lane to making some serious
residual income!

Self promotion and the utmost care in choosing a product and
company are key components to increasing your online residual
income opportunities. Just as important is your dedication and
motivation to be successful. Give yourself a realistic time
frame to evaluate the success of your business. It takes time to
market and advertise your business, and your recruits will build
slowly over time. Keep your eyes set on the future, choose your
marketing avenues wisely and you will be successful!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
An accomplished real estate agent will only show a
pre-qualified buyer the property, when they are trying to make
real estate sales. The only option for a "for sale by owner"
seller is to have every buyer pre-qualified before they ever
think about bringing a sales contract into it. Signing a sales
contract with an unqualified buyer is a terrible mistake. If you
do this with a buyer who ultimately is unable to secure a
mortgage that will cover the cost of your home, you will be tied
up in a contract that will prevent you from finding a different
buyer.

You may be unfamiliar with the terms "pre-approved" and
"pre-qualified". The term "pre-approved" refers to a buyer who
has been approved for a loan for a %specific% dollar amount by a
lending institution. The term "pre-qualified refers to a buyer
with an unconfirmed estimate of the amount that he will be able
to borrow from a lending institution. You goal must be focusing
on getting a suitable buyer with the ability to secure a loan
that will be sufficient for purchasing your home.

If you want to pre-qualify a buyer, you are obligated to
perform this task on your own. You will have to arrange a
meeting with the potential buyer where you will ask simple but
personal information. You will need to know both the
long-standing debt and the income of the buyer. You may feel
reluctant to ask this kind of personal information of an
absolute stranger or even a neighbor, but there's no need to be.
Anyone who is willing to complete real estate sales such as this
is aware that they will have to answer questions of this nature.

A pre-qualifying worksheet is crucial in order for you to do
the calculations by hand. Once you have recorded all of the
buyer's information on monthly long-standing payments and
income, it is time to secure an estimation of the maximum dollar
amount the buyer is capable of borrowing.

A simpler method would be to ask the buyer if they would be
willing to go to a %trustworthy% web site that will calculate
the estimated maximum dollar amount that they will be able to
borrow.

In order to determine this estimation, you will need three
factors: yearly income, monthly long-term debt, and the national
average of cost of living. By adding the buyer's down payment to
the estimated mortgage loan you can find the largest dollar
amount that the buyer can pay for your home.

Finding the right buyer for your real estate sales is of the
utmost importance, no matter how troublesome it may seem. When
you find an interested buyer who is unable to secure the loan
required to complete the transaction, giving them all of your
attention is an enormous waste of time. The first time you meet
a prospective buyer, everyone is on even terms. You want to
pre-qualify a potential buyer as soon as they express an
interest in purchasing your home. As soon as it has been
confirmed that the buyer is qualified, everyone will be at rest.
You will now be able to move on the more important business of
purchasing your home.

The growing popularity of bronze sculptures, handmade with all
the charms of antiquity and uniqueness are durable art pieces.
Different shapes both contemporary and traditional portrayal of
animals, nature, and wall- art and cast bronze decorative
artifacts are in demand. The work and theme on sculptures differ
from artist to artist and from country to country. Each country
has its own designs, traditional arts and bronze sculptures and
castings vary according to regions. Collectors sculptures have a
varied collection of artifacts, collected over a period of time
while the Internet stores have made browsing and ordering bronze
sculptures easy and fun.

The growing popularity of bronze sculptures, handmade with all
the charms of antiquity and uniqueness are durable art pieces.
Different shapes both contemporary and traditional portrayal of
animals, nature, and wall- art and cast bronze decorative
artifacts are in demand. It is said sculpting with this metal
originated in China and carried forward by Greek sculptors while
the Egyptians used to make small statutes and Greeks made life
like statutes, decorative art, vessels and weapons.

As an alloy of copper and tin, it is harder than copper,
durable, resistant to corrosion and melts easily. Historical
facts state that due to wars and intense looting from the
defeated kingdoms, huge amounts of bronze statues and artifacts
were taken away, melted to make arms or statues by the
victorious army. The sculptures of the Greek periods are very
rare as the artifacts were melted down for other purposes.

However, it has always remained the popular metal as far as
decorative statutes, candle stands and sculpture are created. It
may be hammered, cast and carved with equal ease while it flows
uniformly into a mold when heated under optimum temperatures.
The outdoor decorative statues are usually preferred to be
crafted in bronze due to durability, withstand extreme
temperatures and have anti rust features.

