================== ARTICLE START ==================
An audio book is a relatively new format and one that arouses
skepticism in many people, especially if they have been brought
up to appreciate the written word. This is unfortunate, because
an audio book is very easy to use and, with the right hardware
and software combination, many people could begin to appreciate
a whole new world of story-telling and information.

It's fair to say that age plays an important role in the
acceptance of audio books. Older folks, surprisingly, are often
more inclined to accept the new format. The BBC has been
broadcasting serialized classics on the radio for many years and
so 'listening' to a story is not an unusual phenomenon for older
people.

Also, we must be aware that the audio book has come a long way
since Native American tribes were recorded by J.P.Harrington in
1933. He recorded the oral histories of these tribes so that
future generations could enjoy them and also preserve a very
important part of history.

Eventually, the 'Books for the Adult Blind Project' was created
by the American Congress and led to the development of talking
books for people with hearing disabilities. Soon, audio books
were being made in their thousands and became a kind of public
service. In fact, the National Library Service distributed
millions of these audio books to blind people across the US.

How the Audio Book became part of Popular Culture

Above all other factors, technology made the audio book more
widespread. Cassette recordings were favored in the 1960s and
were easy to use and transport. Educational recordings became
popular, especially those of a self-help nature.

The arrival of the compact disc (or CD) transformed the whole
industry. As the industry matured, audio books became more
polished and producers began to create higher quality recordings
made in top recording studios. Actors were hired to do the
voice-overs and soon the industry became a billion-dollar
concern.

At the moment, the audio book is extremely popular and easily
accessible by all people. The growth of the internet (and the
increasing speeds available) has led to thousands of audio books
being made available to download. Obviously, this is extremely
convenient and makes popular recordings available at any time of
night or day, and without the inconvenience of having to leave
your home. The miniaturization of technology - mp3 players and
phones - allows audio books to be enjoyed on the move as well.
So, great classics by Shakespeare and Dickens are set to be
heard by an even wider audience, perhaps even by those who might
otherwise prefer to read comics.

Ironically, maybe the spread of audio books is leading many
people back to reading the printed word. The worries of audio
books replacing printed books is perhaps rather exaggerated,
despite those who would say otherwise. There are times when
ear-plugs, or headphones, simply don't cut-it and a good,
traditional book is just the ticket. The physical dimension of a
printed book, maybe with illustrations, takes some beating.

Both printed and audio books would seem to have their place in
the world of literature!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
There are two concerns when discussing the storage of coins.
First, the storage of the individual coin, and Second, the
storage of a group of coins, or an entire collection.
Storage of a Coin Collection

The Environment of the entire Collection, or Group of Coins is
the focus, taking into consideration Temperature, Humidity and
Light. A relatively constant, moderate to low temperature and
low humidity are preferable for long term storage of numismatic
collectibles. Placing packets of silica gel, which absorbs
moisture, in the coin storage areas helps control atmospheric
humidity. The less light, the better; and absolutely no
sunlight. This is why a safe or vault is ultimate storage
container; because it controls Temperature, Light and Humidity,
and provides Superior Safety.

Groups of Coins, or Collections are best stored in plastic coin
boxes, such as sold by PCGS, NGC and Whitman, and which will
hold 20, separated, "slabbed" coins. Another alternative is a
cardboard coin storage box (single and double; red, blue or
black), which stack easily on each other. Different sizes are
available for slabs, as well as Vinyl and Cardboard Flips.

Storage of Individual Coins

Putting Individual coins into Holders is Imperative for all
coins whose condition is BU and above, or MS60 and higher. Coins
below these designations are considered "circulated" because
they are found in the general circulation of money. Typically
this will mean they are found in pocket change, or in rolls of
coins purchased at a local bank. Although collecting Circulated
coins is a great personal challenge for many collectors, the
more serious Coin Collectors will concentrate on "Uncirculated"
coins (BU+ and MS60+ ) because of their better condition
(grade), value, and appearance.

Types of Containers or Holders.

Almost anything will do for coins with small or no numismatic
value. A coin that is worth only face value, is not likely to
have much numismatic value. while nearly airtight holders made
of inert materials are a better idea for valuable coins.

Bags, jars and boxes are adequate for raw pocket change and
circulated coins.

Paper Envelopes or Paper Flips of various sizes (usually 2 x 2)
are still used for single coins. Be sure to use envelopes made
explicitly for holding coins, otherwise your coins may change
color (tone) over time due to reaction with sulfur or other
chemicals present in the paper. Since the coin can not be seen,
it is now out of favor with collectors.

Folders and Albums are sold primarily for series and type sets.
Properly used, they offer moderate protection from wear and
handling. Over the years coins may tone due to reaction with
sulfur or other chemicals present in the folders and albums, and
are therefore not a good choice for long term storage of higher
grade coins. The coins are still exposed to light, air,
chemicals and human touching. Albums have clear plastic covers
over the coins, which slide in and out. This sliding action can
leave unwanted and unattractive marks on the coin.

Plastic Flips are available in various materials. "Soft" flips
were once made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which decomposed
over time with disastrous results for coins; leaving a green
appearance and substance. PVC flips are no longer made and sold.
Mylar, vinyl and acetate flips do not contain PVC. While not
airtight, they are reasonable choices for moderate value coins
that will be "left alone" for multiple years.

Vinyl Pages (8 ½ x 11) which fit into a 3 ring binder. Well
suited for Cardboard and Vinyl Flips, with great visability of
coin obverse and reverse. This is a Great Favorite.

Mylar-lined Cardboard Flips, often called "2x2s" or cardboard
flips. At one time, the most preferred and commonly used. but
also available in other sizes, are similar to plastic flips. A
coin is placed between the two halves, which are then folded
over and stapled together (some brands contain an adhesive). The
boxes that they come in are ideal for multiple coin storage

Tubes are plastic containers designed to hold a number of the
same size coins. They come in different sizes for different
coins. They are fine for bulk storage of circulated coins and
are appropriate for higher grade Uncirculated, BU+ and MS60+
coins. A disadvantage is that the coins cannot be viewed without
being removed from the tube.

Hard Plastic Holders are preferable for more valuable coins.
They are self sealing, and not known to contain any materials
that harm coins and offer good protection against scratches,
touching and handling, air and chemicals, and other physical
damage. They are available for individual and small sets of
coins, and come in all sizes.

Slabs are Sonically Sealed hard plastic holders for individual
coins. They offer Excellent protection. Because of the expense
of having a coin slabbed, they are generally suitable only for
more valuable coins – i.e.: BU+ and MS60+ Coins.

Although generic slabs are available, most often, a slab will
be seen holding a coin that has been Professionally Certified
and Graded - which has tremendous advantages. The biggest
advantage is when buying a coin on the Internet or by phone. You
know what you're getting. A coin Certified and Graded by one of
the "Top Four" gives reliability, assurance and security. A big
advantage over the scam sellers of raw coins, and non-conforming
grading companies.

Have fun collecting your Perfect Coins!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The first 30 seconds count most of all in job employment
interviews. Most job seekers think that their job of "selling
themselves "to the employment interviewer occurs when they walk
in the door. Most of your work will have been done in
preparation previous to the actual interview. The first 30
seconds of any interview are the core elements of getting that
job – of adding, confirming and supporting your preparation for
the job interview and ultimately to be successful in "getting
that job".

People often form major opinions about others within the 30
seconds of meeting them. For this reason the first 30 seconds
of an employment interview or indeed any personal introduction
will make or break you. To make it worse, once an initial
impression is made, it is almost impossible to shake off. It is
a well known fact, in the human resources field and industry
that professional interviewers will state that in most cases of
job employment interviews that in the time period that it takes
to applicant to walk across the room to introduce themselves and
say "Hello" that the decision of "yes" or "no" to hire or "not
hire" the applicant is almost there and is almost made. The rest
is just corroboration, documentation and support and basically
filler.

Interview and interpersonal communications experts have
repeatedly and thoroughly studied hat applicants can do to make
a most favorable first impassion and project professionalism and
competence during interviews. The attitude, image and appearance
that a job or employment applicant projects during interviews
are as influential as or even more influential than their very
skills that they have acquired in their education or on the job
training careers. Projecting strength in these areas gives job
applicants a decided edge over their competition.

In terms of actual percentages it has been researched that
attitude has a 40 % impact on interviews and their outcomes,
image and appearance 25 %, communication (both verbal and
non-verbal) 25 %. Amazingly all in all, job qualifications
themselves only account for 10 % of the approximate impact of
the real power and effect on interviews and interviewers.

