Student Loan Rehabilitation is not a phrase you like to hear
when talking about college loan repayment, because it suggests
that the repayment part hasn't been happening and the loans have
gone into default. If a student has not made monthly payments,
and the loan holder has made a good faith effort to make contact
and collect on the loan, then after 270 days, the loan may be
placed into a default status.

Once in default, several things may happen. The loan may be
"accelerated", which means that the entire loan, including
principal and interest becomes due in a single payment. Also,
you will no longer entitled to any deferments or forbearance. If
you are in default on any Title IV student loan, you will not be
eligible for any additional Title IV federal student aid until
you have made at least six consecutive months of acceptable
payments.

Next, the guaranty agency will attempt to get payment in
several ways. State and federal income tax refunds may be taken
as well as a portion (15%) of any Social Security benefits that
may be involved. If you are a Federal employee, they may garnish
15% of your disposable pay directly. Private employers may also
be required to deduct this from your paycheck.

Collection efforts will continue either by assigning your debt
to a collection agency, or even taking legal action against you.

Beyond all that, credit agencies will be notified of the
default and your credit rating will suffer. Negative credit
ratings can stay on your credit report for up to seven years and
will adversely impact your ability to get loans or credit.

Loan rehabilitation means bringing your loan out of default and
getting back to regular on time payments. For FFEL or Direct
Student Loans, this means making at least nine monthly payments
within twenty days of the due date within ten months to the
Department of Education. Once this happens, your loan may be
sold back to an eligible lending institution. For Perkins Loans,
you will need to make twelve on time, monthly payments before
the loan is brought out of default. You will continue to make
payments to the Department of Education until the loan is paid
off.

Avoid default at all costs. If you find yourself unable to make
your monthly payments, contact your lender. They may be able to
assist you in finding a way to keep your loans current. If you
qualify, forbearance or deferment may apply to you. These would
both allow you a period of time without making payments.

If not qualified for deferment or forbearance, you may still
have a couple of alternatives that will keep you from default.
You may be able to choose a plan that bases payments on a
percentage of you total income. If you've taken a low paying
job, this may help you by lowering your payments to an
affordable amount.

Another possibility is a graduated payment plan, which allows
you to begin with a lower payment which will rise as time goes
on. Since your salary should increase over time, this may be
another good option.

If you haven't already done so, then consider a student loan
consolidation. Consolidating can often lower your payments
through a lower interest rate and by extending payments over a
longer period of time.

The key to student loan rehabilitation is avoiding it. Contact
your lender as soon as you realize you are going to fall behind.
Also, let them know if anything changes in your life, like your
address or school. It is in their best interests to help you
keep up your payments, but they can't if you don't keep them
updated.

A pharmacy technician is a pharmacy staff member who works
under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and
performs many pharmacy-related functions. Some of the job duties
include providing medication and other health care products to
patients, performing routine tasks associated with preparing
prescribed medication and many do the manual labor component of
providing drugs to patients.

In the past, most pharmacy technicians had only on-the-job
training but today, many employers favor those who have
completed a formal training and certification process. The
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board oversees the
certification process and those pharmacy technician wannabes
that earn certification receive the professional title Certified
Pharmacy Technician or CPHT follow their name. This type of
training program is usually offered by the military, some
hospitals, proprietary schools, vocational or technical
colleges, and community colleges. Even as little as 4 or 5 years
ago there were no US federal (and few state) laws making it
mandatory for pharmacy technicians to meet this qualifying
standard. However, some non-federal jurisdictions do require
licensing such as the state of Virginia.

In the United Kingdom and many other countries, there are
accredited programs which pharmacy technicians must complete. In
the UK this is composed of an on the job qualification, known as
an NVQ level 3 and a theory based qualification (BTEC) usually
completed on day-release at college or by correspondence course.
Within the next few years (probably around 2008) "pharmacy
technician" will become a protected job title in the UK and only
those with both qualifications will be allowed to use this title
by law.

According to a United States Department of Labor report a few
years ago, about two-thirds of pharmacy technicians worked in
retail pharmacies, both independently owned or part of a
drugstore, grocery store or mass retailer chain. Another 22%
were employed in hospitals, while a small portion worked in
mail-order or Internet pharmacies, clinics, pharmaceutical
wholesalers, or for the Federal Government. The balance in the
UK is of a similar.

Responsibilities of a pharmacy technician differ depending on
location. Although virtually all report directly the supervising
pharmacist, in some operations, they may also have some
supervisory responsibilities themselves by managing assistants
and / or pharmacy aides. Other responsibilities include
answering telephone calls, handling money, stocking shelves and
computer data entry.

Pharmacy technicians who work in hospitals, nursing homes or
assisted-living-type facilities may have additional
responsibilities like reading patient charts in conjunction with
prescriptions. After approval from the attending physician or
pharmacist they would then deliver the medicine to a nurse, who
in turn, administers it to the patient.

Pharmacy technicians may also be responsible for managing
robotic organizational systems that stock and organize 24-hour
supplies of medicine for every patient in a health care
facility. They may also package and label each dose of
medication separately, either by hand or with packaging
machines. These packages are then coordinated with a computer
using bar codes and make it possible to automate pharmacy-side
drug delivery: a package labeled by name, dose and expiration is
cataloged in a computer, before being placed on a shelf
controlled by a robotic arm until it's needed by a patient. Some
robotic systems can even dispense medications for individual
patients. These individual containers are then organized and
delivered by a pharmacy technician.

The role of the technician is likely to increase in the next
few years, due to aging population and as more pressures is put
on pharmacists to spend more time consulting and advising
patients, rather than to simply dispense prescriptions.

Are you ready to buy a home theater audio system? Here are
several tips to help you find the right audio system for you.

1. Spend some quality time with the room you are going to put
your new home theater audio system. Believe it or not but the
room is as much a component in your home theater system as any
of the electronics you will ever buy. Ask yourself which room
you will be putting your new system in. Consider whether or not
this room is going to be used solely for you system or will it
be used for other activities. Will there be any size
considerations for the components and speakers you plan on using
with the dimensions of the room?

Consider drawing a map of your room and sketch the possible
placements of your furniture, components and speakers. Measure
the room's dimensions and write them down. Make a list of all
the inputs you currently have and will continue to use. Make a
list of the inputs you intend to add to your new audio system.
You should write down which components are going to need cables
and wires. Also, write down the approximate lengths of those
cables and wires. Once all of this is worked out carry this
information and map with you when you go out to buy your new
audio system.