To judge the superiority of a bronze sculpture may be based on
the process used to create the art work and the skill of the
artist. The theme can vary from wildlife, historic scenes to
simple depiction of everyday life. The flow, finish and look
depend on the inherent taste and experience of the artist.
Sculptures can range in size and bulk depending upon your
requirements.

Bronze sculptures are often copied or cast as poor fakes, so
better beware of impersonators and buy from reputed sources.
There are many artists and importers of bronze carvings who are
professionals in their field. With high reliability and good
customer policies, internet stores selling bronze statutes and
sculptures are a good way to add to your collection exquisite
pieces from different parts of the world.

The work and theme on sculptures differ from artist to artist
and from country to country. Each country has its own designs,
traditional arts and bronze sculptures and castings vary
according to regions. Collectors sculptures have a varied
collection of artifacts, collected over a period of time while
the Internet stores have made browsing and ordering bronze
sculptures easy and fun.

One of the best stories ever told
People who know me, say that I am a very positive person.
I've worked hard over the years at trying to find the
positive in most situations and pass it on to others. I
was recently sent an email by a friend who passed on one of
the nicest stories I have heard. So in this season of
giving, I'd like to share it with you. The author is
anonymous.

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves learning
disabled children, the father of one of the students
delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who
attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated
staff, he offered a question:

"When not interfered with by outside influences, everything
nature does is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay,
cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot
understand things as other children do. Where is the
natural order of things in my son?"

The audience was stilled by the query. The father
continued. "I believe, that when a child like Shay comes
into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature
presents itself, and it comes, in the way other people
treat that child."

Then he told the following story. He and Shay had walked
past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball.

Shay asked, "Do you think they'll let me play?"

Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want
someone like Shay on their team, but the father also
understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would
give him a much needed sense of belonging. Shay's father
approached one of the boys on the field and asked if Shay
could play. The boy looked around for guidance and getting
none, he took matters into his own hands and said, "We're
losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I
guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to
bat in the ninth inning."

In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a
few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the
ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the
outfield. Even though no hits came his way, he was
obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field,
grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from
the stands.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored
again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the
potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to
be next at bat.

At this juncture, let Shay bat and give away their chance
to win the game?

Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a
hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know
how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the
ball. However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the
pitcher moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so
Shay could at least be able to make contact.

The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball
softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at
the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the
pitcher. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could
have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay
would have been out and that would have been the end of the
game. Instead, the pitcher took the ball, turned and threw
the ball on a high arc to right field, far beyond the reach
of the first baseman.

Everyone started yelling, "Shay, run to first! Run to
first!"

Never in his life had Shay ever made it to first base. He
scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, "Run to second, run to second!"

By the time Shay rounded first base, the right fielder had
the ball. He could have thrown the ball to the
second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's
intentions and intentionally threw the ball high and far
over the third-baseman's head.

Shay ran toward second base as the runners ahead of him
deliriously circled the bases toward home.

Shay reached second base, the opposing shortstop ran to
him, turned him in the direction of third base, and
shouted, "Run to third!"

As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams were
screaming, "Shay, run home!"

Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as
the hero who hit the "grand slam" and won the game for his
team.

"That day," said the father softly with tears now rolling
down his face, "the boys from both teams helped bring a
piece of true love and humanity into this world."

Bob Selden: Here's an opportunity for you to realize true
human nature by passing on this story to others. My
suggestion is not to pass it on to those who will readily
appreciate it, but to those whom you know will most likely
be skeptical. Who knows, maybe the natural order of things
will take over?

Identity thieves steal your personal information for many
reasons. Among those are to obtain credit (money) using your
credit information, but also medical benefits, Veteran's
benefits and employment.

Why would anyone steal your identity just to get a job? For
many reasons, for example some people are in the United States
illegally and do not have a social security number. Some people
can not pass background checks, or have a criminal background
that would keep them from getting jobs. Whatever the reason,
Social Security Numbers are hot merchandise, if yours can be
gotten, it can be sold.

