================== ARTICLE START ==================
Although I find it always desirable to hear two or more
opinions on a matter, it is very strange to read or hear the
global warming skeptics preach their doubt. Of course some
estimations can be inaccurate or exaggerated in some cases, but
to doubt the whole phenomenon is a willful ignorance for some
other motives than search for truth.

Some skeptics would be quick to imply that what the doubt is
about is actually a causal connection between human activity and
global warming. Although this sounds like a less irrational type
of skepticism, it is still extremely problematic for many
reasons. As is widely known, the findings of Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on global warming state that the
probability that changes in the climate system are a result of
man made increases in atmospheric greenhouse gases (GHG)
concentrations is "very likely larger than 90%". It is to this
claim the eco-skeptics object, many of them claiming this
probability is less than 50%.

Now, of course any government or scientist can be wrong. But
even without going into the scientific details of the debate,
which convince a vast majority of experts in the world that the
influence of human element in global warming is indeed beyond
reasonable doubt, one can have very good reasons to disregard
the claims of the skeptics. Let me state some of these from a
"lay" perspective.

First is a very strong degree of agreement among scientists.
The report was revised line-by-line, scrutinized by 600 authors,
620 expert reviewers and 113 governments and their teams, not to
mention thousands of other scientists around the world who
endorse the claims in it. Studied by some of the finest minds in
the world, it was approved by vast number of countries,
irrespective of their political ideology, economic development
or cultural norms. The report is a definitive review of all the
available evidence. So, in this case, the very scope of the
consensus is a good argument from the perspective of
non-experts.

Second: many governments act against their immediate interest
when accepting this report and the actions which are recommended
with it. It is a difficult task to change the policies and
systems of functioning of society. Praxis on which the very
economy of the country is based is the toughest one to tackle.
Despite that, governments and their hired experts can not but
accept the report of IPCC and many also sign their commitment to
the duties it implies.

Third: Even if the report would be wrong on any point, it still
definitely makes sense to actually go for the changes in
lifestyle and economies in order to lessen enormous human CO2
impact. Even if the threat would not be as immediate as it is
(many think it is even too late to do something about the global
warming at all), the supposed changes of lifestyle are nothing
but good in the long term anyway.

So, why this zeal for skepticism? I strongly suspect (if it is
not outright obvious), that in most cases there is a selfish
interest and determined unwillingness to change behind the
"skepticism" about the claims of the IPCC report. Also, the
attractiveness of the conspiracy theories, and a great feeling
of being in opposition or a rebel to a mainstream culture or
thinking will always be "in". So, even active eco-skepticism
should not surprise us.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In this article, I will show you the different methods of puppy
training.

You probably had no idea before getting a dog the different
training methods available. Do you know which one to choose?
Before deciding on what is best for your pooch, you should know
the differences between each one.

Obedience training is probably the most widely known. With
obedience training you are essentially instructing your dog to
carry out specific activities and commands. Some of these
commands are the time-honored ones like sit, stay and heel. The
importance of obedience training is placed on quick, accurate
execution. While there may be quite a few general advantages to
obedience training, it is usually not always the "end all" for
controlling dog behavior.

Obedience trained puppies will conduct specific instructions
because their master is commanding them to do it. The reason why
some people think that obedience training is not "all that" is
because while your dog may learn some of the obedient behaviors,
that does not mean he always acts appropriately. Case in point:
some puppies are predisposed to being rescue or herding dogs.
You can teach them to sit and stay but at times their instincts
will override those obedient behaviors. That is why you
sometimes see dogs trying to "rescue" their masters when they
are swimming or a dog "herding" children who are running all
over the place (like sheep).

With behavior training, you are essentially becoming the "Miss
Manners" for the canine set. Some of the behavior training that
is included is house training, crate training and good conduct
while on a leash. Many people start on potty training when they
get a puppy. They start with spread newspapers like house
training and graduate up to leaving by doggie door to eliminate
outside. Or you might leash your dog and teach it not to pull
you around. Barking is also another behavior that is often tamed
in behavior training.

When it comes to activity training, it is exactly like its
sounds. You are instructing your dog in a variety of specific
instructions. Have you heard of the K-9 units with the police
department? What about Search and Rescue dogs? Hunters often
train their dogs to be companions and help them point out
wildlife during a hunt. Ranchers may use dogs to herd cattle.
These are all common examples of activity training. More
realistic activity training for the everyday dog owner may
include fetching a ball and bringing it back in a game of toss.
A game of Frisbee is another example. Even obstacle courses and
similar activities you might find in competition qualify as
activity training.

Be advised that there is no one way to train your dog. In fact,
many people combine the different types of training to
accomplish their goals with their dog. You might even say that
certain behaviors a dog exhibits could be solved with a combined
training effort. If you plan to be a do-it-yourself trainer,
review each aspect of training and pick and choose what you want
to concentrate on. Or, work with a trainer and outline your
goals that you want your dog to achieve.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
"What is necessary to change a person is to change his
awareness of himself." - Abraham Maslow

Before my disability I used to sell a unique kind of training
which I call TL Facilitation. It embodies the major attributes
of Jack Mezirow's Transformative Learning Theory plus more. For
those of you that know me you know I have been a Trainer for 17
years since 1991. It's only in the last 7 years of the 17 that I
have developed my own philosophy of training. Training as it
existed around me was just not hitting it as far as I was
concerned. I saw far too many bad trainers and teachers in my
life. I swore I would not become the dull guy standing up there
in front of a classroom full of half-asleep students, just
reading information off a page. I instinctively knew that was
wrong, but what I did not know for years was what was right. The
longer I was a trainer the more inadequacies I saw in the
system. The more I knew; the more I knew I didn't know. One
phrase being muttered by trainers all around me that I knew was
wrong was "a Good trainer motivates people." That was gibberish
and I knew it.

My website explains "The truth is we can't motivate anybody.
People motivate themselves! This is not merely a matter of
semantics. For a trainer or teacher it is a critical hinge point
that determines the approach we should use in teaching. The way
one believes on this will govern without question the result of
their training!"www.cyreousquotes.com/motivation.htm That was
pretty bold stuff even for me to say but I am not alone in this
quest to have people understand this point. The gathering voices
of others fueled me and gave me hope time and again that this
journey to teach this correctly was a journey worth pursuing.

For the student (and we are al students) it means we must
motivate ourselves. No great trainer/guru is going to do that
for us. "Oh if I could just hear the great Zig Ziglar speak I a
sure I would get motivated." No it doesn't matter who you listen
to. Those great trainers are nothing more than a catalyst, a
source of inspiration. If they are good their words feel good
momentarily, but after you hear them their words will wear away
like water washes over the seashore rocks and disappear back
into the sea. I am not discouraging you from saving up your
money to go hear a great one speak. It can be very expensive to
see Anthony Robins, or Stephen Covey, or Wayne Dyer or any
number of so called great ones. They will tell you the same, in
the end they can't motivate you only you can do that yourself.
You must do the change that is required, you must motivate
yourself to make those changes.

So that brings me to the word "Change" and our famous person
quote for this day. Abraham Maslow, considered the father of
humanistic psychology wrote these words; nplease read it several
times before you move on. "What is necessary to change a person
is to change his awareness of himself."

Maslow, aware that people still believed you can change other
people or motivate them says well if you are going to try to
change people than you have got to turn it away from yourself
and turn it on to the person who is making the change. They must
change themselves. So get them to become self-aware. That is the
first step. Once they become self aware, they listen with a view
to change, they take notes with a view to change, they read with
a view to change; and then what? They take the action to change!
They are the ones that must initiate that action. This is why
Maslow is telling all of you who would want to change someone,
"What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness
of himself." You can't do that yourself. You can't change a
person's awareness of themselves, but you can get them to change
his awareness oh himself. Now you ladies are included also,
don't think that Maslow has forgotten about you, its just the
way we spoke back in the day, we would say him or himself and
poor women were left out of the picture it seemed, but no that
is not true you are included too, just substitute her for him
and herself for himself.

