During the summer season, when the temperature outside begins
to climb, many people find it difficult to live. So they feel
uncomfortable at there work place and at home during the summer
season. Many people don't feel like working they prefer going to
places which are cool. Going somewhere else is not the right way
so there has to be some alternative. The best answer for this is
the air conditioners which give people the cooling comfort they
want. Household appliances are facilities which surround you
everyday; these appliances help to make our busy lifestyles just
a little bit easier. An air conditioner is an appliance, system
and device to remove heat from an area using a refrigeration
cycle. In this cycle, a heat pump transfers heat from a lower
temperature heat source into a higher temperature heat sink,
where the heat flows naturally in opposite directions. This is
the most common type of air conditioning. A refrigerator works
in much the same way, as it pumps the heat out of the interior
into the room in which it stands. Its purpose is to serve
cooling comfort during hot days and nights in home and in the
car.

Today's air conditioners are more comfortable and easy to use
as ever, whatever the size of your home is, whenever you need
the cooling to be done, this provides to you the best investment
you make in ensuring the comfort for you and your family. Air
conditioners come in various sizes, cooling capabilities and
various prices. The comfort air conditioner is designed to
create a 40% to 60% relative humidity in the occupied space.
Some air conditioning units dry the air without cooling it; they
work like a normal air conditioner.

Air conditioning has no greater influence on health than
heating, although poorly maintained air-conditioning systems can
occasionally promote the growth and spread of microorganisms.
But if these air conditioners are properly used and maintained
then they can benefit the patients suffering from asthma and
allergies.

In buying an air conditioner, one should consider the quality
and the attributes of the appliance that best suits the persons
needs, also keep in mind the capacity of the conditioner.
Consider the size of it as well, it should have ample space and
room for greater efficiency. So now if you are confused as to
where to go to shop for the air conditioner then the best way is
to shop online. This site will provide and assist you with the
various types of air conditioners that are available in the
world. And I am sure u will not be disappointed, the site is
Canada appliances where you can find the same kind of product as
you desire. Under this site the best brand available is the
Frigidaire, some of the good air conditioners can be bought from
there. This site not only provides to you with quality products
but also provides to you the products at an affordable price.
This site is very easy to use that is why it is called as a user
friendly website.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
If you are an outdoor, nature, hunting, or neighbor lover
playing peeping tom, then you probably can never be caught dead
without a binocular. However, you should not just own or buy any
kind of binocular. Stabilized binoculars are the best binoculars
if you want to get that best view. These are the type of
binoculars that has the ability to minimize the inevitable
motion while viewing because of movements such as shaking hands,
moving vehicles, vibrations, and much more. With the use of this
kind of binocular, you can get a vivid view whether you are
traveling inside the bus or simply standing in higher grounds
where cool wind can make your hand all shaky.

However, not all stabilized binoculars are the same. There are
actually numerous various mechanisms used in stabilizing the
image for this kind of binocular. One of the mechanisms includes
the so-called active systems. In active systems, the movement in
the binocular is determined using a sensor. With the help of the
sensor, other areas of the binoculars' system are changed to
give the user a stable view. On the other hand, there are also
binoculars having passive systems. For a user to have an
undisturbed view, he must manually set the stabilization of the
binocular either by the help of a gyroscope or disengaging some
parts of the binoculars' casing.

In order for you to choose the perfect viewing companion, there
are actually three various types of stabilized binoculars to
choose from so that you can lessen or totally get rid of the
effects of jarring or shaking.

The first type is the gyro-stabilized type of binocular. It has
a passive system and stabilizes at a very fast rate. However, it
requires battery before it can fully function as a binocular
that can stabilize a view. Some do not recommend this type of
binocular because it is bulky and heavy.

The second type is the VAP or the Vary-angle Prismatic.
Stabilized binoculars that are VAP have microprocessors that
accept signals from the sensors. Whenever a signal is received
by the microprocessor, it automatically stabilizes the image as
its initial response. However, it must also have batteries in
it. The difference of the VAP with the gyro-stabilized binocular
is not just the sensor. It is more compact and weighs less than
gyro-stabilized binocular.

The third type, but definitely not the least, is the cardanic
suspension. This is actually the latest innovation when it comes
to stabilized binoculars. Cardanic suspension type of stabilized
binocular has a prism system which is mechanically suspended
that allows the image to be clear and stabilized once viewed by
the user. Although this third type is quite expensive than the
first two types of stabilized binoculars, many people are still
using this because the weight is very light. Moreover, it does
not require the use of battery or any external power. With the
features you can get from any of these stabilized binoculars, no
wonder why it is one of the biggest selling binoculars in the
market today.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Lucid Dreaming is a term coined by Frederik van Eeden. Very
simply put, a dream in which you are aware that you are dreaming
is called a Lucid Dream. The term 'lucid' is thus synonymous
with 'conscious' or 'aware'. But the degree of your 'lucidity'
can vary according to the strength of your conscious focus and
its stability, the presence of the critical faculty and memory
ability, and finally, your ability to take control of the dream
itself.

Similar to Astral Projection, Lucid Dreams can be spontaneous
or intentional experiences, yet they are somewhat more commonly
remembered. Sometimes people become lucid in a dream seemingly
without any particular reason, just suddenly realizing that they
are dreaming. But mostly, lucidity is triggered by an
incongruity which would not occur in physical life, such as
flying, or being unable to turn off a light switch, or words
rearranging themselves, or anything that 'cannot' happen in the
physical world.

The great thing about Lucid Dreaming is that once you recognize
you're inside a dream, you can change or create whatever you
like in the dream. By becoming aware and exercising your will to
choose, you get to experience just what you want to experience!
Consider that for a moment. Not many people ever get a chance
like that, certainly not so easily. It really is your own
`Personal Virtual Reality', with a flexibility and realism far
exceeding the most advanced computer simulation.

I think this is best thing about them - you can do anything in
a Lucid Dream. And I mean anything! There are no limits or
boundaries to your experience as there are in the physical
world, nor is there any time delay to what you create -
everything appears virtually instantly as you desire it. I'm not
sure how else to describe this but to say it's very fulfilling
and freedom engendering. And really really really fun!

This deeply satisfying aspect of these experiences may be
partly why the Astral Plane has also been called the 'Desire
World.' And because dreams take place within the Astral Plane,
by becoming lucid we find we are already in the Astral! If and
when we want to 'project' from a Lucid Dream, we just stop
creating stuff, make it all disappear, and try to see what's
there. We may find ourselves exploring or interacting with other
conscious dreamers or projectors on the Astral. Or we can return
to our bedroom for an instant Etheric Projection.

Another huge point that needs to be made is that dreams are
totally realistic to us when we're experiencing them. It is only
upon later reflection we may call an experience 'just a dream'.
All our senses, emotions, thoughts, feelings in a dream are as
though the dream were 'actually' happening. It is! It's not less
real, it's just more dynamic and fluid. And, when we become
lucid, we usually find the acuteness and sensational aspects of
the experience increase many times over, similar or beyond peak
alertness while awake.

"Some dream events are more vivid than waking ones. It is only
when the personality passes out of the dream experience that it
may seem unreal in retrospect." - Seth, Seth, Dreams and
Projections in Consciousness p.219

And now for the real good news: you can induce Lucid Dreams
too. One of these techniques is almost exactly the same as
projection ones. In this case the difference in name is merely a
technicality. But most Lucid Dreaming techniques involve
learning to 'wake up' within a normal dream, at which point you
decide what to do from there. There are a number of ways of
doing this, some more effective than others, but I've made it my
quest to explore and improve on them all.

Lucid Dreams can happen whenever regular dreams happen, and
there are typically around four or five major dream periods in a
single night, and each period can contain multiple dreams. So
there is plenty of opportunity to make the most of our dreams.
It's actually quite hard to describe the sense of wonder that
comes with Lucid Dreams! But okay, you convinced me, I will
try...