"Misuse of another individual's SSN is a violation of federal
law and may lead to fines and/or imprisonment and disregarding
the work authorization provisions printed on your Social
Security card may be a violation of federal immigration law.
Violations of applicable law regarding Social Security number
fraud and misuse are serious crimes and will be prosecuted."
According to the Social Security Administration, The crime is
considered a felony under federal and state laws and may result
in fines and imprisonment.

In order to determine if there has been any use of your SSN to
obtain employment, it is important to review your W-2 each year
to determine that your social security benefits are being
accurately reported and that the correct SSN is being used.
Next, review your Social Security Statement issued to you each
year. Check your statement against your W-2 to determine if
there are any discrepancies. One way of determining if your SSN
has been used illegally will be by monitoring the information on
you benefits statement; which may state that benefits have been
accessed or that the amount paid in maybe greater than the
number reported on your W-2. To obtain a copy of your Statement
of Benefits you may call the SSA toll-free at 1-800-772-1213.

Are you responsible for the taxes on the wages resulting from
someone being illegally employed? Probably not, and the taxes
are paid directly through the employer. As a result that money
is just sitting in an account held by the federal government.

What about Social Security Benefits? What happens to the money
paid in through two people employed and using the same social
security number? It is estimated that approximately 420 billion
dollars in federal funds are sitting in "limbo." The government
calls this the Earnings Suspense Fund. The money has been paid
in, but there is no one to credit the funds or benefits to. This
is because in many cases the user of your social security number
is also using either their own name, or a fake name. The only
people that benefit from this extra payment are the federal
government as well as the imposter who is able to be employed.
Each government agency (IRS and SSA) have a list of mis-matched
numbers, that don't belong to the names that are using them, so
what are they doing about it?

Illegal use of your SSN is very difficult to find out about,
unless you happen to apply for a job at the same place, or if
they are also using it for theft of your credit information.

If after reviewing your benefits and wages information you are
suspicious, take the next steps. Request a credit report to see
if credit has also been obtained using your identity. If so, it
is time to move quickly in order to rectify the errors in your
employment, social security and credit history.

If you determine that your social security number has been
compromised, you must contact the Social Security Administration
and report it. Reports are made to the Social Security
Administration (SSA) Office of the Inspector General. You may
file a complaint online at www.socialsecurity.gov/oig, call
toll-free: 1-800-269-0271, fax: 410-597-0118, or write: SSA
Fraud Hotline, P.O. Box 17768, Baltimore, MD 21235.

Can you get a new social security number if you suspect that
your number has been used? Maybe, but not always. The SSA will
not issue a new number in the following circumstances: it was
lost or stolen and no proof of damage has occurred, you are
trying to avoid detection of poor credit or a criminal record,
or you are trying to avoid some form of legal responsibility.
However it is up to you to prove to them that your number is
being used illegally, that you are not attempting to avoid
credit collection or any other actions possibly pending against
you.

Be proactive and try to protect and repair the damage yourself.
File a report with the Social Security Administration, Federal
Trade Commission and the three major credit agencies. However,
without the issuance of a new Social Security Number, you are
still at risk so you may want to consider using all the credit
protection available to you such as placing fraud alerts on your
credit report, credit freezes and consistent monitoring of your
credit report. To report Identity Theft you may contact the
Federal Trade Commission via telephone 1-877-438-4338.

You may find it necessary to consult with an attorney to
protect your current and future benefit rights. Know your rights
and stand up for them. Credit lenders or collection agents may
attempt to threaten you or force you to pay for outstand debts
incurred by use of your information. Consult with law
enforcement officials, an attorney, the State's Attorney General
and consumer credit counseling organizations to determine what
your rights and responsibilities are and you can assert them.

Business

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Despite existing for a short period of time, EDC Diamond has
quickly become one of the best home based businesses on the
internet. The company has created more six-figure income per
month people than any of its direct competition. Because of
this, it is obvious that it has all of the characteristics that
make up a successful company.

If you are looking for a home based business to have success
with, EDC is just that. You do not have to worry about wasting
time on a program that will fail you. You will not waste any
money investing into a program that is a scam. EDC Diamond has
been making a plethora of people just like you hundreds of
thousands of dollars. Here are 6 reasons why EDC is the best
home based business.

1. Training

Unlike many programs on the internet, you will receive
first-class training with EDC. There are personal training
classes five days a week that deliver fresh and enticing
information for you to excel. There are "how to" instructional
videos in the members area of the back office. And there is an
extensive archive of other video previously recorded that you
have access to.