It is important to arrange your room for optimal picture and
sound by reducing screen and hard surface reflections. Do not
forget the TV picture is not very pretty when light is
reflecting off the screen. Also, audio is not so wonderful when
sound waves are reflecting off hard surfaces like bare walls and
windows.

2. Decide on what you want to experience when you settle down
on your couch with your partner and a big bowl of popcorn.
Ruminate on the experience you want before you ruminate on your
budget. Is it stereo, surround sound, or primarily movies?

3. Spend a few hours looking around on key sites and forums and
you will know more than most. Friends, family, trade and
consumer magazines and inquiring jaunts to your favorite
electronic store will help you gain customer leverage. Do not
buy anything at this point. Get as much information stuffed into
your brain that will help you when the time comes for you to buy
your system.

4. Revisit the drawing of your room and your research. You will
ultimately end up with two, possibly three choices. By now you
should be a confident consumer. Decide what you absolutely want.

5. There are values out there the trick is to be an expert on
home theater audio systems. Keep your eyes open for great deals.
Big electronic stores offer promotions, online manufacturers can
offer radically lower markup than retailers and online auctions
offer access to deals all over the world.

6. Don't get stuck with a mismatched TV size for your room. The
key here is balance. If the TV is too big then you tend to see
the details of the screen, not the image. If the TV is too small
you might feel like you're sitting in the nosebleed section.
Here is an equation to help you decide the best screen size for
your room.

2.5 x The size of you TV screen = Suggested viewing distance

For example: If your TV is 36" then according to the equation
you should sit about 90" from your TV (36 x 2.5 = 90). Note that
this chart in only a reference.

When determining which credit card company is right for you,
it's important to consider everything the credit card company
has to offer. Equally as important as a low APR or advanced
security features is the credit card company's customer service.

Because most consumers overlook customer service until it's too
late, we made calls to the top five credit card companies
(American Express, Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, and
Discover), then ranked them on how well they met the following
customer service benchmarks:

Helpful Web sites. First we visited their sites to see how
user-friendly they were, and whether toll-free phone numbers
were easy to find.

Knowledge of agents. We asked three advanced credit card
questions (security features, 0% APR availability, and debt
consolidation features), then rated their responses.

Helpfulness of agents. Finally, we assessed our general sense
of treatment as valued customers, which went into an overall
rating of each company's customer service.

TIME TO 800 NUMBER: Less than two minutes.

HELPFULNESS OF AGENTS: When we got through, we talked to a
helpful and professional representative. Even their automated
voice system woman who greets you when you first pick up is very
concise and polite, as far as robot ladies go.

well as low APR cards and offers. The only question the agent
was not able to answer was about credit card debt consolidation
features. However, Amex did provide direct and concise
information for all other questions we asked.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: The service rep was clear and not pushy
(albeit mechanical), and let us know that someone is available
to help further at their toll-free number, 24/7.

Bank of America

TIME TO 800 NUMBER: Less than two minutes.

HELPFULNESS OF AGENTS: We called the main number and went
through ten button-presses before being connected to a live
human (though admittedly some of those keypresses were out of
confusion). Some of the steps were obsolete and frustrating --
for example, selecting to respond by voice or by hitting a key.
On one occasion, a poorly-timed sneeze caused us to have to go
back in the menu. When finally connected to a "Bank On Call
Specialist," it was clear that, though thorough, the gentleman
on the other end was in as little mood to be friendly as we were
by this point.

KNOWLEDGE OF AGENTS: When asking about the basic security
features the card offered, the rep responded by mentioning the
"Safe-card" feature that generates random numbers each time the
card is used, instead of a traceable account number that "could
potentially be stolen." We playfully replied, "That's got to be
a good feature if you're up to no good." He did not find this
funny. Even after saying "That was a joke," the Bank On Call
Specialist didn't even give up a pity-snicker.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Operating out of Los Angeles, the Bank of
America 800-number is not 24/7 like some of the others, but does
operate late and on weekends. (Please note, however, that this
information was given by the service rep in person; meanwhile,
the Bank of America Web site proudly boasts 24/7 customer
service representatives on call. We didn't bother calling back
23 times to figure out which it really is.)

Citibank

TIME TO 800 NUMBER: Less than a minute; quick and easy.

HELPFULNESS OF AGENTS: With but one button-press after calling,
you are speaking to a live operator. We spoke to a good-humored
gentleman who, though having to transfer us to the "application
department" to answer general questions, laughed genuinely at
the response "Okay, super-duper" when he asked us to briefly
hold. (Customer service reps who don't hate their jobs always
reflect well on the company.) He transferred me to a female
agent who was equally well-tempered, and the whole ordeal was
genuine and friendly.

KNOWLEDGE OF AGENTS: They promptly filled me in on topics like
rewards card bonuses and low APR credit cards. Citibank seems to
handle issues like stolen credit cards with sensitivity and
care, and they assured me that "Identity Theft Specialists"
handle any potential issues one-on-one.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Citibank agents seem particularly
user-friendly in times of crises. Also, Citibank's customer
service hotline is available 24 hours.

Chase

TIME TO 800 NUMBER: Less than two minutes; one click from
homepage. A little overwhelming were the various numbers to call
based on topic, but the list was explained and labeled.

HELPFULNESS OF AGENTS: After a few selection menus and a
reasonable amount of holding time, we got through to a
professional (if somewhat dry) customer service representative.
Also, right on the Web site was the information that cardholders
can receive 24 hour automated services by phone, or live
representatives from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. daily.

KNOWLEDGE OF AGENTS: The agent answered questions about 0% APR
and low APR cards generically, promising only that "select
customers" are eligible.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: We left feeling that Chase dictates who is
deemed "eligible" for certain offers the way the cool kids at
high school decide who sits together at lunch. (Just a feeling.)
The exchange is professional and void of hullabaloo, if not
otherwise robotic and monotone.

Discover

TIME TO 800 NUMBER: It took but a moment to locate the phone
number (listed in the style of Chase's Web site, only minus the
visual chaos).

HELPFULNESS OF AGENTS: Once calling this 24/7 live-operator
(and automatic-optional) service number, it was only seconds
before being connected. The customer service representative was
the sweetest and not-in-a-fake-way of all the credit card
companies we tested.