This action step that Maslow gave us here inside this quote, is
no little matter. It takes a lot to turn your awareness to
yourself. Some find it shocking and are literally in therapy to
handle such matters. This is a paradigm shift I am talking
about. When a person opens his eyes and realizes for the first
time he has the power to change himself that is pretty radical
even in our time and age. This is the kind of change I work
towards. I strive not to change the person, but to get a person
to awaken their self which will in turn make decisions to better
their life through resources they find on their own. Once a
person has started down that line of self actualization, the
next steps for them will be the others outlined by the Maslow's
Hierarchy of needs. Granted, many need some coaching through
this, after all it can get pretty scary living inside the newly
acquired self. A coach is useful in guiding a person through the
steps and getting a person to act in harmony with his own
desires and yet be responsible. such coaches are around us and
are available should we want their help. You can reach me and I
will get a name of one out to you if you are in need of one.

So always remember, only you can make the change in you that is
required. Find teachers who believe in that kind of philosophy
and you will be well on your way to the change you seek!

mortgage advice options open to you. Some are better than

advisors can be so useful, as they will be able to help you
siphon through all the jargon used by the various mortgage
companies.

How much will it Cost?

The biggest mistake many people make when thinking about a
mortgage is not taking into account all the ins and outs of the
whole process. Most people forget about the additional costs on
top of the mortgage itself – things like closing costs,
solicitor fees, how the type of mortgage you take out affects
your repayments, insurance and mortgage protection, etc.

These are just some of the additional costs you need to factor
in when you sit down to plan how much buying your home will
cost. On top of that, you need to worry about repair costs that
you never had to when renting, as well as council tax and other
similar charges.

What Insurance you need for your Home

Although you know that you'll need home insurance for your new
home, there are other types of insurance that you should
consider. For example, taking out mortgage protection will help
should you lose your job or are unable to meet payments, and can
make a huge difference should you ever find yourself in a
financial tight spot. Again, this is fairly basic information
yet you'd be surprised how many people ignore it when planning
for a mortgage.

So now that you know the basics of what type of mortgage advice
you should be asking for, the next step is knowing where to find
this type of advice. There are a few different ways that you can
find out the information needed. One of the most obvious is to
speak to a mortgage specialist, such as a broker or advisor.

However, there are also other ways, and can even be from the
comfort of your own home. For example, you can use online
mortgage advisory services, where you can get advice on
everything from how much you can borrow and different rates of
interest to poor credit mortgage lenders and some of the most
commonly asked questions when applying for a mortgage.
Alternatively, you could speak to an independent financial
advisor, who has no affiliation to any lenders and can therefore
give you completely unbiased advice.

Although it's the most expensive thing you'll ever do, with the
right mortgage advice you can guarantee that you won't be going
in blind, and buying a home will be much easier than you might
have thought beforehand.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I am pretty sure that there will be no one argues that the eye
is one of the most important parts of human body. Even though we
still alive if we are lose both of them but it would be really
difficult life. Eyes are not the organ that make human to be
able to see, but also they can be used for other purpose such as
express our feelings, to eyelid are protecting dust or other
material to harm your eyes etc. Therefore, it is become the fact
that we have to protect and maintain condition of the eyes very
seriously.

In general, for many people could have the perception that if
there is no serious condition or accident happened to the eye,
you do not have to do anything with them, and you can live
normally without problem. For the perception line this, I have
to admit that should be a little bit wrong. No matter there is
accident or not, your eyes have to be maintained and we have to
make sure that the entire of visual system is working properly.

Particularly for someone who really need eye extra care such as
the person who has done eye Lasik surgery, which doctor will
normally suggest that during the stage of recovery (after the
operation) patient should not use eye extensively and avoid to
be in the area that has a lot of dust or do not stay in the area
that has strong sunlight. However, this is just the
recommendation from doctor to the patient, but for us, as an
person who do not require any extra treatment, there are also
some guideline that you have to take care of the eyes to make
sure that they are always healthy.

Particularly for the ladies who have to work with cosmetics all
day long, which this group have greater risk and they have to
clean the eye and other facial area everyday. Therefore, the
part of facial area that they have to pay little extra attention
is eyelids. It is basically involve the process of cleaning and
applying moisturizer on to the eyelids, which will make your
eyelids always fresh and you will also feel comfortable. So the
important aspect that you have to focus on is to find the
cleansing and moisturizing cream. The eye-cleansing cream is
very important. This is because of you choose very poor quality
of those, the cosmetics that you have used during the day will
not be 100% removed and when those cosmetics start to accumulate
on your skin, it may cause other disease, or cancer sometimes in
worst case.

However, as we have to admit that medical technology today can
produce many kind of treatment that has mixture of eye cleansing
and moisturizing in the same product. You will be comfortable to
choose this kind of product without worry to look for each type
separately. There are also natural eye treatment methods, which
will use only natural material to produce cleansing cream. If
you are the women who have to work in extensively use of
cosmetics, you must now think about using this kind of products.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Psychic reading may not be the new thing, you may have hears
about it quite long time ago, but definitely I am sure that many
people still have no idea about what is it and how it could
benefit to our life. I would like to introduce first about
psychic reading about that these words actually means. Psychic
reading is a kind of superstitious ability or skills that unable
someone to be able to know what is going to happened in the
future. The term "psychic reading" then includes many types of
fortune telling for example Tarot reading or Palm Reading. These
are the most psychic reading that people usually do and a lot of
psychic reading masters are also focus of these types.

The following article gibes you some general ideas on how to
find an ideal reader to predict fortune for you. In most case,
even though there are Tarot and Palm reading that are the most
popular type, but there are some other types that can be used
occasionally such as distant reading, which means you don't
actually have to meet the reader but just do it by telephone
call or internet conference. What you have to give to the reader
is about your birth date, age, astrological year and/or other
personal information. This method generally be used for
horoscope which is the reader will predicts for everyone who has
the same information. We can see this type of psychic reading on
daily or weekly publication or on the internet horoscope.

Now let me take you back to the issue on how to choose grate
psychic reading. This could apply to the method that you have to
actually meet the reader such as tarot reading and palm reading.
The first step of finding psychic reader is not quite an easy
job. This is because you may find him or her but how to ensure
that the reader has skill or psychic reading ability to ensure
that you will get accurate prediction.

You may find the name list of reputable readers but it is not
just randomly pick one of them from the name list. The most
important thing you have to do is to find feedback and review
from any body who used the service of particular reader. This
may sound a bit strange to you that you might find difficult to
find reference, but if you are interested to get the service
from master who are very well-known, it should be much easier to
find because he/she already has a lot of customer.

However, as you can see that now many of psychic readers are
also providing service on the website. Therefore, it means that
all types of psychic reading can be performed online, you can
have palm reading or tarot reading by video or webcam
conference, just sitting at home and fortune teller will connect
to you and provide service. There are also millions of psychic
reading website that offering all types of horoscope but the
main thing is, as I mentioned before is that you have to ensure
you got enough information on feedback and review of the master
who own the website or the one who will use the service from.

Find out the truth about Home Based Business Network Marketing
and see if it's right for you at this time. Please read our
unbiased review of Home Based Business Network Marketing.

Today, due to the fact that more and more business are seeing
their employees as highly expendable, renewable commodities,
many people are opting to leave big business entirely and strike
out on their own, and one of the things that is helping do this
is the emergence of home based business network marketing.

Home based business network marketing is a way for people to
work on their own, independent of most conventional types of
management, and despite the risks, more and more people are
taking the plunge every year. Take a look at what makes this
opportunity so popular.