To you - the self in the dream - the dream IS real, simply
because that IS the 'reality' you are in. But at the same time
you 'know' you are 'dreaming'. From that inside perspective, it
is your waking life that can seem like some kind of vague dream!
It's truly only a matter of perspective or focus as to what is
'more' or 'less' real at any particular time.

To use an analogy, it is as if you hold both hands out wide:
one hand is your waking self and one hand is your dreaming self.
If you turn your head and shift your focus from one hand to the
other and back, is either 'less real'? No way - both exist
simultaneously. You remember the 'opposite' exists, but you are
simply not focussed there. Just as both hands are 'yours', your
waking and dreaming selves are both 'you'.

By learning to dream with lucidity, we are blending our waking
self and dreaming self identities in a way that will enrich the
experience of both. We bring an ability to focus better
consciously in the dream world and our creative abilities
surface far more easily in waking life. And in the process we
explore many new ideas and have a whole heap of fun!

Funny as it might sound, you can 'induce' a spontaneous Astral
Experience. To do this you need to fill your mind up with Astral
Projection and Lucid dreaming information by reading about it,
thinking about it, discussing it. Some advocate becoming
obsessed by these subjects to do this (I do not however. From
experience I can say this information overload was more of a
setback than a help. Concise quality information is a far better
option. Meaning this course of course. :-) But basically by this
you are just suggesting and prompting your subconscious to
induce an experience during or after sleep, and there are far
more effective techniques for doing this too.

In the end, intellectual knowledge only helps so much. Both
Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming are things you DO, and get
better at. They involve intentional active practices, like
learning to play an instrument or a sport. Knowing about
something is not the same as experiencing it. You can't become
an expert by studying the Astral second-hand, any more than you
can become a violinist by reading music. Real results are
achieved by the right attitude and actually using the techniques
you learn.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
As a Caribbean Vacation Destination Los Roques an archipelago
of Venezuela has a lot going for it. Los Roques Archipelago is
about one hundred miles north of Caracas, and is a beautiful and
ecologically important group of islands which was declared a
National Park some thirty five years ago.

One of its attractions as a Caribbean Vacation Destination is
its relative inaccessibility, it is probably one of the most
remote places of the Caribbean Sea because you either have to
sail there or get a flight from Caracas or Margarita or
Maracaibo, not names that are very familiar to tourists,
European ones at any rate.

What makes Los Roques such a wonderful place is the peace and
quiet and the relative calmness of the incredibly colored sea.
There are masses of lagoons, over fifty small islands, three
hundred emerged sand banks and white coral sand, few of them
ever occupied. The sky is almost permanently blue, there is very
little rain, and is outside the Caribbean hurricane belt.

Added to this is the fact that Los Roques has the third largest
coral reef in the world, this is as Christopher Columbus
observed on discovering Los Roques in the fifteenth century a
"True Paradise on Earth".

As Los Roques is a National park this automatically prohibits
building high rise hotels so visitors stay in local guesthouses
on Gran Roques where you arrive by air or sea, and is the only
place with permanent settlements. It is home to over one
thousand two hundred people.

The visitors, and there are around fifty thousand a year, who
come to Los Roques for a Caribbean vacation are normally
attracted by the stunning beauty of the beaches, and of course
to scuba dive and snorkel the coral reef. Sport fishing and
windsurfing are other popular activities at Los Roques

The guesthouses, inns and Pousadas on Gran Roques tend to be
very picturesque, and are probably a luxuriously refurbished old
fisherman house. Lodging usually includes breakfast and dinner,
and can range in price for as little as USD50 to USD200 per
night per person. Some of the guesthouses also include in the
price transfers to nearby islands, lunch, sunbeds, umbrellas and
equipment for snorkeling.

You could also stay on a boat, or even camp in specially
designated areas, but far and away the most popular option is to
stay in a pousada.

Having said the only accommodation is on Gran Roques, you can
get to a small cay called Rasqui where there is a small lodge
with only two rooms, and is really a private island. You should
also visit Water Cay known as Cayo de Agua, which is totally
deserted and absolutely beautiful.

Why not visit Dos Mesquises where the Los Roques Scientific
Foundation has a program involving adopting a turtle, and is
well worth visiting.

Could you find a better Caribbean Vacation destination than Los
Roques Venezuela, where there are no hurricanes, miles and miles
of white sand beaches, countless uninhabited islands and coral
reefs teeming with multicolored undersea life.
There's simply nowhere like it in the Caribbean, but go now
whilst it is still a secret.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When you are ill, you probably have zero interest in dealing
with your health insurance company. In fact, they are probably
the last person that you want to talk to. When you imagine
calling them, you probably begin by cursing yourself for
choosing an "affordable health insurance policy". Why? Their
customer service hours are between the hours of 9-3:30, and the
average wait to talk to a customer service representative is 23
minutes.

When you are ill, dealing with a health insurance company
probably doesn't seem like it may be on the top of your list of
things to do. In fact, if you are ill, you probably should do
things like rest, drink plenty of fluids, and concern yourself
with a swift recovery.

If you have an individual health insurance policy, you are
probably going to have to deal with a lot more paperwork than if
you have a plan through your company. An individual health
insurance policy is also going to cause you more headaches, and
probably cause you to make one too many calls to your health
insurance company.

If you do end up calling your health insurance company while
you are ill, remember that you are definitely going to need a
lot of patience and a cordless phone. This phone is going to be
a godsend, especially when you get put on hold for the fifth
time, while they decide whether or not you can go to that
specialist or if you have to make due with the prescription
antibiotic that your doctor prescribed you for your temporary
blindness.

While you are waiting on the "affordable health insurance
agency" to answer your questions, make sure that you have
something to do. You may want to have a book to read, your
favorite television show recorded and other things ready to do.

If the health insurance company seems like something that is
going to make you feel even worse, you may want to ask your
doctor, wife or other family member to deal with your health
insurance. Making sure that you get the right answers before
you go to the doctor and before you get an expensive treatment
is going to save you a lot of troubles and a lot of headaches in
the future.

If you think that calling the insurance company while you are
sick is worse than being sick itself, there is something that
you can do: make sure that you read the fine print and don't
have any questions about your insurance policy before you even
get sick. This is going to be really important anyways, but if
you know about how to get express authorization for an illness
and what to do when you are in an emergency situation and need
health care quickly.

Calling the health insurance company while you are ill is
something that is probably worse than the pain that you are
feeling. If you want to know what to do, the answer is probably
in the fine print of your policy. If you ask and get the answers
to all of your questions while you are healthy, you are going to
save yourself a lot of pain and suffering and be able to feel
better about yourself sooner, because you don't have to deal
with the health insurance company.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Refinancing is something that many people are considering in
today's housing market because everyone wants to pay less for
their home than they are currently paying. This makes sense,
especially with many housing prices on the rise and interest
rates increasing. If you have a higher interest rate on your
mortgage than is being offered right now, you may want to
refinance the loan and obtain the better interest rate.

Refinancing Can Save You Money

Refinancing can save the average homeowner a lot of money. If
you have a $200,000 home and you are paying 10% interest and you
refinance the $190,000 that you still owe on the home and you
secure an interest rate of 6% you can easily see how your
monthly payment would be a lot less. Refinancing is all about
numbers and if you would like to pay less per month than you are
currently paying it is worth checking out.

Many people have heard of refinancing but they are not really
sure what it is. Refinancing is the term that is used to refer
to the replacement of an existing debt with a debt with
different and usually better terms. The things that people
usually look for when refinancing is a better interest rate or a
better term that suits their needs. Most loans that are
refinanced are of the mortgage variety because these are the
loans that cost the most for the average consumer.