KNOWLEDGE OF AGENTS: The agent answered all questions with
specifics, and plenty of pertinent information (security issues,
costs, eligibility for special offers, etc.). Additionally, many
of the offers seemed to far surpass the competition: for
example, 0% fraud liability on the spot, and more-than-fair
graces towards simple customer errors or lapses.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Both for the information and the manner in
which it was delivered, the taste left in our mouth was all
sweet and no-parts bitter.

Summary

We ranked the top five credit card companies on customer
service (American Express, Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, and
Discover), and here are our final results.

#5: Bank of America. Though offering the standard services, and
having a widespread name and corporate recognition, the actual
customer service perhaps suffers at the hand of being such a
titanic operation. It's difficult to find information on the Web
site (at least, information that agrees with their live
operators), and the personal care touch is gone. Perhaps Bank of
America outsourced their customer service operation. Outsourced
it to Mars.

#4: Chase. Although adequate, Chase has every one of those
small-annoyance features that are frustrating to customers:
limited information about APR and the like until agreeing to
apply; hold time with crummy music; a slightly confusing Web
site; dull and/or mechanical service representative interaction;
and limited hours of live person availability. are all
attributes that prevent Chase from boasting wonderful customer
services. Not really a pain-in-the-neck customer service system,
Chase is just average. Not bad bad, but not great.

#3: American Express. American Express does the job. No bells
and whistles, but a well-rounded customer service department,
with enough features to leave us generally satisfied. The rep
made a card recommendation for me after only a few questions,
and after further talking it turned out to be a good analysis.
American Express's customer service skills are much like the
aesthetics of the card itself: not the most brilliant gold
color, but definitely still gold.

#2: Citibank. Great customer service. It's nice to report that
there was almost a tie for first place rather than a tie for
last place, and in this case Citibank should be proud of that
close call. Nice clear Web site directory, one-touch access to a
live person, and interactions with human beings who made it
clear they didn't hate working for Citibank at all. Agents told
us about great featured bonuses for customers, but not in a way
that made us feel pressured. Wonderful customer service upkeep,
Citibank!

#1: Discover. Who knew it really pays to Discover™? Aside from
offering the easiest, most practical perks (regular 5% cash back
on purchases made at restaurants, gas stations, etc., as well as
comprehensive security and credit rating services), the
interactions with the Discover folks make you feel valued and
respected. Be it hospitality or above-and-beyond
professionalism, the general response we had after interacting
with Discover is that we want to move to where Discover is
headquartered, then raise our families and send our kids to
school there. Talking to a credit card company's customer
service line rarely leaves you feeling so warm and fuzzy.

We hope our credit card customer service roundup is helpful,
but as always your mileage may vary. The best way to find out is
to call yourself. Good luck finding those 800-numbers, though!

I'm all in favor of researching a niche and using what you find
out to intelligently select a client niche. However, if you sell
time-intensive services or complex, high-priced products,
research could cause you to overlook a perfectly viable niche. A
key point that might come up in your research is what the
average member of the niche can afford or would pay. Ignore that
average! Here are the numbers to think about instead, and why.

First, how many clients would you have per year if you were as
busy as you wanted to be? In some industries, this number is
extremely low. A direct-mail writer told me that her schedule is
completely full with just six clients per year, since she gets
repeat business from each, and each project might take a month
or six weeks to complete. If we look at professions where
clients tend to have weekly appointments for 45 minutes to an
hour, like music instruction or psychotherapy, there might be no
more than 35-40 clients a year when factoring in attrition.

According to Donald Mitchell, author of The 2,000 Percent
Squared Solution, the typical business-to-business company has
only 30 clients. And according to Registered Rep, a magazine for
investment professionals, wealth managers tend to have a full
practice with 70 or so clients. Until you actually figure this
out, you probably imagine the number of clients you need as way
higher than is warranted.

Second, determine whether or not there are enough people or
companies in the niche you're thinking of who are willing to pay
what you want to charge. And at this point you can see why
averages are irrelevant. If the direct-mail writer needs just
six clients a year, then whether or not the average company in
the field of, for instance, organic supplements is willing to
pay her rates doesn't matter. She needs only six. Likewise, the
psychotherapist who wants to make $150 an hour without accepting
insurance needs to attract just 35 people who are willing to
accept those conditions.

Third, can you cost-effectively find that number of clients in
the niche you are considering? Perhaps only giving it a try can
answer this question definitively, but be sure to examine a wide
variety of marketing options for attracting clients. Are there
magazines that reach, let's say, aspiring rock musicians holding
down well-paying corporate jobs? Then advertising and publicity
in those publications can put you in front of the right people.
Can other professionals refer to you individuals who have more
than $2 million in assets or serious issues getting over
childhood abuse? Are there lists of second-home owners within 30
miles of you or owners of pre-1990 Mustangs that you can rent
for promoting yourself as a caretaker or auto restorer?

Finally, let me illustrate this three-step mode of thinking
with a niche that you might be tempted to dismiss as obviously
impossible to make a living from – artists. Everyone knows the
stereotype of the "starving artist." Well, that's a stereotype,
not a universal truth.

Recently I read an article documenting that a surprising number
of Baby Boomers who have paid their dues in high-paying
corporate jobs are taking early retirement to finally fulfill
their artistic leanings. These people have plenty of money to
spend on artistic coaches, mentors, workshops, etc. and the
mindset to spend it. The biggest issue in targeting them as a
niche would therefore be whether or not you could
cost-effectively find or attract 20-30 clients who fall into
this category.

It remains true that most artists do not have much money to
spend on their career. But it is also true that a number of them
do. So long as you can identify and attract the ones who do, you
can turn that into a viable niche. Averages, smaverages!

Before you can begin to enjoy photo sharing with family and
friends, you need to take great digital shots that are
razor-sharp and crystal-clear. After all, there's nothing quite
so frustrating as when your photos of memorable events like a
graduation or a vacation turn out blurry or fuzzy or just plain
dull.

The good news is great photos can really be a snap -- if you
keep in mind a few important tips. I guarantee that in no time
you'll be having fun with photo sharing and easy photo printing!

Tip #1: Buy a camera you're comfortable with!

There are many digital cameras to choose from and, with all the
bells and whistles, making a selection is not easy. While all
these "extra" features are great to have, ask yourself these two
question: What do I really need and what can afford? Then make
your selection and learn all you can about the model you buy.
And keep the camera's manual close at hand so you can
continually refer to it. You'll definitely want a camera that
makes uploading photos to your computer a snap, as that allows
for photo sharing.