2. Marketing

EDC is a software company that helps people learn how to
properly market their web site. Because of this, you will have
access to the best material on the internet for marketing. No
longer do you have to worry about generating traffic to your
site. You will have more than enough traffic coming to your
site. This will allow you to focus on turning prospects into
customers as oppose to worrying about getting traffic.

3. Incredible commission plan

Perhaps the one thing that makes this the best home based
business on the internet is its commission plan. EDC became the
first company to offer 100% commission to its customers. Because
of this, you have the potential to earn $1,500 on one sell with
an EDC-Diamond program. It is this one facet alone that has
hundreds of members earning a six-figure income per month.

4. Residual income

Residual income is the easiest way to make money on the
internet and is potentially the greatest asset to have with a
home based business. EDC is one of the few programs on the
internet that gives you the opportunity to earn commission along
with residual income. You have the potential of earning $50
residual income with each customer you sign up. As long as the
customers stay in the program, you constantly earn $50 without
doing a thing.

5. Promotional tools

To make sure that you have success with the program, EDC
provides you with the best software products available to use
and sell. The company has invested $13,762 assembling this
massive software suite for you to use when attempting to turn
prospects into customers. This makes everything easier on you to
turn prospects to customers. The massive software suite includes
more than 2,500 individual products with master resell rights.
And to make sure that you have all of the latest releases to
promote, EDC is constantly upgrading and adding products for you
to use to promote.

6. Live the dream lifestyle

There are hundreds of programs on the internet that claim they
will take you to your dream lifestyle. After a few months you
quickly realize that it was just a scam to get you to join their
program. But EDC is the lone truth to this statement, as you
truly will be able to live the dream lifestyle with this
program. With extensive training and all of the right marketing
tools, you will be earning a six-figure income monthly in no
time.

The list of reasons why EDC is the best home based business on
the internet could literally go on forever. You will also have a
great deal of free time because of the marketing system that
will be given to you to promote. The marketing system will do a
majority of the selling for you. You will get the best marketing
tools on the internet as well. And you will receive first-class
training to ensure you have success within the program. Despite
being on the internet for a short period of time, there are very
few home based businesses that can make claims like these.

Article Title: 5 Essentials For A Healthy Relationship

Format: 64cpl

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are many things that come into play when you are in a
serious relationship that can mean the difference between a
healthy and a very unhealthy one. Some things you'll find there
is a little give, but others if something isn't present as much
as possible, it can doom the relationship.

Here are 5 of the most important things that contribute to a
healthy relationship.

1. Being with the Right Person!

That sounds obvious, but how many people have you known that
have been with the wrong person? I'm not talking about a couple
that is a little wrong for each other. No relationship is
perfect. I mean really wrong!

Unless from the beginning you start by being with someone that
likes to do things with you, has similar interests and a similar
attitude in general, you'll be doomed to walk the rest of your
life in regret.

If you have two opposing views on every topic and struggle
doing what the other likes to do, then you are on a tremulous
path.

2. Forgiveness

It has to be there. If you plan on having a long and fruitful
life together, you need to learn to forgive each others mistakes
along the way. Even the most terrible ones! If they are too
terrible and you can't forgive the one you love, then ready
yourself for serious problems.

Broken and struggling couples are quick to accuse and take a
long time to forgive if they ever do. They become cynical and
angry towards the other. This is a doomed situation.

If your partner loses it and says something nasty to you, shake
it off. Everyone has mood swings and if they love you, it's
probably not personal.

3. Flexibility

Healthy relationships depend on each partner being flexible.
There is a give and take with a relationship. One of you might
like shopping at Wal-Mart and the other doesn't, but that
doesn't mean you don't shop together.

It should be this way throughout your life. No one should keep
score like, "I did `x' amount with you and did what you wanted
to do, but you haven't done `x' with me and what I want to do
yet!"

This is a matter of supporting and caring about each others
needs and desires. If you love someone, that shouldn't be an
issue. Just spending time together should be fun!

4. Communication

This is definitely in the top 5. How many relationships have
problems because one of the parties doesn't communicate with the
other? The answer is many! I might even venture to say it's a
leading cause of issues.

Make sure you don't keep things bottled up until they boil
over. If there is something bothering you, speak up!