One of the big things that makes home based business network
marketing so attractive is the ability to set a schedule.
Although the majority of the world around us is set to a 9-5,
Monday through Friday schedule, there are many people, who, for
various reasons, work better on other schedules. Maybe you are a
night owl, or maybe you want to be there when your children come
home from school. Many at home networking opportunities let you
work on your own timetable, something that is quite attractive.

Another reason that home based business network marketing has
become so popular is because a lot of the grunt wok of starting
up a business has already been done for you. You don't need to
work on and develop a product or spend time testing it and
getting together a target audience.

All of this has already been done, and for the most part, all
you need to do is to create a network and start selling. This is
work where there is not much call for innovation, and it is a
great way to build up momentum and experience for your own
projects.

You'll also find that home based business network marketing are
popular among people who have not abandoned the world of big
business just yet. While still working their day jobs, they
often add network marketing to the side, something that allows
them to save money while still staying at home. Because this
opportunity works according to their schedules, this makes
working a great deal more simple and convenient.

This is also perfect for moms and dads who have small
children, becuase they can stay at home and raise there kids and
still make a really good living. This is one of the perks of the
business that alot of mom's are so excited about. For this to
work out right you will need a private room that you can go into
to make your phone calls and conduct your business duties.

If you are in a position to see what home based business
network marketing has to offer, there's plenty of good
information out there to get you started. Take a look around and
see why so many people have decided to see what this field has
to offer!

Securely Loved

If you have a biological child, that child is your literal blood
lineage. They may become your pride and joy, or even your worst
nightmare. But, they are still your child.

You can given them up for adoption, disinherit them, otherwise
disown them, and never see or speak to them again. But, nothing
can erase that blood lineage; not even a transfusion. Your child
could be of a saintly sort, a mass murderer, or anywhere
in-between. But, no matter what might separate you from them (no
matter the type of hell they choose to live in, no matter how
they disgrace you) that blood lineage can not be erased.

You can choose 'not to be' a party to their waywardness. You can
let them make their own choices, and either suffer or be blessed
as a result. You can chastise them. You can cry and scream in
your wrath. You can thunder down on them and even let them die in
their sins. But, you cannot erase that blood lineage.

God created man ... and all of you are children of the most High.
Psalm 82:6 Do we really believe God could stop loving us, that He
created man more righteous than He?

Art thou not from everlasting, O Lord my God, mine Holy One? We
shall not die. O Lord, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and,
O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction. Habakkuk
1:12

Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also
shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge
the people righteously. Psalm 96:10 And this is life eternal,
that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ,
whom thou hast sent. John 17:3

All of you are children of the most High.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Talking about intimacy in the relationship is a rather touchy
subject since you have to know when the time is right to bring
up the topic of safe sex in a relationship. The time to talk
about safe sex in the relationship could be in the first week,
it could be after the first 3 months of dating; it all depends
on when you get through the "still getting to know you" phase.

Some people think you should consider talking about safe sex
before two people have had a chance to get to know each other
too well. That way, you can discuss the issue before it can pose
a problem or change the whole course of the relationship. Many
relationships have fallen apart if the intimacy was rushed too
soon. Slow down and discuss safe sex options with your partner;
in this day and age you can't afford to have that "So, what kind
of birth control do you use?" kind of discussion after sexual
activity has already started.

Using birth control is the difference between playing it safe
and being sorry later; and possibly catching something you can't
get rid of. Not enough of these chats about safe sex and birth
control happen in relationships since many people don't feel
comfortable with the person they're intimate with in a dating
relationship.

The ideal way to approach the subject of safe sex and birth
control is to do it after you've gotten to know each other's
comfort zones and approach the topic of discussion when you feel
that you've reached a point in the area of the relationship to
talk about intimate topics. Perhaps, just before you start
fooling around. Discussing things like sexually transmitted
diseases can be an uncomfortable topic to talk about especially
for some who don't feel comfortable disclosing to their
potential partner about their checkered past sexually.

There are topics in a relationship that are not easy to talk
about and part of that falls in line with effective
communication because this is where you begin to build the
honesty and trust in a relationship; when you're able to talk
about sensitive subject details like sexually transmitted
diseases, safe sex options and birth control.

Some couples don't really know how to effectively discuss the
details of intimacy in their relationship because sometimes
they're afraid to ask the other if they've had diseases or one
too many multiple partners. When you can't discuss your feelings
about intimacy in a relationship you don't have a relationship
to begin with. With most consenting adults they should be able
to sit down and have a rational conversation with each other
about intimacy and safe sex in their relationships.

Oftentimes age is also a factor. The younger teenage crowd may
not be mature enough to discuss safe sex and birth control in
their relationship especially when they're young and
inexperienced in understanding sex in a mature adult
relationship.

Experience does help when discussing safe sex in a relationship
because that gives your potential partner some idea that you
have been intimate before to relate to what is being discussed.
That's why it's more plausible for adults to be discussing safe
sex and birth control in a relationship more than someone who's
younger, because as you grow up, you have some idea of what
being in an adult relationship is like.

Relationship experts explain that safe sex and birth control
can be difficult subjects for some people to talk about, yet it
gets easier to open up once you've become comfortable at your
own pace to discuss these sort of topics in your relationship.

When it comes to using these quotations you can be sure they
will provide you with encouragement and help you be more focused
towards your objectives. They are also a great way to remain
committed to achieving your goals. A lot of these quotes will
drive you and compel you to taking positive action inside and
outside of your self. In fact a daily dose of such could be said
to strengthen your mental processes, positive beliefs, and have
a positive impact in your daily living. Of course this is simply
saying that such a change of habit will lead to desirable
changes in your attitude and also in your daily routine.

In fact if you are able to give yourself a daily "dose" of
reading or listening to motivational quotes you will find it a
lot easier to maintain a positive bias and be able to perform at
a heightened level of achievement. These quotes have been found
to help in improving employee productivity and well-being. Other
benefits including improving one's financial position and
improving self-esteem.

Conclusion

Make no mistake about the generally accepted fact that it it
has been accepted as fact that people who habitually use
motivational quotes have improved almost every area of their
state of affairs. Of course not as some silver bullet but by
changing their habitual ways of thinking they have changed their
habitual ways of acting. Give yourself a consistent 21 day diet
of such statements and see if you have the same outcomes. If it
has worked for so many others then using motivational sayings
will in all probability work for you!

Established in 1999, and part of the PlayShare Partners Group
of casinos, Pharaoh's Casino was, for many years, one of the top
sites that carried Boss Media software. When the Unlawful
Internet Gambling Enforcement Act came into effect in the USA in
2006, Boss Media forced its licensees to close their doors to US
account holders. As a result, Pharoah's Casino decided to switch
to the Microgaming software platform and has since reopened to
US player accounts.

Software and Games

There are over 300 exciting games to choose from in the
Microgaming suite found on this site. The games range from
traditional table games such as blackjack, baccarat and craps,
to specialty games such as Keno. There is a vast selection of
slots and video poker, and players can also enjoy Microgaming
favorites such as scratch cards.

Microgaming is especially well known for its overly generous
progressive jackpots and there are no less than 14 to choose
from on this site. Players can try their luck at games such as
the new Poker Ride video poker jackpot, or the multi-million
dollar Mega Moolah.

Games are available in a fully downloadable program, or in a
flash version that can be played instantly off the browser. The
software is available in English and Italian.

Safety and Security

Pharaoh's Casino is fully licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming
Authority and, as a Microgaming site, offers the players the
backing of one of the industry's most reputable companies.
Security is of paramount importance to this site and, in a bid
to create a safe gambling environment for its players, Pharaoh's
Casino uses 128-bit encryption to ensure that all information is
transmitted in the best possible way. The site also publishes a
detailed privacy policy to explain to its players that all
personal information will not be passed on to any third party
without the player's implicit permission.

