It's possible – especially if you have a good driving record –
to get away with purchasing just $10,000 of Personal Injury
Protection (PIP) and $10,000 of Property Damage Liability (PDL)
insurance and legally drive in the state of Florida. If you've
been in a crash or if you've been convicted of certain other
offenses, you may be required to also purchase Bodily Injury
Liability (BIL) insurance coverage.

PIP insurance provides medical coverage for you or almost
anyone legally driving your vehicle or ridding in your vehicle
as a passenger if your vehicle is involved in an accident,
regardless of whose fault the accident is deemed to be.

As you can imagine, with medical costs as high as they are
today, $10,000 in coverage may not go far in a serious crash.
Depending on what assets you have that might conceivably be
forfeit if you are unable to pay for the medical expenses of
someone who is hurt in your vehicle because of a serious
accident, you may wish to purchase considerably more PIP
coverage than the minimum the state of Florida requires of you.

Property Damage Liability insurance covers repairs to another
person's vehicle or other property if you are involved in an
accident, regardless of whose fault the accident is determined
to be.

$10,000 in Property Damage Liability insurance will barely
cover a fender-bender for many of today's high-priced vehicles.
Again, especially if you have a home or other assets which need
protecting you may choose to purchase more PDL coverage than the
state of Florida demands.

If you wish your vehicle to be repaired or replaced in the
event of an accident you will need to buy Collision and
Comprehensive insurance.

Collision coverage will repair or replace your vehicle if it is
damaged by striking (or being struck by) another vehicle, or if
it is damaged by striking an object such as a guard rail, a
light pole, or a tree. You should consider purchasing collision
insurance up to the Blue Book Value of your car.

Comprehensive insurance covers damage to your vehicle caused by
natural acts (such as wind or hail damage) and acts of
vandalism. And, just to make things confusing, it's the
comprehensive portion of your insurance that pays you if you
strike an animal, such as a deer, while driving. Again, you
should purchase comprehensive insurance up to the Blue Book
value of your vehicle.

You should review the amount of your collision and
comprehensive with your agent each year since the Kelly Blue
Book value of your car is most likely decreasing every year and
there's no point in carrying coverage on your car in excess of
Blue Book value since that's the most your insurance company
will pay you in any event.

As you can see, the State of Florida actually requires very
little from you in the way of insurance, but as you can also
see, carrying the state minimum required insurance could very
easily leave you open to lawsuits which will force you to pay
money that could be considerably in excess of the minimum
required insurance. This could put your home, your savings, or
any other assets you possess at great risk.

And obviously if you are purchasing a new vehicle and you
intend to finance your purchase your lender will undoubtedly
require that you purchase full coverage insurance – Personal
Injury Liability (PIP), Property Damage Liability (PDL), Bodily
Injury Liability (BIL) coverage, Collision and Comprehensive –
in amounts far greater than the state-mandated minimums.

Keep in mind that even though your lender has every right in
the world to demand that you fully cover any vehicle being
financed, your lender is not allowed to force you to purchase
your insurance from any specific provider.

If you want to find the best possible price for your full
coverage car insurance quote in Florida then you'll need to get
on the internet and find at least 3 websites that allow you to
make quick and easy head-to-head comparisons of prices for
insurance at different insurance companies.

Make certain that you take the extra time and effort to make
your comparisons on at least 3 different websites so that you
can be assured that you're seeing the prices from virtually
every insurance company operating in Florida.

Once you've done that then you can grab the absolute cheapest
price possible for the full coverage car insurance that you need
and rest easy every night knowing that you are not paying even
one cent more for your car insurance than you absolutely have
to.

Oregon is a great state to live if you are looking for discount
health insurance. Even if you have no health insurance, Oregon's
Prescription Drug Program went into effect at the end of 2006,
providing deep discounts on prescription drugs to just about all
residents of the state, regardless of income.

According to the Insurance Division of the State of Oregon, 39%
of the citizens of Oregon are currently covered by one of the
major private health insurers in the state. Many more families
are covered by employer-supplied health insurance.

For those seeking discount health insurance in Oregon on their
own, here are a few things to keep in mind.

One of the main ways in which people balance the cost of health
care is through the raising or lowering of their plan's
deductible. A deductible is the amount of money you pay out of
your own pocket for your health needs before your insurance
begins paying. The larger the deductible, the lower the monthly
premiums you'll have to pay.

One of the best ways to keep health care costs down is to make
a list of exactly what you and your family need most from health
insurance. Do you need to have routine doctor visits covered? Do
you foresee any hospital stays in the coming year? Are
prescriptions your main concern? Is there a chronic health need
in your family that needs to be addressed? Can you put aside
enough cash to cover a larger deductible?

Once you know exactly what your family's primary needs and
concerns are, there are several websites which allow for
side-by-side comparisons of policy costs based on the criteria
which you have determined are most important to you.

By taking the time to make a list of your major insurance needs
and then comparing policies online, you and your family should
be able to save money and get the discount health insurance that
you need and deserve.

If you drive a vehicle in West Virginia you must buy automobile
insurance. Period.

For many people the cost of automobile insurance puts a severe
strain on their monthly budget - and no one wants to pay more
for automobile insurance than they have to. Hopefully this
article will give you at least one (and possibly more than one)
idea for ways that you can get the best rates on automobile
insurance in West Virginia and save money each and every month.

Saving money on your automobile insurance can start with
something as simple as finding a garage in which to keep your
car at night. Garaging your car will save you money on your
automobile insurance.

So will setting up automatic monthly payments of your auto
insurance from your checking account.

Buying and using something as simple as a steering wheel
locking device or installing a simple device for incapacitating
your fuel pump until you press a hidden button every time you
start your car can save you money month after month. Ask your
agent which simple anti-theft devices qualify with your
insurance company.

Keep your driving record spotless. The fewer traffic tickets or
other moving violations your driving record has on it the less
you are going to pay for your automobile insurance.

The better your credit history the lower your monthly car
insurance payment. Many people are not aware that their credit
rating affects their automobile insurance rate, but it does.

Buy group automobile insurance. If your place of employment
offers low-cost group automobile insurance you can almost always
save a considerable amount if you take advantage of it. If your
work doesn't offer group auto insurance check with any club,
organization or association you belong to and see if any of them
offer group auto insurance.

Every year your vehicle loses value, so every year you should
reduce the amount of collision and comprehensive insurance you
have on your vehicle to match the decline in value of your
vehicle.

Old vehicles - those whose Kelly Blue Book value is gone -
should not be insured at all for collision or comprehensive.
Save your money instead for a newer car.

Can you drive less? Many people are now relying on public
transportation for as many of their driving needs as possible.
If you can lower your driving to 500 miles or less per month you
may qualify for a special Low Mileage Discount that can save you
a lot of money every month.

Carpooling at work can also save you a ton of money on your
automobile insurance. A portion of your monthly premium is based
on the number of miles you drive back and forth to work every
month. Carpooling can cut that number in half and reduce your
insurance premium substantially.

If you retire or stop driving back and forth to work at all,
let your agent know as this can save you even more on your
insurance every month.

If you can afford to increase your deductible you will lower
your monthly premium instantly. Just keep in mind that you will
have to pay your deductible in cash should you ever have a claim
so don't make promises that you'll have trouble keeping.

Buy your automobile insurance online. You'll almost always save
money buying your insurance online, but don't stop after getting
prices from just one automobile insurance price comparison site.
If you're serious about savings money then you'll take the extra
time and get comparisons from at least 3 different sites.

And be sure that you input the same information onto the forms
on all 3 comparison sites. This way you'll be comparing the same
policy each time and the results you get will actually mean
something.

Finally, once you've made all of the comparisons, it's time for
you to pick the lowest-priced policy you've found and then smile
all the way to the bank every month, knowing that you've
discovered how to get the best rates on automobile insurance in
West Virginia.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
As we continue our look at `naked vinyl' album cover art, let's
explore two other companies who capitalized on the fad and what
has transpired since.

In the last article, we discussed two West Coast record labels
that were prolific and utilized `naked vinyl' to sell their
record albums. Not to be outdone by their counterparts, many
East Coast record labels followed suit. None were more
successful than the Davis and Que record labels and both of them
focused on saucy songs and risqué nude cover art. Davis, in
particular, had a cavalcade of stars that would churn out
`double entendre' songs that had been popularized on the
Vaudeville stages. In fact, the owner of the label, Joe Davis,
also wrote some of the songs and brought talented entertainers
to the genre as well as a classic line of album cover art. The
Que record label produced more of the same material, but the
records were dubbed as "sexucational,' with songs and stories to
inform the uninitiated.