There are many advantages to refinancing, including, as stated
above reducing interest expenses. When you refinance you should
always aim to secure a lower interest rate than you had before.
When you reduce interest even by three points on a 30-year loan
you are saving a lot of money at the end of the loan term.
Imagine what you can do with thousands of dollars that you save
simply by refinancing and securing a better interest rate!

Another reason that a lot of people are choosing to refinance
is because they do not like the terms of their current loan. If
you have an adjustable rate mortgage and the rate was just
adjusted and it is insanely high you can refinance and choose to
either go with a better adjustable rate mortgage or you can
secure a fixed rate mortgage that will give you a decent
interest rate that will stay the same throughout the term of the
loan.

As you can see, there are a lot of different reasons for
refinancing. Every homeowner usually chooses to refinance for a
little bit different reasons, but generally the idea is to save
money. If you have been in your home for 15 years and you have
been paying on it faithfully and you refinance only the amount
that is still left on the loan for a lower interest rate you are
going to be paying less.

No matter how you look at it, if you can secure a better
interest rate or better terms refinancing is a good idea.
Before you refinance though, you should look at the costs of the
process to be sure that the costs do not outweigh the benefits.

A broker can save you an enormous amount of time and money if
you get your motor insurance quote online. They are able to
gather quotes based on your individual circumstances a broker
will know who is likely to offer the cheapest premiums for car
insurance based on the information you give to them.

There are insurance companies who tailor car insurance to
certain individuals. For example there are those who provide low
cost insurance to younger drivers, women motorists or older
drivers. A broker will be aware of this and so go with those
lenders for your quotes. Of course you will have to decide which
level of insurance you want and this will affect the cost.

Fully comprehensive insurance is the dearest type but gives the
most cover. Third party fire and theft comes in the middle price
range and is often more suitable for younger drivers. Third
party only is the least amount of cover you can take and is the
cheapest and basic insurance. The level you choose to take is
affected by the cost of the car; if you buy a car over a certain
amount then financially speaking, you have no option but to take
out fully comprehensive in order to protect your investment
adequately.

Once you have decided which level you require, then a broker
will search based on this and other factors. Insurance companies
offer a cheaper motor insurance quote based on many
considerations. One of the ways which you can get a cheaper
quote is if you have substantial no claims bonus. Drivers who
have built this up with years' of experience will be able to
secure the cheapest premiums for their insurance.

Younger drivers often find that they are in the high end of the
bracket when it comes to paying out for car insurance. The type
of car you choose will add to the cost. If it is a sporty model
with a big engine then you can expect to pay more for cover. A
younger driver would be better off choosing a more sedate small
model in order to keep the insurance costs down. Taking advanced
driving lessons to improve your safety can help and a broker can
certainly dig out those insurance companies who are more lenient
with younger drivers.

Installing additional safety features on you car such as having
windows etched, putting in car alarms and fitting a tracking
device can all go a long way to keeping down the cost of your
car insurance. A specialist website will be able to give you
hints, tips and advice on many more ways to reduce the cost.
Certainly getting your motor insurance quote online is the best
way to not only make great savings but is also the easiest way.
A specialist will provide you will the key facts of the
insurance policy and this is where you can find what is and is
not covered. It is essential you read these and compare them at
the same time as comparing the premiums because they can vary
quite a lot between quotes.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
More and more individuals seem to be thinking about low cost
secured loans as viable options to keep various debts from the
door. It is easy to run up high debts on a variety of credit
cards and loans from multiple providers these days because there
is less disposable income available for individuals to spend on
sought after items and far less for individuals to save. As a
result of this latter fact, most people do not have a little put
aside for a rainy day, which can cause problems if anything goes
wrong. However, low cost secured loans can be used to
consolidate debts and pay the outstanding bills.

That is not to say that individuals looking into the
possibilities of low cost secured loans should take the decision
lightly. They whole concept of low cost secured loans is linked
to the fact that a homeowner would have to use his or her own
home as security, or a guarantee in more simple terms, for the
loan. If, therefore, an individual was unable to keep up with
repayments and could not come to an arrangement with the loan
company, his or her home could be sold to cover the repayments
whether the individual in question likes it or not.

As a direct result, anyone considering low cost secured loans
should weigh up all possible options and make sure that taking
one of the many low cost secured loans on offer is definitely
the best solution for him or her. If all debts are accurately
assessed and the individual believes that he or she can
definitely keep up with repayments then one of the low cost
secured loans may be the best possible option available to clear
debts once and for all.

A number of low cost secured loans can be found by using a
website that will compare the best deals out there so log on and
tap in your requirements to see what is on offer before making a
final decision.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When looking for commercial mortgages UK then taking a
specialist advice can save you not only a whole lot of money
when it comes to the rates but also time. A specialist will know
where to look on your behalf and has access to lenders that you
do not. Lenders also work more quickly with a broker than they
might do with the individual because the business plan will be
validated and set out correctly.

You are able to take out a commercial loan if you wish to buy
new premises to get your business up and running or if you
already have a successful business and wish to expand. The
actual mortgage and rate of interest that you will pay will
depend on the business venture you are proposing. The type and
size will be taken into account by the lender and some lenders
might refuse to allow you to borrow based on your business type.
Due to this a broker will know where to go for the right
mortgage for your needs.

While your credit rating will go a long way to how successful
you are at getting a mortgage some lenders will offer loans to
those who have less than a perfect score. Again a broker will be
able to dig out these lenders to secure you the cheapest deal
for your circumstances. An excellent credit rating means having
access to the lowest interest rates possible.

All lenders will want to see your business plan, if your
business is up and running and you are borrowing to expand then
you will have to show profits and long term projections. Of
course stability in your business is essential and a broker can
work with you to put together your proposal. By working with a
broker you will get your venture off the ground quicker and
smoother.

The interest rates for commercial mortgages UK will vary but a
broker will always be able to search the whole of the market
place to secure you the best deal possible based on your
particular circumstances. Usually they will work with you and
immediately know from experience which lender would be able to
offer the best deal.

Usually lenders will offer between 70% and 80% of the value
which leaves the individual having to find the rest of the money
by other means. However in some cases 100% can be raised based
on the circumstances of the individual. The term of the mortgage
can vary; it can be anything from 1 to 30 plus years and how
long you take it for will depend on the size of the venture you
are proposing. Commercial mortgages UK advice should also be
sought when it comes to deciding if a repayment or interest only
mortgage would be more suitable. You also have to give some
thought to whether you are looking for a fixed rate of interest
of a variable one as both have their good and bad points. Always
make sure you read the terms and conditions that come with any
mortgage because there can be hidden costs.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Spiritual light has to do with three central things, among
others: 1) heightening the capacity for empathy and love and the
desire to share love, 2) bringing into greater awareness a sense
of truth and an increasing sense of what only masquerades as
truth, 3) and enhancing the motivation of those holding greater
light to adopt courses of action that are not self-seeking but
that truly represent the welfare of a greater whole.

There are other qualities of character and personal expression
that are brought forward by the infusion of greater light –
qualities such as gentleness, kindness, a willingness to listen,
a lack of ego, a desire to share, a desire to comfort those in
need. These qualities, like notes on a musical scale, can be
played in many different ways and with many different
tonalities, corresponding to the inner nature of the one who
carries them. Nevertheless, they share a common foundation which
lies in the essential properties of spiritual light.

Within the electoral process, as light becomes more prominent
and darkness recedes, the above effects of greater light begin
to make themselves known more clearly. People begin increasingly
to desire truth among those who claim to be its representatives;
they desire integrity within those who claim to speak for a
particular issue or point of view. Such integrity is based on
the faithfulness of one who takes a position on an issue to the
underlying values that that position represents. Integrity
requires that one feel things and care about things deeply, not
merely as a surface phenomenon. It also applies to the character
of one who has an inner standard of moral rightness, a standard
that must be followed for the sake of rightness itself, because
conscience requires it.

