================== ARTICLE START ==================
Kenya is an African country that is revered by anthropologists
and is considered as the cradle of civilization or humanity. The
wilderness in Kenya comes with hidden dangers. For the
adventurous at heart, Kenya presents the perfect opportunity
with its magnificent wildlife reserves, pristine beaches, mighty
mountains, thriving coral reefs, and the attraction of ancient
Swahili culture. One of the biggest events here is not a human
event but it is the migration of wildebeest, which takes place
each year from Masaai Mara to the lush plains of Serengeti. Off
late, Kenya has also become a popular golf destination and of
course the Big 6 cats will always be the most alluring factor
for a holiday here.

Why Volunteer In Kenya

Volunteering in Kenya is like being surrounded by some of the
best that nature has to offer. In spite of active tourism, Kenya
is not an economically stable country and lacks strong
infrastructure. As a volunteer in Kenya, you will be able to
contribute to its economical growth and at the same time get to
understand their cultural behavior, language and needs. Some of
the important areas that require volunteers include health
sector like hospitals and clinics, education sector like
schools, sports, orphanages etc.

Types Of Projects Available

As a part of volunteering in Kenya, you will get to choose the
kind of project you are interested in. The different types if
projects available include:

• Coaching Soccer: Soccer has become an important sport over
the years and the Kenyan team has also made it to the FIFA world
cup. As a volunteer in Kenya, you can use your skills and
knowledge of soccer to impart training to the local players and
in schools. There are some soccer volunteer programs in Nakuru.
All you need is a love for the sport and some basic knowledge of
playing the game.

• Working with orphans: It is not easy to work with orphans
because they have never known how to live their life in a proper
manner. As a volunteer in Kenya, you will get to work with
orphanages where you can impart education, and offer proper
guidance to the children so that they can follow the right path.

• Women's Education: Women's education is an important aspect
that has not received the status it deserves in Kenya. The
literacy rate in women in Kenya is quite low and as a volunteer,
you will assist in increasing the literacy rate by providing
proper education.

• HIV/AIDS Awareness Project: One of the major and concerning
problems is that of the high AIDS/HIV population in Kenya. The
high number of AIDS cases registered show that it has been
caused due to lack of awareness and education. Illiteracy and
poverty are two major factors that come in the way. You can make
the rural population be more aware of this dreaded disease and
how to take precautions so that the spread of AIDS can be
restricted.

• Teaching English: English as we all know has become a global
language but more than that there is a high demand for English
teachers in Kenya. As a volunteer teaching English, you will be
associated with schools that can't afford proper teachers and
don't have the necessary infrastructure.

• Humanitarian Aid: Most humanitarian projects deal with a
number of issues from helping street children to handling
conservation responsibilities. As a part of the projects, you
will get to work with underprivileged children, orphans, old
aged people, famine stricken people, and also with wildlife and
in forest reserves.

Volunteer Requirements

Age: The minimum age for volunteering in Kenya should be 18 or
older.
Duration: The standard duration of most projects is 5-8 weeks
although they can also vary from 1-2 weeks or 9-12 weeks. There
are some projects that can vary from 6-9 months.

Language: English

Fee and Other details

There is a fee attached to each of the projects that you
volunteer for. The fee is charged in advance and is charged for
the following:

1. Accommodation
2. Emergency evacuation services
3. Food/meals
4. Travel insurance
5. Transportation within the region
6. Emergency support
7. All types of training material
8. Supervision by local staff
9. Orientation on arrival
10. Local sightseeing & recreational activities

Conclusion

Volunteering in Kenya is a wholesome experience because you
will get to make a contribution that will help the people of
Kenya and the children who are the future and you will derive
tremendous satisfaction from your work.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24 racecar was designed
subsequently in 2005 as a stock car, and it has its foundations
firmly on the critically acclaimed V8 Vantage road car. The car
was named after the "Nürburgring 24-hour race", which it has
done very well in a couple of times, and it is one of the most
exacting and assiduous racing circuits in the world. The N24 is
only constructed toward European specifications, and it was
given a multitude of alterations, upgrades, and changes to make
it on the same plane as any other car in competitive racing. The
car was only produced as a limited production vehicle, and only
built by hand, which is the Aston Martin stamp of extensive fine
craftsmanship.