In 1967, it seems that the attitudes about `naked vinyl' had
changed over the years, being replaced by peace, love-ins and
flower children. When Jimi Hendrix released his album "Electric
Ladyland," that featured Jimi surrounded by naked and buxom
beauties, it created quite a stir. The cover was replaced, but
the genre did not go away altogether, rather it was replaced by
pop-art covers, psychedelia and slender, beautiful European
women who would grace various covers from a multitude of musical
genres.

Maybe the fad had run its course; the gimmick wasn't nearly as
popular by the end of the 60's. But, now instead of getting
coarse comedy, stag party specials and often quality music to
accompany the `naked vinyl', instead it became an avenue and a
tool to release terrible music, by not so talented musicians;
all packaged in a sexy cover and priced to sell.

Foreign music from Italy, France and Germany and other
countries flooded the market with substandard music, but they
all had one thing in common-`naked vinyl `covers. Cover versions
and greatest hits compilations were hastily recorded and rushed
to press, all including that special feature that the record
companies knew the public would enjoy, never mind the music. In
the 1970's, the `easy listening' music boon was in full swing,
full of Hammond organ medleys, smoochy-sax covers of pop hits
and ear-bending violins destroying popular classics. Artists
such as Gil Ventura, Klaus Wunderlich and the `Latin Lounge
Lizard' covers of Robert Delgado were all cashing in on the
fading fad.

In addition the 70's saw an exotic extravaganza of foreign
music that the public would probably have never have gotten to
hear, sans the `naked vinyl' album covers. Mysterious countries
all of a sudden were thrust into the music spotlight, from
Borneo to the shores of South America and Africa. No country or
culture was excluded. From the erotica landslides of misguided
music of traditional song, all merged with native naked women in
exotic poses that were happily hawking the substandard music.

In the late 70's, another phase of `naked vinyl' came in the
"disco era." The Ohio Players released a wonderful erotic series
of `almost' nude cover art. Sexual innuendo on the form of an
album cover was not lost with the disco `divas' "Silver
Convention," whose cover for their album called "Save Me"
created waves. Their frontal nudity of "Discotheque Volume Two,"
not only features their big hit of the era "Get Up and Boogie,"
but a startling cover of a handcuffed female. Blended in with a
list of steamy, seductive songs, the cover grabbed audiences'
attention as well as their eyes.

But as the disco era closed and the 70's drew to a close,
society seemed to tire of the market and album cover nudity was
no longer a mainstream wonder. Album cover artists and record
companies all left sex to the imagination and returned to the
safe images and cover art that was G-rated. With the advent of
the compact disc, album cover art was led into the annuls of
music history and pretty much became a non-issue. But, there
have been some historic naked album covers since then. Let's
explore a few.

Leave it to John Lennon to create a stir, he was a master at
creating controversy and knew how to draw media attention to
whatever he was doing. In 1968, Lennon and Yoko Ono released
their album called "Two Virgins," with the front cover
displaying a full-frontal nude image of them. The back cover
showed the same image, but from behind. They were forced to
replace it (they sold it in a brown paper wrapper) and copies of
the album were impounded as obscenity in some jurisdictions.

The rock band Blind Faith had a cover that pictured a topless
pubescent girl in 1969, and the U.S. record company had it
reissued with an alternative cover showing a photograph of the
band. The Scorpions actually had two "naughty" covers that
caused a stir, 1976's "Virgin Killer," also featured a topless
young girl and was replaced with a photo of the band. In 1979,
the band released "Lovedrive," with a man and a woman in the
back seat of a car. The woman's chest is exposed and the man was
pulling bubble gum off of her breast and the album was
repackaged.

But the band Jane's Addiction got it right when, anticipating
trouble, released the 1990 album called "Ritual de lo Habitual"
with two covers. One cover, which featured singer Perry
Farrell's artwork (male and female nudity), was released along
with a `clean' version of the cover with the text of the First
Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, that promotes free speech.

All we can ask is where was the censorship in the heyday of
`naked vinyl' album cover art? Now pop artists, rappers and rock
and rollers can sing and say anything they want on a record. You
can turn on the radio and hear the "Frankie Goes To Hollywood"
sexual number "Relax,", but god forbid you show any nudity on an
album cover.

But all is not lost for the lovers of `naked vinyl' cover art,
as the 90's and beyond have seen album cover art and
specifically `naked vinyl' return as record companies and
designers are not afraid to use the human body to sell music.
Vinyl is back, with the public demanding the format as well as
the album cover art that accompanies it, no matter what the
format, because as we have all learned; sex sells.

Shopping UK shops through the internet channels might seem
foreign to people at first. Especially if they do not understand
the degree of organization that shopping in the UK offers. To
navigate through UK retailing options properly a person would
use the friendly guidance of online retailers and consult the
retailer lists that are posted on many shopping directory sites
that are located throughout the UK.

Using UK shopping directories for shopping UK shops allows
shopping to be secure and the product selection is sure to
delight many. People intent on searching through available
properties in the UK might also be interested in mortgage
services that will make a dream of owning land in the UK a
memorable experience that will last a lifetime. UK retailers
that are associated with land purchases might offer property
buyers the chance to preview prices on home insurance before
they close a deal on buying property in the UK.

Most travelers to the UK would be inclined to go shopping
online to find the best places for food and drink. Some might
search for restaurants that are near the hotels or bed and
breakfast establishments that they are staying in. Others might
want to entertain a bit and search for recipes for alcohol
drinks, and while they are shopping UK shops for food and
drinks, they might take a gander at the various retailers that
sell the famous teas and coffees.

The UK shopping directories will always feature many department
stores for online shoppers to browse. Some might be interested
in the styles of home furnishings that are offered in Great
Britain, and others just want to shop at world renowned shops
such as Harrods or UK shopping sites located around Piccadilly
Square. Shopping UK shops through internet channels allows
online shoppers to browse for hours if they want and get a
tantalizing glimpse of the wares that are available through UK
retailers.

Shopping UK shops for everything needed in a home is a
relatively simple process. Online shoppers can check out product
reviews to learn about how a device functions, or they can trust
the online retailers to sell only the best and order watches,
jewelry, home furnishing, tools, video games and other items of
interest with the assurance of quality that one would expect of
a fine department store. Online payments are easy too because
shopping carts are equipped with currency converters that are
compatible with many World Banks.

Online trust is never an issue with the retailers that are
listed in UK shopping directories, and when these retailers
offer free shipping direct to the front door in the United
States, it is very difficult for bargain hunters to turn away
from the deals found while shopping UK shops exclusively. Online
shopping UK shops can be a thrill of a lifetime experience for
some because happy couples find outlandish bargains on wedding
rings that they will wear for a lifetime and at prices that will
enable them to set up housekeeping properly with items found at
other UK shopping sites.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Most consumers realize that there is a relationship between
their debt and their credit reports. The truth is there are
several relationships between a consumer's debt and his or her
credit reports and ultimately the credit score that is
calculated using the credit reports. Knowing more about how
these issues relate to each other can be an important part in
keeping credit scores high.

First, it should be understood that not all debt has to be
recorded on credit reports. If, for instance, you borrowed money
from a family member or friend and made a private agreement to
pay it back, that debt is more than likely not on your report.
The same may be true if you pay a merchant on what is commonly
known as a tab. Many consumers simply assume that the credit
reporting agencies know everything and that is not exactly true.

Consumers should understand, however, that the credit reporting
agencies do know a lot about your current and past credit. Some
might argue that they know too much. A legitimate argument could
be made on that front.

In general, a credit report will contain information on the
debt that you currently owe. This will include your credit card
debt, home mortgage debt, personal debts that were taken out
through banks and credit unions, and auto loans. It will also
include a summary of how much you earn. The amount of debt that
you currently have when compared to the amount of income that
you currently have is used to determine your debt-to-income
ratio. This is a number that lenders often use when they are
deciding whether or not to extend you credit.

Each lender will determine what the cut off number is for
debt-to-income which makes it impossible for a consumer to know
exactly what the upper level is for any particular loan. You can
ask a particular lender what their cut off is but do not be
surprised if they refuse to tell you. For some reason, lenders
like to keep this number a secret.

