The daily problem everybody facing today is the sky rocketing
fuel price. But anybody driving their own vehicle cannot avoid
it. So it has become a task for each and everyone of us to find
out a way to increase or improve our auto gas mileage so that we
can save some money on fuel. If you research you will be amazed
to find so many different ways to improve auto gas mileage.
Hydrogen boost mileage system is a gas mileage enhancement
system that has been developed from a hydrogen gas generator.
Hydrogen with other electrolyzed gases accelerates the flame
spread during combustion. This process brings fuel to a
temperature that allows more injected fuel to vaporize and
thereby prepares it for further combustion. Reports claim that
this system will improve your gas mileage up to 30 %.
Magnetic type fuel saver will help you to save nearly 25 % of
your fuel cost and at the same time improve gas mileage as well.
It will also improve the performance of the vehicle. Fuel
combustion is done efficiently in many vehicles. This is the
reason why we smell petrol or see black fumes from our exhaust
pipes. The money we spent on fuel gets wasted due to this.
However we have a solution now in the form of the Fuel saver
that eliminates the problem of petrol wastage. It breaks down
the hard HC molecules and thus offers better combustion. Better
auto gas mileage can be achieved by using the Magnetic fuel
saver.
Energycel is an amazing product consisting of magnets. It forms
a fairly strong magnetic field around the fuel line in your
vehicle. This magnetic field will help to pass the gas to the
combustion chamber of the engine and thereby improve mileage. It
is an eco-friendly product that also clears up the air.
Petromoly is another way to improve auto gas mileage. It is a
lubricating engine oil treatment to the vehicle with Molybdenum
Disulfide. It not only improves gas mileage but also avoids
premature wear and tear of the engine. It has been claimed that
Petromoly will improve the gas mileage of a vehicle up to 50 %.
Turbonator is a fuel saver product which is made up of
stainless steel. Therefore it is free from any maintenance work.
You can easily install it in your vehicle with the screw driver.
The turbonator can be installed in the air cleaner or in the air
in-take hose depending up on the type of your vehicle. Its
dynamic air in flow design helps to improve the air in-take of
the vehicle. The users of this product have reasons to claim
that it is bound to improve the gas mileage of your vehicle from
10 to 22 %.
Rough driving like speeding or rash driving like stepping on
the accelerator and break pedal so hard results in wasting fuel
and that causes the decrease in mileage. Smooth and sensible
driving improves the auto gas mileage. Usage of overdrive gears
help saves fuel and reduces the wear and tear of the engine. You
can improve your auto gas mileage by using cruise control while
driving on highways.

The debate between gravity fed and agitated hoppers rages on as
paintballers everywhere try to decide which choice will provide
them with the best possible results. Here are a few key points
for each style and how they compare head to head.
Gravity-Fed
A gravity fed hopper is essentially a container with paintballs
in it. It sits casually on top of your gun and feeds those
paintballs one at a time into the gun or at least they are
supposed to. These are generally the cheapest hopper options
available and have a low rate of loading due to the speed of
gravity and the bouncing of the paintballs off of each other. If
you are firing too quickly, the balls in the hopper will stick
to each other and form an arch over the hole, stopping the feed
of paintballs. You can shake the hopper to fix the problem, but
it will generally slow your rate. The basic problems with
gravity fed hoppers are the reason why an agitated hopper was
developed.
Agitated
These hoppers contain a motor that connects to a paddle
spinning and breaking up the arches that form when the
paintballs gather over the feed hole. This ensures the
paintballs keep feeding into the gun at a steady pace, pushing
through the hole and not slowing down your shots.
The speed difference between from a gravity operated to
agitated hopper is actually non-existent. However, because there
is no break in the feed of paintballs, you do not need to stop
and shake them free for any reason. They will continually feed.
Agitated hoppers are slightly more expensive than their gravity
fed counterparts starting at $25 and rising rapidly from
there.
The agitated hopper comes in multiple different forms as well.
You can find some with very simple, straight paddles that push
the paintballs through the feed hole. Others will have paddles
that are shaped like propellers to physically move the
paintballs downward into the gun. They will not spin constantly
most of the time; rather they move only when the balls stop
feeding into the gun, making them more efficient. This is done
with a small sensor that will detect a gap between paintballs
feeding through. If the gap grows too large, the paddles will
start spinning. A single 9-volt battery is usually sufficient to
run an agitated feeder.
Force Fed
A force fed hopper does a little bit more than an agitated
hopper by actually forcing the paintballs into the chamber from
the hopper. It will usually have the paintballs fall to either
side of a cone, then rotate the cone to drop the paintballs into
the chamber one at a time. This kind of hopper will continually
force feed paintballs for as long as necessary to keep you
firing at a constant rate. These machines are highly efficient
and reliable, but can cost as much as $100 for a low end model.
When making a choice between hoppers, remember what you need
for your outing. If you are playing speedball, you will
definitely need at least an agitated feeder to ensure constant
firing while woodsball with a few beginner friends will likely
be okay with a gravity fed hopper.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
Until 2001, I spent my career as a research meteorologist,
delving into areas as diverse as cloud physics and weather
modification, numerical weather prediction, and artificial
intelligence. Over a span of more than thirty years, I'd written
numerous technical articles. But nearly seven years ago, I
retired from my job with the Naval Research Laboratory.
Why did I retire? At the time, I was doing some of the most
fascinating research I'd ever done. However, I knew that unless
I quit then, I'd miss a dream I'd been harboring for decades:
that of writing fiction. (At my retirement luncheon, several
colleagues jokingly suggested I needn't have retired to claim
that distinction.)
For years prior, in association with author/mentor Arline
Chase, I'd written short stories to learn storytelling skills.
It's one thing to write a story, but quite another to write one
that is enthralling and keeps the reader riveted. Regrettably,
most of what we write in technical journals - although less so
for the Bulletin - is hardly stay-up-all-night-turning- the-page
material. Another way to put it is that fiction has to be fun,
at least for the genre of fiction that I chose for my first
novel.
After retiring, I spent another year writing short stories
exclusively. But in 2002, I tackled a novel. Those of you who
read fiction know there are various genres. During my short
story period, I tried many of them: humor, fantasy, young adult,
romance, mystery, and thriller. I concluded that I had the most
success and fun writing thrillers. What is a thriller? Here's a
good definition: A novel of suspense with a plot structure that
reinforces the elements of gamesmanship and the chase, with a
sense of the hunt being paramount. The common thread is a
growing sense of threat and the excitement of pursuit. Those of
you who enjoy books by Tom Clancy know that he writes thrillers.
So, with genre in hand, I had to choose my topic. In fiction, a
common saw is to write what you know. What did I know?
Meteorology. And so, for months, with coconspirator Robin Brody
(a meteorologist who continues to be my primary reader), we
debated ideas worthy of a thriller, together with a plausible
premise. After months of discussion, we had the makings of a
story.
As the author, I had one nonnegotiable requirement: Enough of
James Bond-like spies - I wanted the protagonist to be a
meteorologist. If the world had to be saved (and it often does
in a thriller), I wanted our discipline to be up there - in
lights. Why choose a meteorologist? The choice is obvious. The
qualities that manifest our ranks are many: intelligence,
attention to detail, the ability to integrate and make sense of
disparate sets of data, training in both theoretical and
numerical processes, and a thorough appreciation of science in
general. One other important quality is our ability to accept
frequent failure, and criticism; who among us who has made a
forecast wouldn't agree? What more could you want from a
protagonist who must decipher complex clues and save the world
in the process?
Of course, I gave my protagonist, Dr. Victor Mark Silverstein,
a few added gifts: I gave him a photographic memory (I've always
wanted one of those) and a genius IQ (something I could have
used). The most fascinating characters are not perfect, however.
They become interesting and more human because of their faults.
Silverstein is arrogant because he knows he's smart, and he
often uses his talents to manipulate people. As you might
suspect, this combination can get him into trouble. There to
save him is his associate, Dr. Linda Kipling, also a
meteorologist, who possesses complementary skills - and is
fearless.
Fiction is either "plot driven" or "character driven." The best
books are both. I tried for a balance. You can imagine that
meteorology shows up in the plot, whereas human interactions
(often involving moral/ethical dilemmas) provide the
character-driven aspect.
Two-and-a-half years later, I completed Category 5 (iUniverse,
2005). Obviously, the plot concerns hurricanes. I won't give
away the premise; suffice it to say, the bad guys are doing bad
things with hurricanes, and it's up to the good guys to stop
them.
As an aside, I've concluded that it is impossible to publish a
book with no errors. Readers have spotted a few. I'm proud to
say, however, that not one of them (yet) has been
meteorological. I can't take the credit. Robin Brody and several
other meteorologist reviewers saved me from embarrassment.
(Note, however, my fortuitous forecast for 2007's Hurricane
Noel, for which my book's east coast track is close to the
observed, including " threading the needle between Cuba and
Haiti ")
To make my story more realistic, I visited all chapter
locations except for two remote sites (Christmas Island and the
Suez Canal) and the CIA. For example, at the end of Category 5,
considerable commotion breaks lose in Bermuda. My wife Becky and
I spent a week there scouting appropriate sites (someone had to
do it) and taking their GPS coordinates (they're listed at the
beginning of chapters). If you use Google Earth (or go to my Web
site, where I've summarized the images), you'll see where I
imagined the action occurred. Enter the coordinates for chapter
6 (32°22′02″ N, 64°40′39& #8243;W), and you'll
find yourself at the Bermuda Weather Service (where the staff
was most helpful). Do the same for chapter 3
(41°01′03″ N, 28°58′17" E), and you'll be
looking at the approximate location for the Pandeli Restaurant,
located in the Spice Market in Istanbul, Turkey. My wife and I
had a nice lunch there. In other instances, I "construct" a
building in a location I've scouted. The chapter 8 coordinates
(32°18′20″ N, 64°47′20& #8243;W) in Bermuda
identify the concrete fortress where the final showdown occurs.
Following Category 5, I wrote a sequel called Prophecy
(iUniverse, 2007), published in July. Although this time the
problem facing the world is not meteorological, I chose to keep
my meteorologist protagonists. The skills that make us what we
are transfer easily to other areas of science - in this case
genetics, DNA, and the genome.
However, I must say I feel guilty about deviating from
meteorology, and have decided to make amends with the third book
in the series. Because it seems to be the meteorological topic
of this decade, I've decided to tackle global climate change.
Robin and I have developed a premise worthy (we think) of a
complex thriller. And, if a fictional character is going to be
doing the heavy lifting in resolving a climate crisis, I'm going
to make darn sure that he or she is a meteorologist. We deserve
the recognition!