It is very important to recognize that applicants are screened
on paper first. One very successful individual learnt this
lesson early in life. As a lad he had applied for a job at a
them major department store. The standard procedure was to fill
out the standard application at the human resources department.
The lad did this simply, being both well dressed and groomed and
as well polite to the secretary and receptionist. This to him
was a standard and basic approach to both life and job seeking.
It was only after he had received the job and was on his way to
the department of his employment did he find out that the note
to the department head included a short notation on the
application from the receptionist of "looks good and ok". The
receptionist turned out to be the major initial screening
mechanism of the employment process.

Your attitude is your number one factor that influences an
employer to hire or not hire you for the job, position or
career.

What can you do to present a "good attitude"? First of all
concentrate on being likeable. As simple as this may seem,
research has continually proven that one of the most essential
goals in successful interviewing is to be liked by the job
interviewer. Interviewers want to hire pleasant people whom
others will enjoy working with on a daily basis.

You can do the following to project that you are a highly
likeable future employee appearing at an employment interview:
be friendly, speak positively, and use positive body language
and smile. Lastly make sure that your appearance is appropriate
for the industry, position and setting. It is always best to
project an air of confidence and pride. Act as though you want
and deserve that job- not as though you are desperate and will
take anything and any position.

Next demonstrate genuine enthusiasm. An applicant's level of
enthusiasm often influences the employer as much as another
interviewing factor. The applicant who demonstrates little
enthusiasm for a job will never ever be selected for the
position.

It is always best to demonstrate knowledge and interest in the
employer. Saying that "I really want this job" is not
convincing enough. It will fool or appeal to few, explain why
you want the position and how the position will fit into your
career plans. You can easily cite opportunities that may be
unique to the firm or organization. Additionally you can
emphasize your skills, training and education that are highly
relevant to the firm and the specific position.

Remember that any interview, indeed any communication in life
and in business, is a two way street. Project genuine interest
in deterring whether you and the employer will mutually benefit
from your employment and career with the organization involved.

Lastly always perform at your best each and every moment. There
is no such thing as a pause or a "time out" during an interview.
Even in the waiting room treat the assistant, receptionist and
each and every employee that you encounter politely, with
deference, respect and courtesy.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Biting of nails is a sign of stress or anxiousness of your
mind, commonly seen in the male category. A situation in which a
person finds himself depressed and always worries about things,
results in biting of nails. We normally use nail-biting habits
to relieve the stress, where frustration is drawn on the nails.
About 50% of children ageing from 10-18 pass through this stage.
Approximately 23% bite nails from the age group of 18-22, and
only 10% tend to bite their nails after the age of thirty. This
habit of biting nails is a state of worry for anyone, be it a
toddler or even a grown up person. This has something to do with
the person's distracted state of mind where he/she finds it
difficult to avoid the nail biting habit.

It will take time for you to get rid of nail biting but
nevertheless you will stop nail biting, but for this you require
to choose for an effective treatment from the long list that
states its achievement in conquering nail-biting habits. Nail
biting is very harmful for a person's health where he digs in
all the dust and harmful bacteria from his nails and into the
stomach this may lead to a stomach ache. All this has to do with
our mind that is full of stress, frustration, anxiousness, anger
and so on, which result in biting of nails.

Some people use nail-biting creams in order to avoid nail
biting, which taste awful and are said to have side effects.
Some use hand gloves, where as some try and cut there nails
really short. Many people go to an extent where they fit a bite
plate to make it impossible for them to bite nails, this might
work to a certain extent but such a way might is uncomfortable
and you might have damaged teeth in response to such an
unreliable way of getting rid of nail biting habits. The ones
who go to the extent of cutting their nails to its limits find
themselves biting their finger skin instead of fingernails.

Instead of this try something that has all around success.
Hypnosis is said to be an effective possible treatment you can
get. Hypnosis is supposed to deal with your mind and not the
external parts of your body unlike the other ways of treatment.
As the nail-biting problem has nothing to do with your fingers
and it is your mind that has all the stress and anxiousness that
has made you bite your nails. Hypnosis dealing with your mind
makes it concentrate on the positive things making it aware of
what is good and what's bad. However a hypnosis treatment can be
received through the Internet where you can download the mp3
contents and use it in getting rid of nail biting habits.
Hypnosis treatment can be done by you with a little bit of help
from the mp3 downloads that will help relax your stressed and
anxious mind that always resulted in biting fingernails. A
little investment can get the best results that you had never
dreamed about. The effects of this will be positive and instead
of biting nails in tensed situations your mind will calmly find
the solution for you.

If you've chosen to get involved in doing massage and bodywork,
you're opening the door to a career that has choice and variety.
You can choose to be self-employed, or work for another.

With so many choices available it can be difficult to decide
what is right for you. Whether you want to work in a
chiropractor's office, a day spa or a resort, there are many
different ways to set up your business. You may want to work in
a hotel or gym, maybe you'd prefer working on a cruise. Some
therapists set up massage chair businesses in airports or malls.
Which one will hold your interest, or have the most flexibility
to meet your needs?

You may find it interesting to write about massage, and
possibly write for massage publications, or even consider
teaching massage to others. Looking at the various choices will
help you decide what is right for you. Knowing there are so many
options allows you to find something that will ignite your
passion to practice massage therapy.

Before jumping it, it's a good thing to first be honest with
yourself and consider what your strengths and weaknesses are. If
you've always wanted to own your own business, it may seem like
an ideal situation. Is it ideal if you're not a disciplined
person though? You'll need to not only just do massage, but
you'll be responsible for your own taxes, your book keeping, and
other details you may not have thought of. Weigh the pros and
cons of being independent and enjoying the flexibility of owning
your own business versus the discipline you'll need to keep it
running smoothly.

One good way to get a better feel for what each job is about is
to talk to others. See what they like and dislike about the
current position they are in. You may learn something you hadn't
though of. With so many networking sites available to you, it's
easy to find people to discuss these topics with.

Let's look at the basic day spa environment. This offers a
peaceful and soothing environment. This may sound ideal to you.
On the other hand, if you're a high energy person, it may be
draining to you personally. You need to know yourself, what kind
of environment you like to be in, and look at simple things like
this before jumping into your career.

Some massage therapists may dream of doing an out-call
business. Before getting involved in this, check with your state
for regulations, as some states restrict this type of service.

Once you have an idea of what you'd like to do for your massage
therapy careers, consider dropping off a resume at some of the
places that meet your criteria. Don't be nervous, many places
like to hire students right out of school so they can train them
directly. Be honest if you're new to the field, and don't make
up false experience. It's unprofessional and dishonest.

Now that you're aware there are so many choices in the massage
therapy industry, where will you choose to start?

About The Author: Deborah offers resources, information and
links for both massage students and therapists, as well as books
and tips. She also has an entry for consumers who are looking to
practice massage at home with their partners. You can find the

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Why should you choose a real estate agent with a past record of
success? The better question may be why you wouldn't want to do
this. The fact of the matter is that the most successful real
estate agents are that way for a reason. They are good at what
they do, and they can transfer this to you if you are willing to
give them a try. The bottom line is that there is no reason to
rely on an unproven commodity if there is an agent in your area
that has proven their worth time after time. What does it mean
to have a past record of success? Well, this all depends on what
you are looking for. The first thing to consider is whether you
are buying or selling a home. Obviously, if you are selling your
home you want an agent who has had success mainly in this area,
and vice versa.

When hiring a real estate agent what are you most interested
in? If you are like most people, your number one goal is to get
in touch with an agent who will sell your home as fast as
possible. Of course, that is a general goal for all home
sellers. After all, if you are putting your home on the market
it is safe to say that you want to get rid of it right away. The
main thing that you should be looking for is a real estate agent
with experience. What does an experienced agent bring to the
party? First off, they have seen many different situations. This
helps to ensure that no matter what you throw at them they will
be able to take it head on with ease. Hopefully your transaction
will go down smoothly, but it is nice to know that your agent
will be able to handle anything and everything that they are
asked to deal with.

Moving on, experience means that your agent will be able to get
you the best possible deal. Somebody who is new to selling homes
may work hard on your behalf, but when it comes to negotiations
they will not have the knowledge necessary to get everything
done in the best possible manner. With an experienced real
estate agent you can be rest assured that they are fighting for
every last dollar. Not only will this allow them to make you
happy, but the more money they sell your home for the more they
earn in commission. Overlooking the experience factor is not
something that you want to do. Any real estate agent can tell
you what they will do for you, but do you really trust them to
get the job done? Somebody with a long track record of success
will be able to show you just what they will do to sell your
home.