And if you did something wrong, please talk to the other about
it; remember I talked about forgiveness earlier in this article?
Certainly you don't want your partner to find something out
through the grapevine and from another party! Then forgiveness
will be harder to come by.

Spend time each day talking about your day. Put time aside to
just hang out and chat about things. Keep the communication
channels open as much as possible.

5. Plan Your Life Together

To keep your relationship healthy, make sure you plan and do
things together. This includes both short term and long term.

Plan what you are going to do this coming week. Plan dates
together, outings and even time to bum around town. The best
time I have with my own wife is when I'm planning a weekend
away. It's fun to plan!

But also plan some things you can do to get away this coming
year or years. And what your goals are with your life in
general. By having goals together, the struggles of today will
seem lighter.

All 5 of these traits are important to insure you have a long
and healthy relationship. If you are weak in some area, think
about how you can do more.

A relationship is a partnership. Neither of you is on an island
alone. Do all the things above and it will go a long way in
making any potentially unhealthy relationship much, much
healthier.

you to work from home. This is a very tempting reason for you
start making money online, although it is not advisable to give
up your regular job until you are sure that you have chosen the
right online business for yourself.

There are many different ways of making money online ranging
from affiliate programs to multi-level marketing where you make
money by selling products and recruiting others to the program.
Some people seem to do better with one type of program and
others with another. It would be very risky for you to give up
the day job for an environment in which 99% of people fail
through not fully understanding what is required to make money
online.

Many people find selling affiliate products a trouble-free
method of making money. An affiliate product is one owned by a
third party who gives you permission to promote the product in
return for a share of the profits of any sales that ensue from
your promotion. You do not actually sell the product yourself,
so you are selling on commission, but are promoting it and
sending prospects to the merchant's sales page.

It is the owner of the product that does the actual selling and
who accepts payment. The merchant also deals with any complaints
and any refunds requested. All you do is direct your prospects
to the merchant's website and wait for the money to come in.
Countless people have found this an easy way to make money, and
have turned affiliate marketing into a full time business, and
that is the generally accepted method of affiliate marketing
that most people use.

The people who find themselves able to give up their regular
employment in favor of affiliate marketing from home are
generally those that have developed their own websites to carry
out their affiliate promotions. In doing so, they open up a much
wider range of possibilities, and are able to promote not just
one but many different products for a number of different
merchants. Thus, if one product on a specific webpage does not
suit a particular prospect, perhaps another on the same page
will. In this way, better use is made of the visitors that they
have succeeded in attracting to their website.

Not only that, but various pages in a site can be used to
promote different types of product, and it is this multiplicity
of income streams that allows most people to turn a lucrative
hobby into a full time income. Whereas one web page might earn
$20 weekly, 100 such web pages would earn $2000 weekly.

Given that having a website is the key to success, then, there
are opportunities available online whereby websites can be
designed by people to enable them to act as affiliates for
specific types of product. One of these is eBay marketing. EBay
is the world's largest online auction site where real live
auctions are carried out 24/7 all year round. Anything that can
be bought and sold is bought and sold on eBay from old coins to
new cars. Ebay offer online entrepreneurs two ways of making
money by promoting eBay itself: affiliate income and referral
income.

If you refer somebody to eBay, and they decide to join the
site, you can earn between $25 and $35 for each person that
joins. In addition to this, if you promote eBay auctions, and
somebody visits an auction from your website and goes on to make
a purchase, you can earn a proportion of the listing costs of
the seller for each item purchased.

If you build an affiliate website designed specifically to
promote eBay and specific eBay auctions, then you have the
capability of earning large amounts of money. As hinted at
earlier, the key here is to refer visitors to lots of different
auctions by using lots of different web pages, or even different
websites. Each website or page should be optimized to promote
the auction of a specific product type. Multiple income sources
from multiples types of product will eventually enable you to
fire the boss and kick the day job.

The emphasis is on the `multiple' and the key to online success
is to generate multiple websites. This can be very time
consuming, which is why software has been developed to do it for
you. This type of software can generate site after site, each
dedicated to a specific eBay product type. Through its use you
can build up an empire of websites to generate income from
hundreds of different auctions.

The benefits of affiliate websites certainly include the
possibility of you working from home, but also of making money
from a number of different sources, and that is the secret of
internet success: multiplicity. Those that fail do not recognize
this and try to make a living from just one website. While it
can be done with the right product, very few people will find
that one product, and multiple websites are the way to go if you
want to make a living online.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
If you want to buy your Ford Mustang online at a great price,
you have to do so with your eyes wide open. It is easier if you
want a new car that is fully protected by the manufacturer's
warranty, although even then you have to be careful.