2007 issue of the Bulletin of the American Meteorological
Society and is reprinted with permission).

From Chapter V:
Barbara: Hazel, in talking about new technologies, how would
you evaluate the next generation of technologies that would
include such things as the satellite for education over India,
which is producing on a miniaturized basis an enormous amount of
information, and then the weather-monitoring satellites, and so
forth?
Hazel: Well, I don't want to say a total no to all of these
things, but I am suggesting that we no longer have the wisdom to
use all of those sorts of things.
Barbara: We no longer have?
Hazel: Or we've lost it, to use Jean's kind of imagery. For
example, I read a report on that Indian educational satellite
system; you know what has happened to that, don't you?
Barbara: No.
Hazel: Well, it's become purely a propaganda tool; it's
absolutely nothing but thought control. It's a totalitarian
state going into every village. And the fascinating thing is
that they have found that if you go to some of these little
Indian villages, the television sets are on all the time. They
fiddle with the channels to snow up the screen, and it creates
light! They don't have electric light by which to see in the
evenings, so they can then sit around and talk by the light of
the flashing television set! It's wonderful! [laughter] You see,
we don't have the wisdom to use all of that stuff. We're still
children playing around in Pandora's box. That is not the growth
point.
Barbara: Well, we certainly can't stay at this level of
technology, which might, as you say, be destructive. But it's
just an early form. I believe that technology is natural. There
is a technological aspect to everything on the material plane.
And there is an evolving continuum of technologies throughout
the evolutionary transcendence tools that will produce a
quantum leap as the genetic code technology produced a quantum
leap from the large molecules.
Technologies like astronautics, cybernetics, genetics, and so
on, will make it possible for humans to transcend the mammalian
condition physicallybrutalizing work, certain kinds of disease,
planet-boundness. We are at an early phase of human
technological development, but not of technology itself. That
has been going on since the origin of the physical universe. I
believe that as we begin to understand synergy and whole systems
both on Earth and in space our technologies will improve
enormously. They will be ephemeralized, as Bucky Fuller says
more biological than mechanical.
Hazel: Yes, of course, I didn't mean to make a blanket
statement. There are many technologies that are already
appropriate tape recorders are a very appropriate sort of
technology; they're individual; they allow personal control. A
typewriter is a very appropriate technology, a sewing machine,
power tools . . .
Jean: But here we have to ask: Appropriate to what? If we begin
to define the emerging image of what it means to be human, and
the larger notion of life and its capacities, then you begin to
discover those technologies that are appropriate.
Hazel: Well, what I mean, I think, is those technologies that
are appropriate to our level of wisdom.
Jean: Yes! But if you can extend that level of wisdom
Hazel: Then you can do all of these other things.
Jean: Not necessarily.
Hazel: You may not want to!
Jean: You may not want to; you may have a totally different
kind of technology.