The increasing inflow of light into the electoral process
therefore affects both candidates and the general public. People
begin to want more truth. They begin to want more kindness and
integrity. They begin to want a public servant who truly
represents the interests of the Whole. As this 'wanting'
develops, a quality of listening is also enhanced, and what is
listened for in candidates is what the heart tells the listener
is real, more than what the mind says. Sometimes, this has been
referred to as a 'gut reaction'. But often such a 'gut reaction'
is simply a way of saying that there is no rational reason to
feel something – it is one's heart that tells one that something
is so.

Inspiration is also an effect of greater light. When people
feel inspired, it is often because the light in a situation
causes them to feel uplifted, more capable of making a
difference, stronger in conscience, and stronger in a desire to
serve. Outwardly, the source of inspiration may be attributed to
a person and to a particular time in history, and it is true
that these are factors, but inspiration and the capacity to feel
inspired is also a function of light operating within
consciousness which creates a yearning for an ideal – an ideal
that, within the one so inspired, feels approachable. It feels
as if it can be attained. And so inspiration carries one into
action and into a state of feeling hopeful and optimistic about
the possibility of realizing one's ideal.

This election year, including the campaign thus far, has shown
itself to be filled with various shades of light and darkness,
and is likely to continue to be so up until the election in
November and beyond. Those who are developing an awareness of
spiritual reality will be led more and more during this year to
begin to feel things that exceed what the rational mind can
know, and to sense things that lead in the direction of belief
and perception, without a mental process being involved. With
this development already underway, it is useful, no matter what
one's religious or spiritual beliefs, to ask for inner guidance
regarding the path of greatest clarity, truth, and love, for
along this path is the light that leads to the future, and the
hope for the most positive outcome of this year's electoral
process.

spiritual principles that lie at the heart of America can be

================== ARTICLE START ==================
When being your own boss is the daily dream that hits when you
are waiting in traffic on the turnpike, you are not alone. Who
would not love to forget about having yet another meeting with
the regional manager or his boss who really is more
inexperienced than judicious, but does not seem to hesitate with
putting his name on your ideas?

Even as self employment appears to offer a certain level of
freedom and perhaps also the lure of financial advancement,
freedom, and hope for independence, keep in mind that there is a
lot more to being your own boss than just setting your hours and
taking off when the weather is perfect for a round of golf.

For example, does your personality type lend itself to being in
charge? Having ambition to be rich and a somewhat take charge
personality to do things your way is not sufficient. Instead,
letting go of being the boss of your time and instead being
willing to hunker down and become the slave, if you will, of
your business is a paramount trait of character that must be
fought for and which many a fledgling entrepreneur fails to
realize until it is too late.

How to fight yourself and win to be your own boss is a battle
where only you can know and determine the battlegrounds, yet at
the same time you can anticipate that some of the battles will
deal with working long hours, biting your tongue when a shopper
does not like the fruit of your industry and perhaps unjustly
nitpicks a perfectly good product. In the same vein, you must
realize that you will have to fight against discouragement that
creeps in when calls are not returned and business cards might
have been handed out in vain.

Engage the battle for entrepreneurship by making it possible to
be your own boss, at least on paper, with the help of judicious
financing of the endeavor. Do not rely on odd financing schemes,
such as a second mortgage or a credit card advance that will
suck you dry with interest payments, and instead have the cash
saved up in an interest bearing account where you can draw from
without penalty.

Do not forget that being your own boss does not happen in a
vacuum and if you have a family you must ensure that family
fully identify with the proposition and are willing to do
whatever it takes to help you realize your dream. Be your own
boss by first becoming able to explain your venture and your
thinking to your family. It is a tried and true adage that
stipulates that any venture which you cannot verbally explain to
your spouse (without the help or charts and graphs) is doomed to
fail.

Taking great care to fighting yourself and win so as to be your
own boss is not an easy undertaking and it is thus not
surprising that so many businesses are doomed for failure. Yet
any entrepreneur who has made it will attest to the fact that
while the battle is the beginning of the venture, the victory is
the beginning of your business success!

In today`s world, the number of people using cellular phones
(telefone celular) run into millions; and it is no wonder, since
it is such a wonderful gadget - with a cellular phone, you can
easily talk to anyone on this planet, from just about anywhere!

In earlier times, people would install radio telephones in
their cars if they needed mobile communications badly. In this
system, there would be a single central antenna tower in each
city, and about 25 channels would be available. So not many
people could use radio telephones, as the number of channels
available were so few.

With the present day cellular system, a city has been divided
into small cells. So extensive frequency reuse is possible
across the city, making it possible for millions of people to
use their cellular phones at the same time.

This small device, tiny enough to be carried within one`s fist,
has become the craze of the age. No other single electronic
device has acquired as much popularity within such a short span
of time. The phenomenal development in cellular phone technology
and its unprecedented demand has led to a continuous supply of
new cellular phones (telefone celular). The leading phone
manufacturers are continuously providing new phone models to
mobile crazy groups, with petite looks, cute shapes and dazzling
colors, and these have been enriched with fashionable designs
and multiple functionalities. For some people, carrying the
latest cellular phone handset has become a fashion statement.

The other striking thing about cellular phones (telefone
celular) is their easy availability. While there are costly
high-end cellular phones for the rich, medium range and cheap
cellular phones have also become widely available.

The array of functions the cellular phone (telefone celular)
provides today is astonishing, and more and more new ones are
being added all the time. Depending on the model of cell phone
you are using, you can: store contact information; make to-do
lists; set reminders and track appointments; do simple math on
the calculator; send or receive email; get news, stock quotes,
entertainment from the Internet; watch TV, play games, take
pictures, send text messages; integrate devices like MP3
players.

Camera phones have become hugely popular, and these days it has
almost become a standard feature in the latest models. With a
camera phone, you can take and share high quality pictures.
Indeed, camera phones are now driving the cellular phone market.
Camera phones (telefone celular) are becoming the favorites of
people interested in photography; these are not only user
friendly, they are also more handy for capturing unanticipated
moments of surprise. Along with a camera, there are features
like the ability to email or send pictures, store a large number
of pictures in the memory, set them as wallpaper and many more.

Since cell phones are around us all the time, and so many
people are absorbed in private conversations in every possible
place, cell phone users should follow some basic rules and good
manners. So it is in order to remind users to always put their
cellular phone on mute during meetings, public performances and
in public places like elevators, libraries, museums,
restaurants, theaters etc.

The ring tone should be pleasing to the ears and not jangle on
the nerves of the people around. One should always speak softly
and never talk loudly on the cell phone, and always excuse
oneself before taking a call. Do not interrupt a face to face
conversation to take a call, unless you are anticipating an
emergency. Use the hands free device while you are driving.

Also, respect the personal space of other people and keep at
least ten feet of space away from people when you are speaking
on your cell phone (telefone celular).

For those of you who now find yourselves upside down in your
mortgage, facing foreclosure and sometimes even bankruptcy here
are a few facts to know.

A short sale is something that the lending market has recently
come to terms with as a alternative solution for foreclosure.
With the alarming rate of foreclosures coming into the real
estate market this step seems to ward off the inevitable and
save the seller's credit.

Most sellers are now finding themselves in the horrible
situation of losing their American Dream. When they first
purchased their house it was explained to them that when the
adjustable rate mortgage kicked in that they could easily
refinance the house to a 30 year fixed note with their equity in
place. However, the market has turned and now these homeowners
are finding themselves with a mortgage that is far in excess of
what their homes are worth and lenders are not readily available
to refinance. In most instances their loan has been sold and
they are stuck with a mortgage that continues to escalate.

A short sale is a process in which you list your house with a
Realtor familiar with the process. They garnish an offer and
submit it to your lender for review. All fees are paid by your
lender and in most cases the loan is reported as satisfied. It's
important to remember a few things about the short sales.

