================== ARTICLE START ==================
PRINCE2 is used to manage projects throughout the business
world; but what is a project and what constitutes a successful
project? This article will define a project, look at the
characteristics of an unsuccessful and a successful project, and
discuss briefly how PRINCE2 can benefit a business.

What is a project?

A project can be defined as "any outcome you're committed to
achieving that will take more than one action step to complete,"
or "a project is a management environment that is created for
the purpose of delivering one or more business products
according to a specified business case."

To understand what constitutes a successful project, a lot can
be learned by looking at the common reasons for an unsuccessful
project.

Some common reasons for an unsuccessful project are:

Lack of management support – which can lead to insufficient
funding and resources; senior management performance criteria is
not linked with the project's criteria, which can lead to
conflict.

Resource conflicts – can mean there is a lack of dedicated team
members in the project; key resources unavailable when required.

Lack of clarity on roles and responsibilities – can cause
individuals/teams to work inefficiently; deadlines are missed;
resolution over issues is delayed; overall there is low morale
within the project workforce.

Poor communication – lack of information passed to
individuals/teams can cause confusion within the project
workforce; deadlines missed; concerns of stakeholders or team
members not addressed.

Lack of leadership – can be caused by an inexperienced or an
untrained project manager; lack of sustained leadership
commitment; no clear goals, vision or strategy set; individuals
are unclear how the project will alter jobs, processes, etc;
there isn't any alignment of measurement and reward system with
targeted outcomes.

Some common reasons for a successful project are:

Advanced planning of the project – individuals are given
defined roles; teams are established; the outcome of the project
is defined.

Strong leadership – continuous committed leadership; executives
show strong support; metrics and incentives are in place to
drive desired behaviours; change is seen as an on going process.

Relationships are maintained – the leaders are `people
focused'; relationships are maintained while meeting the needs
of the project.

Quality delivered – project deliverables have met all
functional, performance and quality specifications.

Stakeholder expectations met – every expectation of the
stakeholders was met; every key stakeholder accepts the project
results.

Project completed – the project was completed within the set
timeframe; completed under the approved budget; the project has
achieved its original goals, objectives, and purpose; every
participant should be eager to repeat a similar experience.

PRINCE2 for successful projects

To ensure projects operate smoothly, PROMPTII, PRINCE, and
subsequently PRINCE2 were all introduced to address the common
reasons for project failure. PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled
Environments) is recognised as a world-class international
product, is the standard method for project management and
provides a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects.

PRINCE2 training enables people to understand how a successful
project operates by covering the processes, components and
techniques needed for any size project. It is a project
management method designed to provide a structure that covers
the wide variety of disciplines and actions required within a
project. The focus throughout PRINCE2 is on the Business Case,
which describes the rationale and business justification for the
project – it is the Business Case that drives all the project
management processes, from project set-up through to a
successful finish.

Conclusion

There are two ways to operate a project – successfully or
unsuccessfully. Every business wants a successful project so
they can reap the rewards; the way forward is for personal to be
trained with a `de-facto' standard for project management in the
United Kingdom and internationally, i.e. PRINCE2.

If you consider shopping as a sport, then finding the best deal
is like winning the game. The sport is all about finding the
cheap merchandise online. How would you buy the cheap
merchandise online? These three little tips are the secrets to
buy the cheap merchandise online.

The best place to find cheap merchandise is an online auction
site since in an auction you decide the price. This is tip #1.
The pricing power is in YOUR hands, not in anyone else's. There
are many auction sites present online, but eBay is considered
the largest and in the beginning, you should concentrate on
eBay. Why? It has the largest market share, the most competition
and it even has buyer protection. This means a better, safer
deal for you.

Tip #2 is to research what exactly you want. You want to find
out as much information as you can about the product before even
thinking about making a bid. You should check your favorite
search engine like Yahoo for new products since you can read the
reviews and find what the going price is online. You should
never have to pay more than this. You can even check out the
blogs to get the reviews and do a trusty Google search to turn
up some extra information that you may not have thought about.
If it's a big purchase, it is better to write down the
information, or do use my favorite trick, taking notes in
notepad and saving the file as the product name.

The best way of finding out information is to check the
previous auctions of similar items. You can see for how much the
product sold for and how many people placed bids even though the
auctions are over. You should definitely note this price and
unless if it is something that you need right away, you should
never bid more than this in an auction.

Tip #3 is to actually start searching for and bidding on the
auctions. If a product is one that you need to ask few questions
about before you bid, you should check out the auctions that
have been running only for a day or two. This gives you time to
get a response to your question. If you don't need to ask many
questions, you can check out the auctions that are expiring in
the next 48 hours. I have to make note of few rules for making
the initial bid. The big one is to never make an initial bid
more than 70% of the expected final price.

If you notice the auction bid quickly increase to, or even
overtake your bid, you know that at least one other person has
made a large bid on this auction. I tend to drop these kinds of
auctions since it may not result in a cheap purchase. Either
way, bookmark the auction and plan to check back within 6 hours
of its ending time. At that point, you can make a larger bid
that is closer to your preferred purchase price. If you're
someone who doesn't like losing an auction over a few cents or
dollars, you can put in a bid of 105% of your preferred purchase
price, but it's all up to you.

If you follow these three tips, you can buy a cheap merchandise
online at the price you are willing to pay. Remember, with a
little work, you to can Buy Cheap!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In this article I will discuss whether or not Google Adwords is
still the best or if the new and upcoming ways of advertising
are taking over the way internet marketers show their products,
services, and offers to the general public.

People have been using Google Adwords now for years. There are
many people who have reported making six figure incomes or
higher by simply using Adwords to drive traffic to their
website. On the other hand, there are those people who complain
on a daily basis that the price of Google Adwords keywords have
gone up substantially since they were first offered and it's now
getting very difficult to become profitable using Google
Adwords. It really takes a marketer examining his offer,
marketing funnel, and advertising costs of Adwords to determine
whether or not they are not making any profit at all, turning a
small profit, or banking huge returns using Adwords.

Since the birth of Adwords there has been many other avenues of
advertising that social networks and search engines have tried
to create using Adwords model.

In this article, I will specifically look into Facebook. The
huge social network of high school students, college students,
and many other individuals has grown by leaps and bounds since
it was first created. Now that Facebook has a considerable
amount of traffic they have decided to try and turn a large
profit by offering advertisers the chance to advertise their
offers on their network.

At first, they used a platform called Facebook Fliers. The
platform boasted to be able to show your offer per thousand
impressions. The rates were very cheap and on first looked it
seemed as if it was going to be a very promising program. Well,
as months went by, Facebook Fliers proved to be very ineffective
for marketers. The main complaint now was that Facebook was
charging only for impressions, and instead they should switch to
clicks. The reason being is if a user "clicks" an offer it
shows definite and genuine interest in the marketers offer.

With the advice of internet marketers all over the world
Facebook switched to its newest program, "Facebook Ads."
Facebook Ads now charges each marketer per click instead of per
impressions. With the birth of this program, marketers all over
the world are boasting huge returns now using Facebook Ads. The
CPC (cost per click) is low due to their not being much
competition in niches and it seems as if this is the best model
Facebook could have switched to.

The internet and advertising is constantly evolving, and it
seems as if Facebook is right on top of the trends and how
quickly things can change. I suspect that this social network
will be around for decades to come and will be able to monetize
itself very well by showing advertisements to its audience of
close to 100 million people.

Now, it's time for YOU to cash in on the huge returns of
Facebook Ads. My tip to you is to find an uncovered niche and
take full advantage of it before someone else does!

Adwords Marketing. Visit his website

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Finally there is an alternative answer to expensive pay per
click campaigns and getting your web site promoted. The good
news is that you do not have to pay a fortune to get good
visibility. You also do not have to pay exorbitant amounts of
money every month to Google AdSense and sponsored link programs
to pop up in the top ten of the search engines.

You can actually achieve great rankings in Google and Yahoo
organically. This means that the search engines actually come
looking for you. The great news here is that you don't have to
spend a mint on getting to the very top. Not only can you get
there in the top ten but you can actually get 8 out of the top
10. Sound impossible? For Ted Cantu it's quite easy.

"This is something I started doing for my fellow Dan Kennedy
IBA members in Brighton, Michigan. I started to test out new
theories in practice on my coaching group members and we started
getting some phenomenal results" explains Detroit area based
Cantu. "The key for us was to use all of the tools that Google
has to offer".

Google has really led the way when it comes to buying Internet
technology. In the recent months it has acquired Feedburner and
its RSS technology which allows web surfers to subscribe to its
favorite content on the web. It has also acquired Blogger which
enables Internet web geeks to post to an easy to use blog
format. You can combine these tools together and have them work
together promoting your web pages. But that is just the tip of
the iceberg.

Google has purchased more tools for its users and therefore has
really led the way on the web. Yahoo hasn't followed through
with these types of acquisitions and in some sense has lost its
popularity. Just recently Yahoo has given up its Podcast
platform which allowed its members to post audio shows and
messages on the web.

You can begin to create some really great things when you
combine these things together. When they work hand in hand
incredible things can occur including high search engine
rankings.

Blending In All The Right Ingredients

You want to make sure you use all of the tools that the web has
to offer. There are an abundant of tools out there now that you
can use including blogs, RSS feeds, podcasting, audio messages,
and web video just to name a few. The magic ingredient that
holds all of this together is good solid sales copywriting to
lure in your prospects.

Keep in mind that the web was originally created to share
information. Your potential clients do not sign on initially to
buy stuff off of the web. They will first research their
material on the web first before making any kind of commitment
to buy something. But once you get them to commit to you the
real money making magic can begin.

So what kind of results are possible by using all facets of the
web?

Try putting your web pages at the very top ten on the web.
Results have varied but some of the top records placed some
clients at the very tip top of 17 million pages. This was all
done without the aid of pay per click and sponsored link
programs. The reason for working in this way and pushing things
to the limit falls upon the failing Michigan economy. There are
a lot of companies who are working in this market that
absolutely refused to pay anything extra when it came to web
site marketing. A lot of these individuals balked about having
to pay $50 dollars a month to host their professional ecommerce
sites let alone pay for something expensive such as web site
marketing. This made firms like i-Mobile Media,
(http://www.1seomichigan.com) search for creative solutions and
how to promote its clients.