Another reason you may find it difficult getting this number is
that this debt-to-income number is just one of many factors that
lenders use when determining creditworthiness of a consumer.
That leads to this—

Credit reports will also contain information on how well and
timely you have paid your bills. As important to some lenders,
and more important to other lenders, is how well you pay your
bills. Your credit reports will have this information, including
information on late payments and any actions that lenders had to
take in order to get their money. It almost goes without saying
that the later a bill was paid the more negative it looks to
future lenders. This is also used when computing overall credit
scores. A couple of late payments in the past may not have much
effect on your score, but several late payments will certain
raise eyebrows.

On a more positive note, debt that you have paid off in the
past will also be a part of the credit report. One of the best
ways to know exactly what is on your reports is to order a copy
from each of the major reporting agencies. You can do this
online.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
If you have had your mortgage for a number of years, then you
probably could get a better deal now by refinancing your
mortgage. Many people are finding that their new deal is far
better than the old. Here is how you can go about getting a
better deal for your mortgage and save a lot of money doing it.

Determine Length Of Loan You Need

Refinancing your mortgage means that you will need to stay in
your present home for at least the next three to five years –
just to cover the cost of refinancing. If you do not stay about
that long, it probably will not be worth it to you to refinance.

The length of time will determine what kind of mortgage you
should get. If you only plan to stay there for five years, then
this will help you know both what kind to get and which ones
need to be avoided. For instance, an adjustable rate mortgage
has a level period and a lower monthly payment than a fixed
rate. If you only need it for five years, then you might try to
get one with level payments for seven years – just in case you
can't sell it as fast as you hope.

Decide If You Need Cash

Refinancing your mortgage can give you access to the equity in
your home. If you have a major home remodeling project, or need
cash for college, or any other large expense – including debt
consolidation, now would be a real good time to get it. Using
the cash from your home's equity allows you to get the cash you
need at a lower interest rate than other loan types, and gives
you a longer period of time to pay it back, too.

Understand The Mortgage Terms

There are many different types of mortgages out there on the
market. A lot of them are not any good, and some simply will not
fit your situation. Only by knowing as much as you can about
mortgages and the processes involved can you get the deal you
want – the best one. Learn about the different types, the
various fees that may apply, and even learn about the closing
processes and how some lenders add hidden fees.

You also want to learn a little about the things you need to
avoid when getting a mortgage. If you are thinking of getting an
adjustable rate mortgage, make sure you understand the caps to
know how much of an increase in payments you could experience.
You also will want to know about early payoff penalties and why
you should avoid this.

Compare Carefully

After you receive a number of quotes from different lenders, it
is important that you look them over. You can really only
compare adjustable rate mortgages with other adjustable rate
mortgages, etc. Put the costs and all fees together and look at
them separately in order to compare them. Look at the total
costs, as well, over the life of the loan.

Summer and the Village People. If you are nostalgic for this
era, then check out the music at this club.

atmosphere. Mannequins features three levels of partying areas,
with a huge rotating dance floor on the bottom. You have to be
21 or over to be admitted to this club.

Rock 'n' Roll Beach Club – Do you like classic rock `n' roll?

videos in this popular dance club.

The Comedy Warehouse – Get in on the act at this warehouse
where the tin roof rattles with laughter. Catch the best in

Nashville it also has a huge concert stage, sleek, wood dance
floor, nightly live entertainment and a schedule of special
event concerts that includes country music greats.

There is no law in the US that requires a doctor to have any
special credentials to perform hair transplant surgery, other
than basic licensing as a physician. This leaves many potential
candidates for the surgery in the dark. It is difficult to know
the difference between a good hair transplant surgeon and an
inexperienced one.

If you know someone who has had hair transplant surgery, you
have at least one person to whom you can go for advice. You will
know from looking at their hair whether the job was done well.
You can ask the person whether you were treated professionally.
That person will also know how much the total cost was, and if
there were any hidden fees.

You might not know anyone who has had a hair transplant
procedure. In this case, you might go to the telephone
directory. This is just a starting point. Many of the doctors
who advertise there are simply trying to start up a practice in
the field. They may have little or no experience. This is just a
way to get names that you can check out.

When you contact a hair restoration surgeon, ask to see a
portfolio of patients' photos before and after hair transplant
surgery. You should be suspicious if you are shown less than a
dozen or so sets of pictures. This may mean the doctor does not
have much experience to brag about. The pictures should be of
good quality so that you can really see what kind of job was
done.

Next, ask for names and phone numbers of patients the surgeon
has treated. A doctor who has done many successful hair
transplant procedures will have a list of people willing to talk
about their experience. You can call each one and ask about how
the procedure went for them.

Be aware that not all hair transplant doctors are scrupulous
businesspeople. Many will try to fool you into believing they
are more experienced than they are. Sometimes, they will try to
make you believe they do better work than they do. They will
show you pictures that are not true examples of their own work.

They might show you photos that they have taken using lighting
tricks to make the hair look thicker and healthier than it is.
It is often hard to spot such tricks, but knowing that some
surgeons do them will help you to watch out for them.

You will get some good advice if you go to certain associations
for assistance. The International Alliance of Hair Restoration
Surgeons will give you information on surgeons that are
affiliated with them. The American Academy of Dermatology is
another fine institution that has data on hair transplant
surgeons.

The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery is known for supporting good cosmetic surgery, which
hair transplant procedures are. Finally, the International
Society of Hair Restoration Surgery deals exclusively with these
types of procedures.

It can be quite difficult to find the right surgeon to do your
hair transplant procedure. Do not give up. There are plenty of
skilled surgeons who can perform these operations well. You just
need to take the time you need to find them.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The Bible tells us that in the end times, during the seven-year
time period known as the Tribulation, God will send two
witnesses with supernatural powers to prophesy to the world.
These two witnesses are the ones Jesus referred to when he told
James, John, and their mother "I have no right to say who will
sit on the thrones next to mine. My Father has prepared those
places for the ones He has chosen" Matthew 20:23 (NLT). For
1,260 days, these two witnesses will prophesy to the world, and
despite a plethora of enemies, no one will be able to harm them.
During that time, they will have the power to end rainfall, turn
the rivers and oceans to blood, and send every kind of plague
upon the earth. Revelation Chapter 11 gives us our first and
only glimpse of these two prophets:

"And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will be
clothed in sackcloth and will prophesy during those 1,260 days.
These two prophets are the two olive trees and the two
lampstands that stand before the Lord of all the earth. If
anyone tries to harm them, fire flashes from the mouths of the
prophets and consumes their enemies. This is how anyone who
tries to harm them must die. They have power to shut the skies
so that no rain will fall for as long as they prophesy. And they
have the power to turn the rivers and oceans into blood, and to
send every kind of plague upon the earth as often as they wish."
Revelation 11:3-6 (NLT)

So who are these men God has blessed with such amazing power?
Many speculations have been made, and we will not know for
certain until the two witnesses actually arrive on the world
scene. However, strong evidence exists to believe that these two
witnesses will be Elijah and Moses. Here's why:

1) Malachi's Prophecy: The very last words of the Old Testament
concern God's coming Day of Judgment, and they issue a warning:

"Look, I am sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and
dreadful day of the Lord arrives. His preaching will turn the
hearts of parents to their children, and the hearts of children
to their parents. Otherwise, I will come and strike the land
with a curse." Malachi 4:5-6 (NLT)

Some people believe this prophecy was fulfilled by John the
Baptist, but John was specifically asked if he was Elijah, and
his reply was "No" John 1:21. Furthermore, this prophecy states
that Elijah will appear before the "great and dreadful day of
the Lord arrives," which is a still future event that will be
fulfilled by the Glorious Appearing of Christ. Therefore, it's
more than reasonable to expect that the prophet Elijah will be
one of the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

2) The Transfiguration: In the Book of Matthew, we read of the
event commonly known as the transfiguration. This is when Jesus
was suddenly transfigured "so that His face shone like the sun,
and His clothing became dazzling white" Matthew 17:2 (NLT).
Moses and Elijah appear alongside Jesus and begin talking with
Him. This event is witnessed by the same disciples referenced
earlier, James and John, who asked to sit in places of honor to
the right and the left of the Lord in His kingdom. The
transfiguration seems to highlight both the present and future
importance of Moses and Elijah in God's Kingdom, and it can be
interpreted as strong evidence that they are "the two olive
trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of all
the earth."