When I was a child, my grandfather visited my family every
weekend. I dearly loved Poppa, and I vibrated with excitement
and joy as soon as I saw him approaching the front door. I could
feel the energy in my heart jumping out to meet the energy of
his.
Even as a child, I recognized that my heart's powerful energy
extended beyond my body. Today, science confirms this.
The Institute of HeartMath, a world leader in research-based
transformational technology, has found that our hearts generate
an electromagnetic field around us that is several feet in
diameter and five thousand times greater than the field
generated by the brain five thousand times!
HeartMath researchers have also found that peoples' heart
patterns look different when they're happy than when they're
angry, frustrated, or sad.
Negative emotions cause erratic patterns called 'heart rhythm
incoherence' which have damaging effects on your body. When
you're feeling angry or sad, stress hormones and cholesterol are
released into your body, your heart pumps faster, and your blood
pressure rises.
In contrast, when you're feeling appreciative and loving, you
create 'heart rhythm coherence' - smooth, even patterns in your
heart's rhythms. These feelings of happiness increase the
production of anti-aging hormones, normalize blood pressure,
improve cognitive function, and strengthen the immune system.
Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?
What's most exciting is that HeartMath discovered that you can
create more coherence in your heart rhythms at will simply by
focusing on emotions such as appreciation, love, and gratitude.
And this is one of the secrets that happy people know: No
matter what's going on in life, they let love lead. During the
research for my book, Happy for No Reason, I interviewed 100
unconditionally happy people I call them the "Happy 100." It
was clear that one of the ways they let love lead is through
gratitude. Though they have the same kinds of fears, pains, and
disappointments as you and me, people who are Happy for No
Reason simply focus more on gratitude throughout their day. You
too can use the power of gratitude to raise your level of
happiness. It's a matter of where you focus your attention.
Where do you focus your attention?
One of my Happy 100, Brother David Steindl-Rast, a Benedictine
monk in his eighties and founder of the Network for Grateful
Living, is one of the happiest people I've ever met. Brother
David shared with me a gratefulness practice he's done every day
for over 30 years.
Each day he selects a different theme to remind him about
gratitude. For example, one day he'll choose to focus on water,
so every time he encounters water - washing his hands, watering
the plants or brushing his teeth - he uses it as a reminder to
be present in the moment with pure gratefulness. This exercise
requires no extra time or physical energy it's simply a shift
in his awareness that allows a continual flow of appreciation,
love, and gratitude.
Try it for yourself. Choose your theme for today it could be
leaves, the sound of traffic or the telephone. For the rest of
your day, whenever you encounter your chosen theme, let it be a
cue to consciously feel gratefulness.
When you focus your awareness every day to experience what
Brother David calls "great fullness" in every moment, you'll
significantly raise your baseline level of happiness.
This is one of the many Happiness Habits I learned from the
Happy 100. I'll be sharing more of these with you in future
ezines. In the meantime, let's all keep practicing happiness. .
.
Happily,
Marci
P.S. If you find the research by the Institute of HeartMath as
fascinating as I do, you may want to learn more about their

you how stress is affecting your body and help you learn to
eliminate it from your life. I love using it. You can find it

Credit card blocking occurs when a business places a hold on
your credit card for a reservation such as a hotel or rental
car. When you use your credit card at registration, the clerk
will contact your credit card company and provide your credit
card company with an estimated total of your bill. If the
transaction is approved, that amount is held in reserve. In
addition to the actual cost of the hotel room, the clerk may add
on reasonable "incidental" costs for items such as food or
gasoline. Using credit card blocking means that the company can
be assured that your bill will be paid.
If you pay the bill with the same credit card used when you
checked in or returned the car, the purchase will replace the
block usually in 1 or 2 days. However, if you pay using a
different credit card or with cash the block may be held for up
to 15 days after you've checked out. This happens because your
credit card company was not notified that you used another form
of payment and assumed they had to continue to hold that amount
in reserve on your credit card.
Here are seven methods you can employ to protect yourself
against credit card blocking:
1. Pay for a hotel or rental car with the same card you used at
check-in.
2. Ask the merchant the amount that will be blocked, how they
determined the amount blocked and the time period the block will
be held.
3. Use two credit cards, one to make a reservation and one to
pay the final bill.
4. Pay with cash.
5. If you pay using another method, ask the clerk to call the
credit company and have the block removed. Get the clerk's name
and ask for proof that the block was removed if possible. Also
contact your credit card company to ensure the block was
removed.
6. Pay for hotel reservations in full prior to check-in so that
a block is not placed on your credit card. However, if a block
is placed after arrival it will only be for a small amount to
cover incidentals.
7. Complain to your state Congressman regarding credit card
blocking.
Credit card blocking is not illegal as long as the amount
blocked isn't above what the customer is likely to pay at the
end of the transaction. If your balance is near the credit
limit, it may be an inconvenience by tying up credit that you
may need, or it can cause a denied transaction for an item that
is purchased after the block is placed. Most consumers are not
aware that it happens at all, because the blocked amounts may
not come close to their credit limits.
To prevent credit card blocking, use the same credit card the
reservation was made, pay down your credit card to allow room
for extra items that you may need to purchase, in addition to
the reservation costs, and ensure the block is removed from your
credit card after the amount is paid in full.

Excerpt from Constantine Maroulis
Top 10, Season 4
If I went back to my high school and walked the halls, I'd
probably still hear my teacher's voice calling out to me,
"Constantine! You have such talent; don't waste it!" For some, a
teacher like that comes along once in a lifetime. For many, not
even once. I now look back and see how lucky I was that she
cared about me. Not too many teachers did.
When I was a teenager, I had a lousy attitude and topped it off
with bad grades. Deep down, I thought I probably was a good
singer, but I didn't have an ounce of confidence in my bones.
I'd look in the mirror and see a shy, ugly, geeky kid staring
back. And I'd be flat-out terrified if somebody asked me to
sing. In fact, I was so scared, there were times when I'd open
my mouth and nothing would come out.
I remember the rainy February morning that I walked into her
music class. I sat in my chair, half slumped over, thinking that
this was gonna be bad. I was chewing gum, figuring I could
probably sing and chew at the same time. I mean, I wasn't
serious about this singing thing.
The old wooden door opened slowly, and into the classroom
walked Mrs. Carol Birdsill. She looked right at me and smiled. I
instantly knew that she connected to something inside of me.
What it was, I didn't know, but that something whispered, Sit
up, shut up, and put out your hand, Constantine. She is holding
the missing puzzle piece you're looking for. I threw out my gum.
She was a round, jolly woman with big white hair. I loved to
watch her sit at her piano and sing her heart out. She was the
kindest, sweetest, and probably the most talented woman I had
ever met. I loved everything about her, but more importantly,
she loved everything about me.
For the first time in my life, someone believed in my talent.
With Mrs. Birdsill, I didn't have to say a word she knew how
much I struggled to let my inner voice out. She saw my anguish,
and she never gave up on me. Her goal was not only to get me to
sing, but more importantly, to get me to believe I could sing.
She also happened to be the musical director for our high-school
plays and wanted me to be in them.
One day, she took me aside, looked me in the eye, and said,
"You have real talent. Just stop the nonsense and focus! First
of all, you have to start doing better in school. Secondly, I
know this is something you could pursue professionally some day.
I believe in you, Constantine." She gave it to me straight, but
it just didn't sink in fast enough. She tried so hard to get to
me, but I remained slightly out of her reach. It was just a lot
easier hanging out with my friends than facing my fears.
The surprise of my life came when Mrs. Birdsill picked me to be
the music teacher for the day. It might not sound like a big
deal, but it was. In fact, it was considered a school honor my
first. I was so proud and excited.
The day before my big teaching day dawned, the principal called
me down to his office during music class. I thought he probably
needed to talk to me about the procedures for the next day. I
walked in and he said, "Sit down, Constantine."
My knees knocked as I tried to center myself in the enormous
mahogany chair in front of his desk.
"Constantine," he said, "you've done very well in Mrs.
Birdsill's class, and it's a great privilege to be chosen as the
music teacher for the day. Unfortunately, your other grades are
not worthy, and I can't allow you to accept this honor." I sat
there motionless as his words went through me like a blade of
ice. I was devastated. I had failed again, and I took it out on
the one person who meant the most to me.
I fought back my tears as I went to her class, picked up my
books, and walked out, never looking back. I had made my
decision: I'm not going to try out for her shows. They're for
losers.
I remember the day before the school's big show the show I
belonged in, and the one I knew Mrs. Birdsill wanted me in so
badly. I peeked into the auditorium and saw her hard at work
with actors, singers, and band members. I walked home slowly
that day with an awful, empty feeling inside.
When I got to my house, I went into the kitchen and threw my
books across the floor just as the phone rang. I didn't feel
much like talking to anyone, but I picked up the phone and
unenthusiastically said hello. The chilling words that came
across the phone line left me frozen. "Constantine?! Oh, my God,
Constantine, Mrs. Birdsill just died!"
I threw the phone and, as it smashed into the wall, I screamed,
"Nooooo! Please, come back. Please!" I wept my God, I wept. I
felt like I had lost my guardian angel, the one who had been
sent to help me believe in myself.
My pain was so great that I thought it would never leave. But
my lack of will to turn my life around was greater . . . until
exactly one year to the day after Mrs. Birdsill's death.
The opening day of our school's annual play was upon us once
again and, once again, I wasn't a part of it. Just as I had
done the year before, I peeked into the auditorium, and this
time the absence of the jolly woman with the big white hair was
painfully obvious.
But a strange thing happened later that day. A huge, round,
fluffy white owl perched itself on a telephone pole outside and
just sat there, motionless, staring at the school. No one knew
where it came from. We had never seen an owl in our neighborhood
before and didn't they just come out in the dark of night?
I went outside and watched that bird for hours. Everyone was
talking about it, asking, "Why is it staying there?"
I knew why. That owl had come for me. As I stared at the
creature, it stared back, looking right through me, and I felt
just like I did when I first walked into Mrs. Birdsill's music
room twelve months earlier. The owl took no pity. I fell to my
knees and wept and it just watched me weep. That owl had a
message, and in the quiet evening air, I finally heard it, loud
and clear.
The next school play was West Side Story, and although I was
terrified, I auditioned. I found the strength to overcome my
fear when I heard Mrs. Birdsill's voice inside me, saying, I
believe in you, Constantine. You can do this.
I got the part.
I worked harder than I had ever worked at anything in my life,
and when the curtain went up on opening night, I sang my best,
knowing my guardian angel was right by my side. As I struggled
to find that first note, the missing puzzle piece was finally in
place. I not only heard her voice saying, I believe in you, but
for the first time ever, I heard my own voice saying, I believe
in me. And that's how it all began.