"When we started these campaigns our main goal was to keep our
clients visible. We never set out to dominate niche categories
on the web. But then we started to understand what the search
engines were looking for and we began to pop up in the top ten
more than once… We started to pop up 5, 6,7 and 8 times out of
the top ten. That's when things started to get really exciting."
explains Cantu. The web firm started to do more with its company
and adding different features including web video.

More Than A Fluke

i-Mobile-Media has tested 23 separate markets and have come out
victorious in each category. Not only did they get into the top
ten but have come out visible for every one of these industries.
They are in everything including mortgages, reverse mortgages,
real estate, industrial, manufacturing, legal, medical, health
care, weight loss, marketing for seniors, beauty products,
retail, pedicure, international companies, coaching groups,
business development and many more. Each niche market they have
approached ended with incredible results.

There are some disadvantages when a company decides to do a pay
per click campaign. Ecommerce sites have a problem with the way
the customer relates to the site. The end user experience is a
bleak one. They are faced with thumbnail pictures and prices.
From this limited menu they are required to make some sort of
purchasing decision. There isn't enough time to create any type
of relationship and make up enough of a reason to warrant a
purchase. This anxiety is further heightened when they pick this
choice from a Google adsense or a sponsored link.

You will notice that web sites that partake in a sponsored link
that their ads get put into rotation. So sometimes your ad will
pop up and sometimes it may not. As a consumer you are not
allowed to click on your own ad to create a sense of popularity
because you can get your site banned from the program. So you
will have to rely on your wits and a great bit of luck that
someone will want what you are selling.

There is another pitfall here as well. You see there is a
problem when it comes to public trust. In a recent poll it was
discovered that the public seems to place less faith in a
company that has bought their way to the top. The buying trend
leans towards checking out an organic search because they have
climbed to the top of the heap honestly and in most cases – the
hard way.

How much longer will ecommerce companies continue to dump
horrendous amounts of venture capital into pay per click
campaigns? The trend is shifting in the Midwest. The bottom line
is that a lot of companies do not want to spend money for online
campaigns if it can get away with it. With all the recent
innovations happening on the Internet its obvious now that they
do not have to.

"Love worketh no ill to his neighbour; therefore love is the
fulfilling of the law." – Bible, Romans 13:10

Seldom are such words found is today's businesses, or in
business training nodules for the contemporary business man and
woman. Yet one should ask, why not? Ignore for a moment if you
can that the words come form the bible. Take them as they stand
alone. Reading again, love works no ill towards one's neighbor.
If we were taught to show no ill towards our fellow worker,
wouldn't that create sounder businesses? Surely if this were
taught in a customer service class, we would turn out better
CSR's, and increase customer satisfaction wouldn't we? If this
were taught in management training courses, we would have fewer
problems between managers and employees, between fellow workers,
and it would increase an appreciation for human resources within
an organization would it not?

Love is the underscoring theme is so many beloved and treasured
American stories such as "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens
for example. True it was a story mostly about Christmas and
played a critical role in redefining the importance of Christmas
during the time of its publishing in 1843. Sentiment for the
holiday rose and contributed to the welfare of men, especially
those marketeers who stood to gain from Christmas related sales
from that time on till even now. But it was more than the
Christmas story that appeals to us as human brothers and
sisters. It is the story of the need for good will towards all,
as summed up in the spirit of young tim's memorable line in the
movie.

We feel the same way when we see a movie like "It's A Wonderful
Life". Who can't feel our hearts surge with love when at the end
of the story George Bailey in his darkest hour when he has just
about lost everything he had comes to the realization, through
the outpouring of gifts from the towns people, that he really
did make a difference in many people's lives and that his life
was worth something. The Frank Capra movie ends with George
Bailey finding the book that his guardian angel Clarence wrote
into with the last line reading, "Remember, no man is a failure
who has friends. Thanks for the wings!"

These two stories are about Love, the kind of love that if we
practiced it towards our fellow men and women, we would break
down the barriers that cause financial and business ruins. We
would then be free to work without fear that our jobs would be
taken away through competition. If we were to practice such love
think what would disappear. No longer would there be greed, or
jealousies. No longer would there be a need for cut-throat
competition. No longer would there be a need for firewall
protection, and security guards, and think about all the money
we would save if we could learn to love one another in a
competitive free environment. Business could do away with
encryption codes, passwords, and proprietary software. We would
no longer need to keep our money in banks and we would no longer
need to lock our doors. Imagine what work would be like in an
environment full of love. Some would say, "That's not my
responsibility. Let management start showing me this kind of
love first." They should, after all they are our leaders right?
Bit it is up to us to bring this kind of love into the business,
whatever business we find ourselves in. It is our responsibility
to show love. I remember a scene from that ghost filled movie I
referred to already, where Jacob Marley visits Scrooge on
Christmas Eve. He comes shackled in chains and carrying heavy
weights about him. Scrooge doesn't understand and laments "But
you were a good business man Marley." Marley returns with a
frightening retort, "Mankind should have been my business!" We
all can relate to that story, can't we? For mankind should be
our business. Our business should be love.

We are far from this reality, true. But if we all begin in
small ways to show no ill towards our neighbors, if we were to
show more love in business, we could begin to empower the masses
towards the ultimate wonder of the world and that is to live
free in work with love. You can see why the writer of this quote
finishes by saying love is the fulfilling of the law. What else
is needed? If we were to show love to all, there would
ultimately be no need of laws.

As you encounter the world today – show love to all. Do not
concern yourself that others will not do it. Do it yourself. It
must begin with you! It is my hope that you shall do so. By
doing so you shall experience personal empowerment in a way only
you can realize. You can make a difference.

The Dairy Calcium Myth Milk is not as high in calcium as the
dairy industry would have you believe. In Healthy Vitamins and
Minerals by Jane Turner, under the section on Calcium, milk
doesn't even make the first page and sits 35th on the list with
120mg of calcium per 100g.

Some of the foods that beat it by far are sesame seeds
(670mg/100g, more than 5 times!), sardines (540), Nori seaweed
(470), both more than triple, almonds (240, double!), figs (230)
parsley, spinach, watercress, kale (200-170, and these are green
vegetables!) even hazelnuts and oysters (140).

More importantly though what little calcium milk actually has
is offset by the fact that it is barely absorbable by humans
since cows milk is meant for baby cows. Dr William Ellis has
conducted thousands of blood tests in people who drank 4 glasses
of milk a day and found that they had lower levels of calcium
than the rest of the population.

This is because milk interferes with the digestion of nutrients
by clogging the stomach and intestines with mucous. On top of
all this, cows these days are extremely unhealthy as they have
been pumped full of drugs, hormones and antibiotics (to prop
them up from the diseases they contract) in a bid to produce
more milk faster. Milk has been found to have 59 active
hormones, 52 antibiotic residues, scores of allergens and
contaminants such as pus from diseased udders.

The bottom line through all of this is that, on whose authority
are you trusting when it comes deciding what goes into your
mouth? Yours or the supposed 'experts' in the health and food
industry with highly toxic hidden agendas? On whose authority
are you trusting when it comes to deciding what food best fuels
your body for the intensity of your workouts and post recovery?
Yours or the supposed 'experts' in the health and food industry
with highly toxic hidden agendas? On whose authority are you
trusting when it comes to deciding what you should ingest to
keep you not only healthy but alive? Yours or the supposed
'experts' in the health and food industry with highly toxic
hidden agendas?

Get the picture?

Nutrition forms the absolute cornerstone for unleashing the
ultimate physique that lies within you - clean functional
nutrition based on what your body requires, not what someone
would like you to eat so they can line their pockets are totally
two different things. Before you eat anything that you believe
should form part of your training regime, don't just take some
'expert's' word for gold, question everything. Seriously, don't
even take my word for gospel - check it out and test out how
accurate the above data is compared to what you hear day in day
out from the health and food industry. If you're serious about
making changes to your body and life, even if you do this just
once, as soon as you see for yourself that what you're being
told by those you've always believed you can trust is not always
the truth, you will never go back. The truth will empower you to
seek the truth out yourself and ensure your authority becomes
rooted in what's accurate because your authority will be none
other than your own.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The Chemical Brothers are made up of childhood friends Tom
Rowlands and Ed Simons, and are a Grammy Award winning
electronic music sensation. Originally referred to as the The
Dust Brothers until a legal threat from another band of the same
name, they changed their name in 1995 after a successful tour of
the U.S.

The Chemical Brothers are one of the few bands that
successfully made the transition to arena-sized concerts, and
the fact they are an electronic act makes this feat even more
impressive. Along with The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers have
become known as pioneers of the big-beat electronic dance genre,
and have a reputation unsurpassed for their use of complicated
sound and light effects to produce amazing live gigs.

In the studio, they have been releasing albums since 1995, when
they first put out Exit Planet Dust. Shortly after its release
they were snapped up by Virgin Records, under which they started
their own offshoot label, Freestyle Dust.

During that year's Glastonbury Festival, Rowlands and Simons
met up with Noel Gallagher from Oasis, who told them how much he
liked their debut album, and that he would like to sing on a
future track. They got together and recorded Setting Sun, the
song being released in October 1996. It gave the duo their first
number one single, and also starting a popular trend they would
continue, of working with guest vocalists.

In 1997 the Chemical Brothers released their second album, Dig
Your Own Hole, after recording it at their studio in south
London. During that summer they toured extensively, playing
clubs and festivals, particularly in the United States. In
Tokyo, they became residents in the Liquid Rooms.

After a break of almost two years, the Chemical Brothers
returned with a new single which signalled a subtle change in
direction. Hey Boy, Hey Girl was immediately a more commercial
record, and as a result went to number 3 in the UK charts and
gained them huge publicity.

The third album, Surrender, was released in June 1999, again
featuring the likes of Noel Gallagher on backing vocals. The
album reached number 1 in the UK and received widespread
recognition from all sections of the music press.

Memorable gigs at Glastonbury and a UK tour followed. The album
Come With Us was released in 2001, but it was less well received
than any of their previous work. This didn't prevent it topping
the UK charts in its first week of release however, as they
proved their fan base was loyal to the core.

Early in 2003, the Chemical Brothers went back into the studio
to work on new material, including The Golden Path, a
collaboration with Wayne Coyne, lead singer of The Flaming Lips.
This came out in September 2003, around the same time their
Singles 93-03 (best of) album was released.