Even a new car could have stood outside a dealer's showroom
unprotected from the elements all winter, and you certainly have
to look at it before you buy. That goes with any car, let alone
a pony car, and while it is easy to but online from a site a few
hundred miles away, how are you going to check it out before you
clinch the deal? As long as you understand the pitfalls as well
as the benefits, then you can carry on with a degree of
confidence.

A guarantee or warranty from the seller regard condition of
bodywork is an absolute must, and if that is refused then you
must think that there must be a reason. The vast majority of car
salesmen are honest, no matter what you are led to believe, but
they should be willing to back that honesty up with a guarantee.

Ford Mustangs can be driven hard and that means that the
maintenance must be good. Most Mustang owners love their cars
and look after them, but there are the few that don't. Be
careful if the price seems unusually low, even for online, since
you can more than exceed the money you saved by spending a
fortune on repairs a few weeks down the road. The standard of
that maintenance might also be questionable, because a lot of
people go for afterparts because they are cheaper, but these are
not always as good as parts from the original manufacturer.

Before buying you should ask the seller for everything needed
to identify the vehicle: its model, year, place of manufacture,
and details of the engine, transmission and so on. When
inspecting the vehicle make sure that details on the ID plate by
the driver's door ties up with the Vehicle Identification Number
(V.I.N.) under the hood (or on the dash after 1968). If they
don't tally, or if you can't find the plates, then don't buy the
car.

The parts of your Mustang that could go wrong, and be very
costly to you, include the chassis, bodywork, drivetrain and
suspension. The drivetrain especially can be expensive, and
unless you are a mechanic the best way is to pay for a qualified
vehicle inspector. A corroded chassis could mean that your
lovely new Ford Mustang is fit only for the scrapheap, and even
a new engine and gearbox is very expensive. You could buy
another used car for cheaper.

The signs to look for in your test drive are squeaks and
squeals, rattles and oil spots when parked. The gears should
change smoothly and quietly without being forced and there
should be no rust. A good driver who takes care of the car will
keep the bodywork immaculate. After your test drive, keep
looking: don't buy right away. Shop around online and get an
idea of the market price for the model you just checked out. If
you are buying online you might have to hire a local expert to
carry out the test drive for you.

If you are still interested, check out the history of your
model and year. Take note of the various changes and make sure
that the description fits your car. You will be able to choose
with much more knowledge if you understand the history of the
car, and the way it has developed over the years. You will also
be able to show a degree of know-how when you speak to dealers,
who might then be less liable try to take advantage and sell you
a lemon. Dealers are always more wary with customers that show
that they know what they are talking about.

You should also have a clear vision of what you want your car
for. If you want a car just to drive around in than a Cobra
might be more suitable for you than a powerful GT. So keep your
intended use in mind, and then check up on the average prices of
the type of Ford Mustang you are looking for. Kelley Blue Book
and NADA will provide you with the book price of any specific
Mustang model and year of manufacture, so you will know if you
are being overcharged or not. It is always best to be armed
with the proper prices when you are looking to buy a used car.

The main problem with buying online is that the seller could be
a long way away from your home town, and you might not find it
easy to actually see the car before buying it. If this is the
case, make sure you have a money back guarantee should the car
prove faulty or not as advertised. Some buyers in that kind of
situation employ a local mechanic or auto service company to
check over the car and provide a report. At least then you can
be sure that the car has been examined by an expert.

You could ask for photocopies or scanned files of the service
and repair history, but there is very little else you can do
when purchasing from a distance. It is possible to get some
great bargains online, and probably the best tip is to pay by
credit card if possible, since you then have some degree of
protection. However, the vast majority of online automobile
transactions are completely honest and you will generally get
what you pay for.

It is even possible to buy your Ford Mustang online on eBay,
and you can get some great prices that way. As long as you know
what you want and what price to expect, and take some common
sense precautions in having the vehicle inspected before use,
there is no reason why you cannot clinch a great online deal for
your Ford Mustang, and get a good car online at a great price.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Humans have been training dogs to carry out tasks for them
since prehistoric times, when the main use for a dog was to help
humans in their hunt for food. As now, dogs would be trained to
hunt and catch small animals such as rabbits and hares, and also
to track larger prey which the dog would either bring to bay to
be finally killed by its master, or would chase towards a party
of men who would then dispatch the larger animal.