The V8 Vantage N24's entire interior has been outfitted for
optimum racing design, as little is left within the interior of
the car. Items removed are all typical interior adornments e.g.
airbags, air condition, embellishments, and seats. The facia
molding is kept and is adjusted into Alcantara, plus a "Recaro
Pole Position" competition seat is added to the car, with a
passenger seat as an option, and a quick release steering wheel
is fitted with suede trimmings, which is added as standard. All
the interior coverings including the doors are substituted for
the new "Twintex" lightweight mouldings. Also the interior has
an FIA certified, complete high strength, steel roll cage
measuring 40 x 15mm.

The body of the N24 is made up of lightweight aluminum side
stripes, and redone side sills with a visible carbon fibre rib.
The N24 also has a tail safety latch with the hinges are being
kept; a quick release hood; a Motorsport towing eye fastened
onto the chassis; polycarbonated side and rear windows with a
slide opening for the driver; and there are preparation openings
for tapping plates which serves use of pneumatic jacks. The
specifications of the body are a width of 1865mm (73.5in); a
front track of 1580mm (62.2in); a rear track 1590mm (62.6in); a
wheelbase of 2600mm (102.5in); a height of 1210mm (47.5in); a
length of 4380mm (172.5in); and a weight of 1330kgs, 250kgs
lighter than a normal car.

The N24's engine is a 4.3 litre V8 has been changed to fortify
throttle performance and replication by lightening and balancing
the flywheel, the connecting rods, the pistons, and the
crankshaft. The cylinder heads are redone by all the exhaust and
inlet ports, which have been smoothed to advance the overall
compression ratio. Also the engine regulator system was
recalibrated for improved gas flow. The N24 also has a open
flowing exhaust system with "ITG cylindrical foam air filters",
and a lightweight rear muffler minus any skirt valves. The V8
Vantage's dry sump lubrication method is retained in order to
assist with oil spillage while extreme cornering. The overall
effect equated to a maximum horsepower of 410bhp (305kW) at
7500rpm, which is a 30bhp growth over the V8 Vantage, and a
maximum torque of 425Nm (313lb-ft).

The transmission of the N24 is the traditional six speed
manual, equipped with a "breather catch tank", along with a
"Valeo twin-plate cerametallic clutch" (215mm) with a
lightweight flywheel, entirely to powertrain formula. The V8
Vantage's highly polished suspension received minor changes for
the N24's track use e.g. bigger front and back anti roll bars;
"Bilstein Suspensions flexible ride height aluminum dampers";
solitary rate, flat ground, 2.5in "ID Eibach" springs with
separate aiding springs; and the front sub-frame being
modernized for more castor and camber. The wheels include front
and rear "Speedline 10 x 18in, ET45mm cast magnesium", with
"Yokohama A048-R" tyres, and "Pagid RS 29" racing brake pads.

The 2006 V8 Vantage N24 is developed on Aston martin
traditions, has proven itself time and time again as a factory
manufactured car that ready to take on any race. The level of
fine details on a racing car conforms to the typical standards
set so long ago, and has set its on rules for racing while
carrying on the "Vantage" name.

All over the country and indeed, all over the world, bikers and
motorcycle enthusiasts will be taking to the streets to visit
and participate in conventions, expositions, rallies, rides,
festivals and other events. Motorcycle enthusiasts love to get
together to party, look at each other's bikes, get some new
accessories, eat, watch fireworks, ride and just generally have
a good time. Here are some of the largest and most popular
motorcycle events in the U.S.

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

Pretty much the top event of its kind in the nation, the
Sturgis Rally is held in Sturgis, South Dakota during the first
week of August. Considered a "classic" rally, due to its
inception in 1938, the rally draws motorcycle enthusiasts from
all walks of life, including families as well as die hard
bikers. Annual attendance can sometimes reach over 500,000
people.

Americade

This "touring rally" bills itself as the world's largest. It
takes place in Lake George Village, New York every year during
June. This event attracts over 50,000 people.

Bikes, Blues and BBQ

This is an event held in Fayetteville, Arkansas during
September or October each year. This event starts of with a ride
into the city from the beautiful Ozarks. The rally began in 2000
but has since grown to become the fastest growing rally in the
world, hosting over 350,000 people in 2006 alone. One of the
main events at Bikes, Blues and BBQ is a barbecue. This event
also benefits charity and is considered to be very family
friendly, with many bikers bringing their children.