Working with an experienced real estate agent is the way to go.
This will help to ensure that you get the best deal, and that
you always know what is going on. If that is what you are after,
and you should be, hire an agent that has been around the block
a few times.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Attending an Orlando golf school can sound like a dream come
true for many hoping to start their career in the golf industry.
Truth be told, it is not wholly impossible to make that dream a
reality. A golf school is an accredited institution that
provides students with a reputable and solid degree once they
have satisfactorily completed a two-year curriculum.

There are many who want to work in the world of golf and assume
it is merely all about having a great swing. A two-year degree
is for the student who is serious about landing a solid career
in the golf industry. He or she wants to do more than just play
golf, but use all the strong points available that will let them
work in and around the sport as much as possible.

While most golf enthusiasts would love to be the pro golfer in
the Opens and on the cover of sports magazines, this is not
always possible. However, there are many areas in which to work
in close proximity to the sport. If one is not teaching golf to
others, perhaps he or she can take on a career running or
managing a golf course at some level.

Learning the ins and outs of golf in a city like Orlando means
doing so not only in a beautiful location but in an ultra modern
city as well. In Orlando, students have access to all the
necessary facilities and the extra comforts of living. The year
round sunny weather can be relaxing and is quite conducive to an
outdoor learning environment.

Plus, with Orlando being a hub of activity in the world of
golf, attending an Orlando golf school can be a step in the
right direction for success. After all, if one were hoping to
break into the movies, Hollywood would be the number one place
to start. Students and graduates are both likely to find just
the opportunity they are looking for to jumpstart their golf
career in Orlando.

As with all state or nationally accredited learning venues,
golf school students will be given access to a wide number of
services. This means students can apply for financial aid and
other school related benefits. Many times, golf schools will
also take on partnerships with area courses and other golf
related companies to help their students gain internships and
job placements.

Depending on one's goals and the course of study, a student can
legitimately earn either an associate's or bachelor's degree.
Whether becoming an instructor or learning management skills,
earning a credential is what will give a person the edge over
others when applying for certain position. Many golf courses no
longer hire unqualified workers off the street no matter how
many years of experience they have.

Of the many that have graduated from reputable golf schools,
most report that they would not only repeat their experience but
also recommend it to others. While getting out on the greens is
an attractive part of a curriculum, small class sizes and good
student to teacher ratios also add to a golf school education.
This allows many students to not only grasp material better but
graduate with higher GPA's.

Attending an Orlando golf school can be a step in the right
direction for the person who eats, sleeps and breathes golf and
wants to leave no stone unturned in establishing their career.
Once a student graduates and the doors begin to open up, he or
she can step up into the life they have been visualizing for
themselves. It is the individual who puts everything he or she
has into their passion that eventually becomes the success
envied by all.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
This isn't Ebay, folks.

With more and more people possessing disposable income and
looking for ways to spend it, fine art is becoming an
increasingly popular means of beautifying the home. While many
of these pieces are purchased from art galleries in cities
across the globe, the most prestigious works are sold at auction
to the highest bidder. Concurrently, if you're thinking of
purchasing a piece of fine art, it is important to understand
the complicated process that goes on behind the scenes.

The largest art auction houses are Sotheby's, Christies, Lyon &
Turnbull, and Bonhams. In any given year, billions of dollars
worth of art can cross the counter at each of these famous
institutions. Each house holds several auctions a week, with
inventories ranging from furniture to random pieces of Americana
to fine art. This article will serve as a basic primer to the
process of purchasing the latter.

The first step is finding an item that you're interested in.
Most auction houses have online catalogues and schedules that
you can sort through to determine when items come up that you
might want to bid on. Once you've found something, you can
either purchase it in person, through a proxy, or via an
absentee bid.

The most exciting way to purchase that perfect piece of fine
art is to attend the auction itself. There's nothing quite like
the high-octane atmosphere of bidding, and making that split
second decision to raise your paddle and subsequently the price.
This also ensures you complete control over the process, and the
ability to react quickly to other bidders offers. Once the last
bid has been placed, the auctioneer will allow a short amount of
time to pass before awarding the highest bidder with the piece.

If you can't make it to the auction house, other options
abound, however. Most houses will happily accept "absentee"
bids. Simply obtain a form from a catalogue or website and
return it via fax or post with the maximum price you are willing
to pay for a particular piece of fine art. You can also use
these forms to register for telephone bidding, by which a
representative of the auction house remains on the line
throughout the auction acting as the middle man between you and
the auctioneer.

Once you've been announced as the winner of the auction, it's
time to pay for your new prized possession. In most cases,
credit cards are accepted, though not all locations accept
plastic. For higher priced items, most auction houses request
that you pay through your bank with a cashiers check. You may
pay immediately, or request an invoice, after which you are
given an allotted amount of time to make payment.

Purchasing fine art at auction is a great way to explore the
art world. If you're lucky and do your research, it's entirely
possible to come across a steal. The auction itself can also
provide a great story to accompany the beautiful new piece
hanging over your mantle place.

Negotiating a Car Deal

If you've purchased a million cars in your life or you've
purchased none, you should know by now it's always best to get
the most out of your money and nothing comes easier when it
comes down to negotiating with a car salesman. Most car dealers
run the same setup and in order to get the best deals possible,
I'll provide you with some great tips so that you can leave the
lot with a great deal.

Go in with a plan

Before you even set foot on a car lot, make sure that you have
a set price in your head. If you want to spend ten thousand
dollars, make sure that you don't pay any more than this. Let's
say your budget is ten thousand dollars. You'll still should be
able to check out cars that are in the thirteen-fourteen
thousand dollar range. The general rule of thumb is usually that
you can go about a few thousand over your set budget. Just
remember in the long run that you don't make a purchase more
than what you wanted to spend.

Start off small

Like any negotiating tactics, you'll always want to start off
with a low ball offers. This means that you should offer the
least amount possible that you think the dealer will accept.
Even if the offer in your head sounds outrageous, it doesn't
hurt to try by asking the dealer. The worst that's going to
happen is the dealer says no. If the dealer accepts your offer
right off the bat, you probably didn't go low enough.

Patience is your friend

Be prepared to have a lot of time on your hands. The dealership
is there to make a deal and they don't want to see you leave.
The problem with this is that you're going to have to make ends
meet. Sometimes when you're trying to make a deal with the
dealership, you're going to find that it may take up to a hour
or so. Just think to yourself and ask if two thousand dollars
off the sticker price is worth one hour of your time.

Don't buy the extras

Once you reach a deal with the dealership, they are going to
push a bunch of other things toward you hoping they will make
more money off you. This will usually include things such as
warranties, free oil changes, etc. Simply say no to these items
because it won't be worth it in the long run. The best line to
use when the warranty is brought up is "I'm a mechanic and have
always fixed my car" They will usually shut up after that one.

Trying to get a bargain with a car dealership isn't that hard.
It just involves great bargaining skills and a lot of patience.
If you're going to show them that you play a hard game, you're
most likely to get your deal. Remember in the long run that you
won't want to give up and make sure you have a lot of energy to
deal with!

================== ARTICLE START ==================
For a while, the world has been privy to the following
information: Omega 3 Fatty Acids are good for you! They are part
of the polyunsaturated fatty acid family and consumption may
have the potential to reduce the risk of coronary disease. You
can find these potentially health promoting fatty acids in fish.

If your diet does not include fish you may be the perfect
candidate for supplementation. Some people can't tolerate fish
and some people just don't like the taste. Fish like lake trout,
albacore tuna, salmon and mackerel are all high in omega 3 fatty
acids, but because they are also host to toxic substances like
mercury, chlordane, dioxin and PCBs, most people get their fish
oil through dietary supplement pills. The process of getting
the oil from fish has come along way where supplements are pure
and non-toxic. Some companies offer documentation on their
process and product to ensure you are receiving safe and
effective fish oil that you can take and share with your family.

Although omega-3 fatty acids can be obtained from sources other
than fish oil, two of the most beneficial forms are only
available from fish. Docosehexaenoic (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic
(EPA) are long chained fatty acids which cannot be found in any
other source. Consequently, fish oil has gained a lot of
popular, as well as scientific, attention in recent years. The
body needs EPA to produce prostaglandins, which are hormone-like
substances that help to protect the heart and the cell
membranes. DHA is necessary for the normal development of the
brain, the eyes, and the reproductive system.