In addition, as part of the Microgaming network, Pharaoh's
Casino regularly submits its blackjack and roulette outcomes to
independent auditors and the results are published on the site.
Special monthly reports are also published on the site that
state the percentage of payouts.

Customer Service

Pharaoh's Casino runs a customer support service that operates
24 hours a day, every day of the week. There are a number of
ways that players can contact the friendly and efficient service
team, including via email, toll-free fax support and toll-free
telephone support. In addition, for the most common questions
and queries, there is a comprehensive FAQ section on the site.

Payment Methods

Pharaoh's Casino places great emphasis on providing safe
banking options for its customers. The site therefore uses a
variety of precautions to ensure that players are fully
protected against fraud and identity theft at all times. The
casino offers an extensive list of deposit and withdrawal
options, including detailed information about each method and
whom it best suits. Pharaoh's Casino also guarantees quick
payouts.

Promotions and Bonuses

New players who open an account with Pharaoh's Casino can
benefit from a great 100% match bonus. In addition to other
special offers that are available on the site on a regular
basis, Pharaoh' Casino also runs a free Loyalty Club that is
open to membership to all players who open an account. Every bet
that is placed at the casino earns the player loyalty points.
These points can eventually be redeemed for casino bonus
credits, to be used in the casino or cashed out in accordance
with the bonus system requirements.

Pharaohs Casino

With its long history in the online gambling world, Pharoah's
Casino has garnered enough experience to know exactly what
internet players are seeking in a gambling session. Combined
with the site's powerful software suite, excellent customer
service and easy payment options, it is not difficult to
understand why this site attracts so much traffic.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster was developed from
the beginning alongside the "V8 Vantage Coupe" which was first
launched back in 2005, whereas the roadster was later presented
on the 29th, November 2006 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The
Roadster was praised by the critics as an exciting driving
experience, which would entice your senses by just the slightest
maneuver or touch. The V8 Vantage Roadster gives something
formidable and exciting to the sportscar, as the car possess the
right blending of technological innovation, engineering
prestige, and physical magnificence.

The V8 Vantage's bodywork is exquisitely balanced with a low
efficient carriage, embodying Aston Martin's styling cues. The 2
seater Roadster has a soft-top convertible roof, and a "heated
back screen". The body consists of a particular combination of
elements such as the unrivaled Aston Martin, "bonded aluminum
Vertical Horizontal (VH) architecture", composite, magnesium
alloy body, aluminum alloy, and steel. The "bonded aluminum VH"
physics is the utmost backbone to all neoteric Aston Martin
designs, concepts, and creations. The car maintains a high level
of stiffness and a lower weight, being one of the leanest cars
in its bracket at 1710kgs.

The dimensions of the car are a width of 1865mm; a length of
4380mm; a wheel-base of 2600mm; and a height of 1265mm. The
engine is an "Aston Martin all alloy", "quad overhead cam
shaft", "32 valve, 4.3 litre V8" with a "fully catalyzed,
stainless steel exhaust with active bypass valves", and "dry
sump lubrication system". The resultant maximum power of the
engine is "380bhp (283kW) at 7000rpm" with a maximum torque of
"410Nm (302lb-ft) at 5000rpm", accelerating at 0-60mph in 4.9
seconds and 0-100mph in 5 seconds, with a maximum speed of "175
mph (280km/h)". The car is a rear wheel drive, with a rear
mounted six speed manual with a restricted slip differential,
and an "alloy torque tube with a carbon fibre propeller shaft"
or the "Sportshift automatic manual transmission" as an option.
The steering system consists of a rack and pinion power aided
steering, with 3.0 turns from lock to lock, with a column reach
and tilt regulator.

The V8 Vantage Roadster's suspension includes both rear and
front having an anti roll bar, "independent double aluminum
wishbones", and "coil over aluminum monotube dampers", but with
the addition of the front also utilizing "anti drive geometry",
and the rear using "longitudinal control arms". The wheels are
standard at 18-inch alloy wheels with the 10-spoke type, whereas
the tyres are "Bridgestone Potenza" with the front measuring
8.5J x 18in with 235/45 ZR18, and the rear measuring 9.5J x 18in
with 275/40 ZR18. The braking system comprises "ventilated and
grooved steel discs", with 355mm at the front, and 330mm at the
rear with radial situated, four piston monobloc calipers. Along
with the rest of the additions such as traction control,
"Electronic Brakeforce Distribution" (EBD) the ABS system,
"Emergency Brake Assist" (EBA), positive torque control, and
"Dynamic Stability Control" (DSC) creates a complete safety in
any situation.

The interior incorporates full grain leather covering every
surface, with Gunmetal facia and graphite interior fittings. The
seats are electrically adjustable with an inside automated
temperature control feature. Other features involve reversing
sensors, trip computer, dual stage passenger and driver airbags,
side airbags, "Battery Disconnect Switch" (BDS), alarm with
immobilizer, tyre pressure monitoring, and the 160W Aston Martin
Audio system with six CD changer.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It's really not hard to see why lower back tattoos have become
so very well-liked over the years. On a woman's body there are a
few places that can be thought of as sensual. Though this varies
from culture to culture, most consider the sensitive areas to be
the nape of the neck and the infamous lower back.

Although women have numerous areas for tattoos, the lower back
is one of the most erotic and sensual areas they can get
tattooed. Lower back tattoos are easy to cover up as well, which
is great for those who aren't allowed to wear tattoos at their
workplace. Unlike other areas of the body, the lower back is
utterly covered up by a shirt. With the lower back you only show
the tattoo off when you want to.

The ease to show or hide lower back tattoos has helped to
intensify it's popularity, also as the desire, or sensuality. As
long as a woman tells someone, especially a man, that she has a
lower back tattoo the mind commonly wanders. Lower back tattoos
bring forth a sensual and tantalizing appeal.

As a rule, these tattoos are done around the waist line. Whilst
part of it may be hidden by a women's swimming suit there may
very well be a component of it showing too. For lovers, a lower
back tattoo can be very sensual and sexual, a secret that is
shared just between the two.

The assorted designs and shape of the tattoo will very often
enhance both the look and the appeal of the complete lower back
area. The set up of the tattoo is conventionally a small and
shallow curvature that enables it to fit perfectly to the curves
of the female back and natural curves of her hips. The lower
back tattoo helps to accentuate a breathtaking component of the
female anatomy and enhance an area that is well known for its
sensuality.

Well-liked designs for lower back tattoos embody flowers,
vines, and stars. Winged creature designs work really well as
the wings of the monster can stretch his wings across the whole
lower back region. Angels, dragonflies, and birds also appear to
enhance the lower back area really well. You can add natural
designs to the creatures too, including plants and flowers. The
lower back is a great area for tattoos giving you an unlimited
possibility to use your imagination.

Though there are a lot of options and designs accessible, you
should usually choose one that you can appreciate for the rest
of your life. You ought to always give thought to a design, and
not pick something because it's appealing at the time. Instead,
you had better look into the thought and meaning of the tattoo
and decide if it's something you can see yourself with for life.
The meaning behind a tattoo is significant, both recently and
later on in life. While you check out designs, you should always
pick the one that literally calls out to you.

Before you decide to get a lower back tattoo, you should always
check out numerous designs first and foremost, and then choose
the best one for you. If you can't find an outline that you
like, you can always have an expert tattoo artist create one for
you. This way, you can carry a tattoo detail created for what
you desire. Although a custom outline may cost a bit more
initially it's truly worth it if you want a distinctive and
creative design detail that enhances the look of your lower back
tattoos.