Through time dogs were found to be useful for other tasks,
apart from hunting, such as herding sheep that draws on the
animal's natural hunting instinct, and to guard their owners'
property. As the training of our K9 friend became more
sophisticated they were put to a variety of uses such as law
enforcement and leading the blind through unfamiliar territory.

Dogs are now used as pets as well as put to work, and even a
pet K9 benefits from good and strict training that enables them
to become a member of the family and society in which they live.
The training of a dog is not as simple as teaching it tricks or
how to obey instructions by the sound of your voice, but is more
of a social conditioning. Before undertaking the training of a
dog it is essential that the owner learns something about their
psychology and the way that dogs socialize with their own
species in the wild.

Dogs are pack animals, as anybody that has seen films of wild
dogs hunting will understand. Wolves are a species of K9, and
everybody understands that wolves hunt in packs. The secret in
training a dog to become a well behaved member of your family is
to show the dog that you are the leader of the pack that your
dog belongs to. This leader is called the alpha, and the alpha
leads the pack in everything that it does. All other animals
obey the alpha, and the job of the trainer is to communicate to
the animal that he or she is the alpha and must be obeyed.

Once your dog understands this it will obey you, assuming that
it understands the instruction being given. If you continue to
give your dog an instruction that it does not understand it will
become frustrated and might vent that frustration as anger or
aggression, just as humans do. However, if you understand its
psychology, you will be able to teach your dog what is
acceptable behavior and what is not, and also how to behave in
certain situations. For example the dog will be trained to
understand that your home is not a toilet, and that it is not to
sit on your favorite chair, and so on. The benefits of this type
of training go far beyond simply having a dog that obeys you and
that can 'do tricks'.

A well trained K9 is one that understands its place in your
society, and it is happier knowing this. Dogs that get
conflicting signals, and that are not given a clear lead by the
alpha (you) become confused and consequently misbehaved. A well
trained dog will form a lifelong bond with its owner, and will
be able socialize as part of your family. When the dog
instinctively follows your lead and your instructions it is not
only seen as a being well behaved, but is also a happy dog.

It is important when training a dog to understand that they
become afraid of what they do not understand, and become fearful
when their routine is changed. A part of their training, then,
should be to introduce them to a number of different
environments and different people so that are less liable to
come across change. However, an owner that understands this K9
characteristic will tend to own a dog that is less liable to
become aggressive in certain situations because they can foresee
the possible result of specific situations into which a dog can
be put.

Young children, for example can create great stress within a
dog not used to them, and a dog that is rarely involved with
children should never be left alone with them. The dog will feel
that it is the alpha relative to the child, and will punish the
child for overstepping its authority just as it would another
dog.

Another aspect of K9 training is exercise. A healthy dog needs
a lot of exercise and a dog kept locked in a house all day can
become very stressed and extremely difficult to train properly.
It will also become bored, and be difficult to control. On the
other hand, a well trained dog with plenty of exercise will be
well behaved. Keep in mind that dogs are dogs, and should be
allowed to be dogs now and again. Also keep in mind that your
dog's pack is your family, and you should expect it to be
jealous of any newcomers to your family. The dog will need to be
trained to accept a new baby for example.

If you take the time to train your K9 friend properly, you will
have a healthy and happy dog that will be able to socialize and
live with your family with any problems. It is when the dog is
ignored and lacks exercise and attention, or when it does not
understand your instructions, that it can become 'bad'. A 'bad'
dog is indicative of a bad owner.

The benefits of K9 training combine to give you a lifelong
companion that will not only be faithful to you and your family,
but that will also be happy and easily controllable wherever you
take it.

benefits of K9 training on http://www.k9unit.net/ where you will

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Lets face it, your company Christmas party is one of the most
important nights of the year for your team, so it's vital to
choose the right corporate Christmas party venue, get the venue
and location right and your company will be sending out a
positive message to it's team - get it wrong and the message you
send out will have a negative effect and you may as well have
not bothered!

So what do you need to take into consideration when you are
selecting the right corporate Christmas party venue? Think about
your team, your guests and think what they will enjoy - the last
thing you want to do is to be known for hosting a party that
David Brent from The Office would be proud of! Do your research
and get it right.