There are a couple of rich plant-origin sources of these
essential fatty acids like flaxseeds and soybeans, but they are
not easy to include in a regular meal, are even less palatable,
and maybe available only in special health stores. Moreover, for
longer-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) in particular,
which are the more valuable forms of omega-3 for the human body,
fish is a far better source

Possible Benefits of Consuming Fish Oil Supplements

The risk of arrhythmias is greatly reduced
People's triglyceride levels have gone down
The rate of atherosclerotic plaque has been slowed considerably

They can lower people's blood pressure
They can reduce the risk of coronary disease
They can stimulates the circulation of the blood
They can reduce peoples' risk of heart attack
They have been shown to ease depression
They have been shown to ease anxiety
It has been suggested that they reduce the risk of thrombotic
stroke
They might possibly prevent cancer
They improve the flow of people's blood by breaking down
arterial buildup.
They can lower peoples' cholesterol levels
They could possibly improve babies' immune systems
It is possible that they can increase memory retention
They might even be able to ease behavioral and learning
problems in children

With a brand new year just getting started, don't you want to
take your health into your own hands? Obviously people want to
eat better and get more exercise, but part of leading a
healthier lifestyle is to make sure that your body is getting
the minerals and vitamins it needs. The body needs omega 3 fatty
acids and does not produce them from with in the body.

Consuming fresh fish or supplementation is the best way to make
sure that your body gets these fatty acids.

Nevertheless, it is always advisable to consult your doctor
before you start your fish oil supplements, especially if you
are on some anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning drugs.

Whether you need accommodation at home or abroad, whether you
want it for a night or for several weeks, whether it's for one
person or for a group, you will need to make a reservation. The
alternative of leaving it until you arrive to worry about
accommodation is not worth the stress of possibly finding
yourself with nowhere to stay in an unknown city. If
accommodation is at a premium for some reason, you may have to
accept something that is more expensive than you planned, or
below the standard you wanted. By booking ahead, especially with
online hotel bookings, you can ensure that your accommodation is
waiting for you at a price you have had time to consider and can
afford.

When you take advantage of online hotel bookings you will also
have a clear idea of the standard of your accommodation, and
will know in advance that it is suitable for your requirements.
This is because most hotels' web sites make it possible for you
to see pictures not only of the hotel but also of the different
types of rooms available. You can get a clear impression of the
layout, the furnishings and any view that is available. In this
way you can assess for yourself whether the accommodation will
suit you, rather than relying on someone else's description.

Other useful information is available when you make online
hotel bookings. Maps and directions about how to get to the
hotel are usually provided on the web sites. Many sites also
offer details about the area in which the hotel is located.
These details often include facts about local attractions,
activities and sporting venues, making it easy for you to plan
your leisure activities. You can even check the current local
weather on some hotel web sites to get an idea of the type of
clothing you will need.

As well as receiving the benefits of the wealth of information
available through online hotel bookings, you will also find it
an easy and convenient way to reserve your accommodation. Thanks
to the Internet you have 24-hour access to bookings services.
These services are usually connected directly to the hotel
computers, so your reservation is instant. Such services make
online hotel bookings ideal not only for individuals and
families but also for organisers of group functions such as
conferences and seminars. As well as being able to book
accommodation for your group anywhere from Birmingham to
Bolivia, you can also reserve facilities such as meeting rooms
and function areas. Through online hotel bookings you can view
the venue's business centre facilities and check the
availability of items such as whiteboard and audio-visual
equipment. The information on local attractions available
through online hotel bookings also makes it easy to organise
leisure activities for delegates attending your event.

Before making a final decision about your accommodation you
have the opportunity to check the prices for similar
accommodation at other hotels through their online hotel
bookings services. This ease of comparison benefits customers as
it drives down prices, ensuring that prices are competitive. As
well as booking accommodation, therefore, you can seek out the
best deal available and secure it without leaving your computer.
In this way, online hotel bookings make it not only possible but
also extremely easy for you to compare options, to find the
accommodation that is best for you at the right price, to see
what you are getting and to reserve it. With their convenience,
user-friendly features and ability to convey an abundance of
helpful information, online hotel bookings make it easier than
ever to secure the accommodation you want.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
The first place to look before you get a debt consolidation
loan is quite simply at your self.

Do you see a person with very little self discipline and
control over their money?

The second thing to do is ask your self why I have too much
debt. Did something unfortunate and unexpected really happen or
is because you just bought too many things on credit and you are
not likely to stop!

The third thing to do is be bluntly honest with your self and
consider the reason for taking out a debt consolidation loan. Is
the real core of the problem your own poor financial knowledge
and money management skills and a tendency to overspend no
matter what?

7 disturbing facts about consolidate debt loans.
Debt consolidation loans do not get you out of debt. They still
remain your debts but consolidated into one loan. You will find
the monthly payments are lower. This is because the interest
rate is lower and the term of the loan extended over a longer
period of time.

You do not owe any less; you just take more time to pay off the
money. The longer the time, the greater the interest. This
interest will cost you a lot more of your money. For example
£10,000 over 10 years will accumulate £6000 in interest alone.
£10,000 over 25 years will cost you a massive £18,000. These are
the only a mid range of the interest rates charges at time of
printing and have been rounded to the nearest thousand. They are
only available if you have an existing good credit rating and
you are a home owner.

The debt consolidation company that has consolidated your loan
is not a charity but a profit making concern. They make their
money from the interest you pay them. It is in their interest to
have you paying interest for as many monthly payments as
possible.

If the loan is secured against your house and you cannot keep
up with the payments you could loose your home.

I am sure we have all seen Debt consolidation companies make
promises like "you will have money left over to treat yourself
to a new car or that holiday you have always dreamed about".
Stay clear of these 'hooks' for they will lead you into even
more debt

When you sign up for a debt consolidation loan you will be
signing a binding contract. This contract will have an impact on
you and your financial life style for many yeas to come. You may
make things seem a little easier to pay but that loan will be
your financial burden for anywhere between 10 or 30 years! With
a bit of effort to learn about personal finance, budgeting,
frugal living and getting truly independent advice from the
likes of Citizens Advice Bureau - www.citizensadvice.org.uk or
National Debtline - www.nationaldebtline.co.uk you could be
getting clear of the same debt in around 5 years but still
remain debt consolidation free. You will have also learned
valuable monetary skills along the way that will help you steer
clear of more debt in the future.

As soon as you are clear of debt you will be able to consider
investing your money so that it makes you even more money rather
than spending money you have not got and then resorting to
expensive consolidate debt loans.

Remember the questions at the start of the article? If you
answered them honestly and you are now aware of those valuable
facts you will know if you are going to be the person who can
live debt consolidation free by addressing the actual problems
of why you got into so many bad debts in the first place rather
than that person who falls for that delusory feeling of freedom
that comes from having what seems to be more money but remains
in debt for most of their life.

Native American drums are without a doubt the most recognizable
Native instruments among Native Americans and non Native
American people alike. Drums for many generations have always
been at the center of Native lifestyle, forming what is the
conduit of religion and spirituality as well as feast days where
a pow wow drum is at the center.

Indian leaders in North America history have all used drums in
various ways to connect with a higher power known to most as the
Great Spirit. To Native people, Indian drums are much more than
just decorations or nice musical instruments. American Indian
drums are said to speak to the drummer. Native drums being made
in a circle represent the earth and life. The most well known
being hoop drums and shaman drums which are Indian hand drums
used in many personal healing and religious ceremonies as well
as public ceremonies such as a Native American powwow.

The hide of the animal that is pulled over the ring brings with
it unique characteristics of the spirit of the animal and brings
a sense of life to the drum when played. Many people think of
beating a drum to make a sound, but to Indian drummers and those
involved in modern drumming groups and drum circles, the desire
is to draw out the sound. The beating drum is compared to the
beating of a human heart and is said to represent the heart beat
of the earth which is a belief that is classic Native American.
Drums in this way become the conduit to connect one's spirit
with that of the earth and the Great Spirit through out the
history of Native Americans.

Native American Indian drums have a wonderful culture and
because they are so important they are used in not only music
but art and dance as well. Decorating a drum becomes a very
personal task to the owner. The Indian drummer becomes an artist
and communicates impressions of his inner feelings and beliefs
in his Indian art. Some American Indian tribes use animals to
adorn their drums and others use geometric patterns and
everything in between. In some Native cultures the drummer will
place some item of personal value inside the drum to permanently
join himself with his hand drum.