Tip #2: Keep the camera steady

The #1 reason our photographs turn out fuzzy or blurry is that
the camera is shaking. As you probably have found out, the
slightest movement can be disastrous, especially when your
looking for high-quality photo sharing and easy photo printing.
You don't want to waste your time taking photos or end up with
blurry prints.

But keeping a steady hand is not easy. So to ensure that you
take photos that are really sharp and clear every time, you can
do 3 things -- use a tripod (not likely but it is
foolproof)...or simply put your camera on any flat surface (not
always realistic)...or you can just lean back on a wall or tree
and hold yourself steady.

Remember, a still holder and a still camera will make all the
difference in the world if you want to produce clear, sharp
photos share you'll be proud of.

Tip #3: When to use your flash

The flash is used to eliminate dark shadows. But it's also
tends to create a barrier that can actually wash out the natural
mood that's so important to capturing mood and feel. So the
important decision is when to use it -- and not use it.
Disregard the urge to use the flash when you camera tells you
to.

Instead, whenever you can, use the natural light that's
available. In a darkened setting, instead of the flash, turn out
all surrounding lights to highlight the room. You'll be amazed
at how easily your will create photos that are beautiful and
poignant.

Be sure to know your flash's range. For most cameras, the
maximum range is less than 15 feet. Keep this in mind and you'll
enjoy photo sharing and easy photo printing because all your
photos will be outstanding!

Tip #4: Bring your photos to life

Here's a simple way to turn ordinary photos into unusual and
interesting shots. Don't keep your subject in the middle of the
frame. Instead, simply shift the image slightly to the left or
the right. You'll be delighted with the results.

Tip #5: Turn your camera sideways!

Now why would you want to do that? The answer shouldn't be a
surprise. With a vertical shot, you can create a picture that is
much more intriguing. Try it for yourself. You'll soon be taking
all sorts of vertical photos –- and enjoying the more! And the
better the picture, the more you'll enjoy photo sharing.

Tip #6: Be creative!

Don't let the photo control you. You control the photo. Use
your imagination and your creativity and you'll get plenty of
compliments.

Change locations. Add props. Arrange your subjects and
photograph them in different poses. You'll take photos that will
be a source of pride and joy forever.

Tip #7: Preserve your memories

You never know where or when that next great photo op will
present itself! So be prepared -- carry additional memory cards.
Just like a computer, you need some backup.
Believe me, sooner or later, you'll need that extra storage
capacity. And when you enjoy photo sharing and easy photo
printing with the people in your life and see the smiles on
their faces, you'll be glad you had the extra backup.

Photographs can help you create wonderful family keepsakes that
tell the stories of your life. Keep these tips in mind, and
you'll look forward to years of photo sharing and easy photo
printing, and preserve a lasting legacy for future generations
to enjoy.

of anything. You want the entire library records of Omaha,
Nebraska... Done! How about the addresses of every construction
company in the nation... Done! Email addresses can be purchased
with ease as well, but a word of caution on any of these
lists...

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SPAM EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER?

There's a couple of big points here. Not only is spamming
illegal (and there can be some pretty big penalties for this,
i.e. shutting down your domain), but it's also just not wise
from a marketing standpoint.

Hold on! What about direct mail? Everyone knows that you can
get a list and send out as much as you want. Companies do it
every day, and it's considered one of the most effective forms
of advertising.

While all that is true, remember that the big advantage that
email marketing has over direct mail is price point. In fact,
while direct mail is legal, it's also costly. This serves as a
self limiting factor. You can only send out as many ads as you
can afford. A computer, on the other hand, can send out a
million emails in an hour for almost nothing.

I don't know about you, but getting SPAM leaves a pretty bad
taste in my mouth. It sure doesn't provide me any incentive to
use the service of a company, so unprofessional, as to cloud my
inbox with every offer, promotion or survey they can think of.
In fact, it can do a lot to hinder the building of customer
relationships that CAN help drive your business to the next
level.

Email marketing is and should be conducted on a permission
basis only! In fact, the other name for this type of service is
"permission based marketing". If spamming is reported, the email
dissemination service will ban you very quickly.

So here is the big question. How do you reap the big benefits
of email marketing? How do you get permission to send out your
emails? How do you build a list?

Well, every business card in your Rolodex is fair game, but we
highly recommend that you contact these people before entering
their name into a database. Enter-to-win campaigns are also a
popular way to build your list, but require you to have a
storefront. Having a signup box on your website is a must. Each
type of business is unique and requires a different solution.
There are just too many options to list here, and new, creative
ways are being invented everyday. Every beginning email
marketing campaign should start with a thorough conversation on
how to build a successful list and appropriate names where
possible.

Used properly, email marketing can position your company as a
provider of solutions instead of a spamming pain in the neck.

As the agent of the "For Sale By Owner" home, it is imperative
that you are aware that home inspections are required by most
contracts. A standard sales contract will give the buyer the
opportunity to have many inspections performed on both the home
and the property. If the home inspection results in some
unforeseen information, it is possible for your sales to fall
through. This is a terrible situation that every seller should
avoid.

The inspections are as follows:

General Inspection: This home inspection is required because it
ensures that all major appliances, heating, plumbing,
air-conditioning, and electrical systems are in good working
condition. It is the responsibility of the seller to keep all of
it in working condition until the sale is closed. It will also
be the responsibility of the "For Sale by Owner" seller to make
any needed repairs to the house.

Roof Inspection: The "For Sale By Owner" seller has a chance of
being liable to make repairs for leaks or any damage to the roof
for up to three percent of the price of the sale. This liability
is especially valid to sellers in areas with heavy snow.

Termites and other Wood Destroying Organisms: In this event,
liability will differ depending on which state you are in. In
some states the seller is obligated to pay for up to three
percent of the purchase price to cover the repairs. In which
case, the buyer would be obligated to pay for the inspections.

However, other states will have the "For Sale By Owner" seller
be responsible for providing a certificate guaranteeing that the
home is clean and termite free to the buyer. One must obtain
this letter or certificate through a licensed pest control
company. The majority of the time, you will spend less than one
hundred dollars for these inspections.

For most sales contracts, one must have these home inspections
concluded within a limited amount of time. If a buyer runs out
of time, he or she loses the right to have any of these
inspections. If the buyer has the inspections concluded within
the given amount of time, the results will be sent to the
seller.

As the "For Sale By Owner" seller, it is in your best interest
to avoid any unforeseen surprises that can coincide with these
home inspections. As a precaution, you can choose to hire an
inspector in order to acquire a written report describing the
condition of your home. More often than not, you will save money
on the repairs that an inspector you have hired points out as
opposed to an inspector the buyer has hired. The Home Inspector

to help you find an inspector in your area. If you should choose
to hire your own inspector, it will generally cost you about two
hundred dollars. That money will be well spent, for you will
most likely save a lot of money by doing so.

