================== ARTICLE START ==================
Health and well-being supplements come in many guises and have
been around a long time. Over the last 50 years tremendous
strides have been made in every aspect of the supplement
industry; marketing, packaging, production have all moved and
evolved at a very fast rate. Our appetite for products has grown
so much the financial experts predict that the wellness market
is going to be the next trillion dollar industry.

The trend now is for products that incorporate health and
well-being with anti-aging components. We still want the health
and fitness thing, but people are now aware more than ever of
the visible signs of aging. Modern technology encourages us to
embrace the concept of physical longevity, even perfection and
questioning the moral and ethical issues surrounding this
subject won't change its public appeal. The demand for products
to help us achieve this will just increase, especially as we
become an aging society. We want to be fit, healthy, live longer
and look good in today's society. This is not an unreasonable
desire and so we will go to great lengths to achieve it.

Over the years we've seen a lot of changes to products, making
them much easier for us to use and consume. Chelated tablets and
soft gel capsules for instance were a major breakthrough. At one
time tablets became overly large and seemed to get stuck in the
throat no matter how much water you drank. Tablets that could be
chewed instead of swallowed were a big improvement, especially
for the junior market.

As we move further into the 21st century technology will come
up with many new and exciting ways of balancing conventional
supplements. New plants are being discovered all the time some
of which have been used for centuries by people such as American
Indians or tribes living deep in the Amazon jungle.

Some cultures in the Far East and Asia have long been aware of
the health giving properties in plants and roots that were
previously unknown to us. By drawing on this knowledge and using
modern technology to harvest and reproduce these plants we will
be able to make them available to a wider population.

Though supplements are consumed by swallowing, it is how the
nutrients are delivered to the system that is important. If
nutrients are consumed naturally then the body takes time to
digest the food and release of the nutrients is slow. With
tablets the release of the nutrients is very fast, so the body
is unable to absorb them before they are wasted. Gel capsules
have improved on this by making the body dissolve the gel casing
before the nutrients are released. Once the gel has dissolved
however, they are released just as quickly. Now a revolutionary
method of delivery has hit the market and will change the face
of the wellness industry.

The latest method is called "suspension gel technology". The
nutrients are suspended in gel packets very similar to the
energy gel pack that is used by athletes. Now you have a true
slow release system where the body can absorb a greater amount
of the goodness we are trying to give it. This is a brilliant
concept, easy to use and ideally suited to life in the 21st
century. The gel packs are small, can be transported easily and
can be taken anywhere at any time.

A good example of one of these products is the exotic blend of
fruit from plant extracts. The gel pack contains a single
measure of blended rare and exotic fruits that act as
antioxidants. These will help slow the aging process, help
mobility, co-ordination, memory, vision, skin and hair. So for
prolonging healthy life these are a must.

Taste is very important, so gel packs are designed to tickle
the taste buds with distinctive flavors. Just tear off the top
and drink it down. It certainly beats standing in the bathroom
with a load of bottles and a glass of water. Pills have been
around for such a long time that it is hard to imagine that
their days may be numbered but suspension gel technology might
just be the concept that sees them off.

As the world changes and traditional foods supplies dry up, it
is possible that supplements will play a much bigger part in our
diet. As technology advances, it will find better and better
ways to deliver nutrients into our bodies. With all these
benefits we should be able to live longer, stay healthier and
look younger.

If you've chosen to get involved in doing massage and bodywork,
you're opening the door to a career that has choice and variety.
You can choose to be self-employed, or work for another.

With so many choices available it can be difficult to decide
what is right for you. Whether you want to work in a
chiropractor's office, a day spa or a resort, there are many
different ways to set up your business. You may want to work in
a hotel or gym, maybe you'd prefer working on a cruise. Some
therapists set up massage chair businesses in airports or malls.
Which one will hold your interest, or have the most flexibility
to meet your needs?

You may find it interesting to write about massage, and
possibly write for massage publications, or even consider
teaching massage to others. Looking at the various choices will
help you decide what is right for you. Knowing there are so many
options allows you to find something that will ignite your
passion to practice massage therapy.

Before jumping it, it's a good thing to first be honest with
yourself and consider what your strengths and weaknesses are. If
you've always wanted to own your own business, it may seem like
an ideal situation. Is it ideal if you're not a disciplined
person though? You'll need to not only just do massage, but
you'll be responsible for your own taxes, your book keeping, and
other details you may not have thought of. Weigh the pros and
cons of being independent and enjoying the flexibility of owning
your own business versus the discipline you'll need to keep it
running smoothly.