The unique Native American pictures that the artwork on the
drums depict is usually painted with natural earth colors taken
from nature. Some are dull and others are bright coming from
flowers, roots, berries, bark or herbs that are boiled to
release their unique earth tones. Other Native American drums
are adorned with iron oxide which is a naturally occurring red
rock that can be easily crushed. When mixed with water, it
produces a rich orange red dye that is much like paint and is
indicative if the surrounding hillsides and rock formations like
those of the beautiful Arizona red rock canyons. The region of
Sedona is thought to be a special place with spiritual energy
like the energy created by American Indian drums.

The goal of Native American Education except for those Indian
boarding schools that have tried to stamp out Indian has always
involved the sharing of beliefs through music, songs, stories
and legends. It is in harmony with these forms of learning that
the communication and cultural importance has been found in the
use of drums. If you are interested in the spiritual aspects of
life as pertain to Indian beliefs, you will enjoy owning and
playing Native American drums.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Every driver in Massachusetts needs to buy car insurance.
Driving without car insurance can cause so many nightmares on so
many levels, especially if you are involved in a serious
accident, that driving without insurance simply is not worth the
risk.

A better solution is to find ways to lower the cost of your car
insurance so that you can get the best rates on car insurance in
Massachusetts legally.

Let's start by asking if your place of work offers group car
insurance to its employees. Many companies do, and group rates
can save you a fortune. If your company doesn't offer group car
insurance check with any clubs, groups or organizations you
belong to; you'd be surprised at the ones that offer their
members group car insurance.

Keep your car in a garage at night. Doing that simple thing can
save you money each and every month.

Set it up so your premium payment is paid automatically each
month out of your checking account. This will also save you
money.

Ask your agent if buying (and using) a steering wheel lock will
reduce your rates. Some companies gladly reduce rates for
steering wheel locks and for simple devices which disengage your
fuel pump unless a secret button is pressed each time you start
your car.

Drive less. Many people are now using public transportation and
leaving their car at home as much as possible. If you can reduce
your driving to below 500 miles per month you may qualify for a
rather substantial low-mileage discount.

A portion of your premium is probably based on the fact that
you drive to and from work every day in rush hour traffic. If
you can carpool so that you drive those miles considerably less
each month then you can save money on your car insurance.

If you retire or stop driving to work for any other reason your
insurance will also drop.

Drivers under 25 should stay in school and maintain good
grades. A 3.0 grade average or better will earn you a rather
nice Good Student Discount.

Don't make small claims. The fewer claims you make the lower
your rates will be. If you can go for even 6 months without
making a claim some companies will reward you. Other companies
require you to wait a year, but the point is, the fewer claims
you make the better your rates on car insurance will be.

Can you afford to increase your deductible? This is probably
the fastest and the easiest way to decrease your monthly
premium, but the downside is you will have to come up with the
amount of your deductible in cash any time you have a claim. You
don't want to make any promises you can't keep.

The final step in getting the best rates on car insurance in
Massachusetts is to get online and find a minimum of 3 car
insurance price comparison websites. Using what you have learned
in this article fill out the form on all 3 websites exactly the
same way. That's important. You must put the exact same
information into all 3 forms or your "comparisons" won't
actually be comparing anything, will they?

As soon as you've finished all of your comparisons then the
rest of your "job" is a snap - simply pick the lowest-priced
company and you're done! Now you know exactly how to get the
best rates on car insurance in Massachusetts.

Article Title: Causes Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome And What You

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Researchers have yet to find a specific cause for irritable
bowel syndrome or IBS. It is known as a functional disorder,
which means that the way the bowel words is affected. However,
there are yet to be found any physical abnormalities that can
explain the symptoms.

One theory that has been proposed is that people who have IBS
have a large intestine, or colon, that is quite sensitive and
reactive to both stress and certain foods. It is thought that
the immune system may also be involved.

Symptoms of IBS seem to be caused by contractions of the muscle
in the bowel wall some researchers think. These contractions are
thought to be stronger and more frequent in people that have
IBS. The contractions seem to worsen after eating certain foods
and in stressful situations. If a person is intolerant to
certain foods such as dairy products, tea and coffee, it may
trigger symptoms.

IBS may often develop after a bout of gastroenteritis which is
an inflammation not only of the stomach but also of the bowel
linings. This often causes diarrhea and sickness. An infection
with a bacteria or virus may be the culprit here as well as food
poisoning.

These are some other causes of IBS which you may want to think
about:

Normal movement, or motility, may be absent in the colon of
someone who has IBS. The motility can be spasmodic, also called
a spastic colon or it can even temporarily stop working. Spasms
are strong and sudden muscle contractions that may come and go
periodically.

The lining of the colon which is also known as the epithelium
is affected by both the immune and nervous systems. It regulates
the flow of fluids both in and out of the large intestine or
colon. In a person who has IBS, the epithelium seems to work
properly.

However, when the contents inside of the large intestine move
too quickly, the colon is not able to absorb the fluids. This
results in watery stools. In other people, the movement inside
of the colon is much too slow.

This causes any extra fluid to be absorbed, and thus the person
suffers from constipation.

With a person who is suffering from IBS, their colon may
respond very strongly to certain foods or to stress that would
normally not bother other people.

Recent research has found that serotonin and normal
gastrointestinal functioning are linked together. Serotonin is a
chemical, or neurotransmitter, that delivers messages from one
body part to another. Approximately 95% of the serotonin in a
person's body is found in the GI tract, and the other 5% is
located in the brain. Cells which line the inside of the
intestines work as transporters and work at carrying the
serotonin out of the gastrointestinal tract. People who suffer
with IBS do not have as much receptor activity as normal people,
and this causes a build-up of serotonin in the GI tract. As a
result, people with IBS suffer from problems with bowel
movement, sensation and motility since they have more sensitive
pain receptors located in their GI tract.

Researchers also have reported that IBS may be linked to a
bacterial infection in the GI tract. Studies have been
documented that people who have had a bout of gastroenteritis
may sometimes develop IBS.

These are the main causes of irritable bowel syndrome. If you
think that you may be suffering from this disease, it would be
wise to consult your physician.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
While CD sales continue to plummet and music consumers go
"digital," there is an audio format that has endured through all
the other formats that were supposed to bring it to its demise.
As we read about the resurgence in the production and sale of
vinyl records (up ten percent from last year), some still assume
that finding vinyl is a hard process.

And although the `brick and mortar' stores may be closing up
shop, a new avenue for vinyl lovers has come to the forefront;
the `online record shop.'

From the `big box' online retailers like Music Stack, GEMM, Net
Music, and even ebay to the small independent dealers like
vinylcollective.com, diversevinyl.com, heydj.com and many more,
finding quality new and used vinyl records has become quite
easy.

I spoke with Lorie Beshara operator and owner of a small vinyl
website called BackToVinylRecords.com about this phenomenon and
the enjoyment she gets from, not only the music, but this
historic format as well.

"I have been selling vinyl records since the year 2000, but I
have been collecting vinyl forever," Lorie said. "I was raised
in a family of musicians and I have a great love and
appreciation for all kinds of music. In fact, my Mother was a
singer with some of the all-time greats including Ted Weems,
Artie Shaw and Les Brown, among others. My Father was a very
famous drummer (at one time he was named the drummer of the
year) and he also produced a band called Fuse. I still have some
of my Mother's old records; I cannot bring myself to part with
those."

I asked Lorie if she remembered the first 45 rpm that she
purchased.

"Oh my, yes, the first 45 I bought was "Surfer Girl," by the
Beach Boys, when I was fourteen. They were very popular and I
just loved their sound," recalled Lorie.

She held on to all her records and she decided to go into
business online selling used vinyl that she has accumulated over
the years from garage sales, estate sales, thrift stores and
what she can find locally. But before she opened
www.BackToVinylRecords.com, she had to research the best methods
of cleaning and grading records.

"Some of the records are so dirty, but will certainly play
great once they are cleaned up a bit. So I did extensive
research as to the optimum way to clean and grade them," said
Lorie.

After trying several different methods, Lorie has discovered a
simple, yet very effective way, to clean up the records she has
for sale.

"Each record is meticulously cleaned using a UPI Record
Cleaning Machine using ionized water, which helps eliminate
static. It also takes off all the dust, dirt, human oils and
nicotine off the records," explained Lorie. "Then I dry the
records with a microfiber cloth."