You attract what you do about what you think. - Daniel Grissom
We've all heard of the Law of Attraction. It says, you attract
what you think about. But, do your results in sales and
leadership support this definition? Mine have not. Hey, I
thought about getting straight A's during my school days and
having the physique of a body builder, but neither happened. Why
is that?
It's because The Law of Attraction is a misnomer. It's really
The Law of Attraction, which is a combination of attraction and
action. You don't attract what you think about, but you attract
what you do about what you think. The key is action!
And when you do take action, you must give your best to attract
the best. Think about it. Likely, when you aimed for an A+ in
school you got that result. But, when you aimed for a B+ or
less, you got an incongruent result. Why is it that only A+
standards produce congruent results?
First, it's because when you don't give your best, the universe
reciprocates by giving you a substandard result. The universe
rewards excellence and reproves average initiative! It's just
that simple. Consider the parable of the talents. Here's my
paraphrasing of this biblical story. Once, there was a Master
who entrusted large some of money (talents) to his three
workers. The Master gave these talents according to the ability
of each worker. The Master expected each worker to invest these
talents and maximize their potential, while he was away.
What happened? When the Master returned he discovered that only
two of the workers developed their talents. He was pleased. The
3rd worker, who "just thought" about taking action and giving
his best, was severely rebuked. Why? It's because he failed to
take action. He failed to develop his God-given talents. Could
you be sitting on your sales and leadership talents?
This was unacceptable to the Master and this worker was thrown
into utter darkness. And, his talents were given to the other
workers that had taken action. Do you get it? Although, the 3rd
worker thought about taking action, he attracted rebuke because
of his lack of actions, not because of his well-meaning
thoughts.
Second, it's because the universe is inviting you to step out
of your comfort zone. What's a comfort zone? It's a place that
you go to relax and sometimes fall asleep. The universe presents
you with a substandard result because it wants you to wake up.
It beckons you to expand your comfort zone and step up. The
universe knows that the comfort zone is really the danger zone
because it's suppressing your God-given potential. Third, it's
because the formula for "achieving excellence" is clearer than
that for "achieving average." In other words, the requirements
for transformation (your best effort) are clearer than those for
modification (your second best effort). Think about that for a
minute. Have you ever tried to lose two pounds, but then
struggled to decide what you could eat or do to achieve this
goal? But in comparison, when you decided to STEP UP and lost 10
pounds, the do's and dont's were crystal clear. You see,
transformation is an A+ standard, which produces excellent
results. But, modification is the equivalent of a B+ standard,
which produces average results.
In summary, the law of attraction commands you to raise your
standards, take action and unleash your potential in sales and
life. The universe demands you step out of your comfort zone. It
invites you to STEP UP!