It can be frustrating and even embarrassing to realize that you
have caught head lice. Not only are they annoying and
irritating, but they itch, itch, itch! Many people do not want
to use over-the-counter medications for head lice, so here are
some great tips for home remedies.

• Anise oil, geranium oil, ylang ylang oil and eucalyptus oil
are all natural insecticides or repellants. Take ¼ of a cup of
olive oil and then place 6 to 10 drops of one of these oils with
the olive oil. This dilutes it to prevent irritation from the
potency of the full essential oil. This can be placed all over
every strand of hair and the scalp and then left for 30 minutes
to an hour. Once you have allowed this mixture to stay on the
head, utilize a fine-tooth comb to thoroughly go through the
hair.

• Mayonnaise and petroleum jelly can both be utilized for
effective head lice removal. Coat the hair and scalp in one of
the two and be sure to thoroughly saturate each strand of hair.
Place a shower cap over the head, and either wait a few hours or
allow the infected person to wear this overnight. When you're
ready, rinse out the mayo or petroleum jelly. This may be a bit
difficult and may take several shampoos. Sprinkle flour on the
head for easier removal. Next, cover the hair with a normal
conditioner. While the conditioner is in the hair, comb with the
fine-tooth comb. Remove any dead head lice or nits (eggs) that
you can find. Then, thoroughly rinse the hair again and go back
through the hair with the fine-tooth comb.

• In order to kill head lice on hairbrushes, combs, hair
accessories, and similar items, place them in your sink. Stop
the sink with a plug and boil some water in a tea kettle or pot.
Place a few drops of eucalyptus or geranium oil in the sink with
the items and pour the boiling water into the sink until it
covers them. Allow this to soak for 30 minutes to an hour, and
the head lice should be dead. You can also opt to trash all of
these items and purchase new ones.

• Wash sheets, blankets, pillowcases, mattress pads, stuffed
animals, scarves and any other washable item that might be
infected in hot water. When they have washed, dry them in the
dryer on the hottest setting for 30 minutes to an hour. This
helps prevent re-infestation.

• Explain to your child why they shouldn't borrow someone
else's comb, hairbrush, helmet, hat, or other things that might
be infected. When they know not to do these things, you can
reduce their risk of becoming infected in the first place.

In conclusion, no one likes head lice but there is a great
chance that you or someone you love will get them. By utilizing
the above mentioned home remedy tips and tricks coupled with
intensive cleaning efforts and an ounce of prevention, you can
effectively get rid of head lice without medical interventions.
After all, you owe it to yourself to get rid of that head lice
by ending the infestation cycle.

The simple pendulum is said to date back to China, sometime in
two hundred A.D. In its most basic form a pendulum is defined as
a weight suspended from a fixed point so that it will swing
freely back and forth. The motion is created by the force of
gravity and the impulse the pendulum receives from its own
motion. A simple pendulum may consist of a heavy body, suspended
from a fixed pint by a string and caused to swing or vibrate
without much friction.

The discovery of the pendulum is probably the single most
important development in human timekeeping. Dating back to
fifteen eighty two, the controversial Italian scientist Galileo
Galilei was the first to understand that a swinging pendulum
could accurately power a clock movement. As a brilliant
physicist, Galileo calculated that a swinging pendulum, used in
combination with a traditional mainspring would increase the
accuracy of timekeeping. His design was not fully developed
until almost seventy years later when a Dutchman fully
integrated the pendulum into a working pendulum clock.

Simple clock pendulums are usually noting more than a hanging
circular piece of metal called the bob or disk. The bob is
attached to the clock movement by a piece of cable or metal rod.
The time of the vibration or cycle for the same pendulum will
vary in different locations. For example, the vibration of a
pendulum located at the earths equator will decrease as is it
moved towards one of the Earths poles.

Since the rod in most clock pendulums lengthens in the summer
and shortens in the winter, a means of preserving the uniform
length of the pendulum is needed. In what had become known as
regulator clocks, the pendulum rod consists of a frame of rods
made from different metals. The rods are arranged so that some
of the rods expand downward and others expand upward, keeping
the mean length of the pendulum the same.

Some vintage pendulum clocks utilized what was known as a
mercurial pendulum. The mercurial pendulum had a single rod, but
the weight at the end contained mercury. As the rod lengthened,
the mercury would expand upward. As the rod shortened, the
mercury would expand downward thus preserving the length of the
pendulum.

In a pendulum and weight clock movement, the basic components
have not changed much over the years. The required parts include
a weight or spring, which supplies the power for the movement.
The escapement acts to connect a balance wheel or pendulum to
the movement. Through a train of gears and rods, movement is
transmitted to the hands. In a weight system, the weight is
attached to a cord or chain that is wound around a drum. As the
weight descends, the unwinding of the cord imparts movement to
the gears. The motion is regulated by the motion or vibration of
the pendulum.

As motion is transmitted to the movement, a pinion gear
attached to the escapement connects with cogs called leaves. The
leaves are on a larger wheel whose pinion connects with another
large wheel and so on until the necessary number of wheels is
used to produce a rotation. The rotation, once every twelve
hours, is carried to the hour hand. Another wheel attached to
the minutes hand, makes a complete rotation every hour. The
movement of the wheelworks is controlled by the vibrations or
swinging of the pendulum.

The clock can be made to run faster or slower by shortening or
lengthening the pendulum. At the bottom of the bob or pendulum
is a threaded adjusting rod. The fine threads on the adjusting
rod aid in making very precise adjustments to the speed at which
the pendulum swings.

So much pressure has been put onto the shoulders of the
Internet lately. One has to keep in mind that this is a fairly
new "industry". It was never created for the sole purpose of
making money – let alone, masses of money. It is far from being
the "get rich quick" vehicle that some would make it out to be.

Nobody ever put this type of pressure on commercial television
in the last 50 years. The format has barely changed since its
inception. The shows are basically the same in content and that
includes everything from children, cooking, news, and the ever
popular sit-com format. Television hasn't really been
interactive either when you look at its long history. There are
some interactive attempts made in the last 15 years with
Phillips, WebTV and features on Dish Network.