We talked about the very subjective and tricky element of
grading vinyl records.

"I am very, very picky about my grading and especially so with
a rare and valuable record," detailed Lorie. "All the records I
sell are, not only professionally cleaned, but I also "play
grade" them (for 45's I play grade the `A' side) and I love
listening to the old music. I then incorporate the Goldmine
Grading Standard to them and give the buyer a clear indication
of the quality of a record. I do grade conservatively and the
condition of the album cover (for 33 rpm) or the 45 rpm record
sleeves are also taken into account. I use Jerry Osborne's
"Cyberguides," (which is a real-time weekly update of his
Rockin' Records Price Guide) GEMM or Musicstack to gage what a
particular record may be selling for and combined with the
condition, I ascertain how much I will be selling the record
for."

Besides BackToVinylRecords.com website, Lorie also sells her
records on ebay.

"Ebay is a wonderful option, you have a targeted buyer that may
be looking for exactly what you are selling," said Lorie. "It is
also a great place to find rare and undervalued records. And we
sell 45's from all genres, from big band, blues and country to
folk, gospel, rock and everything in-between."

But Lorie and her husband have also incorporated a novel
concept with the records that don't pass her strict grading
policies. They have created the "Rock N Roll Beverage Coaster,"
a fast-selling novelty gift.

"These 45 rpm coasters make great gifts and conversation
pieces," added Lorie. "We take an unplayable oldie, coat it in a
thick high gloss acrylic finish, add a cork backing and they fit
into any bar or living room. These are used records, so the
labels may show signs of wear and tear and slight defects, but
that is their charm."

In a musical arena filled with thousands of online retailers
pitching vinyl records, it is refreshing to find a small "Mom &
Pop" shop, where you can not only find quality used vinyl
records, but have personal service, a unique gift option and a
music lover that appreciates the memories that we all have of
our treasured music format.

A life insurance policy is a huge purchase. Think about it –
your life insurance policy can help you and your family in times
of financial stress while you're still alive, and they can help
your beneficiaries, who are usually your family members, in
times of financial stress after you've passed away. Naturally
you want to purchase your life insurance policy from a reliable
life insurance company; but, which companies are the best? Those
which are financially strong and customer-focused.

To ease your worries, most life insurance companies don't
suddenly disappear due to financial struggles and/or
bankruptcies. This is because the business of selling life
insurance is heavily mediated, and in order for a life insurance
company to be approved to do business in a state, it must prove
itself to be financially secure and reliable. So, you shouldn't
feel too hesitant about purchasing a life insurance policy from
a life insurance company that hasn't been around very long if
that life insurance company offers you a great package; however,
if you feel more comfortable choosing a reliable life insurance
company that's been around for decades, you can find the top
rated life insurance companies by checking out the different
ratings given by independent research companies.

Once you have decided on a few life insurance companies that
seem reliable, reputable, and worthy of your business, it's time
to do your own research. You definitely want to choose a life
insurance company that offers friendly and accurate customer
service, whether you decide to complete the transaction
face-to-face with an agent from the life insurance company, or
make the purchase online and by telephone. Schedule an
appointment with an agent or call a customer service
representative with any questions you have about their life
insurance policies. Their patience and the thoroughness of their
answers will give you a pretty good idea as to whether or not
you want to do business with them.

Nevada is a no-fault auto insurance state which means that its
auto insurance rates are among the highest in the nation.
Therefore it is very important to shop around and compare
policies in order to save money and get discount car insurance
in Nevada.

Before you begin searching for the best prices on car insurance
in Nevada, you need to sit down and decide what coverage you
need. If you are driving a newer car that is financed you will
need to carry the coverage required by your financial
institution. Your required coverage may be greater than the
state minimum requirements.

If you have a list of lender-required coverage amounts then
sits down on-line with that list and key it in on one of the
many auto insurance quote sites that allow the instant
side-by-side comparison of car insurance rates.

If you drive a car that is fully paid for you have additional
options that you may not have with a vehicle that is financed.
In Nevada you are required to carry minimum liability coverage:
$15,000 per individual for any bodily injuries you cause to
other people, $30,000 for all injuries and $10,000 to cover any
damage you do to another person's property. You are not required
to carry any form of personal injury insurance – although you
may elect to carry such coverage.

All Nevada car insurance companies offer coverages in addition
to the state minimums and you may want to consider additional
coverage depending on the age of your vehicle, the value of your
vehicle, and your personal financial situation.

Your auto insurance rates in Nevada are determined by a number
of factors: your age, your driving record, the kind of car you
drive, and the area that you live in.

If you are going online to shop and compare discount car
insurance in Nevada you'll need to have some information on hand
to make your job easier. First you'll need your driver's license
and the information it contains. You'll also need a record of
any accidents or tickets you have had in the past 5 years and
any claims you have made against another auto insurance company
over the last 5 years.

Plan to spend 15 to 20 minutes filling out the form on the auto
insurance comparison website, but once you're done you should be
able to pick and choose the best auto insurance policy for you
and your family at a price you can afford.

Different companies charge different rates, so it definitely
pays to compare. A little time spent online today looking for
the very best and most affordable discount car insurance could
result in substantial savings for years to come.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Compared to most other states, Florida actually requires very
little from its residents when it comes to the automobile
insurance they are required to purchase if they wish to drive a
vehicle on a public roadway in Florida.

If you have a good driving record you can legally drive your
automobile in Florida if you purchase just $10,000 of Personal
Injury Protection (PIP) coverage and another $10,000 in Property
Damage Liability (PDL) coverage. If your driving record includes
a crash or if you have gotten speeding or other tickets the
state is allowed to force you to also buy Bodily Injury
Liability (BIL) insurance before you can legally drive.

What does this minimum insurance cover? Not much, really.

Personal Injury Protection – PIP coverage – covers medical
expenses for anyone in your vehicle if you are in a crash
regardless of whose fault the accident is. If you've been to a
doctor or spent even one night in a hospital or made even one
visit to the ER in the past year then you know that $10,000 in
insurance coverage will barely cover the cost of a scratch to
someone's upper arm, let alone anything even remotely serious.

Property Damage Liability (PDL) insurance covers the repair or
replacement of the other person's car and certain other property
due to a crash, regardless of whose fault the accident is.

Again, $10,000 will barely cover the replacement of a bumper on
many of today's high-priced cars.

Bodily Injury Liability (BIL) insurance covers the medical
expenses of anyone in the other car if you are in an accident.
This insurance also pays for certain legal expenses if you are
sued following an accident. Considering today's medical costs
you may wish to consider carrying as much BIL insurance as you
can afford, especially if you have a home or other assets which
you could lose in the event of a lawsuit.

If you want your automobile to be repaired or replaced in the
event of an accident you need to purchase two additional
insurance policies – a comprehensive policy as well as a
collision policy.

As the name implies, collision insurance protects your vehicle
in the event of a collision with another moving vehicle or with
a stationary object, such as a tree or a light post or a
guardrail. If your vehicle's engine is running and your vehicle
is moving when an accident occurs, then your collision policy
will cover the cost to repair your automobile up to the limits
of the policy or up to the Kelly Blue Book value of your
automobile.

Comprehensive insurance covers repair or replacement of your
vehicle if it is damaged by an "Act of God" – such as a tree
branch crashing down on it during a storm – or if it is damaged
by vandalism. Your comprehensive insurance also covers you if
you hit a deer or other animal which causes damage to your
vehicle.

So in Florida what you want to look for in a full coverage
automobile insurance quote is:

• Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance
• Property Damage Liability (PDL) insurance
• Bodily Injury Liability (BIL) insurance
• Collision Insurance
• Comprehensive Insurance

Now you know exactly what to look for in a full coverage
automobile insurance quote in Florida. The amount of each type
of insurance that you choose to carry should be based on your
personal assessment of the risks that you face each day, the
cost of the insurance and the assets which you wish to protect.

Getting the best deal on full coverage automobile insurance in
Florida is a matter of determining what you want in a policy and
then comparing the price for that policy among all of the
insurance companies in Florida. The best way to do that is
through the multitude of automobile insurance comparison
websites on the internet.

Just remember that since no one comparison website makes
comparisons between all of the automobile insurance companies
operating in Florida you really need to spend the extra time to
make your comparisons on at least 3 different websites.

Once you've done that then basically all that's left is to
choose the best price that you find. Happy hunting!

Buying shoes for your kids can be an excruciating task. Most
kids don't enjoy the idea of shopping for shoes since their
basic concern is to buy toys. If only they would behave well
just like when you are out with them to purchase toys when you
are out to purchase shoes.