One good way to get a better feel for what each job is about is
to talk to others. See what they like and dislike about the
current position they are in. You may learn something you hadn't
though of. With so many networking sites available to you, it's
easy to find people to discuss these topics with.

Let's look at the basic day spa environment. This offers a
peaceful and soothing environment. This may sound ideal to you.
On the other hand, if you're a high energy person, it may be
draining to you personally. You need to know yourself, what kind
of environment you like to be in, and look at simple things like
this before jumping into your career.

Some massage therapists may dream of doing an out-call
business. Before getting involved in this, check with your state
for regulations, as some states restrict this type of service.

Once you have an idea of what you'd like to do for your massage
therapy careers, consider dropping off a resume at some of the
places that meet your criteria. Don't be nervous, many places
like to hire students right out of school so they can train them
directly. Be honest if you're new to the field, and don't make
up false experience. It's unprofessional and dishonest.

Now that you're aware there are so many choices in the massage
therapy industry, where will you choose to start?

links for both massage students and therapists, as well as books
and tips. She also has an entry for consumers who are looking to
practice massage at home with their partners. You can find the

================== ARTICLE START ==================
For a while, the world has been privy to the following
information: Omega 3 Fatty Acids are good for you! They are part
of the polyunsaturated fatty acid family and consumption may
have the potential to reduce the risk of coronary disease. You
can find these potentially health promoting fatty acids in fish.

If your diet does not include fish you may be the perfect
candidate for supplementation. Some people can't tolerate fish
and some people just don't like the taste. Fish like lake trout,
albacore tuna, salmon and mackerel are all high in omega 3 fatty
acids, but because they are also host to toxic substances like
mercury, chlordane, dioxin and PCBs, most people get their fish
oil through dietary supplement pills. The process of getting
the oil from fish has come along way where supplements are pure
and non-toxic. Some companies offer documentation on their
process and product to ensure you are receiving safe and
effective fish oil that you can take and share with your family.

Although omega-3 fatty acids can be obtained from sources other
than fish oil, two of the most beneficial forms are only
available from fish. Docosehexaenoic (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic
(EPA) are long chained fatty acids which cannot be found in any
other source. Consequently, fish oil has gained a lot of
popular, as well as scientific, attention in recent years. The
body needs EPA to produce prostaglandins, which are hormone-like
substances that help to protect the heart and the cell
membranes. DHA is necessary for the normal development of the
brain, the eyes, and the reproductive system.

There are a couple of rich plant-origin sources of these
essential fatty acids like flaxseeds and soybeans, but they are
not easy to include in a regular meal, are even less palatable,
and maybe available only in special health stores. Moreover, for
longer-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) in particular,
which are the more valuable forms of omega-3 for the human body,
fish is a far better source

Possible Benefits of Consuming Fish Oil Supplements

The risk of arrhythmias is greatly reduced
People's triglyceride levels have gone down
The rate of atherosclerotic plaque has been slowed considerably

They can lower people's blood pressure
They can reduce the risk of coronary disease
They can stimulates the circulation of the blood
They can reduce peoples' risk of heart attack
They have been shown to ease depression
They have been shown to ease anxiety
It has been suggested that they reduce the risk of thrombotic
stroke
They might possibly prevent cancer
They improve the flow of people's blood by breaking down
arterial buildup.
They can lower peoples' cholesterol levels
They could possibly improve babies' immune systems
It is possible that they can increase memory retention
They might even be able to ease behavioral and learning
problems in children

With a brand new year just getting started, don't you want to
take your health into your own hands? Obviously people want to
eat better and get more exercise, but part of leading a
healthier lifestyle is to make sure that your body is getting
the minerals and vitamins it needs. The body needs omega 3 fatty
acids and does not produce them from with in the body.

Consuming fresh fish or supplementation is the best way to make
sure that your body gets these fatty acids.

Nevertheless, it is always advisable to consult your doctor
before you start your fish oil supplements, especially if you
are on some anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning drugs.

Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat,

================== ARTICLE START ==================
So you want to flatten your belly and reveal your chiseled 6
pack abs? It is actually rather simple to do so. I did say
simple, but did not said that it is easy. It takes a lot of grit
and determination to do so. However, if your motivation is
strong enough, you will get there.