The following year, they were back in the studio to work on
their fifth studio album, Push The Button, again featuring
collaborations with Tim Burgess, Kele Okereke and Anwar
Superstar, amongst others. The album was released in January
2005 and saw good initial sales, but it wasn't until July 2007
that the Chemical Brothers released their best-selling sixth
album, We Are the Night.

To help promote this, the Chemical Brothers embarked on a
hugely sucessful UK tour this December. Their latest single from
the album, The Salmon Dance, is out now.

"Yo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really really want,
So tell me what you want, what you really really want,
I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna really,
Really really wanna zigazig ha."

Apparently the concert-going public has spoken and what they
really, really want is to see the Spice Girls perform together
once again.

They're back…!

Just when you thought the whole reunion nostalgia thing must be
losing its steam, one of the most famous of the "girl bands,"
The Spice Girls, have just launched a reunion tour that will
take them well into 2008. With Simon Fuller once again steering
the ship, there is little doubt that this will be a heavily
promoted, successful, and lucrative endeavour for all involved.

A pop music phenomenon, the Spice Girls launched a career that
included three albums, multiple world tours, sales of 55 million
records and even a Spice Girls movie. Like few groups before
them, the Spice Girls became a fixture in the British press.
Their Girl Power mantra (emphasising loyalty and friendship) was
heavily marketed and made the Spice Girls internationally
famous. They were unabashedly pop, shamelessly aggressive
self-promoters, and their individually developed personas
brought comparisons to the Beatles and Beatlemania. While
British radio had been dominated in the early 90's by
guitar-based bands like Blur and Oasis, the Spice Girls were
pure pop and aimed squarely at a young female audience.

It all started in London in 1993 with an open audition for a
girl group being put together by Bob and Chris Herbert. Their
group - Touch - was finalised based on these auditions and the
line-up included Victoria Adams, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm
and Geri Halliwell. The women were moved into a house together
and began a demanding routine of song and dance rehearsals. The
pace was too much for the fifth member of Touch, and she left to
be replaced by Emma Bunton.

After a disagreement over the band's direction with Chris
Herbert, the band quit and broke away in 1994. In the fall of
that year they met Simon Fuller (yes, that Simon Fuller; not the
caustic judge, but the creator of the various Pop Idol
television series including American Idol) and by spring of
1995, they had signed with Fuller and his company, 19
Management.

In September 1995, the band officially became the Spice Girls
and Fuller landed them a recording contract with Virgin Records.
He quickly whisked them off on a promotional tour of the United
States followed by filming for their first video, Wannabe. By
May of 1996, Wannabe was a hit on video stations and the Spice
Girls were on the road to fame.

In July of 1996, Top of the Pops magazine ran a feature on the
Spice Girls, in which the editor suggested that nicknames for
each of the Spice Girls might be a good idea: Posh, Ginger,
Baby, Scary and Sporty made their first appearance in the music
press and the nicknames stuck.

Simon Fuller turned out to be a master of promotion and worked
every angle to get the Spice Girls out there. They toured the
United States again, appeared at a Christmas tree lighting in
London in 1996 that drew 500,000 people, and began promoting a
myriad of products, including Pepsi, Polaroid and Cadbury's. By
February 1997, Wannabe had become the number one song in the UK
and US charts, and by this point, the Spice Girls had amassed
world CD sales of six million, along with seven million singles.
Not bad for a debut.

Their follow-up album, Spice, was released in March of 1997,
and sales climbed to 14 million copies by July of that year.
Their third album, Spiceworld, was released shortly after in
November 1997, and just prior to the release of their movie,
Spiceworld, on Boxing Day of 1997. The film grossed $75 million
worldwide. Then in a bombshell announcement, the Spice Girls
dropped Simon Fuller as their manager just prior to the start of
a massive world tour. Probably not a good move, given that he
appeared to be crucial to their success.

1998 started off with the news that Victoria Adams was engaged
to soccer star David Beckham. In February, the Spice Girls began
the previously planned, 102-date world tour in support of
Spiceworld, but the cracks were beginning to show. Geri
Halliwell failed to appear at several gigs in Norway in May and
soon released a letter announcing her departure from the group.
In June, the Spice Girls, minus Ginger, undertook the American
leg of the tour, but rumours of the group's imminent demise were
fuelled by the news in August that both Victoria Adams and
Melanie Brown were pregnant. The Spiceworld Tour concluded with
a pair of sold out shows at Wembley Stadium, but it was to be
their final tour.

Brown married in 1998 followed by Adams in 1999. In October
2000, the Spice Girls released their final album, Forever. They
never officially broke up, but the group didn't release any more
material and each went her own way.

So where have the Spice Girls been for the past seven years?

Melanie Brown (aka "Scary Spice," aka "Mel B") released a solo
album in 2000 and has since concentrated largely on an acting
career. Her credits include roles in the BBC3 sitcom Burn It,
movies Lethal Dose and The Seat Filler, a Broadway appearance in
the musical Rent, a part in The Vagina Monologues in London, and
appearances on television reality shows This Is My Moment and
Dancing With The Stars. A second solo CD was released in 2004,
after her autobiography was published in 2002. Melanie has two
children, daughters Phoenix Chi and Angel Iris. Brown garnered
considerable tabloid press in 2006 when a relationship with
actor Eddie Murphy ended, with Brown claiming that Murphy had
fathered Angel Iris.

Melanie Chisholm (aka "Sporty Spice," aka "Mel C") has enjoyed
a busy solo career since the Spice Girls split up, releasing
four albums and performing a hit duet with Canadian singer Bryan
Adams. She formed her own label, Red Girl Records, and has been
actively touring in support of her material.

Victoria Beckham (aka "Posh Spice") has recently had
considerable attention with the American tabloid press,
following her move to Los Angeles with husband, soccer star
David Beckham, who joined the L.A. Galaxy football team. The
Beckhams have three sons. Victoria hasn't pursued a solo singing
career, unlike the other girls, but has followed her interest in
fashion, acting as a guest fashion editor with Harper's Bazaar
magazine and releasing several clothing lines as well as her own
fragrance (Intimately Beckham). Beckham has made several
television appearances, including a stint on Ugly Betty. Beckham
has also published a fashion guidebook and an autobiography.

Geri Halliwell (aka "Ginger Spice") has released three solo
albums, contributed a hit single to the movie Bridget Jones's
Diary (It's Raining Men), released two autobiographies, released
two yoga videos, and appeared on the television show Sex In The
City. Apparently not content to sit still, Halliwell is also an
ambassador for The Prince's Trust, has written six
soon-to-be-published children's books and became a mother with
the birth of daughter Bluebell Madonna in 2006.

Emma Bunton (aka "Baby Spice") has released three solo records,
appeared on BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing, and in August of 2007,
became a mother with the birth of her son, Beau Lee.

So, now we come to 2007. Hard feelings are put aside, and
everyone is back on board. Even Simon Fuller. A formal
announcement of the reunion was made via a press conference on
28th June: the Spice Girls would reunite for a world tour to
support the release of a greatest hits CD. The tour will be
filmed for a documentary to be released by the BBC. And true to
their past pattern, the Spice Girls and Fuller are already
lining up corporate sponsors for the tour, including a £5
million fee to appear in advertisements for the Tesco
supermarket chain.

The initial concert took place on December 2 in Vancouver,
Canada. A sell-out crowd of 16,000, which paid up to $550 CDN
for tickets, was reportedly heavily skewed toward the teen
female demographic. Reviews of the concert were good - the
Telegraph's Catherine Elsworth said:

"They performed for almost two hours, rattling through 22 songs
including old favourites such as Spice Up Your Life and Wannabe
as well a few covers and tracks the girls had recorded while
pursuing solo careers. The exuberant set - which took in eight
costumes and elaborate choreography including a spot of pole
dancing - had fans screaming from beginning to end and betrayed
no signs of the intervening years."

Sounds like the Spice Girls shouldn't have any problems selling
tickets for the rest of the tour dates.

Article Title: Whiplash: Half A Second Of Damage Can Take Far
Longer To Repair.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are four phases that occur during a whiplash injury and
all four take place in less than one half of a second. The
injury itself is determined by the different forces that act
upon the body at this time. The movements that the body
undergoes are both sudden and forceful and can cause damage to
the vertebrae, nerves, discs, muscles and ligaments of both the
neck and spine.

The first phase takes place as the car continues on its
trajectory, whilst the body strains against the seatbelt. This
results in the middle area of the back to be forced against the
backrest of the car seat and causes an upward force in the
passenger that compresses the discs and joints of the cervical
spine. Because the car itself is still moving, it pushes the
torso forward and moves the head backwards at the same time that
creates a shearing force in the neck. The majority of the damage
caused in this phase is caused before the head makes contact
with the headrest.

The second phase takes place as the body reaches its maximum
acceleration which can be as much as 2 times the speed of the
vehicle itself. At this point, however, the head continues on
its backwards journey. Combined with the elasticity of the
seat's back, an "s" shaped curve forms in the spine which
increases the acceleration of the torso; the body is still
moving forward while the head is still moving back and another
shearing force is created in the neck. It is during this phase
that most of the injuries to bones, joints, nerves and discs
take place.

The body begins its journey back and into the seat during the
third phase, whilst the head and neck move forward at peak
acceleration. If the brakes have been applied during this phase,
the resulting deceleration increases the exaggerated movement of
the neck and the shearing forces that are involved. This causes
the body to move forward again and, at this point, any slack in
the car's seatbelts will be taken up.

The fourth phase of the whiplash motion is usually the most
damaging. Because the seatbelt is now restraining the torso, the
head moves forward without obstruction, causing a violent bend
in the neck. This strains muscles and ligaments, tears fibres in
the spinal discs and the vertebrae are forced out of their
natural positions. The spine itself becomes elongated and the
motion of the head can cause the brain to impact upon the inside
of the skull.

The resulting symptoms of the four phases of the whiplash
injury can include neck pain, back pain, dizziness, headaches,
blurred vision, fatigue and mood-swings. This can be
inconvenient at best and at worst severely debilitating, if not
treated correctly.

A whiplash injury and the associated disorders that may
manifest as a result can cause loss of earnings as well as
impact upon a sufferer's social well-being. Personal injury law
firms now regard whiplash compensation claims as a specialist
area of personal injury law.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
It's the thing everyone searching for a new home would give
their eye teeth for: You find the house of your dreams and
discover it's not just perfect, it's also affordable!