1. Sometimes your second mortgage will require you to sign an
unsecured note for the balance of the loan. Be prepared for
this. Not all lenders do it and I sometimes suggest that the
borrower go back at a later date to renegotiate the note.

2. Do not ignore your HOA fees. Your homeowner's association
can and will put another lien on your home and that lien will
have to be cleared before the short sale is accepted. You lender
will not be willing to pay these fees and in most instances
neither will an interested buyer.

3. Most lenders request a financial worksheet, 2 most recent
copies of pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements and a hardship
letter.

4. Ensure your Realtor is familiar with the process and let
them know your home is in distress.

5. Short sales take time. Be patient and ready and willing to
show your home on a moments notice. Your showing records are
very important.

6. Don't give up! Short sales typically take 60-90 days while
the loss mitigation department reviews your short sale.

Be aware, Short Sales take time. Don't get frustrated. This is
a very good alternative to getting your house sold and saving
your credit. Buyer's get impatient but you must keep a positive
attitude and be ready with your paperwork and available for
showing and signing of documentation. Have an email address this
will help to expedite the process.

For more information on the process you can visit my website

With Christmas just around the corner, it's time to start
thinking about jewelry that symbolizes a holiday that is
cherished by many. If you're in the market for a specific theme,
you may be pleasantly surprised with what you find in terms of
sterling silver designs. Whether you plan to wear it yourself or
give the gift of jewelry to someone else, a holiday theme is
sure to be a welcome addition to any woman's wardrobe.

When you think of Christmas, you may immediately think of snow
and the beauty of snowflakes trickling down from the sky on
Christmas morning. For this reason, snowflakes are a very
popular motif in terms of jewelry. From charm bracelets to
earrings and even pendants, these sentimental designs will
remind the wearer and everyone who sees her just how beautiful a
white Christmas can be. With your attention now turned to snow,
a snowman is the next likely image to appear in your mind.
Afterall, you cannot have one without the other and this makes
the snowman a very popular theme in Christmas jewelry. When set
in sterling silver, you will get a presence that's easily seen
and enjoyed. In addition, the price will be easy on your budget
when compared to other precious metals.

Unlike snowflake or snowman jewelry, which can be worn all
throughout winter and is not necessarily holiday specific,
certain types of jewelry are designed to be worn exclusively for
the holidays. Among the designs known to represent Christmas
include a holiday stocking, the image of Santa Claus, a
reindeer, a wreath and a Christmas tree. Any of these designs
will instantly add a festive touch to your wardrobe and will let
others know that you are ready for the upcoming holiday, and
you're ready for it in style.

As the winter months approach, it may become more difficult to
find specific jewelry in stock as many retailers often sell out
early. Immediately following Thanksgiving, many people's
attention turn toward Christmas and shopping for gifts. If you
find yourself in a situation where your favorite jewelry is out
of stock or perhaps on backorder, you may be able to consider an
alternate choice that will be easier to find while still
allowing you to be festive. The image of an angel is very
popular in holiday jewelry, and can be worn throughout the year
as a reminder that the wearer is never alone.

A star, which many people use to adorn the top of their holiday
tree, is a popular theme that will be well received during the
holidays and can also be enjoyed throughout the year. When you
wear star jewelry in November or December, many will instantly
associate your intended meaning with that of the holidays. After
the Christmas season has passed, you can still enjoy the star
motif as a popular statement in fashion and one that promises to
remain a classic for years to come.

If you're thinking of shopping for Christmas jewelry, it's
never too early to start browsing your favorite retailer's
product list in order to find just the right design to suit your
style and budget. Almost Diamonds, a popular online jewelry
retailer, offers a large selection of sterling silver and cubic
zirconia jewelry that's sure to help complete your gift list,
and still leave you with a little extra cash left over to treat
yourself to something special this holiday season.

This is a more recent style of website copywriting however it
is also effective in the aspect that the search engine
optimization technique is growing in popularity more and more
everyday. However, you won't find this type of web site
copywriting as inexpensive.

This type of web site copywriting is specially designed for the
search engine optimization. However the skills of the web site
copywriting using the SEO web design enhances your web site
beyond belief.

They are the type that are unlike no other web sites you have
seen. The advertisements are accurate and the keywords are all
included in the SEO web design of your web site as well. This
will ultimately attract or generate more traffic and potential
customers to your website. With this type of website copywriting
technique there is no way to lose. That is if you actually have
products or information that others need or want. The design
however of your products and how they are displayed are up to
you. The SEO web design takes care of the advertisement and the
keywords, as well as the a portion of the text that appears on
the website itself.

This type of website copywriting works with big business web
sites and small business web sites as well.

As far as personal web sites the website copywriting uses a
simpler form of search engine optimization but will allow the
same results.

Remember however, that this type of website copywriting is not
one of the less expensive ways of going about web site
copywriting. If this is something that doesn't fit really in
your budget, all you have to do is simply search on web site
copywriting and you will find that several results will appear.
It may take you a while to go through and find the type of web
site copywriting that best fits your budget plans.

Most of these web site copywriting sites, will offer the same
quality service, they are simply not as detailed.

You can also choose to have SEO as part of your website. This
you can do by once again doing a simple search on services that
pertain to this specific detail about your web site.

Remember that with whichever web site copywriting service you
go with, knows all about your web site, how it is set up and
possibly some of the products or information you offer on the
website. This will make it easier for them to use as many
keywords that are specifically designed just for your web site
and not any other. Although other web sites are sure to come up
when a search is done on the keywords searched on.

The generation of traffic that is directed to your web site
could potentially be customers and possibly returning customers.
If you get new products on your web site you can also use
whichever web copywriting service once again, to ensure the
quality of your web site. Many web sites do a lot better using
the SEO system although there are those web site creators who
don't go by keywords for the searching on their web sites, so
their results are definitely lower, and different.

As many smart and effective strategies that are utilized to
successfully promote an online business, there are just as many,
if not more, inadequate, even foolish, approaches that could
spell doom for the venture. These "wrongs" can range from the
merely uninformed or mis-informational to the outright
disregard, either of which can lead to the commission of social
and professional faux pas. Blunders such as these can serve as
the seeds for any temporary and therefore correctable problems,
or they can bring about the destruction of the business in
question. When a vast network is established for a business,
news can does circulate extremely fast throughout the
professional community where it eventually filters into the many
public forums where damage is especially critical.

Following are a few major "don't"s of which new business owners
should be wary in their day-to-day practices with both
colleagues and the general public. They might seem like
no-brainiers, but they are oh-so important enough to serve as
reminders.

1) Never play `favorites'.

Different from target networking, which serves as a means for
isolating those for which one's particular business is designed,
Playing `favorites' is downright discriminatory in nature. This
is especially true when it comes to interacting with potential
clients or customers. For example, when a male entrepreneur pays
more attention to a buxom blond with big blue eyes and a shapely
form over a heaving old man with a wart-covered face who, by all
rights, was "first in line," such sourness and complaints are
liable to cast the business owner in a negative light and even
possibly lead to litigations, the second especially occurring in
the case of a woman being ignored over a man in relation to a
male-owned business. Behavior should be motivated through
fairness and objectivity, as well as an overall general
friendliness and the appreciation for patronage of a business
venture by all who show an interest.

2) Never network according to narrowly devised business
objectives.

When online marketing plans are put into play within a small
demographic, the business cannot easily grow. Openness and
flexibility should always be considered so that network
circulation of business ideas and preferences are dispersed
faster and more broadly throughout the various Internet
communities where they will become known among a greater number
of people. When it comes to networking, a "happy medium" is the
more beneficial approach, especially for the new business owner
who is trying to become established in her or his particular
field.

3) Never cut down affiliate or competing businesses when
advertising.