When I said it is not easy because there is no short cut to get
a flat belly with 6 pack abs. Only those late night
informercials can give you fake promises that certain gizmos can
help you get a flat belly. If you want an easy way out, then
part your money to those advertisers forever and then get ready
to be disappointed.

No, even if you perform a trillion sit ups and leg raisers day
in and day out is not gonna get you the coveted six pack abs. To
get a flat belly you want, you will need to put in some work and
get educated with some science.

Here some helpful pointers to help you achieve your flat belly
objective and if you stick on to it, you will find that not only
will your belly get flatter week after week, you will also
reduce excess body fat from all parts of your body and soon,
your 6 pack abs will be revealed.

Correct eating habit and nutrition is the most important factor
in getting a flat stomach. Therefore you will need to control
your blood sugar levels to lose body fat. One way to do that is
to consume five to six meals small meals a day. Please note, I
said small meals, such as dividing the portion of your three
daily meals into 5-6 smaller meals.

Next, reduce your carbohydrate consumption to about 50 percent
or less from your meals. Most people eat way too much carbs
anyway and before their body can burn the carbs for energy, the
carbs would have been converted to glycogen and the further
excess carbs into body fat.

Consume your small meals at 2 to 3 hours intervals. This is
because when your stomach is empty, your body will tend to
conserve fat for energy and by eating frequently. You won't want
that to happen right? Furthermore, you will be controlling your
blood sugar level to encourage fat loss and you will start to
lose weight gradually.

However, if you are still not losing weight, then you are
consuming too many calories. In this case, make your meals even
smaller by reducing more carbs.

By the first week, you will probably lose between 4 to 5 pounds
(about 2kg) of water weight and some body fat. By continuing to
eat like this, you should be losing about 1 to 2 pounds per
week. If you are losing weight more than that, then you are
probably losing muscle weight too. In this case, then increase
your carbs consumption a little until you achieve a gradual
weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week.

However, if you are not losing 1 to 2 pounds per week, then
reduce another 100 calories from your meals. Remember to abstain
from sugar laden drinks such as soda and soft drinks as these
drinks are chock full of calories. Alcohol consumption is a big
fat No No!

Now, when you are losing weight, your belly will get flatter
and flatter but you will still need to incorporate exercises
into your weight loss routine to burn more calories as well as
getting your muscles toned and getting the 6 pack abs.
Furthermore, for every pound of muscle you that you gain on your
body, you will burn 30-50 extra calories a day. You will then
become a natural calorie burner.

Is this get flat belly program easy? Nope, it is not and that
is why so few people have flat bellies and tight six pack abs.
However, it is definitely achievable if your desire to have a
flat belly is strong enough.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Pssst!

Have you heard?

There's a hormone called HCG that causes you to lose tons of
weight when you inject it. I know you've been looking to drop a
few pounds so I'm gonna give you my source. Call this toll free
number and talk to my guy about setting up an appointment. Sure,
it'll cost you a bundle, but what's money compared to looking
great?

You're reading this article right now because you have been
excited by the possibility of a quick weight loss treatment that
supposedly makes those extra pounds melt away like magic.

The HCG protocol for weight loss is one of the hottest fads
right now largely due to it being mentioned in a book by a
dubious author named Kevin Trudeau. I call him dubious because
he has several FTC violations, has served prison time for fraud
and has many unhappy customers – just do a search for his name
and you'll see for yourself.

Anyway, Kevin wants you to believe that HCG is some kind of new
treatment that has just been discovered to work miracles. In
fact, HCG has been studied numerous times to see if it really
does help people lose weight. These studies were done back in
the 1970s, so this isn't anything new.

The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)
concluded that, "There was no statistically significant
difference between those receiving HCG vs. placebo during any
phase of this study."

Other studies came to the same conclusion: that there is no
scientific evidence to support the claims that HCG helps people
to lose weight. However, since HCG is a hormone found naturally
in the body, there are some doctors who still insist that it
does work for weight loss.

In 1974, the U.S. FDA banned the use of HCG as a weight loss
remedy, it is still allowed to be used as a fertility treatment.
Therefore, if you live in the United States, you'll find it
difficult to get HCG shots for losing weight. There are
supposedly a few clinics here in the U.S. that administer the
shots for weight loss, but finding one will be time consuming.
These clinics are few and far between and the shot regimen is
expensive.