When you take your kids with you to buy them a new pair of
shoes it can be frustrating especially when your kid keeps on
tugging at you to go somewhere else. Kids have a short
attention span and when they find themselves bored they try to
amuse themselves by either running around or playing with
whatever they can get their hands on. Then there are those kids
who whine, bawl, scream and worse cry. So with us trying to
hurry on with the task of buying, we don't get to properly
select the appropriate shoes for our kids.

Every parent would want to purchase shoes that are both
comfortable and functional. To facilitate, it would be best to
start by measuring your child's feet with the measuring device
available in department stores to obtain your child's exact
size. In this manner when we find the shoes that we want we can
easily ask for the size to let our kid try it on.

Sneakers come in a variety of colors and designs. Your kid
will definitely enjoy those in their favorite color or favorite
cartoon theme. If formal or dress shoes are what you are
looking for, bear in mind the occasion or event that you will be
attending. If your kid is old enough to make his or her own
choices, don't overwhelm him or her with too many. Making him
or her choose between two or probably three would speed up
decision making. Having too many choices would end up with you
and your kid getting confused. This usually results to you not
being able to buy any pair of shoes at all.

Since your kids are still growing always give an allowance to
shoe size. Chances are if the shoe is really a perfect fit with
no room for expansion, you will most likely be visiting the shoe
shop again to purchase another set of shoes which can be costly.
I am not telling you to buy very big shoes but at least a half
inch distance from your kid's toe to the edge of the shoes would
be fine giving also some room for your kid's feet to move.

Finally always examine the shoes for defects and check on
quality. Kids are very hyperactive and we don't want their
shoes to be ruined early on so it is important for their shoes
to be in top condition. Ask your child if the shoes feel comfy
for in the end it will be them who will be wearing them.

================== ARTICLE START ==================
Virtually everyone who is in debt wishes he or she was in less
debt. For the purposes of this article, debt is anything that
you pay for with cash or credit during the course of a week or a
month. It should not come as a surprise that many consumers
simply have no idea where a sizable chunk of their income goes
each month. This invisible debt can add up quickly, but it can
also be easily identified with a little bit of effort.

There are some financial obligations that are fairly static and
remain the same throughout the life of the loan. This might
include such things as auto loans or rent payments. Generally
speaking, these types of loans have a set payment amount and
that amount is due month in and month out until you pay off the
loan. These debts are difficult to manipulate, and for that
reason they are not a part of the debt reduction tips listed
here. The debts that can be manipulated are those that you have
more control over.

Some of the debt, or if you prefer expenses, that you do have
some control over include such things as groceries, lunch
expenses, entertainment expenses, and clothing expenses. Other
types of debt that you have at least some control over (in most
cases) include such things as auto insurance premiums, life
insurance premiums, internet fees, utility usage (water,
electric, etc).

The only effective way to get a handle on your controllable
debt is to know what it is. To do this, you have to make a list,
a daily list, of what you are spending your money on. This list
should include everything that you buy. From carfare to coffee,
if you pay out money for something, jot it down on a piece of
paper. At the end of a week or two, you will have a very good
idea of where some of your money is going.

One of the more remarkable things that these simple daily lists
can do for you is show you how even small amounts of money spent
each day add up over the course of a month. For example, let's
say that you spend a dollar each morning for a newspaper and two
dollars for a cup of coffee. Then you spend five dollars for
lunch, Monday through Friday. At the end of one week, you would
have spent twenty-one dollars for papers and coffee and another
twenty-five dollars for lunches. At the end of a month you would
have spent eighty-four bucks for papers and coffee and one
hundred dollars for lunches. That is nearly two hundred dollars
that you could easily save or reduce. If you spend more for
coffee and lunches, your savings increase if you cut back on
these expenses.

Most consumers have no idea how much money they can save when
they become more diligent in cutting off appliances and lights
that are not being used. Consumers who have good driving records
can often simply ask for a better rate on their auto insurance
and get it. The same can be true with life insurance and even
with credit cards. By simply asking for better rates, consumers
can often get them. It really is that simple. Why not spend some
time investigating what you can cut back on? You might be
surprised at how much money you can save.

The Seven Steps to Abundance (Updated)

Article Title: The Seven Steps to Abundance (Updated)
Author: Craig Lock
Category/Subject: Spiritual, Inspiration
Web Sites: http://www.selfgrowth.com/experts/craig_lock.html
and http://www.craiglockbooks.com
Other Articles are available at: http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles.html
(Personal growth, self help, writing, internet marketing, spiritual, 'spiritual writings' (how 'airey-fairey'), words of inspiration and money management, how boring now, craig!)

Publishing Guidelines:
We hope that the following article may be informative and helpful to your e-zine readers, or on your web site. If it helps others "out there" in any way, then we're happy. This article (as with all my articles) may be freely published, electronically or in print.

"We share what we know, so that we all may grow."
*
The Seven Steps to Abundance (Updated)

"Within you right now is the power to do things you never dreamed
possible. This power becomes available to you just as soon as you
can change your beliefs."
- Maxwell Maltz

"We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."

Here are my thoughts and steps on how to to "design a
life"...instead of been blown about by the winds of life (like a
paper bag), or the currents, like a jelly-fish. Enough similes.

1. Find the VISION, the plan for your life. Unless you know where
you're going, you are unlikely to get there. Any place where you
are is a good place to start.

Ask yourself:

What activities have you most enjoyed in the last 10 years?

What is fun? What do you treasure?

What do you most want to be doing in the next 10 years?

(I loved to write, help, encourage and hopefully even inspire
others, so that's what I set out to try and do... and now it's my "calling"!)

2. Which of your strengths and weaknesses are a joy to you?

What do people say you are good at?

What is special about you?

List ideally what would you be doing? Living at the beach,
writing and travelling...and be financially secure, of course!

Ideally what would you want to be? When I started out writing
seven years ago, a successful author was my original goal. Now I
want to be a "great" writer, whose words make a difference in the
world by encouraging and hopefully even "inspiring" people around
the globe.

What motivates you? What "drives" you? What is your "hot button"?

Ask WHY do you need those things? What are those status symbols
for?

Define your vision. Write it down in less than 10 words. It took
me most of my life to discover what I believee Does it involve
other people?

What do I most want to be doing? Why?

What do I most care about? Why?

What steps can I take to move me closer to doing what I really
want to do with my life?

Find your niche - your unique skills and natural gifts?

Think about WHO will pay you to enjoy yourself. Instead of
worrying about being sacked, think who will pay you to have fun?
How can you best use your gifts and talents?

Where do you want to work? With whom, in what sort of company?
Look for a picture of your ideal environment: home, as well as
work.

3. PLAN ahead carefully. Doing this reduces false starts and
wrong directions. Most people spend more time planning their
annual holiday than they do their "blueprint for life".

Put it all down in writing. Doing that focusses your mind, your
consciousness. My advice: "Think big, but start small".

The prominent American psychologist, Carl Rogers said: "The only
real security is the preparedness to embrace insecurity". Be the
YOU you most intend to be? Take stock, review your plan and
prioritize your life goals.

4. Make the COMMITMENT. Stop saying you're going to do it and
actually DO IT. Put in the work and write out the cheques. This
involves going past the point of no return. Make commitments: to
yourself, to your loved ones in terms of time, energy and money.
Then stick to it and take full responsibility for the outcome.

5. Spell out the details of the PLAN. Think it all through and
concentrate hard. What are you going to do? How are you going to
do it, step by step? What needs to be done and in what order of
priority? What resources do you have at your disposal? What are
your expenditure needs? Reaffirm your commitment through a
personal budget. Be flexible in your thinking, as circumstances
usually change...and we can't foresee the future. And most
importantly, THINK BIG.

6. Develop a network of people to help you achieve your goals
(and you can help them achieve their goals at the same time).
First, you must be aware of them. It's a "win-win" situation. Be
enthusiastic at all times, because enthusiasm is catching.

7. Take ACTION, that first step...then the next will follow
naturally ...and far more easily. Nothing can stop you now. "Roll
up the sleeves" and get down to work. I believe the first
prerequisite for success is loving what you do. I love writing,
although it's very lonely (and probably the world's most solitary
occupation). Always remember, life is not a 100 metres sprint -
it's a marathon. So rest when you feel you need to and don't feel
guilty about it (something I have to learn!). Have fun along the
journey. Perservere and persist in your quest.