Welcome to the unlikely world of cheap property. It doesn't
seem to exist when you first look for it. But dig deep, and
you'll find it does still exist, even with the over inflated
house prices that seem to plague buyers, especially first time
buyers.

The best place to find cheap property is at the auction houses.
If you're a bit more picky about where you want to live, the
only other way to get a good price is find the perfect property,
and then try to haggle the price down.

Haggling is nothing to be scared of. As a potential buyer,
you're well within your rights to offer less than the asking
price for a house. After all the seller can always say no.
Haggling is about finding the right price for both parties, and
is a technique used by professional property investors every
time they buy a new project to work on.

Here are our top tips to make you a super haggler:

Set a budget and stick to it

Getting cheap property requires you to think with your brain
and not your heart. Look closely at the property valuation of a
house set by the seller, and decide exactly how much you
actually want to pay for it. Then stick to that… it can be a
powerful buying technique to dig your heels in over a price. You
present the seller with a difficult choice – lose a keen buyer,
or get the property sold for the sake of dropping the price a
few thousand. Of course, there is always the danger you will
lose the property. This is one of the downsides of life as a
haggler.

Use market trends to support your position

You should follow news about the property market on websites
such as this one. If you know the overall UK property market is
slow, and it's worse locally, that puts you in a stronger
position as a buyer. You know that more cheap property is likely
to come up elsewhere. This kind of knowledge helps your brain
make the decisions, rather than your heart.

Know how much similar properties sold for

Effective haggling for cheap property is all about leveraging
information. If you know a similar property sold 3 months ago
for £150,000, why would you pay £155,000 now (especially in a
slowing market).

Take advantage if it has been left on the shelf

Houses that have been up for sale for a while are great targets
for the haggler. That advantage increases if the price has been
dropped – it shows that the owner is keen to get a sale and is
more likely to enter into negotiations. You should be able to
find out from the seller's estate agent how long it's been on
the market. If they're not forthcoming, then ask other estate
agents – as property professionals, they will often be aware
what else is happening in the area.

Keep your cool

When viewing a property, try not to show how much you like it.
It's easier to negotiate if the seller can't read how much you
want it. A poker face is needed!

Show your cards

Saying that, one clever tactic when haggling is to demonstrate
to the seller and their agent how much research you have done
and what information you have. It demonstrates you are serious,
and can sometimes make the haggling over cheap property a much
quicker process.

One of the quickest ways to add products and services you offer
on your website and improve your income is through affiliate
marketing. Becoming affiliated with established online
businesses not increases the number and types of products and
services you offer to your site's visitors, it can also improve
the credibility of our website.

The key to online success is traffic and companies are spending
millions of dollars each year on online marketing and
advertising to get people to visit their websites. Many small
online businesses are finding that by helping them achieve
higher visitor traffic and sales, the companies are grateful and
in return are willing to offer a sales commission on every sale
made by a visitor from a site from which they were referred.
Hooking up with these companies allows your site to offer
visitors items that you do not offer as well as earning you a
percentage of any purchase they make.

Most of the companies working with affiliates design their own
advertisement, whether through graphics or text and give the
affiliate sites the choice of different sizes and styles of ads
to fit in with their overall website design and color scheme.
These ads are also linked with an embedded code to track the
number of visitors that each of the affiliated sites send their
way, the type of ad that is used and how much they spend on the
company's site. This information is also used to help determine
the commission the affiliates have earned based on their
referrals.

Most of these companies also provide a way for affiliates to
track how an advertisement is performing and whether text or
graphics ads are producing more traffic. The affiliates,
tracking the progress of different ad styles, can adjust their
ad style and placement on their pages in an effort to generate
more traffic. You should also keep any affiliated company ads
placed on your site timely and they should be changed frequently
to reflect changes in the season or potential buying habits.

There is one key to success as a site hosting affiliate ads, in
addition to ad placement and style and that is the same the
businesses you are representing…traffic. A successful affiliate
marketer will constantly marketing their own website to draw as
much traffic as possible. The more traffic an affiliate site
receives, the more potential customers see the advertisement
posted on the site and the more sales commissions you can earn.
Whether you use article marketing, search engine marketing or
your own internet advertising campaign, bringing visitors to
your site will improve your affiliate marketing income.

Some successful affiliate marketers have found that advertising
off line can also improve their traffic and sites advertised in
traditional media may bring more visitors not accustomed to
search the internet for what they seek. This not only adds
visitors to your site, but also introduces potential customers
to a wider range of products. It may also be beneficial in terms
of repeat customers by them book marking your site instead of
some others, finding it more convenient to be able to find a
host of online shopping outlets through one internet portal.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The term "search engine optimization" is one you will find time
and again in the online venues that seek to help fledgling
online marketers and business newbies to understand the finer
points of the art of Internet marketing. As such the power of
search engine optimization cannot be overstressed and while
there are most certainly a lot of shady goings on in the world
of `Net marketing, the search engine rules and updated – as well
as tightened – regulations have ensured that no unsavory
webmasters are stealing codes from the top ranked business sites
that have worked long and hard to garner their rightful status
and then incorporating these codes into their own cheaply
designed and run sites.

As anyone who is currently running an online business site
knows, relying on the search engine rankings alone to take over
your Internet marketing of your business website for a healthy
increase of your bottom line, is not sufficient; at the same
time, failure to master this aspect of `Net marketing will
render many of your other online marketing efforts fruitless.
Some online marketers have the mistaken notion that search
engine optimization is a tough skill to master and thus they are
not quite ready to deal with it and instead choose to purchase a
listing that guarantees a spot in the top displays.

No matter which route your choose, even purchased listing space
will require a properly designed site and before long it becomes
an inescapable reality that search engine optimization for small
business websites is just as crucial to success in the online
marketplace as it is for the big businesses with the well known
names. If all else fails, you may wish to consider to enlist the
services of an online marketing expert who will take on the task
of preparing your business website in such a manner that
Internet marketing will be most effective.

Outsourcing this task is not uncommon, and even as it may
present an upfront expenditure that is not offset by any
earnings, search engine marketing services that are well versed
in the detailed aspects of search engine optimization are one
expense well worth incurring early on. Consider that a high
ranking with the big three search engines – Yahoo, MSN, and
Google – is an absolutely vital component of your business'
success or failure.

Sadly, some of the marketing businesses have taken to
surreptitiously charging a fee greater than the paid inclusion
into the major search engine's listings in an effort to just buy
their way in. Checking out the online marketing business'
reputation prior to doing business with them is crucial, as is a
clearly outlined contract stating what will and will not be done
on your behalf. Not only does this protect you, as the client,
but it also ensures that your business' reputation will in no
way be tarnished by iffy marketing practices that may result –
in extreme cases – in having your site banned from a certain
search engine altogether, thus resulting in a most serious loss
of potential income.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The state of the economy, the uncertain security of a j-o-b,
and the unwillingness to trade your time for dollars has people
looking seriously at an Internet home based business.
The ability to stay at home is increasing rapidly as new
systems and opportunities appear.

Because of the ability to work at home, certain demands are
required of us beyond the rigors of a craft or project we've
taken up. A whole new stance has to be arrived at for us to
transcend kicking it at home, to being able to accomplish
massive action daily that will drive a home business forward.

If you look at a program such as Team Builder, their
breakthrough system provides you with live calls and
step-by-step video TRAINING. So how much more focused would you
be with strong guidance already in place? How much more at ease
and enjoyable would this be, than haphazardly surfing the
Internet for help from some so-called marketing guru with a
product to sell you?

We have considered a focused attention and training support as
vital when entering into a home business online. You should also
take personal inventory of your time requirements. With an
automated, proven system, your time is greatly collapsed. Also,
consider your budget and income needs. You need to have enough
savings to live within the means required to live and pay bills
for a minimum of three months. This allows enough time for your
business to become established and to provide a flow of income.
It can, and often does happen sooner, but let's stay
conservative here.

Get an understanding of the required amount of funds needed to
begin your business, such as the cost of the system and the
marketing you will need to do. This will allow a sturdy base for
your business to be built upon.

So you've pinpointed the best of the very best 'earn and learn'
systems such as Team Builder, which has built-in automation
power. What does that mean? It provides a unique opportunity
that requires No phone work, No selling or explaining of any
kind on your part, and a home business opportunity that nearly
everyone can afford. And if it has killer client service and
training, than you have found the best of the 'earn and learn'
systems for a successful Internet marketing business.

Now, the key to your success and the most crucial part of
establishing a profitable and sustaining business is traffic and
lead generation. With an online home business, you really have
one "job" only…to get as many visitors to your capture page as
possible. If you can do that, your business becomes a cash
machine that you can put on autopilot.

So often, you'll find programs from so called "experts" that
guarantee you the greatest traffic. Unfortunately, they prey
upon your lack of knowledge and understanding of how it works,
hype themselves and their programs with ridiculous claims, while
all along taking low quality, cheap traffic and redirecting it
to you.

Now, if at say, Team Builder you are a part of a professionally
MANAGED MARKETING Co-Op Program, you're ahead of the pack. This
allows you to get a steady stream of highly targeted prospects.
The advantage of group buying power is that a group can afford
to advertise in the most effective and efficient ways both
online and offline. Simply stated, as individuals, most do not
have this expertise, let alone the budget to be effective
advertisers in top magazines, radio and TV.

A company like GRN Team Builder mixes the best of online
technology and the staple of all offline companies, professional
TRAINED REPS that will, if you choose, call your prospects for
you.

Earn and learn systems like that are Ferrari-class programs,
and very rare. For the masses, who often have been apprehensive
about all those ineffective Internet business systems filled
with hype, the truth wins out when you aim for the best of the
'earn and learn' companies. With step-by-step guidance your
business can thrive and succeed as never before.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There is a lot of talk these days about using keyword articles
to attract visitors to a website and with the growing use of
article marketing, there seems to be some benefit to using this
method in a company's marketing plan. There is also some
confusion about the use of keywords as well as what they are and
what they mean to a website owner.

First of all, keywords are those entered into a search engine
by an internet user who is looking for specific information.
They may not know exactly what they are looking for but, they
know what they want. For example, if a person is looking for
home improvement tips about replacing ceramic floor tile, they
have the option of entering many different search terms, which
really is what keywords are all about.