If you do choose to buy HCG from another country or black
market source, please know that you are risking your health. I
would recommend that you not take HCG on your own to lose
weight, since you don't know what kind of formulation you'll be
getting. You should only get the injections under a health
professional's care.

The side effects associated with HCG injections are:

* Abdominal discomfort
* Fatigue
* Headache
* Irritability
* Sore breasts
* Water Retention

If you were to ask me, I would say that you should absolutely
not get HCG injections to help you lose weight. Messing around
with hormones can have an adverse effect on your body, not to
mention that there's no real proof that you'll lose weight any
quicker than if you adjusted your eating and exercised more.

I think you'll do much better by following a healthy eating
plan, which includes adding some low-impact exercise to your
daily routine. The thing to remember is that weight loss starts
in your head. The best weight loss solution is one where you
decide to make a permanent commitment to yourself to live your
life healthier and happier.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Perhaps one of the hardest aspects of an autism diagnosis is
the uncertainty over the cause and the lack of a guaranteed
cure. As a result there are many theories regarding the cause
and one theory that seems to have taken hold is autism may be
the result of heavy metal poisoning or the body's inability to
process eliminate heavy metals effectively. This theory has lead
to many debates about the effective of Chelation and autism
symptom improvements.

Because of the belief that excess heavy metals in the body may
contribute to autism symptoms, a process called Chelation, which
removes excess toxic metals from the body, has gained in
popularity.

Chelation is carried out using a series of drugs that aim to
cleanse the body of excess metals in the hope that this will
lead to an improvement in symptoms and in some cases, reverse
the effects of autism.

This process has it's detractors who argue that it is a flawed
theory that does not work, and even worse, that there can be
many harmful side effects when carried out.

In 2005 a child near Pittsburgh, PA died at age five as a
result of an injection of EDTA (ethylenediamminetetraacetate),
as part of the Chelation process. The official cause of death
was cardiac arrest after this drug was administered. The doctor
involved was charged with involuntary manslaughter earlier this
year. This has raised some red flags to those wondering if
Chelation is safe and effective.

Chelation is not a recognized treatment for autistic children
and adults. Though the US Food and Drug Administration have
approved Chelation for heavy metal poisonings, it has not been
officially approved as a treatment for autism. This therapy
option supports the belief that mercury is the reason for
autism.

On the flip side of the coin, there are many who say that
Chelation has been effective in reducing their children's autism
symptoms and they remain convinced that heavy metal poisoning is
the root cause of autism in their child.

Though Chelation can be carried out intravenously, as was the
case with the child who died, most practitioners chose to use
oral doses or a cream that can be rubbed into the skin.
2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) and is taken orally and is
the drug of choice in America for heavy metal poisoning offering
the best safety and effectiveness record.

The drugs used in the process wrap around the excess metals in
the body and they are then excreted. Due to their sulphurous
nature the urine generally has an unpleasant smell. There are
also some potential side effects including nausea, vomiting,
diarrhea and skin rashes. There is also the risk of liver or
bone marrow damage from prolonged treatment so careful
monitoring is required.

This is a procedure that works well for heavy metal poisoning,
but until it is not yet been studied and approved as a treatment
to tackle autism.

If you are interested in knowing more about Chelation and
autism speak to your doctor for a referral to a medical
professional experienced in this procedure.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In a perfect world we would all be eating the right food,
exercising, sleeping well and just generally enjoying life.

In the real world most of us manage a percentage of the healthy
lifestyle and muddle through as best we can with the rest of it.
Part of the problem is we are encouraged to think, mostly by the
media, that we should be doing everything possible towards a
healthy lifestyle, all of the time. For most of us this is just
not possible.

Constant concern about what we should or shouldn't be doing
causes our stress levels to go up and that negates any good work
that we've done. Yes, we should certainly try for a healthy
lifestyle, but the two key words are "moderation" and "balance".
By applying these criteria to achieving a healthy lifestyle we
won't be beating ourselves up for failing another diet or
dropping out of the latest exercise regime.

A common mistake that many people make when they decide to
adopt a healthy lifestyle is to try to do too much too soon.
They then give themselves a guilt complex when it all falls
apart. It is also easy to be influenced by others, when we
should only be adopting a healthy lifestyle plan to suit
ourselves.

Ah! Did I say lifestyle plan? Do you have one, or do you just
try the next thing that is in your magazine or Sunday
supplement? By all means read these articles and take them into
account as you plan how you want your healthy lifestyle to take
shape.