3) Similar Powers: The powers of the two witnesses in
Revelation 11 directly correlate with the powers God provided
Moses and Elijah in the Old Testament. Elijah is the only Old
Testament prophet who called down fire to consume God's enemies
(2 Kings 1:8-14). He also prophesied that it would not rain for
three and a half years, the biblical equivalent of 1,260 days.
In similar fashion, Moses was given the power to unleash plagues
on Egypt and to turn the Nile red with blood. As a result, it
seems reasonable to believe that if these same men are the two
witnesses of Revelation 11, they will hold the same God-given
powers.

Regardless of the identity of the two witnesses, it is clear
that they will appear during the tribulation to prophesy on
God's behalf. However, once they complete their testimony, the
devil will be given the power to kill them:

"When they complete their testimony, the beast that comes up
out of the bottomless pit will declare war against them. He will
conquer them and kill them. And their bodies will lie in the
main street of Jerusalem, the city which is called `Sodom' and
`Egypt,' the city where their Lord was crucified. And for three
and a half days, all peoples, tribes, languages, and nations
will come to stare at their bodies. No one will be allowed to
bury them. All the people who belong to this world will give
presents to each other to celebrate the death of the two
prophets who had tormented them." Revelation 11:7-10 (NLT)

The "beast that comes up out of the bottomless pit" is the
fallen angel Lucifer, who indwells the person of the Antichrist
and his diabolical kingdom. Because the world will have
degenerated into complete evil by this time (as evidenced by the
linking of Jerusalem with Sodom and Egypt), the Antichrist and
his followers will hate the pronouncements of the two witnesses.
The deaths of these two prophets of God will be celebrated
worldwide, even to the point that gifts are given in honor of
the occasion. Out of disdain for the witnesses, the people will
refuse them a proper burial, and their bodies will lie in the
street for three and a half days while the entire population of
the world stares at them.

This last detail has been fertile ground for modern
speculations, with many Christians believing that, for the first
time in history, this prophecy can be fulfilled through
satellite coverage on CNN or MSNBC. But although the ability to
view any area of the planet via cable TV news networks is a
present day reality, this prophecy can not yet be fulfilled. The
verse specifically says "all peoples, tribes, languages, and
nations" will stare at their bodies, not "some of" the peoples,
tribes, languages, and nations. The technology capable of
bringing this event to fruition is still unavailable to much of
the world's population. However, in the years to come, the cost
of this technology will significantly decrease in proportion to
its power, providing much of the Third World with access it
currently lacks. This decrease in cost, ultimately the result of
molecular manufacturing, will allow for the ubiquitous use of
high-bandwidth video feeds on cell phones, PDAs, and other
handheld devices.

The development of molecular manufacturing (MM) will make
poverty as we know it a thing of the past. Humanity will still
be divided into rich and poor, but today's rich will envy the
poor of a society with exponential general purpose molecular
manufacturing, where even the most destitute of citizens is in
possession of extremely powerful, high-bandwidth networking
devices. Moreover, the exponential advance of technology will
allow for the creation of virtual reality realms that will
enable the end user to "experience" live events in another
location.

As a result, for the first time in history, it will be possible
for the entire world to simultaneously view or "be present at" a
particular geographical location, just as Revelation 11
predicts. This fact alone is strong evidence that ours is the
generation in which Christ will return.

"But after three and a half days, the spirit of life from God
entered them, and they stood up! And terror struck all who were
staring at them. Then a loud voice shouted from heaven, `Come up
here!' And they rose to heaven in a cloud as their enemies
watched. And in the same hour there was a terrible earthquake
that destroyed a tenth of the city. Seven thousand people died
in that earthquake. And everyone who did not die was terrified
and gave glory to the God of heaven." Revelation 11:11-13 (NLT)

Just as Jesus Christ rose from the dead after three days and
three nights, so will His two witnesses be resurrected after
three and a half days. The Book of Revelation tells us that
terror will strike all those who are staring at them, which
means that terror will strike all the people of the world,
because verse 9 tells us that the people of the world will stare
at them for three and a half days.

The resurrection and subsequent ascension of these two
witnesses will be final confirmation that they were true men of
God. The world will have a hard time, even in an age of
astounding technological wonder, explaining how these two
performed such a miraculous feat. This will result in more than
just a terrified population; we learn that everyone who does not
die in the resulting earthquake will "give glory to the God of
heaven."

Thus, we are brought full circle in studying the purpose of the
two witnesses and the tribulation itself. The purpose is to
provide people with evidence of God's glory, so that by
believing in Jesus Christ, they may experience a blissful
eternity in His presence. For "no eye has seen, no ear has
heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those
who love him." 1 Corinthians 2:9 (NLT)

Camping is a way of enjoying a mini vacation and is enjoyed by
all families and couples. Many people prefer to camp at state
parks, as they have a number of amenities and the fees are also
quite affordable. An exceptional attribute of these state parks
are that they provide the public with ample opportunities to
enjoy the wonderful outdoors. There are state parks in every
state, no matter where you live.

An ideal time to camp would be when the state parks are less
crowded. Compared to weekdays, the weekends are busier. There
are people who prefer the isolated areas for camping because of
the privacy they offer. A reasonable distance between campsites
is preferred. There are very few people who choose the crowded
state parks.

When it comes to planning a camping trip, one should first
decide on the State park they would like to camp at. Don't
forget to check if the campsites are available. Get additional
information and secure a pass. The information is available with
comparable charts that make it easier to select a state park
with all amenities that you are on the lookout for. Acquiring a
pass would be easier, especially if you frequently go camping.
There are passes that give you the right to visit specific
locations, by the year or season.

A major reason why campers choose to secure the state park
passes is that they allow easy access to the various camp-sites.
These passes make the camping experience more enjoyable and
comfortable experience. Hot showers, clean restrooms,
convenience stores, boat rentals, boat launches, weekend movies,
marinas, playgrounds, hiking trails, small beaches, horse riding
and fire pits are some of the amenities that state parks offer.
The restrooms are kept clean even though they are public.

Most of the state parks also offer water and dump stations for
the convenience of the campers, but there may be extra fees
charged for using these additional amenities. These amenities
are offered regularly to campers who prefer sleeping outdoors
and use tents.

The amenities could vary from park to park and state to state
and should be used responsibly as they are offered as privileges
to visitors. Irresponsible usage of state parks could culminate
in a ban issued in your name.

The best time for camping is in the bright summer time.
Camping is said to be the best way to take a break from hectic
schedules and be one with nature, finding solitude and calmness
that is so essential amidst the chaos otherwise.

It is essential that you treat all the amenities with respect
in the state park. Be responsible about your duties and avoid
littering the place. If by mistake you break something or create
a mess, clean it up and let the park rangers know about the
effort. If you like the state park and would like to return for
another camp, make sure you act responsibly and ensure that the
camp site is tidy on your way out.

Torrevieja, Spain is a popular summer vacation destination. It
is located approximately thirty miles south of Alicante in the
Costa Blanca region of Spain. A significant number of people
from Europe, in particular, travel here each year to enjoy the
beautiful climate, many attractions and nearby beaches. If you
plan to visit often or stay longer when you do visit, you may
want to consider purchasing Torrevieja property. You can find
the best place to purchase property by visiting various areas
and renting apartments and, soon you may just find that home
away from home.

Visiting the area often will help you determine if you love it
enough to purchase property. You should travel at various times
throughout the year which will give you the opportunity to
experience it in the off seasons and not only the peak summer
season. When you do visit, try renting apartments rather than
staying in a hotel. This will give you a better idea of that
specific area, your neighbors and, generally, the quality of
life. It is much easier to get a taste of apartment living in
Torrevieja when you are experiencing it in an apartment. Be sure
to make a list of the various areas you have visited and stayed.
This will help you compare the neighborhoods you have visited
and your opinion on it and, at some point, make a decision on
the neighborhood that best meets your lifestyle and
accommodation needs.

Do not rush to make a decision on the property to purchase. It
is a big commitment and you want to ensure that you are getting
everything you want. Though the price of the property is a very
important factor in your property comparison, include other
factors such as the area, nearby attractions and convenience.
Consider your short-term and future needs in both summer and
winter seasons. If you intend to rely on public transportation,
look at your property's accessibility to available public
transportation. You should also look at the property's proximity
to restaurants, stores, the beach and other amenities which are
of interest and important to you.