This looks petty, and it is underhanded. Although some politics
are involved in marketing and promoting a business venture,
"mud-slinging" is not necessary. Instead, the more appropriate
and more effective advertising puts emphasis on the showcased
business' merchandise and key objectives. The business, if
viable enough, can and should stand on its own and speak for
itself without having look good through criticism of others.
This will only lead to resentful opposition with an outfit that
could eventually serve as yet another networking affiliate.

The business world is a virtual minefield, especially for the
newcomer. This is why entrepreneurs just starting out would be
well-advised to become informed on law and etiquette when
developing business protocols and philosophy. Knowledge is
power, and the power could save one's hide.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Rose gardens and rose garden designs are typically quite
stunning on their own, but if you are looking for a spectacular
way to make them even more dramatic and stunning, you should
consider adding cast stone wall fountains to the mix. Cast stone
wall fountains are quite beautiful, and can really add a lot of
beauty to any garden, especially rose gardens which are already
stunning all on their own. Because rose gardens are typically
filled with so much color, the contrast added by the cast stone
wall fountains can really be an aesthetic improvement.

Rose Garden Designs using Cast Stone Wall Fountains

If you are looking for the right rose garden design and you
already know what type of outdoor wall fountains you will be
using, then you can essentially base the design of your rose
garden on the hardscape elements. It would be stunning, for
example, for you to let your roses climb the walls on either
side of your outdoor wall fountains, to add some drama to the
stone or brick walls that your fountains adorn. Can you imagine
the dramatic appearance of brightly colored roses climbing over
stark outdoor wall fountains? It really would be a stunning
sight, and visitors to your rose garden would be absolutely
thrilled to see it. Find out more about ways to incorporate wall
fountains with your outdoor decor at
http://www.ckclandscapinginc.com.

If on the other hand, you have already begun to grow your rose
garden and are looking for ways to add cast stone wall fountains
to the décor, you may have a little more difficulty because you
will have to find fountains that not only fit in with the colors
of your rose garden, but you will also have to find wall
fountains that work well with the space that you already have.
While many people begin with cast stone fountains and add other
elements like rose bushes later, some people choose their
flowers long before hard-scaping elements like cast stone wall
fountains, rocks, fences and walls are ever even added.

Many garden designers place trellises, gazebos or arbors that
border their rose garden or even place in the center of the rose
garden. By using such a design it makes it much easier to find a
place to hang outdoor wall fountains in the absence of brick
walls or other type of walls and borders that typically border
rose gardens. Learn about the positive aspects of incorporating
wall fountains with your landscaping at
http://www.witch-crafted.com/garden8.htm.

Cast Stone Wall Fountains and Colors

Rose gardens, by nature, are truly stunning, simply because
they involve so much bright color. The people who create rose
gardens generally tend to work very hard at cultivating them,
growing the perfect roses, pruning the bushes perfectly. Anyone
who puts this much energy into a rose garden will understand how
absolutely imperative it is to find garden elements that work
perfectly in the décor and design of the garden. You do not want
your cast stone wall fountains to contrast your rose gardens in
the wrong way. You want all of the colors, all of the textures,
shapes and design elements to fit together in the perfect way;
otherwise you are simply wasting your time and money, exploring
design options that might never work.

Finding not only the perfect cast stone wall fountains, but
also the perfect rose garden designs is really up to you
ultimately, because gardening is all about tending to something
that you enjoy and are passionate about, rather than simply
accepting the advice of a stranger. As long as you understand
that choosing outdoor wall fountains has a lot to do with making
them blend in with your garden, you will do just fine when it
comes to designing your beautiful rose garden around your cast
stone water features, and your beautiful outdoor wall fountains
around your stunning rose garden designs. For more information

Researching your job, employment prospects can reap huge
dividends that you might not have obtained otherwise. More and
better paying jobs will come your way. You will be in a better
position to spot excellent job opportunities. You will be in a
much better position to plan and enhance your career path – to
better paying and more satisfying job employment positions.

Some people will disdainfully advise and tell you. "Get your
act in gear". "First you talk a then you do" and "Action is
everything". And yet if you do not plan and research your job
employment search then you are just throwing mud against and
wall- wasting much time and energy. In the end you may not get a
job or the job that you will get will not be one of the better
jobs – either in pay or conditions.

Those that fail to research – plan to not get the best job that
they could have obtained in their job employment search and
career seeking process.

What can you gain form doing your research in your job
employment search? This depends on what stage of the job hunt
you are currently on. If you are trying to figure out what you
want to do with your life- research will more than doors for you
– doors that you may not have even known that existed. Research
puts you in touch with people and may even help you access the
hidden job market – that is of jobs that are not even known of
are never even advertised at all.

It is also much easier to make an informed decision about your
job or career path if you know and are aware of all the
possibilities available to you. Why limit your options or indeed
you potential to earn a good or better income? Figure this out
through research whether it is by researching online, reading
books, visiting trade fairs, cruising around the various
employment and career related websites or by conducting
information interviews: where you talk to people who are
currently working in a job or career that you might think would
be an interesting or highly paid Endeavor to work in or within.

If you are at the stage where you have decided on a job and are
ready to starting looking, research again opens doors for you.
Research does not stop once you have found a couple of jobs that
peak your interest and intrigue. Your chances of landing an
interview improve once you have done your research and able to
relate your experiences and skills directly to the company and
that job or position.

Additionally researching the employment and career field will
unfold great benefits to you.

You will learn more about yourself and what you want out a job
and eventually a career. Self assessment will help you to learn
more about what you what you are good at, what you like and
ultimately what you want out of and what will make you happy and
successful in a job and career of your choice.

Next learning about different occupations and industries will
help you hone in "what it is that you would like to do". Sure
you may have to take a position at the moment that may not be
your first choice, but now that you have honed your target you
will be in a position to better assess and choose skills,
positions and training that will lead you to your desired
target.

By finding out and researching information on specific
companies you will not only demonstrate hard to find and hire
research and stick to it skills to prospective employers , but
also you may find the "diamond in the rough" of a great company
or job , that is lying not discovered nor appreciated ( yet).
After who knows a company or industry better than a competitor?
Who is the best person to ask on the aspirin company but the
salesman for Tylenol? You may discover the next Microsoft or
Research in Motion (Rim) and know to stay away from laggard
companies on the way down.

In conducting research on companies – it is always best to
frame in that this is all in all an exercise on learning how to
market your most important asset – yourself. The best jobs do
not necessarily go to the smartest or most qualified people but
rather to sincere job hunters who know how to market themselves
the best. Craft your resume and cover letter to make sure that
you come out on top.

Remember that in the end there are always lots more jobs out
there than meet the eye. Research, research and research. The
benefits of your efforts will pay off in spades – both in your
employment and eventual career path.

Giving your vehicle workshop clients the best service possible
means ensuring that when every car leaves the shop it is like
new. When you do a good job, customers will return again and
again, so the better each car drives, the more satisfied your
customers will be. One area where every workshop can make a
significant improvement to the way a car drives is in the way
the wheels are set up, and the best way to do this is using a
wheel balancer.

A wheel balancer allows you to quickly and conveniently assess
any slight imperfections in the way a wheel turns, and then add
small weights to the wheel in order to offset the effect of
these problems.

Getting the balance of wheels right on a vehicle will make a
huge difference for the driver. When the wheels are running
completely in true the ride quality will be a lot smoother, and
the fuel efficiency will also be much improved.

The long term benefits of balancing wheels properly on a
vehicle are that it reduces the mechanical vibration that the
car feels and the vehicle will be much smoother on the road. In
turn this reduces the amount of wear and tear suffered by key
components of the vehicle – in particular the axle assembly and
shocks, giving these parts a much longer lifespan.

One of the reasons why a wheel balancer is required in an auto
work shop is that due to the manufacturing process used in
making tires, there are always slight imperfections in them,
such as slightly different thicknesses of rubber, and these
cause the tire to be slightly uneven. This must be compensated
for by adding small weights to the wheel in order to offset the
effect of the tire's imperfections.