Leading a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have got to run a
mile before breakfast, eat seeds and think pure thoughts. Great
if that's what you want, but for most of us "healthy" means
being in reasonable shape, eating our fruit and vegetables and
generally having a feeling of vitality.

Decide on your definition of a healthy lifestyle, and then plan
a strategy that works for you.

As part of my health plan I decided I wanted to walk in the
mornings before breakfast, but there was no way I wanted to get
up at the crack of dawn to do it. So I planned a ten minute
circuit that includes a short flight of steps and a not too
steep incline. I power walked that route every day and felt
really good. Sure l wouldn't make the City to Surf marathon, but
I compromised and made it work for me.

Today, much is made of organic foods, but the reality is that
organic food is generally more expensive and well out of the
range for most budgets. Yes organic is probably the best option,
but it doesn't mean that if you're not eating all organic you
are not eating right. If you're concerned about general produce,
be a bit discerning when you shop. Look for fruit and vegetables
that are fresh and unblemished. You should also buy product
brands that you can trust. If you shop wisely, you can have a
well-balanced healthy diet that won't break the bank.

Basically living a healthy life means looking at your lifestyle
as a whole, it is not just about diet and exercise. It is not
always necessary to make major changes. Most people know their
weak spots, and are happy if they can make a few changes that
show results.

A friend of mine was drinking several cans of soft drink a day.
She was feeling tired and generally under the weather. When I
read an article about the health risk of soft drink I copied it
and gave it to her, whereupon she decided to give up the soft
drink there and then. A week later she got back to me and said
she couldn't believe the difference, her energy levels were up
and she was feeling great. Just that one change was able to make
a difference and she feels good about the healthy choice.

Sleep and leisure time play a big part in a healthy lifestyle,
and for the most part people underestimate the value of good
sleep. Our bodies aren't designed to operate at peak performance
twenty four hours a day. Anyone in industry knows that machines
that have to work continuously need a lot of maintenance. When
we are sleeping our body is healing and regenerating itself and
we should wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized.

We can go without sleep for extended periods, but we can't do
it indefinitely. The amount of sleep an individual needs varies
a great deal, and there is no such thing as the right time to
sleep. Obviously most people sleep at night, but if you are one
of those folk that comes alive in the small hours, you might
need to catch up with your sleep during the day.

A big part of healthy living is being comfortable with
yourself. Don't be pressured into trying to attain a certain
look, or push yourself down a career path you are not suited to.
Constant worry about what you are doing will only have the
opposite effect on your health. Don't get paranoid about your
diet, about what toothpaste you should use or about expensive
exercise equipment you need to buy.

Allow a common sense approach to dictate when you are making
lifestyle choices, and remember, there is nothing wrong with
compromise if it means your healthy lifestyle plan will work for
you.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When shopping for discount vitamins online, you should first
learn a little about vitamin supplements and which are most
beneficial. If you are shopping for a multivitamin, for example,
you may want to know the supplemental facts included in the
vitamins. These are easy to ascertain when you are purchasing a
bottle of vitamins in a store, but difficult when purchasing
discount vitamins online. However, you can save quite a bit of
money by purchasing discount vitamins online, so by doing a bit
of homework and reading, you can probably get a good deal and
some great vitamins.

There are many different places to purchase discount vitamins
online. You will want to be certain that the place where you
purchase your vitamins is legitimate, of course and is not some
fly by night website,. Most of the places online that offer
discount vitamins are legitimate businesses that are able to
offer the vitamins because they have little or no overhead, such
as you would find in a store. In many cases, people who purchase
discount vitamins online are surprised to find that they can
save nearly 50 percent from what they would pay in the store and
get name brand vitamins.

There are many different types of vitamins being sold online.
While multivitamins are generally safe for everyone, vitamin
supplements should be used with care. If you have a particular
disorder, you should consult your physician before beginning a
vitamin supplement. Black Cohosh, for example, is a good remedy
for menopausal symptoms, but should never be used by someone
with a history of breast cancer. It is important, when
purchasing discount vitamins online, to know a bit about what
you are purchasing.

It is also important to know the ingredients contained in the
particular vitamins. If you are purchasing discount
multivitamins online, for example, you will want to be sure of
the daily supplement percentages before purchasing. While some
may appear very inexpensive, this may be because they are not
giving 100 percent of the daily recommended dosage for the
supplements.