Finally, take into consideration the property's condition. You
may get a better deal on property that needs some work, but not
being at the property full-time may make renovations more
challenging. With this in mind, be sure to consider the extent
of work needed and whether or not it is reasonable to complete.

Travels tours range from volunteering with children in
Nicaragua to mountain climbing in the Rockies and even a wine
tasting tour in Italy. There are tours for every preferred
indulgence and interest. It could turn out to be a stressful and
overwhelming task to decide on a tour. There are certain tools
and tips you could follow to make a profitable choice of a tour.
This includes considering what you should do, what you would
like to do and the budget for both.

First, choose the destination. Where would you like to go on
tour? When it comes to choosing from places across the globe,
you need not be apprehensive, as the choice is vast and the
locales on offer are exotic. Determining how and where you want
to travel would help you in short-listing the number of tours
available.

After choosing where you would like to go, decide what you
would like to when you are on tour. If you have a passion for
underwater photography or ancient cave art, there are tours that
are designed to allow you to explore your interests. If you have
varied interests, there are tours to satisfy the variety you
crave for.

The next step would be deciding on how much time can you spend
on the tour and when you would like to go. There are seasonal
variations, which could spoil your vacation if you haven't
conducted background research.

After deciding the time, try to decide on the pace you would
prefer for touring. Maybe if you have less time on hand, you
could opt for moving from place to place as quickly as possible.
There are people who prefer enjoying a more leisurely visit to
each locale. However, at leisure or at a quicker pace, every
tour has its own drawbacks and benefits.

Next, decide on who will be traveling along. Whether it is a
solitary tour or one with the entire family, take into
consideration the extra fees single travelers are asked to pay.

Once you know who is going on your little adventure, you can
figure out how large your budget is and what sort of tours you
can afford. Prices depend on the length of your tour and what is
included. Consider the price of airfare, food, ground
transportation, accommodation and tour guides and find out
whether these are included in the price quoted.

Decide if you would like to tour on your own or with a group.
If you will be travelling with a group, consider how large the
group is and the ages of the group members. There are holiday
tours designed specifically for women, singles, seniors and
families.

Figure out the level of comfort you desire and can afford. The
food and accommodation may not always suit you. There are
adventure tours and rural destination tours that demand a
certain level of compromising when it comes to comfort.

Do your share of research and refer to various travel
publications, periodicals and the Internet. Compare all the
tours and clear all doubts. A vacation is for you to enjoy and
you should take all necessary measures to make the tour a
successful one and turn it into an enlivening experience.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Most of the time, refinancing your mortgage will result in a
lower interest rate and/or lower monthly payments. It may
shorten the length of time you have to pay on your mortgage
until it's completely paid off. Refinancing can also help you
use some of the equity in your home to pay off other bills- and
many people use it to get themselves out of credit card debt,
pay off personal loans or even their vehicles. The benefits of
refinancing are many- but there are instances when refinancing
your mortgage can do more harm than good.

Refinancing requires you to remove your escrow. Sometimes, a
mortgage company will offer you a refinance deal; but it won't
include your property or school taxes, and it won't include your
homeowners insurance. For some people, this isn't a problem and
setting aside the $60 a week (or whatever it may be) to ensure
you have enough money to send out your taxes and homeowners
insurance once a year is easy enough to do. For the majority of
people however, it's all too easy to forget to set aside the
money since it isn't due for months- and when the bills come in
the mail, you suddenly have to come up with a few thousand
dollars to pay them. If your refinance offer doesn't include
escrow and you're used to having your taxes and homeowners
insurance included with your mortgage payment- you might want to
reconsider.

Also- if you're not paying attention to details, your refinance
offer may seem like an amazing deal. Perhaps your goal is to use
the refinance to also pay off some of your credit card accounts
and your car payment. The payment may increase slightly- but
after you add up the figures you find it's still lower than what
you're paying now for your mortgage and each of the individual
payments of the accounts your paying off. This is exciting! But
if your refinance removes the escrow – you could very well end
up paying more per month than you were initially keeping all of
your payments separate!

Refinancing extends the terms of your mortgage. There are
refinance offers that may result in a lower monthly payment- but
in exchange for a longer mortgage term. Maybe before you
refinanced, you had 20 years remaining on your mortgage. You
refinance and the offer would require that you pay for 30 years
in order to get the lower monthly payment. This can be an
advantage or disadvantage, depending on your situation. If you
are just in need of a reduced payment, the extra time on the
mortgage may be worth it to you. On the other hand, if your
purpose of refinancing wasn't because you were having trouble
making the monthly mortgage payment, extending your mortgage
terms will result in paying more over the long-term in interest.

Refinancing that doesn't reduce your principal balance. In some
cases, refinancing a mortgage will result in lower payments that
don't even change the amount you owe. For example, let's say you
had a fixed-rate mortgage and owed $164,000. You pay a 5.375%
interest rate and have 18 years left to pay on your mortgage.
You might want to refinance to get a lower monthly payment
because the $1186 that you currently pay is becoming difficult,
so you look into a 5-year adjustable rate mortgage. The interest
you're offered is 5.875%, with an interest only payment for 5
years. Your monthly payment would be reduced by $383 which is
substantial and would probably make it easier to make your
payments- however- over the 5 years on this adjustable rate,
interest only payment plan, you would save $23,012 in monthly
payments but the remaining balance on your mortgage would still
be $164,000 at the end of the 5 years. If you kept the original
mortgage and didn't finance, at the end of those 5 years, you
would have paid your mortgage down to a balance of $132,975-
over $31,000 paid on the mortgage! After 5 years on the
interest-only adjustable rate mortgage plan, you would end up
$8,013 poorer. (See the mortgage professor's explanation of
this:

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Technically, investment property can be understood in the terms
of buying any property with the intent of gaining return. This
investment property can be any type of venture like vacant land,
apartment buildings, duplex or single family homes and even any
type of commercial property.

The "investment property" actually is termed to the property,
which the owner does not occupy or occupies only the half part.
Consider these points as well regarding investment property:

1) The concept of possessing investment property is increasing
among people since it carries a percentage of surety in terms of
its returns (return on investment or ROI). Mostly people opt for
land as an investment property for reducing their taxes because
this is an assured way of income that can be given on lease or
even sold at high prices later when the market prices bear high
rates. Apart from this, investment property can also be bought
from auctions and even be inherited. Many also invest in a
property for securing their financial life after retirement.

2) Many beginners follow the strategy of buying a duplex,
staying in one part and the other part is given on the rental.
This helps in paying off the loans while the excess money
collected becomes a profit for the owner. In this way, the owner
can then purchase another investment property and the cycle
continues. The fact is that the investment property is usually
purchased mainly for gaining income by renting the property,
profiting by overtime from appreciation, and for selling it
latter at higher prices.

3) Investment property is one of the most popular mediums to
secure out financial assets. However, buying an investment
property is not a child's play. A detailed plan of action is
very important to ensure that you invest is in the right
direction.

What to Look for in Investment Property

Here are some guidelines that you need to keep in mind when
looking for investment property. When looking for the investment
property, it is very important to survey for the most profitable
geographical areas that have higher in property rates and also
decide upon the property-type you would like to invest in
long-term

In addition, it is advisable to consult professionals; who are
well versed with the practices of investment property, like
investment lawyers and estate agents, and seek the help of the
financial experts when buying commercial properties. Also plan a
strategy of how to buy low and sell high along with your friends
or spouse and solicitors to make sure that you get the best
offer to on the desired investment property.

Before buying any property, it is necessary to inspect the
property to note any shortcomings, as you will have to spend a
bit on repairing any faults to increase the income aspects for
higher rentals.

After you have bought property, make a proper taxation
strategy. Your success in this matter also relies on property
management and mortgage management. The "investment property"
can only be termed successful if the expenses associated with
the property like the loan, taxes etc, are fully funded by the
income which you receive from this property in the form of
rentals and if not, then you need to redesign your property
strategies.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Business owners and marketing directors hire marketing
consultants, publicists and copywriters either because they
don't know how to attract new customers or because they don't
have time to do the work. It's essential to keep this in mind in
dealing with new clients to avoid getting started on the wrong
foot or worse, sabotaging the relationship.

Don't make the following four mistakes, which are unfortunately
commonly made by many neophytes (and some veterans) in this
field.

1. DON'T give a new client a long standard questionnaire to
fill out. Of course you need to understand the client's
business, but this is the worst way to gain the understanding
you need.