There's more to CRM definition than what meets the eye. For a
lot of entrepreneurs, it's the way to do business. Because
customers are the lifeblood of any business, Customer
Relationship Management emerged to make the whole process more
convenient, a lot easier, and with wider remuneration.
CRM Definition
Customer Relationship Management or CRM is a term used for
managing customer interactions in a structured manner using
tools, software, and methodologies through online means. But one
cannot grasp CRM merely by the CRM definition alone. It is an
intricate and technical web of innovations so comprehensive and
convenient access to information are achieved.
As an example, a fashion retail shop would be able to have a
customer database with valuable information such as specific
customer preferences, purchase history, product needs, feedback
and contact details, among others. The managers, sales staff,
and even the clients themselves may be able to gain access to
user-specific areas of this database to make service easier for
everyone involved, most especially the customers.
So What's Behind A Mere CRM Definition?
Because the CRM definition guarantees smoother, easier, and
almost seamless customer relations, it consists of powerful
innovations that allow your organization to do any, if not all,
of the following:
Form a personalized relationship with each and every customer
for easier attainment of consumer satisfaction. The more your
clients trust you, then the easier it is for your business to
gain profits. With CRM, you can get a good look at the customers
bringing in most of the profits and you have the opportunity to
give them the high quality of service they deserve.
CRM can give you the tools to enhance key customer-centric
departments such as telemarketing, sales, and customer
relations. With CRM, you can now have easy and shared access to
optimized customer information. Your current processes can also
be restructured or improved to reduce cost and increase sales.
So if your current delivery service is via a landline, CRM
allows you to incorporate purchases through other means such as
the Internet and mobile devices, as well.
Your management and staff can have easy storage and access to
any customer-related information that's very useful to
successfully closing sales.
The automation of your marketing process is made possible
with CRM. You can quickly and easily identify your leads and
prospects, as well as your repeat and regular customers. Because
your marketing message is clear, you are able to run highly
effective marketing campaigns.
CRM is not just some savvy trend with an intelligent definition
and powered by the latest technology. It goes way beyond than
that. To be able to use it to your organization's advantage, you
need to be sensitive and constantly alert to the behaviors of
your target market, your customer's feedback, and what they
really want and need. CRM will not create stronger ties with
your customers by itself. You should be in control and deftly
utilize the technology of CRM to make it work for your business.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
An author that sets out to write a trilogy, is to say the least
ambitious, to maintain key characters over three books requires
some very intricate plot manipulations. Mary Martin has
succeeded in grand style. A Trial Of One wraps up The Osgoode
Trilogy. In book one we meet our intrepid, yet unlikely hero
Harry Jenkins, a very average lawyer, practicing in a very small
and very nondescript law firm. When his partner dies suddenly he
finds himself captain of the ship, but where is the ship headed?
It is now his alone to make work.
Book two Final Paradox continues Harry's saga, he discovers
that a huge fraud was perpetrated years before, millions of
dollars disappeared in a medical research scam, and his elderly
client Norma Dinnick exhibiting the tell tale signs of dementia
confuses Harry. Is she victim of the fraud, or a partner to the
crime?
In A Trial Of One these mysteries, and there are several
interwoven and cleverly executed plot twists, all gradually come
together. Our hero Harry finds himself once again caught up in
the needs of his clients. Norma Dinnick has been incarcerated in
a mental institution having been found not guilty by way of
insanity due to the onset of Alzheimer's for murder. In her rare
trips into lucidity she talks of a huge fortune that rightly
belongs to her. Harry acting as not only her lawyer, but also
legal guardian feels obliged to investigate. The fortune itself
seems real, but is it the ill gotten gains from a fraud, or
money that was justly earned? A shell company called Elixacorp
raised over $30 million dollars, but where is the money now?
Although all of the original protagonists in the fraud scheme
are dead, there is one man who still has a driving interest in
the loot, Dr. Robert Hawke. Is he medical genius, or maniacal
madman? That is the question that we are faced with. It does not
take Harry long to realize that Dr. Hawke is a dangerous
adversary. Dr. Hawke is researching a new drug that can treat,
and even reverse the ravages of Alzheimer's. This could be the
single most important breakthrough in medical science in many
years. Research takes money though, and Dr. Hawke contends that
the money Harry Jenkins seeks was legally raised, and was
specifically for research into Alzheimer's. Harry Jenkins must
also deal with the distraught widow of his dead partner. Dorothy
Crawford is convinced that her husband Richard was poisoned, and
the fatal Stroke, was merely the result. And the murderer is
someone just know by the initial 'Q.'
A Trial Of One is a cracking read, to call it a page turner
does not do it justice. What I really liked was that even
through it is part of a trilogy it stands on its own. You do not
need to have read the previous books to understand the plot, or
the characters involved. The characters are well developed, and
rich in texture.
The story moves from Toronto, to Vienna, to London, each step
becomes more dangerous for Harry.
This is an interesting book and operates on several different
levels. This is not your standard action/adventure by any
stretch of the imagination. One of the subplots involves sex,
well actually that is not quite true, it involves sexuality, and
it certainly is thought provoking.
Maybe a trilogy is the ideal number of books to work a
character, and then move on. Even famous best selling authors
have fallen into the trap of wearing a character out, one
example is author Tom Clancy who worked his character Jack Ryan
until he became a joke. Mary Martin has not done that, in fact I
am sure that she could use him a couple more times. Certainly if
I was her, I would be giving serious thought to it.
This is a great book, and you can get your own copy from
Amazon, there is also an interesting web page, The Osgoode
Trilogy, supporting the trilogy.

Finding and retaining your leading sales staff is an important
part of profitable B2B marketing programs. One shouldn't plan on
simply throwing people into the call center with expectations of
good results. After grasping the primary concepts in a phone
marketing campaign, you will have to understand the function of
the phone marketer and how they will interface with overall
strategy. It's important to know the skills and traits which are
needed to fill the position and match overall expectations. To
do this, you may want to ask yourself some questions:
* do your candidates possess the right experience?
* is it necessary for them to have previously worked with the
CRM program?
* will they need to already be savvy at hire, or will you
train?
* are there certain prerequisites which you will require?
* do you need energetic, results-oriented or easygoing phone
staff?
* should your marketers have a particular level of
professionalism?
* will they be required to think creatively in solving
problems?
The top five qualities of great salespeople, according to
Workplace Today Magazine:
* empathy
* motivation
* service-oriented
* conscientious
* good self-esteem
Finding The Right People
First, let's begin with the right group of candidates.
Well-written and targeted recruitment advertisements like those
at monster, careerbuilder, and jobs.com are great. You can also
post open jobs at the local college career center and senior
center. You can put advertisements on cable television, radio,
or even purchase ads which run in advance of the films at your
neighborhood movieplex. By being aware of the good
service-oriented people working at restaurants, supermarkets,
and theaters, you may find folks whose friendly and articule
mannerisms could well translate into a good phone marketing
repertoire. Why not award a bonus to a staff member who helps
locate the next good phone marketer, payable at the completion
of a ninety day probation? It's recommended that you don't write
"telemarketing" or "telemarketer" in your ad - it's better to
opt for something such as "sales support" or "customer service,"
as these words attract a wider group of potential employees.
Hiring
For most jobs, you'd most likely ask for a resume first. For
phone marketers, instead first let prospective marketers call a
particular phone number which sends them directly to voice mail.
The out-going message should tell them about your company and
the job description, then ask that the caller leave their name
and number and offer a couple of minutes' time for them to
demonstrate why they are the correct person to have in the
position. By listening to candidates speaking on the messages,
and paying attention to the way they pitch themselves, you
should be able to take first impressions of who will make it
through to the next stage. Those who leave a positive impact
from their message can be next invited to a telephone interview.
Those callers who pose a question about the business, product,
or what you need from them on the job are most likely thoughtful
enough to be the proactive type that you'll need to generate
leads on the phone. The very top candidates will attempt to
engage you by opening up a conversation. Those potential
employees who remain strong should now be requested to send a
cover letter and resume. This is the right stage to delve deeper
and look more closely at the applicant's history to see if they
possess the desired experience. Final in-person interviews can
then be scheduled with your best candidates.
Training
Correct training is a top way to avoid disappointment and
failure in your telephone marketing campaigns. These sessions
will provide new employees with the background and knowledge to
reach their goals across a wide range of scenarios. The optimal
amount of training is Dependant on the type of work they will do
and their past experience. The basics could go over company
history and role in the industry, and discuss the field of
competition. Next describe your company's offerings, along with
an overview of the features which may be important to potential
buyers. Of course, phone marketers need to have a good
understanding of prices and costs in the sales which they will
make. By taking care to demonstrate the preferred methods of
using the CRM program, outlining policy, and being up-front
about expectations, your new sales staff can set the bar for
themselves and measure their own performance day by day and
better use their work hours. Successful recruitment and
retainment of the right people is the leading way to ensure
positive results from your business-to-business marketing
efforts.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
When that sweet little puppy face is staring at you, begging
you to take it home, it's easy for rational thought to go out
the window. And if that adorable face comes complete with a few
face licks, you're most likely already sold. The moment you're
being bombarded with wet kisses, you're probably not thinking
about all the time and energy, not to mention the cost of owning
a dog.
Besides the time spent training and caring for it, there are
also the basic expenses of food, a warm bed, grooming and
veterinary care. In addition, you'll want to have a few other
things on hand: a leash and collar for walks, toys for playtime
and treats for training. Most of these expenses vary from dog
to dog.
Take food, for example. A three-pound Chihuahua will eat less
than a 100-pound Great Pyrenees. But it's not only the amount
of food they eat; it's also the type of food. You can spend a
nominal amount on low-quality dog food that contains a lot of
fillers, and not enough protein and minerals, or you can spend
several times that amount on a special raw diet. While these
types of diets generally offer all the nutrients and vitamins a
dog needs, minus added filler, some dog owners like the
convenience of a dry or canned food.
As smaller pets take up less space, so do their accessories. A
teacup poodle-sized dog bed would never accommodate a Great
Dane. A tiny bed will cost considerably less than a large bed.
But then again, you may decide to forgo a dog bed altogether in
favor of letting the dog sleep on a family member's bed. A toy
that is the perfect size for a tiny Yorkie mouth could be
dangerous around a larger dog. A big dog could choke on a toy
meant for a small dog. Larger toys are in order if you're
getting a large breed dog. Buy a few nice toys, if you can.
Consider it part of the cost of owning a dog.
Grooming is another consideration. It's important that dogs
are bathed and brushed regularly. This helps keep their skin
healthy and their coat shiny. As some dogs are prone to skin
disorders, it's always a good idea to maintain good habits in
this regard. Some dogs shed more than others. Even dogs that
are touted as "non-shedding" breeds still shed, but maybe not as
much as others. The home of a golden retriever might harbor
tumbleweeds of dog hair in every corner, while in the home of a
maltese, you might only find a few hairs here or there. Regular
washing and brushing can help control shedding, though at
certain times of the year, dogs lose more hair in preparation
for the change of seasons. It's also important to keep a dog's
nails short. If nails are left to grow, the quick (the fleshy
portion on the underside of the nail) grows along with them,
making it difficult to trim nails short without damaging the
quick. If the nails are excessively long, it can be difficult
and uncomfortable for a dog to walk on them. To save money, as
well as bond with your dog, you can do all of the grooming
activities yourself. You'll spend more on the initial supply of
shampoo and nail clippers, but they'll pay for themselves the
more you groom your dog.
The most critical expense to consider is that of veterinary
care. Unlike toys and treats, this expense cannot be eliminated
in a pinch. This is a necessary cost of owning a dog. In a
perfect world, dogs would see the vet once a year. They'd go
for annual rabies and distemper shots, as well as tests to check
for other canine diseases. This schedule would stay in effect
for the life of the dog. Unfortunately, sometimes dogs need
more frequent vet visits. Ear infections, sprains and stomach
ailments are among the most common reasons dogs visit their
vets. Thankfully, these are usually temporary issues, and dogs
recover rather quickly.
But other diseases are much more serious, and much more
expensive to treat. It's said that fifty percent of all dogs
over age ten will die of cancer. But certain breeds of dogs are
more likely than others to have particular health issues, even
before that age. Bulldogs, pugs and other short-muzzled breeds
are predisposed to breathing problems. Hip dysplasia is not
uncommon in golden retrievers. Cocker spaniels are susceptible
to eye disorders, such as cataracts. Of course, most dogs live
long, full, healthy lives, but it's a good idea to research your
breed to understand what to expect.
Other items such as collars, leashes, toys and treats, run the
gamut from inexpensive to downright pricey. You can find
serviceable nylon collars and leashes, or you can opt for the
rhinestone-encrusted collar with matching leash. It's the same
with toys. You can find an inexpensive fleece chew toy, or an
indestructible rubber polymer bone. Dry kibble treats can be
purchased in bulk, or you can opt for natural treats that are
made with real meat and vegetables.
Whether you spend a lot or a little, your dog won't know the
difference. However, what he will know is how much love and
attention you lavish on him, and he'll be forever grateful. If
you figure affection and loyalty into the cost of owning a dog,
you may find that you get back everything you spent, and so much
more.