Daytona Beach Bike Week

This event consists of a rally, street festival, concerts and
many parties in Daytona Beach, Florida. Regularly attracting
500,000 people and up each March, this event competes with the
Sturgis rally for the title of the largest and most popular
motorcycle event during the year. A motorcycle race is a big
part of this event, covering a 3.2 mile course that switches
back and forth between pavement and beach. The event is held
over a period of 10 days and also hosts a classic and custom
bike show as well as a clambake and seafood festival.

Laconia Motorcycle Week

This is another rally type event held each June in Laconia, New
Hampshire. Laconia Motorcycle Week features a wide variety of
events including vintage races, swap meets, tours, fireworks,
concerts, bike demos and bike shows.

Laughlin River Run

The largest motorcycle "run" in the western U.S., the Laughlin
River Run is held each April in Laughlin, Nevada. Festivities
include concerts, bike shows, charity events and a Poker Run.

Love Ride

A Southern California event, it bills itself as the largest one
day motorcycle event. Largely a fund raiser, the ride boasts a
range of celebrities as participants including talk show host
Jay Leno, a well known auto enthusiast. Also joining the ride,
celebs like Larry Hagman, Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, Hulk
Hogan, Steven Tyler, Mary Hart, Pat Boone, Nancy Sinatra and
Pamela Anderson. This event takes place each October and will
celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2008.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The National slow down in the Residential Real Estate Market
has not affected the market in Rochester, Minnesota as it has in
other parts of the country. And there are numerous factors that
can be attributed to this boon in the real estate market, and
overall growth of the city, which are discussed in detail.

The Mayo Clinic is still expanding, and currently there are 3
new buildings being constructed to house the expanding
departments of the Mayo Clinic, and the new 4-year University of
Minnesota project that began classes in September, 2007. The
downtown area of Rochester has seen expansion already, in the
form of smaller and older commercial buildings being demolished
in order for new high-rise buildings to be erected. These new
high-rise buildings will assist in accommodating increased
traffic in the downtown area from students and staff, and will
house new parking ramps, classrooms, dormitory rooms, and
additional shopping.

These expansion projects will create a demand in our already
increasing real estate market. Growth and expansion create new
jobs, new jobs create a demand for housing, demands for housing
create more listings and sales, thus continuing to improve
Rochester's steadily increasing Real Estate Economy.

There is no slow down here in this city's forecast: We are
seeing our "Spring Market" activity, typically beginning
mid-February, and arriving earlier and earlier each year – with
Spring of 2008 forecasting to be "bright, busy and sunny". The
outlook for Rochester, Minnesota to increase its population is
also very strong, with an estimated 10% to 15% increase in the
next 5 to 7 years. That's a potential increase of anywhere
between 10,000 to 20,000 people, all of which will be looking
for condos, apartments, and homes for themselves and their
families.

Also, both IBM and the Mayo Clinic are expected to add
additional jobs during this time period. And there was a recent
article published in the Rochester Post Bulletin Newspaper
stating that 75% of Minnesota's job growth is expected to occur
in the Rochester, MN area.

Another factor that is contributing to the expanding population
and real estate market is High Inventory. There are an abundance
of homes for sale in all price ranges for buyers and investors
to choose from. And pricing has remained relatively steady
throughout the 2007 home buying year. The foreclosure homes are
also a hot topic, with savvy investors from all parts of the
country taking advantage of today's low interest rates, and a
large inventory of homes.

Rochester residents have nurtured a thriving economy and
healthy environment for families. So it's easy to see why the
real estate market has improved as well, and investing in such a
well maintained city is a rare opportunity.

Many Minnesota Realtors have built their reputation on
knowledge and expertise in an ever-changing market. A few areas
of expertise include finance and home mortgage information,
investment and expansion or remodeling projects, and home
purchasing and home sales. So with all things considered, there
is no better time to purchase a home or investment property than
right now.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Too many people spend hours at the driving range, trying to
tweak and master their drive, but what good does that do anyone
if they cannot get the ball in the hole on the green. A 196 yard
Par 3 on which you hit the green is meaningless if it takes 3
putts to sink the ball – a bogie is a bogie. It takes a deep
understanding of the game, the mechanics of golf and a respect
for the shear importance of the short game to ensure that your
putting game is as successful as possible.

It's no secret that people have trouble with their putting
game. If you visit your nearest golf club and watch the people
there putting, you'll notice the two most common mistakes in any
putting game:

The putter is being pulled back and yanked through the motion.