For one thing, the long standard questionnaire is impersonal
and therefore gives the client the impression that you have a
formulaic way of thinking and performing. Second, it's insulting
to them and a waste of their time when the questionnaire
inevitably asks for information that doesn't relate to the
client's business. And third, it imposes an undue burden on them
when they've hired you precisely to lift that burden off of
them!

Instead of using a standard questionnaire, I request the
client's existing marketing materials and/or background
information. I study those and create questions that clarify
confusing points, supply missing data and provide helpful
perspective. Clients love this.

Even if the questions take some time to answer, the clients
feel challenged in a positive way by such requests. Because the
questions get them thinking and may reveal significant
performance gaps, clients feel they are already beginning to get
their money's worth, even at this early stage.

2. DON'T expect the client to understand marketing jargon.
Unless the client is as marketing-savvy as you are, which would
be quite rare if they're hiring you as their consultant, you
can't ask them questions like, "What's your ISP?" "What are your
keywords?" "What publicity angle are you thinking about?" or
"Who are the stakeholders for this project?" Ask any such
questions and you deserve the rebuke, "Isn't it your job to know
that?" Instead, be careful to word your questions in terms that
any business owner or manager understands, regardless of their
familiarity with marketing. For instance, the questions "How is
your business different from competitors?" and "Who needs to be
consulted before this project can be finalized?" are fine.

3. DON'T assume the client can analyze their business
intelligently. Even when you don't use jargon, beware of asking
questions that require marketing sophistication to answer. Just
about all the copywriting students I have trained are shocked to
learn that the typical business owner cannot rattle off the
benefits of their product or service.

I have seen smart business owners totally stumped when asked
what advantages their product or service gives users. They just
don't think about what they do in that way because they're in
love with the advanced features of their gizmos. However, if you
ask them a series of pointed questions, such as "Do you save
customers time? Money? Hassles? Help them get ahead of their
competition? Help them improve relationships?," they can answer.

So I advise you to do the analytical thinking for your client
the best you can, share your thinking with them and then ask
them to correct you or elaborate on what you've surmised. That
way, they catch on without the embarrassment of being asked
questions they don't know how to answer.

4. DON'T send off an overly complicated contract for the client
to sign. For every project over a certain monetary threshold, I
get the client's signature on an agreement. But I don't call it
a "contract" (which would make them think they have to show it
to their lawyer first – which can painfully lengthen the
getting-started process). I call it a "simple agreement" and I
keep it as simple as possible, in ordinary language, no longer
than a page. No client has ever delayed on it or declined to
sign it.

When you've handled all the preliminaries appropriately, you've
set the stage for a productive, fast-moving project that makes
both sides happy.

Posse Out!

Have you always wanted to say that? If you have, the US
marshals job may be for you. As a US marshal, the law allows you
to form posse to get the job done.

The United States Marshals Service is a federal law enforcement
agency that protects the federal courts and its personnel. It is
the oldest law enforcement agency in the United States.

In this article, I will elaborate on the role and duties the US
Marshals Service and its agents play in the criminal justice
field. In no particular order of importance, they are:

1. US Marshals protect the federal courts. There are about 400
federal courts. It is the responsibility of US Marshals to
monitor these court houses. They do this through installing and
monitoring security systems, like surveillance cameras.

2. The US Marshals Service and its agents protect federal
judges. There are about 2000 federal judges. It is the
responsibility of US Marshals to protect these judges.

There are federal cases that are just high risk. Just imagine
the federal judges that try terrorists. These judges are at high
risk because you never know what these terrorists and their
counterparts are capable of. Some of them may even have the
notion of threatening or killing these judges if judgment does
not go their way.

3. It is the duty and role of US Marshals to enforce the
decisions handed down by federal judges. The Civil Rights cases
are a perfect example of this. It was the US Marshals that
escorted black students to white schools in the South when the
Supreme Court ruled against segregation of schools.

4. It is the role and duty of the US Marshals Service and its
agents to protect witnesses in federal cases. As I said above,
some trials are just too high risk. So much so that witnesses to
these trials can be in danger. Just being a witness in such
trials can lead to people trying to harm you in way or the
other.

The US Marshals must make sure this does not happen. They will
escort such witnesses throughout the trial. And in extreme cases
after the trial, they have to place the witnesses into their
witness protection program. This can include changing the
identity of the witnesses and relocating the witnesses to a
completely different part of the country.

5. US Marshals play the role of tracking down and arresting
federal fugitives from the law. This does not need a lot of
explanation. Simply put, there are criminals that run when law
enforcement agents try to arrest them. It is the duty of US
Marshals to apprehend them and bring them to justice. They even
assist state and local authorities apprehend state and local
fugitives.

As you can see, the role and duties of US Marshals are plenty.
I have by no means covered all of them. But, it is hard to do an
exhaustive coverage in such a short article.

If you are interested in becoming a US Marshal, I recommend you
look into this further. You can do so by visiting websites that
cover this career opportunity in more detail.

Failure! What do you feel when you think about failure?
Inadequate? Unworthy? Unlovable? It is so sad that you might
have learned to link failure to your value as a person.

Most people who are successful in their work and their
relationships have experienced many failures along their road to
success. Thomas Edison, the inventor of the electric bulb, is
often quoted regarding failure:

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't
work."

"I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is
another step forward."

"Many of life's failures are men who did not realize how close
they were to success when they gave up."

"Show me a thoroughly satisfied man, and I will show you a
failure."

If Edison has been afraid of failure, or believed that failure
meant he was inadequate, he would never have invented the light
bulb!

In order to achieve success in any area of your life, you need
to redefine failure. Instead of seeing failure as an indication
of your inadequacy or lack of worth, you need to see failure as
a stepping-stone to success. Some of the most financially
successful people experienced repeated failures.

* Walt Disney was a high school drop out who suffered
bankruptcy and repeated financial and business disasters.

* Milton Hershey, chocolate maker and founder of the famous
Hershey Foods Corp., found success only after filing for
bankruptcy for his first four candy companies.

* Henry Ford filed for bankruptcy for the first car company he
started. He didn't succeed until he started his third company,
Ford Motor Company.

* After P.T. Barnum, American showman, went bankrupt, he joined
forces with circus operator James A. Bailey to found Barnum and
Bailey's Greatest Show on Earth.

* Quaker Oats went bankrupt three times, as did Wrigley from
Wrigley's Gum. Pepsi-Cola went bankrupt twice. Other famous
companies that also went bankrupt are Birds Eye Frozen Foods,
Borden's,? and Aunt Jemima.

* Albert Einstein did poorly in elementary school, and he
failed his first college entrance exam at Zurich Polytechnic.

* Winston Churchill had a lifetime of defeats and setbacks
before becoming prime minister of England at age 62. All of his
greatest accomplishments and contributions came when he was a
senior citizen.

* Sir Laurence Olivier, one of the greatest actors of the 20th
century, tripped over the door sill and fell headfirst into the
floodlights the very first time he had ever set foot on the
professional stage!

* Woody Allen flunked motion picture production at New York
University and the City College of New York and failed English
at N.Y.U.

* Astronaut Ed Gibson flunked first and fourth grades.

* Lucille Ball was once dismissed from drama school for being
too quiet and shy.

(From http://www.joesabah.com/dseibert/008.htm)

If these successful people had been afraid of failure, they
would never have offered the world their talents. They were able
to go on to success because they saw failure as a learning
opportunity rather than as an indication of their inadequacy.

Are you ready to change your concept of failure? Are you ready
to let go of worrying about what failure says about you and just
learn from it? Are you ready to free your soul to do what you
really want to do?

If the fear of failure is stopping you from doing what you
really want to do, I want to encourage you to change your
concept of failure. I want to encourage you to let go of your
old way of seeing failure and start to envision failures as
learning opportunities on the way to success. Just as Thomas
Edison did, I encourage you to see every failure as a step
forward!

You might find that a surprise vacation is more exciting. Cheap
holidays anywhere might include last minute deals to Marbella,
Puerto Rico or even San Pedro. Just say surprise me and pick a
week or weekend you would like to travel and you might be
surprised where you will be taking your next vacation. Last
minute deals are exciting you just have the thrill of going
somewhere you have never thought about before. You will still
enjoy yourself, you will just have great savings and fast
packing. Take San Pedro for instance, you might not choose this
for your vacation, but this is going to be one trip you will
never forget.