Network marketing is very effective way to make money online
and it's not a get-rich quick scheme. It involves selling
memberships, subscriptions, and services to those people who
need them for some reasons. Services include financial planning,
legal services, and other services that people may need in exact
moment.
However there is a few requirements that have to be met in
order to become successful network marketer such as the will to
talk to people and ability to explain the benefits of these
services. Successful networking marketing businesses rely also
on generating additional contacts from those who have signed up
to receive services. People who are about to become your clients
usually require more information and want to make sure that
particular product or service will satisfy them and your role is
to provide all necessary information for them.
If you enjoy sales, you are confident about selling products
and want to earn a steady, decent income working part-time or
full-time, then networking marketing may be the right decision
for you. For every single sale you generate, you will be paid a
commission. Commissions usually tend to be higher than selling
products online, but in order to sell these services, you have
to do more work as your promotional campaign goes on. The main
key to success here is convincing others that they need to sign
up to receive certain services and this activity itself requires
patience and hard consistent work spent on follow-up emails,
calls, and other marketing tactics. For those who are retired,
but looking for an at-home opportunity, network marketing may be
the answer.
Depending on the company you work for, you may receive
training, advice, and a small salary until you earn your first
commission. The fact is that different people enjoy different
methods of marketing, ones of them enjoy networking online,
other over the phone, and yet another in person. You will have
to attend social functions, networking conferences, and other
events to continually find contacts who would be interested in
your services. Many people who enjoy attending social functions
are able to easily talk to people without sounding like they are
selling something. This is very useful skill in building
relationships with potential customers.
Before joining a network marketing group, find out everything
you can to decide if this type of work is suitable for you. Some
companies require that you make one sale a month. Anyway if you
don't want to commit to making one sale each month, then you may
want to find another company. Find out if the company offers
training as this could be invaluable to you when starting out.
If the company does not offer training, which is sometimes very
significant factor helping you to start off, you may need to
look elsewhere.
Network marketing is more about making contacts at first than
making a sale.Building your contacts list is the most important
thing and should be your priority. Interacting with people,
impressing and influencing them are the ones of the most
important things that will turn them into customers in the
future and put money in your pocket as result.
If you want to have the potential to earn an unlimited amount
each month, then network marketing may be for you. Even if you
are hesitant to find contacts and develop a sales pitch, this
job can be very challenging and rewarding financially. Depending
on your sales skills, there will be many opportunities for you
to earn a steady income and meet many new contacts along the
way.