Web 2.0 is the greatest thing ever invented on the web. It
propelled people to view the Internet in a whole new way. It
enabled people to partake in the experience. It also opened the
doors to a lot of great innovation for entrepreneurs. Now you
can rope in your very own herd of like minded individuals and
market to them directly. This is a very powerful communication
tool. It is no wonder that the ticket price for Facebook
continues to skyrocket. Everybody wants that list that's been
building for the past two years. There is a lot of monetary
value in it.

Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook, is only 23 years old.

How many spinoffs have there been in the recent months? There
have been tons of knockoffs, spinoffs and literally ripoffs of
this type of technology. They exist for just about every
category you can think of. One critical review can state that
there may be too many of them to keep track of. And really there
are only so many that the public can truly remember. There is a
Web 2.0 service right now that is strictly for doctors, dentists
and other areas of medical practice. Currently they only have 2%
of the New York medical community listed.

But thinking that the Web 2.0 Bubble is going to burst this
year is just too premature. If anything the web is going to
evolve into something more than what it already is.

MARKETING AND THE BRAIN

Part of Web 2.0's overall marketing appeal is that it is user
driven content that leads the way. There is a lot of garbage on
a lot of these sites. I do not fault the contributors as much as
I fault the people who control the Web 2.0 sites themselves.
There are a lot of categories on the video search engines that
proudly promote flatulence, belching, gross out competitions
etc. There are some sites that promote rudimentary film making
and others that do not accept any types of commercials
whatsoever. I feel this is a huge mistake.

Consider for a moment that 1/3 of the brain is dedicated to
audio and video stimuli. That means that this portion of the
brain is dedicated to receiving memorable amounts of visual
learning material. This can be both audio, (on the web we call
this podcasting) and video, (web video). You would have to be
nuts to turn your back on this scientific fact and hit them with
nothing but print but sadly, so many of us do just that. You are
missing out on huge amounts of rapport building through using
web video and web audio tools.

THE ADVERTISING PERSPECTIVE

It is no big secret that advertisers seek to get in front of
the customer no less than 13 times. It doesn't matter that the
first few times are ineffective because eventually the brand
will stick. This can be said for any number of the big brands
that are out there. Once the brand is successful more money must
be dumped into it to keep that profit funnel going. This is a
very important factor that a lot of small marketers seem to
miss.

Detroit Michigan has two baseball stadiums. One is for the new
Tigers Stadium, (Comerica Park) and the former Tiger Stadium
still stands today near Corktown. The interesting thing about
the old stadium is the billboards that surround the front
entrance. They are still being used by Budweiser, the King of
Beers, and there are only two bars on this street that proudly
serve it. This is no longer a high traffic area as it was in its
heyday. Still Anhauser Busch thinks it is still important to
occupy that real estate for passing traffic and they are right
because it still sends a very strong message.

On one hand its overkill but on the other hand it firmly
establishes a presence over the entire city of Detroit. For
anyone who has seen it this cements the two experiences together
in a historical perspective. Great beer – great sports – great
town – hence, an long held tradition.

To think that you can do this type of branding without paying
$4000 a month on billboards is quite exhilarating. You can also
get in front of more people doing it this way than ever before.
The effect you can put on your niche market is pretty much
limitless. But this type of communication only works if you know
how to talk to the web. You can pump out thousands of pages but
if they are not formatted properly you are wasting your time on
all accounts.

THE REASON FOR WEB 2.0 SUCCESS

You must start to think of yourself as a marketing person first
and foremost. What you do for a profession should always come
second. You're main goal is to get in front of the right people
and sell your services. You're job as a professional should be
to put this type of thinking into systems online that funnel in
the right type of prospects.

Web 2.0 lets users submit content to their sites. These can
come in the form of articles, web video commercials and audio
messages. This is done for a fraction of the cost of advertising
and broadcasting. And the best thing of all is that you control
the material. You no longer have to get involved with any
lengthy contracts or legal stipulations. This is content that
you can control from the beginning to the end. In short, you
control the end users experience.

If this bubble does burst it is going to give way to something
more brilliant. This includes more marketing on hand held
devices, (Iphones, Blackjacks, Cell Phones etc.) and this will
give you more chance to get in front of more people than ever
before.

Web 2.0 sites are free to get involved with. All you need is a
camcorder, a tripod and shotgun mic and a firewire cable and
some editing software. These sites are also free to upload your
content to and there are no monthly fees.

Come on, what are you waiting for?

Getting a Better Interest Rate

One of the prime reasons for remortgaging your home is that it
can help you choose a better interest rate than what you're
currently paying. For example, when you first buy your house,
you'll usually either take out a fixed-rate mortgage or one that
has a variable rate.

Because interest rates fluctuate quite often, it doesn't make
sense staying in a fixed interest rate mortgage that is charging
5%, when you could easily swap to one that's only charging 4.5%.

currently paying. Even if you find that there's a penalty for
doing this, the savings you make will be more than worth the

Another benefit that remortgaging your home can offer is that
it can release a lump sum of money whenever you need it. This
can be for a variety of reasons, and best of all it's often far
cheaper than taking out a more traditional loan from a bank or
similar.

Many homeowners are now using the equity in their home to pay
for things like a child's wedding; home improvements and
renovations; or even a luxury cruise for a special occasion,
such as a golden wedding anniversary. You can even use the money
release by a remortgage to buy yourself a new car – unlike a lot
of normal loans, there's no restrictions on what you use the
money for.

How it Works

One of the reasons there are still so many people not making
use of this easy way to free up some extra money is that they
misunderstand what a remortgage involves. However, it's a fairly
straightforward process yet can make such a difference to you
financially.

At its simplest, remortgaging your home is simply replacing
your current mortgage with a new one. This may mean only
changing the type of mortgage you have with your current lender,
or changing lenders altogether. Just like an actual mortgage,
there are a host of different rates and types of remortgages
available to you, so before you make the final decision, make
sure you shop around.

The Aston Martin V12 Vanquish or just Vanquish lived a short,
illustrious, and limelight filled era, and spanning just 7
years, from 2001-2007. This level of elegance and distinction
could never be misconstrued for anything or anyone else, because
it screamed outstanding performance, and timeless looks from the
new car on the block.