Take responsibility for your own abundance and your learning
throughout the 'game of life'. Appreciate your abundance and
prosperity daily by giving thanks to God, the Universe for what
you do have. Live with "an attitude of gratitude", instead of
focussing on what you lack.

Have faith in yourself - believe deeply in yourself, but even
more deeply in Life, The Universe, Supreme Being, a Power far
Greater than yourself, Infinite Intelligence/Wisdom... who loves
you and wants what's best for you. The spiritual journey may take
far longer than you thought, so be patient.

NB:

Always remember,

The measure of success is not money, but learning and growth -
just trying to be the best person you can possibly be each and
every day.

Measure success in learning and growth - nothing else is
important. Work is a place each of us creates in order to grow.
It is the laboratory for experimenting with our potential.

When working for yourself, this is a time of unprecedented change
in your life. Work allows you to put into place skills and
knowledge acquired through education. It is a time to experiment
with our potential and the various demands made upon us.
Initially we learn to work in teams, working towards a common
objective. Then gradually in our working careers we learn to take
on more and more responsibility.

BELIEVE you DESERVE to be abundant - though not more than others.
It's a matter of finding a balance between your ambitions and
your responsibilities. Be accountable and socially responsible,
by thinking of other people.

"As we know the universe will always provide when we put our
positive and unabstructive energy to what we want in life. I
believe in life that if we are given access to the knowledge,
then we have the choice of being capable of whatever we want to
achieve. Anything one does with passion and belief will
manifest. We are all energy and that which we put out into the
Universe is energy, therefore whatever we believe in comes back
to us."
- Kate Conroy (wise and well-expressed words from a
"cyber-friend" and talented young writer)

You can't force people to change. Listen to your intuition, truth
and love. That is the "voice" of God, The Divine, Higher Power,
the Higher Self, Spirit, the Ultimate Source speaking to you.

We are all spiritual beings living in the physical world. So
wherever you are, what better time to start on your spiritual
journey to abundance... than NOW!

Craig Lock ("Information and Inspiration distributor, Incorrigible Encourager and People-builder")

"If a man has talent and cannot use it, he has failed. If he has
a talent and uses only half of it, he has partly failed. If he
has a talent and learns somehow to use the whole of it, he has
gloriously succeeded and has a satisfaction and a triumph few men
ever know."
- Thomas Wolfe

"The person born with a talent they are meant to use will find
their greatest happiness in using it."

- Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

"Everyone has a talent. What is rare is the courage to follow the
talent to the dark place where it leads."
- Erica Jong

'Without legends, dreams die. When dreams die, there is no opportunity for greatness. Greatness is a measure in one's spirit, not in the results of
one's rank in human affairs."

"To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of
the human mind. To do anything that you want to do, that is the
strength of the human will. To trust yourself, to test your
limits, that is the courage to succeed."
- Bernard Edmonds, American Writer

"Believe in yourself and in your dream,
Though impossible things may seem
Someday, somehow you'll get through
To the goal you have in view.
Mountains fall and seas divide,
Before the one who in his stride
Takes a hard road by day
Sweeping obstacles away
Believe in yourself and in your plan
Say not - I cannot - I can
The prizes of life we fail to win
Because we doubt the power
within..."
- anon

* P.S: Robert Kiyosak (author of the "Rich Man, Poor Man"
series) once said that "the definition of success is having the
freedom to be yourself". I think that pretty much sums up the way
I feel about success as well. Thanks for sharing that great
thought, Robert.

* "luck", as they say, is where preparedness (is there such a
word?) meets opportunity.

"Do not follow the well-beaten track of others towards success -
like the rainbow, it is often an illusion always just beyond our
reach. Make your own path and let your spirit blaze a brilliant
trail towards the pot of gold, the prize for the gift - one that
is uniquely you and YOUR magical and successful journey down the
river of life."
- craig

"Let the light of your BEING shine brightly;
so revealing Who You Really Are.
Be a Bringer of the Light,
which emanates from our soul, God, our Creator,
the Ultimate Source, the Essence of Life
(and Ground of our very Being).
Therefore, it can do more than illuminate
your own path.
YOUR spirit will help makes the lives of
others easier by illuminating others paths.
For this light is our shared humanity,
the spirit of God, truth, wisdom, beauty and
especially love...and it lies within each one of us.
Through your actions and your being,
let your light, YOUR unique spirit
truly shine brightly on the world, like the
radiance emitted by a candle at midnight."

'Conversations with God Book 3').

Payday loans are a quick way to get the cash you need in an
emergency. It enables you to get your cash (sometimes) in an
hour or less if you use the fax method. When the payday loan
lender is checking to see if you can be approved or not, there
is a system that is normally looked at to verify that you
qualify. Here is what you need to know about a no Teletrack
payday loan.

Since payday loan lenders do not check your credit score when
you apply, they do need to be able to help them keep track of
the loans that are currently open. This means that another
computer system needs to be in place to help them track how many
loans a person has out and what status each loan is in. It is
used to protect them against fraudulent applications, and helps
them follow the laws, too. Nearly all payday loan lenders use
this system - called Teletrack, although there are other ones,
too.

The application process is still the same as with other payday
loans. You are required to provide information about your
employment and your income. You will need to have been employed
for at least two months in the same place. As far as salary
goes, you must have a salary of at least $1,000 each month.

An active checking account needs to have been in operation for
about two months, and you will need to provide information about
it. This is the account that the payday loan lender will send
your money to once it is approved. You will also need to
authorize the lender to debit your account with the loan amount
and the interest on the day it is due. An alternative is to
leave the lender with a postdated check.

All of this data will still be verified, as usual, but a check
with Teletrack will not be used. A little caution should be used
here, however. Since Teletrack provides a safety net for payday
loan lenders, the question must be asked why they want to
advertise that they will not use it. When people with bad credit
can apply, or even those who have absolutely no credit record as
yet (as long as they are 18 or older), it is doubtful that
anyone who is honest would go for it.

The truth is that there may be additional interest charges
applied. You are the one who needs to check a particular company
out before you apply. You can easily do this by doing a search
on the Internet, and see what kind of information comes up.

It is also a real good idea to shop around and find other
reputable companies that have been existence for a while.
Interest rates vary with each lender, so you will want to find a
good low rate for your no Teletrack payday loan - or just a
regular payday loan. If it is your first payday loan - you can
find a lender who will lend you the first one - for free if you
look around for it.

Blogging for money is not rocket science; in fact, you could
probably blog for money by blogging about rocket science.

It's a straightforward proposition. You set up a blog about a
topic in which you are interested and which you can make
interesting for your readers; they read it; and you sell
advertising based on the fact that you have an audience.

* How to Get Started Blogging For Money

Even if you know everything about everything, including rocket
science, pick one topic about which you can write most
interestingly and informatively as the topic for your first
blog.

If you really want to make money blogging, you'll eventually
have to manage multiple blogs, but start with one until you are
really comfortable with what you're doing. The best way to get
an audience who will remain loyal is to give them good material
and keep it coming.

* Use WordPress to Set Up Your Blog

If you want to save yourself as much effort as possible in
starting your blog, use WordPress and use it to the maximum.
WordPress has an amazingly friendly interface and is loaded with
themes and plugins which you can use for free to make your blog
visually appealing.

You can even embed videos from You Tube and other online video
sites onto a WordPress blog with almost no effort, and that's a
terrific way to keep your audience engaged and returning for
more.

* More Ways to Keep Your Visitors Coming Back

Keep you blog's content up to date. Post on a regular schedule,
so that your audience will know when to drop in for the latest.

And make sure your content offers something of value, because
people love to get something they can use without having to pay
for it. Share your expertise, or let your readers know what
sources you find helpful.

WordPress will let you make your blog easy to navigate, so that
any new visitors who like what they are reading can find your
archives and get up to speed. And don't be afraid to ask your
readers to add your blog to their favorites list. Barring that,
choose a name for your blog they will remember.

Post comments on blogs with topics related to yours, with a
link to your blog to attract newcomers. With a large enough
audience, you can attract advertisers who are willing to pay you
to post their links or review their products on your blog.

* Turning Readers Into Customers

If your purpose in blogging for money is to generate customers
for an existing business, keep posting credibly because trust is
the key in turning readers into customers.

It will take time and you shouldn't expect to start selling
right after you start blogging. Invite your readers to comment
on your posts or add their own suggestions as to what they'd
like to see from a business like yours, and if their suggestions
make sense and can be implemented easily, do so and let them