Have a realistic comprehension of what your budget can buy you.
When you go out for a three course meal, what do you normally
pay? Then take this, add in an amount for entertainment, perhaps
some drinks and then you start getting an idea of a realistic
budget.

Talk to a company that specialises in sourcing corporate
Christmas party venues, they will have a very clear idea of what
your budget can get you. Do you want a Christmas party
exclusively for your company? If you do you'll need private
dining and entertainment and will have to budget accordingly.

Do you want the thrills of a huge themed party night with
entertainment but know you don't have the budget for that? If
you don't mind sharing with other companies, then you could
attend one of the many spectacular cost effective shared
Christmas party nights that are hosted around the country.

If you are having a private party think about how you are going
to entertain your guests. Entertainment is a great ice breaker
and can turn an average Christmas meal into a great memorable
Christmas party, so look into the different options that your
budget can afford. Talk to a company that specializes in
corporate entertainment and they will give you a whole host of
exciting options for you to consider!

Think about dates very carefully. You will never get all of
your team attending at Christmas, it's a sad fact of business
that people have social lives and sometimes can't attend
(another reason for booking your company Christmas party
early!). Talk to your key team members and look at the dates
that they can all make, it's not going to send out a positive
image if your top person can't make the party, it's virtually a
green light for next years excuses!

One of the biggest pieces of advice that we can give you is
that if you want a corporate Christmas party venue that is good
or if you want a peak date, a Thursday or Friday in December,
then book early and we mean very early! Some party venues sell
their peak dates in January, so you have to do some very forward
planning here!

It's not always easy to get your company Christmas party right,
it does take a good deal of work but if you team up with an
experienced corporate entertainment company, they will guide you
through all of your different options and lighten your work
load!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
What's for dinner? It's the first thing I hear when my kids get
home from school. On a bad day, I don't have a clue. I've
forgotten to take the meat out of the freezer to thaw or I
didn't have anything particular in mind for weeknight dinners
when I bought groceries that week.

Things are much easier when I take the time to make a plan. The
best way I've found is to make a "menu calendar." I start by
asking my family what they'd like to eat that week. Inevitably
the 9 year-old pipes up, "I want spaghetti!" The teenager always
wants Fettuccini Alfredo, and my husband normally doesn't care
(as long as there's meat involved!). Honestly, my kids would be
thrilled if we had pasta every day, but personally, I'd like a
little more variety.

I start with a list of my family's favorite meats, poultry and
seafood (ground beef, chicken breasts, pork chops, and shrimp,
for example). Then I match each to a favorite recipe, making
sure the recipe isn't too time consuming (remember, these are
mainly weeknight meals). A typical list may look like this:

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Grilled Chicken Breasts
Italian Meatloaf
Pork Chops Veracruz
Shrimp and Veggie Stirfry

Then, to round things out, I add in favorite side dishes and/or
accompaniments that are easy, quick, and "mostly" healthy. Fresh
veggies are great when they're in season, but good quality
frozen veggies can taste just as good.

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Garlic Bread
Mixed Salad

Grilled Chicken Breasts
Grilled Zucchini
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Italian Meatloaf
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans

Pork Chops Veracruz
Brown Rice
Glazed Carrots

Shrimp and Veggie Stirfry
(It's all there—a one dish meal!)

I assign each meal to a day of the week. This can be
handwritten or typewritten and attached to the fridge with
magnets, or penciled in on a family calendar in the kitchen.
Just make sure it's in a place where everyone in the family can
see "What's for Dinner!"

Then I take a quick inventory of my fridge, pantry, and
freezer, and add all of the ingredients that I don't have on
hand to my grocery list.

Remember, you can adjust the meal calendar to the number of
days you cook each week. Sometimes I only have time to cook
three days a week, especially during the school year when the
kids have lots of after-school activities. My kids love to see a
"Take Out" or "Eat Out" day on the meal calendar.

This may seem like a time-consuming process, but I promise,
once you get the hang of it you'll be able to knock all of this
out in about 15 minutes. And you won't believe the time and
stress it will save you in the long-run. No more last minute
trips to the grocery store because you don't have the
ingredients on hand for a meal. Less wilted and ruined produce
in the vegetable bin that you didn't get around to cooking.