It was the forerunner of the Virage/ V8 Vantage, and was based
on the theories of two concept cars, the Bertone Jet 2, and the
Zagato Roadster; both were presented at the Geneva Motor Show in
2004. The Vanquish's stint in the limelight came from being the
official car in the twentieth James Bond movie "Die Another
Day", after that the Aston Martin Vanquish became one of the
most popular, and easily noticeable vehicle, it was the car on
everyone's lips. It was Aston Martin's prime, emblematic,
production car for the 7 years of its life. It was created by
Ian Callum and it is in the "grand tourer" class, and is
manufactured by "Aston Martin Lagonda Limited". Unfortunately,
it was dropped in 2007 and would be temporarily replaced by the
"Aston Martin DBS V12" as Aston Martin's pendant vehicle until
2010, when a permanent replacement will be made.

The Vanquish's core force consisted of "5.9 litre (5935cc),
48-valve, 60º V12 engine" outputting a max power of 460bhp
(343kW) at 6,500 rpm along with a torque of 542 N·m (400
ft·lbf), running at 0-62mph in 4.9 seconds, succeeding a top
speed of 186mph. A "fly-by-wire" throttle with a six speed
"clutchless, sequential, manual transmission" directs the
control system for the engine. The braking system on the
otherhand includes 355mm (14in) ventilated and drilled disc
brakes that have ABS, containing electronic brake distribution.

The Vanquish's engine mechanics is almost exact to the
blueprint and components of the "3.0 litre Duratec 30 V6", even
down to the last stroke and bore specifications. The car
possesses a FR layout along with the basic Coupe body style, the
Vanquish dimensions were carefully crafted; a length of 4666mm
(184in); a wheelbase of 2690mm (106in); a height of 1318mm
(52in); a width of 1923mm (76in); and a curb weight of 1835kg
(4045 lbs).

The Aston Martin Vanquish car was altogether unmodified until
2005 rolled around, when the second model came out by the name
of the Aston Martin Vanquish S, which was introduced at Paris
Auto Show in 2004. The changes that came with this model was the
increase in strength and more power all round, elegant styling
changes, and all new 19 inch wheels. They also gave a choice to
opt for a sportier appearance and performance with the "Sports
Dynamic Pack" with potent braking features, powerful, sportier
suspension, and refined steering capabilities. The engine, 6.0
litre V12 was masterminded by Ford and outputted a max power of
520bhp (388kW) at 7000 rpm, along with a torque of 577N m (426ft
lbf), increasing 0-62mph at 4.8 seconds achieving a top speed of
200mph. The Vanquish S braking system was stronger than that of
the Vanquish with 378mm (15in) situated at the front and 330mm
(13in) positioned in the rear rotors.

The production of the Aston Martin Vanquish's ended officially
on the 19th, July 2007, and that signaled the end of a master.
Aston Martin also issued that the production of the last 40 cars
would be under the stage name of the "Vanquish Ultimate
Edition", having an enigmatic "Ultimate Black" exterior,
elegantly done interiors, with tailor-made sill plaques inserted
into the dash. The Vanquish is an instant classic, and will
always have its critics, but will always have its fans.

It is in your company's best interests to really take a good
look at CRM solutions. The advantages of this type of system are
numerous. But CRM solutions are not a bed of roses. They are far

Not So Capital, Eh Old Chum?

Let us take a situation where a database's entries are all in
capital letters. When the data is retrieved and inserted into a
document, it will appear as in the database. That is, in all
caps. Obviously, that is not acceptable. You would have to
figure out a way to properly transform the letters into the
desired case. That probably means porting it over into another
program, changing it, and then porting it into your CRM system.
As far as CRM pitfalls go, this is subtle. But the real problem
is underestimating the time needed for menial tasks such as
this.

Go Forth And Multiply?

Another of the CRM pitfalls is underestimating the time and
effort needed to populate the database. Manual entry of data not
found in existing systems can be extremely tedious. You can take
anywhere from few weeks to a few months. This eventually bogs
the entire organization down. To nullify CRM pitfalls such as
this, consider hiring temporary workers assigned to these manual
tasks. It may cost the company some but it is better than taking
up the entire workforce's time with data entry tasks. CRM
projects fail because people do not expect this transfer to be
as difficult as it truly is.

Meet The Standards

You should have a well-designed data template. CRM systems may
offer many methods of data input and formatting but this also
complicates things. You have to make sure data input is executed
in a consistent and organized way or you will end up with a very
unwieldy, and ultimately, unusable database. Using pull down
menus with standardized answers is a very good step in the right
direction. Just make sure you have all the necessary options
within that menu.

Keep It Underwhelming

Figure out how many fields and data types you really need in
your CRM system. If unnecessary information is required, users
may grow frustrated with the system. But if necessary
information is lacking, the entire effort may fall apart.
Ideally, the right amount of information is present without the
presence of unneeded data.

Take care with all these things and you should have a highly
usable CRM system. In addition, make sure that your data itself
is accurate. Nothing more frustrating than taking hundred of
man-hours to input data that is erroneous. Finally, do not
forget to make the system user friendly. After all, the data is
meant to be used, not just stored. It is important that users be
able to retrieve data in an effective and timely fashion to meet
whatever needs they may have.

Our cats become a part of the family over time. But unlike
humans, who are considered elderly at 60 or 65, cats are
considered "senior citizens" at the ripe old age of 10. It is
important to understand the proper care of cats at all stages of
life. A kitten cannot be fed, groomed, medicated, and treated
the same way as an elderly cat. Here is a guide to proper
Elderly Cat Care.

Feeding Time

Most pet supply stores sell specially formulated cat foods that
are designed to provide proper health and nutrition to elderly
cats. Some formulas assist with proper digestion, since this can
often be a problem with older cats. Senior cats cannot
assimilate their food in their digestive tracts in the same way
that they did when they were youngsters.

Older cats can also have problems with their teeth that cause
them to eat less. This is why it is important to maintain good
dental hygiene in cats at a young age by either brushing, taking
them to the veterinarian for a cleaning, or feeding them snacks
that clean their teeth. If your elderly cat eats less, it may be
due to a toothache, thus it is sometimes ideal to feed them
softer foods, mostly wet, canned foods, so that chewing their
dinner won't be as much of an obstacle.

Many cat owners find that their cat's coat becomes dull with
age. This is due to poor nutrition. Feed your older cat a diet
rich in essential fatty acids to fix this problem. When
organisms, including cats, get older, they have an increased
production of free radicals in the body. Free radicals
contribute to the degeneration of cells in the body. Help build
up the immune system of your beloved cat by increasing his or
her intake of vitamin C and E.

Finally, you want your cat to remain active in old age. The
more energetic activities your cat participates in the better
health it will remain in. If you allow your cat to become obese
it will lay around the house and have reduced quality of life,
as well as a decrease in general health. Watch your pet's eating
habits and assure that it is not overeating, or eating as a
recreation as some cats do.