Their head is lifted from the club as soon as or before the
club makes contact with the ball.

These two common flaws sound like mistakes when you write them
down and discuss them, but on the green, you probably make the
exact same mistakes and may not even realize how often you are
doing so. Watch a successful putter in the PGA. Tiger Woods'
putting game starts with a single stroke that smoothly follows
through, the takeaway and follow through exactly the same
length. They keep their heads down throughout the shot and wait
to listen for the ball dropping into its cup. The only time you
should ever lift your head from a putt is if it is a long putt
of more than 15 yards and your stroke is one-hundred percent
complete.

The key to finding success in your putting game is not in
simply overcoming these simple flaws though – it is shocking
just how hard that can be. You must practice regularly and step
back to ensure that you can quiet your mind – removing every
extraneous thought from it carefully and focusing intently on
your breathing.

In addition, you must be able to learn how to read the greens
successfully. This takes careful, repeated observation of the
greens while playing. If you are good at the art of putting, you
will never be content with your own shot – you will watch
everyone that goes before you to look for shapes in the green
and curves on the ground.

Practicing Your Putting

You should practice putting as often as possible. One good way
to do this is by creating a corridor through which you can shoot
your ball. Set two clubs down on the green, about 6 feet away
from the hole. Place them parallel to each other and facing
directly toward the hole and try repeatedly to punch the ball
directly between the clubs.

Use this opportunity to measure your backswing and follow
through and ensure that you have the right measurements and
length on your shots for each stroke. This also lets you work on
your alignment to see where you should be standing to make a
straight shot.

Ideally, if you create a good form and practice your putting
regularly, you can overcome some of the most common mistakes
people suffer from on the greens. This will vastly improve your

Ballroom dancing is a very formal style of dancing that is used
at formal events and in competitions all over the world. Each
different type of ballroom dancing has numerous steps and
motions that create a beautiful, fluid movement between the
partners in the dance. Many individuals that are interested in
ballroom dancing hire a professional dance instructor to teach
them the steps of the dance in order to ensure that they are
doing the dance properly.

There are several different styles of ballroom dancing that an
individual may be interested in. The International Standard
style of ballroom dancing includes dances such as the Waltz, the
Tango, and the Fox Trot, while the International Latin style of
ballroom dancing includes dances such as the Samba, the Rumba,
and the Cha Cha. In America, there is also an American Smooth
style and an American Rhythm style of ballroom dancing.

There are a number of other dances that are commonly classified
as ballroom dancing, although they do not belong in the category
using traditional classification factors. Many of these dances
originated in the Americas and are not generally well known in
the international community. Dances that tend to fall into this
category include most American swing dances, the Salsa, the
Merengue, and the Polka.

Most professional dance instructors will have the ability to
teach the proper way to perform a number of these dances. The
exact dances that each instructor is willing to teach will vary
from instructor to instructor, as some will have more experience
in a certain type of dance than others. Individuals may want to
inquire which dances the professional dance instructor is
willing to teach prior to scheduling a dance lesson in order to
guarantee that they will be able to learn the dance that they
desire.

Ballroom dancing is one of those items that take a few lessons
to learn, but a lifetime to master. Many of the individuals that
perform ballroom dancing on a competitive level have been
dancing for years, often with the same partner so that they have
the ability to communicate the movements and positions perfectly
to each other. Individuals that would like to learn ballroom
dancing for a less intense performance, such as a wedding
reception, will still require multiple lessons to learn the
timing and the movements of the dance.

One of the most important aspects of ballroom dancing is the
appearance of the dance. Ballroom dancing is supposed to appear
formal and classical, which means that the appearance of the
individuals performing the dance needs to match the tone of the
dance. Many individuals choose to wear traditional costumes of
the mid-20th century, usually including a tuxedo and tails for
the men and full, flowing colorful gowns for the women.

Over the years, the popularity of ballroom dancing has risen
and fallen with the times. The allure and magic of ballroom
dancing continues to survive in today's modern age as the steps
of the dances are relearned in each generation. As long as there
are movies, music, and events to inspire the delicate movements
of ballroom dancing, there will be individuals that are
interested in learning the steps and the techniques.