Traveling to San Pedro, you might stay in Orange Walk or Cayo
District. Another popular area is Belize with so many different
things to do. The thing to do in Belize is to explore the
underwater environment. The barrier reef is somewhere to see
colorful fish, exotic fish and a reef you have never seen
anywhere else. You might see a manatees or even the almost
extinct American marine crocodile and the many marine turtles.
People love to visit the barrier reef and if you have an
underwater camera, you are going have memories of this
experience that few people have the opportunity to have in their
travel collection.

You might plan your surprise cheap holidays to Marbella for
some fun and beautiful beaches. They have resorts, hotels and
apartments for everyone to enjoy. The beaches are set on the
Mediterranean Sea where the waters are warm and inviting.
Marbella has some exciting nightlife, fantastic shopping and
many art exhibits that will keep the family busy. You will find
some live entertainment clubs, dance clubs and the casinos for
some more excitement. They have pool tables and something you
may never have heard of called snooker, which is another form of
pool.

If you are taking the kids, you need to go to Funny Beach. It
is a playground for kids with rides and some go-karts for the
older kids and adults. The beach also has a bar for some
refreshments. Then you have the game of golf at Los Naranjos
Golf courses and Artola Golf. These courses are said to be very
well groomed and exciting to play because of the terrain around
the area. If you are looking for a romantic walk during the
evening hours, Casco Antiquo has cobblestone streets that are
winding and narrow.

Cheap holidays to Puerto Rico are another exciting trip. You
will find casinos, excellent dining and discos for a night of
dancing. You will see ceremonial parks, plantations, old
colonial churches and years of history. You can take scheduled
tours or just do your own tour. You might even enjoy the museums
and the Aracibo Observatory up in the mountains. This by means
is the most extraordinary thing to see. They have a dish pointed
towards the sky that is as big as a dozen football fields put
together. This is one place you will want to spend the day
seeing.

the East of England.

Ipswich has been an important town since Roman times, so there
is plenty to see and do whether you are visiting the town for
leisure or business. There is a wide range of hotel
accommodation locally, so you're sure to be able to find
somewhere to stay that fits your budget.

1. Sport

Ipswich Town Football Club are the local team and you may be
fortunate enough to catch them playing at their home ground, the
Portman Road Stadium. They produced two of England's most
successful football managers: Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby
Robson, although recently their performance has dipped and they
feature in the second tier of the football leagues. For a faster
event, check out the Ipswich Witches speedway team at the
Foxhall Stadium where races have been played out for over half a
century. Rugby fans can choose between Rugby League and Rugby
Union: unusually, the town has teams for both of these rugby
codes.

2. Arts and Culture

By its nature, Ipswich seems to attract artists. There are
plenty of galleries including one at the stately home
Christchurch Mansion, an ex monastery with around 70 acres of
wooded grounds if you prefer nature's creations to man made art.
Art exhibitions are also a regular feature at Ancient House
which, as its name says, is a really old building dating back to
the early 1400s. Transport enthusiasts will want to visit the
Ipswich Transport Museum which mainly features vehicles that
have either been built or used locally to the town. These
include trams, trolley buses, fire engines as well as prams,
cranes and wheelchairs. If you visit at the right time of year,
you may be able to see the annual Ip-Art festival including it's
free day at Christchurch Park.

3. War-time Ipswich

One of the more interesting museums in Ipswich is also one of
the smallest. It is the Clifford Road Air Raid Shelter Museum.
It isn't open very often but if you can manage to visit, it
provides a fascinating insight into some of the conditions that
would have been experienced during World War Two.

4. Eating Out in Ipswich

Although your hotel may have a restaurant, it's also worth
checking out the local eateries. Ipswich is well catered for in
this respect, with Chinese, Indian, French, Italian, British and
other cuisines. For a quicker meal, there is the usual selection
of sandwich shops and coffee bars. Or you could take in a meal
in one of the many pubs and wine bars that are scattered all
over the centre of the town.

5. Ipswich Nightlife

If you've got time, there are cinemas and theatres where you
can spend a leisurely evening watching the performances. For
those who want a drink outside the environment of their hotel
bar, there are plenty of bars and pubs in the centre of Ipswich
as well as several night clubs so that you can dance the night
away!

Ross-on-Wye is located on the banks of the river Wye, towards
the northern edge of the Forest of Dean.

It is well known for its market square and large number of
antique shops. You also won't go thirsty in the town as it has a
high number of pubs for you to frequent.

Market days are Thursday and Saturday, so if you want some
extra things to look at while shopping in the town, those are
the days to put in your diary.

History fans should make a point of checking out the 700 year
old St Mary's church. You won't be able to miss this historic
building – the tall spire is visible from practically any
direction as you approach Ross-on-Wye.

Another ancient monument in the town is the Plague Cross. You
can find this in St Mary's church yard where it acts as a
memorial to over 300 people who died of the great plague in
1637.

Whether you choose to eat in your hotel, many of which have
restaurants, or one of the other restaurants in town, you will
have a surprisingly wide choice for such a small town. There's
even a Tibetan and Nepalese restaurant if you want to give your
taste buds a treat.

If the weather turns bad (which is always a possibility in the
UK), there is an indoor golf simulator that you can use to
improve your handicap. Children are catered for with their own
soft play area. You can also take a cruise along the River Wye,
where you can admire the scenery along the river banks.

Nearby, Symonds Yat has plenty of things to do. From working
your way around the Hedge Puzzle maze to hiring a canoe so that
you can paddle yourself along the River Wye.

For the more adventurous, there are plenty of outdoor sports
available as well as canoeing. These include the thrills and
spills of paintballing as well as horse riding, bicycle and
mountain bike hire, climbing and many other adventure sports.
The town of Ross-on-Wye also has its own mobile car racing
simulator, where you can maybe challenge work colleagues or
family members to a race.

Alternatively, you may be able to find enough time to have a
relaxing break, fishing on the side of a river.

Hereford racecourse is close by, if the timing of your visit
fits in with their meeting dates. Hereford also have a football
club if you want to watch a match.

Close to Ross-on-Wye is Clearwell Caves. These feature the
Forest of Dean's Ironing Museum and you can also treat yourself
to an underground experience in the caves themselves. The caves
are open from the middle of February to early November and they
then reopen from the start of December until Christmas Eve, so
they are almost certain to be open when you visit. It is well
worth exploring the nine caverns that make up the tour of
Clearwell Caves.

Almost next door to Ross-on-Wye is the well preserved Goodrich
Castle. This will keep adults and children well occupied as they
explore the towers and ramparts.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The "Capital of the North" is a phrase normally used to
describe Manchester.

Whether you visit Manchester for business or pleasure, there is
plenty to see and do.

1. Football

Home to the famous Manchester United as well as rival team
Manchester City, the city has plenty to offer football fans,
although if you're planning an overnight stay on the evening of
a home match, be sure to book your hotel in plenty of time so
that the other 76,000 people visiting Old Trafford don't get
there before you!

2. Nightlife

As you'd expect in a major city with a large student
population, there is plenty of nightlife available if you have
the energy. Things have changed a bit since Jimmy Savile first
welded two record decks together for one of his first DJ gigs
back in 1946. If you're into music history like this, be sure to
visit the Band on the Wall venue in Manchester's Northern
Quarter. This venue has changed with the times but has been
hosting live music since 1862.

3. Manchester Ship Canal

This is an impressive 36 mile long canal that is over 100 years
old. It turned Manchester from being landlocked into a major sea
port in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The canal is still in
private ownership but as the size of ocean going vessels has
increased over the years, its importance as a freight route has
declined, although with the modern emphasis on the user of
greener forms of transport, there is new interest in using the
canal for freight.

4. Music Venues

As you would expect from such a cultural city, Manchester has a
diverse range of music venues. There are two symphony orchestras
permanently based here as well as a chamber orchestra. Pop music
fans are catered for at the large Manchester Evening News Arena,
close to Victoria railway station. It is the largest such arena
in Europe and hosts major concerts on a regular basis.
Manchester has given rise to a large number of pop groups,
including Oasis, New Order, the Buzzcocks and The Smiths.

5. Eating Out

If you fancy a change from your hotel's menu, you can find
almost any cuisine in Manchester. There are restaurants offering
everything from traditional British meals through to the
expected Indian, Chinese, Italian, Greek and Thai menus.
Additionally, you can find Cajun, Caribbean, Japanese, Korean
and many other national cuisines. So your taste buds will be
excited whatever you choose.