About The Author: I spent many happy hours from the time I was
a boy in my Uncle's tattoo shop. I was always fascinated by the
tattoo designs plastered around the walls. Now I have my own
body art and my love of tattoos continues to this day.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Never mistake vintage costume jewelry with the cheap
reproduction jewelry you see in most malls and department
stores. In fact, vintage costume necklaces, bracelets, and other
pieces were originally purchased by American soldiers in French
boutiques, and brought home after the First World War. Trifari,
Coro, and dozens of American manufacturers soon began producing
the designs and pieces that have turned into some of the most
prized collectibles on the vintage market today.

Unlike the fashion jewelry produced and sold today, vintage
pieces have dramatically appreciated in value over the years and
are expected to continue doing so in the future. Buying low and
selling high is very possible in the world of vintage jewelry
collecting, but identifying the most profitable pieces is an art
all of its own. Investors need to look at five main areas to
assess value of a vintage piece of costume jewelry:

Demand
Market Supply
Craftsmanship
Design
Condition

From basic economics we know that higher demand will lead to
greater price points, and ultimately raise profits for the
investor. Signed vintage necklaces, brooches, and earrings by
Miriam Haskell are currently the hot items in the costume
jewelry market, but being able to identify the valuable items
from the pretty imitators is what separates the successful
collectors from the mere hobbyist. Remember, the most popular
designs are not necessarily the prettiest or most unique but
they will tend to be more profitable to collect.

So why do people like some pieces but not others? Novice
collectors tend to focus exclusively on signed pieces, but often
the unsigned, well-designed pieces prove to be the most
profitable to collect. In truth, the vast majority of vintage
costume pieces are actually unsigned. Simply knowing what makes
a stunning design unique can help you identify the unsigned
pieces and optimize profits. The exceptional quality of jewelry
designs from companies like Hollycraft and Bergere make unsigned
pieces from these companies both easy to recognize and very
profitable to collect.

The type and quality of gemstones used is typically the most
relevant factor to the price of a vintage piece of costume
jewelry. The majority of vintage costume pieces are indeed made
with relatively inexpensive semi-precious materials, but
seasoned collectors know that a few companies went all out and
only used exceptionally high quality gemstones in their jewelry.
Try locating pieces from companies like Eisenberg or Bogoff as
they almost always used the best stones possible. Other
designers who have excellent craftsmanship and design with great
potential to buy low and sell high include Kramer, Danecraft,
and Trifari.

Last but certainly not least, the condition of the jewelry
plays a critical role in its value. With some pieces nearing 100
years old, it is quite common to find vintage jewelry showing
significant signs of wear including scratches, peeling,
discoloration, and even missing stones. But while some degree of
wear is expected, it is not the only factor that determines
price. Collecting vintage costume pieces is still a very
profitable venture for anyone knowing how to identify the truly
profitable pieces.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I was introduced to a real stress-reliever while in Thailand; a
most amazing practice, and one that all new expats come to love.
It was the wonderful Thai massage. It is usually performed by
strong young girls, however I did notice a few males in the
trade. One hour of this relaxing massage and most women would be
able to negotiate with a terrorist. What a warm and
muscle-stimulating practice it is — for most people. I have a
problem with pain. I admit it. I have no tolerance for pain and
don't try to hide it.

After a few trips to the massage parlors around town, I'd
earned a reputation as Madame Ow-Ow. The tiny massage girls all
seemed to be amazed that I could be so sensitive. As soon as I
appeared in the waiting room, I'd hear the giggles start. Fine,
giggle all you want — just don't hurt my body. Like it or not,
they had to use a little less muscle with me. One of the little
power-houses literally left her fingerprints on my arms and legs
in the form of purple circles. I warned her about my condition
before she started on me; in fact, I showed her some old bruises
that the last girl had left on my rump. She obviously had no
clue why I was pointing to four round dots on my butt, but as
was the norm in this land of smiles, she giggled and began
leaving her own marks. Giggling I later learned, can also be the
Thai way of hiding embarrassment. Bruises or no, I kept going
back — possibly because it felt so good when they stopped. Okay,
I admit it, I'm a masochist.

Seeing all the massage parlors in town brought back memories of
an earlier visit to Thailand. I had to laugh as I remembered
being introduced to the words: "Physical Massage." It was in the
70s and we were expats living in Iran. My husband, feeling we
had earned this treat just by living in that hotbed, had
surprised us with a week of R&R at Pattaya Beach. On our first
day there we decided to let the kids enjoy the pool while we
read and soaked up the sun. We were half asleep when my youngest
son, about ten years old at the time, came running up to us.
"Dad! Can I have ten bucks?"

"Whaa for?" my half-asleep husband asked.

"That lady over there said to bring ten bucks and she'd give me
a good massage."

At these not so soft-spoken words, we both sat up — as well as
most of the people around the pool — and looked in the direction
my son pointed. And there she was, a beautiful Thai girl who
looked to be no more than sixteen, standing in her shimmering
red gown, leaning seductively against the massage parlor door,
smiling the sweet Thai smile and motioning for my son to come to
her.

"Uh, I think not, son," I said.

"But, why?" he whined in his usual "you love her more than me"
voice while pointing to his sister. "You give her money all the
time. Can't I just have ten bucks?"

Honey," I whispered, "she's not a nice lady. She'll take your
money and God knows what she'll do to you. Besides, massages are
for grown-ups. Wait until you're older, then you can pay for
it."

"Paaaleeez," he cried plaintively.

By now the male population around the pool was sitting upright,
awaiting our decision.

"No! And that's final," said my husband in a not-so-final
voice. This was not the answer my son wanted to hear. He was the
kind of kid who never would accept the word "No" and could argue
you to the ground until you cried "Uncle!"

"She said it was good for me," he yelled in his outdoor voice.
"How could she hurt me, Mom? Dad could go along with me to make
sure I got my ten bucks' worth."

"No." I said, this time in my outdoor voice. "No more talk of
massages." I turned to my husband for reinforcement, but he was
busy putting a bookmark in his novel. "Go back to sleep," I
said, "you're not going anywhere either."

One of the best massages I found was in an old run-down home
outside of town. The Hilton Hotel Spa it was not, but you soon
overlooked the lack of fluff for the wonderful treatment you
received. The house was over 100 years old, with cracked
windows, torn curtains, sagging sills, patches of linoleum
missing here and there, and a musty smell that permeated the
whole environment. The interior walls in the center of the house
had been removed and the space had been converted to a large
dormitory-type room, with mats laid out side-by-side on the
floor. Much to my discomfort, air conditioning (or air-con as
the Thais say) was sadly absent in this old house. The AC
phenomenon was introduced to Thailand with the advent of the
farangs invading their land. The Thais don't seem to feel the
heat as the farangs do. When the temperature drops to
eighty-five degrees, it might move them to put on a sweater.

Now, I could handle everything else in this place, but when the
weather was at its worst, the massage room became one huge sauna
and bordered on feral. I tried to get there early before it
became too warm. Warm, as in 100 degrees F. The place lacked the
niceties of Muzak and ambiance, but it was home to some
wonderful girls.

The Blind Student Massage School, appropriately named, was home
to young girls who were clinically blind, but who gave wonderful
massages. The girls were mainly from poor villages where their
parents were unable to get help for them. They were brought to
Bangkok by Good Samaritans and schooled in the art of Thai
massage. Once trained, they were sent to Pattaya and other towns
to live with their benefactors, working to earn their keep. The
Thai couple who owned this establishment gave the girls a home
to live in, in exchange for their massage work and a small
salary. They did very well on their tips and always thanked us
profusely. We did wonder how they knew how much we tipped.