Article Title: Why Not Take A Cuban Vacation

A Cuban Vacation is something more and more people take with
every passing year. Cuba and its capital Havana have become one
of the top tourist destinations in the Caribbean.
What is there to do on a Cuban Vacation apart from sit on a
beach, and drink rum and relax?
The fact is that holidays in Cuba are very much what you make
of them, because apart from the beach and the rum, a Cuba
vacation can be also cultural, exhausting, even breathtaking,
but one thing is sure your visit to Cuba will be absolutely
unforgettable.
To start with a Cuba vacation based on beaches, because Cuba
has some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. When you realize
there is an almost six thousand kilometer coastline, with 289
natural beaches you will understand why there are several that
are an outstanding place for a Cuba Family Holiday Package and
Vacation Deal. At the north end of Cuba you find powder sand and
a turquoise sea with waves from the Atlantic Ocean. In the south
there is the warm Caribbean Sea with virtually untouched
beaches. The more popular Cuba becomes as a tourist destination
the more difficult it is to find quiet tourist free beaches.
The following are well worth trying on your Cuban Vacation
Cayo Santa Maria on the north east coast is a small island
surrounded by coral reefs and seven miles of very quiet and
untouched beaches.
Cayo Levisa is accessed by boat from a place about two hours
west of Havana, and is covered by jungle surrounded by white
sand beaches, protected by coral reefs and very picturesque.
Playa Ancon is to the south nine miles from Trinidad, has six
miles of soft sand, is very sheltered and perfect for families.
This is more popular but still uncrowded.
Cayo Largo is on the east side of the island and has some of
the best diving reefs and white sand beaches. It takes a flight
or a six hour boat trip to get to, so not touristy at all.
Playa Santa Lucia is a thirteen mile beach, with calm water due
to the reef, and turquoise sea. Probably the most popular of the
beaches mentioned but never feels crowded due to its size.
All of these beaches feature hotels eminently suitable for a
Cuban vacation and certainly a Cuba Vacation Package can be
arranged.
For those tourists who are looking for more culture, then
culture vultures will love Havana. There are museums, and then
for the music lovers there are salsa clubs and live jazz.
On the other hand you can take to the open road and discover
open roads, classic cars, and breathtaking landscapes. As an
example might be the breathtaking landscapes and charming caves
at Vinales Valley.
For goodness sake hire a car, the roads are deserted, or
perhaps do some horse riding. On the other hand there are
significant numbers of wrecked ships to scuba dive and explore.
Cuba is exciting, and an amazing place considering it is still
Communist, but nevertheless a Cuban Vacation will open your eyes
to a perfect tourist destination, and you should be able to
enjoy a great Cuban Vacation Deal.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
If you have a child who has just turned 16 (or is going to turn
16 soon), you are probably a nervous wreck. Sitting in the car
while they are practicing is enough to give you a mild heart
attack, because of the way that they handle themselves in
traffic. After they get their license, you aren't going to be
able to sleep at night knowing that they are out alone in your
car. Plus, your car insurance rates are going to go up and cost
you an arm and a leg now.
Ever since your teenager turned 13, they have probably been
begging you to buy them a car for their 16th birthday. If you
can, you may buy them a used car that is safe and big enough, so
that when they get into their first crash they will be alright.
But, along with this car, you are also going to have to get good
car insurance that will cover them when they hit their first
parked car on a snowy day, get rear-ended for the first time,
and so on.
When shopping for car insurance quotes, you may be tempted to
go with the cheapest quote. When getting these car insurance
quotes, you are going to see a wide array of options and prices,
and it can be really confusing. It can kind of be like comparing
apples and oranges, because the cheap car insurance that you get
for about $100 a month for your child might actually be more
expensive in the long run than a policy that is a bit more
expensive and costs $120.
When purchasing car insurance, you are going to have to make
sure you are comparing apples with apples and oranges with
oranges. You may want to look at your car insurance and see
about getting a policy that is similar to yours. When talking to
the insurance agent, you may decide to up the liability
insurance, in case your son or daughter causes an accident.
The first place that parents should look for car insurance when
trying to get a policy for their teen son or daughter is from
their own insurance company. A lot of places will give you cheap
car insurance if you have more than one car or more than one
driver insured at the same place. You might get a 10% discount,
which can add up to hundreds of dollars over the course of the
year. Another thing to consider is to get car insurance from a
company that offers other insurance for your family, for
example, from the same company that offers your home owner's
insurance.
Car insurance for teenagers can be really tricky, and the best
thing to do is to shop around and get quite a few car insurance
quotes. Sure, you probably will end up going with the car
insurance company that you originally chose for your insurance,
but knowing what other companies offer for their prices will
help you to decide whether or not to change plans with your
teenager and get a better price. Cheap car insurance can really
be deceptive, so make sure that you are comparing the car
insurance you currently have with that different car insurance
company is offering.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
Refinancing is as popular as ever as many people are finding
that they can get better deals on their mortgage terms or their
interest rates than they currently have. Refinancing can be a
great idea for many consumers out there who are considering it.
If you refinance under the correct set of circumstances you
will be able to save hundreds or even thousands of dollars
during the year or the course of your loan. Making your
mortgage as affordable as possible is important to most
homeowners and refinancing will allow you to do just that.
When Refinancing Makes Sense
Refinancing can help you save a lot of money on your mortgage,
so when should you go for it? There has been a general rule in
the industry for years that says if the current rate is two
points lower than your mortgage rate you should refinance.
While this was the rule of thumb for a long time it is not
always true.
You don't have to wait for interest to drop by two points.
Instead you should think about how long you plan to be in your
home. If you plan to be in your home for 20 more years
refinancing for a 1% difference may be worth considering.
You may want to refinance when there is a huge drop in interest
rates as this is a good way to save money. While the above rule
was the rule for a long time, in recent years we often see huge
dips of more than 2% and if you plan on staying in your home for
more than two or three years you should jump on the opportunity.
Just a two-point difference could make hundreds of dollars of
difference each month and if you were able to drop the interest
rate by three or four percent you would save even more.
Many homeowners should consider refinancing when their
adjustable rate mortgage is about to adjust. A lot of
homeowners find that they are unable to comfortably pay their
mortgage when their interest rate begins to change, so when you
know that time is coming and you know that the rate is going to
go up by a lot, you would be well advised to refinance and see
if you can't do better. If nothing else, you may be able to
obtain a fixed rate loan, which makes sense if you are planning
to stay in the house.
Refinancing also makes sense if you would like to decrease the
amount of your monthly payment. Many people refinance after
they have been in the home for many years and have paid off a
good portion of their home.
Refinancing a smaller amount for a lower interest rate has been
known to save people hundreds of dollars each month. When you
consider that you could save tens of thousands of dollars over
the course of a mortgage refinancing simply makes sense for
those that are staying in their homes long term.
Refinancing is a good idea in a lot of situations but when you
go into the process make sure you look into all of the details.
There are usually fees and closing costs associated with the
process. If you are considering refinancing to save money you
will want to be aware of all of the cost involved to make the
most informed decision possible.

No Kenya Safari Tour would be complete without visiting a
private wildlife sanctuary, and Sangar Ranch Tented Camp in the
foothills of the Aberdare Mountains in Central Kenya could be
the right answer when you are planning your Kenyan safari this
year.
Sangare Tented Camp is located in a six thousand five hundred
acre private ranch in the most magnificent of settings. It
overlooks a lovely fresh water lake with Sangare Hill as a
backdrop. There are spectacular views across the vast savannah,
and this safari wilderness is home to elephants, buffalos,
zebras, giraffes, antelopes, leopards, warthogs, and many other
animals.
Accommodation is in 12 very luxurious and spacious tents,
furnished in rustic African style, including four poster beds, a
private verandah and a lounge overlooking the lake. The tents
have either two queen size beds or one King size bed In addition
all ensuite facilities with a flush toilet and shower.
The tents are positioned to give the perfect view of the
sunrise over the lake.
The main building which has a high thatched roof, has a lounge
with a lovely fire place, a dining room, and a breakfast
verandah. Drinks and snacks are available in the lounge
throughout the day, and the food served is from local produce
with all breads, pastries, and pies being home made.
There are a huge number of activities available to you at
Sangare Ranch Tented Camp to ensure this part of your Kenya
Safari Tour is unforgettable. There are things you will do here
that you can't do anywhere else on a Kenya safari.
Apart from Game Drives, where you can do a Sangare Ranch day
Game Drive, and a Night Drive. There is also the Aberdares
National Park Game Drive where you will hopefully see rhinos in
addition to the game mentioned earlier.
Something not to be missed although there is an additional
charge is an excursion to Solio Ranch where you may well see the
precious white rhino, cheetahs, black rhino amongst others. You
can add to this the night game walk where hopefully you will see
the leopard, or the bird walks with qualified naturalist who can
explain about the 300 species of birds to be found around
Sangare Lake. As if that wasn't enough on this part of your
Kenya Safari Tour you can go trekking, and view some of the
magnificent game on foot.
Mountain Peak Breakfast with a climb, and then views to die
for, there are of course Bush Lunches, Sundowners, BBQ dinner at
the famous and historic Mau Mau Caves. In terms of visits, there
is the Flower Farm, the Tea Farm.
For the slightly more adventurous there is horseback riding,
mountain biking, and boat riding on the lake, and then at the
end of another exhausting fulfilling day you can watch the local
traditional dancers and drummers around the bonfire.
Sangare Ranch Tented Camp which can be accessed by air from
Nairobi in under thirty minutes, is a great choice for part of
your Kenya Safari Tour, with great opportunities to be part of a
safari wilderness in Laikipia. What a great Kenya Safari Holiday
it will give you.