You should also shop around when purchasing discount vitamins
online. There are so many different companies that offer
discount vitamins online and all are eager to compete for your
business. Try to find the best deal for the best price. You
should also see if you can get a discount or if the company
offers a points system if you continue to purchase through them.

One caveat when purchasing anything online is to use your
credit card. It is always advisable to make an online purchase
with a credit card than a debit card as you normally have
recourse from the credit card company in case something goes
wrong with your purchase. While most online vendors are honest,
there are always a few unscrupulous people out there who tend to
ruin it for everyone else. Use your credit card to make your
purchase just to be safe.

There is nothing wrong with going to the drug store and asking
the pharmacist about the different types of vitamins available
to discover which vitamin is right for you and then purchasing
discount vitamins online. The pharmacist will not be offended.
He or she will be glad to answer your questions and then get
back to filling prescriptions. If you are unsure about what type
of vitamins to get, ask someone. If you have a medical
appointment scheduled, make sure you ask your doctor which type
of vitamin is best for you and then go online to make your
purchase.

While many people are hesitant about purchasing vitamins and
drugs online, it is just as safe to purchase these items online
as anywhere else. Vitamins are available in drug stores, health
food stores and grocery stores, why not online? Just make sure
that the site you use is a secure site that protects your credit
card information. More and more people everyday are taking
advantage of the marvelous discount prices available online for
vitamins as well as just about everything else.

Purchasing discount vitamins online is also a convenient way to
get what you need without having to make an extra trip to the
drug store. The items will come right to your house and you do
not have to drag out kids or yourself in cold or rainy weather.
More people are discovering the benefits an convenience of
shopping online. You can not only get the best prices, but you
do not even have to leave the privacy of your home. Purchasing
discount vitamins online is the way of the future for those who
want to maintain good health by taking these valuable nutrients.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It's official—the Acai fruit is officially an energy fruit. A
particular celebrity show host has said so. Don't worry if you
haven't heard of acai fruit before, most people are still
discovering the little berry. This little berry, though, is
soon going to be world famous and in high demand. This fruit is
actually a berry that comes from an Amazonian palm tree that is
harvested in the Brazilian rainforest.

The acai fruit is a drupe that measures about an inch in
diameter and looks sort of like a grape but does not have as
much pulp. It grows in panicles of seven hundred to nine
hundred and two crops of these fruits are produced each year.
The fruit has a seed that is less than ten millimeters in
diameter. The fruit is harvested as a food and is considered to
be one of the most important species of three different Caboclo
tribes in Brazil. The juices from the fruit are often blended
into sodas, smoothies and other drinks and are traditionally
served in a gourd alongside tapioca and sugar. In Brazil it is
popularly served in a bowl where it is mixed with granola. This
concoction is often thought of as an energy meal. The fruit has
also been made into ice cream.

It is a very nutritious fruit. One hundred grams of this
powder contains almost five hundred and forty calories, fifty
two grams of carbohydrates, eight grams of protein and thirty
two grams of fat. It has forty four grams of fiber, which makes
it incredibly valuable as a macronutrient. It is also rich in
fatty acids like oleic acid, palmitic acid and linoleic acid.
It is thought to reduce blood cholesterol. It contains nineteen
amino acids and is very high in aspartic acid and glutamic acid
content.

The most important part of this fruit, though, is its
anti-oxidant content. Anti-oxidants can slow down the aging
process by keeping our cells healthy. Many authorities find
that acai fruit is one of the most powerful anti-aging foods in
existence. This small fruit contains more antioxidants than
grapes and blueberries.

This fruit also has the potential to help people's digestion
(thanks to its high fiber content), keep their cardiovascular
system healthy, and helps with muscle regeneration and
contraction.

Acai-rich foods are hard to find, as the fruit is rare. You
probably will not find anything with acai as an ingredient in
your local grocery store, but you might be able to find it in a
health food store or a gourmet store. Because the fruit is
becoming more popular, largely thanks to a popular magazine, it
will slowly start becoming easier to find and people might find
ways to grow the "super fruit" somewhere outside of Brazil.

The acai fruit is probably one of the healthiest fruits on the
planet. It may help your muscles, your heart, your digestion,
your energy levels and even can prevent early aging and slow
down the rest of the aging process.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug
Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose,
treat, cure or prevent any disease.