The routine went something like this: After check-in, you were
given a towel and a pair of cotton PJs — designed to fit a
ten-year-old — then escorted to individual vapor steam rooms the
size of a small shower, with a bench seat for snoozing. After
disrobing, you'd be saturated in wonderful mystical aromas of
incense, eucalyptus steam and various other herbal delights. It
took me five minutes of this heaven before I would doze off and
dream I was Eve, lolling about the Garden in my birthday suit.
When you'd yell "Uncle" they'd scoop you out of the shower, help
you on with your PJs, and lead you to the massage room and the
assigned mat on the floor. What joy! You were clean, warm,
snugly, and then the fun began.

The girls would first try to identify you — a game they all
played with giggles and excitement. They'd begin by running
their sensitive little fingers over your face and downward. By
the time they reached your legs they could identify you. Of
course, with me, as soon as I uttered "Ow-Ow" I was caught, and
had to listen to a chorus of giggles wafting through the room. I
still think it was unfair; when they couldn't immediately
identify me, they'd give a pinch to hear my Ow-Ow.

After one hour of this heaven you were escorted to the co-ed
shower room where you'd find the usual male opportunists —
showering, changing clothes, urinating, or sitting and watching
you do the same. At first it was difficult, but over time I
would envision myself as Raquel Welsh — loin cloth and all — and
didn't feel quite as modest.

At this same establishment they offered haircuts, facials,
manicures and pedicures — I asked for the sighted girls for
these jobs —'all for less than ten dollars. If you came in for a
wash, you were put on what looked like a hospital gurney and
rolled to the shampoo bowl. The first time I experienced this I
was a tad apprehensive. Okay, where's the operating room? But it
turned out to be another treat for the pampered farang. They had
a very inventive way of preparing you for the shampoo by
slipping one end of a rubber tray under your neck, while the
other end drained into the shampoo bowl. Why don't we have this
technique stateside? What a simple concept: the water doesn't
drain down your neck, leaving a soggy blouse; no wet towels to
deal with, and no concrete slab for your arthritic neck to
balance on. You're in a lying position and soon you're fast
asleep.

Along with these wonderful shampoos would come a head massage,
neck and scalp massage, and anything else you wanted massaged.
The shampoo was something all the expat ladies looked forward
to; three washes, three rinses, and a twenty-minute head and
neck massage.

Other pleasures to the senses were the trips that many of the
ladies took to Bangkok for beauty treatments. The salon offered
massages, hair and nail services, and pedicures. It was heaven
to spend the day being pampered. If you were in a hurry it was
the best place to go. To gain entrance you had to ring a buzzer,
wherein the manager would greet you at the door and ask you
three questions: (1) Are you in a hurry? (2) What services do
you want? And (3) Whom would you like to have work on you? If
the answer to number one was in the affirmative, the manager
would assign as many girls to you as you had appendages; one
girl for each hand for manicures, one girl for each foot for
pedicures, one girl for cutting, curling and blow drying your
hair. Watching all these girls working on me, I felt I was being
prepared for a Thai barbecue.

It was marvelous if you needed to be in and out quickly, but
made it quite difficult to read a book.

Article Title: An Interview With Author Debra Poneman And Idol
Gina Glocksen About Chicken Soup For The American Idol Soul

================== ARTICLE START ==================
I had the opportunity to spend some time talking with Chicken
Soup for the American Idol Soul author Debra Poneman. In a
complete surprise she also brought along one of the genuine
articles, an actual American Idol, Gina Glocksen.

Debra, can you tell us a little about yourself?

In 1981 I founded Yes to Success Seminars ™, Inc. This is the
seminar that launched the careers of many top transformational
leaders including Deepak Chopra, Janet Attwood (The Passion
Test) and Marci Shimoff (Happy for No Reason). The Yes to
Success seminar provides a system for uncovering your true
purpose and then gives you the tools you need to realize that
purpose - as well as the knowledge of how to live each and every
day of your journey joyfully and profoundly. I've also given
hundreds of keynote speeches for businesses, associations and
professional organizations across the country, penned a
syndicated newspaper column on principles of success and have
appeared on hundreds of radio and TV talk shows.

However, my greatest achievement is that I took off 19 years
from my career to be a full time mom! Chicken Soup for the
American Idol Soul is my first venture back into the world of
writing. I spent 6 months interviewing and then working on their
stories with top 10 Idols from every season, behind-the-scenes
crew members, fans and judges to co-author this book that has
brought together the #1 show in television history and the #1
non-fiction book series in publishing history.

The Chicken Soup series is one of the great book franchise
successes of the last decade. How did you become involved with
this organization? And a follow up, where did you get the idea
of featuring American Idol?

Well, actually, it was because of my son.

When Daniel was 10, he started watching American Idol Season
One. He was totally transfixed by this show, which was unusual
because we're not a big TV family. One day he said, "Mom you
have to watch this with me. You would love it." And I'm
thinking, "Oh please, anything but that, don't make me watch a
talent show." But being the consummate mother I am, and really
appreciating a way I could spend time with my son, I put on a
smile and said, "Great Daniel, I'd just love to watch this
talent show with you." It took me two shows before I was a
full-fledged AI fanatic. And of course we went to the American
Idol Live concert that summer.

The next season — the big Clay/Ruben year — my husband and
daughter joined us each week to watch the show and then the
whole family went to the concert the next summer (twice!). And
all along I would say to my kids, "I'm going to get to know
those Idols personally. I'm going to do something with them. I
don't know what it is, but I'm absolutely sure of it."

Also during Season Two I discover that my dear friend and
colleague, Marci Shimoff, author of Chicken Soup for the Women's
Soul and Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul and currently the
best-selling author of Happy for no Reason, was also a closet
Idoloholic and we start e-mailing back and forth our own weekly
reviews of every show complete with editorials… "Clay is going
to win because he is the boy next door. There is no way that you
can't love him."..."If Jennifer gets voted off, I am never
watching again."…."What was up with Carrie's hair??" We just
thought our editorials were so brilliant that one day we said,
"We should really publish this stuff," and then simultaneously
exclaimed, "Chicken Soup for the American Idol Soul!" And as
they say, the rest is history.

As I understand it you spent some time on the road with the
Idols? This must have been a lot of fun. Can you tell us a
little about it?

Actually, the only time I was with the Idols was last season. I
was back stage for several days interviewing the top 10 Season 6
finalists as well as the crew including their make-up artist,
stage manager, vocal coaches, wardrobe stylist, musical
director, producers and director. It was a lot of fun –
especially being there for the taping of the shows.

But what I enjoyed most about it was discovering that these
contestants were not just okay people with great voices, they
were amazing people with great voices. As I say in the
introduction to the book…. "In the process of bringing their
stories to you, we have discovered what most have suspected —
that these are not just talented singers, but extraordinary
human beings who touch our lives not only by the beauty of their
voices, but by the depth of their souls." There's a reason why
America falls in love with them and it goes beyond the talent. I
think we have good instincts about who these people really are
and we vote our hearts - being with them verified that America
has chosen the right top 10 every season!

And what I loved most about spending time with the support crew
is that I discovered that their lives paralleled the lives of
the Idols. What I mean is that they also came from tough
backgrounds and none of them had their success handed to them on
a silver platter and they too were living their dreams. They're
really the American Idols of their respective professions – you
can't win a bigger pot than doing your thing for the #1 show in
television history. They each tell their stories in the book.
It's very inspiring.

Many of the stories in Chicken Soup are very moving and thought
provoking, was it a difficult task to select the stories for
inclusion?