They may enter the term 'replace ceramic floor' or simply enter
'ceramic floor' and start looking at the search results pages
for the information they can use. Terms such as 'replacement
floors' or 'replacement ceramics' may also be used and business
owners will have no idea what terms the user will look for and
when beginning their search most users rarely find what they
want on the first few tries. Unless, there is an article
somewhere that uses that exact phrase.

Typically, an article will contain a specific search term
between four and 12 times, depending on the length of the
article and the search time needs to be placed in the article so
that the writing remains grammatically correct and the phrase is
a natural order as though it belongs there and not used simply
to use it. Unfortunately, some websites will use what is termed
keyword stuffing, which uses the phrase 30 or 40 times in a four
or 500 word article, which is a turn off for the search engines
and really offers nothing useful to the web searcher.

Articles need to offer some value to the person conducting the
search. If the company that sells replacement ceramic tile can
produce a series of articles on the best way to remove the old
tile, remove the old glue or cement from the surface, how to
prepare the surface for new tile and other areas about the
subject, they will provide valuable information that can draw
visitors to their site where they may actually buy the tile.

These articles can be published on their own website on pages
dedicated to helping potential customers learn how to replace
the tile. They can also be published on homeowner remodeling
sites as tips for others. One thing that articles cannot do is
advise the readers to visit a specific site or a specific
business. This is unacceptable to search engines as well as to
other web ezine publishers.

All published articles can have an author's biography giving
the author credit for the article as well as outline their
competence in the subject matter. The block on these articles
could talk about their experience level in ceramic tile
replacement and the years they have been involved in the
business as well as mention they operate a business at the
website location, including a hot link.

The ability to perform a task today, and continue to get paid
for the same task tomorrow, next week, next month, next year is
called Residual Income. Energy expended once, by one, is
resurrected time - and time again - by others. Everybody wins.
Residual Income = Renewable Energy. It is prevalent all around
us but relative few are taking advantage of it. Are you?

The ability to perform a task today, and continue to get paid
for the same task tomorrow, next week, next month, next year is
called Residual Income; or you may look at it as renewable
energy. On the surface, it seems like a utopian concept that
seems too good to be true OR perhaps it may seem like something
that is reserved for the privileged few.

The reality however is that it is all around us. When you get
your telephone account, you will pay a monthly fee every month
whether you use your phone, or not. When musicians record a song
today and it is played year after year... the royalties
continue. The day you subscribe for cable TV and get hundreds of
channels (of which you may only watch a few)... the cable
company has guaranteed income month after month. This income
becomes a new baseline and the company can work on finding the
next subscriber to build their annual sales; the cost to keep
you as a customer going forward is relatively low. The action is
to work today, secure a customer and provide long lasting value.

Utility payments, extended warranties, magazine subscriptions,
gym memberships are mechanisms in which you, and I, are making
residual payments for services that we may continue to use, or
not, until we cancel.

The Company that you may work for has a standard overhead
charge that is placed on every employee. As new business comes
in, and more employees are needed, more overhead dollars are
available. Maybe these dollars are spent on more health care,
more vacation benefits, better offices, enhanced equipment... or
maybe they are not. Your daily work however, offers a daily
sales contribution that continues to pay dividends long after
the pursuit of the business took place. Your salary is just a
part of the monthly expense.

An author who writes a book, an actor(ess) who stars in a
movie, the inventor who designs the next great gadget can reap
rewards of his/her effort long after the task is complete.
Wouldn't you like to be Harrison Ford still getting a paycheck
for the 1st Star Wars movie that continues to be played in
reruns?

People, and companies, all around us are benefiting from
residual income. The question is... are you? Can you play in
this arena?

Whether or not you know it, you've already been doing
cooperative marketing but haven't been getting paid for it. What
was the last movie that you recommended to someone? There are a
multitude of products, and programs, on the market in which the
average individual can play in this arena, and get rewarded
handsomely.

Through the use of cooperative marketing, you can double,
triple, quadruple your energy levels when you share your
enthusiasm for something with others who in turn will
communicate with others in their own circle of influence; you
again are rewarded for this effort because you are the "seed"
that spawned these new sales. Great products, and services, are
consumed regularly and require recurring purchases and this is
where we can make substantial incomes tomorrow, next week and
next year for our efforts TODAY.

When someone reuses, or pays for my service again, the energy I
invested in securing the business in the first place has been
renewed automatically with no drain on my time, energy, or
pocket and... I get paid. Residual Income = Renewable Energy.

Most people have a job. A foundation that offers security,
steady income and a daily routine.
The company rewards us for the work we do today, and tomorrow
and for as long as we show up for work ONLY. "X" yourself out of
the equation for a moment... if you do not go to work your
income generating capability ceases. But wait a minute you might
say, I brought in new business last year and the customers
continue to shop with us so I should continue to get rewarded.
Sorry, it rarely works that way.

Think of how many times you have recommended a movie, a
restaurant, a car, a book, your iPod, a concert and the business
that you have spawned for those merchants. The respective
businesses are most grateful for your enthusiasm, and energy
expended as they reach new profit heights, but they offer little
compensation in return and most of the time you do not even get
a thank-you.

A reputable human networking company will reward those who
advertise their products by word-of-mouth and in the process
save substantially on traditional brick and mortar buildings,
and the huge advertising expenses of mail, TV or radio. This
concept is known as Cooperative Marketing and it gets you
engaged with the company, and part of the success.

The company assigns you an account identification in which all
sales that you generate get registered in your account and then
the recommendations that your customers make in turn to others
get credited to you as well, and so on. A notional example of
this concept is a company called Global Domains International
(GDI), which is rated as one of the fastest growing businesses
in America. How do they do it? It all starts with power of $1.

You may share this company's product with 5 people for a $10
item and the company will reward you with $1 for each of these
customers every month. Not a whole lot you may say. However,
these 5 people are sharing the company's product with another 5
individuals or businesses each and the company again rewards you
with another $1 for each of those that became customers. Now
your revenue is $30 ($5 of your own and $25 from those customers
you may not even know). The next month those 25 share it with 5
people each again and you are now rewarded with another $1 for
each of those so now you have a monthly income of $155. By five
new generations you could have an income in excess of $5000 a
month! Wow.

You did some work ONCE and continue to get paid every month
INCREASING RETURNS. No wonder this company is growing by leaps
and bounds and in a product domain that is needed worldwide,
Internet domain addresses.

The above is just an example of many, many opportunities
available in the marketplace today. Imagine the possibilities if
your commission is $2, $5, $25 as it is on other products.
Energy expended once, by one, is resurrected time - and time
again - by others. Everybody wins. Residual Income = Renewable
Energy.

The beauty of residual income is that the day you go on
vacation, you take a sabbatical, your ill or you want to pursue
a new business, movie or book deal... the money from your first
investment continues to roll in, and grow. This is an Individual
Retirement Account, unlike the traditional IRA that you are
familiar with, that you can begin to control today without the
worry of what the stock market will do tomorrow.

People today need multiple streams of income. Everybody should
have a residual income source, if not more. If you don't have
it, find a source today. If you already have one, add another.
Today's efforts can positively enhance your wealth prospects,
and financial security, well into retirement. Every successful
person has many streams of income and a great personal return is
... Residual Income = Renewable Energy. The realm of possibility
exists within you!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Donald Trump is becoming a very familiar name in many
households today. He not only shows up on television once a
week, but he is in the news and he owns his own business, one of
which deals with Donald Trump Network Marketing.

Some may argue that is it not true and that they program that
he offers is false but others may swear that if Donald Trump
endorses it then it must be legitimate. Network marketing is the
wave of the future and isn't it only right to expect someone in
the position that Donald Trump is in to get on board and endorse
the latest network marketing programs?

Some would argue that Trump was seen either on The Late Show
with David Letterman or on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson
where the host asked Trump what he would do if he ever lost his
fortune and Donald Trump supposedly replied that he would turn
to MLM in order to gain it back.

Now there are some people who swear that this took place
sometime in the late 80's early 90's but no one is for sure.
There have even been some people who researched transcripts to
find out but uncovered nothing of the sort. So whether Donald
Trump Network Marketing is something that we will see in the
future is something that we just need to wait and see.

There is a company, ACN Australia, online that has a website
which shows Donald Trump endorsing them. The Donald Trump
Network Marketing plan can be seen easily on this site. The
company is a telecommunications service company that offers
several different products that you can sell in order to make
money in the MLM program.

Because of Donald Trumps endorsement the company claims to be
seeing an increase in their business. This leaves everyone
wondering if Donald Trump feels confident enough to give it the
Donald Trump Network Marketing stamp of approval then wouldn't
it be worth looking at and inquiring about.

Programs and sites are always competing in order to make more
money and get enough people to back them up. The MLM way is
about marketing at multi levels. When you become part of a MLM
family and start selling products and promoting the business
people soon realize that if you say that a product is okay then
it must be. The same is for Donald Trump. If enough people see
him endorsing the Donald Trump Network Marketing plan then they
will know that it is one way to make money. If Donald sees it
everyone should.

Because of the controversy that surrounds the more popular
people like Donald Trump it is hard to say whether he did or did
not say something in the past. But rest assured he is a
confident person and if he said it he surely wouldn't be afraid
to let it be known.

Confidence is one thing he is not missing. The Donald Trump
Network Marketing may not be popular and it may not even exist
to some people but people will start searching and looking just
to see if a company has been endorsed by Donald Trump Network
Marketing.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The recent advent of new technologies is transforming the way
retailers communicate with their customers. These customers are
bombarded daily with thousands of images and messages. The need
to promote, inform, educate and receive feedback is being
transformed. This is all clearly seen and made use of by digital
signage networks (DSN). Banks, airports, movie theaters,
casinos, sports stadiums, and other public spaces are all using
this exciting technology.

There is a huge amount of overlap between terms such as digital
signage, narrowcasting, captive audience networks, interactive
kiosks, self-service terminals, and many others closely related
terms. Slightly different connotations given to these terms by
different companies makes it difficult to figure out what to
look for when doing online research or talking to an expert in
the field. These articles serve to differentiate or more
succinctly describe specific terms. There will, quite naturally,
be degrees of overlap.