The method by which a wheel is balanced is very
straightforward. Quite simply, the process begins with the wheel
being removed from the vehicle and mounted onto a wheel
balancer. This is a computerized machine that rotates the wheel
at a variety of different speeds. At the same time as this is
done, the computer measures the vibration on the axle caused by
the imbalances in the wheel. A calculation is then performed
that advises the amount of weight that needs to be added to the
wheel.

The variety of different wheel balancers available today is
enough to ensure that every single workshop can have access to
an appropriate model for the kinds of work that they most often
carry out.

These days, even the most basic entry level wheel balancer will
come armed with hi tech software that makes finding an imbalance
and taking appropriate action as straightforward as any other
mechanical task, and thanks to the easy to use and understand
computer interfaces that have been built into these machines,
diagnosing the problem with a wheel is straightforward.

A model like the Ammco Standard volume wheel balancer retails
for less than $4000 at Red Hill Supply (special offer), and is
ideal for smaller jobs. It runs a diagnostic on a 14 inch wheel
in around 10 seconds and offers an accurate guide to where the
weights need to be added for best effect. Moving up the line,
the Ammco AMM950 high volume wheel balancer can carry out the
diagnostic check in 5 seconds, making it ideal for a busy garage
where time is important. The wheel balancer can take a
comprehensive range of different wheel sizes, making it
versatile and convenient.

At the very top end of the market, wheel balancers like the
Ammco XR1800 are designed for environments where precision is
essential. These top end models, which retail for less than
$10,000 offer a comprehensive suite of diagnostic tools designed
to make your job as easy as possible, and give you the highest
possible standard of accuracy, making this product ideal for
workshops dealing with high end vehicles.

With increasing demand for all areas of wheel balancing from
customers who want to ensure better reliability, a more
enjoyable ride, and better handling, now is definitely the time
to invest in a tool that will make carrying out this precision
task a lot faster and more convenient, giving you more time to
concentrate on your key areas.

Wondering how your dog will get along with your baby? Worried
about the safety of your baby and are probably thinking of
getting rid of your dog? These are legitimate questions that are
asked by dog owners when they are expecting a new born baby in
the family.

The good thing is that, done in a careful manner, its possible
to introduce your pet to your new member of the family. With
proper planning, its possible to train your dog to interact with
your baby and the baby to love your dog

How to Get the Dog Used to the Baby

Expecting a new baby at home brings a time time of change,
discovery and joy in the home. If you own a dog, you may have
fears of your baby will interact with your new baby. Don't worry
though. If you prepare early in advance, you should be able to
minimize any situations that might arise.

For example, if the dog likes to roam freely in the house and
all the rooms, start teaching him not to enter particular rooms
that serve as the nursery. Keep the doors closed so that the dog
realizes that the room is not part of his. Afterwards, get the
pet used to being in the room without you.

Keep the nursery door closed when assembling the baby
furniture. When you do this, the dog learns that even though
there is activity in the room, he is not welcomed.

Have you ever taken your dog to obedience training school? If
he's never been to one, this is the opportune time for you and
him to attend. The advantage is that not only does it allow you
to spend quality time with the dog, it also equips you with the
appropriate tools required to control the behavior of your dog.

It also helps the dog relax in rooms full of activity including
dogs and children.

There are other methods you can teach your dog to get used to
the baby. One is buying tapes recorded with voices of babies
crying!

You can start by playing the tapes at low volume until the dog
gets used to the sound. With time, gradually increase the noise
to realistic levels over a period of weeks. With this exercise,
it will help your dog not to be alarmed when the baby finally
arrives.

When the baby comes home, keep the dog away from the baby for a
few days. By now he has already gotten used to the baby noises.
You can get him used to the baby smell by letting him sniff the
baby's blanket or let it lie on his sleeping area.

When you are comfortable introducing the baby to the dog, keep
the dog on a short leash & give him a reward afterwards.

By rewarding the dog, you are showing him that the baby is a
good thing to have around. Please make sure you watch the dog
closely when they are in the same room. Do not assume anything!
The reason is that it teaches the dog to stop seeing the baby as
a threat or something that is out to replace him.

Be alert also when the baby starts to crawl and walk. The dog
might get terrified by the baby's movements or might see your
baby as prey. The dog needs to get used to the baby moving
around apart from being carried also. When the baby is crawling,
have the dog next to you and reward him for being still. Over
time, the dog will get used to the child moving around.

How to Teach the Child to Safely Interact with the Dog

It's important to teach your child how to interact with the
family dog as the child grows. Your child needs to be taught how
to play safely with the dog. For example, teach the child not to
strike the dog or pull at the dog's fur.

You also need to teach your child not to follow or chase the
dog when its runs away from them. Also teach your child not to
disturb the dog when it is eating or sleeping.

You would think that it is very easy to discuss blocking spam.
But still, you find yourself scratching your head and staring at
the ceiling everytime you give it a try. Why not make use of
tools and certain utilities, which are very easy to use, that
can do so well in eliminating unsolicited junk mail from your
inbox?

You can try using SpamBayes. SpamBayes is a project that is
concentrated on working on the development of a Bayesian
anti-spam filter. Do not mistake this filter for another copy of
other similar projects for this filter is different. The main
difference between SpamBayes and other filtering projects is the
emphasis on testing newer and more recently released approaches
to scoring messages.

K9 is an application, which also filters electronic mail, which
works in conjunction with your regular everyday POP3 emial
program. It automatically puts into classification certain
incoming mails into spam, or junk mail, and mail that are not
junk mail into non-spam, without any requirement of maintaining
lots and lots of rules or constant updates to be downloaded.

The MailWasher is an extremely powerful email checker that has
effective spam elimination. This is believed to be a "safe"
method, or tool, in stopping unwanted emails and viruses before
they get inside your hard drive.

Another spam blocking software is the Spamihilator. In case you
had not noticed, the Spamihilator is derived from the
combination of spam and the word annihilator. With this said, it
just has to be very effective, given its name. Indeed it is
effective, for it is a program that examines and observes your
electronic mails while downloading from a certain server and
also deletes unwanted messages that advertise almost everything
on the planet.

Spam-Aid, on the other hand, takes a more secure and opposite
approach, compared to other spam blocking software. Instead of
checking a certain email for spam characteristics, which is the
method done by other tools, it just checks a specific mail for
non-spam characteristics. Most email users want to get mail only
from the people that they are acquainted with, to avoid any
psychotic motives. Spam-Aid lets you determine whose messages
can be received, either from people who are already in your
address book or your old buddies.

EmC is very skilled in combining blocking with comprehensive
spam mail detection, and is also inclusive of a basic antivirus
scan engine that protects you from those malicious file
attachments as well.

Instead of racking your head trying to figure things out on
your own, it is a lot better to just download or install these
said spam blocking tools and you will find it very easy to say
goodbye to those junk mail that you have hated ever since.

A cordless phone gives you the freedom to move around the
house, while talking over the phone. This is because it uses a
feature in which the conversation is transferred between the
handset and the base, through radio waves. It is a must to buy
the perfect type of cordless that would aptly suit the need.

Caller id is one of the first things to be noted while buying a
cordless. Nowadays almost all the phones come with this feature.
This is very useful feature that allows knowing who is calling
and also gives the option to take a call only if needed.
Cordless phones also can be used in more than a line, if more
than one handset is available, up to 12 lines. There are also
phones that come with more than one handset, with the base being
the same. This can come up to 8 sets and some also have separate
voice mails facilities for each.

Other options like redial, mostly the last number dialed,
speaker phone options, which allow hands-free talking, are also
available. The speaker phone facility is usually available in
the base of the cordless and not in the cordless phone as such.
Some keypads come with a backlight that helps in figuring out
the numbers, even in the dark. Also options like phone mute is
also available, in case we do not want the other user to hear
what is happening this side. A phone hold option is also
available in such phones that help to keep a caller on hold,
when another call comes, and then coming back to the first
caller, without disconnecting the call.