In regard to the Idol's stories, any Idol who wanted a story
included was welcomed. The difficult part was choosing which
story to choose!! For example, Jasmine Trias shared an amazing
story about a young man with cerebral palsy who lived in a group
home outside of Las Vegas. He loved Jasmine so much that he
carried an album of photos of her on the tray of his wheel chair
and would show them to anyone who was willing to look. He also
wore a t-shirt that read "Jasmine's #1 Fan." She surprised him
when she appeared in Vegas and arranged for him to attend her
concert and come back stage. I cried when she told me the story.
Then she tells me another story of a woman who had been in a
coma for quite some time and she literally came out of the coma
when she heard an angel singing to her. It turned out that her
granddaughter was watching American Idol and Jasmine was
singing. She believes that Jasmine saved her life. How do you
choose when you can only have one story?

I understand you have brought along a special guest, can you do
the introductions?

Yes, this is Gina Glocksen who came in at #9 on Season 6.

Hi, Gina thank you for taking part. Can you tell us a little
about yourself and your involvement with American Idol?

Actually, I completely tell my story in the book but to give
you the short version… My passion obviously was singing. I've
been singing in front of people all of my life and started
getting serious about it around 15 years old, but my day job was
as a dental assistant. I auditioned 2nd season and didn't even
make it past the first round and was told, I wasn't what they
were looking for.

So I didn't audition for season 3 or 4 but watched religiously
and thought, not what they're looking for? What do they have
that I don't? How in any way is that girl different than me? So
when Season 5 rolled around I decided that I didn't want to suck
saliva the rest of my life so I auditioned again and made it all
the way to Hollywood Week. When I was doing my final audition
that would have gotten me into the top 40, I forgot my words —
which is an instant good-bye.

I was so stressed that I said I would never do that again but
when season 6 rolled around my boyfriend Joe, who, by the way,
is now my fiancé - he proposed to me on stage at the Idol's Live
tour in Chicago - said, "Gina, I have a feeling that this is
your year." So I went to LA hoping the judge (which is one of
the producers) that you have to get past before you get to
Paula, Simon and Randy would remember me and he did. I didn't
even make it past the first round. They told me that I just
brought back the same thing I did last year.

Most sane people would have given up but I wasn't going to let
anyone tell me that I couldn't follow my dream. And the next
week I was off to the auditions in Memphis. And the rest is
history. Not only was I in the top 10 but I'm one of the new
co-hosts this year on American Idol Extra.

It wasn't until I read Chicken Soup for the American Idol Soul
that I really started to get an idea of the magnitude of the
program, yet it also seems to be very much a 'family'
environment. Do you socialize off set?

Gina: I'm incredibly close to the people from my season. I mean
we lived in small apartments and then for 14 hour days backstage
together for at least a month or more depending on when you got
kicked off and then in 2 buses for another three months on tour.
Did we socialize? We didn't really see anybody but each other!!
Fortunately in my season everyone got along great. I've heard
stories that there was conflict in other seasons but we are all
really close and I think we'll always stay that way.

Debra: Something I noticed when I interviewed the backstage
crew is how much affection they have for one another. I never
heard one crew member ever say a bad word about another. They
just expressed respect and admiration for their colleagues. Idol
is really like a well-oiled machine. What also struck me is how
much the crew members all genuinely care about the Idols and how
heartbroken they are when each gets voted off. Mezhgan Hussainy
who is the Idol's makeup artist, and by the way, has an amazing
story in the book about how her family escaped from Afghanistan,
told me that when Charlie Grigsby got voted off on Season 2,
everyone loved him so much that the air backstage was worse than
a funeral. She said that she couldn't even speak to anyone that
night. She had to just go home, she was so devastated.

A question for fun. I'll mention no names, but one of the
judges has a bit of a reputation for his candid remarks. Is this
just an 'on camera' persona?

Gina: It's hard to say. We don't ever get to see the judges off
camera, so I just have to assume that with "this person," what
you see is what you get.

Debra: But I do have to say that several of the Idols I
interviewed said that even though "the judge" can be brutal, he
is often the first one to jump up on the stage when someone gets
voted off and give them a hug and say, "Don't give up."

I really want to thank you for taking time to talk with me.
Good Luck in your future endeavors.

Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is given several
meanings, but the CRM definition does not stray from a
customer-centered philosophy. The customer is king; therefore,
all information that may improve or personalize customer
relationship, retain continued patronage, and obtain new
customers is crucial in all aspects of business operations, from
back to front.

The CRM Process and Strategy

CRM is an acronym for Customer Relationship Management. Mention
this and entrepreneurs will think differently. Some will view it
as a process, while others will recall it as software. They are
correct on both counts. As a process, it is geared towards the
mutual benefit of seller and buyer, and as software, it is a
tool companies use to expedite CRM. The definition may vary, but
it always reflects a customer-centered philosophy.

The "customer is always right" slogan may be an old-fashioned
catchphrase, but this entirely sums up how businesses value
customers and potential leads. Depending on their definition,
organizations need to understand their corporate goals before
they can shape their strategies.

The CRM definition demonstrates the importance of finding and
keeping customers and selling and marketing to customers that
would benefit both seller and customer. To sustain growth and
follow up promising leads, CRM obtains and manages information.
Thus, it is a process and a strategy.

The CRM process is not limited to customer interaction. It is
also concerned with the way CRM is managed. To be effective as a
process and as a strategy, CRM obtains information regarding
customer dynamics, which is assimilated into company operations
associated with customer interaction.

The process also involves forecasting investment trends and
designing cash-flow models. The CRM process relies on research
on the company's overall operations that directly and indirectly
impinges on customer relationship, new opportunities, and
eventually more sales.

To simplify the CRM definition, this is about getting new
customers and keeping the current ones by devising strategies
based on the updated information from the company's data bank. A
big company dealing with thousands of accounts overseas and
locally need software technology to handle massive data banking
or information storage for purposes of evaluation and analysis.

The CRM Software

The software is an adjunct to the definition that involves
mining information that companies can use for:

* Improving service for existing customers;
* Designing strategies to attract new customers;
* Getting promising leads;
* Sort out the good customers from the unpromising ones.

Going through countless and bewildering information about the
CRM definition and software is confusing for companies seeking
technical assistance. If you are shopping for software, review
company agenda and polices on CRM definition and the rest will
follow. CRM Software merchants can provide the ideal software
when companies can confirm what they want from a software
package or solutions.

Ready for the CRM Software Advantage?

Improving customer relations is not an end goal, but getting
those paying customers is. Effective strategizing can be
achieved if your company has a clear objective and the software
solution can be tailor-fitted to its needs.

Forget the software's tag price first and concentrate on the
solutions that can speed up company efforts to manage and track
data without having to go through horrendous glitches. When
shopping for the CRM software, list down what your company aims
to achieve and at the same bolster customer relationship
management, not by just knowing the CRM definition, but by
relaying on this through better services and customer
satisfaction.

One sparrow-boned, average mother in a cotton dress thrusts up
a Pontiac Grand Am to rescue a crushed and wailing child. She
doesn't think about it. She does not analyze how a woman of one
hundred and ten pounds who normally can't lift more than two
bags of canned groceries can hoist up a ton of Detroit-fired
steel. She doesn't think about her own injuries, the heat and
fumes, the angle of the steaming vehicle or the medical expenses
to come later. Instead, love fills her with her mission: "I've
got to save my baby." She succeeds. Her story makes the evening
news.

That's how you will do work you love. Your primal heart will
override common sense, knock you off your fence, and have you
raging and storming for your trapped desire instead of against
its "temptation." Then you will engage the totality of your
intelligence to find a means to succeed instead of to tally up
and analyze the many ways in which you could fail.

By the time I left law, I practically couldn't breathe anymore.
I sensed my spacious office shrinking, my file folders sulking,
smirking, and accusing, and the phones ringing louder. With each
passing day, I knew I had to escape that marble-lined,
cream-colored elective incarceration.