Digital signage is a broad term that encompasses a wide variety
of different applications and technologies. In a general sense,
the term refers to electronically controlled signs that can be
updated without changing the physical sign itself. No more
climbing up on a ladder and putting individual letters into
place. Changes can be made quickly and cost-effectively. Digital
signage is usually seen as a form of digital advertising that is
displayed on an electronic or digital screen. Digital signage
delivers targeted messages to specific locations at specific
times. Messages can be remotely changed and controlled. The
digital sign itself could be a scrolling message board, LCD or
plasma display panel, electronic billboards, projection screens
or other displays such as an Organic LED screen.

The term, "digital signage" is used throughout North America
and most of Europe but the terms "narrowcasting," digital
merchandising, screen-media, place-based media, digital media
network, or captive audience network are also used.

Digital signage content can range from simple text and still
images to full-motion video. Some retailers treat their digital
signage almost like a television station that displays
entertaining or informational content interspersed with targeted
advertising.

With rapidly dropping prices for large plasma or LED screens,
digital signage is increasing in popularity. You will now see
digital signage everywhere-- from retail outlets to doctors'
offices. With the recent introduction of free digital signage
software, this technology or tool is becoming attractive to
smaller businesses and nonprofits such as schools and churches.
The creative use of display technologies even allows for
high-contrast images to be projected directly onto store windows
or displays that appear to hang in mid-air.

Digital Signage Usage

• Information such as flight information in airports.
• Advertising.
• Advertising for third parties: retailers sell commercial
space on their digital signage.
• Enhanced customer experience-- such as recipe demonstrations
in food stores.
• Influencing customer behavior-- directing customers to
different parts of a store to increase "dwell time."
• Brand building-- digital signage in video form could be used
as part of the décor.

Electronic signs and dynamic digital signage can also up-sell
customers and encourage them to purchase high margin products.

Article Title: 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill (from Inspirational Books - Part One Updated)
Submitted by Craig Lock
Web site: http://www.selfgrowth.com/experts/craig_lock.html
Other Articles are available at: http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles.html
(Personal growth, self help, writing, internet marketing, spiritual, 'spiritual writings' (how 'airey-fairey'), words of inspiration and money management, how boring now, craig!)

Publishing Guidelines:
This article (in point form) has been adapted from
(and is a summary of) the excellent motivational and up-lifting book, the classic 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill, published by Melvin Powers, Wilshire Book Co Ca. 1966, 1960, 1937).

This article (as with all my articles) may be freely published,
electronically or in print.

"We share what we know, so that we all may grow."

'THINK AND GROW RICH' by Napoleon Hill (Part One - from Inspirational Books)

Introduction:
This article is extracted from (and a summary of) a most inspirational book by Napoleon Hill titled 'Think and Grow Rich' (publisher Melville Powers, US) from notes that I've taken over the years. I am sharing the contents of this ground-breaking work in this field, together with additional comments based on my own experiences) in the spirit of encouraging and hopefully even inspiring those people, who really want to "achieve unlimited success" to read this 'classic' , fascinating book, apply the principles...and see what happens.

Craig has been studying the principles of success (and successful living) and researching the amazing powers of the human mind for the past decade and is sharing his insights with the aim of
helping others reach their full potentials in life. (And in sharing , I learn too!)
That is my reason for sharing this piece - to hopefully empower others and encourage people to follow their personal dreams in life... whatever they may be.

Thank you sincerely, Mr Hill for sharing your words of wisdom ...and in so doing, in encouraging me to follow my "untrodden path" with passion and reach for my personal dreams.

*
What makes some people successful?
Firstly,
the secrets lie in knowing what you really want? .
DEFINE it!
PLAN ahead carefully... HOW will you BEST achieve the object of your desires, your aspirations and even fulfil your dreams. Leave to the subconscious mind, which works 24/7. Pray, if you are a "religiously -minded" person. Riches are not beyond you.
It may be the turning point of your life. All achievement, all earned riches, have their beginning in an idea!
The power of your mind signals success. Riches begin with a state of mind, a definiteness of purpose and DESIRE is the well-spring of all achievement.

Don't quit too soon. Don't be beaten by temporary defeat. Convert defeats to stepping stones of opportunity. For many successful people their greatest success usually comes one step after your last defeat (don't stop digging when you are two feet away from the gold).
This is a great little poem...

"If you think you're beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't;
If you'd like to win, but think, you can't
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you will lose, you're lost;
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will,
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you're outclassed, you are;
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to hustle before
You can ever win a prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later the man who wins
Is the one who THINKS he CAN."

- Walter D. Wintle, "The Man Who Thinks He Can"

"When riches begin to come, they come so quickly, in such great abundance, that one wonders where they have been hiding during all those lean years."

Impossible? Henry Ford told engineers to cast the V8 block. His words to them: "Stay on the job until you are successful, no matter how much time it takes." Know what you want.* That is the key to success in any endeavour.
Poet Henley: "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." Because we humans have the power to CONTROL our thoughts... and our thinking determines our future..

Maintain a spirit of open-mindedness.

* PURPOSE: A strong man can be defeated by a child who has a purpose.

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

Step one towards riches: DESIRE. WHAT do you really want?
KNOW what you really want to do, to achieve in your life. DEFINE IT. Put it down in writing. Aim for CLARITY in your thinking.
"When you create clarity in your desires, you set out with an INTENTION and intention FOCUSSES the human mind. It engraves it deeply into our consciousness. Then when you move that intention forward each day you build up energy. Every small action you take each day then creates momentum, like a ball of snow rolling down a mountainside getting ever greater.

You will move in the direction of your most dominant thoughts.
Dreams come true, when desire transforms them into concrete action. Ask life for great gifts and you encourage life to deliver them to you. Have no way to retreat - me!
"Burn your boats." "Win or perish" - develop the mindset of a warrior.
*
Seven Steps that Turn Desire into Gold:

1. Fix the exact amount of money you require (if that is what you really want most out of life):
Have a date, plan, a time for achieving your financial goals; then read out this statement (either to yourself, or someone else). Doing this embeds it in your consciousness, so it becomes a focus.

"Definiteness of purpose, knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it is the key to success in any endeavour in life."

Your greatest obstacles, your grandest predicament may be your greatest opportunities.

Albert Einstein said: "In the middle of every difficulty lies
opportunity." Once discovered, such opportunities are like
valuable diamonds hidden in the sand.

"How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the
young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the
striving, and tolerant of the weak and strong.
Because someday in your life you will have been all of these."
- George Washington Carver (American inventor and horticulturist)

Stay positive and optimistic in the face of adversity. John Bunyan wrote 'Pilgrims Progress' after being confined to prison and punished for his religious views. Dickens began by pasting labels on blacking pots (David Copperfield). Helen Keller was deaf, dumb and blind - a true inspiration to humanity. There is strong evidence that no one is ever defeated, until defeat has been accepted as a reality - in the mind!
The great Scottish poet, Robert Burns was an illiterate country lad - poor and a drunkard. Beethoven was deaf and John Milton blind.
So develop an attitude of "never giving up" on your vision (grand).

STEP TWO: FAITH through affirmations (repetitions to the subconscious mind). Faith gives power to thought. Faith is indispensable to success.
You can think yourself to into disaster. Expect a favourable outcome to your endeavours. EXPECT SUCCESS!

"Faith sees the invisible and achieves the impossible."

"You are as great as your faith, as small as your ego."
- Shimon Peires (former Israeli Prime Minister)

"Faith is the pillar of strength that allows man to achieve the impossible, reach the unattainable and solve the unfathomable."

Faith (strong) is the basis of Christianity. GIVE before you get. Gandhi had no money, no home, no suit of clothes; but he did HAVE POWER. Gandhi got it through FAITH and transplanted the idea into the 200 million people of India, leading them to independence from Britain..

Riches begin inside the man - in the form of thoughts and your faith removes your limitations. (Both poverty and riches are the offspring of faith).
You don't have to know HOW you are going to do it,to achieve your goals and fulfill your deepest aspirations and dreams;
but just KNOW that you one day you WILL...by simply taking one small step after another in faith and watch God, the Universe draw blessings towards you.

HAVE GREAT DESIRE AND THE MIND THEN FINDS A WAY. There are no limitations to the mind, except those we acknowledge. There is nothing which BELIEF, plus burning DESIRE cannot make real. Desire builds victory out of temporary defeat. These "God-given" qualities are free to everyone.

STEP 3: AUTOSUGGESTION: See yourself making money. Visualise it. You are master of your own destiny. Man may become the master of himself; because he has the power to influence his own subconscious mind. We have the power of choice in our actions (why we are "spiritual beings on an earthly existence" .

STEP 4: SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Professors of universities (like most writers and artists) are generally poor. They have lots of knowledge and teach it; but many don't USE it. However, knowledge is so easy to acquire (especially these days with the 'net'). Knowledge paves the road to riches - when you know which road to take.

Where to find it:

* your own experiences.
* universities.
* education
* libraries
and
* special training courses, night schools, etc.

Successful people never stop acquiring knowledge. SPECIALISE and develop a niche for yourself in your area of expertise.
You will be in demand, as specialists are sought after people and get rewarded accordingly.

STUDY.
It's never too late to stop learning. Market yourself effectively. If you don't want to sell a product, you can sell your services or your ideas at a very good price.
Knowledge is only potential power - you first have to USE it.

5. FOCUS on your most important goals, your priorities.
"If you can do the common things in life in an uncommon way,
you will command the attention of the world."
George Washington Carver (1864 -1943... again)

6. Develop SELF DISCIPLINE (and persistence).
Say: 'I WILL UNTIL!"

DO NOT QUIT. NEVER.

"When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trodding seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
and you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
when care is pressing you down a bit --
rest if you must, but don't you quit!"
- Author Unknown

"All the world loves a winner and has no time for a loser."
So don't linger at the bottom of the "barrel".

and finally and most importantly...

7. ("lucky")
ATTITUDE: 'Your attitude will determine your altitude.'
A positive attitude towards life is probably the single most important characteristic on the path to success...
and always remember that "the road to success is always under construction".
Be rich in spirit (most important of all, rather than striving for and achieving material wealth)

"God desires us to soar with the eagles...and not scratch with the turkeys and sparrows."

Happy soaring

Eagle Productions Books

"Eagles may fly high,
but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines."

"Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has
genius, power and magic in it."
- Johan Wolfgang Von Goethe (German philosopher)

" I truly believe we can ALL create and enthuse magic into
'so-called humdrum little lives'. You don't just have to be
the choreorapher, or the conductor of your life script -
rather paint your life as the masterpiece it could (one day)
be. There is a rich tapestry of talent in every human soul,
that flows through the spirit of God. So don't spend your
days stringing and tuning your instrument; start making and
playing your unique tunes of music right now."
- craig

"Success to others may be apparent in what you DO; but
significance, meaning and purpose lies, then reveals itself
in what you ARE and BECOME down the 'river of life' - how
and the spirit with which you face, then overcome the daily
obstacles, the frequent trials and tribulations along the
often rocky path-way of life's magical and mysterious
journey.
Light your path brightly."

================== ARTICLE START ==================
In this day and age of rising costs and low housing
affordability, various schemes have arisen to assist
first-time-buyers get onto the property ladder. One is these is
100% mortgages, which provide enough funds to the borrower to
purchase a property outright.

This eliminates the need for a deposit as 100% of the
property's purchase cost is funded by the lender by way of a
mortgage. Essentially 100% of the value of the property is
mortgaged, leaving no equity in the property on the date that it
is purchased.

The main benefit of 100% mortgages is that the borrower will
not be required to put down a deposit. This can allow people
with only a small amount of savings, such as first-time buyers,
the opportunity to get a foot on the property ladder.

Instead, any savings that have been accumulated can be used to
pay for purchasing costs such as legal fees, stamp duty, and
mortgage application and brokerage fees. Any remaining funds can
be saved for furnishing and fitting out the property and to keep
aside as an emergency fund.

While the prospect of not having to fund a deposit may be
attractive, 100% mortgages have several terms and conditions
that mortgages of lower Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios do not.

These include a higher interest rate, a higher loan balance
resulting in more interest to pay, a limited number of lenders
to choose from, stricter lending criteria, tie-ins and early
repayment charges, and mortgage Indemnity Guarantees (MIG) or
Higher Lending Charges (HLC).

In addition to these extra terms and conditions, 100% mortgages
also enhance the risk of negative equity. Negative equity occurs
when the value of a property is less than the balance of all
finance, such as mortgages and secured loans, held over it. A
decline in the value of the property below this balance will
result in negative equity.

Despite the disadvantages, 100% mortgages have become popular
in recent years due to rapidly increasing property prices and
the inability of first-time-buyers to save for the deposit
necessary to apply for more traditional mortgage products.

More recently, mortgages with LTVs higher than 100% have begun
to emerge. These mortgages also provide cash-back funds to the
borrower to help pay for purchasing costs such as stamp duty and
legal fees.

While high LTV mortgages can provide a short-term solution for
getting a foot on the property ladder, careful consideration
should be given before applying for 100% mortgages, or higher,
as they can be risky.

If a borrower cannot keep up with their mortgage repayments
their lender may repossess their home. The lender will sell the
property and use the sale proceeds to pay off as much of the
loan balance and mortgage arrears as possible. If there is a
shortfall then the borrower will be liable to pay for it despite
the fact they no longer own the property.

The risk of a shortfall is greatly increased if the mortgage
funds borrowed equal 100% or more of the value of the property.
Home owners should therefore be aware that this type of mortgage
does expose them to a high risk of shortfall if their home is
repossessed and sold.

As with all loans, the key to success is for borrowers to
ensure that they don't borrow any more than they can afford to
repay.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Kenya is an African country that is revered by anthropologists
and is considered as the cradle of civilization or humanity. The
wilderness in Kenya comes with hidden dangers. For the
adventurous at heart, Kenya presents the perfect opportunity
with its magnificent wildlife reserves, pristine beaches, mighty
mountains, thriving coral reefs, and the attraction of ancient
Swahili culture. One of the biggest events here is not a human
event but it is the migration of wildebeest, which takes place
each year from Masaai Mara to the lush plains of Serengeti. Off
late, Kenya has also become a popular golf destination and of
course the Big 6 cats will always be the most alluring factor
for a holiday here.

Why Volunteer In Kenya

Volunteering in Kenya is like being surrounded by some of the
best that nature has to offer. In spite of active tourism, Kenya
is not an economically stable country and lacks strong
infrastructure. As a volunteer in Kenya, you will be able to
contribute to its economical growth and at the same time get to
understand their cultural behavior, language and needs. Some of
the important areas that require volunteers include health
sector like hospitals and clinics, education sector like
schools, sports, orphanages etc.

Types Of Projects Available

As a part of volunteering in Kenya, you will get to choose the
kind of project you are interested in. The different types if
projects available include:

• Coaching Soccer: Soccer has become an important sport over
the years and the Kenyan team has also made it to the FIFA world
cup. As a volunteer in Kenya, you can use your skills and
knowledge of soccer to impart training to the local players and
in schools. There are some soccer volunteer programs in Nakuru.
All you need is a love for the sport and some basic knowledge of
playing the game.

• Working with orphans: It is not easy to work with orphans
because they have never known how to live their life in a proper
manner. As a volunteer in Kenya, you will get to work with
orphanages where you can impart education, and offer proper
guidance to the children so that they can follow the right path.

• Women's Education: Women's education is an important aspect
that has not received the status it deserves in Kenya. The
literacy rate in women in Kenya is quite low and as a volunteer,
you will assist in increasing the literacy rate by providing
proper education.

• HIV/AIDS Awareness Project: One of the major and concerning
problems is that of the high AIDS/HIV population in Kenya. The
high number of AIDS cases registered show that it has been
caused due to lack of awareness and education. Illiteracy and
poverty are two major factors that come in the way. You can make
the rural population be more aware of this dreaded disease and
how to take precautions so that the spread of AIDS can be
restricted.

• Teaching English: English as we all know has become a global
language but more than that there is a high demand for English
teachers in Kenya. As a volunteer teaching English, you will be
associated with schools that can't afford proper teachers and
don't have the necessary infrastructure.

• Humanitarian Aid: Most humanitarian projects deal with a
number of issues from helping street children to handling
conservation responsibilities. As a part of the projects, you
will get to work with underprivileged children, orphans, old
aged people, famine stricken people, and also with wildlife and
in forest reserves.

Volunteer Requirements

Age: The minimum age for volunteering in Kenya should be 18 or
older.
Duration: The standard duration of most projects is 5-8 weeks
although they can also vary from 1-2 weeks or 9-12 weeks. There
are some projects that can vary from 6-9 months.

Language: English

Fee and Other details

There is a fee attached to each of the projects that you
volunteer for. The fee is charged in advance and is charged for
the following:

1. Accommodation
2. Emergency evacuation services
3. Food/meals
4. Travel insurance
5. Transportation within the region
6. Emergency support
7. All types of training material
8. Supervision by local staff
9. Orientation on arrival
10. Local sightseeing & recreational activities

Conclusion

Volunteering in Kenya is a wholesome experience because you
will get to make a contribution that will help the people of
Kenya and the children who are the future and you will derive
tremendous satisfaction from your work.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24 racecar was designed
subsequently in 2005 as a stock car, and it has its foundations
firmly on the critically acclaimed V8 Vantage road car. The car
was named after the "Nürburgring 24-hour race", which it has
done very well in a couple of times, and it is one of the most
exacting and assiduous racing circuits in the world. The N24 is
only constructed toward European specifications, and it was
given a multitude of alterations, upgrades, and changes to make
it on the same plane as any other car in competitive racing. The
car was only produced as a limited production vehicle, and only
built by hand, which is the Aston Martin stamp of extensive fine
craftsmanship.

The V8 Vantage N24's entire interior has been outfitted for
optimum racing design, as little is left within the interior of
the car. Items removed are all typical interior adornments e.g.
airbags, air condition, embellishments, and seats. The facia
molding is kept and is adjusted into Alcantara, plus a "Recaro
Pole Position" competition seat is added to the car, with a
passenger seat as an option, and a quick release steering wheel
is fitted with suede trimmings, which is added as standard. All
the interior coverings including the doors are substituted for
the new "Twintex" lightweight mouldings. Also the interior has
an FIA certified, complete high strength, steel roll cage
measuring 40 x 15mm.

The body of the N24 is made up of lightweight aluminum side
stripes, and redone side sills with a visible carbon fibre rib.
The N24 also has a tail safety latch with the hinges are being
kept; a quick release hood; a Motorsport towing eye fastened
onto the chassis; polycarbonated side and rear windows with a
slide opening for the driver; and there are preparation openings
for tapping plates which serves use of pneumatic jacks. The
specifications of the body are a width of 1865mm (73.5in); a
front track of 1580mm (62.2in); a rear track 1590mm (62.6in); a
wheelbase of 2600mm (102.5in); a height of 1210mm (47.5in); a
length of 4380mm (172.5in); and a weight of 1330kgs, 250kgs
lighter than a normal car.

The N24's engine is a 4.3 litre V8 has been changed to fortify
throttle performance and replication by lightening and balancing
the flywheel, the connecting rods, the pistons, and the
crankshaft. The cylinder heads are redone by all the exhaust and
inlet ports, which have been smoothed to advance the overall
compression ratio. Also the engine regulator system was
recalibrated for improved gas flow. The N24 also has a open
flowing exhaust system with "ITG cylindrical foam air filters",
and a lightweight rear muffler minus any skirt valves. The V8
Vantage's dry sump lubrication method is retained in order to
assist with oil spillage while extreme cornering. The overall
effect equated to a maximum horsepower of 410bhp (305kW) at
7500rpm, which is a 30bhp growth over the V8 Vantage, and a
maximum torque of 425Nm (313lb-ft).

The transmission of the N24 is the traditional six speed
manual, equipped with a "breather catch tank", along with a
"Valeo twin-plate cerametallic clutch" (215mm) with a
lightweight flywheel, entirely to powertrain formula. The V8
Vantage's highly polished suspension received minor changes for
the N24's track use e.g. bigger front and back anti roll bars;
"Bilstein Suspensions flexible ride height aluminum dampers";
solitary rate, flat ground, 2.5in "ID Eibach" springs with
separate aiding springs; and the front sub-frame being
modernized for more castor and camber. The wheels include front
and rear "Speedline 10 x 18in, ET45mm cast magnesium", with
"Yokohama A048-R" tyres, and "Pagid RS 29" racing brake pads.