Sometimes, especially when more than 2 users want to talk to
each other, a conference option serves as a very good help. This
helps more than 2 people to communicate and latest phones have
this option. There are also phones that have 2 keypads, one on
the cordless and the other on the base of the cordless. This
option lets one call even on the base of the phone. Memory is
another important feature in a cordless phone and not all phones
have this option. This option allows entitling one telephone
number to a particular number like 1, 2 etc and when that number
has to be dialed, it is enough to dial just that number, and the
whole number gets dialed.

Some phones are so very sophisticated that they also have
headset jacks to them that help to listen and talk over a
headset. Intercom facilities are also available in cordless
phones nowadays. This facility allows talking from the base to
the handset, within a specified distance. Also, if after
talking, if the cordless is placed somewhere and it is not
traceable, then a beep sound can be generated from the base to
the cordless, that allows identifying where the cordless is!
Cordless phones also come with Nickel-Metal Hydride battery that
lasts longer than any other type of battery, thus giving long
talking hours and standby time.

Another very useful feature is that certain phones have
passwords as locks that allow making calls only after the
password is inserted. This is a very useful feature as it allows
access only to authorized callers. Frequencies are also to be
considered while buying such phone. The phones that have higher
frequencies cost more but have better sound clarity and
audibility. However, it is necessary to take care not to fall
prey to the ads that manufacturers make, as almost always the
frequencies are much less than what is promised! Also cordless'
with digital phone answering techniques are also available in
the market, making it easy to leave a message back, when the
owner is not at home. This along with a delete button allows
deleting only the particular message that has been listened to.

With so many outstanding features and even more, a cordless
phone is definitely a useful friend and companion! Choosing it
sensibly and with precise judgment is very essential.

As any style enthusiast will tell you, the addition of
beautiful jewelry can accentuate outfits of all varieties; from
casual to elegant and everywhere in between. Crystal jewelry, as
many jewelry lovers continue to discover, has an exceptional
ability to transform an outfit – simple and comfortable becomes
classy; formal becomes exceptional. It's no wonder that crystal
jewelry continues to gain popularity among traditionalists and
trend-setters alike.

Crystal can be distinguished from other materials by its lead
content. This lead adds a weight to crystal but also gives it
flexibility; the lead content actually makes crystal quite soft
and pliable, allowing it to be cut and molded into a variety of
styles. It is for this reason that crystal is so popular in the
making of decorative and functional items for around the house.
It is used quite often in the making of wine glasses, serving
pieces, picture frames, and vases. People recognize the elegance
that crystal brings to a room and appreciate its sturdiness and
sparkle power. The same can be said for crystal jewelry. It is
versatile, sturdy, and always lovely.

Crystal jewelry can mean anything from earring to necklaces and
everything in between. Manufacturers of crystal jewelry are able
to cut it into unique shapes that creatively reflect light; and
the variations of style this gives consumers makes crystal
jewelry inordinately popular. The choices are endless – from
clear drop earrings to a colored crystal necklace – crystal
jewelry can elevate an outfit to new levels of elegance and
sophistication.

The other benefits of crystal jewelry are its durability and
affordability. Crystal jewelry is affordably priced and
therefore easy to replace; you don't have to be concerned that
you will lose or break crystal jewelry as you would with
diamonds or other precious gems.

You can find crystal jewelry at high-end department stores,
large retail outlets, and even in area jewelry stores. You may
also want to check out antique stores to find beautiful and
unique crystal jewelry.

Crystal jewelry revolutionizes your wardrobe and infuses your
own personality and style into all of your clothing choices.

You have decided you want to take a winter vacation in Lake
Tahoe, and as all the reviews of the area suggest, it is a good
choice. But now, how do you get the best deal? Luckily, for the
savvy traveler, "Ski & Stay" Packages are a staple of most Ski
resorts and winter vacationing towns. "Ski & Stay" Packages are
special deals that hotels, resorts, and even local towns and
businesses put packages together to get visitors to not only
stay in local hotels and eat at local eateries, but visit key
area recreational activities. During the winter months, ski
towns, like Lake Tahoe (both North and South Shore) offer tons
of different tempting ski, snowboarding, snowboarding, spa, and
shopping "Ski & Stay" packages.

The easiest way, for the internet savvy traveler, to discover a
vast array of packages it to use your favorite search engine and
search: Lake Tahoe Ski & Stay packages. Literally hundreds of
sites pop up. Lots of the local hotels and time-share resorts
have their own "Ski & Stay" specials on their sites.

Click on the Squaw Valley link and there you are, on one of
Tahoe's most famous resorts and the site of the 1960 Olympic
Winter Games. This site has many different packages ranging from
the $122.00 per person, per night package that includes two days
of unlimited skiing at Squaw Valley and two nights stay at
America's Best Value Inn in Tahoe City to the more deluxe Ski,
Spa, and Wine Tasting package from $553.00 per person for two
nights. This package includes two nights of lodging at the base
of the Squaw Valley Mountain and two days of unlimited skiing.
Breakfast is included each morning and a facial or a massage per
person and a wine-tasting event are included in the price.

If you visit www.northstarattahoe.com and look on the main
page, there is an advertisement for "Stay & Ski" packages, click
on the link, and you can see the packages they are featuring at
that time. The day I searched, they had several packages ranging
fro $103 a day per person to an American Express package that
offered a free night's stay with the purchase of three. North
Star was also adding a little sugar to the package pot by adding
a $25.00 gift certificate (per person) to be spent at the resort
and lift tickets being exchangeable for cross-country trail
passes. The lodging also includes access to the recreational
facilities, fitness center, pool, spa, and a game room.

Not all the resorts call the packages "Ski & Stay" (even though
many do) but Heavenly Resort, just call them vacation packages,
but they are essentially the same idea. If you go to
skiheavenly.com, not only can you see a live webcam of the snow
and skiers at Heavenly, you can also search for packages and be
redirected to a page that shows all sorts of vacation and
savings packages that Heavenly is offering. They have a "BIG
SNOW PACKAGE" offering five nights four days at $389. The great
thing about the Heavenly website is it also has custom plans
that you can create working with one of their agents and
exclusive online deals.

Not only the resorts offer great packages online, but also
hotels in nearby Reno and Carson City also have "Ski & Stay"
packages that include transportation to the nearest ski resorts,
not the mention the deals and packages the departments of
tourism for Nevada, California, city of Reno, city of Tahoe, and
city of Carson City have cooked up… And they all can be accessed
through a simple engine search.

If you happen not to be internet savvy, that does not make your
Ski & Stay options non-existent, just a little bit harder to
track down. Most of the hotels, tourism groups, and resorts have
little pamphlets scattered all over the airport, restaurants,
and any visitor center in the Reno/Tahoe area. But if you want
to plan something before you get there, you could start with
calling the Reno/Tahoe tourism board (officially called Visit
Reno Tahoe) and they will gladly send you all the pamphlets that
they have in stock. I called information and was given the 800
number and a local number .800.FOR.RENO
(800.367.7366)775.827.7600. when I called, I was greeted
cheerfully and when I said I was looking for pamphlets and
brochures on "Ski & Stay" packages, I was told they had plenty
of great deals and information they could send me. They then
asked a few questions about my interests in the area, and my
name, address, and phone number, and that quick and easy, I had
a bulging envelope of brochures on their way to my house! Local
travel agencies also have information, but the deals are a
little bit more outdated, and of course, include a travel agency
commission. But you could always go and get a handful of
brochures and then follow up booking and new pricing information
on your own!

Either way you get the "Ski & Stay" package information, it is
a great way to visit Lake Tahoe on a budget and get some coupons
and passes for things that you might not normally visit, making
your vacation all the more memorable and rich! And isn't that
really the point?