Of course I had a thousand and three questions. How will I
support myself? What if I can't find another job? What if I'm
really not good at writing anyway? What if I ruin my legal
career forever and I can never find anything else?

But the day came when I wanted another life even more than I
wanted the answers to those paralyzing questions. I guess you
could say I had to find a way to twirl a Pontiac on my pinky on
a hot summer day, and so I did. That simple, and that amazing.

You will never realize your dreams by focusing on
passion-sucking, brain-distracting, imaginary and mutating
obstacles. This dream-birthing is not a cool and rational
process of sipping iced teas and considering alternatives.
Instead you might say it's the recognition that you have no
alternative, want no alternative, and can no longer wait for
reason and thunder to catch up with the lightning flashes and
clairvoyance of your heart.

Our questions distract us from the realization of our answers.
The river can only find the sea by following its inner migration
toward immensity. I am not saying that to create work you love,
you ignore the challenges and concerns of reality. But I am
suggesting that you put those doubts and questions in
perspective. Commit to your heart's path, then resolve the
sticky details. "Do the thing and you shall have the Power,"
explained Emerson. You know no strength without resolve. The
river doesn't kiss the sea by inviting doubts to crumpets and
tea.

I once saw a magazine ad that pictured a woman rock climber
seizing the edge of an outcropping, her muscles taut with
intention. The ad read "You Have to Want It." Her "want" power
defied the ravages of gravity, terror, and the unknown strength
of the unknown. Yours will too. Nothing stops a whole heart.

Meanwhile, you will always have questions tugging at your
sleeves. Reason would have us stand at the crossroads forever.

Live unreasonably.

Decide to live your dreams before you can foresee the means.
You can feed attention to your obstacles or you can feed
attention to your desire. One gives you magnified obstacles. The
other brings you fire.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Are you dating women in order to bring them more happiness and
joy? Or mainly to bring yourself more happiness and joy? If it's
the latter, it's going to be a tough uphill struggle. If perhaps
its not for your own happiness and joy, but rather an attempt to
satisfy your ego, then you're setting off on the wrong path from
the very start.

Many men learn how to get better with women in order to fill a
black hole they feel inside themselves. Generally it's an
in-balance in other areas of their life, perhaps they don't have
as many friends as they would like, or they don't get enough
love and care from their parents. If you're a guy like this, who
feels incomplete at the moment, you're going to need to plug
this hole. Women desire a guy who's life is complete without
them, they want a guy who is stable, strong and does not need
anything from them. If you ever feel you need something from a
girl (whether that be sex, love and care, or more excitement),
you're not where you should be, for you won't get very far if
you need something from them. If you feel you want women in
order to give them a better, more exciting life then you're
coming from the right location and going to go far.

Perhaps you just want to be better with women to show off to
your mates how cool you are. This is a common occurrence I see
in a lot of guys, they simply want validation from their friends
that they are a cool guy, not some chode. Yet this validation is
destructive in nature, for when you get that little ego boost,
your ego becomes stronger, more powerful and in need of more and
more validation. After a while when you start making out with
girls in a club, eventually bringing some of them home, you will
start to get ego inflation.

You can imagine ego inflation like filling a balloon. As you
add more and more air to a balloon it expands, just like your
ego as you receive more and more validation. But what happens
when you remove some of that water again, say one hot girl isn't
interested in you and you don't get the validation that your a
cool fun guy? We'll, the balloon contracts again and you feel
that ping of loss, then you start to feel down and upset. Your
game starts to suffer because of this ego deflation from the
next girl seeing your deflated state and rejecting you, and so
the vicious cycle continues.

It also starts to happen when you first go out for a night, if
your ego is inflated you often feel you must do good this night,
however due to the random nature of women this is rarely the
case. As soon as the first girl rejects you, your night starts
going bad, and you start the downhill roll.

This constant need to validation will continue forever unless
you make a change to the way you see the world, for even the
best guys with women will have some women not like them, its
simply the nature of the game, and it ruins your night even more
when you get to that level because you're simply not used to
being rejected or have a girl not like you.

Now if we remove the ego from the equation and start to meet
women in order to provide them with a fun night out rather than
satisfy your own desire for validation, you start to see that
although you don't get those slight emotional boosts, your
skills constantly improve and you will gain enjoyment just being
around women and having an exciting time with them. If you are
there in order to impress girls and get them to respond to you,
you won't have nearly as much fun as if you are there to give
them an amazing night out. Women with all their amazing
intuition can also pick up on this, they know when you want to
give them some entertainment, or if you're there to simply
receive validation and satisfy your own ego.

You'll often find your friends are just as much validation
seekers as you are. They also want to be thought of as cool, fun
guys. Hence why they all group together in their own little
secret society when out clubbing, instead of talking to the many
beautiful girls all around them. Guys try and gain validation
from other guys, even the leaders want their friends to laugh
when they tell jokes and respond in different ways to different
stimulus. So try acting differently around them next time you
see them and observe what they do. If you start reacting
differently (in fact not reacting at all is best), you will
notice a shift in them as they try harder and harder to seek
validation and response from you. Of course there are some guys
out there who are so secure in themselves that they don't seek
or need validation and if you have friends like that, keep them,
for they will be the ones who don't put you down, or turn
against you in order to satisfy their own ego.

Guys who don't need validation are few and far between, women
already know and can feel this. To silence your ego and turn off
validation seeking requires hard work but the rewards are far
worth it. Not only will you be able to freely talk to women at
any time, anywhere and not care about rejection or humiliation,
you will be free from needing to always look cool and be on top
of your game, for it really doesn't matter.

Why not to look for a good quality salad cutlery while
preparing your desired salad. Your choice of a quality salad
knife will for sure enrich your experience of preparing a
scrumptious salad for your family. Choosing a quality salad
knife depends on your needs (basically a lettuce knife will
boast to cut both vegetable and lettuce but instead opting for a
stainless steel knife would prove to be a better choice).

Choice of this cutlery item also depends on your expertise
level. Wise is to choose one which comes with a broad handle for
good grip.

No! It's not a bad idea to stuff your kitchen with a variety of
kitchen and salad knives, it will only help you to choose a
right one for a particular requirement and thus will help you to
rightly maneuver through the cutting, slicing and chopping. But
there are some important aspects of choosing a salad knife from
the available wide range (to avoid the cluttering in your
kitchen).

It is very important to compare on weight, handle grip or
design, durability and price. Basically a light-weight and
perfectly balanced salad knife would be a great way to start
with. The handle is no problem if it is having a good soft grip
which won't slip away from your hand.

This is a typical problem with some of the salad knives
especially when they are wet. Well if you are right hander you
wont face any problem in choosing a firm grip but if you are a
left hander take extra care while choosing knives with good grip
(don't worry many of them can be ordered for this kind of grip).

The next big thing in a salad knife (read in any knife) is the
blade. Ensure that the blade is made up of good quality
stainless steel (carbon or molybdenum/vanadium). This retains
the sharpness of the blade for a time to come and avoids
chipping of the blade on high use.

The small groves (or dimples) on the knife blade is helpful in
two ways. One it gives a sharp cutting edge to the knife and
secondly it creates an air pocket between the blade and the food
for real effortless slicing or chopping. And now these features
should be compared with the price in which it's being offered to
you.

Now when you are a proud owner of a good quality salad knife,
to use it in the optimum level (it extends knives life as well)
is in your hands. Do not put the salad knives in the dishwasher,
instead wash them in the sink and wipe them clean (it is more
convenient that way).

While chopping the food or vegetable do it on the cutting board
instead of any other surface, it will protect the sharpness of
the cutting edge. Store the salad knives in the knives holder
than storing them in the drawer (putting your hand abruptly in
the drawer to grab a knife can hurt).

Believe me a good cutting knife can add fun to the entire
process of salad preparation. Ensure to have one.