One of the ancient treasures that have a permanent place in
Tuscany is Lucca and it's so for a number of reasons. First, it
is known to be a town that is surrounded by walls and this makes
it possess great historical relevance to both Tuscany and
Italy's cultural heritage. These town's walls are well preserved
with so much care and national pride because they form a major
factor which draws tourists and visitors from far and wide. The
second reason that makes tourists keep thronging to the tourist
town of Lucca is the fact that some of the city's best beaches
are just within strolling distance so that one does not have to
spend a cent to get costless fun. Thirdly, the affordability of
a Lucca vacation makes it all the more an exciting adventure
worth looking forward to. It is also for this reason that travel
agents and companies do all their best to make sure that anyone
who comes calling does not return without a souvenir or sweet
story. Welcome to the Italy's vacation world of Tuscany en-route
to Lucca.

When planning for your trip to Lucca, you really don't have to
make a huge budget although this depends on where you are
traveling from i.e. your take-off point otherwise Lucca is quite
cheap for a holiday getaway. Tuscany is certainly one commercial
hotspot where various tourism companies are striving to make
their impact felt. This is more so for those agencies that are
based in Tuscany with the growing number of visitors finding
their way into the city to grab their share of the hyped Italian
holiday offers. Most travel packages sold within and outside the
town of Lucca are those that include irresistible features like
cheap hotel accommodation in villas, hotels, apartments,
excursions, city-wide tours, meals i.e. food and drinks, car
rental services, and so on. The high number of villas and
farmhouses in the bubbly town all promise nothing less than an
endless streak of exhilarating experiences throughout one's
stay.

Other tourist and travel activities that can be engaged in full
time are hot-air ballooning, biking, hiking, small shops for day
or night shopping, cuisine or wine tasting and fun-filled
sightseeing activities in the town's numerous museums. To enjoy
your Lucca trip to the fullest, do ensure that your travel plans
or itinerary are properly spelt out. Embarking on this trip
after a careful research will help you make the best choices of
hotels accommodation, dining, feeding, purchases, etc. This
research is very necessary for the success of your holiday
vacation. The internet is a great source for the booking of your
plane or train tickets as soon as you make up your mind to visit
the fun land called Lucca. Once you get there, you can then
proceed to visit the thrilling regions of your most appealing
destinations, making reservations, and a host of others. These
tips and many more will certainly assist in guaranteeing superb
Tuscany vacation experiences.

All one needs to do is to make sure that there are sufficient
savings that have been put aside for your Lucca trip before you
can talk to the travel agents. There is really no mystery about
visiting these chic Italian destinations for your vacations. You
can visit Lucca or Tuscany just to enjoy the best of their wine,
landscapes, beautiful hilltops, land surface and the vineyard to
mention but a few. Tuscany offers something completely different
from vacationers' usual expectations when unwinding. Visiting
and holidaying in Tuscany is something every vacationer would
want to experience. The city of Lucca in the Tuscany region is
yet another wonderful attraction to explore because of is fame
for Gothic features, Renaissance buildings, museums, art
galleries and parks.

Lucca is part and parcel of Tuscany; the abode of the admirable
Romanesque Architecture which is always on display and can be
seen from all over the town. The San Michele and San Martino
cathedrals are just two very good examples of the Romanesque
architecture that should be on any traveler's itinerary to
Lucca. The geographical position of Lucca also favors the town
so much in terms of its sizeable tourism potential. Lucca can be
found close to the Serchio River; about 80km from Florence and
30km from Pisa. The town of Lucca itself dwells upon a plateau
with the Apuane Alps watching over it. The medieval walls which
characterize the town are thick and strong. These walls were
originally built in the 16th century but they still stand till
today; thus surrounding the entire town. As part of a walking
tour, one can take a stroll along or on top of the walls. This
way of exercise alone offers a very good opportunity to see many
hidden sight-stops. However, if this will be so much stressful
to you, how about going for a biking or walking outing to visit
the must-see sights so as to enjoy an enriching travel or
holiday experience to Lucca?

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Almost everyone longs for a place where they fit in, a place
where they feel safe and loved. For most people, their families
provide this security, but Paul Miller had to find it out in the
world and in his own heart. In his new novel, A Place to Belong,
based on true events, he tells a story of a childhood of abuse
and adolescence on the road in constant search for self worth
and faith in a cruel world.