6. Day Trips from Manchester

If you've got more time on your hands, there are plenty of day
trips that you can take in the surrounding area. To familiarize
yourself with the city, there are regular guided tours, run by
registered Blue Badge Guides where you'll learn fascinating
details about the city. If you or your children are interested
in science, Jodrell Bank Observatory is close by and you can
examine the Lovell Radio Telescope at first hand as well as
watch the planets and check out the exhibits in the visitor
centre.

Some call this Senior Dating, Black Dating or over the hill
dating in Baltimore.

I call it hysterical! As the owner of two online dating
websites (one for Black Singles and one for Senior Singles) AND
a black dating service (I give dating events) you would think I
could at least find some datable men. YOU would be wrong!

It had been almost two years since my husband's death before I
even considered "dating" again. The gentleman was really nice,
could hold a conversation but was not really my type. Now mind
you, my type has been all over the place so I don't have a type
per se. However, he was not "it."

That indefinable "it" that lets you know up front just how far
to take this thing. So, for me, right now I am taking everything
very slowly. Being a widow does have its advantage. One of the
advantages is it will buy me time. So even when I KNOW this is
going absolutely no where, most men have the common sense and
tact not to rush or push me. Great for me. With the slim
pickings here in Baltimore, slow is the only way to go. I have
been just friends with a man only to find out six months down
the road that I really REALLY like this guy. So my method is to
take my time, feel the gentleman out and let things unfold as
they may. But fellas Please help a sister out!

While I will admit I have been a little spoiled (my husband
dressed his self and me very well and was always slim), I am not
yet ready to deal with massive beer bellies, nose or heaven
forbid ear hairs! Nor am I willing to be seen in public with
some one who has on plaids with prints (wtf) or squeaky leather
shoes, let alone sandals with crusty feet. What is going ON?

OK so, Yes, I do judge all my friends on their character,
ability to hold a great conversation (not the one sided
conversation where he talks and I yawn), along with a good sense
of humor.

A women's erogenous zone has always been between her ears, most
women don't realize that until their innate "hotness" has worn
off. AND the man of their choice now is sporting one of those
beer bellies. To take me to dinner a few times does not
constitute an invitation to spend the night (What? You want to
stay here?) I need just a little more than that. I can assist
with the dressing as needed, but please get rid of those PLAIDS
AND PRINTS! A man who can talk and listen is what I am seeking.
A great sense of humor and adventure are always a plus. These
are truly the golden years. I can do this alone, but would
rather be with YOU!

If this is you, hit me on my website. Ladies, happy hunting and
good luck to you!

Tool tickets bring together fans and influences from different
eras and for different reasons. The band is known for their
hardcore progressive rock and roll style, but their influences
range across the cutting-edge spectrum of decades from the past.
This unique meshing of style has attracted fans from all over
the world, and their concerts are renowned for their intensity
and multi-sensory experiences. A look at their history will help
explain how Tool came to be one of the biggest draws on the
music scene.

Beginnings

Tool came together in late 1989 after the band's future members
all coincidentally moved to Los Angeles for different reasons.
Bassist Paul d'Amour and guitarist Adam Jones moved to Southern
California with aspirations of getting into the film industry.
Drummer Danny Carey had always wanted to do just that, and he
began to play the drums for such acts as Carole King. The lead
singer, Maynard James Keenan, moved to Los Angeles to start a
career in interior design.

Happenstance and random introductions brought them together,
and the four men decided to jam together. They soon discovered
that their respective influences came together for a unique
sound, and they began to play in local clubs with much success.
The members' musical inspirations included such acts as Led
Zeppelin, King Crimson, Pink Floyd and Rush, among others.

Tool's early local recognition and the corresponding demand for
Tool tickets at small venues led to bigger and better things. By
1991, Tool was touring with such "name" acts as the Rollins
Band, Fishbone, and Rage Against The Machine. This publicity led
to a recording contract, and the band began to hit the studio to
produce albums.

Commercial Success

Tool released their first EP, Opiate, which was partially
inspired by a famous quote from Karl Marx. The release was a
success, but the inspiration set the stage for public
controversy that followed in subsequent years. Their first
full-length album, Undertow followed in 1993, and their sound
was instantly recognized as a powerful, heavy release that was
unlike any other music being distributed on the mainstream
market at the time.

The success of Undertow led to the band being invited to play
on the Lollapalooza tour that same year, and the band's engaging
shows led to them being moved from a side stage to the main
stage at many performances. The crowds at these shows reacted
wildly to their on-stage style, and a new "name" band was born.

Since that time, Tool has released four additional albums, and
all of them have enjoyed commercial success, as the band has
stayed true to their original sound. They have sold millions of
copies of their cuts around the world, and their name is
recognized by music fans everywhere. However, the ride hasn't
been completely smooth.

Controversy

Tool's act has drawn attention from protestors, and many of
them appear at their tour stops with picket signs chanting
slogans. The reason for this controversy is Tool's artistic
insistence on pushing the envelope with their lyrics, messages
and even their videos and album covers. Even MTV refused to play
the single entitled "Stinkfist" after it was released due to the
sexual overtones of the title.

The protestors tend to be Christians and those who oppose
Marxism, and their diligence in regards to staging these
protests is surprising. Regardless, Tool has refused to alter
their approach, and Tool tickets remain a big draw due not only
to their talent, but also to their belief in their artistic
integrity.

The most valuable thing you can collect if you are selling your
book from a website when a visitor comes to your book's sales
site is not their money... it's their email address and/or other
contact information.

If you have no clue how to create a website, do not worry about
feeling intimidated. It is actually a lot easier than you think.
There is a simple site that teaches people all about creating
websites for free at www.LissaExplains.com

You can also learn a lot by doing a search for a phrase at
Google.com like "how to make a website" and "free html
tutorial." You will find tons of very good free training that
way and can learn how in no time. Anyone can learn the basics of
creating a website in just one day.

Ok, back to collecting your website visitors contact
information.

I know, I know you're probably saying... "I'm an author. I want
to write my book, sell my book and become a recognized expert.
WHY do I need to get their contact information?"

The simplest answer is: Because you will NOT become wealthy
from the sale of your book. You will become wealthy and achieve
celebrity status through the ongoing relationship you build with
your readers.

If you don't know who they are, how can you continue to keep in
touch with them – and they with you.

If you're an expert on the subject and they already have your
book, don't you think they'll want MORE information and MORE
books from you?

ABSOLUTELY!

Your book makes you an expert on the subject, your interactions
and relationships will propel you to a recognized expert and
position you for long-term success – not just a one-hit wonder.

The service you need to collect email and contact information
and automatically respond to the person is called an
Autoresponder.

There are paid autoresponders and free autoresponders. Normally
the free autoresponders paste their own marketing message at the
bottom of the emails you send out.

Not the best scenario, obviously, but if you want to do this
will limited or no upfront investment then a free autoresponder
service will work just fine until you start to see profits
coming from your book.

The service I use is a paid service called Aweber. It is
located at www.aweber.com

Do your own research and find a company that meets your needs.
I recommend this service because it's been around for a long
time and many of my high quality marketing friends recommend
this to their clients and wouldn't continue to do so if it was a
shoddy service.

What should you do with your autoresponder service when you get
it?

1) You should place at least 1 or 2 "sign up" boxes on your
book's sales page. You can offer an ongoing "newsletter" or
"ezine" (as it's called online). Or you can create a "special
report" related to the subject of your book and offer it free to
anyone who signs up.

The purpose of this sign up is to capture "visitor"
information. This way even if the visitor doesn't order your
book, you still have their contact information and can keep in
touch to promote your book and yourself to them on an ongoing
basis.

Maybe they won't buy your book, but because of your newsletter
or special report, they might recommend your book to family and
friends.

2) After PayPal.com and before your download page.

When looking at PayPal.com, we saw that after they took the
person's payment for your book, they would send them back to
your website.

The first page the person – now a client – should see is a
"register" page. This page can simply ask for their name and
email or you can have optional fields like address, phone number
etc. Obviously the more information they are willing to provide
the better for future contact with them.

This is a different list than those in #1. #1 is a list of
people who visited your book's website who may or may not have
purchased your book. These people are registered buyers.

History proves that it's far easier to get current clients to
order more from you than trying to get someone who hasn't
already ordered. Both lists are valuable – but this one is the
most valuable to you for ongoing success.