The 2006 V8 Vantage N24 is developed on Aston martin
traditions, has proven itself time and time again as a factory
manufactured car that ready to take on any race. The level of
fine details on a racing car conforms to the typical standards
set so long ago, and has set its on rules for racing while
carrying on the "Vantage" name.

All over the country and indeed, all over the world, bikers and
motorcycle enthusiasts will be taking to the streets to visit
and participate in conventions, expositions, rallies, rides,
festivals and other events. Motorcycle enthusiasts love to get
together to party, look at each other's bikes, get some new
accessories, eat, watch fireworks, ride and just generally have
a good time. Here are some of the largest and most popular
motorcycle events in the U.S.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

Pretty much the top event of its kind in the nation, the
Sturgis Rally is held in Sturgis, South Dakota during the first
week of August. Considered a "classic" rally, due to its
inception in 1938, the rally draws motorcycle enthusiasts from
all walks of life, including families as well as die hard
bikers. Annual attendance can sometimes reach over 500,000
people.

Americade

This "touring rally" bills itself as the world's largest. It
takes place in Lake George Village, New York every year during
June. This event attracts over 50,000 people.

Bikes, Blues and BBQ

This is an event held in Fayetteville, Arkansas during
September or October each year. This event starts of with a ride
into the city from the beautiful Ozarks. The rally began in 2000
but has since grown to become the fastest growing rally in the
world, hosting over 350,000 people in 2006 alone. One of the
main events at Bikes, Blues and BBQ is a barbecue. This event
also benefits charity and is considered to be very family
friendly, with many bikers bringing their children.

Daytona Beach Bike Week

This event consists of a rally, street festival, concerts and
many parties in Daytona Beach, Florida. Regularly attracting
500,000 people and up each March, this event competes with the
Sturgis rally for the title of the largest and most popular
motorcycle event during the year. A motorcycle race is a big
part of this event, covering a 3.2 mile course that switches
back and forth between pavement and beach. The event is held
over a period of 10 days and also hosts a classic and custom
bike show as well as a clambake and seafood festival.

Laconia Motorcycle Week

This is another rally type event held each June in Laconia, New
Hampshire. Laconia Motorcycle Week features a wide variety of
events including vintage races, swap meets, tours, fireworks,
concerts, bike demos and bike shows.

Laughlin River Run

The largest motorcycle "run" in the western U.S., the Laughlin
River Run is held each April in Laughlin, Nevada. Festivities
include concerts, bike shows, charity events and a Poker Run.

Love Ride

A Southern California event, it bills itself as the largest one
day motorcycle event. Largely a fund raiser, the ride boasts a
range of celebrities as participants including talk show host
Jay Leno, a well known auto enthusiast. Also joining the ride,
celebs like Larry Hagman, Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, Hulk
Hogan, Steven Tyler, Mary Hart, Pat Boone, Nancy Sinatra and
Pamela Anderson. This event takes place each October and will
celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2008.

Article Title: Overview Of Solid Hardwood Flooring Options

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Solid hardwood floors have continued on in popularity for
centuries because of the natural elegance they provide to a
home. Solid hardwood flooring has become so popular that some
technology based rivals have appeared, such as engineered wood
floors and acrylic floors. Yet solid wood floors continue to be
a popular option among those who value natural quality and
natural elegance in the spaces in which they live and work.

Solid hardwood flooring is exactly what its name implies. It is
solid hardwood flooring. The floor panels are made up of milled
hardwood that fit together to form your floor.

Solid wood flooring is not a matter of one-type fits all. You
can install floor panels in either a finished or unfinished
form. The wood can range from 1/4 inch to 25/32 inch hardwood
panels. The panels basically come in three different forms for
installation. You can choose either strip, plank, or parquet
hardwood floors.

Strip Hardwood Floors - A strip floor installation is very easy
to accomplish. It is also relatively easy to remove the floor if
you install them using the floating hardwood floor method. Strip
floor panels hook together by having a tongue on one panel go
into the groove on another panel. Each floor panel is around 2"
wide.

Strip floors are very well suited for people who like to do the
installation themselves, rather than hiring expensive
professional floor installers. Anyone who has assembled a
100-piece puzzle and has ever used a circular saw ought to be
able handle installing solid hardwood flooring using strip
panels.

Additionally, being easy to install and coming in square strips
makes this floor more tolerant to weather conditions, such as
humidity and temperature that can cause your hardwood floor to
expand and contract over time.

Plank Hardwood Floors - Planks are essentially the same as
strips, except that they are much wider, ranging between 3" and
14". They are very sturdy. They can handle a lot of punishment.
They don't creak much and they feel very firm as you walk across
them. However, all of the extra weight makes them a bit harder
to install and extremely hard to remove if you ever change your
mind.

Parquet Hardwood Floors - Parquet hardwood floors are all about
looking beautiful. They form geometric mosaics out of small
hardwood planks. They can be custom designed to make up a logo
or a nature scene. It is much like having a piece of grand
artwork in natural wood grain beneath your feet.

As you may have guessed, parquet hardwood floors are not easy
to design, install, or remove. So you probably want to choose
your parquet hardwood floor well and have a very trusted
professional install it for you.

There are different solid hardwood flooring options available
for different levels of installation expertise. If price is no
object and you are an expert carpenter or don't mind hiring a
professional, a parquet hardwood floor can be an excellent,
stylish option.

If you are not really much of a wood worker, but you need a do
it yourself hardwood floor installation, the prefinished strip
floor is an excellent, affordable option. It will last many
years and it is relatively easy to maintain the quality look of
a strip hardwood floor.

Now that the holiday season is over, it's back to work! If the
thought of meeting new people at a business event sends a chill
up your spine, you're not alone. For many of us networking is
something we dread. Unfortunately, these days, it's not what you
know. It's who you know or who knows you, that really counts for
business success. And even though tradeshows and business mixers
can be intimidating for anyone, they are also the perfect
opportunity to network and build business relationships. To feel
more at ease at your next event, prepare ahead of time, with
full stomach, the right attitude and the right tools.

The buffet line-up can be a great place to strike up a
conversation. Spending all your time there will not make the
best impression.

Food is best saved for thought, not conversation. Juggling food
and drink can present challenges when meeting people, shaking
hands or while trying to carry on a conversation.

When holding a drink, use your left hand. This will keep your
right hand dry and available for shaking hands with others.

Barbeques and ball games are in a league of their own and my
warrant drinking out of cans and bottles. However for most
events glasses over bottles are the preferred choice.

Don't forget your networking tools! Bring business cards,
brochures or profiles and wear a nametag.

Name tags should be worn in line of vision. This means on the
right, close to the shoulder. When you extend your right arm to
shake hands, the eye is automatically drawn to that area.

Feeling lonely? Approach people standing on their own, groups
of three or larger groups. When approaching a group of two you
may be interrupting a private conversation and it could become
awkward or uncomfortable.

If you are sitting when someone approaches you, show respect
and interest by standing and greeting.

To meet and greet; make eye contact, smile, shake hands and say
hello. Introduce yourself with your first and last name and, if
appropriate, state your relationship to the host.

Don't use nick-names. Listen to how people introduce themselves
and follow their lead. Ask permission before shortening a name
or trying out a nickname, just in case it's not appreciated.
Nick-names such as sweetie and honey are never appropriate in a
business setting.

Avoid taboo topics like politics, religion, sex or money. In
other words, stay away from anything personal or controversial.

Ease up on the sales pressure. Instead show interest with
questions, small talk and light conversation. Current events
make great conversation when kept non-controversial.

Give and receive business cards respectfully. When a business
card is offered to you, hold it respectfully and look at it
before putting it away. When offering your business card,
present it so it can be read, with the printing facing the
person receiving the card. Always wait to be asked, before
presenting your business card.

With a little effort and self control, business events can be a
fast, fun way to build your business network.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The National slow down in the Residential Real Estate Market
has not affected the market in Rochester, Minnesota as it has in
other parts of the country. And there are numerous factors that
can be attributed to this boon in the real estate market, and
overall growth of the city, which are discussed in detail.

The Mayo Clinic is still expanding, and currently there are 3
new buildings being constructed to house the expanding
departments of the Mayo Clinic, and the new 4-year University of
Minnesota project that began classes in September, 2007. The
downtown area of Rochester has seen expansion already, in the
form of smaller and older commercial buildings being demolished
in order for new high-rise buildings to be erected. These new
high-rise buildings will assist in accommodating increased
traffic in the downtown area from students and staff, and will
house new parking ramps, classrooms, dormitory rooms, and
additional shopping.

These expansion projects will create a demand in our already
increasing real estate market. Growth and expansion create new
jobs, new jobs create a demand for housing, demands for housing
create more listings and sales, thus continuing to improve
Rochester's steadily increasing Real Estate Economy.

There is no slow down here in this city's forecast: We are
seeing our "Spring Market" activity, typically beginning
mid-February, and arriving earlier and earlier each year – with
Spring of 2008 forecasting to be "bright, busy and sunny". The
outlook for Rochester, Minnesota to increase its population is
also very strong, with an estimated 10% to 15% increase in the
next 5 to 7 years. That's a potential increase of anywhere
between 10,000 to 20,000 people, all of which will be looking
for condos, apartments, and homes for themselves and their
families.

Also, both IBM and the Mayo Clinic are expected to add
additional jobs during this time period. And there was a recent
article published in the Rochester Post Bulletin Newspaper
stating that 75% of Minnesota's job growth is expected to occur
in the Rochester, MN area.

Another factor that is contributing to the expanding population
and real estate market is High Inventory. There are an abundance
of homes for sale in all price ranges for buyers and investors
to choose from. And pricing has remained relatively steady
throughout the 2007 home buying year. The foreclosure homes are
also a hot topic, with savvy investors from all parts of the
country taking advantage of today's low interest rates, and a
large inventory of homes.

Rochester residents have nurtured a thriving economy and
healthy environment for families. So it's easy to see why the
real estate market has improved as well, and investing in such a
well maintained city is a rare opportunity.

Many Minnesota Realtors have built their reputation on
knowledge and expertise in an ever-changing market. A few areas
of expertise include finance and home mortgage information,
investment and expansion or remodeling projects, and home
purchasing and home sales. So with all things considered, there
is no better time to purchase a home or investment property than
right now.