Set in the years following World War II, the book opens as
Miller, 8, peers from the top of the stairs as a raucous teenage
party takes place below him. His sisters' party becomes the last
memory from his idyllic childhood. Forced by his cold father to
leave behind his Michigan home and the rest of his family,
Miller embarks on a disjointed, zigzagging trek across the
states with his mother. The three of them stumble from the
orange groves of Florida to the golden coast of California, but
Miller has no idea why, and his pleas for an explanation are met
with vicious retribution. His father's tenuous grip on reality
becomes as changeable as the landscapes through which they
travel.

Along the way, Noah, a wise fisherman, shows Paul that God
isn't some imperious judge sitting on top of a throne, but can
become your best friend, a buddy you can talk to. "But can such
a simple view account for all the misery Paul experiences?"

Although sadness and confusion hangs around Miller, he refuses
to let it bog him down. He is a fighter. At each stop on his
journey, he happens into adventure with a new friend. From
scaling buildings in Boston to hopping rooftops in Detroit,
Miller explores life and the purpose of evil that rests in the
world and in his own home in the form of his father. When his
mother suddenly passes away, Miller scurries from his father's
clutches and hits the road. His life is dictated by bus fare,
the kindness of strangers, the deviant desires of filthy
motorist and the kiss of a young girl as Miller pines for a home
that no longer exists. Back and forth across the country, Miller
stares into the debilitating effects of hatred and holds dearly
to the wisdom within simple words. Penniless on the side of a
highway in California, he finds rock bottom and discovers a
revelation about life and his place within it.

A moving story, A Place to Belong, finds a powerful tale of
triumph, love and determination amidst true childhood memories
littered with abuse, hatred and sorrow.

Through his book, A Place to Belong, Paul Miller hopes, in some
small way, will reach out and help people with similar problems
and make them understand that; "Hey, maybe I'm not so bad off
after all. Maybe, just maybe, there really is a way out of this
dilemma."

This is my first novel and I wanted to write it desperately for
50+ years. But, bearing one's soul to the world can be a very
scary adventure.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Probably the biggest challenge for any home based business
entrepreneur is not the art of finding financing for the new
venture, but instead it is the ability to work solo without
anyone there to either guide, mentor, or motivate the person. As
a matter of fact, while it is true that many a home business
fails for lack of money and income, it is the problem of staying
motivated, on top of the game, and always ready and able to meet
the obligations of being an entrepreneur on a personal level
that presents a big obstacle to obtaining your
Hundred-Fold-Life!

Sure, at the onset the idea of no longer have to deal with the
office gossip, the constant interruptions, and also the crammed
office space shared with two or three people might seem like a
wonderful solution to all that ails you, but when it comes right
down to business, you may find that working by and for yourself
is a lot harder and more stressful than you might have had
imagined at the onset!

As odd as it may sound, working by yourself is a huge
distraction many a fresh baked entrepreneur has a hard time
dealing with! Each and every sound it amplified; the dripping
faucet beckons to be fixed, the dry plants suddenly seem to
scream for the attention of the watering can, the little dog who
is restfully sleeping might need a walk, and the blank computer
screen shows some dust that needs to be removed - together with
the dust on any stick of furniture in your home office.

Conversely, the inability to let off some steam and vent
frustration makes it hard to stay motivated and get in the game
of doing things. You may find that it was a lot easier to get
your work done in a crammed office where you could let off witty
one liners that got a chuckle out of your coworkers than it is
to do similar work in the confines of your quiet home where
nobody will provide that comic relief or the motivating slap on
the back to keep you going for the next round of challenges.

Many home based business owners have found that the best way of
dealing with the sounds of silence that seem to be so
distracting is by turning on the TV or the radio to a station
that does not necessarily play anything that is so interesting
that it will completely distract you from your work but instead
to just provide some background sounds to keep you going and
your mind from hearing the little rustles and sounds that might
tempt you to neglect your work in favor of housework. I have
found it helpful to listen to classical music on a public
broadcasting station with no commercials interruptions. The
music, with no words or themes to distract me helps to keep me
focused on the tasks at hand.

In addition to the foregoing, making a daily schedule and then
checking off the items you complete as you go is a wonderful
motivator to keep right on track! Even as it provides a visible
method of checking your daily work progress, it also allows you
to ensure that nothing goes by the wayside - and should you meet
your daily objectives early, why not reward yourself with a long
lunch, workout, or an early quitting time?

Keeping to a work schedule with proper time management helps to
ensure that your home based business will be a success. Remember
your WHY for having your own business and the rewards that
living a Hundred-Fold-Life bring to you and your family.