Grooming Elderly Cats

Another element of proper Elderly Cat Care is grooming. When
cats age, they sometimes stop grooming themselves with the same
frequency as they did when they were younger. This can create a
matted fur coat that is dirty and smells bad. Bad hygiene will
eventually lead to bad health. Because of this, it is important
that you groom your eldery cat yourself. Purchase a good cat
brush that doesn't just brush the outer coat, but one with
bristles that reach down to the skin to pull up old hair.

It sometimes helps to give your cat a bath, even though most
cats hate them with a passion. The best way to wash a cat is to
place them in the tub and gradually introduce water. You
certainly don't want to throw them into the tub with hot water
running inside! You may get a deep claw mark in the arm that
will never heal and remind you to never do that again. If you
apply water gradually to the cat's coat until they are
completely wet and then work in some shampoo quickly, you should
be able to accomplish that goal.

Vet Visits and Medication

When your cat grows into old age, it may have health
complications that require regular medication. You should
schedule a regular vet appointment for your elderly cat to
assure that you are keeping up with all details of its health
regimen. In older age, cats may seem fine but still have
complications. Ask your veterinarian to give your cat a blood
and urine test to find out if there is anything to be concerned
about to head off any future problems. Going back to dental
care, most older cats develop gum disease which can lead to
health problems down the line. Gum disease can be treated by
your veterinarian.

Just as with a human who has to take daily medication, if your
cat has been prescribed to take medications on a daily basis it
is helpful to keep everything in one place as a reminder. You do
not want to miss a day of any crucial medication as the system
of your older cat is much more delicate than those of younger
cats.

Pet Insurance

Insurance companies are coming to recognize the love that
people have for their pets. Thus, there are many new pet
insurance products popping up on the market. It is best to
enroll your pet into an insurance program at a younger age to
assure a more reasonable premium, but you may still be able to
enroll your elderly cat into an insurance program where his or
medical bills will be partly covered in the case of a medical
emergency. Some pet insurance companies will charge anywhere
from $20-$50 per month per cat, depending on their particular
situation.

The costs of pet surgeries and treatments can be way out of the
budget of most households, so having a pet insurance plan to
back you up can be a great asset. It will also give you peace of
mind about your cat as it ages.

Activities of the Elderly Cat

The activity level of elderly cats vary. Some cats become

other cats can be just as active in old age as they were in
their younger days. These cats may still like to play with you,
run, and chase the other cats around the house, but you just
need to be understanding that they may not be able to
participate in these games for as long as they used to. For
example, a game cats love to play is "chase their owner."
Instead of letting them chase you up and down the stairs as you
did when they were young, maybe you could keep the activity to
one level of the house. That way you will not overexert your cat
and help prolong his time spent active.

Choosing where to go for post secondary education has gotten
harder in the last few years. Even though there are more choices
and options available, there are also more people going to
college and entering the workforce. Future graduates have always
had to think about a college's location, price, accommodation,
curriculum and reputation, and nowadays they also have to think
about what their school will look like on their resume when
looking for work in the future.

A lot of students have the bad habit of changing their minds
about what career they would like to have, and unfortunately,
this comes with changing majors. Some changes are small, but
there are students that completely change direction and have to
alter their course load, and this would be more difficult at a
private college. Private colleges are much more expensive, and
it would cost a student an awful lot of money to change his or
her mind!

These days, a student has to make extra sure that they know
exactly what they want to do for a living before they decide
what kind of school to go to. This way, they will know which
school will look the best on their resume. Whether or not an
employer will care about which type of college an applicant
lists on their resume all depends what career choice someone
makes. Some employers barely look at the education part of a
resume, caring more about skill and experience, while others
scrutinize the education section.

If you are looking to make a career out of a job that is more
skill based, it would probably be a better idea to choose a good
community college. These types of colleges tend to offer much
more hands on experience and learning than private colleges.
Employers will be more likely to hire a student right out of
college if they have had this type of learning. If your goal is
to make a career out of a job that is more knowledge based, a
private college may be a good choice. These fields can be more
competitive, and employers are more likely to look at the
education part of your resume.

There is a middle ground between the two career types discussed
above, and for this broad span of career choices, students need
not worry about which school to choose. These employers will
probably mostly care about the fact that you have the education
and experience for the job and will not be concerned about
whether you went to a community college or a private college.

If you fall into that "middle ground", you can feel free to
make your choice based on what the school offers you, as opposed
to choosing between community and private. If you have the money
to spend, a private college might be a good choice, and if a
community college has just what you are looking for, then it
would be just as good a choice for you. There is not a
established rule in what is better, it all depends in one's
needs.

Many people spend thousands of dollars every year renting
homes. Many times the homes are not exactly what the person
wants, they are simply making due. It is often these people that

When you rent you are missing out on the opportunity to invest
in something that can make you money while you live in it. Many
markets are booming right now or getting ready to, which means
you can buy a home and make affordable monthly payment and
simply go about your business while the value of the home
increases.

When you are ready to sell then you are out nothing because you
are making affordable payments, but when you are able to
actually make money on the deal you will see the value of buying
a home.

If you are ready to settle into a home for the long haul you
will also find that buying simply makes more sense. A lot of
people rent the same home for ten or 15 years. Do you know that
a lot of people pay off a house in that time? Imagine if you
bought a house tomorrow and lived in it for 10 years, all the
while the market value was growing and you were paying on it.

Then, when you were ready to move you would be able to sell and
make a nice profit. Stop throwing your money away and invest it.
You have nothing to lose when you do this; you only have equity
to gain!

It is one of the most perfect places imaginable as a honeymoon

21st century Luxury Hotel, the Jade Mountain Resort is in fact
very low-tech, and this is something added that makes it so very
suitable for a St Lucia honeymoon. There are no telephones, ,
radios or televisions, and no children under the age of sixteen,
which makes it undoubtedly a real romantic getaway. Each
Sanctuary has a unique bell pull cord to summon a dedicated room
service and housekeeping team.

Guests at the Jade Mountain Resort have a good choice of dining
options. You can eat in your sanctuary off the extensive suite
service menu at any time of the day or night. Then you can eat
at the Jade Mountain Club which is at the very top of Jade
Mountain. This is an exclusive area for Jade Mountain Resort
guests with Dining and bar areas, and a communal infinity pool.
You can have a drink or a meal, as it serves breakfast, lunch,