Although the majority of homeowners take out their house
insurance when they buy their mortgage from the high street bank
or lender, this is not the best way to protect your home
contents. If you take the time to get several quotes for a
policy then you can make substantial savings. However the best
way to ensure you get the very cheapest house insurance quotes
is to go with a specialist broker.
They can not only save you money on cover but also a great deal
of time. A broker will have the means to search with the whole
of the market place to find the cheapest premiums. An individual
could spend hours or even days trying to get quotes and then
comparing them to still not get the cheapest quote. Another big
advantage is that a broker can supply information which makes
determining how much cover you need easier.
While you do not want to over insure you also have to make sure
you are covered for the worst case scenario of having to replace
everything in your home. The best way to arrive at a figure on
which you can get quotes is to make a full inventory of all your
contents. Talk a walk around and jot down everything, this means
taking into account the clothes in the wardrobe and items which
are hidden away in kitchen cupboards. Very often hidden items
are forgotten and these can all add up.
Once you have reached a figure then go online with a specialist
home insurance broker and allow them to secure you the best
house insurance premiums possible. The added advantage of going
with a broker is that all quotes will come with the key facts
attached. It is essential when comparing the quotes that you
also take the key facts into account too. This is where the
terms and conditions of the home insurance policy will be. They
will tell you how much the premiums will be each month and what
is and is not covered in the policy.
You have to be aware that certain items in your home might not
be included in your cover. For example if you have an art
collection, expensive jewellery or home office equipment. You
should always check in the small print to be sure and if in
doubt ask. Certain items might have to be added on with extra
cover but of course this will boost up the premiums.
Home insurance should never be pushed along with the mortgage.
The cheapest house insurance needs shopping around for and a
broker can do this in the shortest time possible. Sadly millions
of people in the UK are taking out cover with their mortgage and
are paying way too much for their premiums. This could be due to
apathy or simply because they are unaware that they are free to
shop around. Yet they could be making huge savings each year
simply by using a specialist broker who can do it on the legwork
on their behalf.

================== ARTICLE START ============ ======
When it comes to selling my car online the quick and easy way
then a specialist used car website is an absolute must! By
choosing to sell my car with a specialist website I know that I
will have access to a whole range of tools which can make the
process easy and which will attract potentially thousands of
buyers.
Not only does a specialist used car website give me access and
tools to do this but along with this it will offer vital and
informative information which can be essential so as not to
overprice the car when advertising it online. Primarily a used
car search engine is used by those who are looking to buy a used
car but when it comes to selling it can be useful too in that
you can use it to search for a similar make and model and age of
the car you are selling so that you can put the right price on
your car.
Using the search tool this way when it comes to selling my car
online I know roughly how much similar cars are going for which
means that mine wouldn't be overlooked during a search. A
specialist used car website will also be able to help by giving
me information when it comes to the listing of the car. It is
imperative that the car should stand out from other similar
makes and models, so when it comes to the listing I have to make
sure I add all the right information which is going to boost the
chances of my selling it. All specialist sites should give hints
and tips on how to lay out the listing for the car along with
wording which will boost my chances of successfully selling my
car online.
When it comes to taking photographs of the car, before taking
them the vehicle should be washed and waxed. Of course, taking
photographs in a good light is essential. Taking photographs
from all angles of the car including front, back, side and the
interior can boost the chances of getting people to even look at
the car; images are what attract the majority of people even
before they bother to read the listing. While making the car
stand out it is imperative that you be honest too and any faults
even if they are small should be listed, you should also boast
about any additional extras you have installed in the car or
features which you think could push the sale of the car.
Selling my car online brings thousands of people right to the
car and this means that it is possible to sell it very quickly
without even leaving the comfort of home or haggling with
dealerships for a good price for the car. A specialist used car
website will offer all the tools and advice that is needed to

Buying a brand new property, complete with that luxurious
fitted kitchen and the en-suite bathroom you have always wanted,
maybe just a dream to most, but to some, it is a reality and an
investment that you would want to protect with new homes
insurance. Using a specialist website that gives you full access
to the marketplace is so helpful when deciding upon the best new
homes insurance policy for you.
New homes are generally more cost effective to run than older
properties as they are built to a higher standard. Always make
sure that the new property is protected by a good warranty
provided by a reputable company, for example, the NHBC's 10-year
Build mark warranty and insurance. If the property developer
uses another warranty provider, it is wise to ensure that the
final building control certificate is available before
proceeding with your purchase. The placement and quality of a
warranty will affect the price and availability of new homes
insurance.
If you have financed the purchase of your new home with a
mortgage, your lender will most likely require you to get home
insurance coverage to protect their investment. As there is
reduced risk associated with new homes, lower premium rates will
reflect this and it pays to shop around for the best deal on new
homes insurance. This specialist website will prove to be a
valuable tool as you only have to enter your details the once
and the results are available in a matter of minutes. It allows
the effortless comparison of new homes insurance, instantly
reviewing the policy contents. It allows you to change the way
in which you view your quotes, simply list them in an order that
best suits you, save the information and retrieve it later at
your convenience.
Your location can affect the price of your new homes insurance,
so when searching the various locations of newly built
properties, this specialist website allows you to peruse with
ease the difference in price a postcode can make. You will
notice the increase of homeowner insurance in areas that are
prone to flooding or subsidence. This maybe one of the deciding
factors when buy a new build home.
Ideally when obtaining new homes insurance we wish to enjoy the
maximum coverage with the minimum premiums. By adjusting certain
details, you can lower the premiums. A simple alteration to make
changing the excess amount, the higher the excess you are
willing to pay on claims, the lower the premiums. The reduction
in premiums can be as much as 20% with some insurers for as
little as £250.00 excess. The number of years no claim discount
(NCD) you have is of great influence and whether to protect that
NCD is a factor. Some insurers will offer separate NCD
protection within the policy, so if you make a claim against
your contents insurance, it will not affect you building
insurance. It is prudent to check the availability of this and
if it is built into the end price.
Once you have decided upon your new homes insurance, it can be
then purchased from this website without the need of repeating
the input of details with the assurance that any payment made
will be secure. As this specialist website is independent,
offering an extensive range of trusted insurance companies from
the marketplace, the impartial information supplied will assist
making an informed decision, easily and efficiently. Helping
you obtain the best deal when seeking new homes insurance
